C
A
Okay
to
make
a
motion
tonight
or
we
went.
C
B
No
I
think
that's
fenced
in
is
it
maybe
it
was,
but
it
might
be.
It
was
open
because
that's
where
yeah
that's,
where
the
the
growing
building
is
right,
yeah,
but.
B
D
C
It
difficult
personally
I,
don't
see
a
need
for
it
if
you're
a
truck
driver,
which
you
should
be
able
to
get
on
the
side
of
that,
especially
if
you're
on
the
right
hand
lane
going
up
the
hill
you
should
be
able
to
back
in
there
with
no
problems.
It's
not
a
big
truck
anyways
I
understand
that
the
tree
is
over
there,
but
it's
far
enough
over
the
road's
wide
enough
there
to
fit
two
cars
by
I
make
a
motion
to
deny
it.
B
C
A
C
C
I
do
know
it's
not
open
from
9
to
11,
because
you're
not
supposed
to
go
down
there
at
that
time.
So,
for
two
hours
of
the
day,
it's
not,
and
those
are
usually
the
two
heaviest
hours
in
the
morning
when
We
Believe
traffic
was
was
like
that.
That's
why
we
instituted
that
no
left
turn
then,
but
usually
after
those
hours.
It's
not
that
bad.
To
me,
honest
I
think
the
cause
of
flow
of
traffic.
It's
like
any
other
two-way
street
where
you
have
to
just
pull
over.
C
B
A
B
A
F
A
No
well
that
that
can
just
be
I,
think
the
city
council
can
kind
of
just
to
prove
that
has
nothing
to
do
with
traffic
parking.
It's
just.
A
Okay,
communication
much
third
Theodore
bisbicos
of
184
Chestnut
Street,
requesting
a
commission
to
look
into
parking
issues
on
Chestnut
Street
did.
Did
you
want
to
say
anything
you
can
you
can
sign
in
and
then
just
yeah
yeah
just
so
we
have
your
name.
G
Well,
thanks
for
seeing
me
so
we
we
bought
a
three
family
over
on
Chestnut
Street
in
May
of
21.,
slowly
learning
about
on-street
parking
and
how
difficult
it
is
here
in
Chelsea.
What.
G
I'm
between
third
and
fourth
street,
okay,
okay,
my
girlfriend
that
works
for
DCF,
so
she's
in
and
out
of
the
house
during
the
day
and
we're
just
finding
it
super
hard
finding
parking
daytime
I
put
some
visuals
together.
We
we
noticed
that
between
Fourth
and
Fifth
Street,
they
have
restricted
parking
during
the
daytime.
G
B
G
Oh
okay,
two
spots
last
year
to
a
handicap
ramp
at
a
crosswalk
there's
construction
on
the
street
at
157.
Their
construction
workers
steal
the
parking
all
day
long.
They
also
just
put
two
new
curb
Cuts
in
the
street,
so
we've
lost
four
parking
spots
in
the
last
12
months.
Essentially,
we
also
get
a
ton
of
overflow
parking
for
Broadway
and
I.
Think
that's
the
main
cause
they
can't
find
on
Broadway.
So
they
come
over
to
our
section
of
Chestnut,
because
it's
just
a
nice
Loop
you
just
keep
going
around.
G
C
Fifth
and
fourth
you
they.
We
did
that
mostly
because
you're
close
enough
to
the
silver
line
and
you're
close
enough
to
commuter
rail
used
to
stop
there
I
used
to
stop
at
Arlington
six.
Now
it
doesn't
so
what
they
did
to
prevent
people
from
parking
there
and
then
jumping
on
the
train
and
going
into
Boston
at
certain
points
throughout
the
city.
They
would
put
these
these
all-day
parking
signs
gotcha
to
not
so
you're
going
to
park
there
all
day,
I
thought
it.
C
No,
it
wasn't
it's
not
a
little
Broadway,
it
has
to
do
with
the
location
and
the
vicinity
of
the
bus.
Stop
and
the
train
stop
mostly
the
train,
stop
which
is
moved
now,
so
you
can
make
a
point
to
not
even
have
that
8
A.M
to
6
p.m,
down
there.
If
you
know,
if
possible,
unfortunately,
that
part
of
Chestnut
Street
has
been
a
an
overflow
for
everybody.
C
C
I
do
I
do
remember
when
they
put
the
curb
cut
in
there
last
year,
you
laughed
but
that
side
that
curb
cut
you
lost
one
on
on
the
right
hand,
side
where
they're
doing
construction
now,
but
on
the
other
hand,
side,
there
was
already
no
parking
there.
Anyways.
G
G
C
What
I'm
saying,
on
the
left
hand
side
the
crosswalk
on
the
corner,
you're
talking
about
the
crosswalk
on
the
corner,
yeah
down
the
middle
of
the
street:
oh
yeah!
