A
Meeting
the
former
city
manager
would
like
approved
Saturday
hours
at
North
Greenwood.
However,
we
didn't
get
the
extra
staff
needed
to
cover
those
hours,
so
what
we
have
done
is
reallocated
some
staff
to
North
Brentwood.
We
are
getting
so
close
to
being
filling
these
positions,
so
we
can't
offer
Saturday
hours
until
the
vacancies
are.
These
positions
are
filled.
The
vacancies
right
now,
I
think
we're
up
to
11
vacancies
and
it
sounds
like
a
lot,
but
probably
half
of
them
are
in
the
process.
The
hiring
process.
A
You
know
background
check
reference
checks,
whatnot,
so
we're
we're
plugging
along
and
we're
getting
closer
to
filling
all
of
our
vacancies.
So
hopefully,
my
next
meeting
we'll
have
our
Saturday
hours
of
the
morning.
Okay,.
B
A
B
A
Okay,
I
mentioned
the
next
item:
agenda.
Stop
it.
We
can
see
status,
you
know
we
have
11..
Our
biggest
challenge
is
is
hiring
part-time.
We
have
a
lot
of
part-time
positions
and
that's
our
biggest
challenge
is
how
you
know
find
people
that
want
part-time,
because
so
many
people
who
want
full-time
so
that's
been.
That's
been
our
biggest
challenge
but
we're
getting
there
and
I
I.
B
A
That
is
moving
forward
right
now.
We,
the
engineering
department,
is
helping
finding
an
architect
on
record
to
see
if
they're
interested
in
in
taking
on
this
project.
A
So
the
letter
of
interest
has
been
sent
out
last
month
and
I
know.
Maybe
two
firms
have
inquired
that
they
were
interested.
They
needed
a
little
more
information.
A
B
Those
letters
being
responded
to
or
selection
being
made,
I
think
they've
already
passed:
okay,
okay,
very
good.
So
at
this
point
it's
just
a
matter
of
going
forward
with
the
selection.
B
B
All
right,
if
we
would
continue
now
with
the
director's
report,
winter
and
spring
programs,
what's
on
our
agenda.
A
A
A
So
he
leads
these
these
programs
and
then
they're
just
they're
great
people
love
them.
So
so
we
had
very
active
winter
in
fall
and
winter
programs
and
then
coming
up.
Our
big
Comic-Con
is
going
to
be
March
4th
and
last
year
we
had
to
have
it
at
more
Ross,
Norton
Rec
Center.
A
Obviously
we
used
to
have
it
here
and
now
that
some
of
our
spaces
are
occupied
with
other
things,
we
had
to
find
another
location,
so
it
just
went
very
well.
Last
year,
I
think
we
had
almost
2
000
people
at
Ross
Norton
so
again
this
year,
we'll
have
it
at
Ross
Norton
and
it's
a
family
friendly
event
and
it's
free
and
so
yeah.
A
It's
it's
one
of
our
big
Signature
Events
and
then
also
another
signature
band
coming
up
this
month
for
Black
History
Month
is
our
night
at
the
library
at
North
Greenwood
and
that
is
February
24th
from
six
to
eight,
no
five,
five
thirty
to
8
30.
A
and
that's.
We
have
a
lot
of
presenters
and
speakers
and
that's
always
a
big
event
for
the
north
Greenland
community,
so
and
they're,
just
regular
programs
that
we
do
during
the
Spring
but
labor
Maker,
Studios
and
then
last
meeting.
We
you
know
did
a
tour
and
those
those
are
just
so
successful.
People
really
really
enjoyed
them.
So.
A
Lot:
okay,
collation,
Studio
I
mean
the
just
the
Arts
projects
they
offer
amazing
so
and
then
related
to
a
program.
So
this
situation
with
the
Clyde
Butcher
and
Nikki
butcher
exhibit
so
Nikki's
exhibits
will
come
down
in
March
and
then
Clyde
Butcher
will
have
another
exhibit
beginning
in
May
and
they
will
actually
Nikki
butcher
is
publishing
a
book
coming
out
very
soon
of
her
artwork.
That
was
inspired
by
her
exhibit
here.
A
So
both
Nikki
and
Clyde
would
sure
will
be
coming
down
in
March
for
her
book
signing
and
then
I
believe
the
climateurs
coming
in
the
summer
to
do
a
lecture
again
at
the
Capitol
Theater
and
then
it's
his
next
exhibit
should
be
up
until
early
January.
A
A
lot
of
people
have
come
from
all
over
and
even
us,
you
know
they're
here
for
something
else.
They
see.
You
know
the
windows
outside
and
their
stuff,
and
so
it's
really
been
such
a
great,
great
and
I
appreciate
the
postcard
program
yeah
that
you
could
fill.
B
Okay,
shall
we
talk
budget?
Oh
no,
we're.
A
Not
here
yet
I'm,
sorry,
so
this
is
yeah.
This
is
a
brand
new
program
for
us.
Other
libraries
around
the
country,
I
think
a
maybe
some
I
think
Denise
and
may
offer
it
too.
It's
a
seed
Library,
so
people
can
check
out
actual
seats
and
grow
in
their
Garden
or
whatever.
A
A
So
we
just
launched
that
mid-January
and
it
has
been
so
successful.
