C
C
We're
going
to
be
installing
Peterson
Chesky
who's
been
a
longtime
Chelsea
resident
business
owner
in
Chelsea,
so
he's
going
to
be
our
92nd
president.
We're
gonna
have
Maureen
Foley
from
the
Coleman
hotel
group,
come
out
as
our
our
outgoing
president,
social
Gail
awarded
with
Anna
plaque,
and
the
nicest
presentation
will
be
making
tonight
as
we're
doing
a
service
of
remembrance
for
Joey
and
Harrison
the
owner
of
Capri
Co.
She
was
a
Rotary
Club
member
Chelsea,
Chamber
member
for
a
very
long
time,
very
generous
to
so
many
people.
C
B
C
When
you
want,
even
though
all
her
physical,
you
know
limitations,
she
was
always
had
a
big
smile
and
you
walked
in
the
door,
and
you
know
once
you
know
it
was
going
on
with
you
and
your
family
and
what
was
going
on
with
the
organization's,
and
just
you
know,
when
you
wanted
a
hundred,
she
always
gave
you
a
hundred
and
twenty.
You
know
so
she
was
very,
very
generous.
You
know
with
her
time
and
and
everything
so
we
miss
her
a
lot.
Okay,
so.
C
C
Was
a
very
busy
winter
with
the
tax
law
changes,
a
lot
of
people's
tax
results
were
different
than
they
have
been
in
the
past.
There
was
a
lot
of
explaining
of
why
things
were
different,
so
so
it's
kind
of
a
new
normal,
so
they're
still
doing
some
correcting
of
things,
so
hopefully
that
people
have
adjusted
their
withholdings
and
stuff.
You
know
for
this.
For
next
year's
taxes
we'll
see
getting.
C
They're
opened
up
with
Virginia
Tech,
which
is
a
tough
you
know,
opener
so
and
they
play
Notre
Dame
away,
which
we
haven't
been
out
there
in
a
really
long
time.
So
that's
the
weekend
before
Thanksgiving
I
think
so
so,
hopefully
be
a
good
season.
We're
looking
forward
to
it
so
having
been
in
that
fished
field
house.
Yet
have
you
been
in
that
fish
field?
No,
sir,
now
I
heard
a
spectacular,
so
yeah
I
need
a
tour
in
there.
Okay,.
C
B
D
It's
pretty
interesting
because
my
brother-in-law
has
35
years
of
perfect
attendance,
and
that
means
I
have
35
years
of
perfect
attendance
coming
to
the
installation
and
it's
always
a
it's
always
a
fun
time
and
on
behalf
of
the
city
I'd
like
to
congratulate
all
the
people
who
are
going
to
receive
awards
here
tonight.
Joanne
from
Co
price
source
Feeney
as
I
know
it
as
it's
well
deserved.
E
D
Are
things
in
city
government
city
government
is
doing
well
we're
doing?
Okay,
you
know
I
think
we
need
to
keep
an
eye
on
what
we're
doing
and
you
know,
keeping
some
checks
and
balances
so
that
we're
in
control
of
what
we're
doing
you
know.
One
of
my
concerns
is
we're
not
the
answer
for
the
region
in
regards
to
affordable
housing,
I
think
so
many
other
communities
need
to
step
up,
and
you
know
do
this.
Yeah.
B
D
D
B
F
F
Been
involved
in
rotary
now
for
probably
close
to
12
years.
Yes,
I
was
the
president
of
rotary
in
2009
and
very
proud
Rotarian,
very
proud
of
the
work
that
we
do
with
Rotarian,
along
with
my
fellow
Rotarian
and
here
to
support
our
incoming
president
