Let
us
pray
Lord
Jesus,
we
love
you.
We
thank
you
for
the
opportunity
to
be
here
this
evening.
Well,
we
thank
you
for
the
freedom
to
even
gather
in
this
place
and
continue
conducting
Lord.
Thank
you
for
those
who
defend
our
freedom.
Thank
you
for
those
who
are
away
from
their
families
at
this
very
hour,
standing
a
post
watching
over
us
defending
our
freedom
that
we
so
graciously
enjoy.
Lord
I
praise.
You
bless
their
families
I.
Thank
you
for
our
mayor.
Thank
you
for
our
leadership
here
represented
tonight.
F
Lord
I'll
pray
a
prayer
a
blessing
over
their
families
over
their
children
and
grandchildren.
Put
a
hedge
of
protection
around
them,
we'll
give
them
wisdom
from
on
high
as
they
lead
us.
Lord
I
pray
that
tonight
in
a
culture
of
a
desire
to
please
others
around
us
to
please.
Those
who
put
us
in
this
in
this
place
may
desire
to
please
you
ra's.
Above
all,
may
we
understand
that
every
breath
that
we
take
in
every
heart
that
beats
is
a
gift
from
you.
Life
is
precious,
and
so
lord
help
us
to
treasure.
F
Our
lives
help
us
to
honor
and
glorify
you
and
all
that
said
and
done.
Lord
I
pray
for
our
first
responders
for
this
great
city
and
got
out
pray
that
you
bless
them.
Thank
you
for
them.
Lord.
We
have
so
much
to
you
guide
us
tonight.
May
every
decision
we
may
bring
honor
and
glory
to
your
name.
We
ask
these
things
in
Christ's,
name,
Amen,.
D
D
Councilmember
David
Albright
good
evening,
our
city
attorney
Pam
ain't
gonna
good
evening,
and
our
city
clerk
Rose,
Marie
Cawley.
Our
first
order
of
business
is
to
remind
you
that
if
you
have
a
cell
phone
or
other
device
that
goes
off,
please
silence
it.
Mister
Pugliese
reminded
me
to
tell
you
that
if
it
does
go
off,
it's
gonna
cost.
D
D
We
don't
have
here.
Okay,
then
we
will
ask
our
very
special
guest
from
Washington,
who
is
from
st.
Petersburg
right
here
in
Pinellas
County,
who
probably
spends
more
time
here,
working
for
us
than
he
does
in
Washington,
and
we
appreciate
seeing
him
all
around
the
community.
I
know
he
was
just
in
DC,
but
he's
here
now
and
we'd
like
to
welcome
and
ask
Representative
Charlie
Chris
to
come
forward
as
to
what's
going
on
in
Washington
and
here
in
the
county
that
he's
been
working
on
well.
G
A
lot
of
good
things
and
first
I
just
want
to
thank
you,
mayor
and
members
of
the
council,
appreciate
the
opportunity
to
come
by
and
visit
with
you
and
to
be
candid
I'm,
really
here
more
to
listen
than
to
talk,
but
a
lot.
A
lot
of
good
things
happening
in
Washington
that
you
don't
get
to
read
about.
There
is
a
lot
more
cordiality
than
you
would
imagine,
and,
and
mayor
I
know
that
you're
familiar
with
that
that
you
know
a
lot
of
times.
G
He
then
later
chaired
the
Subcommittee
on
defense,
if
I
remembering
right
mr.
mayor,
but
then
also
was
the
chairman
of
the
entire
Appropriations
Committee
for
the
United
States
of
America,
which
is
why
this
part
of
the
state
has
benefited
so
much
from
his
leadership.
I
still
have
his
portrait
hanging
in
my
office
in
Washington.
My
dad
happened
to
be
bill.
G
Young's
doctor
and
his
service
meant
an
awful
lot
to
me
and
my
family,
and
so
a
big
shoes
to
try
to
fill
not
fillable
but
to
try
to
emulate
the
great
leadership
that
he
provided
to
our
community.
But
with
that
I
mean
if
there
are
different,
you
know
projects
or
priorities.
Of
course,
transportation
is
always
a
big
one
infrastructure,
generally
speaking,
things
for
me
to
be
able
to
keep
in
mind
as
we
get
into
you
know,
appropriations
discussions
I'd
be
more
than
privileged
to
hear
from
you
and
thank
you
again.
