on

floor.
Laying
down
or
in
a
chair
I
suggest
not
laying
down
you
tend
to
fall,
sometimes
get
a
little
bit
too
relaxed
during
the
meditation
and
it's
not
as
conscious,
but
make
sure
that
you
breathe
that
you
try
to
stay
in
the
moment.
You
really
want
to
try
to
just
concentrate
on
the
inhale
and
the
exhale
of
your
breath
that
you
can
feel
it.
