B
Mr
mayor
council,
members
honored
to
be
here,
thank
you.
Let
us
pray
almighty
god
who
has
given
us
the
good
land
for
our
heritage.
We
humbly
beseech
you
that
we
may
always
prove
ourselves.
A
people
mindful
of
thy
favor
and
glad
to
do
thy
will
bless
our
land
with
honorable
industry.
Sound
learning
and
pure
manners
save
us
from
violence,
discord
and
confusion
from
pride
and
arrogance
and
from
every
evil
way
defend
our
liberties
and
fashion
into
one
united
peoples.
B
The
multitudes
brought
hither
together
in
many
kindred
tongues
and
do
with
the
spirit
of
wisdom,
those
to
whom,
in
thy
name,
we
entrust
the
authority
of
government,
especially
this
city
council,
of
clearwater,
that
there
may
be
justice
and
peace
at
home
and
that,
through
obedience
to
the
law,
we
may
show
forth
thy
praise
among
the
nations
of
the
earth
in
the
time
of
prosperity.
Fill
our
hearts
with
thankfulness
in
the
day
of
trouble,
suffer
not
our
trust
in
thee
to
fail
and
all
of
which
we
ask.
B
A
C
A
Evening
we
have
a
couple
proclamations
this
evening.
First,
we
have
the
manufacturing
proclamation
and
if
kristen
powers
is
here,
local
clearwater
manufacturer
tsc
industries
has
been
a
family
owned
and
operated
company
that
manufactures
all
of
its
products
in
america
since
1962..
A
A
A
good
evening,
gentlemen,
good
evening,
whereas
the
2021
fire
prevention
week
theme
learn
the
sounds
of
fire.
Safety
effectively
serves
to
remind
us
that
we
need
working
smoke,
alarms
to
give
us
the
time
to
get
out
safely
and
whereas,
according
to
the
national
fire
prevention
association,
cooking,
is
the
primary
cause
of
home
fires
and
home
fire
injuries.
A
Now,
therefore,
I
frank
v
hibbard
mayor
of
the
city
of
clearwater
florida
on
behalf
of
the
clearwater
city
council,
do
hereby
proclaim
october
3rd
through
the
9th
2021
to
be
fire
prevention
week
in
clearwater,
and
urge
all
residents
of
the
city
of
clearwater
to
protect
their
homes
and
families
by
heating.
The
important
safety
messages
of
fire
prevention
week
2021,
and
to
support
the
many
public
safety
activities
and
efforts
held
by
the
clearwater
fire
and
rescue
department.
A
We
have
a
united
way
proclamation
if
I
could
have
chuck
warrington
from
clearwater
gas
system,
the
director
and
bills,
james
of
the
united
way
come
forward
good
evening,
whereas
the
united
way
suncoast
is
dedicated
to
changing
lives
and
building
futures
by
working
with
many
partners
to
make
a
difference
in
what
matters
in
the
community
and
whereas
the
city
of
clearwater
has
been
an
outstanding
contributor
toward
the
efforts
of
the
united
way
by
working
together
to
increase
community
awareness
and
empowering
employees
to
make
a
difference
in
the
lives
of
those
in
need
through
financial
investments
and
volunteer
involvement,
and
whereas
the
city
of
clearwater
continues
to
encourage
and
to
support
the
efforts
of
the
united
way
suncoast,
which
provides
funding
for
programs
of
more
than
60
agencies
in
the
tampa
bay
area,
including
right
here
in
our
community
and
whereas
employees
of
the
city
of
clearwater
have
contributed
over
1.3
million
dollars
through
the
personal
payroll
deductions
and
contributions
to
united
way
suncoast
and
their
local
community
strategic
partners.
E
Evening
and
welcome,
thank
you
very
much
mayor
I
just
would
introduce
to
you.
I
think
you
know
tony
mcginnis
tony's
been
involved
with
the
united
way
campaign
for
many
years
and
chaired
it
two
years
ago,
jessica,
jessica,
ashbeed,
is
this
year's
chair
and
was
also
last
year's
chair
is
in
pasco
today
and
she
wasn't
able
to
be
here
tonight,
and
this
is
elise.
James
elise
is
our.
Is
our
representative
from
united
way,
and
she
thinks
has
some
word
or
two
to
say.
F
A
Well,
thank
you
for
being
here
tonight
and
chuck's
always
been
very
involved
and
tony.
We
thank
you
not
only
for
the
united
way,
but
also
for
paint
your
heart
out,
and
you
know,
bill
horn
was
a
tremendous
supporter
of
united
way
and
our
whole.
A
You
know
month
of
giving-
and
I
just
want
to
remember
that,
because
it
was
a
big
deal
to
him
and
he
was
a
big
deal
to
us.
A
A
Well,
many
thanks
to
all
the
organizations
that
make
our
community
better.
We
appreciate
all
the
efforts.
Much
of
them
are
complete,
volunteer
efforts,
and
so
it
means
a
lot.
I
would
ask
if
there
are
any
amendments
to
the
minutes
of
the
september
16
2021
meeting.
A
Aye
opposed
unanimous
at
this
time,
I'd
like
to
open
it
up
to
citizens
to
be
heard.
If
there's
anyone
in
the
audience
that
would
like
to
speak
to
an
item
that
is
not
on
the
agenda,
we
ask
that
you
do
fill
out
a
comment
card.
Please
come
up
and
we
respectfully
ask
you
to
keep
your
comments
to
three
minutes
like
a
moth
to
the
flight.
I
Good
evening,
mr
mayor,
mr
council,
members
micah
michael
pam,
nicole
rose,
I
happen
to
be
in
town
and
I
felt
obligated
to
report
to
you
that
the
roundabout
is
still
working.
J
K
You,
okay
short
and
sweet
yeah.
Last
time
I
was
going
to
speak
when
you
asked
for
comments,
if
you
could,
if
people
know
the
agenda
now,
I
just
got
this,
and
maybe
I
just
missed
getting
that
and
that
so
we
know
where
we
would
fit
in
to
speak
and
follow
proper
protocols.
Well,
first
thing:
first,
I'm
glad
you're.
Well,
I
was
out
of
town,
I
heard
about
you
and
teresa
and
the
kovic.
K
I'm
glad
that's!
Okay!
Thank
you
very
much
and
of
course,
we
all
know
each
other
and
bill
horn
and
the
chief
and
yourself
full
disclosure,
I'm
a
client
of
yours
after
a
meeting
on
23
april,
and
I
did
contribute
to
your
campaign
and
actually,
since
I
didn't
get
a
chance
to
talk
to
you,
I
guess
you
didn't
get
my
messages.
