A
See
maybe
I'm
having
our
first
meetings
and
then
we
began.
We
have
full
committee
members
present
in
room
mr.
Henning
itself,
and
we
have
the
other
members
present.
I
assume
this
meeting
is
ancient
online
on
Facebook
and
in
this
weekend
this
the
full
video
will
be
aired
on
adjusted.
Cable
I
will
now
turn
it
over
versus
any
counselor.

Bryan

is
2019-20,
but
the
student
of
the
year
Bryan
Chelsea
at
the
seven-year-old
2nd
grade
student
from
Brazil
he
was
placed
in
a
foundational
language.
Bryan
has
been
an
incredibly
hard
worker
from
the
day
he
walked
into
the
hooks
hole.
He
quickly
transitions
into
general
education,
student,
education
classroom,
his
art,
her
transformed
him
into
a
very
successful
student
in
all
academic
areas,
even
coming
from
coming
within
one
point
of
a
purpose
or
on
a
spectrum

hence

C
C
Giovanna
arrived
at
the
ground,
Middle
School
in
September
2019.
She
is
from
Brazil
and
speaks
Portuguese
and
is
currently
a
foundational
language
learner
learning
to
speak
English.
However,
she
is
a
tenacious
young
woman
and
is
working
hard
to
acquire
English.
She
practiced
very
hard
and
based
on
mentor
teachers
every
day
over
the
past
two
weeks
to
prepare
her
distant
speech,
both
in
English
and
Portuguese
for
preservation.
She
doesn't
see
obstacles,
opportunities
and
issues.
C
Here
are
just
some
of
the
teachers
at
the
correct
time
you
have
to
say
about
to
me:
he
is
friendly
and
accepting
of
everyone.
He
is
always
great,
except
the
happy
greeting
and
to
help
those
around
him
that
needeth.
He
understands
importance
of
the
simple
stuff
like
a
thoughtful
thank
you
and
the
true
others.
The
way
you
want
to
be
treated,
he
does
not
give
up
on
his
work
until
it
is
complete
and,
more
importantly,
completed
that
high
quality.
He
contributes
his
time
and
effort
to
help
him.
C
D
C
Participating
tonight
and
I
give
the
medicine
to
give
her
brother
peace.
Everybody
feeds
to
their
house
home
health.
It's
the
exact
we
are
less
than
two
years
ago,
but
Lindsay,
oven,
cavity
and
that's
the
thing
Lindy.
You
have
found
a
key
to
success.
You
have
private
smiles
are
so
many
faces.
You
have
learned
to
work
hard
and
persevere
and
stripes.
C
We
are
pleased
to
word
so
with
the
Chelsea
night
schools
2019-20,
students
of
the
Year
award,
so
he
tells
me
my
school
in
the
middle
of
the
28th
to
the
2019
school
year
from
home
ribbon
and
one
who
was,
he
hasn't
been
assumed
with
us
for
very
long.
He
has
made
news
positive
qualities
of
their
students
and
a
member
of
the
school
community
known
in
his
short
time
and
the
student
with
us.
Both
has
been
a
model
citizen,
f,
sub-p,
high
school.
C
C
Ma
a.m.
you
see
hotels,
the
opportunity
can
we
having
struggled
to
balance
that
challenge
of
being
a
mother
and
a
student.
At
the
same
time,
it
didn't
take
long
for
her
flourish
in
our
environment
as
her
a
support,
her
schoolwork
and
help
her
got
the
time
to
man
but
being
a
mother.
She
quickly
adapted
to
doing
schoolwork
at
school
and
come
home
and
raise
the
head
of
getting
four
assignments
completed,
always
at
a
high
level.
Her
her
work
in
the
identification
of
chumpy
was
highlighted
at
the
bar
foundation.
C
Everyone
to
meet
daily
I
have
talked
to
Jamie
over
email
several
times
and
when
I
saw
her
artwork
stephanie
was
to
send
it
to
kill
me
and
then
Kelly's
accept
it
to
me
and
I
thought.
I've
got
to
get
the
artwork
out,
so
I
sent
it
to
the
city
and
I
posted
it
on
our
Facebook
and
then
Massachusetts
superintendent,
Massachusetts
old
too
many
associations
caught
it.
C
D
C
C
C
B
C
Bright,
yellow
and
then
here
is
the
basic
way,
but
then
we
originally
had
until
this
was
our
original
budget
with
student
Opportunity
Act,
where
we're
gonna
get
11
billion
dollars
from
stream
Opportunity
Act
that
we
ended
up
to
come
to
Kovac
do
this,
we
cannot
see,
but
this
we
pick
something
cheerful
and
bright,
because
we
were
so
excited.
We
have
so
much
hope
everyone
will
receive
e11,
only
god
who
is
doing
opportunity
and
this
representative
Lloyd.
D
C
Again,
I
wanted
to
include
this
because
they
think
so
many
people
were
curious
about
reopening
and
it's
still
happy
that
would
be
planned.
This
open
many
meetings.
We
had
no
idea
that
we
receiving
guidance
from
the
Department
of
Education
today
and
from
the
governor.
Today
today
we
received
some
concrete
guidance
on
reopening
at
school.
C
C
So
in
light
of
that,
what
we
did
is
we
created
a
Tax
Board
and
the
purpose
of
the
task
force
was
really
just
to
kind
of
organize
myself
central
office
and
then
grow
that
task
force
as
time
went
on,
because
we
you
at
the
job
that
we
needed
to
get
our
ducks
in
a
row.
There
are
certain
things
that
we
needed
to
do
immediately,
and
so
one
of
the
people
immediately
boys
to
organize,
and
so
that's
how
we
started
our
task
force
is
invited
in
support
question.
C
The
four
dragons
are
government
policy
and
communications
operations,
80
different
subcommittees,
instructional
instruction
and
remote
learning,
