B
C
A
little
chilly
I
was
here
last
time
that
you
guys
met
so
I
wanted
to
give
you
an
update
on
the
cases
that
we've
had
since
last
time.
It
convened
for
407
South
Jupiter.
So
we've
had
three
that
came
before
that
qualified
for
nuisance
properties,
but
they
have
been
closed
out.
Dude
I'm
not
having
any
further
activity.
One
of
those
was
a
1472
Pierce
Street,
that's
a
single-family
residence.
It
was
a
deemed
a
nuisance
property
on
January,
5th
2018.
The
owner
addressed
concerns
with
a
plum
tenant.
C
They
moved
out,
he
updated
his
rental
agreement
and
since
then
they've
had
no
further
conductivity.
So
that
was
closed
out.
The
other
one
is
1320
Cleveland
Street,
that's
the
old
regal
motel.
That
one
is.
It
was
deemed
a
nuisance
property
on
August,
7
2018,
it
had
a
new
owner
and
they
conducted
extensive
renovations
on
the
property.
So
because
of
that,
all
the
tenants
that
were
creating
the
issues,
your
doubt
because
they're
actually
still
undergoing
renovations
right
there.
C
So
we've
had
no
issues
at
that
property,
but
that
owner
owns
other
hotels
as
well,
so
he's
very
invested
in
cooperative,
so
canter
Sansa
he's
to
be
on
the
property
to
basically
mitigate
who's
there.
The
other
one
is
110
South
San
Remo,
that's
a
single-family
residence
that
was
deemed
a
nuisance
property
in
January
of
2018.
The
owner
of
the
residence
is
no
longer
allowing
her
adult
daughter
to
stay
on
the
property
and
she's.
The
one
I
was
bringing
all
the
trig
activity
there.
C
So
since
she
moved
out
all
that
activity
has
stopped,
the
owners
been
cooperative
would
call
on
the
police
to
have
unwanted
guests
trespassed
for
property,
so
that
one
was
all
closed
out.
So
we
have
seven
that
are
currently
open.
The
first
one
is
210
Waverly
way.
That's
a
single-family
residence
that
one
was
deemed
a
nuisance
property
on
October,
31st
2018,
so
that
one's
a
difficult
situation,
because
that
owner
no
longer
wants
to
own
the
property.
He's
a
co-owner,
the
other
owner
passed
away.
His
wife
took
over
his
over
ship.
C
She
will
not
allow
him
to
sell.
So
his
solution
is
to
let
the
banks
take
it
over.
So
it's
vacant,
it's
the
police
officers
are
going
to
make
it
sure
that
people
aren't
trespassing
and
breaking
into
the
property.
So
all
the
issues
have
stopped
there,
just
because
it's
bacon
and
there's
no
plans
to
actually
have
tenants
in
there
again.
We
have
made
one
drug
arrest
from
theirs
for
possession
of
drugs.
It
was
a
subject
that
broken
and
it
was
basically
just
trespassing
on
the
property.
Oh,
it's
only
been
a
couple
of
minutes.
C
C
There
were
issues
to
address
criminal
activity
on
the
property,
not
that
the
owner
addressed
such
as
improving
his
lighting
and
trespassing
subjects
that
don't
belong
and
that
were
loitering
in
the
common
areas
of
the
property,
the
property
owner
evicted.
The
problem
tenants
on
January
22nd
2019
the
owner,
is
very
cooperative
with
our
suggestions
and
he's
actually
going
to
also
look
to
security
cameras
on
the
outside.
C
There
has
been
no
further
cases
on
that.
One
1005
Pennsylvania
Avenue,
that's
a
single-family
residence.
It
was
deemed
a
nuisance
property
on
January
30th,
2019,
that
in
that
residence
several
family
members
live
within
that
residence.
One
of
the
residents
that
thoughts
on
is
allowed
to
bringing
the
criminal
activity
there.
So
they
have
since
kicked
him
out
at
home.