K
A
Up
your
rights
to
speak,
even
if
you
were
a
client.
J
J
L
L
L
So
we
would
like
you
to
come
and
be
a
part
of
our
transformation
going
forward.
We
are
going
to
launch
the
eats
gateway,
business
and
neighbors
association.
Again,
we
want
to
invite
you
all
to
our
very
first
meeting
monday
october,
the
11th
at
5
30
in
the
owner
of
the
mexican
restaurant
and
the
gateway
has
graciously
given
us
his
private
dining
room.
So
it
should
be
very
nice
and
there's
plenty
of
parking
behind
the
restaurant
and
across
the
street
from
in
save
a
lot
and
also
nature's
food
batch.
L
So
that's
kind
of
how
you
can
find
it
so
we're
looking
forward
to
seeing
you
all
if
anyone
here
is
watching
this
and
lives
in
the
gateway
or
anyone
that
would
be
interested,
we'd
love
to
see
you
now.
I
have
to
pass
out
a
little
goodie
here
for
you.
This
tells
all
about
it,
and
I
went
ahead
because
the
gateway
used
to
be
such
a
vibrant
fun
place.
I
made
a
little
history
of
all
the
places
that
were
there
like
60
years
ago,
that
I
could
remember
and
then
what
it
is
today.
M
L
L
A
N
N
Pinellas
county
reduced
their
property
tax
to
last
year's
level,
but
then
raised
them
slightly
in
order
to
fund
about
12
million
dollars
to
the
transportation
trust
fund,
which
was
a
reasonable
amount
under
the
circumstances.
But
they
needed
a
lot
more
than
that
hillsborough
county
with
their
funds
from
the
american
recovery
act
allocated
35
million
dollars
to
roads
and
grounds
for
repair
of
roads,
right
away,
mowing
and
sidewalk
repair,
which
is
one
of
my
favorite
topics.
N
N
I've
been
in
touch
with
them
and
pointed
out
to
them
that
their
sister
commissioned
in
hillsborough
county
did
a
nice
allocation
and
I'm
suggesting
to
them
that
they
may
do
the
same
thing
for
pinellas
county
and
some
of
those
funds
will
trickle
down.
Hopefully,
to
the
city
of
clearwater
to
be
used
for
sidewalks
right-of-way
mowing
as
well
as
road
repair.
N
I'm
certain
that
also
some
of
those
funds
might
end
up
for
the
park
street
transit
center.
Refurbishing,
I
don't
know-
and
that's
certainly
possible
and
a
good
use
of
those
funds.
But
once
again,
in
closing
I'd
like
to
remind
you
that
you
have
22
million
dollars
worth
of
funds,
I
hope
you
use
them
diligently
where
they
are
needed,
and
I
hope
one
of
those
places
is
for
sidewalk
repair.

My
real
name
is
tara,
but
we're
gonna
go
with
pickles
I'm.
I
would
like
to
reassure
you
that
we
in
the
city
of
clearwater
know
what
we're
supposed
to
do
with
our
chickens.
We,
in
fact,
do
have
a
lady
that
rescues
them.
I
found
that
out
this
weekend
delivering
an
order
to
a
customer,
not
in
the
city.
There
was
a
rooster
running
around.
I
called
her
within
10
minutes.
M
M
M
H
Nice
man-
I
I
I
believe
you
had
you-
have
no
problem
with
you
know.
What's
supposed
to
be
done,
I'm
not
sure
you
speak
for
every
single
person
that
wants
to
have
chickens,
and
my
no
vote
is
not
against
chickens
per
se.
H

I
don't
need
you
to

that
my
only
comment,
but.
N
H
The
chickens

se-
I
just
don't
think
it's
where
it
needs
to
be.
A
Any
other
comments
I
mean,
I
have
reservations
as
well.
I
think
you
know
that,
and
my
statement
stands
that
I
gave
last
time.
If
we
see
you
know.
A
A
cycle
of
bad
ownership
and
it
becomes
an
enforcement
issue
for
us,
then
I'll,
be
ready
to
repeal
the
ordinance
in
a
heartbeat,
but
otherwise
I
think
we're
surrounded
by
other
cities
that
have
allowed
it.
I
don't
think
they've
had
that
many
problems,
and
so
at
this
time
I'm
willing
to
at
least
give
it
a
shot.

Appoint
two
members
of
the
municipal
code
enforcement
board
with
terms
expire
october,
31st
2024,
and
appoint
one
member
to
fill
the
remainder
of
an
unexpired
term
through
october
31st,
2022,
council
members.
I
just
wanted
to
do
some
follow-up.
Regarding
your
question
during
the
work
session
regarding
miss
fuller
rainey,
I
do
want
to
note
that
she
did
have
within
the
calendar
year
three
absences,
two
of
which
were
due
to
leadership
pinellas.
I
did
confirm
that
information.
S
S
G
S
H
I
I
will
make
a
motion
to
reappoint
nicole
bray
and
carrie
ann
fuller
to
their
positions
on
the
board.
As
my
first
motion.
O
S
R
I
mean
in
the
upcoming
term
her.
S
R
Yeah,
I
remember
you
saying
that
I
was
just
thinking.
It
sounds
like
you
may
be
concerned.
She's
going
to
miss
me.
S
No,
I
I
want
to
just
declare,
because
there
was
that
concern.
I
think
that
it
does
appear
that
she
was
missing
so
many,
but
it's
not
an
issue
that
we've
never
dealt
with
in
the
past,
and
the
process
is
that
if
a
member
does
have
an
issue
with
attendance,
I
will
work
with
the
liaison.
If
that
does
not
work,
then
I
will
work
with
the
individual
and
the
city
manager
to
recommend
resignation.
A
I
did
reach
out
to
her
today
because
attendance
is
a
big
deal
to
me.
I'm
still
pissed
off
about
last
week,
the
first
meeting
I've
ever
missed
due
to
coven.
I
bid
her
about
a
thousand
sorry.
I
shouldn't
have
said
that
family
show,
but
I
am
bitter
about
it,
and
so
that
does
this.
This
attendance
does
concern
me
and
if
this
pattern
continues,
I
think
she
needs
to
know
that
we'll
pull
her
at
least
that's
my
opinion.
S
And
she
has
been.
