From YouTube: Rotary Club Installation of Officers 2021
Description
City of Chelsea
A
Hello
chelsea,
it's
great
to
be
back
with
jamie
santos
behind
the
camera
and
paula
bradley
bachelor
executive
director
of
chelsea
community
cable
to
television.
Thank
you
paula
for
giving
me
this
assignment,
and
we
are
here
at
the
chelsea
rotary
club
installation
and
we
have
the
president
todd
taylor.
Todd
take
us
through.
What's
going
to
happen
tonight,.
B
Well,
we're
going
to
have
the
installation
of
officers
tonight
and
when
I
was
when
I
took
over
as
president
last
year,
it
was
during
covid.
So
there
wasn't
an
opportunity
to
have
an
installation
for
me
so
technically
they're
going
to
install
me
and
the
the
incoming
president,
dan
pranka,
but
and
and
then
all
the
officers
for
this
for
this
year.
But
after
tonight
I'll
be
the
I'll
be
the
past.
President.
B
Yeah
we
we
did,
we
did
all
our
meetings
via
zoom
and
at
the
very
end,
when
things
opened
up
a
little
bit,
we
had
hybrid
meetings.
B
In
person
and
some
people
zoomed
in
and
so
it
was
good,
but
we
we
had
him
at
the
brown
jug,
so
it
was
good,
real
fun.
So.
B
I've
been,
I
was
joined
in
2015,
and
so
it's
been
now
six
years.
So
that's
great
and
I
love
it
rotary's
a
great
organization
and
we
do
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
good
work
in
in
chelsea
and
outside
of
chelsea
and
I'll.
Tell
you
our
our
rotarian
of
the
year
this
year,
juan
gallego
did
a
unbelievable
job,
really
really
helping
so
many
people
this
year
with
his
projects,
he's
unbelievable
he's
my
rotary
idol.
B
It's
going
it's
going
great.
I
do
not
have
a
opponent
this
year
so
I'll.
Take
that
as
a
vote
of
confidence
from
the
citizens
of
prattville
and
just
working
hard
to
you
know,
do
my
due
diligence
and
really
talk
to
people
and
find
out
how
they
feel
about
issues
and
there's
a
you
know.
I
I
think
we're
going
to
make
some
good
decisions
for
the
city
of
chelsea,
okay,
and
I
see.
A
And
your
brother
is
here
too
finn.
Finn
come
on
in
you,
proud
of
mr
taylor,
your
father
yeah.
I
am
president
of
rotary
and
chelsea
district.
One
council.
C
A
D
B
C
School
yet
yeah,
I
started
school
two
weeks
ago.
C
Well,
I'm
starting
in
a
little
less
than
a
week.
F
A
A
Oh
that's,
fine
see!
This
is
all
happening
as
it
happens.
There's
no
script
here
waiting
for
mrs
taylor
to
come
over,
but
where
is
she
okay,
all
right
so
nice
to
talk
with
you
and
congratulations
and
let's
hope
things
get
back
to
normal.
B
Awesome,
I
really
hope
things
get
back
to
normal.
We
can
put
the
pandemic
behind
us
and
get
get
back
to
business.
A
G
30
years
in
chelsea,
so
it's
very
exciting.
It's
been
a
great
place
to
to
you
know:
do
business
I've
been
a
rotarian
for
30
years
too
norman
leclair
brought
me
in
you
know
when
he
was
a
member
back
then,
and
and
it's
been
a
great
organization-
I've
been
very
happy
to
belong
to
this
group.
So
what's
the
agenda.
G
Tonight's,
our
annual
installation
of
officers-
it
usually
happens
at
the
end
of
june
because
that
rotary
year
starts
july
1st,
but
we're
a
little
delayed
because
of
covid.
So
so
our
president
incoming
president,
prank
has
already
been
installed,
but
so
this
is
kind
of
a
ceremonial
installation
and
todd
taylor.
Who
was
our
president
last
year.
He
unfortunately
never
got
installed
because
of
kovid.