Mr.
Miller
thank.
G
D
Know
there
is
nothing
more
important
in
Washington
than
to
be
on
the
Appropriations,
Committee
and
I
know
when
the
representative
first
got
elected,
I
was
sort
of
hoping
that
he
would
get
to
fill
that
position.
But
he
went
on
financial
services
which
isn't
too
shabby
of
a
committee,
and
you
still
have
that
committee,
to
which
I'm
trying
to
figure
out
how
I
know
I
don't
I.
G
G
Be
changes
coming
mr.
mayor
I
don't
mean
to
interrupt,
but
they
had
these
member-driven
projects
in
the
past.
That
could
give
you
I,
guess
greater
flexibility
as
a
member
to
your
community
and
then
they
kind
of
went
away
earmarks
and
there
is
discussion
bipartisan
discussion
of
reviving
them
so
long
as
the
appropriate
transparency.
Is
there
so
we'll
stay
tuned
and
see
what
happens
with
that
council.
D
D
A
lot
of
our
residents
have
complained
over
the
years
that
our
sewer
rates,
our
stormwater
rates,
might
be
higher
than
other
communities,
but
the
reason
they
are
is
because
council
and
staff
is
to
decide
that
if
we
do
that,
we
can
take
care
of
our
infrastructure
and,
if
you're,
going
to
provide
money
for
those
cities
that
haven't
done
the
job
of
maintaining
their
infrastructure.
Don't
forget
us,
of
course,
okay
shouldn't
be
punished.
D
D
G
G
D
Public
transportation
is
important
and
I
know
you've
been
working
with
PSTA,
and
you
know
the
ferries
and
an
alternative
means
of
transportation,
the
driverless
cop
cars,
the
hosel
ending,
but
we
appreciate
your
being
here
counsel
in
any
seriously.
Don't
here's
your
chance?
Okay,
but
we
thank
you
for
coming
up
with.
D
E
D
D
D
G
D
I
thought
what
represented
Chris?
Why
don't
you
stay
here?
A
second?
Let's
let
you
introduce
you
to
our
employee
of
the
month,
qu
al
della
Torre
Castellana.
So
you
can
say
hello
to
him.
He's
our
police
officer
who
got
stuck
in
traffic.
You
I
hate
to
have
a
police
escort
or
something
got
there.
Five.
A
Months
ago,
officer
Joe
del
Toro
Castellanos
was
called
to
the
home
of
a
citizen
in
reference
to
her
husband,
unexpectedly
passing
away
officer
del
Toro
Castellanos
and
his
field
training
officer
conducted
the
death
investigation
and
comforted
the
woman
as
best
as
they
could,
with
the
limited
time
they
had
on-scene
on
October
20th
2018
officer
del
Toro
Castellanos
took
it
upon
himself
to
extend
an
extraordinary
act
of
compassion
and
kindness.
He
stopped
by
to
pay
the
widow
a
visit.
A
He
made
sure
she
was
doing
okay
asked
if
she
needed
anything
and
told
her
to
call
if
she
ever
needed
anything.
This
moved
the
woman
so
much
that
she
took
time
out
of
her
day
to
compose
a
letter
of
commendation.
She
wanted
to
bring
this
selfless
act
of
compassion
to
the
attention
of
the
city
of
Clearwater.
The
visit
to
this
Widow
was
done
in
private.
It
was
not
done
to
bring
attention
to
him.
However,
these
precious
moments
in
life
should
be
recognized.

A
H
Good
evening
Kevin
Dunbar,
director
of
Parks
and
Recreation,
as
was
discussed
on
Tuesday,
this
is
a
six-month
pilot
program
to
to
look
at
valet
services
on
the
on
the
beach,
and
it
is
very
specific.
It
is
a
lot
36.
The
Rockaway
lot
is
what
it
would
work
out
of
$10
per
per
run
or
$15
per
round
trip
would
be
the
cost,
and
it's
a
six
month
program.
Just
under
a
thousand
dollars
a
month
would
come
back
to
the
city.
H
There
is
we've
kind
of
discussed
on
Monday,
a
five-day
termination
clause
that
is
in
this
agreement,
and
it
is
very
similar
and
we
talked
a
little
bit
about
Treasure
Island
agreement.
