From YouTube: Chamber Luncheon Meeting - December 2019
Description
Chelsea Chamber Annual Meeting
A
They've
been
providing
a
phony
meal
for
up
to
this
event
for
a
long
time.
So
we
appreciate
that
in
the
interest
of
time
we're
about
10
minutes,
Lincoln
started
and
also
I've
done
a
real
disservice
to
our
speaker.
Today,
I
have
invited
her
to
come,
speak
to
us
and
then
a
presentation
which
I
know
looks
like
an
hour-long
presentation
I'm
after
it
connects
back
to
a
ridiculously
short
period
time.
A
So
I'm
going
to
be
like
my
dad
driving
with
my
grandpa
house,
and
you
try
to
make
up
time,
make
up
time
make
up
time
a
couple
things.
Thank
you
to
exelon
Corporation,
which
is
the
sponsor
for
house
people.
Experiment
for
19
today
we're
not
going
to
be
having
a
raffle
and
the
spirit
of
you
know
it's
better.
To
give
than
receive
I
may
be
passing
around
some
Salvation
Army
Angel
Tree
carts.
A
These
are
cards
where
you
can
purchase
a
toy
and
if
you'd
like
also
an
article
clothing
for
a
young
child
in
need,
they
came
to
us
a
little
late,
so
I'm
hoping
that
well,
a
couple
get
those
for
build
tomorrow.
Thursday
is
the
annual
tree
lighting
celebration
in
Chelsea
square
from
5:30
to
7:30
and
make
his
first
appearance
of
the
season
and
then
on
the
Saturdays,
the
15th
annual
breakfast
Santa
and
that's
going
to
be
from
10
a.m.
to
1
p.m.
A
at
the
William
school,
the
interests
of
whipping
through
time
we're
not
going
to
review
some
of
the
Chamber's
accomplishments
of
this
year
for
next
year.
Let's
throw
out
some
buzzwords
to
you.
Those
would
be
partnership,
the
Chamber's
charitable
foundation,
grants
and
capacity
building,
so
both
of
those
words
will
devote
some
buffs
and
if
you
would
like,
the
specifics,
give
us
a
call
or
stop
by
and
be
with
us
and.
B
B
B
A
But
before
we
do
that,
we
must
make
our
outgoing
directors
in
this
terms
expire
this
year.
Some
of
these
folks
have
served
the
chamber
as
board
members
for
decades
and
our
hope
is
that
they're
not
that
totally
relax
and
enjoy
their
their
turn
off,
but
FD
fiber
members
or
the
chamber
committees
and
by
you,
if
you're
interested
in
becoming
a
member
to
get
in
touch
with
us
as
well.
So
we
asked
the
following
people
to
stand
up
and
receive
accolades
how
an
Albert.
A
D
E
And
many
of
them
are
members
of
China
thanks
opportunity
right
now,
the
city
of
Chelsea,
the
Chelsea
Housing
Authority,
green
roofs,
Parker
Community,
College,
Chelsea
collaborative
Chelsea,
Bank
major
credit
union
Roka
are
all
very
close
partner
of
our
work.
Without
them,
you
received
an
email
last
week
from
the
chamber
describing
our
work
a
little
bit,
introducing
you
to
an
opportunity
that
you
may
not
be
aware
of
of
its
local
cash
credit
strength
that
exists
in
Massachusetts.
A
F
F
Destination
for
Chelsea
lot
of
people
to
tell
people
the
benefits
of
child
seats
with
the
attractions
of
jealousy,
and
it's
going
to
be
a
win-win
for
us
in
the
city
we
recently
received
our
provisional
license.
Thank
you
and
we're
looking
forward
to
beginning
demolition
on
the
site,
dersu
we're
going
to
actually
take
the
building
down.
They
were
going
to
build
a
brand
new
facility.
There
were
many
square
feet
introduced
as
a
couple
people
to
Mike.
F
Allen
is
the
chief
of
security
for
green
star
he's
worked
very
closely
with
the
local
police
authority,
the
chief
and
the
other
is
napkin
grid
up.