So
so
we're
trying
to
celebrate
all
that
stuff
tonight,
plus
the
new
off
the
new
board
of
directors
coming
in
too
so.
Okay.
A
Tell
us
a
little
about
rotary
service
to
yourself
right.
F
G
So
some
of
our
projects
in
chelsea
this
summer
we
did
send
we've
been
sending
20
kids
to
camp
rotary
up
in
boxford
for
probably
about
16
or
17
years,
so
we've
sent
over
almost
400
kids
to
camp
the
last
year
so
the
last
few
years.
So
that's
one
of
our
big
projects.
Wang
gaye
goes
who's.
An
unbelievable
member.
We've
done
a
lot
of
international
projects.
Thanks
to
him
clean
water
projects.
G
We
built
a
hospital
in
columbia,
all
kinds
of
things
that
we've
done
you
know,
and
then
we
always
helped
to
host
the
back
to
school
event,
which
was
last
week
and
we
do
scholarships
for
the
kids
and
that
are
going
on
to
college
that
graduate
from
the
high
school.
So
we
do
a
lot
of
great
projects,
you
know
locally
and
you
know
around
the
world.
I'm
sure
we'll
do
something
for
haiti.
Now
too,
you
know.
That's
I've
seen
some
emails
go
by
about
that
too.
So
we.
H
G
Our
best
and
one's
the
rotarian
of
the
year,
he
is
one
he's
the
rotarian
of
the
year.
Unfortunately,
I
think
he's
he's
actually
in
europe
with
his
kids
right
now,
so
he
won't
be
here
tonight,
but
it's
well.
It's
well
deserved.
He
is
a
rotary
through
and
through.
He
bleeds
rotary.
So
he's
a
great
guy.
G
A
J
Well,
this
this
is
a
good
turnout.
Happy
to
be
here
haven't
missed
a
rotary
function
in
probably
40
years
or
better
because
bruce
mark
who
has
a
perfect
attendance
in
rotary.
Even
when
he
goes
on
vacation,
he
finds
a
place
to
do
the
meetings
you
know,
but
it's
always
good
to
be
here
with
good
friends,
and
always
here,
representing
the
city
of
chelsea
and
hoping
hoping
for
the
best
and
chelsea
has
come
a
long
way.
J
We
continue
to
grow
and,
as
they
say,
build
back
better.
You
know
now
we
just
have
to
learn
how
to
coexist
with
each
other
and
realize
that
we're
all
in
the
same
boat
going
in
the
same
direction.
You
know-
and
it's
not
about
this
one,
it's
not
about
that
one!
It's
about
all
of
us
and
once
we
figure
that
out,
the
city
will
be
a
super
super
super
city.
J
J
A
lot
of
streets,
pave
a
lot
of
streets
change,
a
lot
of
drainage
issues
that
we've
had
in
the
past,
addressing
some
of
the
flooding
issues
I
mean,
and
only
can
go
up,
that's
where
we
are
going
up,
and
actually
I
just
want
to
mention
my
brother
ron
and
I
and
monica
rubow
and
and
sharon
carfield
have
been
working
for
the
last
couple
months,
putting
together
two
projects
celebrating
louis
latimer's,
173rd
birthday,
the
first
one
will
be
september
4th
at
the
broadway
gallery:
456
broadway,
the
second
one
is
an
installation
at
port
park
on
on
louis
latimer
and
actually
the
one
which
is
going
to
surprise
a
lot
of
people.
J
J
J
Yes,
happy
to
have
her
back.
She
spent
three
years
at
vassa
college.
She
did
a
great
job
at
at
vassa
college
and
she
had
the
opportunity
to
come
back
to
mit
and
they
had
165
candidates
for
the
mit
job.
They
picked
your
daughter,
yes.
Well.
J
She
spent
eight
years
there
with
the
her
friend,
who
became
an
assistant
coach
and
an
nba
for
the
memphis
grizzlies,
and
actually
I
was
sitting
home
watching
the
celtics
and
the
grizzlies,
and
I
happen
to
see
a
play
that
they
ran
at
mit,
and
I
thought
that
was
pretty
interesting.
