Description
City of Chelsea
A
A
A
B
C
Up
in
Chelsea
was
part
of
the
establishment.
A
Very
proud
of
the
community
and
Robert
came
in
and
told
me.
I
was
doing
everything
wrong.
A
A
And
saw
in
me
the
same
thing
that
all
of
you
see
in
the
community
that
you
don't
deserve,
wrote
the
song
and
be
somebody
who
would
if
either
opened
my
ears.
I
understand
it
and
in
my
more
than
good
friend
now
Wally
for
the
last
32
years
continues
to
help
me
understand
that
the
ladies
that
I
was
thinking
about
homes,
that
great
disciple
of
violence
in
poverty
in
communities
like
Chelsea
needs
to
constantly
be
challenged
and
innovative
and
true.
A
A
A
A
Of
your
relationship
with
people
already
lives
better
than
disenfranchised
that
look
at
government,
not
as
a
solution,
but
the
problem,
something
about
the
relationship
and
to
have
an
organization
like
a
broker
who
came
up
to
sort
of
day,
better
relationship
with
those
communities
and
oftentimes
I.
Don't
get
blank
steer
last
year
because.
A
Have
on
the
lives
of
individuals,
helping
them
across
them,
we're
also
in
computers
to
help
them
recognize
and
realize
their
greatest
potential.
So
one
of
the
thank
you
contributions
as
award
I
want
to
say
about
priority
to
represent
you
and
I'm
proud
of
you
interrupt
to
welcome
external
partners
and
new
friends,
because
we
really
have
to
do
something
special.
There.
A
Doing
quite
a
terrific
recognition
that
is
open,
so
I
want
to
thank
everyone
for
being
here
today.
As
we
celebrate
another
great
day,
we
have
a
few
speeches.
I
want
to
get
back
in,
but
we
guess.
A
D
D
Cbt
I
think
we
don't
do
Cycles
we're
looking
at
that,
while
we
have
a
stroke
in
the
wall,
I
suggest
that
you
all
see
at
the
time
or
take
a
look
at
that
sometime
this
morning.
That's
a
theory
about
every
practice.
It's
not
cool!
It's
probably
delivered
to
our
young
people.
We
are
Relentless,
we
are
safe.
We
have
the
building
blocks
that
get
knocked
down.
They
put
back
up
because
we
will
be
laughing
so
I
work,
foreign.
D
D
D
D
A
As
good
as
you
want
to
so
you
manage
your
time.
A
In
the
evening,
late
at
night,
Paul
and
I
would
sit
around.
We
would
talk
about
what
was
happening
or
broke
up.
We
would
talk
about
what's
happening
in
the
city
tomorrow.
A
A
Lots
of
you,
our
staff,
are
working
hard
here.
So
India
has
been
a
leader
of
effort
with
young.
Mothers
has
been
a
inspiration
to
lots
of
us
one
of
the
things
in
the
microphone
a
lot
of
times,
as
you
can
tell,
I
really
hire
people
who
don't
take
the
microphones
and
in
fact
other
people
are
stronger,
getting
a
new
work
and
really
feel
or
what
their
family.
E
E
F
G
F
F
F
It
was
almost
almost
inevitable
to
get
more
than
two
wrong
Social
Circle.
So
soon
I
started
getting
friends
to
get
to
school.
Oh
boy,
okay,
family
classes,
doing
drugs,
not
having
the
healthiest
relationships.
F
F
Please.
Just
don't
just
tell
me
anymore,
because
your
mom's
gonna
kill
me,
but
she
didn't
and
looking
back
100.
She
does
have
a
series
of
work
and
CDT
me
without
knowing,
but
it
wasn't
just
her.
It
was
everyone
who
kept
us
engaged
and,
like
every
staff
here
today,
continue
to
give
the
same
support
to
everybody.
F
Together
so
I
got
the
privilege
to
go
to
the
House
of
Corrections
and
start
building
those
relationships
as
far
as
working
with
them
that
they
don't
trust
anyone.
They
don't
even
trust
themselves.
Most
of
the
time,
they're
guarded,
not
really
ready
or
able
to
engage
with
us,
but
God
forbid.
I
will
show
up.