The
issue
has
been
raised
already
prior
to
the
reappointment
item,
so
I
think
she
understands
the
process,
so
she
knows
that
she
she's
already
been
spoken
to,
and
if
it
continues
it
will
not,
she
will
not
receive
the
next
one
say:
please,
you
know
what
what's
the
issue
she
understands.
The
process
will
be
to
ask
for
a
resignation
all
right.
S
Yeah
so
in
your
agenda
packs
council
members
for
the
third
appointment,
you
had
applications
for
mr
michael
bergeron,
sarah
davis,
dwayne
schultz,
james
statskill,
sheila
sullivan
and
robert
keane.
G
I'd
like
to
make
evolution
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
to
appoint
sarah
davis
for
this
position,
I
think
she'd
be
great
she's
young
she's,
a
small
business
owner.
She
brings
some
diversity.
She's
got
outstanding,
volunteer
experience
with
the
urban
leadership
coalition
and
I'd
like
to
give
her
a
chance
on
this
board
she's.
Also
from
a
zip
code.
That's
not
represented.
G
D
C
C
G
A
T
Hi,
my
name
is
mike
reardon.
I
live
in
clearwater
I'll,
get
a
card
on
the
way
out.
I'm
100
against
this.
The
issue
with
clearwater
is
not
getting
like
50
plus
1
vote.
For
example,
mayor
hibbard
got
13
194
votes,
but
only
23
916
people
voted.
We
had
about
70
000
voters,
so
that
equates
to
about
18.8
percent.
T
T
We
don't
need
an
unconstitutional
messed
up
situation
like
this.
If
you
have
to
do
something
go
to
runoffs,
but
the
problem
in
clearwater
is
people
don't
show
up
to
vote
unless
there's
a
run.
The
referendum,
the
no
boss
mayor
as
I
call
it
referendum
brought
in
63.45
percent
in
2012-
was
that
the
marina
I
don't
know
2012
was
that
it
was
the
aquarium
aquarium
that
brought
in
72.9
percent.
If
you
get
people
excited,
they
show
up
because
they
think
their
vote
counts.
People
don't
think
their
vote
counts
right.
T
Now,
there's
a
lot
of
great
things
you
can
do
before
you
go
to
this
unconstitutional,
whatever
situation
or
even
runoffs,
which
my
letter
mentioned
as
an
option,
send
this
back
to
the
charter
review
committee
and
say
seriously:
look
at
two
things:
changing
the
charter
review
to
every
eight
or
ten
years.
Sorry
that
won't
help
you
and
come
up
with
an
idea
where's
my
counter
to
get
people
to
show
up
to
vote
now.
T
I
know
historically
that
people
say
oh
we're
going
to
vote
on
in
march
because
we
don't
want
to
get
mixed
up
in
the
the
general
elections.
I
think
that's
wrong.
I
think
that
data
is
outdated
because
now
so
many
people
take
the
ballot
home,
they
sit
around
with
it
and
spend
time
with
it,
but
when
mark
gets
66,
000
plus
and
that's
more
than
myself
or
paul
got
in
2010,
but
because
of
the
numbers
he
comes
in
at
27.,
the
problem
is
not
changing
the
election
system.
T
The
problem
is
getting
people
to
show
up
and
get
enthusiastic
and
the
truth
is
more
council
members
or
more
people
when
more
people
run
more
people
often
show
up,
and
I
have
a
whole
lot
of
data
here.
The
biggest
year
we
ever
had
as
2014
is
30.05
2018
there
was
17.1
2008,
there
was
13
2004,
there
was
20,
almost
21
percent
2002.
There
was
almost
18
percent
the
referendums
getting
engagement
and
getting
people
involved.
This
is
not
the
time
to
put
anything
on
the
referendum.
T
D
H
H
H
But
if
you
know
we
need
to
have
a
you
know,
we
need
to
go
to
a
runoff,
now
perfect
situation,
and-
and
I
and
I'm
also
going
to
throw
this
out,
I'm
thinking-
we
need
to
hold
this
off
for
one
more
meeting,
because
I
would
like
to
get
total
clarification
from
the
supervisor
of
elections
office
as
to
what
you
know
what
dates
or
what
system
would
we
need
to
be
at
or
where
would
our
rotation
need
to
be
for
her
to
approve
us
to
be
around
she's
not
going
to
approve
a
june
runoff
if
we
stay
in
them
with
a
march
election?
H
I
like
that
idea,
except
for
I
would
like
our
dates
to
coincide
with
the
city
of
st
petersburg,
which
is
going
on
right
now
in
the
odd
years,
because
I
don't
want
our
city
elections
to
be
at
the
bottom
of
a
long
ballot
on
the
even
number
years,
because
you
get
you
get
voter
fatigue,
you
get
ballot
fatigue
and
whatnot.
So
I
would
like
to
see
some
way
you
know
and
again
move
forward.
H
How
do
we
make
it
happen,
or
do
we
wait
and
put
it
to
do?
We
push
it
out
to
charter
charter
review
in
23
to
put
it
on
the
24
ballot?
We
could
do
it
that
way.
You
probably
do
it,
because
even
if
we
pass
rank
choice
voting
tonight
to
put
it
on
the
ballot,
I
don't
see
it
being
approved
at
the
state
level.
H
You
know
in
even
taking
re-election
into
consideration
anyone
up
here
still
being
on
the
dice
when
it
gets
finally
gets
approved
at
the
at
the
state
level.
So
you
know-
and
yes,
there
would
have
to
be
a
certain
terms-
would
have
to
either
be
lengthened
by
as
much
as
a
year
and
a
half
or
shortened
by
a
year
and
a
half
which
I
wouldn't
be
in
favor
of
in
any
way
shape
or
form.
So,
but
I
I
would
love
to
see
our
city
election
if
it's
possible.
H
H
A
an
election
situation
where
no
single
candidate
collects
50
of
the
vote
in
the
first
round
of
voting.
That's
my
personal
opinion
and
I
think,
there's
a
lot
of
people
a
lot
of
the
people.
H
I've
spoke
with
agree
now
the
dates
everything
else-
that's
all
stuff,
that's
still
out
there
to
be
determined
and
work
with,
but,
like
I
said,
I
would
like
to
see
this
possibly
be
postponed
for
until
our
next
meeting
to
get
cl
clear
clarification
from
the
sick
supervisor
of
elections
office
as
to
what
they
would
approve
or
allow,
and
then
we
could
figure
out
how
what
we
want
to
do
and
how
we
go
about
it.
Well,.