and
then
health
and
wellness
and
right
now,
the
stuff
community.
Right
now,
our
task
force
has
30
people
on
it,
dividing
it
into
the
four
committee
and
we
have
I
believe
of
operations.
Obviously
all
of
our
operational
clubs,
because
we
have
to
get
the
schools
ready
and
when
we
talk
about
getting
the
schools
ready,
you
can
see
the
amount
of
work
that
went
into
preparing
just
for
the.
E
D
C
Instruction
and
health
and
stretching
them
remote,
worthy
Sara
connect
our
assistant,
superintendent
particular
instruction
of
leading
that
tourism
and
we
have
a
mixture
of
central
office
coordinators.
We
have
seven
teachers
on
that
committee
and
then
we
have
governments
and
policy
myself
or
HR
director,
our
union
president.
That's
too
many
as
well,
and
then
our
one
left
we
have
our
Social
Work,
leads
and
I
believe
our
assistant
superintendent
for
Student
Wellness
is
leaving.
That
committee
would
have
couple
teachers
on
the
committee
and
we
have.
D
C
Some
of
the
information
that
we
want
to
gather
and
I
think
it's
important
and
the
guidance
books
it
is
that
we
want
to
know.
Do
our
families
one
come
back
to
or
not
do
they
go
through
our
families
safe,
sending
students
back
to
school?
This
is
absorbs
heat,
erskyll,
think
coming
back
to
school
and
just
kind
of
eat.
What
is
our
family?
What
are
our
families
saying
whatever
their
concerns,
where
the
questions
we've
gathered
a
lot
of
information
from
our
parents
at
the
elements
level?
C
Some
really
good
questions
that
at
the
time
you
didn't
have
balance
and
you
didn't
really
have
clear
answers
and
we're
going
to
get
we're
gonna
get
serious
as
people
work
together.
So
some
about
that
much
of
this
is
the
way
they
did.
Our
budget
hearings,
much
focus
groups
and
listening
and
listening
to
parents
and
families
in
the
community
we're
going
to
do
the
same
for
every
opening,
but
we
have
it.
We
have
a
short
timeline
because
it's
almost
July
so
and
school
starts
at
September,
Labor,
Day
stuff
from
a
very
short
time
line.
C
C
So
it
just
depends
and
and
that's
what
our
information
gathering
right
now,
it
will
be
about
we're
going
to
really
try
to
as
much
as
we
can.
So.
That's
then
I
thought
tonight.
I
would
highlight
one
subcommittee
because
a
team
which
funds
most
parents
Minds
right
now.
What
we've
heard
and
the
question
is
safety
right.
I'm,
a
mom
and
I
ask
myself
every
day,
but
I
bring
my
child.
C
B
Our
goal
with
operation
safety
really
every
day
before
the
pandemic
during
and
afterward,
is
to
ensure
that
our
Student
Center
staff
are
safe
in
school
at
all
times
before
I
before
I
want
to
acknowledge
people
who
we
have
an
amazing
operations
team.
In
the
last
three
months,
we've
served
over
three
hundred
fourteen
thousand
meals.
As
with
instances
of
that
commanded
me,
teachers,
paraprofessionals
community
members.
We
have
clean
and
clean
organized
for
Chromebooks
and
make
sure
our
buildings
are
seen
at
state.
You
have
Joe,
we
need.
B
He
was
here
tonight
to
help
ensure
that
successful
our
facilities,
director,
Frank
Kennedy,
our
existing
facilities,
director
of
Pina
and
other
facilities,
director
of
physical
erector
and
an
evil
Santiago
had
a
custodial.
They
have
looked
at
every
single
cleaning
process,
every
single
feeding
product
that
we
have
been
using
and
that
we
need
to
use
for
countless
hours
doing
that
rich
Fulcher
get
scarce
money
of
our
head.
We
have
had
to
move
on
the
technology
platform
so
much
which
has
pretty
much
non-stop
looking
for
a
minute.
B
B
B
B
B
B
B
B
B
B
B
B
Ordered
portable
states
as
allowing
the
bathrooms
become
the
issue.
We
still
have
to
watch
our
hands
very
very
regularly,
so
we
will
have
an
always
cold
water.
We've
also
purchased
state-of-the-art,
disinfecting
machines,
its
electrostatic,
the
seeds
that
went
astray
comes
out
a
packet
that
has
electric
charge
and
it
literally
will
go
under
tears
under
tables
into
every
possible
service
and
sanitize
that
so
for.
K
L
Trust
what
the
district
is
doing.
You
know
what
types
of
logistics
I
just
want
to
say
that
I've
read
the
document
and
I
think
that
this
is
the
State
Department
of
Education
does
not
go
far
enough
and
I
just
want
to
say
that
their
guidelines
are
going
to
age
districts
that
don't
have
the
resources
and.
L
Are
going
to
probably
get
to
some
point
of
you
know
very
safe,
and
but
I
worry
about
about
this
respect.
Lc
to
be
able
to
do
so.
I
know
that
the
district
is
going
to
do
everything
that
we
can
set
to
get
there.
So
this
is
not
I'm,
not
criticizing
the
district
for
the
response,
but
I
decide
this
for
the
public
out
there
I
need
you
to
know
that
Dessie
should
go
further.
C
C
C
C
M
So
I
wanted
to
thank
you
both
for
your
work
in
your
presentations
today
and
for
this
information.
I
agree
with
mr.
Jimenez
that
we
have
a
lot
before
us
and
so
I
know
that
there
isn't
a
blueprint
for
that
misses
everything.
So
we
appreciate
that
I
just
think
it
took
me
there
how
to
push
about
the
task
force
and
make
up
on
that
task
force.

