A
Good
evening,
I'd
like
to
welcome
all
of
you
to
the
june
1st
2022
meeting
of
the
downtown
development
board,
I'd
like
to
ask
that
everyone
silence
your
phones
at
this
time
and
to
cease
private
conversations.
A
F
A
Bunker
very
good,
so
we'll
begin
with
item
number
two
we'll
take
up
the
minutes
of
the
may
4th
meeting.
Does
anyone
wish
to
request
any
corrections
to
the
minutes?
A
A
A
H
H
I
K
So
probably
we've
discussed
it
with
some
of
the
citizens
in
our
neighborhood
and
we
plan
on
doing
it
on
november
12th
and
I
believe
mr
hibbard
used
to
live
in
our
neighborhood,
but
I'm
not
sure
so
we're
going
to
do
some
historical
facts.
K
L
Have
a
production
company
with
my
partner
zhan
and
I'm
an
international
singer.
I
came
from
israel
and
in
israel
I
used
to
produce,
shows
and
events,
and
the
reason
I'm
here
today
is
because
of
the
opportunity
to
create
something
amazing
in
downtown
clearwater,
which
is
the
clearwater
downtown
talent
show
competition.
When
we
bring
a
lot
of
people
not
only
from
the
area,
they
can
go
from
tampa
bay,
or
even
you
know
out
of
this
country.
L
We
want
to
have
celebrities,
I'm
not
going
to
say
the
name
yet,
but
we
have
celebrities
that
will
be
willing
to
come
in
order
to
attract
people.
The
moment
that,
of
course,
the
city
hall
will
say
yes
and
we
created
a
plan.
It's
all
here,
it's
all
in
the
mail.
We
will,
you
know,
send
it
to
the
right
terminal
and
the
idea
is
to
bring
people
every
year
to
the
capitol
theater.
L
We
want
to
have
200
to
300
people
submitting
through
a
website
that
we're
going
to
create
and
then
20
the
best
20
will
be
in
the
semi-final
at
the
capitol
theater,
and
then
the
10
finals
will
be
as
well
then.
So
it's
we
are
talking
about
two
days
in
the
capital
theatre
and
then
you
know
people
will
go
out
and
go
to
the
restaurants,
see
it
have
fun
and
it
will
be
like
a
cool
place.
We
want
to
be,
you
know,
rappers,
we
want
to
bring
cool
cool
people
celebs.
A
You
thank
you.
Are
there
any
other
citizens
to
be
heard?
I
just
wanted
to
make
a
point
that
the
the
previous
citizen
that
was
hurt.
I
was
listening
to
them,
trying
to
determine
whether
it
was
relevant
to
our
district
meeting
and
it
wasn't
really
sorry
not
not
yours,
sherry's
and
just
in
fairness
to
the
gentleman.
A
M
Something,
yes,
I
think
they're
germinating
a
plan
to
do
something
there
that
ties
into
the
downtown.
So
I
invited
them
down
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
it
because
and
introduce
them
to
the
cra.
So
they
could
further
the
idea
to
celebrate
the
100
year
anniversary
of
the
neighborhood
downtown.
Okay,
so
that's
happening
also.
A
A
N
19805.77,

the

The

four

as

the
ddb

their

The
remaining
balance
is
excuse
me.
I
don't
have
on
my
glasses.
N
You
know
here,
86
and
25
and
as
of
may
12
2022,
the
ddb
allocated
zero
dollars
of
their
business
assistance
line
item
and
the
remaining
balance
for
that
is
200

and
as
of
may
12
2022,
the
ddb
allocated
zero
dollars
of
their

item.
The
remaining
balance
of
that
is
27
550,
and
this
is
provided
to
you
all
in
your
you
to
date
and
annual
budget
that
was
provided
when
we
submitted
the
outline
for
this
meeting
any
questions
regarding
the
ddb
budget.
A
D
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
caitlin

by
kenan
okay.
Are
there
any
any
points
of
discussion
by
anyone
all
right
all
in
favor,
aye
appears
unanimous.
Thank
you,
howard.
Now
we'll
go
on
to
item
4.2.
I
updates
on
downtown
clearwater
parking
enhancements
and
improved
signage.
N
The
purpose
of
this
item
is
to
provide
you
all
as
a
board
members
update
on
the
clearwater
on
clearwater
parking
assignments
on
april
19th,
the
ddb
provided
a
letter
to
the
parking
department
for
the
city
of
clearwater,
and
in
that
record,
excuse
me
in
that
letter
you,
as
a
board,
requested
to
get
an
update
on
city
parking
garage
parking
in
downtown
on
street
parking
and
improved
signage
with
that
the
city
of
clearwater's
parking
manager,
jeremy
ellhaus,
is
here
to
provide
you
as
board
members
update,
and
with
that
I
would
like
to
call
up
jeremy
l,
fels.
O
Good
evening
evelyn,
thank
you
for
having
me.
I
think
that
this
is
a
great
opportunity
for
us
to
share
kind
of
ideas,
and
let
you
know
where
we're
at
and
and
kind
of
gauge,
where
you
guys
feel
we
should
be
at
maybe,
as
howard
said,
jeremy
also
house,
I'm
as
parking
manager
for
the
city
of
clearwater.
I
have
a
little
bit
of
a
agenda
here.
I
I
wanted
to
go
through
with
you
guys,
the
the
first
things
that
I
have
on
my
list
here.
O
What
I'm
talking
about
a
little
bit
is
the
the
downtown
parking
meters
that
that
was
a
source
of
contention
for
some
folks.
What
the
goal
was
there
was
to
provide
now
the
old
meters
that
were
there,
the
they
were.
They
had
a
software
to
them.
They
said
that
they
could
provide
updates.
They
could
provide
an
accounting
of
of
what
they
brought
in
and
that
kind
of
stuff,
but
they
were
old
out
of
date
and
no
longer
serviced
by
the
company
that
manufactured
them.
O
So
we
no
longer
had
the
ability
to
audit
our
meters
so
that
that
then,
is
a
liability
they
had
to
be
replaced.
I
had
gone,
this
was
actually
a
previous
city
manager,
so
you
know
these
meters
got
to
go.
O
We
got
rid
of
them
on
the
beach
first
and
then
we
actually
before
I
got
here,
but
then
we
got
the
ones
downtown
and
the
prom
not
the
problem,
but
the
challenge
would
be
that
we're
only
50
cents
an
hour
here
on
the
downtown
side,
so
anything
that
we
would
purchase
to
put
in
their
place
would
never
be
funded,
but
they'd
never
pay
for
themselves
to
put
them
on
the
street,
so
the
decision
was
made
and
it
left
us
in
a
conundrum.
O
Do
we
raise
the
price
of
parking
in
order
to
afford
kiosks
like
we
have
over
on
the
beach
or
something
similar,
and
the
the
consensus
at
the
time
was
was
no
we
didn't
want
to
raise.
Any
prices
didn't
want
to
change
anything
downtown.
O
The
city
is
obviously,
as
you
all
you
know,
has
invested
a
lot
in
the
trying
to
revitalize
the
downtown
and
jacking
up
parking
prices
was
seen
as
a
possibly
a
detriment
to
that
potentially.
So
the
plan
was
then
to
go
with
that
park.
Mobile
only
app
and
those
are
the
signs
that
are
out
there
now
as
it
was
the
cheapest
option,
allowed
us
to
keep
the
prices
at
status
quo,
what
they
were
and,
and
that
went
in
so
we
still
ran
into
some
some
concerns.
O
I
I
think
we
knew
that
we
would
some
some
folks,
I
don't
wanna
stereotype
here,
but
usually
older
folks.
They
they
don't
wanna,
use
technology
or
something
like
that
or
put
their
credit
card
out,
I'm
not
putting
any
fingers.
O
Okay,
if
you
wanna
self-identify,
that's
that's
completely
up
to
you,
but
but
we
we
looked
into
that,
and
so
that's
where
we
went.
