setback

foot
setback
near

boardwalk

the
rear

buildings

corridor
and

in
the

foot
setback

street

noticed
this
area
is
very
near
open
areas,
certain
portions
of
that
corridor,
and
has
it
been
looked
at
to
make
sure
that
any
proposed
buildings
or
redevelopment
sites
will
not
be
impacted
by
those
setbacks.

get

papaya

layout,

that
anybody
who
was
gonna
take
advantage
of
the
program
and
develop
the
property

all

before
they
even
got
started.