C
A
C
C
C
C
J
J
We
started
this
past
year
to
do
a
lot
of
work
around
utterly
increase
the
never
stable
robust,
because
research
shows
that
having
a
teacher
that
looks
like
you
is
wasn't
born
background
actually
can
impact
an
educational
enjoyed,
an
effect
on
the
students
electric,
especially
for
students
of
color.
So
one
of
the
thing
that
we
have,
we
have.
J
J
C
J
C
J
J
J
Our
students,
we
are
also,
after
this
warning
bias
and
respect
succeeding
in
this,
because
various
lenses,
but
anything
historical
events,
but
that
was
the
key
skill
that
we
have
been
exploring
for
lunch
of
aesthetics
projects
that
has
been
required
by
the
state
in
both
grade
8
and
in
high
school.
But
this
isn't
the
idea
behind.
It
is
highly
impact.
Your
community.
F
J
Addition,
we've
been
doing
a
lot
of
branding
to
discover
we're
going
to
excited
to
have
a
calculus
project
school,
which
is
a
program
that
is
designed
for.
This
leads
pub
student
16
reached
out
Fitness
in
Facebook,
especially
for
students
who
need
that
extra
push
and
then
other
program
that
we've
been
working
on
as
well
and
to
the
right.
J
C
J
Then
we're
also
starting
a
partnership
with
universities,
senator
espero
justice.
They
have
been
training
our
staff
throughout
the
district
of
music
circles
and
restorative
practices.
We
can
see.
Actually
the
economy
is
going
to
be
starting
some
work
throughout
the
district,
but
mostly
centered
at
Facebook.
Until
we
talk
about
her
feet,.
J
J
A
A
F
Many
because
the
current
climate
of
the
country
has
graduated
many
of
the
injustice
things
that
impede
the
progress
of
my
club
and
given
us
an
opportunity
to
take
a
look
at
the
systems
that
occur
in
the
in
place
and
how
they're
uploading
the
race
instruction
and
America's
goes
on
and
impeding
our
successes.
For
this
reason,
myself,
a
long
wooden
aisle
and
several
others
have
created
a
list
of
modifications
to
integrate
into
the
city
of
Education,
so
that
we
can
begin
to
address
the
inequities
that
process
starting
and
our
education
going
up
to
12th
grade.
F
It's
long
overdue,
that
what
starts
have
these
uncomfortable
conversations
so
that
we
can
make
the
changes
necessary
to
enable
all
individuals
who
have
is
former.
This
is
about
more
than
providing
everyone
with
a
Negro
education,
which
is
only
the
first
step.
This
is
about
creating
environments,
had
no
function
as
school-to-prison
pipeline,
using
curriculum
of
preventive
services,
perspectives,
creating
safe
spaces
and
supports
for
students
and
staff
of
all
races
and
making
sure
we're
addressing
topics
pertaining
to
race,
discrimination,
prejudice,
etc.
F
Securing
a
society
were
ignorant
towards
those
issues,
isn't
once
we
look
forward
to
presenting
you
in
the
weeks
to
come,
it's
been
great
to
see
that
there
are
steps
being
made,
but
those
are
just
the
beginning
steps
and
there's
a
lot
more
to
do
and
we're
obvious
have
the
opportunity
to
provide
and
put
it
in
further
this
discussion.
Thank
you.
J
J
Or
set
of
TVs
the
harm
is
the
basicness,
an
issue
throughout
Russell
spaces,
this
little
prayer
of
extra
attention
time
and
we
need
to
repair.
It
will
require
humility
who,
years
of
every
level,
will
be
on
the
urge
to
share
this
possibility
and
reach
the
reality
of
what
we
pride
ourselves.
We
weren't
broken
to
be
losing
so
many
tremendous
effort,
progress
here
to
other
districts,
letting.
D
P
Many
of
the
structures
we
use
to
communicate
with
parents
about
student
marketing
for
all
the
supports
aspects
were
not
used
during
school
closures.
While
this
may
have
been
an
older
study
as
we
near
the
mission
of
our
operational
scorecards,
it
is
peers
in
the
door
the
deliberate
effort
to
adopt
policies
that
limit
the
amount
of
information
parents
receive
on
their
child's
reports
about
their
work
day.
All
students
will
earn
credit
winter
courses
in
receipt
of
p1
turkey,
clucks
and
killed.
F
P
We
talked
about
how
parents
may
interpret
this
information.
We
wanted.
Our
child
receive
a
piece
of
high
speed,
assumption
that
very