I
wanted
to
Pilot
it
at
Countryside.
First
to
see
how
popular
would
be
if
you
know,
but
it's
showing
I'm
going
to
give
it
a
couple
more
months,
but
it's
the
interest
is
indicating
that
we
may
want
to
spread
it
to
other
branches
as
well
or
the
locations.
A
It's
really.
It's
really
neat.
So
a
lot
of
people
you
know
rub
their
own
fruit
or
plants
or
whatever.
So
so
it's
something
new
and
different
for
us
and
it
also
aligns
with
our
sustainability
the
city
to
sustainability
efforts
screen
print
2.0.
So.
A
Yeah
just
wanted
to
mention
budget
season
has
begun,
so
the
first
part
of
that
was
our
capital
Improvement
projects.
A
The
only
change
well
daily
Edition
that
I
added
to
this
year's
budget
and
again
I
just
submitted
it.
It's
not
improved
or
anything,
is
to
try
to
get
a
library
vehicle.
Again,
we
have
increased
our
Outreach
efforts
tremendously
and
you
know
we're
bringing
tents
and
you
know
laptops,
and
you
know
telescopes
and
everything.
You
know
all
the
the
supplies
needed
and
people
are
using
their
personal
vehicles
and
we
just
need
a
library
vehicle,
so
fingers
crossed
one
for
the
whole
system.
Yes,
but
it
would
be
a
start.
A
A
A
I
know
we've:
the
city
made
increases
last
year
or
this
actually,
this
fiscal
year,
I,
don't
know
if
they're
going
to
be
any
more
increases
for
the
next
year.
As
you
know,
we're
we
don't
have
a
permanent
city
manager.
Right
now
we
have
an
interim
civilizer,
Jennifer,
Courier
and
I
think
they're
planning
on
doing
a
National
search,
and
that
is
the
process.
It
just
doesn't
happen
overnight.
A
Well
can
I,
probably
if
I,
could
add
more,
certainly
I,
think
in
future
meetings,
I'd
like
to
have
some
presenters
like
internal
presenters
to
just
highlights
some
different
services.
Not
just
me
bumping
my
gums,
so
I
just
wanted
to
get
your
feedback.
If
this
is
something
you'd
be
interested
like
you
know,
we
started
off
the
tour
last
time,
but
if
we
can
get,
you
know
some
presentations
to
really
highlight
you
know
what
we're
doing
and
and.
B
A
Sounds
great
and
then
you
know
if
you
have
topics
that
you
would
like
to
bring
up
I
know
we
discussed
our
material
selection
policy
lessons.
So
if
there
are
any
topics
that
you
at
board
would
like
to
discuss
or
for
me
to
expand
on,
please
please
let
us
know.
B
Plus,
certainly
I
would
always
advocate
for
presenting
any
volunteer
opportunities
that
are
available
to
the
community,
because
this
is
our
means
of
reaching
out
to
the
city
and
to
our
residents
and
saying
we
could
use
your
help.
Would
you
like
to
come
on
down
and
so
I
think
that
would
be
appropriate.
C
A
Yeah
we
had
a
really
robust
adult
volunteer
program
and
then
once
covid
hit
it's
slowly
coming
back.
Okay,
very
slowly!
So.
B
And
that's
why
we
need
to
publicize
it
because
Now's,
the
Time
I
think
just
about
everyone
feels
like
covid,
is
just
going
to
be
something
we
live
with
from
here.
I
know
not
that
it's
over
it's
never
going
to
go
away,
but
we
have
learned
to
deal
with
it
in
a
realistic,
Manner
and
so
time
for
us
to
come
back
out.
Every
organization
around
people
are
gathering
together
again,
so
I
would
really
like
us
to
reach
out
to
the
residents
of
Clearwater
and
say
we
could
put
you
to
work
and
I
know.
B
There
are
people,
for
example,
who
want
to
read
children
and
and
do
things
like
that
or
help
them
with
crafts
and
projects
and
whatnot.
So
I
I
certainly
would
suggest
that
something
that
we
could
have.
One
of
your
people
speak
about
at
our
next
meeting,
volunteer
opportunities,
absolutely
okay,
good.
A
Moving
on
to
update
friends
at
the
Clearwater
Library,
as
always,
they've
been
very
generous
with
providing
funding
for
our
programs
and
services,
so
they
have
committed
to
funds
for
our
summer
reading
programs
and
other
programs
during
the
year.
They
are
going
to
continue
offering
our
scholarships
so
there's
a
scholarship
for
staff
who
are
in
college,
there's
a
scholarship
where
staff
were
in
library,
School
and
then
they're.
The
team
volunteer
scholarships.
So
they
have
once
again
agreed
to
fund
that
this
year.
So
we're
very
grateful
and
then
our
summer
teen
internship
program.
A
C
Okay,
not
official
at
all
sorry
I'm,
Amanda,
uland,
e-l-e-n-d,.
C
And
I
just
want
to
say
that
I
support
you
all
so
much
and
I
know
right
now
is
a
hard
time
for
everyone
in
this
area
in
Florida,
especially
so
I.
Thank
you
for
all
of
the
work
that
you're
doing
and
I
hope
to
join
you
in
the
future.
I'm
gonna
put
my
name
in
so
wonderful.
Thank
you.
Please
have
a
wonderful.