I
did
want
to
show
a
quick
video
here
that
kind
of
like.
P
Looking
for
a
smarter
way
to
pay
for
parking
download
the
parkmobile
app
the
parkmobile
app
lets
you
easily
pay
for
parking
right
from
your
mobile
device.
You
will
even
get
alerts
when
your
time
is
about
to
expire.
So
you
can
extend
your
time.
You
can
set
up
the
park
mobile
app
in
just
a
few
simple
steps.
P
P
Next
select
the
amount
of
time
you'd
like
to
park
in
that
spot,
confirm
your
information
and
touch
the
start
parking
button
in
the
app.
You
will
see
a
countdown
clock
showing
how
much
time
is
remaining
in
your
parking
session.
You
will
even
have
the
option
to
extend
your
parking
session
parkmobile
a
smarter
way
to
park.
O
So
anyway,
so
we,
the
city,
has
been
using
park
mobile
and
it's
been
around
for
quite
some
time.
It's
been
a
secondary
way
to
pay
for
parking
in
the
city
for
several
years,
so
we
didn't
just
pick
it
out
of
the
air
it
was.
It
was
already
in
place.
We
were
already
using
it,
so
it
was
the
next
logical
step.
O
So
in
addition
to
the
app
the
other,
the
other
options,
because
we've
got
a
lot
of
questions,
what
other
options
do
we
have?
If
we
don't
have
a
smartphone
or
we
don't
want
to
use
that
infernal
contraction
or,
however,
they
want
to
word
it?
What
else
can
we
do
so?
There's
a
toll-free
number
on
the
signs
you
can
see,
you
can
do
it
with
any
phone
or
flip
phone
doesn't
have
to
be
a
smart
phone.
O
O
Just
for
clarity,
the
garden
avenue
garage
has
a
kiosk
in
it
because
of
the
volume
there,
and
we
put
that
in
around
the
same
time
we
got
the
kiosk
everywhere
else.
The
garden
avenue
garage
has
the
kiosk,
so
the
kiosk
there
still
does
take
quarters
and
it
allows
you
to
pay
without
a
cell
phone
at
all
and
the
lots
around
the
courthouse.
O
We
have
an
agreement
with
the
county
they're
owned
by
the
county,
the
city
controls
them
for
them,
and
we
have
an
agreement
with
the
courthouse.
We're
putting
there's
four
lots
there.
Three
out
of
the
four
now
have
a
pay
station
on
them
and
the
fourth
one
will
soon
they're
waiting
on
some
delay
and
pouring
a
pad
or
something
like
that,
so
those
lots
around
the
courthouse
will
also
have
kiosks
that
will
accept
coins.
O
So
that's
what
we
have
currently
right
now,
but
I
I
did
want
to
point
out
that
that
parking
is
constantly
evolving.
I
mean
this
is
not
just
because
it's
what
it
is
right
now
today
doesn't
mean
it's
going
to
be
what
it
is.
You
know
down
down
the
road,
obviously
we're
all
waiting
to
see
what
imagine
clearwater
is
going
to
bring
us
we're,
hoping
an
abundance
of
success,
all
the
way
around
for
you,
as
well
as
the
city
and
so
we'll
have
to
take
a
look
at
that
point.
O
The
the
plan
right
now
is
kind
of
no
change
up
until
imagine
clear
water
is,
is
the
construction
is
completed?
So
it's
you
know
50
cents
an
hour,
the
current
status,
the
way
that
it
is
is
where
it
should
remain,
at
least
until
then
I'm
not
no
don't
don't
don't
take
from
this.
Oh,
my
gosh
as
soon
as
the
magic
clearwater
is
done,
we're
going
to
jack
up
the
race.
I'm
not
saying
that
it's
it's
all
to
be
determined
right.
We
got.
O
O
Because
we
also
have
the
the
development
of
the
bluff
properties,
those
went
out
to
bid
some
time
ago,
they're
they're
back
up,
and
you
know
the
city
is
exploring
the
the
possibility
of
developing
those
properties
as
well
again
that
being
the
lot
next
to
the
the
library,
the
old
city
hall
and
the
status
of
the
old
cma,
a
lot
is,
is
up
up
in
the
air.
Now
too
again,
we
we've
got
to
be
fluid.
O
We
got
to
be,
we've
got
to
adjust
to
how
things
come
at
us
and
make
those
determinations
kind
of
as
things
go.
So
there's
there's
also
some
exciting
news.
He
proposed
we're
in
the
works
for
a
new,
because
I'm
stumbling
a
new
parking
garage
downtown
with
imagine
clearwater
being
redeveloped.
O
There
was
a
lot
of
parking
spaces
down
there.
The
old
harvey
view
center
had
a
ton
of
spaces.
Obviously
those
won't
be
there
anymore
when
it's
completed
so
there's
currently
in
the
works.
It's
still
very
early,
very
preliminary,
but
a
parking
garage
downtown
to
add
another
500
and
some
parking
spaces.
O
G
A
To
know
how
many
parking
spaces
were
lost
due
to
imagine
clearwater
and
how
many
are
are
in
the
plan
to
like
you
just
mentioned,
there's
500
and
some
in
the
new
structure
that's
being
built.
Are
there
other
locations
identified
to
supplement
the
loss
of
the
spots
there.
O
Are
it
is
part
of
the
plan?
I
I
want
to
give
you
the
most
accurate
numbers.
I
don't
want
to
go
off
the
top
of
my
head
and,
like
oh,
that
parking
guy
came
and
lied
to
us.
So
I
want
to
avoid
that
the
best
I
can.
I
know
that
the
with
the
hard
review
center
there
was
close
to
right
around
500
spots
down
there.
There
are
some
the
way
that
cleveland
street
is
now
going
to
be
a
turn
around
down.
O
I
hesitate
to
give
you
the
exact
number,
because
I
don't
want
to
be
off,
but
I
think
with
the
the
addition
of
this
parking
garage,
that's
being
proposed
and
being
looked
into,
we'll
have
more
than
have
made
up
for
any
spots
that
we
lost
and
the
other
thing
that
to
keep
in
mind
is
there
was
a
parking
study
done
before
I
got
here,
but
looking
at
downtown,
and
at
that
point
you
know
there
is
currently
as
we
sit
today
as
we
stand
today.
O
There's
there's
adequate
parking,
there's
enough
spots
for
folks
to
find
with
the
the
free
spots
and
the
garden
avenue
garage
there.
The
station
square
with
the
farm
before
station
square
is
open
to
the
public
as
well.
So
right
now,
there's
kind
of
plenty
of
parking
to
be
found.
We
all
just
don't
want
to
be
caught
in
a
bad
spot,
come
july
when
the
the
new
imagine
clearwater
opens
and
they
have
an
event
downtown
and
it's
like.
Oh,
we
have
too
many
people
and
not
enough
places
to
put
them.
O
So,
that's
again
that
looking
ahead
they're
kind
of
forecasting
and
trying
to
figure
out,
even
if
we
don't
have
the
garage
built
before
then
you
know
there's
other
things
we
can
do
remote
parking
lots
shuttles.
You
know
all
that
kind
of
stuff.
From
what
I
understand.
I've
heard
rumors
of
private
property
owners
planning
on
you
know
allowing
people
to
park
on
their
property,
probably
for
a
fee.
During
events-
and
that's
you
know,
that's
it's
their
property,
it's
their
right
to
do
so.
If
that's
what
they
wish
to
do.
O
So
I
think
we're
headed
in
a
good
direction,
we're
in
a
solid
direction
right
now
we're
in
a
solid
footing
right
now
and
we're
kind
of
keeping
our
finger
on
the
pulse
of
where
we're
going
and
projecting.
O
A
O
I
would
imagine
so
at
this
point.
Yes,
I
again
it's
too
early
to
say
definitively
because
there's
other
I
mean
there's,
there's
not
even
a
contractor,
you
know,
there's
there's
no
contract
in
place.
There's
the
the
land
is
actually
at
this
point.