enough
activities.
Senate-Passed

felt
worried
that
if
we

other

in
the
community
using
the

feature,

level
of
engagement.
We
thought
that.
P
To
know
how
to
use
their
child,
but
especially
when
many
parents
were
relying
on
their
children
to
accurately
represent

report
card
to
enable
them
to
have
honest
discussions
with
our
children
about
what
went
well
and
what
didn't
go
well,
our
eternal
journey.
This
is
especially
important
as
we
approach
the
fall.
There
was
significant
chance
of
these
medication
will
be
all
or
virtually
removed.
Our
only
option.
J
O
J
Nina
expressed
some
of
the
decisions
have
resulted
in
harm
to
our
communities
that
we
must
address.
I
have
been
working
at
CHS
for
the
past
three
years
as
a
special
education
teacher,
as
this
vet
teacher
is
like
ethical
and
legal
obligation
to
provide
my
students
with
the
free
and
appropriate
education.
However,
as
Nina
picked
up.
O
The
remote
learning
that
our
district
implemented
over
the
past
three
months
to
provide
students
of
such
an
education
and
their
district
guidance,
special
educators
between
and
remote
learning
of,
our
students
with
having
P
that
these
things
were
only
enough
rather
than
including
them.
The
services
students
with
high
incomes
are
actually
receiving.
This
proposal.
O
O
J
D
O
I
knew
this
funny.
Thumbin
64
melon
are
sweet,
Chelsea
Massachusetts,
the
social
for
30
years,
Sullivan
chosen
vegetable
for
our
most
aliens
Chelsea
resolutely
past
11
years.
Chelsea.
Disappointment
I
want
to
start
by
saying
how
many
thank
you
for
speaking
earlier.
I
want
to
tell
you
that
you
mentioned
that
we
don't
have
make
sure.
D
O
Why
he
likes
them
that,
sadly,
the
recent
murder
of
ports
Floyd,
has
woken
up,
many
others
of
educators
to
the
sad
reality
of
the
lack
of
communication
like
a
transparent
communication,
the
inequities,
the
personal
inequities
that
are
happening
and
the
more
privileged
to
definitively
infecting
our
students,
access
to
education,
our
parents,
access
to
accurate
information
and
our
origin,
disability,
and
especially
our
educators,
impaired
ability.
So
we
ain't
empowered
the
state,
this
district
and
effect
positive
change
in
activity.
O
As
ami
mentioned,
you
mentioned
one
of
our
students
through
the
year
of
Gilani,
who
said
she
views
hot
symbols
was
an
opportunity.
I
went
all
units
into
the
same.
He
Hospital
of
17,
listen
in
order
so
that
you
become
better
leaders,
ask
them
and
be
open
a
lot
of
others
welcome.
I
recommended
this
with
our
the
hope
is
the
number
above
us
it's
about
the
students
and
the
faculty
that
we
serve
in
an
effort
so
that
every
one
of
those
voices
are
taken
into
account.
O
O
B
N
And
I
just
want
to
make
a
quick
comment
and
I
would
say
that
at
CHS
there
is
a
resounding
sentiment
that
our
district
needs
to
proactively
involve
parents
and
families
when
it
comes
to
making
big
decisions,
as
these
decisions
inevitably
impact
our
community
as
a
whole,
as
such
I
urge
the
school
community
consider
implementing
immediate
solutions
to
address
these
concerns.
I
recognize
that
issues
related
to
parent
and
community
involvement
are
systemic
and
multifaceted
and
will
not
be
solved
overnight.
N
However,
I
do
believe
that
there
is
one
tangible,
immediate
action
step
that
could
be
taken
that
will
facilitate
more
parent
and
family
involvement.
There
are
many
languages
spoken
at
this
incredibly
diverse
community.
The
majority
of
families
at
CHS
are
spanish-speaking.
If
we
want
to
increase
parent
and
family
voice,
we
need
a
reliable
and
professional
interpretation
and
translating
surveyed
across
the
districts
at
the
high
school.
We
have
one
part-time
interpreter
for
1,400
students.
The
majority
of
our
staff
and
administration
are
not
spanish-speaking.
N
Committee
to
consider
allocating
months
from
the
horrid
rotation
and
translation
services
at
the
high
school
I
will
say,
especially
here
where
both
it
is
very,
very
necessary
if
our
district
is
focused
on
equity,
we
need
to
prioritize
having
clear,
effective
and
impactful
interpretation
and
translation
services
instead
of
relying
on
staff
members
who
speak
Spanish
to
interpret
as
we
are
not
professional,
interpreters
or
translators,
hiring
more
interpreters
and
translators
is
a
concrete,
actual
step
for
equity
of
voice
and
our
community.
Thank
you.
J
Hi
everyone,
my
name,
is
Catherine
Anderson
in
the
2011
Somerville
as
an
inclusion,
special
education
teachers
around
middle
school,
adjust
the
defense
I've
been
here,
teaching
at
PMS
and
I'm
the
vice
president
Chelsea
teachers.
We
did
the
carrot,
express
a
few
ideas.
First,
thank
you
for
opening
this.
We
teach
each
other
a
lot
more
general
participation
and
understand
things
are
capable
of
an
academic,
but
I
was
really
disappointed
by
the
initial
approach
to
public
hearing.
For
this
day,.
P
J
Feel
like
it's
important
to
hear
from
the
community
now
so
can
inform
decisions
the
School
Committee
in
our
district
that
large
making
forward
addition.
If
you
are
hoping,
have
the
reopening
Anthony's
tomorrow,
educator
participation,
we
understand
that
teams
need
to
balance
either
experienced
or
effectively
to
this
way,
these
vital
societal,
effectively
rehearsing,
respectively
and
believe
these
shoes
also
need