A
A
G
C
D
C
And
what
you
would
likely
do
is
extend
the
incumbents
until
their
replacement
is
elected.
That
would
be
the
normal
process
so
until
the
incoming
member
takes
office,
so
it
would
really
be
if
you're
moving
to
the
odd
year,
it
would
be
in
a
year
and
a
half
roughly
extension
for
the
the
people,
whose
turn
was
up.
A
That's
to
go
to
saint
pete's
or
we
could
go
to
the
general
and
go
and
be,
as
you
said
now,
you
know
to
some
people's
point.
If
you
want
more
voters,
even
with
ballot
drop,
you're
going
to
get
more
people
voting
for
city
elections,
if
you
go
to
the
august
november,
just
because
you're
going
to
drag
them
to
the
polls.
For
you
know,
federal
state
and
county
elections.
H
And
I
will
I
will
address
the
800
pound
elephant
in
the
room
about
that,
the
the
evil
money
to
run
a
campaign.
H
You
know
when
you're
running
a
city
campaign
and
you're
trying
to
raise
money
at
the
exact
same
time
that
your
county,
state
and
federal
candidates
are
also
raising
money.
It's
a
whole
different
animal,
and
I
that
march,
it's
not
hard
for
us
to
raise
money
when,
in
in
these
months,
leading
up
to
a
march
election.
But
if
you're
on
the
same
calendar
with
the
on
the
even
years
with
the
county,
state
and
federal
elections,
the
fundraising
portion
of
even
for
a
local
campaign
becomes
that
much
more
difficult
for
everyone.
A
R
H
H
For
politics
I
mean
it,
it
just
is
and
it's
the
it
is
what
it
is
and
if,
if
that's
a
problem,
then
for
for
people
that
say
well,
I
you
know,
I
can't
raise
money,
and
I
can't
do
this.
Then
maybe
their
best
option
is
to
you
know,
support
a
candidate
that
can
raise
money
and
that
has
their
like
process
of
thinking.
But
it
is
you
know,
money.
Isn't
money
is
a
necessary
evil
to
run
a
campaign
at
any
level
anywhere.
A
Councilmember,
all
britain
and
then
beckman.
O
Well,
you
know
I've
done
a
lot
of
thinking
about
this
as
well,
and
councilman
hamilton
brings
up
really
valid
points.
What
I
was
going
to
say
the
other
day
and
I'll
say
it
now.
You
know
I've
checked
into
the
state
status
and
from
what
I
can
tell
you
know
at
the
state
level.
This
is
at
our
level,
we're
nonpartisan,
which
is
odd
and
any
everything
above
us
is
partisan,
and
I
can
tell
you
that
partisan,
polit
or
partisan
politics
really
doesn't
like
this
type
of
voting
rank
choice
voting.
O
O
O
That
money,
you
know,
is
a
necessary
evil
and
running
a
campaign,
and
you
want
to
make
it
so
if
we
do
have
to
go
with
a
primary
and
a
runoff
that
a
a
voter
that
doesn't
have
a
lot
of
money,
it
puts
them
at
a
disadvantage.
Well,
all
I
wanted
to
say
the
other
day
is
somebody
running
for
office
or
even
a
city
council
seat
really
doesn't
use
their
money.
They
use
they.
O
The
backers
that
back
them
are
the
ones
that
fund
their
campaigns,
and
if
you
want
to
be
a
successful
at
running,
you
have
to
have
people
that
believe
in
you
and
are
willing
to
open
their
pockets
and
give
you
money,
and
that's
that's
really.
Rule
number
one
in
running
a
campaign
is
to
get
out
and
make
the
contacts
and
sell
yourself,
and
then
people
will
back
you
and
if
it
takes
a
primary
in
a
general
they'll
back
you
all
the
way
to
the
finish.
O
Just
somebody
just
saying
hey,
you
know
just
coming
up
and
saying
I
want
to
run
for
council
without
knowing
the
community
and
knowing
you
know,
people
backing
them
or,
being,
I
guess,
having
a
some
kind
of
a
buy-in
to
civic
duty,
it's
going
to
be
hard
for
them,
so
I
would
suggest
that
anybody
that
really
wants
to
sit
up
here
on
the
dice
needs
to
put
some
sweat
equity
into
it
and
get
involved
with
their
community
and
get
people
backing
what
they
stand
for.
O
O
It
won't
cost
us
anything
to
put
it
on
a
referendum,
but
I
don't
know
if
it's
going
to
be
something
we
should
really
I
mean
to
me
it
seems
like
kind
of
a
lost
cause.
Maybe
we
ought
to
regroup
and
think
again
about
what
we're
doing
here.
G
Okay,
a
couple
things
first
off,
so
the
question
of
delaying
this
for
a
month
and
having
someone
from
the
supervisor
of
elections
come
and
answer
some
questions.
It's
my
understanding.
You
have
all
the
answers
that
you
guys
have
done
the
research.
We
do
not
need
to
delay
to
have
questions
answered
related
to
enacting
this
and
the
procedure
and
all
that
is
that
correct.
S
What
what
I
can
tell
you
is
the
what
the
supervisor
of
elections
office
has
confirmed.
They
will
support,
they
will
support
if
we
go
to
a
system
similar
to
we
coincide
with
saint
pete
in
their
election
process,
or
we
coincide
with
their
election
process
and
on
the
even
years.
So
that
is
what
they
are
willing
to
support.
They
will
not
support
if
we
keep
their
march
elections
and
then
have
a
run
off
into.
G
So
it
doesn't
seem
like
it's
necessary
to
delay.
I
agree,
okay
and
then,
and
then
the
other
question
is
we
had
these
answers
and
this
discussion
in
april.
Didn't
we,
I
mean,
what's
the
new
information
that
we've
had
about,
whether
the
state
would
approve
it
and
whether
we
would
enter
into
litigation
with
sarasota
and
it
wouldn't
go
into
effect
just
yet
and
we
need
to
get
software
and
blah
blah
blah.
G
H
H
Why
are
we
even
going
through
the
exercise
and
futility
of
of
asking
our
voters
to
approve
a
system
that
we
can't
use
we
can
if,
if
it
becomes
approved,
we
we
can
go
to
referendum
at
our
next
election
and
say:
do
you
want
to
approve
this
system
and
implement
it?
You
know
it'll
be
ready
for
the
next
election,
but
as
of
right
now
it's
not
it's
not
applicable,
and
I
but
bottom
line,
I
believe
the
voters
of
clearwater
us
being
a
representative
form
of
government.