There's
negotiations
for
the
you
know
involving
the
lands,
there's
all
kinds
of
things
that
could
back
it
up.
O
Hope
to
be
a
little
bit
further
than
a
permit,
but
we'll
see
I
mean
I
I
I
just
okay,
so
I'm
happy
I'm
glad
to
be
able
to
share
this
information.
I
think
it's
exciting,
but
at
the
same
point
I
don't
want
to
like
exceed
expectations
or
I'm
sorry
not
exceed
the
expectation
but
but
not
deliver
on
expectations.
So
it's
still
very
much
fluid
and
evolving.
That's
good
to
know
at
least.
H
A
G
O
I
did
a
study
about
it
when
I
first
got
here
at
that
point
all
of
the
downtown
revenue
all
year
and
I'm
going
off
the
top
of
my
head
again.
So
I
I
hesitate,
but
it
was
around
200
000
all
year,
whereas
the
beach
was
in
the
millions.
G
Yeah
10
20.,
so
I'm
curious.
Have
you
guys
done
a
study
comparative,
comparing
how
does
let's
say,
dunedin
or
ver
or
saint
pete?
How
do
they
compensate
for
free
parking
to
provide
all
around
that
whole
area
that
the
tourists
arrive.
G
O
O
What
you'll
see
is
the
folks
that
live
nearby
or
work
nearby,
so
the
the
server
or
the
buser
or
whatever.
So
I
can
park
real
close
to
work.
I
park
right
in
that
that
space
right
right
in
front
of
my
business
right
in
front
of
where
I'm
working
and
then
I'll
stay
there
for
my
eight
hour
shift,
because
it's
free
and
there's
nothing
to
incentivize
me
to
move,
but
then
that's
detrimental
to
the
business
right,
because
the
business
really
wants
that
space
to
be
open.
O
For
somebody
to
be
able
to
pull
up
quickly
come
in
eat
eat,
you
know,
buy
something
or
buy
a
meal
or
get
something
to
go.
What
have
you?
So
it's
really
all
about
creating
turnover,
so
we're
looking
more
at.
Where
do
we
need
that
turnover
and
again
right
now,
as
it
sits
today
downtown,
because
it's
it's
not
as
robust
as
some
of
these
other
locations
that
you've
mentioned,
there's
not
a
huge.
O
It
would
still
be
potentially
detrimental
to
have
the
the
hourly
employees
park
in
all
the
prime
spaces
if
you
will,
for,
for
a
whole
eight
hour
shift
or
for
all
day.
So
that's
why
there
there
is
some
fee
there,
but
it's
it's
not
a
very
expensive
fee,
because
there's
there's
still
there's
not
the
huge
demand
like
there
is
in
some
areas
of
saint
pete
and
dunedin,
and
that
kind
of
thing.
G
That's
interesting:
it
makes
me
a
wonder
city
like
naples
or
several
other
cities
along
the
west
coast.
Then
we
come
closer
saint
pete
or
dunedin.
None
of
them
have
parking
and
I
don't
think
employees
are
the
only
the
ones
that
will
park
there.
Probably
the
business
owners
tell
them
not
to
park,
those
are
for
customers
and
most
of
them
probably
comply.
O
I
I'd
have
to
look
more
into
the
particular
cause.
It's
always
the
devil's
in
the
details.
I
did
have
somebody
write
me
not
too
long
ago
they
listed
off
they
rattled
off
three
or
four
other
municipalities
or
other
locations
where
the
parking
is
cheaper
than
ours
or
freer
than
ours.
Or
what
have
you
and,
as
I
looked
into
them,
they're
usually
not
apples
to
apples,
and
that
was
the
case
with
this.
O
This
person
that
wrote,
but
I
had
to
go
research
every
one
of
the
locations
that
he
mentioned
and
find
out
that
yeah
they
give
residents
discounted
parking,
but
it's
some
lot
that
nobody
wants
to
park
at
as
it
is,
and
so
they
don't
care
about
it
and
that
kind
of
stuff,
whereas
you
know
we
and
we're
talking
about
beach
parking,
so
we
don't
have
it
on
the
beach.
We
don't
know.
No
parking
lot
exists
where
nobody's
willing
to
park
on
the
beach
they're
willing
to
park
anywhere,
including
on
top
of
somebody
else.
O
If
they
can
so
it's
again,
it's
not
apples
to
apples.
So
I'd
have
to
look
at
it,
but
that's
how
we
approach
things
in
parking.
Is
you
know
where,
where
do
we
need
to
in
incentivized
turnover?
It's
it's
great
when
you
say,
as
far
as
the
the
owners
coming
out
and
saying
hey
this,
this
is
for
my
business,
but
it's
really
not
it's
public
street
right.
It
doesn't
belong
to
any
one
person
or
one
individual.
So
it
what
we
find
is
sometimes
it
actually
creates.
O
You
know
unrestricted
parking
and
you
see
this
in
neighborhoods
right.
Your
neighbor
has
some.
Some
visitors
come
over,
nothing
to
prevent
them
from
parking
in
front
of
your
house,
and
but
some
people
don't
like
that.
Now,
these
guys
they
come
and
they
park
in
front
of
my
house,
and
I
hate
it.
Well,
it's
a
public
street,
it's
under
unrestricted
parking,
so
there's
not
there's
no
law,
there's!
No!
That
prohibits
somebody
else
from
coming
and
parking
in
front
of
your
house
same
with
your
business.
O
O
So
again,
one
of
the
things
that
goes
in
the
dark
and
one
of
the
little
things
sorry
to
carry
on
so
the
way
finding
signs
that
you
folks
had
asked
about
the
city
had
started
a
project
actually
some
time
ago,
a
couple
years-
and
I
can't
say,
yeah
well
and
and
part
of
the
problem
is,
I
think
it
started
off
in
planning
and
then
their
issue
was
funding
and
so
finding
the
funding
for
it
like
like
most
government
projects,
I'm
not
bashing
it.
O
You
know
that's
working
in
government,
so
then
we
got
to
find
the
funding
for
it.
They
found
the
funding
for
it.
Of
course,
by
the
time
they
did
a
lot
of
the
things
had
changed,
because
the
signs
were
pointing
people
to
the
city
hall.
That
was
no
longer
where
city
hall
is
and
that
kind
of
stuff.
So
then
redesign
of
the
things
and
that
kind
of
stuff,
so
you
probably
have
seen
them
now
that
they're,
the
newer
prettier
blue
gray,
signs
that
are
out
there.
O
O
I
thought
the
writings,
those
are
near
the
trails
like
the
biking
and
walking
trails,
so
those
are
meant
for
pedestrians
and
then
the
larger
ones
that
are
meant
for
vehicles,
they're
posted
in
a
larger
print,
larger
font,
and
but
a
lot
of
that
is
directing
people
to
the
parking
so
that
those
signs
are
out
there,
including
changing
the
old
park,
sign
that's
currently
in
front
of
the
garden
avenue
garage,
that's
going
to
be
swapped
over
and
changed
to
that
same
scheme
of
those
other
signs,
so
they're
beautiful,
the
new
ones,
and
once
that
initial
phase
is
finished,
and
I
I
don't
it's
not
my
project,
so
I
don't
have
a
date
on
it,
because
it's
not
just
parking.
O
It's
it's
pointing
you
to.
You,
know
the
downtown
city
hall
points
of
interest
and
that
kind
of
stuff
that
aren't
just
parking,
so
it
didn't
fall
under.
You
know
me
specifically,
so
I
don't
have
the
the
when
they're
expected
to
be
done
with
this
first
phase,
but
then
there'll
be
a
reassess
because
even
during
while
they
started
putting
them
up,
it's
like
up
correction.
This
move
that
moved.
O
That
kind
of
thing
so
and
we'll
have
to
add
more
if
we
do
get
that
garage
that
I'm
talking
about
downtown
built
there'll
be
need
for
for
some
other
ones
to
supplement
that
one
as
well.
So
that's
where
we're
at
with
that.