formal
parent
participation.
But
then
surveys
and
focus
groups
have
been
delayed,
see
there's
only
one
Chelsea
public
schools
character,
partly
on
the
reopening
committee,
is
acting
as
a
leach
mother
as
a
district
Australian.
J
B
J
Also
includes
supporting
education
that
is
responsive
to
the
needs
of
all
of
our
students,
particularly
uncolored
over
the
last
few
weeks.
Have
their
grades
of
insured
have
not
effectively
represented
some
of
our
members?
They
recognize
that
our
district
has
new
leadership,
there's
no
in
the
nethers,
no
individual
within
2,000
public
schools,
who's
responsible
for
shaping
our
district.
We
are
each
of
us
responsible
for
responding
to
the
call
this
moment
and
listening
to
those
most
impacted
by.
O
J
Change
and,
in
particular,
to
listen
to
the
calls
for
change
from
community
members
and
educators
with
Connor
and.
J
K
In
these,
in
their
resignations,
they
cited
a
hostile
environment
for
the
staff
of
color
and
concerns
about
how
our
students
are
treated
and
eaten
as
well.
The
Chelsea
high
school
administration
and
asking
staff
with
dollar
to
give
their
time
and
energy
to
explain
how
the
school
needs
to
through,
and
the
administration's
response
is
not
sufficient.
The
back
of
my
colleagues
felt.
J
K
K
The
new
guidance
who
doesn't
eat
there
are
great
views
and
concerns
and
protection
of
our
staff
and
lacking,
for
example,
I,
never
liked
the
peppers
and
cheese.
How
am
I
going
to
buy
it
my
pastor
next
year?
Will
it
be
proven,
or
is
it
going
to
be
my
students,
puppies
I'd,
really
love
to
know
right
now?
The
lack
of
social
workers,
guidance,
counselor's
and
means
of
the
task
force
is
honestly.
K
K
K
Them
we
have
nothing
and
is
no
solution.
I
have
been
repeatedly
from
families
before
and
very
included
19
pandemic.
That
information
useful
is
not
sufficient
and
concerns.
Are
you
order,
not
mine?
They
do
not
feel
connected
to
the
school
community
if
we
are
truly
a
community
and
was
listening
that
all
the
ways
instead
of
assuming
what
people
want.
Only
other
people
have
talked
about
like
the
confidence
of
leaders
who
tells
me
higher
circle,
movement.
I
say
all
of
this.
K
B
And
be
heard,
the
concerns
are
going
to
share
when
you
are
sleeping
in
the
workout
at
the
stadium,
for
you,
like
women,
Betina
love,
Shannon
Simmons
that
will
give
hamid
their
waists
are
the
school
for
my
commentary
and
I'd
like
to
credit
them
here
in
the
past
three,
three
plus
one,
our
district
work
hard
to
ensure
everything
our
laptops
as
well
as
screen
champ
families
were
connected
with
resources,
parent
and
well.
That
was
fine.
After
that
enough
was
done
when
he
came
to
decisions
that
concerned
families.
B
Standardized
testing
was
no
more
and
teacher
creativity
with
value
teachers
were
no
longer
beholden
to
standards,
and
an
education
focused
on
building
only
comes
of
these
skills,
but
rather
they
could
determine
what
was
best
for
their
kids.
My
question
is:
why
now
and
why
couldn't
this
have
been
our
way
of
connecting
we'll
all
along?
B
My
concern
is
that
are
so
few
teachers
on
the
reopening
committees
and
no
parent
was
to
speak
of
except
one.
The
district
is
going
to
attempt
a
return
to
a
normal
that
was
never
normal
in
the
words
of
gatina
level.
We're
going
to
continue
to
manage
inequality
rather
than
eradicate
it,
to
truly
serve
our
kids.
We
must
fight
to
maintain
energy
that
ensures
that
we
are
eradicating
inequality
rather
than
perpetuating
it
and
practices
that
diminishes
the
voices
of
our
kids
families,
educators
and
support
staff
sometime.
B
Why
so
many
keep
going
to
that
enemy
refused
to
go
back
to
normal,
a
normal
ending
today,
those
who
aren't
directly
serving
our
kids
and
might
thus
be
removed
from
when
they
actually
need
when
school
reopens?
As
for
my
second
concern,
we're
in
the
middle
of
the
largest
civil
rights
movement,
this
country
has
ever
experienced
and
the
response
of
our
district
health
and
crickets
do
we
know
who
we're
serving
here
or
are
we
come
back
to
that
and
they
around
their
district
leaders
and
administer
administrators?
B
Do
the
critical
work
of
determining
what
it
takes
for
our
schools
to
become
leases
of
healing,
rather
than
phases
of
heart?
What
is
their
vision
for
becoming
anti-racist
and
abolition
of
schools?
This
work
is
about
on
the
reading
way
to
agility
as
a
team,
it's
about
more
than
creating
a
company
that
talks
about
racism
and
restorative
practices.
In
a
school,
it's.
B
That
contribute
to
our
kids
continued
resistance
to
school
and
to
the
lack
of
joy.
They
experience
things
that
we
can
already
learn
towards
our
abolishing
standardized
testing.
We
have
done
it
this
year,
so
don't
tell
me
that
we
can't.
The
second
thing
we
can
work
towards
is
working
to
change,
comprehensively,
train
all
educators
in
restorative
justice
and
provide
the
necessary
funding
to
do
so.
A
B
Should
also
work
on
revisiting
our
curriculum
so
that
it
can
not
only
push
kids
to
develop
Ponce's
content
based
specific
skills,
but
also
local,
to
be
identity,
criticality
and
intellectualism
necessary
to
navigate
the
world
from
melindam
anti-oppression
I
credit.
This
last
points
of
the
work
of
building
Mohammed,
so
much.
J
J
One
of
the
part
of
things
as
a
person
of
color
who
are
