With the launch of the digital plan room the process to submit a plan, amendment.

Request to approved plans is changing. You will now be able to submit your.

Request directly in citizen access., once logged in there are two ways to start.

The submission of a plan amendment request for active permits. first on your.

Records list: you will now see a link under the action column for create.

Amendment for records that are currently active, permits.

The other way is on-the-record detail. Screen. active permits will now have a.

Button at the bottom of the page called create amendment., regardless of whether.

You click the link from the list of permits or from the button at the bottom.

Citizen access will automatically identify the parent permit and populate.

Permit., you will be required to enter a brief description of work, identify any.

Change in the job valuation and select the nature of work for this request. and.

Following a successful submission, your plan, amendment request, will be assigned.