How
L
goes
in
Treasure
Island.
Our
agreement
is
very
similar
to
the
Treasure
Island
agreement.
Just
we
are
only
doing
the
valet
services
portion
of
that
there's
representatives
here
from
San
runners
that
are
available.
They
answer
any
questions
the
council
might
have.
D
M
Concern
is
that
there
might
be
a
foot
in
the
door
to
expand
to
other
services
as
well,
that
may
conflict
with
other
Beach
people
that
are
already
there,
and
also
the
positioning
of
if
I
know
that
my
concern
before
that
they
were
gonna
walk
around
the
parking
lot
Hawking
the
service,
and
you
said
no,
they
weren't
gonna.
Do
that.
I,
probably
like
to
ask
questions
directly
to
the
people
when
that
comes.
E
P
Good
evening
Council,
my
name
is
Ryan
Barca
are
the
owners
of
sandler
suspense
with
the
property
owner
the
ceilings
perform?
If
there
are
any
questions
that
we
can
help
clear
up
against
a
a
very
simple
operation
that
we're
looking
to
run
out
there,
but
it's
also
very
necessary
for
people
that
are
coming
foreign
wide
for
the
Lando
or
lately
into
places
that
they
have
here
they're
not
staying
at
the
hotel,
so
we're
acquiring
an
entirely
different
market
than
the
other
beach
vendors
like
chairs
and
umbrellas.
P
We
actually
have
anything
facilitate
more
commerce
to
those
areas,
because
we
are
the
first
people
that
people
will
see
to
the
parking
lot
and
we're
taking
a
huge
initiative
in
our
company
to
be
a
little
concierge
aspect
of
our
business
to
help
people
with
information
they
may
have.
Where
do
I
read,
chairs
and
umbrellas?
Where
are
some
good
places
to
eat?
P
So
we
are
looking
to
help
with
that,
but
also
our
main
thing
is
acquiring
the
coolers,
the
tents
chairs,
of
the
problems
that
average
people
don't
understand
how
to
set
up
or
get
effectively
through
thick
powdery
sand.
That's
what
we're
there
for
there's!
There's
no
there's
no
one
doing
this
yet
we're
the
first
of
our
client
to
be
doing
this
on
our
beach
tourist
city
of
Treasure
Island,
and
we
would
like
to
be
expanding
this
service
to
everywhere.
We
can
helping
the
people
that
are
not
already
being
helped.
E
M
P
Are
currently
expanding
to
a
little
more
of
what
the
pilot
program
is,
what
is
it?
Gonna
be
we're
going
through
the
city
council
of
Treasure
Island,
but
originally
what
our
service
is
is
we're
simply
set
up
in
a
designated
spot
by
the
city.
We
do
not
roam.
We
do
not
solicit
our
business
or,
according
to
our
agreement,
that
we
would
have
a
pair.
We
are
not
soliciting
or
walking
our
business.
We're
simply
set
up,
so
people
can
dinner.
D
Q
As
of
right
now,
currently
our
treasure
around,
we
have
our
niche
Beach
gear
valet
service,
which
is
my
explains
just
simply
Gavin
here,
bringing
down
the
beach,
but
as
of
March,
2nd
they're,
going
for
the
City
Council
too
far
we're
trying
to
move
more
into
rentals
as
it
comes
down.
Cuz
we
come
down
to
the
beach.
One
thing
that
we've
constantly
been
asked
is:
where
can
I
charge
like
follow?
We're
gonna
do
anything
like
that
or
protect
my
fall
or.
Q
People
don't
want
the
full
Beach
gear
valet
service.
They
should
want
the
wagonette
self-sowing
turns
around.
We
bring
it
down
as
rentable
chargers
that
come
with
us
and
leave
with
us
at
all,
as
the
day
goes
on
rentable
carts
and
also,
at
the
same
time,
we're
giving
out
that's
for
phone
cases.
People
like
don't
damage
the
phone,
but
still
want
to
take
pictures
while
they're
in
the
water
anything
massage.
They.
Q
P
Are
an
entirely
different
demographic
than
people
that
are
looking
to
rent
chairs
and
umbrellas
people
that
are
coming
there
already
have
that
made
up
in
their
mind,
I'm,
going
to
run
to
general
relative
that
they
wouldn't
have
packed
the
car
with
all
their
stuff?