doing
this
is
that
when
everything
happened,
yelping
times
we
shot
down
so
I
love
these
projects
of
increasing
diversity,
but
whatever
you
call
into
space
where
leadership
is
not
ready
to
handle
us,
we're
gonna
run
away
finding
a
place
where
were
hurt
so
not
only
inclusive
a
diversity.
Your
team
is
important,
but
also
teaching
leaders
how
to
handle
people
of
color
and
also
understand
in
our
community,
because
there's
increasing
people
for
coverage
to
this
environment
into
this
hostile
environment
is
an
assorted
problem.
J
J
About
some
of
the
parents
are
seeing
their
kids
getting
a
certificate.
How
proud
also
that
they
don't
understand
what
you
said,
and
that
does
also
because
they're,
just
all
my
son
just
got
a
warrant,
but
they
have
no
idea
why
they
got
it.
So
the
key
needs
to
be
their
own
interpretive
Accord
out
the
vessels
were
readable
in
the
United
States
and
thing.
J
So
how
can
we
expect
our
schools
to
do
certain
things
like
it's
like
a
disco,
happenin,
so
I
wonder
the
most
Brown
teachers
who
feel
frustrated
by
that,
but
the
lack
of
understanding
that
it
makes
me
so
sad
to
leave
these
days,
but,
if
feel
like,
I
need
to
find
somewhere
else
where
I
can
see
people
that
look
like
me,
my
mentor
so
Hyundai
that
can
be
that
EXO
leader,
looking
they
just
inhibited
move
forward.
But
why
did
it
have
to
leave
for
the
district
that
I
love
to
find
that?
J
Because
it
doesn't
exist
within
our
own
community
and
our
own
school
setting,
so
that
their
paradigm,
you
bring
Brown
teachers
and
obstacles
to
your
commitment?
Definitely
because
they
don't
feel
hurt
so
train
your
leaders,
new
leaders,
are
a
big
part
of
like
naming
of
people.
Color
I
mean
that
this
year,
because
we
were.
M
Unfortunate
gonna
be
present
at
them.
I'm
sorry.
This
is
on
behalf
of
enjoyment
of
return.
Ajanta,
the
doors
are
c5
president,
this
on
human
chosen
seer
members
of
the
School
Committee
and,
unfortunately,
I
couldn't
be
present
at
this
meeting,
due
to
a
short
notice
under
48
hours
and
heads
with
sense
of
another
commitment
that
was
a
really
previously
scheduled
and
cannot
change.
I've
requested
the
and
I
would
be
spit
in
this
for
the
record
as
well.
M
Myself
I
requested
the
members
of
this
committee
to
present
a
letter
on
behalf
of
parents
of
children
with
special
needs
from
Chelsea
I
would
like
to
adjust
the
following
topics.
One
I
would
like
to
request
a
subcommittee
formed
with
members
of
the
School
Committee
in
order
to
have
communication
regarding
a
sea
fog
advisory
and
to
ensure
requests
are
being
addressed.
We
would
like
this
defect
to
be
an
independent
body
with
parents
only
leading
meetings,
making
decisions
and
advising
by
being
independent.
M
We
also
would
like
a
web
page
to
be
created
and
supported
by
CPS
tech
and
policy
professionals.
Chelsey
CPAC
have
found
I'm
sorry,
Chelsea,
see
packet
of
officials,
find
shells
these
attractive,
inferior
and
less
supported
in
comparison
to
other
school
districts,
and
what
it's
provide
supports
of
Emily's
CPEC
means
proper
support.
It
would
like
funds
to
provide
training
to
our
officials
and
members,
but
also
to
invest
in
welcome
packages
for
those
effect
members
and
advertising.
M
We
request
to
have
available
certified
professionals.
Sorry,
we
request
to
have
certified
professionals
ready
to
translate
material
of
according
to
the
needs
and
families,
as
well
as
service
of
interpretation
during
our
CPAC
meetings
by
qualified
interpreters.
Skilled,
to
interpret
terms
that
we
are
using
at
school,
especially
hope
relates
to
special
needs.
Let's
remember:
Chelsea
has
demographically
diverse
and
providing
interpretation
and
translation
are
both
federal
and
state
laws.
We
must
focus
on
improving
communication.
Families
have
reached
out
to
me
to
address
that
some
calls
they're
still
receiving
from
CPS
that
are
not
in
their
language.
M
M
During
child's
registration,
what
is
their
preferred
language
I
would
ask
if
they
need
material
sent
home
translated
in
their
language
in
do
they
need
interpretation,
quite
some
supporting
families
through
communication
that
can
better
engage.
We
would
also
like
to
advocate
a
request:
ABA
assisted
behavior
therapist
in
each
school
to
better
support
students
on
the
autism
spectrum
disorder.
This
is
Chelsea
finished,
shows
a
great
number
of
students
with
special
needs.
The
therapist
can
also
support
students
with
behavioral
needs
that
are
needed
with
the
nurse
within
our
schools.
M
We
asked
CPS
thoughts,
make
the
commitment
with
families
respecting
its
reliance
in
communication.
There
were
language
access
and
supporting
families.
With
these
barriers.
We
would
like
to
inform
you
that
we
would
like
don't
harass
me
or
retaliation
to
its
parents,
and
this
is
unacceptable,
whether
in
purple
or
inviting.
G
Are
writing
to
support
the
resolution
introduced
by
school
committee,
member
roberto,
Nieminen
three-barrel,
a
resolution
in
support
of
federal
action
pandemic
police
brutality
in
the
use
of
excessive
and
militarized
force
throughout
the
country.
Through
this
resolution,
the
school
committee
has
an
opportunity
to
send
them
powerful
message
to
teachers,
staff
families
and,
most
importantly,
children-
that
affirms
the
words
of
brown
and
black