J
A
K
1977.
wow,
yes,
I
joined
in
1973.,
so
we
got
48
years
in
the
chelsea
rotary
club.
So
that
shows
you
what
a
great
club
it
is
for
one
person
to
want
to
stay
in
that
long
and
be
part
of
an
organization.
It
must
be
a
great
organization
and
rotary
like
kiwanis
and
zanta.
There
are
service
clubs
that
are
help
out
there
to
help
humanity.
K
So
so
tonight's
going
to
be
a
great
evening,
we
have
obviously
a
new
president
coming
in
because
it's
the
installation
and
the
program
will
be
fine.
We'll
have
a
little
bit
of
laughter
tonight.
Will
you
be
speaking?
I
will
be
the
master
of
ceremonies,
so
you
will
be
doing
a
lot
of
speaking.
That's
great
what
would
happen
the
first
seven
people,
they
asked
the
client
and
then
they
said.
Would
you
please
do
it
and
reluctantly?
K
K
Judge
you
after
tonight
we'll
we'll
take
a
vote.
Okay,
all
right,
anything
else!
No!
That's
about
it!
Just
it's
nice
to
be
back
gathering.
We
didn't
have
a
formal
installation
last
year
because
of
covid,
and
it
was
a
very,
very
difficult
year
in
rotary
for
president
trump
and
todd
and
very
unfortunate
ending
for
past
president
peter,
because
it
was
part
of
his
regime,
but
the
rotarians
really
came
to
the
plate.
K
A
L
Felt
paul,
heller's,
fellow
and
also
a
rotarian
of
the
year,
1998.
wow,
so
you've.
L
Back
to
rotary,
okay,
rotary
is
a
great
service
organization
that
helps
the
community
helps
the
world
helps
the
state
there's
so
many
good
people
that
want
to
help
out
and
help
the
world
to
be
a
better
place
and
create
peace
and
harmony
also,
they
they
eradicated,
polio
in
almost
the
entire
world.
Now
it's
it's
just
a
great
organization
and
now
they're
working
on
clean
energy
and
also
the
climate
control
problem,
so
they're
working
on
a
lot
of
major
major
issues
in
the
world
and
right
down
in
our
own
backyard.
L
They
help
out
chelsea
students
and
with
scholarships,
and
they
help
local
businesses
and
and
well
local
organizations.
So
it's
a
great
organization,
I'm
very
proud
to
be
part
of
it.
L
Yes,
it
is,
how
do
I
get
one
of
those?
Do
you
have
to
be
a
member?
No,
no!
We
can
get
you
one.
Yes,
you
can
have
one
too.
Thank
you.
They
were
made
by
ken
weber,
who's,
a
member
and
past
president.
I
don't
see
him
here
yet
tonight,
but
but
ken
has
a
crazy
cat's
embroidery
and
he
made
these
for
us
so
very,
very
happy.
This
is
my
wife.
Oh
darlene,.
A
E
A
A
Because
of
well.
E
L
Yep
I
do
too,
it
was
a
engulfing
too.
I
haven't
been
able
to
golf
as
much
either
and
I
miss
those
kind
of
things,
but
it's
great
to
be
here.
This
is
going
to
be
a
terrific
night
and
dan
pranker
is
a
terrific
member
who's.
Now
the
president
of
a
rotary
club
this
year
and
he's
looking
to
do
some
fantastic
things.
So
thank
you
very
much.
Okay,
anything.
E
A
B
So
we
didn't
get
a
chance
to
introduce
you
to
my
wife,
regina
taylor,
hello,.
C
A
I
I
Yes,
but
rotary's
worth
it
rotary
rotary
is
just
a
great
organization.
We
do
so
many
wonderful
things
and
you
know
primarily
we
we
really
just
want
to
help
kids
and
help
peace
through
understanding.
That's
our
motto:
peace
to
understanding.