Had
they
wanted
to
rent
cares
or
rods,
and
if
they
did,
we
certainly
would
get
them
right
today
and.
Q
The
way
that
we
see
is
the
demographic
we
appeal
to
when
it
comes
to
the
chairs
umbrella,
it's
more
or
less
tourists
that
are
coming
from
out
of
state
or
a
very
far
away,
just
for
the
day
just
to
relax,
but
we
facilitate
Wardell
families.
Single
parents
elder
the
elderly,
people
that
can't
come
to
the
beach
anymore
because
they
can't
take
the
I'm
going
to
the
ground.
Q
They
can't
bring
the
heavy
cooler
down,
let
go
and
we're
there
just
to
make
their
day
into
a
real
day
off
and
if
anything,
currently
with
Taylor
Beach
services
and
Hubbard's
marina.
What
they're
our
Cabana
stands
on,
Treasure
Island
always
simply
do
is
provide
to
people
off
the
beaches.
Is
the
pricing
where
you
can
go
simply
go
to
green
umbrella
or
yellow
umbrella.
M
P
What
we
have
is
we
have
a
podium
that
people
can
come
up
to.
We
do
have
two
signs
that
we
are
allowed
for
clear
water
and
a
tent
that
has
our
logo
and
it
says
a
little
bandit.
Let
us
carry
your
gear
and
on
the
other
side
we
have
information,
so
people,
if
they
do
have
questions
about
the
city
or
anything
around,
we
can
help
them
in.
So
it's
our
parts
sit
under
the
Cabana
I
mean
over
the
tent.
Then
we
have
an
umbrella
with
under
the
podium
and
then
there's
two
chairs
and
coolers.
P
M
P
We're
not
down
by
the
water,
or
we
wouldn't
be
going
anywhere
near
your
plate,
your
cabanas
or
chairs
and
umbrellas.
Unless
someone
wants
to
go
there,
we
wouldn't
be
going
around
handing
cards
to
people
or
flyers
right,
hey
guys,
we
need
help.
That
is
solely
what
we
do
not
want
to
do.
We
want
to
fall
under
every
single
guideline
that
Clearwater
Beach
sets
for
the
solicitation
that
we,
that
is
not
our
place
to
be
Hawking.
We
are
service,
speaks
for
itself.
B
B
The
question
that
one
had
this
is
a
six-month
trial
basis
program.
So
what
if
it
doesn't
like
a
guy
like
me,
I'm
gonna
carry
my
own
chocolate.
My
fault
I
brought
it
off.
So
if
it
doesn't
work
and
after
three
months
ago,
we're
losing
more
money
than
the
city
you're
still
committed
to
paying
the
rest
of
the
entire.
D
I
In
a
very
unique
situation
on
this
one
but
I
mean
I,
understand
what
you're,
what
you're
trying
to
do.
I
have
a
different
perspective.
Just
from
what
I've
seen
for
so
long
I
mean
the
guy
who
packs
a
cooler
brings
down
to
the
beach
knows,
he's
gonna
have
to
carry
it
through
the
sand
or
whatever,
and
he's
doing
that,
because
he
doesn't
want
to
pay
to
buy
his
drinks
from
pompe,
villian,
Frenchie's
or
or
another
vendor.
I
So
I'm
wondering
if
they're
really
gonna
be
motivated
to
pay
somebody
to
carry
their
stuff
down.
I'm,
not
sure,
given
the
limited
scope
of
this
contract
that
it's
I'm
not
positive
of
its
potential.
But
if
you
know
these
entrepreneurs
are
willing
to
give
it
a
shot
and
think
they
can
it's
a
six-month
trial
period.
We
can
evaluate
it
at
the
end
of
that.
You
know,
I
see
some
positives.
I
I
know
you
know
I'm
sure
we
can
establish
a
when
I
say
we
I'm
talking
about
the
ba-bling
can
establish
a
communication
level
with
them,
and
you
know
if
they're
gonna
provide
some
information.
You
know
to
the
people
that
are
coming
to
the
beach
there's
a
positive
to
that.
So
you
know
six
months,
I
mean
in
two
counselor
and
vocalizes
question.
There
is
a
I
think
Kevin
set
a
five
day
out
in
the
contract.