Peter
Zach,
and
congratulate
our
outgoing
president,
Maureen
Foley,
who
had
an
exceptional
year
I
mean
she
really
made
an
impact
in
the
community
and
and
just
brought
in
new
projects
and
I
mean
really
had
a
tremendous
year.
F
B
G
Welcome
to
the
92nd
annual
installation
of
the
Chelsea
Rotary
Club
pleasure
to
be
here
great
time,
come
an
annual
tradition
and
it's
a
good
place
to
be
Peters.
Access
key
is
taking
over
as
president
Peters
turn
their
UK.
We've
got
him
to
step
up
and
he'll.
Do
a
great
job
he's
had
a
lot
of
experience
of
the
fuelling
directors
association.
So
we're
looking
forward
to
having
him
lead
us
for
the
next
12
months.
He's
got
a
pretty
good
support
team.
G
G
Depressed
about
the
Red
Sox
I,
just
it
seems
like
they.
They
have
a
hangover
from
the
World
Series.
What
tonight
starts
the
second
half
of
the
night,
the
last
game
of
the
first
half
of
the
season,
whatever
I
think
then,
if
they
can
win
60%
of
the
games
going
out
till
at
least
make
the
playoffs
and
hopefully
by
them,
they'll
gel
will
have
Walde
back
and
go
work
out
that
bullpen
they
seem
to
be
struggling
to
the
bullpen
I.
G
Like
this
kid
Chavis
gonna
work
on
his
hitting
a
little
bit
more
he's
striking
out
a
little
bit
too
much,
but
Devi's
has
been
a
surprise
this
year
and
our
shortstop
Xander
is
holding
true
to
his
performance
last
year
and
we
gotta
get
Mookie
going
too.
So
it's
gonna
be
an
interesting
second
half
of
the
year.
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank
you,
sir.
Enjoy
the
evening.
Okay,.
H
H
H
B
I
B
J
Was
so
surprised,
but
thank
God
for
all
of
the
work
that
we
wrote.
Ariens
do
in
the
community
and
now
even
in
almonds.
So
I
just
want
to
congratulate
my
fellow
Rotarian
Juan,
but
across
the
country
all
the
way
in
Colombia
across
the
world.
All
the
way
in
Colombia
and
and
so
I'm
just
excited
tonight,
I
will
be
giving
the
installation
for
the
interact
club
from
Chelsea
high
school,
so
I
would
like
for
you
to
meet
them
and
allow
them
to
say
some
words.
Okay,.
B
J
Thank
you,
Carrie
cuz,
you're,
so
good
and
I
just
appreciate
you
so
so
I'm
gonna,
let
them
say
a
few
words
that
they
would
like
to
say,
because
this
will
be
a
great
opportunity
for
us
to
get
more
people
involved
and
interact
in
your
coming
in
coming
year.
So
Daniel,
who
is
now
the
president
incoming
president
and
Stephanie,
who
is
our
historian
and
Giovanni?
Who
is
our
Vice,
President
and
Lydia?
Who
is
a
past
past
president
of
the
Chelsea
High
School
interact
club.
So
would
you
say
a
few
words.
E
Thank
you
for
having
me
this
night
and
I
chose
to
be
president
of
interact
club
because
I
had
the
choice
of
being
president
other
clubs,
such
as
like
National,
Honor
Society,
but
I
chose
this
club
because
in
this
club
we
can
welcome
everybody
in
our
school
other
clubs
they
choose,
but
in
this
club
everybody
can
come
and
and
I
want
to
be
president
because
I
want
to
feel
like
everybody
should
be