So
but
it's
it's
a
great
and
it's
great
to
have
us
all
get
together
here
and
good
morning.
H
D
Again,
chelsea
rotary,
another
fantastic
organization:
that's
you
know
doing
a
lot
of
good
for
the
people
of
chelsea
and
in
the
surrounding
communities,
and
it's
always
great
to
have
the
chelsea
record
and
you
people
here
with
us.
Thank
you
very
much
carrie
and
say:
give
your
mom
a
hug
and
a
kiss
for
us
right.
How
are
the
children,
the
kids,
are
all
great
everybody's.
Well,
actually,
this
week,
everybody's
off
back
to
college
jack's
going
up
the
same
bed,
bon
adventure
maggie's
down
in
rhode,
island
lindsay's
in
new
york.
D
My
grandchildren
are
spread
here
there
and
everywhere
last
week
we
they
had
a
surprise
birthday
party
for
me
and
we
had
they
were
all
together.
So
that
was
fantastic.
You
know
very
so
how
was
the
birthday
party?
Oh,
the
birthday
party
was
just
absolutely
wonderful.
You
know
all
my
my
daughters
and
my
wife
did
an
unbelievable
job
and
then
putting
it
together,
and
I
had
a
lot
of
close
friends
plus
11
grandchildren
and
everyone
else.
So
it
was
just
an
unbelievable
time
very.
D
Yeah
well
again,
and
and
now
his
daughter
amelia,
they
just
came
back
from
south
carolina.
She
was
playing
in
the
american
games
down
there.
She
did
very
well
she's
a
a
softball,
catcher
and
she's.
Well,
she
plays
up
there.
She
plays
up
there
in
in
andover
where
she
lives
now,
but
she's
doing
very,
very
good
and
she's
an
excellent
softball
player
now
and
my
grandson
elijah
frank's
son
is
a
a
good
hockey
player.
So.
A
A
N
I
know
somewhat,
but
it
was
a
good
conversation.
N
N
M
D
N
It
just
mr
open,
yes,
no
david
actually
was
the
one
that
introduced
me
to
rotary.
So
I
have
him
to
thank
for
bringing
me
into
rotary
really.
No,
it
was
really
one
of
the
best
things
terrific.
A
O
That's
correct
my
first
time
as
president
was
back
in
2002,
and
then
I
was
back
there
it's
about
four
years
ago
I
joined
chelsea
three
years
ago
and
they've,
given
me
the
honor
to
become
their
95th
president
and
I'm
looking
forward
to
serving
in
the
club.
I've
found
that
chelsea's
been
a
great
town,
there's
some
great
people
there.
O
And
I've
got
some
plans
to
do
some
stuff,
that'll
be
great
for
the
city,
and
hopefully
we
find
some
new
members
we're
always
looking
for
members.
O
We've
been
there
for
what
95
years
or
so
and
got
a
good
nucleus
of
people.
So
if
you
have
any
desire
to
help
the
the
community
give
us
a
call
and
we'll
be
happy
to
bring
you
in
as
a
member.
O
Yes,
it's
gonna
be
short
and
sweet.
Oh
wow
right
just
a
couple
of
items
that
happened
to
me
and
basically-
and
I'm
not
much
for
a
speaker
so,
but
I've
enjoyed
my
years.
I've
had
some
great
things
happen.
While
I've
been
in
rotary.
O
Actually
my
first
time
I
got
connected
with
rory
way
back
in
1967,
I
was
on
a
flight
crew
out
of
philadelphia
back
to
boston.
We
had
a
posted
decompression
and
the
captain
was
from
saugus,
so
we
got
invited
to
a
rotary
club
in
saugus
in
1967
and
I
joined.
I
had
a
business
there
in
1972
and
I
was
asked
to
join
and
except
for
about
four
years,
I've
been
a
member
in
either
saugus
or
chelsea.
O
I'm
in
the
sports
travel
business,
I've
had
I've
been
in
the
travel
business
for
50
years.
I've
been
pretty
fortunate.