I
If
they
decide
halfway
through
the
contract,
they
they
don't
want
to
continue
doing
all
that
god
five
days
notice,
then
they
can
leave.
But
you
know
I
were
the
number
one
beach
in
America
for
a
reason,
and
this
just
might
be,
you
know,
give
it
a
give
it
a
chance
for
six
months
and
and
let's
see
we'll
we'll
go
from
there.
I
don't
know
if
you
know
the.
I
J
I
H
D
Any
other
questions
counsel:
how
about
the
person
who,
because
we
frequently
get
an
inquiry
from
somebody
who
is
handicapped
disabled
in
the
wheelchair,
do
y'all
provide
that
service
in
this
contract,
or
is
that
something
extra
that
would
come
down
the
road
we.
P
Certainly
would
like
to
provide
that
because
we
get
the
same
enquiries
on
Treasure
Island
and
if
that
is
what
the
council
would
like
to,
because
we
would
like
to
move
forward
with
that,
getting
a
wheelchair
as
well
out
there
and
if
that's
something
that
we
could
mutually
agree
on.
We
certainly
would
like
to
have
that
day.
One
yep.
Q
And
the
same
way
that
we
wanted
on
Treasure
Island
currently
is
they
have
a
couple
of
their
own
wheelchairs
and
the
bill
Mahr
features
or
it
has
their
own
to
and
simply
what
we
do
is
we
refer
them
over
to
the
bill.
Mahr
everything's,
completely
free
cuz
you're
here
to
enjoy
the
beach
we
want
and
nothing
to
get
in
your
way.
So
we
would
love
to
be
able
to
do
the
same
thing
here
on
Clearwater,
Beach
and
the
wheelchair
would
come
with
us
and
leave
with
us
to
make
everything
simple.
D
H
D
M
H
You
know
the
again
I'll
look
at
the
sake
of
what
I'm
saying
this,
but
the
a
da
was.
Does
it
mean
that
every
location
we
have
to
provide
it
is
reasonable
access
and
reasonable
access,
and
our
case
has
been
determined
that
the
main
area
we
provide.
We
provide
that
services.
So
maybe
that
means
that
that's
where
you
would
go
to
get
that
service,
but.
B
B
B
D
D
D
K
P
P
D
D
H
You
know
what
how
I
would
envision
if
this
is
successful.
Okay,
we
would
then
go
out
and
do
an
RFP,
and
then
we
would
go
out
and
see
who
else
would
be
interested.
So
in
just
be,
this
is
successful.
They
remain
on.
We
would
actually
go
out
and
request
proposals
to
see
whose
else
and
then,
when
it
did
it
by
doing
this
trial,
this
will
allow
us
to
probably
define
better
what
we
think
that
service
would
look
like
and
what's
the
things
that
we
would
want
to
see
the
vendor
providing
I.
D
P
H
P
I
J
B
What
we
since
spring
break,
is
upon
us
what
we
want
to,
and
it's
all
about,
enhancing
the
tourist
experience
in
the
visitor
experience.
That's
why
we're
helping
with
the
ferry
trolley
situation
what
we
want
to
put
a
blurb
on
inner
city
website,
Spring
Break,
we
offer
drop
services
on
Rockaway
Beach.
If
you
need
help,
I
mean
because
you're
advertising,
a
business.
D
I
would
almost
want
to
do
the
wheelchairs
now
in
the
initial
cut,
because
if
there's
one
inquiry
that
we
received
not
on
a
regular
basis
but
periodically
is
for
people
who
do
have
trouble
making
their
way
through
the
sand,
and
since
we
only
provide
the
service
at
Pier
60,
this
may
be
a
good
again
as
as
a
trial
basis.
So
if
they
have
the
equipment
and
could
do
that
now,
would
we
have
to
bring
this
back.
Then
you.
N
If
you
want
to
tell
us
to
amend
it,
you
can,
but
you
need
to
think
about.
Do
you
want
to
limit
the
number
of
wheelchairs
they
have
this?
What
do
you
want
to
do
you
want
to
allow
them
to
have
one
wheelchair
two
wheelchairs?
Do
you
want
to
this
Agreement
limits,
how
much
they
can
charge
for
the
valet
service?
Do
you
want
to
limit
how
much
they
can
charge
for
the
wheelchair
service
yeah?