H
G
You
know,
as
I
told
I
made
a
statement
on
on
monday,
we've
had
a
number
a
number
of
unopposed
races
and
races
with
only
two
people
and
an
anomaly
means
it's
very
rare,
and
so
our
election
was
very
rare
and,
and
most
of
our
elections
have
only
two
candidates
or
unopposed,
and
so
I
would
say
so.
Why
haven't
you
brought
up?
Why
hasn't
it
been
brought
up
in
the
past
that
we
need
to
have
an
election
with
50
somebody?
A
You
better
know
the
closest
public
comment.
H
I'm
trying
to
think
if
you
know
if
we've
had
an
election,
even
with
multiple
candidates,
where
somebody
didn't
win,
50
percent.
H
Or
or
it's
been
very
rare,
but
what
I'm
saying
is
in
the
case
that
happens
moving
forward.
We
need
to
have
a
process
in
place
to
address
it.
It
may
not
come
into
play.
It
may
not
come
into
play
in
our
next
10
election
cycles,
but
if
it
if,
in
fact
it
does,
we've
got
a
process
to
address
to
address
it.
G
I
I
would
counter
with
this-
I
think
it's
more
important
to
think
about
diversity
up
here
on
this
diocese
and
to
encourage
people
to
run
for
office
at
every
level
and
when
we
have
so
many
unopposed
races.
There's
that
says
something
to
me
about
people
feeling
like.
I
can
sit
up
here
and
do
that
job.
I
can
run
a
campaign,
I
can
get
elected
and
I
have
something
to
contribute,
and
I
want
to
represent
my
experience
in
the
city
and
and
to
me
it's
it's
sad.
G
You
know
it's
heartbreaking,
that
we
don't
have
more
diverse
candidates,
running
younger
candidates,
people
of
color,
whatever
I
mean
it's
and-
and
I
think
about
why
not
and
part
of
it
might
be
because
they
don't
see
people
up
here,
looking
like
them,
another
part
might
be
the
horrific
cost.
I
mean
it's
forty
to
sixty
thousand
dollars
to
run
a
campaign,
if
not
some
of
us
in
the
hundreds
of
thousands
of
dollars
or
a
over
a
hundred
thousand
dollars,
but
your
point
about
it.
It
takes
money
to
play.
G
I
think
there
was
a
quote
about
takes
money
to
play.
If
you
want
to
win-
or
you
want
to
run
you
gotta,
this
is
the
game.
These
are
the
rules
of
the
game.
Well,
people
set
the
rules
of
the
game
who
have
had
money
and
who
have
been
elected
and
and
if
you
the
argument
that
well
you
know,
if
people
support
you,
you
know
they're
going
to
contribute
to
your
campaign.
It's
really
not
money.
Out
of
my
checkbook
when
I
run
well,
it
was
a
lot
of
money
out
of
my
checkbook.
G
It
was,
you
know
an
amount
and
I
had
a
bunch
of
small
volunteers,
but
you
also
have
packs
that
have
contributed
to
opponents
who
have
run
to
sit
up
here.
Packs
that
compute
you
get
a
realtor
endorsement.
You
don't
get
just
one
thousand
dollars,
you
get
three
thousand
dollars,
they
have
three
packs
associated
with
them,
so
builders
developers,
big
business
owners,
all
those
people
attorneys
car,
dealership
owners.
You
can
look
at
the
list
of
contributors
to
campaigns.
G
Those
are
the
people
who
have
big
dollars
to
contribute
and
write
a
thousand
dollar
check,
and
so
it's
not
just
everyday
residents.
You
have
to
have
those
connections
to
those
people
and
if
we
look
at
the
people
who
have
money
and
who
own
businesses
it's
it's
not
a
lot
of
diverse
people,
and-
and
I
think
you
know
you
see
that,
and
so
when
we
talk
about
a
runoff,
you
are
talking
about
more
money.
G
You
are,
and
I
want
to
make
it
as
easy
for
people
to
run
and
reasonably
priced
for
people
to
run,
and
so
I
felt
really
backed
into
the
corner
when
our
discussion
in
april
was
about.
You
know
going
from
a
plurality
to
a
runoff
and
so
to
me
the
compromise
was
well
all
right.
G
I
can
get
behind
ranked
choice
voting
because
it's
only
one
race
and
it
would
hopefully
make
a
campaign
a
little
more
civil,
and
so
those
were
the
two
reasons,
but
you
know
in
if,
if
I
back
off
of
a
ranked
choice,
voting
on
a
on
a
referendum
or
something,
I
fear
that
there
will
be
another
movement
for
runoffs
and
runoffs
without
a
comprehensive
look
at
districts
and-
and
things
like
that
that
are,
are,
you
know
much
more
in-depth
and
comprehensive
with
my
personal
goal
of
diversity
and
and
a
little
better
representation.
H
And
well,
I've
got
to
ask
one
question
because
you
talk
about.
I
want
to
see
more
diversity,
and
all
this
are
you
I
mean
to
me.
Diversity
exists
right
here.
This
is
where
diversity
exists
in
every
person,
because
if
it
doesn't-
and
I
think
it
does
because
if
it
doesn't,
are
you
saying
I'm
sitting
up
here
only
representing
successful
business
people,
because
I
have
a
good
rapport
with
that
segment
of
our
of
our
community?
H
Am
I
just
up
here
representing
successful
business?
No,
I've
got
I've,
got
support.
I've
got
friends
in
the
north
greenwood
neighborhood.
I've
got
friends
in
the
south
greenwood
neighborhood.
I've
got
support
all
over
the
city.
I've
got
support
in
the
latino
neighborhood,
I've
got,
you
know
it's,
it
is
no.
H
Maybe
they
don't
personally,
have
the
ability
to
run
for
many
different
reasons,
but
they
have
the
ability
to
through
a
campaign,
learn
who
the
candidates
are
and
who
they
can,
who
they
can
relate
to
the
best,
and
they
can,
they
think
is
going
to
represent
them
the
best
and
that's
who
they
vote
for.
That's
that
is,
you,
know,
diversity
at
the
polls
and-
and
it's
not
just
you
know,
as
I
told
pam-
and
I
don't
want
to
really.
H
Equally,
when
we,
when
we've
been
making
our
decisions
in
my
mind
period,
but
I
think
the
people
that
again
in
the
final
wash
the
people
sitting
in
these
seats
at
the
end
of
the
election
election
season,
the
person
sitting
in
the
seat
should
have
50
at
more
than
50
percent
of
the
vote.
