From YouTube: Coronavirus Update of 5-3-21
Description
City of Chelsea
A
A
So,
as
you
know,
all
massachusetts
residents,
16
years
of
age
or
older,
are
now
eligible
to
receive
the
vaccines.
There
is
plenty
of
supply
of
vaccines
available
here
in
the
city
of
chelsea.
For
those
who
want
to
get
vaccinated.
First,
east
boston,
neighborhood
health
center
has
its
ongoing
clinic
at
318
broadway
the
headquarters
of
la
collaborativa.
A
617-568-4870,
in
addition
to
that
location,
the
city
has
walk-in
clinics
where
no
appointment
is
necessary
each
weekend.
For
the
foreseeable
future,
we
will
have
walk-in
clinics
at
the
chelsea
senior
center,
which
is
right
across
from
city
hall.
For
this
coming
weekend,
the
hours
are
friday,
3
p.m,
to
7
p.m
and
saturday
and
sunday
from
10
to
5..
A
A
A
The
city
strongly
encourages
all
eligible
residents
to
get
a
vaccine.
There
is
no
cost,
no
need
for
insurance.
No
information
asked
about
immigration
status.
The
only
way
we
are
going
to
return
here
in
chelsea
to
a
semblance
of
normalcy
this
summer
is
for
large
numbers
of
our
residents
to
get
vaccinated.
So
please
please
get
a
vaccine
at
one
of
these
clinics.
B
A
In
addition
to
the
vaccines
testing,
testing
for
covin
remains
available
in
the
city.
We
encourage
all
residents
who
haven't
yet
got
vaccinated
to
get
tested
regularly.
Remember
up
to
40
percent
of
individuals
who
have
coven
exhibit
no
symptoms.
Yet,
even
with
sin.
Without
symptoms
you
can
and
will
infect
others.
The
only
way
to
know
if
you
actually
have
coven
is
to
get
tested
regularly.
A
B
B
A
A
A
So
that's
as
of
may
29
capacity
limits
for
all
sorts
of
gathering,
both
in
private
spaces
and
in
public
spaces,
are
going
to
increase
200
for
indoor
gatherings
250
for
outdoor
gatherings.
Those
take
effect
on
saturday
may
the
29th
and
then
finally,
the
governor
indicated
that
all
restrictions-
all
covert
restrictions
are
expected
to
end
on
august
1st.
At
around
that
same
time,
I
expect
that
city
hall
will
reopen
to
normal
business
operations,
but
again
we'll
wait
for
that
date
when
all
business
restrictions
are
lifted.
A
The
city
is
well
aware
that
our
housing
crisis
is
continuing
and
that
many
tenants
are
still
struggling
to
make
rent
payments
and
homeowners
are
struggling,
paying
their
bills
and
making
their
mortgage
payments.
This
is
a
reminder
that
the
city
has
legal
assistance
available
to
you.
If
you
are
in
this
predicament,
if
you're
having
a
difficult
time
making
a
mortgage
payment
or
if
you're
threatened
with
eviction,
you
can
contact
our
chelsea
housing
legal
clinic
by
calling.
A
1-800-342-5297
lawyers
will
provide
you
with

assistance
for
tenants.

for
this