So
it
is
very
much
an
ongoing
active
process
as
we
speak
will
be
reassessed
when
the
phase
is
finished
again.
O
I
don't
want
to
give
you
an
exact
date,
but
that
it
should
be
sometime
in
the
next
few
months
because
they're
pretty
far
along
with
it,
where
it
is
currently
and
then
we'll,
reassess
and
see
where
we
go
from
there.
I.
A
Have
another
another
question:
at
the
at
a
previous
meeting,
I
had
brought
up
the
point
of
the
the
message
board
type
signs
that
the
ddb
had
purchased
and
had
installed
on
north
and
south
fort
harrison
a
number
of
years
ago,
and
I
was
inquiring
as
to
the
status
of
those
and
did
they
still
work,
and
what
could
we
do
with
them?
Do
you
have
any?
I
brought
that
to
your
attention
so.
A
O
O
So
I
think
as
we
move
forward,
I
would
you
know
very
much
like
to
see
something
like
that.
But
again,
this
is,
you
know,
conceive
it
today,
plan
for
it
we're
still
talking
we're
we're
we're
a
little
ways
out,
especially
with
building
a
new
garage
and
that
kind
of
stuff.
That's
all
going
to
move
up
on
the
priority
list
and
that'll
get
moved
behind,
but
I
would
really
like
to
do
something
like
that
at
some
point:
parking
wise
both
on
the
beach
and
downtown,
especially
from
where
the
magic
their
wire
comes.
O
But
then
you
know
like
okay,
we're
planning
on
going
to
an
event
at
the
capitol
theater
or
at
imagine
clearwater,
and
you
can
look
on
your
app
and
say:
oh
geez,
you
know
the
only
place
left
to
park
is
the
park
in
this
parking
garage
or
that
parking
lot
or
or
what
have
you
and
kind
of
direct
your
you
know
plan
your
trip
accordingly,
I
just
think
that
that
you
know
something
we
could
very
much
benefit
from
and
something
I'm
excited
about.
Exploring
I'm
exploring
it
now
to
hopefully
do
something
else.
O
So
the
last
thing
I
have
on
my
agenda
here
I
wanted
to
talk
with
you
about
you,
see
it
at
the
at
fort
harrison
and
cleveland
street.
We've
changed
around
the
parking.
Some
we've
added
some
short-term
parking
on
the
corners.
There
there's,
I
believe,
all
in
total
there's
five
spaces,
and
I
know
that
the
eric
is
working
on
they're
gonna
do
some
kind
of
art
program
with
those
spaces
to
kind
of
set
them
aside
even
more.
O
We
had
to
follow
kind
of
what's
already
authorized
through
through,
like
the
florida
department
of
transportation
and
knits
or
the
national,
so
our
signs
are
kind
of
based
upon
stuff.
That's
already
out
there.
We
did
kick
around
a
lot
of
stuff
eric
had
a
lot
of
great
ideas
and
fought
with
us
on
some
and
that
kind
of
stuff
that
the
problem
is.
O
Is
that
there's
not
really
a
universally
accepted
terminology
right
now
for
those
ubereats
doordash,
all
that
kind
of
stuff
there's
so
to
put
this
kind
of
parking
only
it
just
didn't
exist
so
to
make
up
a
sign
that
would
confuse
some
people
just
wasn't
really
something
that
we
wanted
to
be
the
flag
bearer
on,
so
that
they're
more
traditional
signs.
As
far
as
short-term
15-minute
parking,
which
is
good.
A
O
See
I
mean
we,
we
did
put
those
two
spots
there,
where
you
know
the
direction
that
that
semi
trailer
usually
comes,
but
but
there's
we
don't
have
we
we
made
a
loading
zone
there
next
to
the
starbucks
that
they
can
use
when
it's
open.
Unfortunately,
when
it's
not
open,
they
either
have
to
circle
the
block
legally.
Legally,
I'm,
unfortunately,
I
think
probably
they're
going
to
park
wherever
the
heck
they
can
and
we're
gonna
have
to
you
know
we
might
have
to
fight
with
them
a
little
bit.
That's
that's!
O
That's
just
the
the
nature
of
of
you
know.
A
delivery
person
is
just
trying
to
get
the
job
done
and
and
yeah
we
we
try
to
be.
We
try
it.
We
don't
want
to
be
detrimental
to
the
businesses
and
go
out
there,
and
you
know
cite
the
guy
constantly
and
that
kind
of
stuff
and
create
some
kind
of
a
situation
where
it's
very,
very
adversarial,
but
the
reality
of
it
is.
A
Because
I
operate
a
retail
business
downtown,
so
I'm
very
very
familiar
with
the
impacts
of
city
decisions
on
parking
and
things
like
that
to
our
business,
and
one
of
the
things
that
frequently
gets
overlooked
is
if
a
business
sells
things
it
needs
to
get
more
of
them
and
if
it's
not
in
the
in
the
parking,
planner
or
the
city
planners
mindset,
to
think
of
where,
where
are
they
going
to
park,
you're
going
to
run
that
guy
out
of
business?
If
you
can't
get
deliveries
right
well,.
O
A
O
O
You
for
bringing
that
up,
because
because
I
did
want
to
address
that
as
far
as
how
we're
going
to
enforce
so
fifth,
we
put
15
minutes
so
that
it
was
clear
that
this
is
intended
to
be
short
term.
So
so
nobody
would
be
tempted
to
like
I'm
gonna
go
there
and
sit
down
and
eat,
and
I
bet
you
I
can
do
it
in
17
minutes
and
the
chances
of
me
getting
it.
O
No,
we
wanted
it
to
be
like
no
15
minutes
is
meant
for
those
short
term
turnaround,
quick
in
and
out
that
type
of
thing.
So
that's
why
we
made
it
15
minutes,
but
as
far
as
we're
not
looking
to
harass
the
large
delivery
truck,
that's
got
open
the
the
tailgate
and
bring
the
thing
out
and
load
up
a
cart
or
whatever,
so
that
that's
not
the
intent
of
that,
and
it's
not
it's
not
our
plan
to
do
so.
It's
it's.
If
they're
actively
actively
loading
and
unloading,
it's
not
going
to
be
an
issue
really.
O
G
N
Our
smith
business
assistant
administrator
for
the
cra,
the
purpose
of
this
item
is
to
provide
you
an
update
on
the
clearwater
spring
farmers
market
on
november
3rd
of
last
year.
The
board
approved
funding
six
markets
and
the
last
market
ended
last
month
in
april
with
that,
I
have
the
founding
board
member
dina
ramos
here
to
provide
you
update
on
the
outcomes,
the
numbers
and
the
success
of
the
event.
G
I
Hello,
everyone
so
like
how's,
that
my
name
is
dina
ramos,
I'm
one
of
the
administrators
of
the
clearwater
hispanic
farmers
market
and
I'm
here
to
give
you
the
year-end
report,
I'm
excited,
and
but
first
I
I
prepared
a
brief
description
of
month
by
month,
but
I
wanted
to
say
thank
you.
I
wanted
to
say
thank
you.
I'm
really
really
grateful.
All
of
us
are
and
we
received
a
lot
of
feedback
and
a
lot
of
great
stories
with
children
and
families
and
single
mothers,
and
so
it
was
a
great
experience.
I
It
was
an
amazing
experience
and
and
one
that
we
believe
we
want
to
repeat,
we
want
to
continue,
and
so
it
was
exciting.
So
thank
you.
Thank
you
all
of
you,
thank
you,
and
so,
if
you
have
your
report,
I
hope
you
do
like
howard
mentioned.
We
signed
the
agreement
on
november,
the
3rd
for
the
next
six
months,
and
so
for
november.
I
We
strive
to
create
a
different
environment
than
the
most
marketplaces,
because
we
wanted
to
bring
something
that
would
be
family
oriented
for
children,
something
that
it
would
be
motivated.
You
know
for
families
to
say,
let's
check
it
out.