F
F
We're
here
to
intervene,
and
we
do
that
every
day
by
being
an
equinox
whether
or
not
this
is
showing
up
for
them
and
slowly
hurting
down
the
laws
they
built.
We
teach
them
new
Pathways
to
get
their
needs
math
and
give
them
the
tools
to
build
the
reputation
themselves.
So
they
can
break
the
generational
Cycles
to
keep
it's
an
honor
to
continue
working
here
with
everyone
and
what
is
the
transformation?
A
A
Between
some
people
talk
about
systems,
if
for
many
years
it
wasn't
for
many
generations,
it
was
a
lucky
thing
that
has
happened
as
a
result
is
that
systems
have
opened
up.
The
systems
have
opened
up
to
the
realization
that
can
only
do
the
same
thing
over
and
over
again,
and
it
doesn't
work
out
in
12
to
support
the
solution
themselves.
So
you
know
I
started
as
a
city
manager,
I
needed
to
open
up.
A
And
you
have
sometimes
it
takes
a
long
time,
but
that's
okay,
because
the
relationships
you
work
on
the
longest
you're
having
relationships
that
are
the
most
meaningful
we're
lucky
there
great
relationships,
lots
of
systems,
lots
of
systems
that
are
making
it
in
the
probation
department
has
been
a
real
Champion
for
us.
G
G
G
Has
been
just
an
absolute
pleasure
to
be
in
the
system,
as
Jay
said,
you
know,
I
had
known
about
robot
for
probably
25
years,
I've
been
in
one
second,
until
I
became
a
pain
period
course
that
I
really
started
working
this
world
up
and.
B
G
Honest
with
you
I'm,
not
a
fan
right
I,
really
thought
that
the
illegal
people
I
really
thought
that
there's
philosophy
did
not
align
with
the
criminal
justice
system.
Information
is
like
you
know.
Initially,
I
really
tried
to
stay
away.
I
was
like
you
know,
I
wake
up
when
we
were
there.
You
know,
unfortunately,.
G
B
G
I
understood
the
war,
it
made
all
the
difference
once
I
understood
the
evolution,
it
really
made
the
difference
for
us
to
engage
with
yoga
and
you
know,
more
importantly,
to
get
to
know
the
people
who,
on
a
daily
basis,
coming
to
this
place
and
work
and
to
know
their
passion.
Their
commitment
and
dedication
to
the
young
people
in
our
communities
really
made
a
difference,
and
you
know
probation
was
already
involved
with
world
government.
B
G
In
Chelsea,
but
once
I
started,
working,
Molly
I
started
working
with
a
lot
of
the
other
people
here
in
the
community.
I
realized
that
we
really
needed
to
create
more
collaboration
and
we
needed
to
create
a
real
partnership.
And
so
since
that
time
we
have
collectively
worked
a
brokerage,
training,
Community,
Partnerships
and
collaborations,
and
resources
to.
G
And
partners
is
as
their
Outreach
to
the
young
people.
Think
of
our
services
too.
Our
cooperation,
creative
individual
of
trust,
a
helper
inside
of
a
created,
more
transparent
communication
and
our
mutual
clients
will
help
us
provide
quality
and
effective
Food
Services
for
over
34
years.
In
turn,
the
Chelsea
Community
has
become
safer
for
many
families,
including
those
of
the
young
people
who
were
reserves.
Chelsea
Bernard
who
interview
on
the
12
100
most
dangerous
cities
in
the
United
States
to
being
completely
off
the
list.
G
G
Movements
drastically
clear
and
by
human
story
of
many
young
people,
's
business
of
destruction
of
incarceration
poverty
and
racism
and
understands
that
these
societal
issues
are
the
core
of
Human.
Rights
has
been
a
good
doctor
and
change
Innovative
and
Trailblazer
since
it
started
real
life
is
grounded
in
theory,
evidence
and
research
and
maintain
some
of
the
most
important
steps
I've
ever
seen,
and
for
those
of
you
who
know
me
I
Love,
Lucy
stats
years
ago,.
G
E
G
B
G
G
Chelsea
also
adopted
the
Chelsea
cup
from
Canada.