What's
the
name.
O
O
Yeah
the
super
dome
it's
in
any
any
stadium,
that's
located
downtown
is
great.
I
mean
with
the
patriots
stadium
out
there.
I
used
to
have
season
tickets
there,
but
you
know
to
get
there.
You
have
to
leave
a
couple
hours
and
you
know
and
then
did
travel.
So
I
kind
of
you
know.
I
see
more
games
on
the
road
than
I
do
at
home.
O
And
I
I
thank
you
all
for
coming
and
covering
it
for
us
and
I'm
gonna
try
to
do
some
stuff
with
you
in
the
future
and
maybe
have
some
people
show
up
and
do
a
little
thing
on
what's
happening
in
rory
or
what
we've
done
recently.
That's
on
my
agenda
dealing.
K
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
good
evening,
I
can't
bring
the
welcome
because
I'm
not
part
of
the
welcoming
committee,
but
I
can't
say
good
evening,
but
I
can
call
outgoing
president
todd
taylor
to
bring
the
official
welcome
to
the
chelsea
rotary
club
and
to
open
this
meeting
past.
President
trump.
H
B
We're
going
to
install
the
2122
officers
tonight
and
thank
you
all
for
coming.
This
is
kind
of
growing
rotary's
big
night
and
we're
all
happy
to
see.
Oh
you
guys
if
I
could
have
our
permanent
member
or
is
he
bob
alcanada?
Would
you
give
the
invitation.
P
Hello,
everybody
I'm
back
to
my
old
stomping
ground.
I
P
P
H
All
right,
if
we
can
all
do
the
pledge,
pledge
allegiance
to
the
flag
of
the
united
states
of
america
and
to
the
republic
for
which
it
stands.
One
nation,
under
god,
indivisible
with
liberty
and
justice.
B
B
A
F
F
F
Well,
I
I
keep
track
of
everybody
by
visiting
schools.
That's
how
I
like
to
lead.
I
like
to
visit
schools,
get
to
know
people
by
name
and
I
visit
principals
and
then
I
get
to
know
certain
classrooms
with
teachers,
and
then
I
always
find
a
couple
kids
that
I
just
am
drawn
to
and
I
get
to
focus
on
our
students
so
just
being
out
and
about
and
being
a
leader
who
is
visible
in
in
schools.
F
My
message
is,
we
are
so
excited
to
have
our
students
back.
I
want
our
parents
to
know
that
our
schools
are
safe,
that
we're
doing
everything,
cleaning,
keeping
our
our
entire
building
safe,
we
have
hand
sanitizer,
we
have
extra
custodial
staff,
we're
doing
cova
testing
and
the
math,
so
I
just
want
our
parents
to
know
that
we
are
making
sure
that
schools
are
safe
and
we
are
focused
on
instruction
and
we
are
going
to
make
sure
that
we
provide
the
best
highest
quality
education
possible
to
our
students.
Okay
good
evening,
ladies.
K
K
So
I
asked
our
illustrious
member
joel
naser,
who
went
to
law
school
with
paul
harris
if
anything
like
this
had
ever
happened
before
when
paul
harris
graduated
law
school,
he
went
off
to
chicago
and
went
to
the
law
firm
of
bloomberg,
greenblatt,
shapiro,
shapiro
and
harris.
Thank
goodness
he
married
mrs
shapiro's
daughter
and.
K
K
Unfortunately,
past
past
president
peter's
last
few
months
fell
on
the
covert
and
our
past
president
todd's
entire
term
was
undertow
under
covert,
but
our
rotarians
did
a
phenomenal
job
in
the
city
of
chelsea
during
covert
most,
namely
our
president
todd
and
our
rotarian
of
the
year,
juan
gallego.
That
we'll
hear
a
little
bit
more
about
later,
but
kova
did
not
stop
our
club.
It
was
a
wonderful,
wonderful
feeling,
at
least
for
me,
to
be
a
member
of
the
chelsea
rotary
club
to
start
the
unofficial
program.