What
is
happening
today,
you
know
something
different
every
time
and
it
will
be
an
attraction.
It
would
be
something
like
different,
like
fun,
like
you're,
looking
forward
to
next
saturday
to
come
to
the
marketplace.
I
You
know,
so
it's
not
so
only
about
doing
your
shopping,
but
also
something
that
it
would
be
very
enjoyable
pleasant
that
you
can
actually
pull
out
your
lunch
chair
and
enjoy.
So
I
believe,
that's
one
of
the
visions
that
the
city
plan
has
to
establish
and
create
attractions
and
landmarks
that
people
will
be
come
for.
Hey,
let's
go
to
clearwater.
I
They
always
have
something
exciting
happening,
so
I
just
we
just
wanted
to
have
that
that
atmosphere,
that
it
would
be
something
encouraging
to
look
forward
to
so
in
in
october,
we
begin
in
october.
We
have
children's
market
children's
folklore
groups,
so
I'm
I'm
referring
to
children.
Really.
Some
of
them
are
like
little
tiny,
like
I'm
talking
about
four
or
five
years
old,
with
all
their
mexican
and
spanish
regalia
dancing.
I
You
know
just
moving
around
with
in
colorful
dresses
if
you
can
picture
that
with
huge
bonnets
and
so
moving
around,
and
so
they
were
like.
Some
of
them
are
four
or
five
years
old
and
some
of
them
are
teenagers
so
like
13,
14,
15
years
old
and
so
there's
a
group
of
we
have
three
children's
folklore
groups,
and
so
it
was
amazing
to
see
them
singing
and
dancing
and
moving
like
that,
and
so
we
did
all
kinds
of
things,
and
so
in
october
we
had
the
telemundo
came
out.
I
Telemundo
actually
was
there
to
interview
us
abc
action.
News
also
was
there
to
interview
us
and
and
tampa
bay
times.
The
newspaper
was
also
there,
and
so
that
was
exciting.
That
was
exciting
that
you
know
when
we
made.
You
know
the
news,
you
know,
and
it
came
out.
You
know
so
cool,
and
so
I
was
able
to
get
a
copy
of
the
reporters
of
the
tampa
bay
times
and
also
of
the
abc
action
news,
but
telling
mundo.
I
I
was
not
able
to
get
that
reward,
but
it
is
in
the
video
clip
the
video
clip
that
howard
has.
It
just
shows
telemundo
reporter
they
are
interviewing
us,
so
you
can
see
this
so
it
was
exciting.
It
was
down
november.
We
had
a
lot
of
people
in
november.
It
was
exciting
because
we
gave
away
we
wanted
to
connect.
Another
thing
that
we
wanted
to
bring
is
that
we
connect
the
community
with
the
resources,
so
we
we
brought
in
over
a
hundred
grocery
bags
to
give
away.
I
We
gave
over
a
hundred
turkeys
to
people,
and
so
it
was
amazing.
You
know
just
to
let
people
know
that
you
know
the
spirit
of
the
holidays.
You
know
november
is
already
you
know.
Everybody
is
like
with
that,
and
so
it
was
exciting.
It
was
amazing.
So
to
see
you
know,
people
reaching
out
to
you
to
say
hey,
you
know
how
many
when
is
the
turkey
giveaway,
you
know
and
the
prices,
the
children's
every
single
time
we
did
children's
raffles,
and
so
they
came
for.
I
We
asked
them
questions
and
though
we
just
do
the
raffle
and
it
was
exciting
to
see
you
know
I
actually
parents
came
over
and
say
you
know,
hey
it's
so
cool
that
that
you're
doing
this,
you
know-
and
I'm
so
glad
that
I
brought
my
children
to
see
this,
and
so
all
of
that
is
in
the
feedback
that
we
posted
in
the
report.
I
mean
it's
so
tiny,
but
if
you
it
you
know
hopefully
you'll
be
able
to
see
it.
I
You
know
that
it
was
a
great
feedback,
and
for
that
you
know
we
did
face
painting.
We
did
ice
cream
with
idea
all
the
games
and
stuff.
In
december
we
actually
had
one
of
the
kids
dressed
himself
as
a
wise
man.
You
know
like
the
wise
man
that
comes
to
see
jesus
and
and
an
angel
that
was
following
the
wise
men.
I
Well,
it
was
fun
for
because
there
was,
you
know,
children
get
excited,
and
so
it
was
cool,
so
I
mean
all
of
this
and
music
playing
and
in
the
games
and
and
the
full
children
playing
and
so
the
environment.
I
just
wanted
you
to
picture.
You
know
that
that
atmosphere,
you
know
that
it
was
a
lot
of
fun
and
so
with
all
the
the
spanish
food
with
all
the
music.
I
So
in
november
that
was
in
november
in
in
december,
we
did
amazing,
it
was,
it
was
beautiful.
We
did
also
we
love
children's
singing,
so
we
also
connect
children
in
a
platform.
We
provide
an
opportunity
for
children
to
show
off
their
talents.
So
singing
contests,
you
know
dancing
you
know,
and
so
it
was
beautiful.
So
to
see
you
know
that
your
children
have
potential
and
they
need
an
audience,
and
so
we
provide
that
exciting
moment
that
they
can
perform
and
watch
this.
So
it
was
really
cool.
I
We
had
the
animal
sanctuary
so
and
another
thing
is
not
only
to
connect
the
the
the
family
atmosphere,
but
we
wanted
to
provide
the
resources.
So
the
animal
sanctuary
was
there,
the
tarpon
springs,
animal
sanctuary
was
there,
you
know
and
they
brought
the
alligators
and
parents
were
making
a
line
to
touch
the
baby,
alligator
and
the
dragon,
and-
and
things
like
that,
so
there's
also
pictures
in
the
report
that
you
can
see
the
children.
I
You
know
making
a
line,
you
know
just
to
get
a
picture,
so
we
connected
the
resources
like,
for
example,
the
orientation
how
to
start
up
a
business.
It
was
short,
it
was
one
hour,
but
we
gave
we
had
like
giveaways
to
sparkle
or
just
encourage
people
to
come
around
and
stick
you
know.
So
they
can
listen
to
the
presentation
how
to
provide
information.
Where
do
you
go?
What
resources?
Where
do
I
research,
you
know?
Is
it
in
spanish?
Is
it
in
english?
I
Where
do
I
apply,
and
so
all
of
that
you
know
it
was
brought
over
in
the
business
orientation
and
like,
for
example,
that
was
what,
by
prospero
prospero
business,
that
they
did.
So
we
brought
all
of
this
resources
to
to
the
atmosphere
to
connect
the
resources
with
the
people.
So
a
lot
of
times.
They
don't
know
a
lot
of
times.
They
just
don't
know
that
they
exist
that
they're
there,
and
so
we
have
this
ability
to.
For
example,
we
already
reached
out
to
the
children's
museum
and
they
already
said.
I
Yes,
they
will
be
coming
and
so
there's
other
there's
a
list
of
resources
that
we
have
connected
with.
You
know
for
single
mothers,
you
know
to
to
bring
their
craft
to
provide
a
way
that
they
can
have
an
extra
income
and
things
like
that
in
motivation.
So
all
of
those
resources,
so
we
provide
the
platform
for
the
children.
We
provide
the
atmosphere,
the
family
orientation,
you
know
to
motivate
them,
we
provide,
you,
know
the
connection
with
the
resources
and-
and
so
we
build
that,
I
believe
is
like
bonding.
I
You
know
you
can
say
you
know.
I
believe
that
it
was
bonding,
that
some
of
the,
for
example,
I
have
a
family
that
they
build
woodwork
and
they
have
always
built
woodwork,
amazing,
beautiful
woodwork,
but
he
had
never
stepped
out
of
his
garage.
I
So
he
came
to
the
marketplace,
and
people
were
placing
orders
in
his
income,
is
booming
and
he's
doing
amazing.
So
real
quick.
I
know
the
time
is
short.