They're
not
would
no
longer
allowing
people
to
loiter
outside
in
the
common
areas.
So
we
haven't
had
any
further
criminal
activity
at
that
location,
12:05,
north
and
okay.
That's
the
Foodmart.
C
It
was
deemed
a
nuisance
property
on
January
30th
2019.
The
owners
are
very
cooperative.
They
updated
their
blanket
trespass
warning
which
basically
gives
us
the
right
to
trespass
people
from
the
property
after
hours.
A
lot
of
the
issues
will
people
outside
so
they've
kind
of
stopped.
That
and
they'll
call
us
to
move
people
long
after
they
purchased
whatever.
For
this
other
store
and
they'll
just
load
her
on
the
corner,
so
they
don't
allow
that
activity
anymore.
C
We
have
not
had
any
additional
cases
made
there
as
well.
The
other
was
1462
Franklin
Street,
those
are
apartment
complex.
It
was
deemed
a
nuisance
property
I'm
January
30th
2019.
There
have
been
additional
arrests
for
drug
activity
in
February,
but
since
then
the
owners
been
very
receptive
to
our
suggestions.
He's
evicting
all
the
tenants.
I
hope
that
were
involved
with
a
criminal
activity.
C
The
owner
is
continuing
his
efforts
to
improve
the
property
he's
out,
an
exterior
lighting
he's
removed
some
broken-down
vehicles
or
inoperable
that
were
just
parked
on
the
property
that
were
in
high
score
and
uses
the
code
enforcement
issue
and
he's
also
working
on
installing
surveillance
cameras.
So,
since
February
been
no
additional
cases
made
at
that
location,
the
other
was
215
waverly
way.
That's
a
residential
property,
those
Dien
nuisance
property
on
March,
11,
2009
teen.
The
subjects
listed
on
the
nuisance
letter
were
not
the
tenants
as
far
as
the
owner
knew.
C
The
owners
advised
that
all
of
his
apartments
there
have
the
all
his
apartments.
There
had
new
tenants
since
the
time
that
the
drugs
were
sold.
So
the
problem
tenants
were
no
longer
there
and
we
have
not
had
any
additional
cases
at
that
location
and
the
last
one
was
1576
South
Washington
Avenue,
that's
a
single-family
residence.
It
was
deemed
a
nuisance
property
on
March,
11
2009.
The
tenant
is
believed
to
be
involved
in
the
drug
activity.
C
The
owner
is
hesitant
to
evict
him
because
he's
a
very
long,
long-standing
tenant
of
his,
and
they
have
a
personal
relationship
as
well,
so
she's
not
willing
to
evict
them.
We
spoke
about
her
needing
to
update
her
leasing
agreement
because
currently
he's
paying
whenever
he
feels
like
it
and
he's
not
on
a
lease.
C
His
lease
expired,
so
I've
been
speaking
with
her
to
update
that
the
owners
made
efforts
to
clean
up
the
exterior
of
the
property,
but
there
are
still
several
items
there
that
need
to
be
cleaned
up
and
code
enforcement
is
involved
in
those
efforts
as
well.
But
at
this
point
we
have
not
made
any
cases
of
that
property.
D
D
C
C
D
Barber
shop
they
set
up
barbecue
in
that
and
that
yeah
well
I
mean
it's
a
legal
barbecue
right
now,
they're,
not
there
everything
right,
but
that
has
nothing
to.
A
B
B
B
B
A
More
action
I
can't
believe
four
years
ago
by
all
I
guess
they
have
this
thing.
This
is
a
pretty
good
board.
Glad
to
see
people
take
care
of
things
not
having
to
come
before
the
board.
It's
a
great
job,
I
guess
the
police
are
doing
so.
Congratulations
to
you.
People
thank
the
rusty
board
members
for
Nancy
Jack
and
you
are
the
only
three
everything
has
started
and
thank
you
for
your
service.
Thank
you
very
much.