The
firnberg
that
was
actually
Chelsea
was
actually
the
first
Municipality
of
the
United
States
to
adopt
a
lot
and
implement
it
in
2019,
broke
up
down
a
step
further
and
developed
Institute
a
collaboration
with
the
Massachusetts
General
Hospital
to
develop
a
variation
of
the
cognitive
behavioral
Theory,
so
that
we
previously
used
for
support
law
enforcement.
Paul's
Rewards
require
seats
to
increase
office
awareness
and
the
escalation
techniques.
It.
G
Respond
to
incentives
differently
and
more
effectively
and
to
understand
their
own
trauma
and
learn
emotional
regulation
as
step
further
in
Breaking,
the
gap
between
Justice
involved
individuals
and
law
enforcement.
I
am
proud
to
be
part
of
the
wire.
Your
back
has
embraced
civil
rights
attorney
Brian
Stevenson
school
with
that
says,
each
of
us
is
more
than
the
worst
thing
we
have
ever
done.
Think
about
that
right.
This
is
the
theme,
the
fear,
the
mission,
everything
that
Boca
stands
for
is
based
on
that.
G
G
Most
of
our
customers.
We
have
to
have
The,
Narrative
of
fear
and
in
creating
her
that
has
allowed
us
to
inflict
pain
on
a
multiple
population,
because
we
don't
understand
them.
The
Third
Way
is.
We
have
to
remain
hopeful.
Stephenson
said
that
that
is
what
will
make
you
stand
when
everyone
else
is
sitting.
That
whole
is
what
will
make
you
speak
when
everyone
else
decided.
G
C
G
G
A
H
H
H
Joe
says
it's
about
gratitude
really
for
our
partners.
First,
for
the
young
people.
You
know
that,
but
today
is
really
about
something
else,
also
extreme
privilege
to
work
with
the
incredible
brokerage
staff
for
what
you
do
every
day
is
mind-blowing,
it's
it's.
It
fills
your
heart
and
what
keeps
me
going
is
the
privilege
of
more
company
to
try
to
make
them
grow
better.
So
thank
you
to
the
rocking
staff.
H
H
We
had
a
very
special
friend
who
passed
last
year.
It
was
a
remarkable
leader
who
believe
that
love
was
at
the
center
of
everything
and
taught
us
more
that
we
can
ever
share,
and
that
was
the
late
Harry's
house,
with
the
permission
of
his
business,
we're
able
to
give
out
an
award
or
two
every
year
and
that's
what
we
want
to
do
is
introduce
you
to
two
people.
Neither
of
them
know
this.
One
of
them
got
totally
lied
to
about
being
here.
H
The
other
one
is
working
too,
but
Harry's
leadership
is
dedication
and
compassion
for
people
in
Chelsea
and
the
young
people
broke
a
servants,
his
leadership
across
a
straight
State.
His
power
of
example
was
so
extraordinary
and
he
was
also
a
little
pushy
and
direct.
He
likes
to
forget
that
part.
We
have
a
conversations
he
said.
I
would
raise
my
voice,
I'm
like
oh,
yes,
but
just
remarkable
and
inspiring,
and
talk
about
Ryan
Steven's
hope
I
mean
he
stood
for
all
of
that.
H
C
Thank
you
very
much.
The
whole
team
that
I
started
to
be
Joe
Calvin.
That
was
great.
My
only
friends
here,
Paula
Whitney
everyone
I'm
just
wanted
to
be
here:
Chief
Morton
I
keep
hoping
I
just
recently
retired
in
October
a
little
bit
I.
Guess
above
me
for
those
of
you
who
don't
know
me
so
I
was
a
clock
in
Chelsea
for
just
over
35
years.
C
I
was
privileged
and
wanted
to
be
selected
by
Kane
when
he
was
the
city
manager
at
the
service
of
police
chief
class
for
15
years
and
as
I'm
listening
to
all
the
the
words
that
were
spoken,
I'm
just
kind
of
flashing
back
on
my
career
and
I'm
here
with
talking
dad
captain
in
our
job
and
Tommy
and
I
are
moving
outside
35
36
years
ago
and
I'm
not
going
to
say
anything
negative,
woke
up
when
I
see.