O
B
These
are
the
perfect
attendance
awards
for
last
year
and
I'll
just
go
ahead
and
call
you
guys
up
one
by
one
and
let
and
let
you
guys
or
present
you
with
your
certificates.
P
B
H
B
I
I
I
I
K
The
next
award
to
be
given
is
the
rotarian
of
the
year
award.
The
rotarian
of
the
year
award
started
from
35
bruce
37
years
ago,
where
we
honor
one
of
our
own.
K
If
his
service
in
that
year,
far
went
above
and
beyond
what
others
did
I'm
going
to
call
upon
past
president
todd
to
make
the
presentation
for
the
paul
harris
fellow
and
also
accept
it
in
behalf
of
the
recipient,
who
you
will
tell
who
it
is?
Thank
you.
B
He
said:
can
you
come
out
to
the
parking
lot?
I
said
okay
what's
up
and
he
goes
don't
get
too
close.
B
H
B
May
have
it
and
I
can't
spread
it
to
all
you.
So
it
was
bad
luck,
but
juan
diego's
service
to
this
club
has
really
been
unbelievable
and
I'm
one
of
the
newer
members
of
rotary.
You
know,
but
I'll
tell
you
one
of
my
first
years.
He
had
just
come
back
from
the
philippines
and
they
were,
they
were
fixing
the
cleft
palates
in
in
in
the
philippines
that
he
had
gone
and
he
brought
slides
and
he
showed
him-
and
I
was
like
I.
B
Like
this
guy's
dedication-
and
you
know
willing
to
to
really
go
above
and
beyond,
to
help
others-
and
I
turned
to
him
after
the
presentation-
I
just
said
one
you're,
my
rotary
idol
and
I
still
he's
still
my
rotary
idol
last
year
when
covid
had
first
hit.
The
first
thing
that
we
did
as
a
club
was
to
provide
ppe
to
the
city
of
chelsea,
their
first
responders
fire
department,
police
department
and
the
city
hall
workers
and
juan
was
instrumental
in
in
doing
that,
and
it
was.
B
B
B
B
B
C
B
So
this
year's
rotarian
of
the
year
goes
to
juan
gallego
and
I'm
sorry
he
couldn't
be
here.
But
since
I
live
around
the
corner
from
him,
I'll
give
him
this
pin
and
his
attendance
certificate
and
I'm
really
sorry
he
couldn't
be
here
because
he's
one
of
the
best
guys.
I
know-
and
I
wish
he
was
here-
I
hope
he's
okay
from
covet.
So
let's
give
one
guy
here.
K
Thank
you
very
much
past
president
todd.
H
K
M
K
K
Wow
the
next
award
that's
going
to
be
given
out
is
the
paul
harris
award.
As
I
already
said,
you
know,
paul
harris
went
to
law
school
with
joel
and
paul
harris
for
those
five
people
that
are
here
that
don't
know
it
was
the
founder
of
rotary
club
and
there's
nobody
that
understands
and
knows
and
lives
rotary
any
more
than
our
past
president
bruce
mock,
bruce
I'd
like
to
call
upon
you
to
pass
out
the
paul
harris
fellow
pins.
I
I'll
get
behind
the
table
and
they
can
come
yeah.
I
want
to
move
my
chair
around
a
little
bit,
so
I
don't
have
to
say
much
about
foreign
everybody
here
knows
about
far
harris,
but
for
those
who
don't
paul
harris
award
is
presented,
it's
the
highest
reward
that
rotary
presents
and
it's
it
shows
your
commitment
to
the
rotary
model
service
of
yourself
and
your
commitment
to
help
rory
foundation
succeed.
I
Of
course,
the
rotary
foundation
is
one
of
the
best
foundations
in
the
world
and
it's
got
a
big
model
of
peace
through
understanding
through
all
the
exchange
groups
and
things
they
do
and
all
the
scholarships
they
do.
It's
the
best
scholarships
in
the
world
that
they
offer.