welcomes
because
there's
some
people
who
leave
interact
but
I
want
them
to
stay
and
like
what
I'm,
gonna
do
and
I
promise
to
do
is
like
have
some
food.
E
K
Interact
club
at
Chelsea,
High
and,
like
Daniel,
said:
I'm
really
excited
to
be
there
next
year
and
help
others
serve
the
community
and
I
think
that's.
The
whole
purpose
of
interact
is
helping.
Others
contribute
to
their
community
because
there's
nothing.
You
can't
find
the
bad
thing
about
that
and
I
want
to
support
others
and
capture
the
moments
of
Oliver.
All
of
our
events
to
help
others
join
in
on
all
of
that.
L
M
B
N
N
M
M
B
M
B
O
O
You
know
our
pantry
of
necessities
that
we
do
for
the
homeless,
kids
in
Chelsea
and
just
a
whole
lot
of
other
programs
fire
there
for
victims
of
fire
I
mean
it's
really
an
important
thing
that
people
you
know
can
come
together
and
you
know
really
be
part
of
a
civic
organization
in
a
town
or
in
a
city
like
Chelsea.
There
really
is
about
community,
so
I
mean
I.
I
feel
like
Chelsea
Rotary.
Club
kind
of
you
know
is
the
Chelsea
community
to
a
certain
extent-
and
you
know
we
look
out
for
our
own
very.
B
P
P
Thank
you.
This
year
has
been
a
great
year.
Our
theme
has
been
be
the
inspiration
and
we've
tried
hard
to
help
change
the
world
change
our
community
and
change
ourselves.
We've
committed
to
a
lot
of
service
projects
here
in
Chelsea,
we've
invested
over
631
thousand
dollars
in
projects
that
we've
done
in
the
community.
P
B
Was
Maureen
Foley
one
of
our
community
leaders,
yeah
Dee
Bruce,
mark
past-president
here
with
his
lovely
wife,
Gail
Mach,
brother-in-law
counsel,
as
Leo
Robinson,
whom
we
spoke
to
earlier.
Could
you
stand
up
for
the
interview?
Yes,
yes,
oh,
and
we
took
a
picture
that
the
Chelsea
clock
experts
were
fixing
the
clock
in
Bellingham
Square.
Q
A
Q
Q
Rotaries
a
great
source
or
service
or
service
organization,
our
biggest
project
is
which
we've
basically
succeeded,
eradicate
eradicating
polio
in
the
world,
and
we've
just
raised
the
funds
that
got
a
match
from
Rotary
International
to
drill
wells
in
Colombia
for
the
poor
people
who
don't
have
a
water.
We
have.
We
have
built
a
medical
clinic,
our
club
in
Colombia,
for
the
indigenous
people.
G
R
Peter
is
coming
in
as
president
Peters
of
cesky
from
Welsh
Renault
home,
and
it's
going
to
be
just
a
great
time.
It
really
really
is
there's
pretty
much.
Nothing
I
can
say
about
rotary
because
you
already
spoke
to
people
who
have
great
knowledge
of
rotary
and
long
time.
Members
I
think
past
president
Bruce
has
close
to
30
years
of
perfect
attendance
and
to
gain
perfect
attendance
in
rotary.
R
It
means
you
don't
miss
a
meeting,
but
where
rotary
is
an
international
organization,
you
have
two
weeks
before
your
clubs
meeting
are
two
weeks
after
your
clubs
meeting
to
go
to
another
club
and
make
up
a
meeting.
So
that's
how
Bruce
has
been
able
to,
and
tonight
we're
going
to
be
passing
out
some
perfect
attendance
Awards.