C
This
is
nothing
negative
to
say,
even
though
some
might
say,
the
relationship
of
law
enforcement
starting
out
wasn't
the
greatest
I
didn't
really
see
that
I
was
talking
in
the
back,
and
he
said
the
same.
We
all
had
to
learn.
We
all
had
to
grow
and
we
always
do
I
am
lucky
that
I
get
in
with
my
Google
I
think
she
mentioned.
I
was
recently
selected
as
the
most
national
geography
and
lucky
enough
to
evolve
around
the
state
and
Beyond
and
really
brag
about
my
groups.
C
Here
in
Chelsea
and
honestly,
it
was
just
yesterday,
I
was
up
in
New,
Hampshire
I've
been
caught
in
New,
Hampshire
and
I
was
talking
with
the
USA,
which
is
the
United
States
Attorney
up
in
the
New
Hampshire,
and
we
were
talking
about
Community.
D
C
Find
themselves
at
times
a
challenging
circumstances,
sometimes
the
family
unit,
it's
difficult
to
control
the
situation,
city,
government,
Police,
Department,
family,
friends,
community-based
organizations.
Nobody
can
do
it
alone.
It
takes
a
true
partnership.
It
takes
true
leadership
and
again
just
this
one
stream
clock
on
a
kid
that
go
up.
Every
city
I
got
a
front
row
seat
to
see
it
to
see
the
success
of
the
young
lady,
who
was
speaking
earlier
and
was
mentioning
that
she
was
here
as
a
young
child
along
worked
here
for
many
years.
That
was
a
moving
moving
story.
C
H
H
You
know
we
all
need
and
want
an
elder.
We
want
a
wise
one.
We
want
one
with
a
good
heart
that
guides
us.
That
has
faith.
That
has
love
no
matter.
What
this
is
a
person
we
met
almost
35
years
ago,
who's
done
all
kinds
of
things
with
us.
His
heart
is
so
big,
but
we
so
courageous
whose
faith
is
so
strong
who
never
says
no,
and
it
is
my
great
honor
to
recognize
Martha
Gonzalez.
H
B
H
Today,
secondly,
she
did
extraordinary
work
in
El
Salvador,
and
then
she
came
here
and
she
kind
of
embarrassed.
I
tell
you
this,
but
she
spent
most
of
the
pandemics
on
Facebook
house,
partying,
WhatsApp,
teaching,
CBT
and
section
to
young
men
in
history,
our
privilege
to
know
her
is
so
glad
to
join
us.
A
Just
a
couple
of
prototypes
every
time
I
come
in
and
I
see
Monica.
She
has
a
big
smile
of
palm
Indian.
It's
so
great
for
you
to
recognized
her
for
the
person
that
she's
been
an
inspiration,
she's
been
for
so
many
months,
and
congratulations.
A
A
Has
been
a
champion
not
only
for
Oklahoma
City,
I
I,
say
it
often
I'll,
say
in
here
14
years:
maybe
lots
of
appointments,
because
appointment
ever
made
Brian
passion
on
the
police
department,
not
only
because
he's
a
police
officers,
police
officer,
one
of
those
law
enforcement
he's
a
community
organizers,
Community
organizer
who's
made
such
impact
here
in
Chelsea
and
Bell
to
make
an
impact
around
the
congratulations.
A
Wow
congratulations.
Jenny
Armani
is
here
so
congratulations.
A
Jessica
gionino
has
been
a
person
has
been
reported
to
Chelsea,
as
well
as
her
hometown
of
Revere
and
Jessica.
We
hope
that
we
will
continue
our
relationship
with
you
and,
of
course,
we're
going
to
be
much.
We
know
we
live.
A
A
Many
others
of
you
in
the
audiences
that
I
really
love
the
thing.
I
have
a
long
was
here,
so
let
me
begin
with.
Thank
you
all
of
your
contributions.
One
of
the
things
I've
learned
at
broker
is
that
collectively
we
can
do
so
much
more
together
than
we
can
as
individuals.
There
are
so
many
others
in
this
community
in
communities
around
saying
around
the
country
that
want
to
be
part
of
something.
A
That's,
maybe
a
positive
impact
on
the
lives
of
people
who
need
Champions
and
our
work
is
to
find
them
to
help
them