So
it's
a
great
foundation
and
we
support
it
and
when
you
support
it
properly,
you
get
a
high
award.
So
we
have
a
couple
first-time
award
winners,
getting
their
first
paul
harris
fellowship
award
and
maureen.
Would
you
like
to
come
forward?
Please.
I
Softballs,
as
you
continue
to
live
up
to
the
spirit
of
rotary
buff
cell
service
of
ourselves,
as
you
can
do
more
and
more
to
help
the
foundation
you'll
get
additional
little
pins
that
have
sapphires
in
them,
and
so
we
have
several
people
getting
sapphires
this
year.
I
C
K
We
already
had
one
of
the
reasons
and
that's
the
awards
and
now
we're
going
to
move
into
the
installation
section
of
our
program,
and
we
would
like
to
wrap
this
up
as
quick
as
we
can,
because
it's
so
cold
in
here.
K
I
have
to
put
these
on
so
I'll
know
exactly
what
it
is
we're
doing.
Next,
okay,
the
first
installation
unless
past
president
bruce
did
I
leave
anything
out,
no,
no,
all
right,
okay!
So
the
next
section
is
going
to
be
the
installation
of
our
officers
and
directors,
and
we
will
start
off
with
the
president-elect
and.
H
K
H
K
Didn't
it
says
dave
because
the
last
time
we
did
this,
it
was
a
president
there.
Okay,
sorry,
can
you
back
that
up
so
people
at
home
watching
this
won't
know.
I
made
a
mistake
almi,
although
you
are
new
to
chelsea
and
rotary,
you
have
an
exemplary
career
in
public
education,
which
has
been
demonstrated.
H
K
K
K
Have
done
this,
I
don't
have
to
explain
the
duties
responsibilities,
the
oppositions
because
you're
currently
serving
them
and
have
been
re-elected
because
nobody
else
wanted
it.
However,
it's
important
for
others
to
understand
the
position.
The
offices
of
secretary
and
treasurer
are
two
of
the
supreme
importance
and
high
trust
positions
in
rotary
bruce.
It
is
your
duty
to
coordinate
the
club's
correspondence
record
attendance
and
such
reports
at
meetings
as
required
joe.
You
are
the
custodian
of
the
club's
funds.
K
Yeah,
but
you
guys
are
in
cahoots.
I
know
all
about
this.
That's
a
long
story,
be
ready
to
give
financial
reports
and
to
collect
all
dues
and
other
funds
from
the
membership.
Your
books
and
accounts
shall
be
open
to
inspection
as
directed
by
the
bylaws
bruce
and
joe.
Are
you
ready
to
take
your
oath
of
office
well
you're
going
to
do
it
anyway,
so
please
raise
your
right
hand
and
repeat
after
me,
the
oath
of
office
and
the
presence
of
our
honored
guest
members
here
assembled
in
on
chelsea,
cable.
J
E
K
K
K
D
D
And
same
way,
with
the
coming
up
for
our
barbecue
one
next
tuesday
make
sure
you
get
your
bibs
on
or
you're
gonna
get
fined
with.
D
K
K
K
K
K
K
K
K
D
K
K
O
K
Cash
president
toy,
if
you
would
you're
next
on
the
agenda
anyway,
so
might
as
well
be,
is
your
past
president's
pin
and
to
pass
president
peter
zacheski
and
past
president
maureen.
H
B
K
H
K
These
these
are
the
pins,
the
long
pins
that
we
present
to
our
past
presidents
and
if
they
have
any
additional
accomplishments,
just
like
the
military
that
they
get
any
other
badges
any
other
honest
flop.
They
added
on
and
I've
seen
some
people
who
are
way
up
in
the
field
in
the
in
the
district
that
have
the
past
president's
badge,
that's
down
around
here
someplace.
So
congratulations,
peter!
Congratulations,
maureen,
peter!
Sorry!
Your
year
got
cut
shot.
It
was
a
fun
year.
It.