That
is
just
cut
and
dried.
The
way
I
look
at
it.
A
Well,
I
don't,
I
don't
think
the
system
of
election
is
what's
keeping
people
out
and
I
will
tell
you
you
can
really
run
a
more
effective
campaign
today
with
less
money
than
in
times
past
now.
That
may
seem
disingenuous
coming
from
me,
because
I
raised
a
lot
of
money,
but
because
of
social
media
and
the
internet,
you
really
can
reach
a
lot
more
people
now
for
almost
free
compared
to
what
it
used
to
be
like
back
before.
All
of
this.
A
A
I
think
the
biggest
reason
we
don't
have
as
much
diversity
and
I
can
categorize
the
people
that
have
been
up
here
since
I've
been
watching
city
elections
and
it
is
people
who
are
independently
wealthy
people
who
are
retired
don't
be
offended
housewives
that
have
the
ability
to
that
have
a
second
income
that
have
the
ability
to
during
the
day
be
at
meetings
and
people
who
are
in
business
but
have
generally
owned
their
own
business,
and
so
they
have
the
flexibility
to
do
it.
A
You
know
you're,
either
retired,
independently,
wealthy
or
own,
your
own
business,
and
so
you
know,
if
you
want
to
change
what
you're
talking
about.
Not
many
people
can
live
on
a
21,
000
salary
and
every
year,
when
the
charter
review
comes
around,
they
talk
about
salary.
They
do
comparisons
to
the
other
cities
based
upon
population
based
upon
budget
based
upon
square
miles.
A
A
I
think
the
months
I
spoke
to
the
sarasota
county
commission
a
couple
weeks
ago
and
encourage
them.
Obviously
I
didn't
do
a
very
good
job
because
they
have
backed
away
from
ranked
choice.
Voting
in
the
interim,
I
don't
think
there
is
a
great
probability
that
tallahassee
is
ever
going
to.
Let
us
do
this,
I
just
that's
in
here.
C
We
could
have
a
sunset
provision
for
the
charter
amendment.
However,
it's
really
not
a
question
of
it
being
approved
by
tallahassee
right
now.
It
will
take
an
affirmative
action
of
going
to
court
by
someone
to
get
a
court
to
make
a
declaration
that
it
is
constitutional
and
then
it
becomes
an
issue
for
the
secretary
of
state
to
approve
the
software.
C
C
It
is,
it
is
a
wild
card
and
if
sarasota
doesn't
move
forward
with
litigation
which
they
did
authorize
but
appear
to
be
backing
away
from
we'll
know
in
november,
if
they
really
do
back
away
from
it,
then
if
the
city
doesn't
get
involved,
then
there's
not
a
whole
lot
of
other
parties
with
standing
the
city
being
our
city.
So
if
the
referendum
passes,
I
think
if
you
put
it
on
and
if
it
passes,
I
think
you
ought
to
be
prepared
to
move
forward
with
the
litigation
in
the
event
sarasota
doesn't
otherwise
it's
going
to
sit.
G
If
we
put
it
on
and
it's
approved,
and
then
we
enter
into
some
sort
of
litigation
and
and
go
forward
with
that,
does
that
protect
us
from
any
other
attempts
to
move
our
election
into
a
runoff?
It's
like
look
you've
already
approved
this.
Let's
deal
with
this
now,
and
so
there
won't
be
any
more
attempts
to
change.
C
No
election
format
does.
I
would
I
think
it's
really
difficult
to
do
these,
both
at
the
same
time,
based
on
the
fact
that
if
we
could
do
a
may
june,
excuse
me
a
march
june.
I
think
it
would
be
easy,
but
since
you're
going
to
have
to
move
the
election
to
do
a
runoff,
I
think
it
is
more
complicated.
C
C
R
I
just
wanted
to
address
a
couple
things
quickly,
because
we,
you
know
we're
talking
about
money
and
the
importance
of
getting
out
there
in
the
community
and
raising
the
money.
Well,
I
I
was
outspent
enormously
and
I
won.
Would
that
have
happened
with
a
runoff,
probably
not
because
I
wouldn't
have
been
able
to
reach
everybody
else.
I
mean
hoyt.
I
think
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong,
but
I
think
you
got
elected
for
the
first
time
the
year
I
moved
here
back
in
2000.
Isn't
that
right,
2001
yeah?
R
I
know
I
I
shot
a
video
right
across
the
street
from
the
old
bank
building
when
there
was
a
gaslamp
alley
or
gaslight
alley
where
they
had
the
the
bricks
the
memorial
bricks
in
there
and
scientology
said
they
had
nothing
to
do
with
it.
But
then
you
know
when
we
ordered
a
a
brick
that
said,
remember:
lisa
mcpherson,
we
were
told
no,
and
even
though
we
were
told
nobody
on
the
committee
is
involved
with
scientology
had
nothing
to
do
with
it.
R
I
I
took
my
camera
to
shoot
the
video
of
the
opening
ceremony
and
there
were
major
scientologists
right
next
to
you.
Every
other
elected
official
and
our
chief
of
police,
you
know
pr
people
or
you
know,
top
people
like
pat
harney,
who
comes
here
to
give
prayers
at
the
opening,
so
you're
you're
right
it
is.
R
I
I'd
like
to
think
I
put
some
effort
into
the
race
in
a
different
way
for
20
years,
leading
up
to
this
I
was
showing
that
I
had
a
heart,
a
passion
and
balls
to
stand
up
to
scientology
and
I
think
that
counted
for
something
I
think.
That's
why
everybody
who,
whose
door
we
knocked
on
said.
What
are
you
going
to
do
about
scientology,
and
I
was
the
one
who
said
this:
is
I'm
going
to
be
upfront
about
it
and
I'm
going
to
take
them
on?
R
I
have
a
feeling
that
if
I
had
come
in
second,
you
probably
wouldn't
have
raised
this-
maybe
not
maybe
I'm
mistaken.
Maybe
this
is
clearly
because
you
feel
it
should
be
50
percent,
but
if
I
had
lost,
which
I
I
thought
was
very
likely
on
election
night,
I
said
you
know
congratulations
to
the
winner,
and
this
gave
me
practice
to
run
again
in
two
years
and
do
it
better.
R
At
this
point
you
know
ranked
choice.
Voting
is,
is
just
spring's
own
set
of
problems.
You
talked
about
voter
fatigue
earlier.
