we're
going
to
be
doing
some
cheer
yoga
today.
So
get
yourself
a
sturdy
chair,
bottle
of
water
and
we'll
get
started
first,
you
can
stay
seated
in
your
chair
just
to
get
started
and
we're
going
to
do
a
couple.

breaths

do