Well,
the
middle
one
is
only
temporary
it
yeah.
As
far
as
I
know,
that's
only
temporary
and
I
thought
that
was
for
the
construction,
but
as
far
as
I
know,
but
I
don't
remember,
to
be
quite
honest.
C
There
and,
like
you
said,
that's
what's
tough
now
you
said
you
know.
On
one
token,
we
made
that
zone
over
there
not
parking
during
the
day
because
of
the
train
station,
but
on
the
other
side,
there's
a
bus,
stop
that
goes
right
into
Boston
that
someone
can
park
there
sure
all
day,
oh
yeah,
without
a
sticker
and
they'll
get
take
and
come
back.
G
C
C
G
And
that's
the
thing,
too,
is,
in
my
last
two
pictures
of
them
taking
up
parking
spots
with
their
own
cones
I've
called
three
one,
a
few
times
being
like
hey,
there's
no
occupancy
permits
here.
What
do
you
do?
The
cops
just
said.
Let
me
just
move
the
cones.
If
you
want
but
I'm,
not
I'm,
not
trying
to
fight
a
construction
worker
for
moving
a
cone,
you
know
yeah,
we.
G
They
don't
have
any
no,
they
they,
they
literally
put
out
like
20
cones,
like
a
couple
of
days
just
before.
G
Yeah,
whatever
you're
saying
I'm,
not
saying
like
official
Chelsea
signage
I
saw
their
sign.
Is
they
put
up
like
no
parking?
You
know
to
get
deterrent,
I'm
sure,
but
it's
not
the
occupancy
permits
or
the
the
way
through
the
city
that
I've
done
for
like
moving
and
stuff.
Like
so
I,
don't
know
she's
losing
her,
my
girlfriend's
losing
her
mind
because
she's
in
and
out
during
the
day,
that's
tough.
B
Yeah,
it's
tough
over
there,
I
mean
I,
don't
be
an
enforcement
thing.
You
know
if
they're
taking
up
too
many
spots,
leaving
barrels-
and
you
know-
would
have
to
look
back
and
see
how
many
we
actually
a
lot
of
them
and
see
how
many
they've
taken
I
mean
I,
know
that
I
know
the
Project's
getting
closer
to
completion.
I
was
there
the
other
day
doing
inspection.
C
C
F
They
wouldn't
be
able
to
say
something:
there
is
restrictions
in
two
sections
of
chestnut,
so
21
to
62
Chestnut
is
from
8
A.M
to
6
p.m.
Only
residents
can
park
there
unless
you
have
a
pass
from
our
parking,
Department
correct
and
there's
another
section
of
chestnut
199
to
245
Chestnut,
which
it
also
has
a
restriction
from
8
AM
to
6
p.m,
and
then
it
goes
on
to
12.
You
know
like
every
other
street,
from
12
to
5
a.m.
G
E
C
But
I
I
personally
would
do
like
I
said:
I
would
make
a
I
would
make
a
make
a
petition
to
the
traffic
commission
to
change
that
from
the
set
from
third
to
Fourth
between
between
third
and
fourth
for
a
full
day
resident
packet,
as
well
as
opening
that
might
help
alleviate
it.
Obviously,
once
the
construction
is
done,
that'll
help
someone
too,
but
still
at
the
end
of
the
day.
Unfortunately,
it's
just
going
to
be
a
tough
spot.
This.
G
C
C
Would
make
just
like
you
did
today
about
making
a
making
a
communication
to
to
to
to
speak
on
it?
Now
you
want
to
make
one
to
specifically
change
it.
Okay,
so
you
know
how
you're
on
your
zones
you've
got
the
two
and
one's
red
one's
blue
yeah.
You
want
them
to
both
be
red.
You
want
them
to
both
be
midnight
to
5
a.m
and
then
8
A.M
to
6
p.m,
for
Resident
only
parking
that
would
help
alleviate
some
of
it.
G
G
C
D
A
C
A
So
you
know
something
like
this:
once
you
request
it
we
put
on
the
agenda.
Usually
we
have
to
go
to
a
public
hearing,
we
have
like
a
public
hearing
and
people
can
come
in
and
you
know
give
their
opinions,
okay
and
then
then,
after
that,
what
you
know
if
we
approve
it,
then
it
goes
to
like
the
city
council.
A
Come
into
it,
if
you
what
you
know,
what
you
can
do,
too
is
have
them,
and
when
you
send
the
email
right,
you
can
get
it
get
them
to
sign
up,
make
a
petition
okay
and
send
that
in
with
your
email,
okay,
you
can.
You
can
send
the
email
and
then
add
that,
like
okay,
once
you
get
it.