I'm,

in
a
low-income

that
also
has
a
very
dense
population.
G
During
these
times,
I
have
come
to
the
realization
that
our
school
budget
is
possibly
being
dispersity
wrongful
and,
with
that
being
said,
I'm
going
to
petition
to
remove
the
SRO

of
our
schools
and
propose
an
alternate
30
schools
budget.
The

During

what

G
G
Day
as
soon
as
they
walk
to
the
door,
we
also
teach
our
children
that
school
is
a
safe
place.
So
what
is
the
actual
need
for
SR
roles
in
our
schools?
If
schools
in
the
same
place,
our
children
should
be
able
to
go
to
school
and
feel
safe,
the
students
also
need
to
be
comfortable
to
perform
at
their
highest
ability.
Social
media
has
exposed
countless
situation
of
police
brutality
that
our
children
see.
G
These
situations
and
police
brutality
have
happened
to
many
people
of
color,
and
even
until
we
love

this
can
be
mentally
disturbed
it
to
our

Children
in
our
very

may
be
in
fear
of
this
happening
to
them,

seeing

the

Unfortunately,
decisions
continue
to
be

the
school

district
levels
that
fail
to
take
into
account
the
input
of
families,
students
and
teachers,
as
even
expressed.
Some
of
these
decisions
have
resulted
in
harm
to
our
community
that
we
must
address.
G
I've
been
working
at
Chelsea,

for
the

It

however,

So
many
of

the

but
what

I'm.
A

Chelsea,

I,
am
writing
to
voice
my
concerns
over
the

At
its

there
are
25
people
on
the

23
of
the

There
is
only

on
the

and
she
also
serves
as
a
union
representative.
G
The
reopening
committee
should
reflect
the
diverse
makeup
of
stakeholders
that
surround
our
schools.
We
opening
first
week,
families
and
students
should
be
included
in
this
group.
They
are
the
number
one
priority
and
stakeholder
surrounding
how
and
if
our
schools
reopen
their
voices
should
be
the
main
driving
force.
Secondly,
one
teacher
is
not
effectors
and
not
representations,
rather
than
many
staff
that
interface
with
the
students
each
day,
social
work,
guidance,
special,
ed
teachers
and
paraprofessionals
need
to
be
included.
G
G
The
task
for
me
when
the
school
should
be
focused
on
and
preparing
through
the
fall
immediately.
We
cannot
plan
for
the
fall
of
the