all
they
are
here,

interrupting
I
interrupted.
Another
conversation,
I
didn't
even
say:
excuse
me
to
Ted
Martin
and
Barbara
Martin
and
Malcolm.
Now,
how
are
you
we
hearing?
So
many
good
things
about
your
community
service,
your
assistance
of
the
great
country
of
Colombia?
Why.
U
U
U
Me
wouldn't
be
able
to
do
what
I
do
without
my
fellow
Rotarians
I
can
tell
you
that
and
then,
wherever
I
go
the
country
that
we're
doing
the
work,
the
Rotarians
in
Colombia
in
the
Philippines
in
Haiti
and
everywhere
else.
You
know:
that's
how
you
do
it.
We
work
in
our
organization
in
our
organization.
It's
it's
just
great
fantastic.
We
do
a
lot
of
work,
a
lot
of
work
to
change
people's
lives.
We.

Does
great
things
for
Chelsea,
high
school
and
nonprofits
in
Chelsea
I
feel
very
proud
to
be
part
of
rotary
and
I
am
very
excited
to
be
here
tonight.
I
feel
like
we've
come
full
circle.
I
was
here
last
year
as
a
Paul,
Harris
Fellowship
Award
winner
and
Here
I
am
now
as
a
Rotarian
welcoming
a
new
Paul,
Harris
fellow
and
also
interactors,
who
are
here
with
us
tonight.
Our.
B
V
I
did
a
lot
of
community
service.
I
actually
did
a
lot
of
community
service
with
Chelsea
Community
Schools
as
well,
so
paired
with
interact.
I
did
a
thousand
plus
hours
in
two
years
and
then
rotary
was
there
for
me
when
I
was
in
interact,
I
went
to
rila,
which
is
their
Leadership
Conference
for
high
school
students
and
then
in
college.
They
also
sponsored
me
to
do
an
advanced
rila
for
college
students.
So
I
have
had
this
relationship
with
rotary,
who
sponsors
interact
and
sponsored
me
throughout
my
whole
career
mom.
X
X
There's
a
couple
hotels
under
way,
and
one
should
be
open
this
summer
and
yeah
things
are
doing
well
in
Chelsea
how's,
the
night
market
going
the
first
one
was
a
great
success
and
we're
looking
forward
to
the
next
few.
This
summer
and
I
encourage
everyone
to
come
out
there
really
a
good
time
in
the.
B
Y
Thank
you,
everyone.
Let
us
bow
our
heads
in
prayer,
dear
God,
we
thank
you
for
the
opportunity
to
gather
this
evening
in
peace
and
in
rotary
service.
We
thank
you
for
the
many
blessings
and
fortunes
you
have
bestowed
on
this
club
and
its
members
that
have
allowed
us
to
put
service
before
self.
We
pray
for
those
before
us,
or
so
many
new
leadership
roles
responsibilities.
We
pray
that,
through
your
graces,
you
will
guide
president-elect
Peter
the
offices
and
Board
of
Directors
as
they
lead
our
club
over
the
next
year.
Y
We
pray
that
you
will
find
that
you
will
help
us
find
greater
clarity
and
purpose
for
our
organization,
a
renewed
commitment
and
a
deeper
appreciation
of
each
other's
diversity
and
its
importance
to
our
overall
mission
man.
We
all
be
reminded
of
the
high
concepts
of
rotary
and
in
so
doing
that
we
be
guided
by
them
your
love
and
strength,
so
that
we
are
equal
to
the
tasks
that
lie
ahead.
A
R
G
Z
A
R
You
we
have
a
very
robust
program
this
evening
and
will
also
be
a
learning
experience
for
some
people,
as
they
learn
some
of
the
missions
of
rotary
and
some
of
the
things
that
we
have
done
this
past
year.
We
know
our
members
are
well
aware
of
it,
but
how
I
guess
it
may
not
be.
This
gives
us
a
great
opportunity
to
showcase
what
we
do
in
rotary,
starting
left
with
the
award
ceremony.
It
gives
me
a
great
deal
of
pleasure
to
call
upon
I
want
to
lavinia
ask
presidents
ago
the
Reverend,
dr.
R
J
Officers
they're,
not
all
of
them.
There
are
three
of
the
five,
and
so
what
we
are
going
to
do
is
the
Interact
Club
trophy
interact
club
and
we're
going
to
do
with
the
installation
of
these
officers.
But
before
we
do
that,
we
would
like
for
them
to
introduce
themselves
and
tell
us
a
little
bit
of
something
about
them.
AA
E
J
J
J
You
will
be
expected
to
participate
in
multiple
levels
of
service
and
to
attend
your
clubs,
regular
meetings.
So
let
me
tell
you
something
with
about
300,000
interactors
in
13
thousand
and
nine
air
at
close
in
109
countries
and
geographical
areas.
You
are
members
of
a
worldwide
elite
group
of
teenagers
that
represent
the
best
youth
in
their
respective
communities
and
countries.
So
now
with
me,
will
you
state
your
name.
J
J
Club
can
Constitution
bylaws
very
good.
You
will
do
this.
Okay,
I
will
okay,
so
with
this
power
that
is
vested
in
me
as
a
Rotarian
advisor
director
of
the
Chelsea
indirect
Club
I,
now
hear
about
to
declare
that
you
are
the
new
interact,
president
historian
and
vice
president
for
the
school
year,
2019
2020.
So
we
will
have
our
assistant
advisor
director.
Dave
depend
each
one
of
you.
Q
AB
AB
Various
each
of
you
current
equal
responsibilities,
duty
an
allegation
of
ensuring
the
success
of
these
retarders,
we're
here
to
help
them
be
successful

Scout

PTA

that
they
are
the

they're

The
future
leaders
of
the
future
and
not
of
it,
are
they're
here
for
us
to
be
able
to

they're
also
going
to
be
future
Rotarians
for
the
rotary.