B
You
know
I
was
so
happy
when
we
were
able
to
actually
meet
in
person
that
the
at
the
brown
jug,
because
I
hadn't
seen
most
of
you
for
for
a
year,
and
it
was.
It
was
very
gratifying,
but
even.
B
B
H
B
B
Lots
of
food
cards
to
some
of
our
community-based
organizations,
so
people
who
were
in
need
of
of
food
this
last
year
could
just
go
down
to
market
basket
and
get
some,
and
I
think
that
that
was
really
important
work
that
we
did
and
you
know
chelsea
I
gotta
hand
it
to
the
city
of
chelsea.
B
I
was
in
on
a
lot
of
meetings
this
last
year
about
different
ways
that
we
were
trying
to
mitigate
the
rough
times
with
people,
and
I
was
happy
that
the
chelsea
rotary
club
fit
into
kind
of
an
overall
scheme
of
helping
our
fellow
citizens
this
last
year
and
we
all
came
through
it
pretty
well,
I
think,
even
though
we
got
hit
very
hard
with
the
with
the
virus,
and
even
I
got
it
in
the
middle
of
my
term
and
had
to
miss
a
couple
meetings.
So
I
didn't
get
my
perfect
attendance,
but.
B
Everybody
dan.
Thank
you
all
the
board
members
thank
you
for
for
making
this
year,
one
that
I
really
will
remember,
and
I
hope
to
be
a
part
of
this
club
for
the
rest
of
my
life
and
maybe
someday
I'll
have
30.
I
don't
think
I'll
be
able
to
get
37
years.
B
O
O
Good
evening
everybody
and
welcome
to
chelsea
roadie's
90,
I
believe
it's
the
95th
insulation
dinner,
I'd
like
to
welcome
chelsea
tv
representative
dan
ryan
was
here,
and
I've
got
a
couple
of
special
guests
at
my
table
that
have
been
my
friends
at
the
saugus
rotary
club.
Francophilia
got
about
40
years
in
the
club.
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
When
you
give
so
much
of
your
life
to
an
organization
is
obviously
that
some
great
deals,
meaning
to
me
first
has
given
me
the
opportunity
to
meet
and
know
some
great
minded
people
who
also
have
interested
in
serving
their
community
from
small
projects
right
here
in
our
city,
to
large
projects
outside
of
the
world
rotarian
step
up,
and
I'm
proud
to
be.
A
member
of
this
group.
O
O
O
O
Another
one
that
we
had,
we,
we
bought
two
bicycles
for
two
teenagers
and
the
two
young
boys
lived
as
a
mother
in
a
small
free
room
apartment
delivered
the
bicycles
and,
as
I
sat
there,
the
mother
was
crying
and
it
was
tough
to
hold
back
tears
because
there's
two
kids
that
probably
never
had
a
christmas
before
and
we
made
the
christmas
now
last
one
I
want
to
share
with
you.
You
know
we
did
something
like
30,
somewhat
auctioned
right
and
after
one
of
them.
O
D
H
O
O
K
And
we're
going
to
end
with
the
four-way
test
in
just
a
moment.
There
is.
K
K
K
Representative
dion
ryan
was
here
and
unfortunately
he
had
to
leave.
He
got
very
very
hot,
so
he
said
he
has
to.
He
has
to
go
home.
K
K
Is
I'm
not
going
to
read
the
whole
thing
because
everybody's
already
heard
these
a
whole
bunch
of
times
but
you're
here
by
known
to
all
that
massachusetts
house
of
representatives
office?
It's
a
congratulations
to
todd
b,
taylor
in
recognition
of
your
service
as
the
93rd
president
of
the
chelsea
rotary
club.
Congratulations.
K
Thank
you
very
much
on
behalf
of
our
recipients
and
if
there's
nothing
else
other
than
the
four-way
test,
we
will
move
right
into
the
four-way
test.
We
ready
for
the
four-way
test.
Okay,
number
one
is
it
the
truth.
Number
two
is
a
fear
to
all
concerned.
Number
three
number.
Four
number:
five
goodbye
all.
Thank
you
very
much.