If
you
turn
to
the
page
where
it
says
media
mention,
there's
a
huge
list
of
all
the
places
that
we
reached
out
to
announced
in
in
market.
You
know
advertise
the
place,
so
it
was
amazing.
We
had
people
from
canada
that
came
over
actually
there's
a
lady.
I
That
said,
kelly
in
is
also
in
one
of
the
copies
that
we
posted
in
the
feedback
she
kept
on,
calling
because
she
says
I
wanna
go
it's
my
anniversary.
I
wanna
make
sure
that
I
come
to
clearwater
and
watch
this,
so
we
have
about
six
or
seven
of
her
reaching
out
messages
to
us,
because
people
from
canada,
people
that
you
know
from
safety,
harbored
people
that
have
are
coming
from
other
places.
A
Is
more
detail
than
we
actually
need
on
a
month-by-month
basis?
We
still
have
quite
a
few
agenda
items
to
go
through
and
I
don't
want
to
take
up
everybody's
time
or
delay
it
unduly.
If
you
could
just
sum
it
up
for
us,
I
think
we
all
got
your
presentation,
which
I
I
I
read
through
with
interest
the
thing
and
there's
a
lot
of
good
data
in
it
and
we're
very
impressed
with
it.
But
if
you
could
sum
up,
so
we
could
move
on
awesome.
Thank
you.
I
I
It
was
just
overwhelming
and-
and
we
are
proud
that
we
are
here-
and
I
think
that
pinellas,
according
to
the
research
that
we
have
done,
pinellas
county-
has
one
of
the
biggest
hispanic
populations
and
concentration
of
hispanic
populations
in
one
particular
area,
and
so
I
think
it
is
really
good
to
have
a
cultural
events
that
is
reaching
out
to
the
minorities
or
to
the
different
ones,
not
only
hispanic,
but
if
we
can
get
some
other
ones.
I
A
A
Okay,
now
we'll
move
on
to
the
next
item:
the
tampa
bay,
ukulele
society.
N
Again,
I'm
smith
been
assistant
administrator
for
the
cra.
The
purpose
of
this
item
is
to
provide
an
update
on
the
funding
agreement
that
took
place
between
the
downtown
development
board
and
tampa
bay,
ukulele
society.
N
Their
event
took
place
on
april
23rd
for
last
month,
with
that
there
even
included
live
music
on
cleveland
street
at
the
four
and
five
hundred
blocks,
as
well
as
actually
ukulele
education
in
terms
of
teaching
people
how
to
play
the
ukulele
as
well
as
they
also
had
a
concert
event
that
took
place
at
peace
memorial
with
part
of
the
proceeds
being
donated
to
I'll.
Let
rob
tell
you,
but
for
to
the
hospital
to
the
free
clinic,
and
so
with
that
I
have
the
gotta
put
the
readers
on.
Q
Thank
you
thank
you
for
writing
me
in
on
the
agenda,
and
the
purpose
of
this
presentation
is
to
number
one.
Thank
you
for
your
support
and
also
reinforce
that
your
money
was
well
invested
and
also
to
recognize
the
team
from
the
city
and
also
from
the
dcma
howard
and
eric
and
sheila
nisla,
scott
sousa
mike
mastriano
from
the
dcma.
Q
We
were
able
to
pull
all
those
together
without
it
in
a
year's
effort.
It
would
have
been
difficult
to
accomplish
and,
as
we
can
see,
the
main
objective
of
everyone.
That's
here
is
to
bring
thousands
of
new
visitors
to
the
district,
and
we
hope
that
we
did
that
with
fun
and
entertainment.
We
know
we
drew
the
numbers,
we
think
we
have
opened
up
some
some
avenues.
Q
One
we
wanted
to
do
was
to
meld
all
the
goals
of
the
dcma
of
t-bus,
of
the
ddb
and
and
and
pull
all
of
those
together
to
accomplish
all
the
objectives.
In
one
festival
we
didn't
coin
the
word
edutainment
because
it
is
in
the
dictionary,
but
one
of
the
things
that
we
brought
to
the
table
that
we
thought
was
unique
and
that
got
a
lot
of
attention
from
the
city
and
from
the
media
was
the
ukulele
lessons.
I
don't
know
if
any
of
you
took
them.
Q
Several
people
from
the
from
the
church
did.
I
know
that,
but
all
of
the
classes
we
had
three
in
the
afternoon,
all
of
them
were
booked.
What
most
impressed
me
was
at
3
15,
I
figured
there'd
be
no
one
there.
It
was
a
wonderful
day,
but
it
was
warm
and
they
were
waiting
in
line
for
the
3
15
class.
We
probably
could
have
done
one
or
two
more,
and
that
was
an
eye
opener
for
us
and
reinforced
that
that
adding
that
element
to
it
was
was
key.
Q
The
advanced
ukulele
lessons
that
were
curated
by
the
two
international
stars
were
also
sold
out
and
we
were
again
thrilled
with
that.
We
used
the
church
as
a
venue
for
that
and
it
worked
out
marvelously
the
entertainment
on
the
street.
We
got
rave
reviews
on
even
the
artists
that
were
appearing
at
night
insisted
on
doing
two
sets
in
the
afternoon
once
they
saw
that
they
were
a
good
crowd
that
would
appreciate
it
and
that
added
a
tremendous
amount
to
the
day.
Q
We
think
we
drew
thousands
of
we're
estimating
between
2500
and
3000,
based
on
the
feedback
from
the
merchants.
We
felt
we
drew
that
to
the
to
the
district,
I'm
very
familiar
with
just
about
every
event
down
there
and
it's
at
least
as
many
as
I've
seen
and
obviously,
without
a
scientific
study.
It's
difficult
but-
and
I
may
have
a
jaundiced
eye,
but
to
me
even
at
nine
o'clock
at
night,
it
was
more
than
we
normally
see
again
the
the
way
we
attracted
the
people
for
the
lessons
was
we
visited
every
school.
Q
I
didn't
realize
there
were
that
many
private
schools
in
clearwater,
but
I
know
now
and
addressed
every
music
teacher
and
left
brochures
in
literature.
We
saw
several
of
them
there
and
they
brought
their
most
recalcitrant
students
and
they
were
waiting
in
line
and
they
all
came
over
afterwards
and
said.
You
know
thanks
for
stopping
by
so
we
were
again
thrilled
with
that.
The
other
thing
we
did
was
we
visited
all
the
senior
centers
and
there
was
a
large
number
of
seniors
that
came
down
and
very
studiously
took
the
took
the
lessons.
Q
Our
marketing
approach
was
a
little
different.
We
decided
to
take
a
soft
approach
as
opposed
to
trying
to
force
feed
the
ukulele.
We
knew
that
when
people
got
there
and
they
heard
the
instrument
and
saw
the
artist
that
they
would
be
impressed
a
case
in
point-
your
city
council,
david,
all
britain,
who's
a
guitarist,
he
came
down,
he
heard
it.
He
immediately
went
to
sam
ash
and
he
ordered
a
baritone
ukulele
and
they
gave
him
a
personal
tour
at
the
luna
factory
over
in
tampa.
Q
G
But
we
do
have
a
oh.
Q
You
got
it
there.
Okay,
I
know
I
thought
these
so
there
it
is
so.
The
whole
theme
was
that
it's
the
merchants
who
collectively
were
inviting
you
to
the
district
and
we
highlighted
for
500
block.
We
highlighted
the
free
parking
and
each
of
the
merchants
gave
a
special
offer,
so
it
was
them
inviting
people,
and
it
also
gave
us
a
way
of
measuring
the
traffic
to
the
merchants.
Q
As
you
can
see,
tequilas
did
a
an
appetizer
offer
and,
interestingly
enough,
they
did
over
300
and
they
did
as
many
before
we
had
the
concert
as
after
it.
So
people
did
leave
and
and
go
back
to
the
district,
so
we
introduced
the
words
as
you
can
see,
and
it
was
all
in
the
intent
for
future
future
positioning
that
the
district
is
is,
is
the
key
word
and,
as
I
think
I
said
when
we
presented
here,
I'm
very
brand
conscious,
and
that
is
the
brand
that
we
that
we
highlighted.