J
R
The
next
the
one
is
going
to
be
presented
is
the
Rotarian
of
the
era,
one
that
many
many
years
ago.
You
look
in
the
book
that
says
when
the
first
one
was
given
out.
It
was
something
that
was
brought
up
by
one
of
a
late
president's
Albert's
club,
and
it
was
his
thought
that
we
do
so
much
in
rotary
to
honor
and
health
and
others
that
we
can
honor
ourselves
once
a
year.
O
AC
O
A
AD
A
R
There's
a
lot
of
traditions
and
rotary,
and
for
those
of
you
who
are
all
deaf
and
video
with
rotary
rotary
is
an
international
organization.
So
what
we
see
here
in
our
country
is
taking
place
in
other
countries.
They
just
don't
have
as
much
fun
doing
it
as
we
do.
One
of
the
traditions
of
rotary
has
always
been
attendance.
We're
very
proud
of
our
attendance,
we're
very
proud
to
be
Rotarian.
R
We
are
out
the
ends
all
the
time.
If
we
don't
know
whether
the
sagittarons
is
goes
around
the
finds
people
and
I,
don't
watching
the
history
when
I
was
sad,
your
diamonds,
even
if
I
saw
somebody
in
a
social
event
or
in
a
ball
game
that
they
didn't
have
their
rotary
pen
on,
they
could
find
that
the
next
200
remaining,
but
not
being
a
proud
Rotarian.
One
of
the
other
traditions
is
attendance.
It
was
for
years
and
years
that
you
could
make
up
a
meeting.
R
If
you
couldn't
make
your
own
meeting
that
first
decided
a
lot.
You
could
do
it
one
week
prior
to
or
one
week
after
them
wasn't
very
convenient.
So
then
they
have
two
to
two
weeks
before.
In
two
weeks
have
them,
and
over
the
years
this
has
been
a
challenge
to
a
lot
of
people
challenging
others
to
keep
up
the
attendance
so
to
show
how
proud
we
are
and
how
proud
of
our
members
are.
R
R
G
Q
Q
Rory
Harris
got
together
back
in
1905
with
others
attorney
in
Chicago,
and
they
got
together
and
decided
to
form
a
little
Club
and
their
approach
was
of
a
formless
club
called
over.
So
professionals
with
diverse
backgrounds
could
exchange
ideas,
form
meaningful
lifetime
friendships
and
get
back
to
their
communities.
They
started
at
1905
by
1910.
There
were
16,
Club
and
rotary,
and
the
first
international
club
and
one
a
fake
Canada
in
1917
go
to
prison.
Arch
Colton
started
to
go
refoundation
so
that
they
could
generate
funds
to
do
charitable
work
in
1928.
Q
They
named
it
the
Rotary
Foundation
in
1930.
They
made
their
first
gift
of
$500
to
the
International
Society
for
crippled
children,
which
later
grew
Easter
Seals.
So
they
were
upon
these
initial
supporters
of
Easter
Seals
in
1985
they
launched,
which
is
our
biggest
project
and
the
most
successful
project,
and
now
incorporates
cooperation
with
the
Gates
Foundation,
polio
plus
program,
which
the
goal
is
to
eradicate
polio
in
the
whole
world.
Q
We
all
get
to
know
people
from
other
countries,
they
get
to
know
us
and
they
find
out
we're
all
alike.
We
all
have
the
same
idea.
So
that's
peace
to
understand
me.
They
also
do
district
grants
and
global
brands,
and
we
purchased
we've
participate
district
grants,
one
of
our
little
ones.
We
knew
was
pantry
of
necessities
and
we
also
have
some
other
funds.
We
do
so
in
1957,
in
honor
of
Paul
Harris,
where
that
pointed
right
past
we
divide
D,
Delta,
Paul,
Harris,
fellows
program.
Q
Fellowship
is
one
of
the
main
ways
they
raise
the
funds
to
fund
the
foundation,
so
you
can
contribute
money
to
the
foundation
and
make
yourself
a
lawyers
or
a
greater
honors.
Somebody
can
make
you
of
all
hairs
by
contributing
to
the
foundation
tonight.
We're
gonna
be
friendiy,
presenting
ourselves
across
the
board
and
methods,
so
the
first
person
would
receive
a
pop
artist
over
tonight.
This
past
president
Reverend
Whitley.
W
Q
Rotarian
every
year,
which
means
each
one
of
us
is
donating
hundred
dollars
every
year
to
the
Rotary
Foundation
and
when
you
have
10
years
in
you
earn
your
call

therefore
you've
contributed
a
thousand
dollars.

why
the

we

you

in
the
third

we,
the

took
it
upon
itself
to
present
a
poor
Harris
to
posthumous
leave
to
join
in
Terezin,
our
former
member.
She
had
been
a
great
member
of
our
club,
a
great
citizen,
a
great
member
of
the
Chelsea
community,
a
most
generous
person,
a
most
kindest
person,
and
we
felt
it
was
very
appropriate
presenting
for
Harris
in
her
memory
and
so.