So
you
kind
of
there
are
details
beyond
just
have
a
wheelchair.
N
P
What
our
plan
has
always
been
for
having
wheelchairs
out
there
is,
we
want
to
make
them
free
for
anyone
to
use
and
we'll
keep
track
from
ourselves,
and
we
will
accept
donations
that
anyone
would
like
to
provide.
But
you
know
we
certainly
want
them
to
be
free,
so
with
one
or
two,
whatever
the
city
feels
applicable,
certainly
again,
but.

We
are
here,
as
the

informed
view
for
two
reasons:
one
is
to
adjust
our
contract
for
quorum

for
the
last

in
order
to
close
out
the

L
Think
you
all
are
aware
that
we
for
a
number
of
years
have
utilized
outside
services
in
order
to
meet
our
customer
service
expectations,
and
we
primarily
use
that
not
exclusively
but
primarily
for
inspections.
We
also
use
these
services
for
plan
review.
On
occasion,
the
the
system
has
served
us
well
I'm,
not
aware
of
us
ever
failing
to
meet
our
commitment
that
if
a
inspection
request
is
called
in
before
midnight,
we
will
guarantee
that
inspection
the
next
day
and
again,
I'm
not
aware
that
we
have
ever
met
that
commandment.
L
L
That
I
think
it's
it's
just
good
for
all
of
us
to
recognize
and
know
if
you
look
first
at
permits
issued
by
fiscal
year
and
I'll
quickly
go
through
these
not
take
a
lot
of
time
with
it,
but
between
2017
and
2018
we
went
from
nine
thousand
six
hundred
and
fifty
for
permits
to
last
year,
eleven
thousand
two
hundred
and
forty
seven.
So
that's
just
under
a
twenty
percent
increase
in
the
number
of
permits
or
about
I
think
actually
about
seventeen,
the
issued
permits
by
project
value.
L
Obviously
there
is
a
permit
value
to
all
of
those
11,000
plus
permits.
For
the
same
two
years
it
went
from
two
hundred
and
seventy
1
million
dollars
in
and
permit
value
to
last
year,
four
hundred
and
sixty
eight
million
dollars
in
permit
value.
That's
an
increase,
I,
think
of
just
over
seventy
percent.
L
L
Think
the
last
caveat
to
this
is
that,
with
all
of
these
permit
values,
it
generates
a
lot
of
permit
revenue
and
in
that
regard,
for
fiscal
year
2017
we
collected
two
million
six
hundred
and
eighty
two
thousand
dollars,
and
in
fiscal
year
last
year,
three
billion
two
hundred
and
thirty
three
thousand
dollars,
and
that
was
about
a
five
hundred
and
fifty
thousand
dollar
increase
in
the
collections.
So
my
point
of
all
that
is
to
tell
you
that,
which
I
think
you
all
already
know
that
not
withstanding
right
now
with
it.
L
We
don't
have
a
lot
of
major
hotels
under
construction,
although
I
anticipate,
probably
to
this
year
going
under,
permit
the
the
the
development
service
center
remains
very,
very
busy.
We
have
for
a
mostly
build
out
community.
We
have
a
tremendous
amount
of
private
sector
investment
in
our
community
and
that's
what
really
translates
into
these
numbers.
My
staff
sent
out
just
amongst
themselves
last
week,
a
development
service
center
manager.
Mr.
L
L
These
are
good
things
I
believe
we're
we're
seeing
a
lot
of
good
investment
in
here.
This
money
is
recovered.
We
budget
an
amount
in
the
general
fund
and
we
try
to
in
anticipation
of
not
a
lot
of
major
construction,
be
conservative
about
that
initial
now
put
into
the
general
fund
budget.
But
what
we
find
is
that
the
reality
of
the
environment
that
we're
working
is
is
generating
much
higher
demand.
L
The
good
news
for
that
is
that
it's
also
generating
substantially
higher
revenue,
and
that
covers
these
changes
that
you're
being
asked
to
make
so
I'll
try
to
answer
any
questions
that
you
have,
but
that
I
just
this
is
that
I
see
is
good
news.
This
is
not
an
oh.
Woe
is
us
this
is
it
I
think
good
news
for
our
community,
so
questions.
D
D
Mr.
Hill,
thank
you
to
the
staff
for
filling
out
the
the
blanks
let
them
know
mayor.