Well
I
mean
that
you
know
that
is
a
huge
problem
when
you
have
to
go
to
the
bottom
of
the
ballot
and
you're
already
fed
up
with
checking
off
things,
so
even
fewer
people
are
likely
to
to
vote
with
ranked
choice.
Voting
on
monday,
you
said,
maybe
this
is
a
waste
of
time
doing
this.
Well,
I
agree.
R
R
R
People
normally
win,
but
it
isn't
always
the
case
and
if
you've
got
passionate
people
in
communities
who
have
not
been
representative
represented
up
here,
really
and
they're
dynamic,
and
they
have
a
message.
R
I'd
hate
to
see
them
crushed,
because
we've
got
people
who
are
part
of
the
huge
business
community
who
can
rely
on
the
pack
donations
and
this
and
that
the
other
thing
it
shouldn't
necessarily
be
how
much
money
you
raise.
R
So
I
I
would
say
that
if
I
move,
we
just
dropped
this.
This
ranked
choice,
voting
idea
completely.
R
A
R
R
R
For
that,
but
okay,
that
was
not
my
intent,
not
not
to
say
that
you
know
well.
H
H
Absolutely
they
are
not
have
anything
to
do
with
scientology.
I
am
they
are
the
ones
who
are
the
the
impetus
behind
it
now,
whatever
scientology
involvement
beyond
that
or
or
in
you
know,
subsequent
to
that,
I
was
there
because
of
ken
and
pam
marks,
who
were
very
good
personal
friends
of
mine,
and
that's
why
I
was
there
and
couldn't
care
less.
Who
was
standing
around
me,
but.
H
It
is
what
it
is,
and
I
you
know
if
it
you
know.
I
have
no
problem,
just
forgetting
about
ranked
choice.
Voting,
I'm
I'm
not
I
I
can.
I
can
vote
in
favor
of
this,
not
just
because
I
second
in
the
motion-
and
I
think
it's
time
at
charter
review-
to
discuss
possibly
doing
some
districts.
H
What
is
the
format
of
those
districts?
I
don't
know
that
would
be
up
for
discussion,
but
and
even
if
we
have
put
a
referendum
and
I'll
probably
make
another
motion
after
this
one
gets
voted
on
to
or
just
see.
If
we
want
to
instruct
the
city
attorney
to
come
up
with
language
for
reference
possible
referendum,
language
for
a
runoff
thing,
because,
like
I
said
we
may
you
know,
maybe
we
never
have
to
have
the
runoff,
but
in
case
there
is
the
need
for
it.
We
have
a
process
to
go
through.
H
You're
going
to
be
very
tough,
to
beat
very
tough,
to
beat
and
there's
going
to
probably
be
a
lot
of
people
say:
I'm
not
going
to
take
her
on
mark
you're,
establishing
yourself
in
this
community
by
sitting
up
here.
People
may
not
want
to
take
you
on
either
so,
but
if
there
are
multiple
candidates
and
nobody
gets
50
everywhere
else,
city
of
st
pete,
does
it
if
you
win
50
in
the
primary
in
august
you're
in?
H
O
I
thought
ranked
choice.
Voting
was
a
a
good
median
to
go
for,
but
I've
had
a
while
to
think
about
it,
and
you
know
we're
bringing
something
to
referendum
that
I
don't
think
ever
is
going
to
happen.
So
to
me,
that's
kind
of
a
ridiculous
thing,
so
I
was
I'm
kind
of
sitting
here,
thinking
that
well,
why
even
go?
Why
go
through
with
it
and
put
the
effort
out
there
to
the
public?
O
G
I
would
vote
for
keeping
it
making
it
a
referendum
just
because
I
want
to
try
to
limit
the
number
of
hoops
that
candidates
have
to
go
through
in
order
to
get
elected
and
keep
it
as
reasonable
as
possible,
and-
and
I
frankly
I
fear
that
if
we,
you
know,
don't
vote
to
put
this
on.
Maybe
at
the
next
meeting
somebody
will
slide
in
well.
Let's
have
a
run
off
and
put
that
on
the
ballot,
and
I
don't
want
that
to
happen.
G
I
mean
it
could
easily
happen
tonight,
but
I'm
not
for
making
it
more
difficult
for
people
to
serve
in
clear
water.
A
I
mean
I've
continued
to
be
talking
to
people
for
the
last
several
months.
In
fact,
I
was
talking
to
a
phd
today
out
of
new
york
about
the
rank
choice
voting
she
specializes
in
it.
She
brought
up
some
new
points
that
I
had
not
heard
from
anybody
that
give
me
pause.
A
A
She
also
said
one
of
the
big
issues
is
a
lot
of
disqualified
votes,
especially
in
certain
segments
of
the
population
because
of
confusion
about
the
right
choice,
voting,
and
so
she
was
also
talking
about
approval
voting
which
is
being
used
in
the
dakotas,
and
you
can
approve
of
every
person
that
you
would
be
comfortable
with
serving
in
a
position
and
whoever
gets.
The
most
approvals
is
the
one
that
wins
and
it's
less
complicated.
A
D
H
I'm
in
favor
of
a
runoff
system,
but
I
think
you
know
I'm
okay
with,
rather
than
rushing
it
to
a
referendum.
Now
let
it
be
a
discussion
at
the
next
charter
review
in
23
that
we're
gonna,
you
guys
are
gonna
or
whoever's
up
here-
is
gonna
select
the
charter
review
committee
in
23
to
go
on
the
24
ballot
of
any
anything.
Any
charter
amendments
they
they
want
to
bring
forward
and
the
council
wants
to
approve
would
go
on
the
march
of
24.
B
R
No,
I
I
just
want
to
apologize
again
to
vice
mayor.
If
it
sounded
like,
I
was
implying
that
you
were
in
cahoots
to
scientology.
That
is
not
what
I
was.
I
meant
at
all.
There's.
H
Nobody
who
supports
me
that
thinks
for
a
split
second,
that
I
am
a
scientologist
or
you
know
right
carrying
their
water
for
them,
because
it
is
absolutely
not
true.
A
All
right
anything
else,
mr
maxwell
miss
aiken,
no.
C
O
O
So
the
last
pst
meeting
I'm
going
to
throw
a
picture
up
on
the
screen
here:
leadership
psta,
along
with
the
psta
board
members,
officially
donated
a
bus
to
a
local
non-profit,
reached
saint
pete
to
be
turned
into
a
mobile
market.
The
mobile
market
is
expected
to
make
its
debut
in
early
2022..
O
O
We
just
gave
it
away
in
a
ceremony
and
you
can
go
to
the
next
picture.