We
will
be

Additionally,
we
need

because
do
we
open

should
look
very
different?
It
is
too
much
to
ask
of
one

to
represent
all
of
these

and
necessary
voices.
Finally,
the
task
to

to

the
following
to
public

tomorrow's
school
board

while
we
know
that
next
year's
budget
is
going
to
be
tight,
I
would
like
to
join
many
others
and
advocating
for
a
budget
that
includes
an
education
and
training
around
race
and
equity
in
our
schools.
Given
the
large
percentage
of
whites,
that's
in
our
schools,
it
is
imperative
that
we
work
harder
to
understand
how
the
white
educators,
as
well
as
our
school
systems,
perpetuate
it
culture,
the
white
supremacy
which
is
harmful
for
our
students
in
our
community.
G
We
also
need
to
do
more
work
in
our
schools
to
ensure
that
this
learning
does
not
come
at
the
expense
of
our
teachers
of
color,
who
had
already
take
on
agree
on
a
greater
burden
of
this
work
every
single
day.
We
cannot
continue
to
expect

for
our

to
educate
white

We

we

This
is
what
I'm
most
excited
about
is
our
next
step
than

because
we
do
believe
that
we
I
strongly
believe
that
we
have
to
have
transparency
and,
and
one
thing
that
when
we
decided
when
we
started
hiring
for
our
principals,
this
year,
I
had
a
conversation
with
Christine
our

This
team,
the
talent
that
I
have
we're
committed
to

and
that's
why
we
chose
to
do
this

because
the

I
have
me
now
it's
too
important
to
to
not

because
we
are
I
hope
you

No,
then
who's
going

this.
Our

then
we're

we're
going

some

ayats
with
those

They
may

we
have
many
so
much
more
work
to

as
she

she

It
starts
with
her

in

and
he
had
a

and
that's
how

her
ours.
L
Our
support
come
from
the
the
municipal
level
in
order
to
push
forward
this
agenda
of
inclusion
and
equity
at
all
levels
of
our
government,
so
I'm,
not
in
supportive
of
amending
it.
In
that
way,
the
second
change
that
was
made
was
saying
are
hundreds
of
black
and
Latino
students,
turning
all
students
saying
we're
up
to
criminalize,
simply
because
of
how
they
look
or
speaking,
I.
L
Believe
us
saying
all
students
here
is
is
saying
that
all
students
are
often
criminalized
because
of
how
they
look
or
speak
so
I,
don't
think
that's
accurate
and
then
the
other
problem
that
I
have
with
that
is
that
it's
essentially
saying
you
know
it's
like
it's
like
the
the
hall
lights,
not
our
thing.
Wherever
we're
not
saying
that
my
life,
don't
matter,
are
saying
they're
black
volunteen
of
students
matter
and
are
an
in
fact
to
be
spoken
of
before.
L
Think
it's
important
that
we
that
we
just
highlight
the
incredible
impact
on
police
violence
and
retaliate
have
had
these
other
and
not
disabuse
of
power.
You
can
abuse
power,
but
how
about
being
piloted
rudl,
but
these
victims
were
not
victims
of
you
know
non
violent
abuse
of
power,
so
I
will
not
be
supporting
this
amendment
version
and
I
would
like
to
ultimately
vote
on
the
original
resolution.
H
M
M
M
Was
to
highlight
the
work
of
our
first
and
historic
and
fabulous
black
congresswoman
diana
presley
when
we
deeply
admired
from
her
service
and
for
her
work
in
pushing
this
forward,
and
we
absolutely
ignored
that.
I
to
agree
that
many
of
the
main
is
not
necessarily
she
did
receive
additional
support
inside
the
house
through
this
resolution,
but
for
us,
especially
benedict,
she
is
our
promise
woman.
It
is
important
to
highlight
the
word
of
a
black
woman
leader
than
his
current
side
ii
me.
I
agree
as
well
that
the
amendments
that
are
provided
here
says
all
students.
M
This
is
not
about
all
students
right
now.
We
absolutely
adore
and
care
about
all
their
students.
The
purpose
and
the
intention
of
this
resolution
is
specifically
about
luck
and
that
no
students,
and
by
amending
that
it's
it's
really
not
it's
it's.
It
doesn't
feel
good.
I
will
not,
and
lastly,
exude
finding
I
feel
like
this
process
around.
M
The
resolution
of
itself
has
been
quiet
and
I
appreciate
that
our
state
solicitor
came
in
to
do
a
training,
but
I
must
say
that
I'm,
hoping
that
the
process
of
submitting
resolutions
is
understood
that
there's
a
lot
more
clarity
and
we
can
have
a
smoother
process
even
even
today,
like
our
hope,
is
that
we
can
come
up
with
something
that
we
could
vote
on
something
a
little
bit
about.
But.