These
are
correct
operations
for
green
stuff,
but
we're
here
to
tell
you
that
we're
very
anxious
to
do
business
here
we
don't
have
a
professional
run
organization.
It's
going
to
be
something
that
the
city
of
Chelsea
can
be
proud
of.
We
also
have
our
partner
hotels,
anything
we
can
do
in
charitable
ventures
or
in
volunteer
work.
F
G
A
Unless
I've
done,
my
math
problem,
I
think
we
have
expense,
so
thank
you
can
superpose
Greenstar
Turtles
so
now
moving
on
it's
time
to
introduce
our
speaker
and
I
said
shortchanged
and
I'm
going
to
continue
that
by
shortchanging,
her
her
bio
and
her
impressive
credentials.
But
some
things
you
really
should
know
are
that
before
she
fulfilled
her
lifelong
job,
injury
from
becoming
a
canvas
control
conditioner,
she
was
an
assistant
attorney
general
for
Massachusetts
for
seven
years
and
she.
A
The
first
comprehensive
report
on
human
trafficking
and
work
with
law
enforcement
to
draft
the
state's
mark
in
human
trafficking
law.
She
led
the
AG's
office
of
open
government,
which
was
responsible
for
the
enforcement
of
Jacobi
meeting
law
becomes
a
city
council
or
councilman
supporting
Commission
members.
Eyes
are
on
you,
dis
Victor
is
president
of
Holy
Cross
and
Suffolk
University
Law,
School
and
she's
been
very
accommodating
in
agreeing
to
come
speak
to
us
today.
Ladies
and
gentleman,
please
welcome.
Mr.
president.
H
H
H
You
just
hold
the
seat,
but
represents
an
area
prohibition
scene,
as
directed
by
the
statute
and,
in
my
case,
to
public
safety.
I
have
had
the
great
honor
of
being
able
to
work
actually
with
you,
our
chief
guys
on
many
issues,
he's
been
a
wonderful
ally
prior
to
taking
this
position,
but
certainly
since
the.
H
H
Research
team,
so
we
are
a
really
vibrant
relief
agency
for
material.
We
also
assumed
oversight
of
the
medical
marijuana
program
that
was
prior
to
that
housed
in
Department
of
Public
Health
provides
support
to
over
60,000
active,
registered
patients,
and
just
last
week
we
completed
our
communication
to
our
headquarters
and
headquarters,
who
was
sure,
although
we
do
have
a
permanent
satellite
office,
that
we
are
maintaining
in
Boston
as
well.
H
So
having
that
present
both
to
us
about
just
from
these
symbolic
perspective,
but
for
practical
lessons
well,
whether
the
coming
years,
an
abyss,
commerce
integrated
into
our
communities
about
which
depend
a
lot
on
bikini
one
year
ago,
at
December,
20th,
2018,
dispersed
to
and
don't
use
it
as
retailers
open
their
doors
in
repentant
and
Western,
and
today
33
retailers
or
operational
throughout
the
sea.
In
the
first
year
we
saw
the
three
hundred
ninety
three
point:
seven
million
dollars
in
gross
sales.
H
H
H
Does
not
mean
that
all
of
those
applications
are
too
close
to
right
for
primetime
they're,
in
varying
stages
of
completeness
that
all
of
them
are
going
to
receive
the
municipal
approvals
that
are
necessary
and
I'm
going
to
statute
and
under
the
regulations
were
to
operate
and
that
the
city
will
enter
into
those
Canadians
with
any
who
are
all
of
them.
I.
Think
back
to
the
limits
that
the
city
has
imposed
the
number
of
retailers.
H
Our
regulations
fostering
the
industry
as
I
said
before,
that
is
responsible
that
could
have
all
been
sustainable.
It
helps
me
be
durable,
so
not
every
community
and
there's.
There
are
many
that
are
very
comfortable
with
it.
There
are
many
that
are
coming
to
it
and
FERPA.
That
is
having
these
conversations.
The
regulations
of
the
Commission
has
put
into
place
and
able
those
communities
that
decide
to
head.
H
It
has
regulations,
foster
a
responsible
industry
of
entities
facing
a
premium
on
state
security.