The
inside
is
ready
to
be
there's
a
conceptual
picture
here.
This
is
part
of
the
board
that
gave
the
keys
away
last
week
and
there
I
am
next
to
a
conceptual
of
what
the
bus
is
going
to
look
like
to
be
put
around
to
people
that
can't
make
it
to
markets,
which
I
think
is
a
great
idea.
So,
okay,
some
other
business
that
I
wanted
to
talk
about,
is
the
millage
rate
panel.
O
Suncoast
transit
authority
board
of
directors
unanimously
unanimously
passed
the
fiscal
year,
2022
millage
rate
and
budget
at
the
final
public
hearing
on
september
29th,
the
millage
rate
will
remain
at
.750
mils
and
it
is
a
6.46
increase
over
the
rollback
rate,
which
is
the
amount
needed
to
collect
the
same
amount
of
money
as
last
year.
Directors
also
said:
yes
to
operating
costs
of
97.5
million
and
84
million
in
capital
expenses
for
a
total
budget,
182
million
the
budget
is
balanced
through
fiscal
year
2025.
O
in
other
business,
the
director
of
maintenance
and
finance
presented
a
five-year
bus
replacement
plan.
Now
we
were
lucky
back
in
2005
and
2006
when
congressman
bill,
young
gave
us
an
earmark
for
a
lot
of
money
and
actually
psja
bought
60
buses
and
that's
about
15
years
ago.
So
we
have
a
lot
of
buses.
We
bought
all
at
one
time
that
are
like
old.
P
O
O
So
anyway,.
O
We
have
46
million
dollars
available
to
buy
the
new
buses,
but
it
needs
an
additional
75
million
to
purchase
all
60,
but
over
five
years
we
need
to
raise
29
million
dollars,
which
we
think
we
can
do.
She
said
the
plan
would
be
replaceable
over
time
in
the
future.
Psta
would
not
find
itself
in
need
of
60
buses
all
at
once,
so
that
was
kind
of
it
was
a.
O
It
was
a
great
program,
a
lot
of
people
wrote
it,
and-
and
now
I
think
we
have
if
it's
correct,
I
think
the
edge
is
going
to
take
the
bus.
O
Yeah,
and
so
we
have
a
place
to
keep
the
bus
and
to
charge
it,
and
so
it
is
scheduled
to
begin
in
the
fall
of
21,
which
is
coming
up.
You
should
see
ava
on
the
south,
beach
clearwater
beach
traveling
from
clearwater
point
up
in
a
you
know
before
they
get
to
the
roundabout
in
that
area
and
I'd,
say
everybody
go
down
to
try.
It's
free
ride
see
what
it
feels
like
to
ride
in
an
autonomous
bus.
Now
it
does
have
a
driver,
but
he
just
kind
of
sits.
O
There
makes
sure
they
don't
hit
anybody,
but-
and
then,
after
it's
here
for
three
months,
then
abel
will
probably
move
back
to
dunedin
or
saint
petersburg.
So
ford,
pinellas,
the
fort
pinellas
board,
approved
amendments
to
transportation,
impact
or
improvement
program,
which
is
called
the
tip,
including
adding
a
project
that
will
use
sensors
to
reduce
congestion
and
increase
safety.
In
september,
the
board
approved
deployment
of
sensor
technology
along
u.s,
19
and
state
road
60.
O
O
G
I
would
say
thank
you
for
attending
and
tuning
in.
Please
check
your
voter
registration.
We
do
have
an
election
coming
up
and
I
think
it's
next
friday
at
midnight
is
the
end
of
our
comprehensive
plan.
G
O
We're
starting
into
nothing
so
anyway,
that's
all,
I
want
to
say
bye.
H
A
week
from
tomorrow
starts
it'll
be
interesting
to
see,
I'm
not
exactly
sure
what
effect
a
the
pandemic
and
b
red
tide's
going
to
have.
But
a
week
from
tomorrow
starts
one
of
my
favorite
times
of
the
year.
Stone
crab
season,
it'll
be
we'll
have
to
see
how
the
when
they
start
pulling
the
traps,
how
full
they
are.
Sadly,
I
know
frenchies
is
not
going
to
be
doing
their
street
festival
this
year
because
of
pandemic
and
uncertainties
with
everything
else.
A
Right
well
we're
running
all
of
our
announcements
now,
which
is
really
great,
so
you
don't
have
to
hear
me
drone
on,
but
I
do
want
to
say
that
I
got
to
visit
the
oaks
one
of
our
retirement
centers
for
assisted
living
week,
and
it
was
great
to
see
some
people-
I
he's
probably
not
watching,
but
it
was
wonderful
to
see
duke
tieman
from
lake
bellevue.
A
He
did
so
much
over
the
years.
The
dinner
of
thanks
and
fighting
crime
and
all
sorts
of
things
he's
still
hanging
in
there
and
he
wanted
me
to
say
hello
to
everybody.
I
also
want
to
congratulate
mr
and
mrs
countryside,
paula
juvenal,
mrs
countryside
and
brian
auggs.
Jr
got
to
do
that
just
prior
to
me,
getting
lovely
covent
and
also
want
to
encourage
people
to
go
to
the
clearwater
historical
society,
because
they're
doing
a
whole
series
on
historical
restaurants
in
the
city
of
clearwater.
It
is
a
fun
walk
down
memory
lane.
A
Some
of
them
are
still
in
existence,
but
many
of
them,
unfortunately,
are
gone.
It's
cool.
I
also
want
to
thank
our
police
officers
and
our
firefighters
and
the
sheriff's
office.
We
had
the
national
night
out
at
countryside
mall
this
past
week
and
deputy
chief.
It
was
just
really
great
to
see
all
those
kids
out
there
enjoying
all
the
displays
and
the
police
dogs,
the
helicopter
and
everything
else.
I
hope
we
can
spread
it
around
the
city
in
the
future,
but
it
was
really
great.
I
also
want
to
thank
the
bilheimers.
A
I
got
an
opportunity
to
go
visit
the
new
tower
in
me's
countryside
and
what
a
great
asset
that
is
going
to
be
for
the
whole
countryside
area
north
county.
It
is
a
beautiful,
state-of-the-art
facility,
but
I
also
saw
the
icu
and
I
was
going
to
talk
about
the
fact.
Many
people
know
that
I
got
a
breakthrough
case
of
covid,
along
with
my
wife
and
the
astonishing
thing
in
the
icu.
Was
it
wasn't
many
older
people?