C
For
many
many
years
she
always
had
a
smile
on
her
face
whenever
he
walked
into
her
shop
in
Washington
out
across
from
City
Hall
I
was
interested
in
what
was
going
on
in
your
life,
your
family's
life
and
and
all
of
the
nonprofits
in
the
city
that
she
generously
supported
a
few
years.
Back.
Six
of
us
were
on
their
chamber
board
at
the
time
some
were
still
in
the
chamber.
Goren
formed
a
group
called
the
Divas.
C
It
started
out
as
a
way
for
us
to
pool
our
money
to
purchase
tickets
to
the
Chamber's
annual
$10,000
pot
of
gold.
Early
on,
we
won
a
portion
of
the
big
pot
that
called
for
us
celebration.
So
off.
We
went
to
Aven
Louise
for
martinis
and
dinner.
A
potable
ticket
pooling
has
continued
for
many
years
now,
as
well
as
I'm.
P
C
Makes
up
for
dinner
and
drinks?
Joanne
was
one
of
the
original
divas
and
always
made
a
point
to
fit
our
outings
into
her
social
they're,
carefully
working
around
her
weekly
visits
with
her
sister
Brenda
because
of
Joanna's
health
challenges
over
the
last
year,
so
she
had
not
been
able
to
join
us
for
dinner.
Too
often,
we
were
all
so
excited
when
she
joined
us
this
past
January
for
a
night
out
at
an
NC
table
in
winter.
C
It
was
not
long
after
that
that
she
passed
I
know
that
all
of
us
that
were
there
that
night
are
so
grateful
to
his
spend
time
with
Gillian
that
night
today,
as
you
know,
we've
joined
by
sister
Brenda
Kerrigan,
her
children,
Susan
and
David,
two
grandchildren,
Nikolaj
Hannah,
we're
so
happy
that,
were
you
were
able
to
join
us
today
to
honor
and
recognize
your
mother
for
all
her
generosity
in
friendship
throughout
the
years.
Thank
you.
R
Well
is
a
good
part
of
the
reason
that
we're
here
is
the
installation
of
offices
directness
very
same
people
leave
serious
part
of
the
evening
because
of
Shana
will
drive
the
rest
of
the
rotary.
These
rotar
be
here,
so
we're
going
to
start
off
with
the
installation
of
the
directness
and
I
would
like
to
ask
yes,
presidents,
oogle
I'm,
David
hi,
my
name's
Ranade
past
president
big
midland.
R
Soon,
David
David
you've
been
elected
in
accordance
with
the
bylaws
to
the
important
office
of
director.
The
business
experience
your
zeal
and
dedication
to
rotary
are
the
reasons
you
were
elected
to
the
Board
of
Directors.
It
will
be
your
solemn
duty
to
work
with
the
president
other
elected
offices
in
the
membership.
Well
ever
mindful
of
the
motor
rotary
model,
Service
Above
Self,
and
to
faithfully
perform
the
duties
of
a
director
as
prescribed
in
the
bylaws,
so
I
ask:
are
you
prepared
to
take
the
oath
of
office
as
a
director
of
the
Chelsea
Rotary
Club?
Oh.
R
R
You're
right
leave
it
to
Joe
that
there
cut
one
of
our
directors
was
unable
to
be
with
us
this
evening
and
that's
Frank
Kowalski
and
I
fail
to
mention
him.
But
Joe
corrected
me,
because
I
did
mention
Jackie
Moore,
whose
90s
lo1
strike
against
me
I
know:
I,
don't
have
to
explain
the
duties
and
responsibilities
of
your
respective
positions
because
Bruce
and
Joe
you're
currently
doing
it.
But
your
finance
background
is
more
than
adequate
to
serve
the
rotary
needs
and
madelyn.
R
A
R
Offices
of
secretary
treasurer,
insides
and
arms,
our
supreme
importance
and
of
high
trust
Bruce
will
be
on
duty
to
coordinate
the
club's
correspondence
record
attendance
and
sets
reports
at
meetings
as
required,
Joe
and
Bob.
You
are
the
custodian
of
the
club's
funds.
As
such,
such
you
want
to
keep
accurate
records
you
ready
to
get
financial
reports
and
to
collect
all
the
dues
and
other
funds
from
membership.
Your
books,
an
account,
shall
be
open
to
inspection,
as
directed
by
the
bylaws
Madeleine's
I
already
gave
us
in
the
brief
introduction.
R
R
The
office
of
president-elect
is
an
important
position.
It's
the
time
when
you
prepare
to
be
the
president,
so
you
can
hit
the
floor
running
Todd
as
president-elect.
It
will
be
our
duty
to
provide,
in
the
absence
of
the
president,
when
is
a
funeral
into
productive
duties
as
this
little
delay
up
there,
a
specifically
prescribed
and
bylaws
you
spent
a
year
as
vice
president
and
now
as
president-elect,
you
will
be
familiar
with
the
rules
in
parliamentary
procedures,
rotary
style
and.
A
R
Bylaws
of
the
Chelsea
Rotary
Club
next
year,
you
will
be
the
president
I
encourage
you
to
work
closely
with
president
Pina.
So
when
next
june
comes,
you
will
have
the
faith,
familiarity
and
self-confidence
to
assume
the
presidency
of
the
Chelsea
Rotary
Club.
So
I
think
you
prepared
to
take
the
oath
of
office
as
president
elect
of
the
fealty
Rotary
Club.

