basic
steps
as
far
as
balance.
This
is
really
all
about
balance
and
shifting
your
weight
from
side
to
side.
First,
it's
for
hurling
our
feet
apart
and
knees,
even
if
we
always
slightly
bent
your
feet
are
always
going
to
be
flat
unless
I
tell
you
otherwise.
So
here
we
are
centered
in
the
middle.
Our
shoulders
are
over
our
hips
and
we're
just
going
to
go
from
one
side
to
the
other.
And
what
you're
going
to
do