Thank
you
appreciate
that
motions
been
made
and
seconded
to
approve
agenda
item
10.3,
all
in
favor,
say
aye
aye
no
motion
carries
unanimously.
Mr.
horn,
do
you
have
anything
further
for
us?
No
matter
miss
acre.
Yes,
sir
closing
comments.
Mr.
Kondo,
yes,.
J
I
I
have
been
blessed
to
have
been
able
to
teach
at
some
great
institutions,
including
st.
Petersburg
College,
and
this
year,
I'm
celebrating
my
yes
50th
year
of
teaching
I
started
I
think
when
I
was
12
but
I'm
happy
I'm,
saying
this
because
I
have
a
former
student
yeah
this
evening.
Suzy
was
that
last
year,
two
years
ago,
maybe
two
years
ago,
as
a
student
I'm,
a
great
student
and
her
daughter's
here
this
evening,
she's
taking
about
a
political
science
course.
D
B
Mr.
Pogue
late
Thank
You
mayor
what
apologize
for
missing
the
work
session
Monday,
but
I
did
watch
every
second
of
it
and
I
just
wanted
to
echo
the
the
happy
occasion
that
we
can
now
announce
that
before
summer's
end,
the
Harborview
will
be
down.
That's
that's
really
good
news,
but
show
signs
of
progress
forward.
A
lot
of
great
things
happening
in
downtown
Clearwater.
The
ring
is
having
their
grand
opening
ribbon,
cutting
I
think
at
the
end
of
March.
D
Way
to
remind
everybody
that
on
Friday
the
22nd,
we're
gonna
have
our
blast.
Friday
and
blues
walk
at
the
downtown
area.
Blast
Friday
is
the
monthly
event
that
is
coordinated
with
the
Capitol
Theatre
Ruth
Eckerd
Hall,
the
Clearwater
C
Blues
Festival,
is
on
Saturday
and
Sunday.
The
23rd
and
24th
we're
gonna
have
a
special
council
meeting
at
3
o'clock
on
the
25th
to
discuss.
The
imagine
clear
water
plan
want
to
remind
everybody
that
on
Friday
March,
the
1st
the
PSTA
Park
&
Ride
program
begins.
D
You
will
be
able
to
park
for
free
here
in
downtown
Clearwater
and
write
a
PSTA
bus
to
the
beach.
We
also
have
other
options
like
the
ferry
for
you
to
consider
on
March.
The
second
is
the
94.1
wild
splash
a
weekend.
It's
a
spring
break
party
at
coachmen,
Park
I,
believe
it's
the
event
is
sold
out,
but,
and
it
starts
at
noon
time
we
reset
the
sea
blues
festival.
It
starts
at
noon
time.
Anyway,
you
don't
have
your
tickets
to.
D
As
was
indicated,
Spring
Break
here
at
spectrum
feel
begins
on
Saturday
with
the
Phillies
flying
the
Pirates.
We
would
encourage
our
residents
not
only
to
support
the
Phillies
and
the
thrushes,
but
get
word
out
in
the
community
on
what
a
valuable
asset.
The
Phillies
and
spring
training
is
not
only
to
Clearwater
but
all
of
Pinellas
County.
As
they
said
last
night.
D
Pete
Clearwater
to
thank
EE,
SP,
n
and
Michelle
Smith
for
the
tremendous
work
that
they
did
last
weekend
for
the
NC
double-a
tournament.
Well,
it
wasn't
a
tournament,
but
it
was
a
special
Invitational
for
softball.
We
had
11
of
the
top
25
softball
teams
in
the
country
here
in
Clearwater
those
events
were
sold
out.
It
was
really
a
fantastic
weekend
in
Clearwater
and
the
Eddie
more
complex,
just
looked
fabulous
on
TV
and
hats
off
to
the
staff
that
the
grounds
keepers
that
you
know
work
to
make
sure
that
it
looked
good.
D
D
Come
right:
well,
the
cup
had
water
in
it
I'm!
Sorry!
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
time.
Our
next
meeting
will
be
as
I
said,
Monday
at
3
o'clock
here
for
the
imagined,
Clearwater
and
then
our
next
work
session
is
going
to
be
on
Monday
March,
the
4th
and
9
o'clock
in
the
morning
and
our
next
city
council
meeting.