us

to
bring
new

we
worked
hard
to
do
that

align
our

with

We
told

world:
you're
a
neighbor
friend
leader
and
problem
solver,
who
sees
the
world
where
people
unite
and
take
action
to
create
lasting
change
across
the
globe
in
our
communities
in
ourselves.
Thank
you
very
much.

And
Gayle
is
wonderful
couple
as
they
were
aging
to
a
beginning.
They
had
these
little
problems
of
memory
to
go
to
the
store
that
come
back
with
20
items
and
forget
the
five
that
they
went
there
for
walk
into
a
ruin
and
forget
what
it
was
that
were
there.
They
were
getting
very
concerned.
So
they
went
to
see
the
doctor
doctor
Ben
and
the
doctor
told
him
nothing
structurally
wrong.
AE
You're
perfectly
fine,
oh
I
want
the
two
of
you
to
do
from
now
on
is
carry
a
memo
pad
and
wherever
you
go,
if
you're
going
into
the
room,
just
write
a
note,
keys,
you're
going
to
you,
know,
make
a
shopping
list,
write
everything
down,
wonderful,
they
go
home,
they
buy
their
notepads
and
is
sitting
in
the
living
room.
When
I'm
watching
television
and
Bruce
gets
up
and
says
you
know,
I'd
like
a
dish
of
ice
cream,
I'm
gonna
get
chocolate,
you
know,
would
you
like
anything?
She
says
yeah
get
me.
AE
AE
Does
anyone
remember
June
stock
till
he
was
Ross,
Perot
running
basement,
he's
going
to
say:
Who
am
I.
Why
am
I
here?
It's
a
little
ironic
that
I
am
standing
here
tonight,
since
there
was
an
objection
to
my
initial
Rotary
Club
application.
That's
right
in
1980
I
had
hoped
to
join
my
father,
I'm
wearing
his
badge
tonight,
but
I
was
denied
admission
by
another
member
of
the
same
catagory
classification
and
so
with
nowhere
else
to
go
I
joined
the
other
club
is
Alan
reminded
you.
AE
Some
remember
me
as
often
visiting
as
the
official
colognian
ambassador
Dermer
I
spent
more
time.
The
rotary
than
I
did.
The
other
club
and
I
was
also
known
as
Alan's
perpetual
guest
I
was
probably
elements
guests
for
about
eight
years.
I
think
it's
safe
to
assume
that
my
transgression
and
the
years
and
the
wilderness
have
been
forgiven
tonight
again.
I
want
to
applaud
and
acknowledge
all
the
hard
work
and
determination
on
the
part
of
our
public
president
Maureen.
Thank
you
for
all
that
you've
done
this
past
year.
AE
AE
How
did
Shakespeare
put
it?
The
generals,
wife,
is
the
generals
general.
Although
my
mother
and
father
have
passed
some
time
ago
tonight,
I
would
like
to
honor
them
for
providing
me
with
the
necessary
tools
in
life.
They
taught
me
about
commitment,
demonstrated
their
empathy
to
those
less
fortunate
and
provided
me
with
the
tools
necessary
to
make
the
right
choices
in
life.
Charlotte
and
Chester.
I
know
that
you're
looking
down
tonight
with
a
sense
of
pride
I,
was
born
in
Chelsea
and
I
still
make
Chelsea.
My
home
I
have
a
third-generation
business
on
earth.
AE
I've
seen
firsthand
the
wonderful
and
special
things
rotary
has
done
for
our
community
and
how
the
people
of
Chelsea
have
come
together
to
adversity.
It
is
my
hope
and
belief
that
our
club
will
continue
to
be
a
positive
impact
in
our
community
I
view
myself
as
a
temporary
occupant
of
the
presidency,
and
to
that
end
my
goal
is
to
provide
a
strong