Q
As
you
can
see,
we
we
literally
tied
in
everyone
that
was
in
the
district
and
a
few
that
were
outside
with
our
reception.
They
were
hosted
by
all
the
different
merchants.
We
even
tied
in
the
marriott
residence
inn
and
the
jolly
trolley
and
again,
as
I
said,
we
worked
closely
with
catalyst
marketing
who
the
the
marketing
people
share,
the
nisla
for
the
dcma
and
an
n
m
communications
with
the
pro
forma.
So
we
we
involved
as
many
as
we
could
again.
Q
We
were
thrilled
to
get
the
amount
of
coverage
that
we
did
in
the
in
the
tampa
bay
times
and
if
you
look
closely
everyone's
led
with
the
word
downtown
clearwater
and
if
you
go
through
the
articles,
they'll
all
say
district,
and-
and
this
happened
by
a
chance
meeting
with
the
editor
at
a
christmas
party
who
I
gave
her
a
downtown
clearwater
101
course
and
from
then
she,
she
piqued
her
interest
and
they
hope
to
do
more
in
the
future.
Q
They
they
realized
that
that
was
the.
That
was
the
key
we
had.
Q
We
had
a
very
robust
website.
We
got
about
three
thousand
visits
just
in
the
last
month
and
an
interesting
statistic
is,
as
you
see,
on
the
day
of
the
event
is
when
the
traffic
peaked
and
we're
told
we
we
relied
on
the
city
and
dcma
for
the
social
media,
but
to
the
clearwater
patch.
We
got
76
000
impressions,
as
you
can
see
here.
We
just
emphasized
that
it
hit
that
so
the
whole
idea
was
we're,
looking,
obviously
not
for
one
event.
Q
We
want
to
do
future,
but
we
knew
we
had
to
build
a
marketing
teams
to
do
it
and
the
keys
were
the
development
board.
As
you
can
see,
we
have
commercial
sponsors
and
obviously
it
was
highlighted
in
just
about
everything
we
did,
that
the
downtown
clearwater
development
board
obviously-
and
we
couldn't
have
done
it
without
your
pure
assistance-
the
concert
as
we
said
that
the
reason
we
did
the
concert
was
that
we
knew
we
could
pull
people
before
and
afterwards.
Interestingly
enough,
I
know
she
had
to
leave,
but
we
we
highlighted
the
concert.
Q
We
kicked
it
off
with
the
most
amazing
rendition
of
america,
the
beautiful
by
judy
bashar,
who
was
here,
and
people
still
talking
about
it,
every
hair
on
your
head.
If
you
had
any
stood
up
when
she
finished
that
it
was
really
quite
dramatic,
but
our
volunteers
and
also
volunteers
from
the
dcma
worked
entirely
the
entire
day
and
the
best
endorsement
is
obviously
from
the
from
the
merchants,
but
also
steve
boyce
in
here.
They
call
him
the
sphinx
because
he
throws
around.
Q
Compliments
like
manhole
covers
and
he
travels
all
over
the
world
he's
one
of
the
best
bases
in
the
world,
and
he
just
felt
it
was
one
of
the
best
events
that
he'd
been
to
and
even
after
the
concert
they
went
out
and
hung
out
on
the
district
and
again
he
wasn't
familiar
with
it
or
or
how
fascinating
it
was
another
one
eddie
droste
who
started
hooters,
managing
partner
and
also
pete
and
shorty's.
They
were
involved
with
the
fundraiser
for
the
free
clinic,
eddie
thinking,
obviously,
outside
the
district
said
anything
that
promotes
clearwater.
Q
Q
We
didn't
realize
that
this
was
really
this
cool
and
we'll
be
back
again,
another
endorsement
from
sheila
neisler,
and
the
important
part
of
this
is
what
what
what
she
liked
was:
the
fact
that
it
was
families
you
could
see
families
coming
for
the
for
the
for
the
lessons
you
could
see:
family
coming
for
the
music
and
a
lot
of
people
who
probably
hadn't
been
here,
but
with
the
family
you're
getting
the
young
plus
the
old
tequila's.
I
guess
she
she
said
she
sums
it
up,
but
she
said
sensational.
Q
She
did
over
300
people
with
her
her
offer
and
they
turned
four
times
so
we
we
again.
Thank
you.
We
certainly
want
to
continue.
We've
actually
moved
our
dunedin
event
from
february
to
march,
so
that
we'll
have
events
in
february
march
and
we
would
obviously
want
to
do
again
in
clearwater,
because
it
was
a
major
step
for
the
society
because
they
haven't
done
anything
major
in
about
six
years
and
they've
always
wanted
to
come
into
clearwater,
and
now
it
happened.
Q
So
we
thank
you
for
that,
and
we
look
forward
to
sitting
before
you
again,
nothing
left
to
distant
future
to
look
forward
to
doing
something
again.
Next
april.
Q
A
Very
much
for
your
report
and
for
all
the
volunteer
work
involved
in
setting
this
up
and
organizing
it.
Thank
you,
and
that
includes
all
the
other
people
that
contributed
from
these
other
organizations.
So
thank
you
all
of
you.
Thank
you
for.
R
Hello,
eric
santiago,
cra,
pr
and
programs
manager.
We
have
a
lot
of
ongoing
projects
specifically
for
the
500
and
600
block
of
cleveland
street,
and
I
just
want
to
highlight
two
of
the
successes
or
completed
or
almost
completed
projects.
The
first
one
jeremy
did
highlight,
which
was
the
road
diet
on
fort
harrison,
which
did
create
11
additional
parking
spaces,
and
part
of
that
is
going
to
be
five
freshly
artistically
painted
spots
that
we're
working
on.
R
So
that
will
be
the
next
step
of
that
which
we're
working
with
an
artist
to
paint
those
five
spots
and
those
are
the
five
spots
closest
to
the
intersection.
So
that
will
be
an
exciting
thing,
exciting
thing
to
see
soon.
The
other
thing
that
is
complete
is
gaslight
alley
at
515.
R
Cleveland
street
has
been
transformed
for
the
world
within
our
sound
art
installation
that
installation
is
on
display
through
june
15th,
and
it
is
playing
sounds
of
the
everglades
from
sunrise
to
sunset,
so
that
is
a
pop-up
art
installation
that
will
be
on
display
for
about
two
more
weeks
so
see
that
before
it
ends,
there
is
also
a
preview
of
that
installation
right
outside
the
doors
here
in
the
library
which
also,
as
you
see,
outside
the
doors
of
the
library,
the
clyde
butcher
exhibit
the
clyde
butcher
exhibit
has
ended
and
the
next
installation
will
be
coming
in,
which
is
nikki
butcher
on
june
15th.
R
So
those
are
the
updates
on
the
completed
projects.
We
have
a
lot
of
things
that
will
be
coming
very
very
soon,
so
stay
tuned
for
those
developments
very.
J
Yes,
good
evening
I
have
matt
jackson
assistant
director.
I
have
three
items.
The
last
cre
trustees
meeting
the
applicant
at
703
jones
street
was
approved
a
vacancy
grant
that
we
could
move
forward
with
writing
the
agreement
they're
proposing
to
bring
a
fantastic
immersive
museum,
combining
art
and
technology,
to
provide
three
different
rooms
of
these
wonderful
areas
to
experience,
especially
one
that
combines
one
of
the
largest
sports
memorabilia.
J
I
always
say
that
wrong
collections
to
have
these
interactive
fantastic
holographic
experiences
with
people
and
we're
very
excited
for
that
project,
they're,
going
to
completely
renovate
the
interior
of
the
building.
So
that's
that's
very
exciting.
J
We're
in
the
interview
stages
for
a
cra
special
events,
staff
member
to
come
in
and
assist
in
programming
downtown,
with
active,
robust,
special
events
to
bring
more
people
downtown
eric,
and
I
are
working
on
that
together,
along
with
chris
cook
of
the
special
events
department.