They
fostered
at
Google,
making
equity
a
priority
and
regulations
as
well
as
our
policy
and
programming,
and
they
fostered
an
industry.
They
will
be
poised
for
success,
it
hasn't
been
federal,
equalization
occurs
and
a
weapon
rather
than
it,
building
an
industry
that
is
responsible
starts
the
length
the
Commission
currently
is
using
eight
types
of
the
W's
placement
tests,
cultivation,
product
manufacturing,
retail
testing
laboratories
make
their
businesses
about
marijuana
cooperatives,
third
party
transporters
and
research.
H
Our
relationship
processes
involved
involves
an
initial
people
of
bigger
hurt,
which
has
in
three
parts
an
application
of
intense,
which
tells
us
where
you
are
a
background
check,
which
tells
us
whether
your
suit
over
licensure
and
a
management
operations
profile,
which
spells
whether
you
understand
our
regulations
and
have
considered
how
to
implement
them,
comply
with
them.
And
this
is
the
basis
for
a
provisional
or
an
initial
licensure.
H
H
Only
out
of
these
inspections
are
completed
and
our
satisfaction,
business
equality
commence
operations.
So
what
are
inspectors
are
looking
for
both
during
the
licensing
process
and
afterwards
our
inspectors
are
looking
for
compliance
or
security
requirements,
and
so
mr.
Allen
I
sure
can
speak
a
little
bit
about
this
from
a
perspective
of
the
operator.
But
this
includes
the
provisions
like
it
all
just
so
you
know
I'm
going
to
make
this
available
to
rich
so
that
you
can
circulate
I
hope
it
is
a
little
bit
hard
to
see
so.
H
I
was
security
requirements,
and
this
is
not
the
entire
list,
but
it's
a
snapshot
include
things
like
video
cameras
in
any
area
where
marijuana
is
met
in
entrances
and
parking
lots.
A
lot
of
limited
access
areas
where
marijuana
is
kept.
That
is
limited
to
specifically
employees
that
are
identified
as
having
access.
H
This
is
still
largely
a
cash
business
dependent
pieces
that
last
checked
will
be
tapped
without
of
operators
or
national
team
and
several
ATMs
on
site,
and
have
to
acknowledge
that
this
is
still
a
Beverly
as
modest
commodities
has
obviously
market
and
therefore
we
take
the
Russians.
We
want
to
make
sure
the
communities
you
know
see
and
feel
welcoming
about
having
these
businesses
in
their
communities
and
part
of
that
is
building
confidence
through
some
fairly
comprehensive.
H
H
It's
important,
because
this
is
still
definitely
a
product.
That
is
not
many.
We
have
no
federal
students.
There
is
no
event
again.
One
of
the
selling
points
of
legalization
was
provided
state
tested
cannabis.
This
part
is
a
consumer
facing
apartment.
That
and,
as
you
make
me
aware,
all
of
the
news
people
often
search
right
now
about
evening.
There's
a
crisis
going
on
and
I
would
expected
you
to
see.
H
This
is
a
lot
of
things
me
and
the
graphics
are
exceedingly
important,
because
first,
it's
a
warning
and
second
cousins
a
way
to
identify
illegal
fun.
So,
to
give
you
an
example,
this
is
not
just
something
that
accurate
mr.
than
the
outside
of
the
package.
If
we
have
an
operator
that
is
producing
a
dummy
middle,
this
has
to
be
imprinted
upon
each
individual
as
well.
So.
H
Our
inspectors
are
also
people,
I
didn't
have
agender
fire,
a
child
resistant
packaging
can't
have
any
cartoon
characters
or
other
images
that
are
attractive
to
children
on
the
packaging
and
no
packaging.
That
looks
like
earlier
on
individualization
in
the
first
states
that
legalized
there
was
sort
of
a
smattering
of
people
were
kind
of
your
picks
up
like
a
better
Tom,
Turner,
afraid
illumination
that
bar
and
that's
a
big
no-no.
It's
all
these
messages,
but
where
they
were
all
the
states
that
legalized,
but
this
has
become
a
fairly
common
regulation.