stewardship.
AE
This
isn't
it
and
my
primary
goal
is
to
leave
the
club
just
a
little
better
on
that
I
find
it
tonight.
This
is
not
an
incremental
approach,
but
rather
a
manner
in
which
we
build
the
consensus
to
move
our
club
forward.
My
administration
will
be
traditional
and
that
I
will
lead,
not
push
and
was
it
the
district
not
quite
like
a
flamingo
Tom,
but.
Q
AE
Best
weekend,
I,
listen,
I,
remember
does
anything,
though
we
will
continue
to
send
youngsters
to
camp
rotary,
provide
scholarships
to
assist
young
men
and
women
with
college
tuition
and
hate
those
families
who
suffered
devastating
fires
in
their
homes.
With
the
project
fire
recovery,
we
will
continue
to
support
local
initiatives,
including
the
pantry
of
necessities,
the
ALS
MS
Walk,
Hawaii,
Christmas,
bell
ringing
and
other
activities
related
to
our
schools
as
you're
all
aware.
In
order
to
continue
in
order
to
continue
and
meet
our
programmatic
obligations,
I
duty
to
fundraise
will
be
paramount.
AE
A
club
has
experienced
successful,
fundraising,
fundraising
years
of
the
past
and
I
hope
to
return
to
some
of
those
events
that
were
enjoyable
and
familiar
to
all
of
us
and
engaging
with
the
community.
Perhaps
most
critical
efforts
are
around
membership.
As
a
club,
we
need
to
ensure
that
all
of
our
members
are
engaged.
We
were
all
business
leaders
in
this
community
with
varied
experiences
and
can
be
that
can
be
transferred
to
not
only
strengthen
our
club
but
to
position.
AE
Our
club
as
an
integral
component
of
our
community
membership
is
the
lifeblood
of
most
organizations
and
ultimately,
our
club
will
not
succeed
unless
we
expand
I
know
it
could
debate
the
merits
of
expanding
on
membership
for
days,
but
suffice
to
say,
I
think
the
first
step
in
building
our
membership
is
to
just
eat
good
Rotarians.
Let
us
continue
to
invite
other
business
leaders
to
a
club
and
further
demonstrate
to
them
all
of
the
programs
and
services
we
implement
each
and
every
year.
I
believe
that
they
will
want
to
be
part
of
something
good
and
positive.
AE
In
this
nature,
acrimony
to
quote
Rotarian
LaShonda
yellowbook,
set
yourself
on
fire
with
passion
and
people
will
come
from
miles
to
watch
you
burn.
We
shall
be
active
and
very
busy
over
the
next
52
weeks.
All
of
us
must
play
a
pot
in
order
to
have
a
successful
year
and
I
am
confident
that
next
june
we
will
hand
off
a
vibrant
club
to
president-elect
artists,
as
we
do
every
year.
We
will
have
our
challenges,
however
I'm
certain
we
will
see
it
through
because
after
all,
we
have
Chelsea
Rotarians
and
we
put
Service
Above
Self.
R
Own
has
been
set
for
next
year.
I,
along
with
my
fellow
Rotarians,
are
looking
for
what
very
successful
yeah
next
year,
and
so
those
of
us
that
are
watching
this
and
Chelsea
community
table
that
would
like
to
get
a
little
bit
better
understanding
of
what
we
do
in
rotary
I
urge
you
go
onto
our
website
at
Chelsea,
rotary
god,
org
and
through
our
website
you
can
see
the
accomplishments
of
our
club
over
the
many
many
years
so
to
all
of
you
in
behalf
of
the
offices
and
directors
I.
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
support.