So
we
we
have
some
applicants
that
we're
going
to
be
interviewing
soon.
Hopefully
we
bring
that
staff
member
on
as
soon
as
possible.
J
In
conjunction
with
that
eric
chris
cook
and
I
are
working
on
even
before
that
time
period,
I'm
activating
downtown
with
other
special
events,
so
we're
working
to
quickly
do
that,
just
so
that
we
can
bring
more
people
downtown
to
enjoy
all
the
offerings.
Great.
A
All
right,
we'll
move
on
to
the
chairman's
report
there's
a
few
events
that
are
happening
and
one
of
them
was
just
mentioned.
The
world
within
in
gaslight
alley
is
going
to
be
running
through
june
15th.
The
market
marie
will
be
on
saturday
june
11th.
That's
at
court
and
myrtle
the
art
and
trasher
walk
saturday
june
4
june
11th,
the
clearwater
arts
alliance
for
the
final
viewing
of
the
cleanup
clearwater
art
exhibit
made
from
trash
collected
during
the
big
cleanup
public
art
walk
presented
by
the
clearwater
arts
alliance.
A
That's
saturday
june
18th
you
will
be
walking
tours
showcasing
over
20
pieces
of
public
art
through
downtown
clearwater
and
the
art
exhibit.
That
was
mentioned.
That's
going
to
be,
it's
called
daydreaming,
nikki
butcher's,
hand-painted,
photography.
It
opens
on
june
15th
at
the
clearwater
public
library,
and
that
is
free
to
the
public.
I'd
like
to
welcome
all
of
you
to
attend.
As
many
of
these
as
you
can
there's
a
full
calendar
of
events
at
www,
downtown,
clearwater.com
and.
E
A
One
of
the
thing
I
had
a
very
a
very
good
meeting
with
the
city
manager
approximately
a
week
ago,
and
I
was
very
impressed
with
the
the
exciting
plans
that
our
new
city
manager
has
and
the
things
that
he's
working
on
and
we
discussed
things
like
imagine,
clearwater
and
I
provided
some
input
on
my
ideas
on
what
I
thought
was
important
to
incorporate
into
that.
A
And
my
comments
seem
to
be
well
received,
not
sure
anybody's
going
to
act
on
them,
but
they
were
well
received,
and
I'm
also
very
excited
about
some
of
the
some
of
the
news
that
I
heard
about
things
that
we'll
hear
more
about
over
the
next
month
or
two.
So
I
just
want
to
let
you
know
that
was
very
impressed
with
the
meeting
and
I
believe
that
our
city
is
in
good
hands.
G
G
B
I
live
down
here
in
station
square,
so
I'm
right
in
the
heart
of
everything,
and
I
just
love
what's
happening
and
again,
like
sahab
said,
I
appreciate
all
the
backup
we
get
because
I
think
things
are
moving
a
little
bit
quicker.
Now
I've
been
on
the
board
gosh,
maybe
five
years,
and
this
is
the
best
I've
ever
felt
about
the
downtown.
So
I'm
real
happy
to
thank
everybody.
That's
done
their
job
and
gonna
do
their
job.
M
I
know
it's
a
few
days
late,
but
I'd
like
to
thank
matt
and
all
the
other
servicemen
out
there
memorial
day
was
just
a
few
days
ago
for
the
service.
I
was
fortunate
to
be
born
for
less
than
five
dollars.
M
I
was
a
navy
brat
and
my
dad
reminds
me
of
that
every
year
on
my
birthday,
that
was
the
cheapest
birth
of
the
family,
but
in
celebration
of
that
my
dad's
85
and
I
just
wanted
to
say
thanks
to
him,
he
was
a
vietnam
pilot
lost
his
best
friend
there,
top
gun
and
aviator
and
in
fact,
in
the
movie,
the
first
movie
of
top
gun,
pete
mitchell,
the
character
they
talk
about
his
father,
and
that
was
basically
my
dad
was
on
the
oriskany
and
and
all
that.
M
So
we
had
a
nice
moment
watching
that
with
the
family
the
other
day.
But
the
point
is
that
he's
in
town
and
he's
doing
talks
on
his
career
and
my
sister
sent
over
this.
They
mounted
his
uniform
and
all
his
badges
and
all
that
stuff
and
so
he's
actually
quite
good
at
direct
sale.
So
we've
been
doing
some
seminars
and
I'll
be
promoting
that
a
little
bit
because
it's
nice
to
have
a
veteran
like
that
around
sharing
his
experiences.
So
anyway,.
C
I
want
to
say
thank
you
to
everyone
for
all
the
nice
projects
that
we
heard
about.
I
look
forward.
I
know.
Last
week
the
city
manager
said
that
he
was
going
to
be
partnering.
He
looked
forward
to
partnering
with
us
the
ddb,
and
I
look
forward
to
that
because
all
of
these
projects
that
we
heard
about
this
evening
are
on
the
horizon.
C
D
I
reiterate
what
everyone
said
thus
far.
I
want
to
focus
and
show
appreciation
for
the
two
recaps
that
we
received
today.
Those
were
wonderful
projects
and
thank
you
so
much
for
all
the
effort
you
and
your
volunteers
put
through
one.
I
want
to
thank
you
for
the
analytics
you
both
provided
in
terms
of
your
recaps.
That's
always
really
helpful,
just
in
terms
of
for
some
folks
who
are
looking
at
how
many
people
were
touched
and,
and
that
sort
of
thing
so
that's
really
helpful,
but
two.
I
really
appreciate
it
from
both
of
your
events.
D
The
encouraging,
like
a
welcoming
environment,
that
your
invited
theme,
I
think,
creates
a
very
in
welcoming
environment
and
as
well.
I
agree
with
you
ma'am
in
terms
of
having
events
that
are
really
focused
on
increasing
diversity
and
increasing
diversity
within
downtown
clearwater
are
extraordinarily
important.
So
thank
you
both
for
your
welcoming
events.
E
For
years,
I've
been
accustomed
to
and
I've
seen,
small
organizations
depart
city
departments,
organizations
like
the
dcma
doing
a
grassroots
boots
on
the
ground
efforts
for
the
revitalized
revitalization
of
downtown,
but
now
I'm
so
thrilled
to
see
a
macro
kind
of
effort.
We
now
have
we're
in
negotiations
with
ruth
eckerd
hall
to
manage
the
amphitheater.
E
E
E
This
is
something
that
was
quite
an
emotional
event
for
people
like
steve
from
the
pro
shop.
This
is
something
that
touched
him
deeply,
and
it
was
wonderful
to
see
something
that
the
gay
community
has
wanted
and
wished
for
for
many
years,
and
I
would
like
to
continue-
and
I
am
working
on
celebrating
other
groups
and
celebrating
diversity
and
inclusivity.
F
And
I'm
sorry,
I
wasn't
able
to
make
it
to
the
flag
raising
today
I
had
another
meeting
to
attend
at
the
same
time
and
I
also
have
to
say
how
impressed
I
am
with
both
the
hispanic
farmers
market
and
the
ukulele
fest,
and
I
I'm
thrilled
that
the
the
events
have
been
successful.
I
hope
they
continue
to
grow
and
at
a
future,
ukulele
fest.
I
would
love
to
see
my
favorite
ukulele
performer,
janet
klein,
so
hopefully
someday
she
can
make
it
here.
A
One
is
because
they're
focused
on
families
and
bringing
lots
of
people
from
all
age
groups
to
downtown,
and
also
because
they
were
successful
in
drawing
a
large
number
of
people
to
downtown
and
introducing
downtown
to
people
that
normally
wouldn't
come
downtown,
possibly
so
again,
we're
grateful
for
that
for
the
efforts
of
all
the
people
that
it
takes
a
lot
of
hard
work
to
put
on
an
event
like
that.
We
understand
that
and
we
appreciate
it
and
we're
happy
to
partner
with
you
on
future
events.