H
And
our
inspectors
are
looking
for
compliance
of
carpet
requirements
that
the
exterior
of
the
establishment,
go-kart
image
images
so
and
all
sort
of
advertising
that
indicates
a
preschool
leave
the
body
of
see
the
ads,
21
or
older,
and
this
Costra
sponsorship
of
events
as
well
and
that
website
needs
American
needs
best
initiative,
a
holding
events
that
the
tip
of
the
iceberg.
In
terms
of
our
intentions,
all
of
these
requirements,
security,
hijae
marketing,
is
just
a
snapshot
of
some
of
the
operational
requirements
that
meat
of
marijuana
establishments
was
like
a
family
better,
and
we.
H
H
H
So
it's
business
that
possibly
operating
a
business
can
be
a
barrier
to
entry,
so
we
have
made
a
part
of
our
mission
entity,
as
mandated
as
part
of
our
enabling
statute
that
the
Commission
endeavor
to
lower
barriers
of
entry
and
revive
technical
assistance
from
people.
We
identified
areas
of
disproportionate
impact
in
this
way
we're
trying
to
create
an
equitable
industry,
starting
at
the
ground
war,
and
there
are
two
primary
ways
that
equity
is
so
don't
get
into.
A
law
regulates
just
really.
H
H
With
social
equity
program
offers,
curricula
assistance
that
focus
on
work
got
to
the
newer
trafficker
individuals.
What
about
an
operation,
marijuana,
establishment
or
trafficking
the
operation,
every
area
and
ancillary,
which
is
for
individuals
who
operate
businesses
that
much
work
in
establishments?
I
would
just
add
that
here
are
talking
about
in
the
context
of,
but
ancillary
businesses
are
critically
important
to
this,
and
I
would
highly
encourage
anyone
as
against,
so
that
has
a
business
like
a
business
right,
some
criticize
architecture,
people
who
do
graphic
design.
H
H
H
You've
also
authorized
some
conception
which
offer
initiatives,
though
those
are
still
down
the
road
aways,
because
her
legislative
changes
that
happen
about
me
disabilities,
to
opt
into
allowing
social.
H
H
H
He's
about
inserting
in
the
CDA
remembers
anything
it's
action,
learn,
sir
those
bad
but
I'm
useless
as
an
example.
This
is
really
a
concept
for,
let
me
wish
you
in
our
cross
the
board
and
where
I
think
the
condition
is
likely
going
to
just
messaging
that
any
touch
personally,
these
messages
out
about
what
the
laws
are
making
sure
that
we
hard
to
be
conception,
provide.
A
I'm
sure
there
are
questions
in
this
room.
This
is
my
second
time
seeing
the
season
tation
and
every
time
I
hear
things
that
I
didn't
think
I'd
ever
hear
in
the
canvas
presentation
talking
about
technical
assistance,
the
environmentally
I
was
thinking
about
that.
So
mark
you
start
with
you
because
I
know
we
talked
earlier.
I
don't
have
a
question.
H
H
Somebody
that,
and
so
a
lot
is
really
to
depend
on
what
happened,
but
here
in
Massachusetts
there
is
legislation,
that's
working
its
way
through
the
state,
most
right
now
by
best
and
nh-2,
but
impressive,
indeed,
cold
heartless
people
who
are
reaching
the
choice
to
consume
afraid
or
for
whatever
reason.
It
is
legal
here
in
Massachusetts.
H
A
B
H
H
B
H
H
H
The
support
of
three
attorneys
general
instinct,
whether
it
has
legalized
or
not,
but
certainly
in
states
that
have
legalized
being
a
powerful
burrito
and
you
a
signed
on
to
a
letter,
the
conversation
and
it
doesn't
matter
what
psychometric
wall
on
in
terms
of
support,
legalization
and
her
opposition
to
legalization.
That
is
really
about
Russians
or
boast.
You
worked
in
this
industry
which,
in
our
state,
thousands
right
those
who
operate
in
this
industry
that
in
their
stores
and
it
starts
so
you
can
build
looking
for
an
infrastructure.
