The agenda for the meeting can be found on the city's website at http://bit.iy/clearwaterCityCouncilMeetings
A
B
Kind
of
wanted
to
bring
the
men
at
Costa
Rican
to
the
20th
sentence,
the
20th
century,
that
they
all
carried
blackened
and
the
small
and
so
I
asked
I'm
sure
enough.
They
had
a
store
with
a
Golf
umbrellas
and
I
was
able
to
get
a
nice
big
white
and
blue
paneled.
One
yeah
I
was
hard
pressed
to
lose.
That.

C
C
C
Point
of
some
effort
to
make
sure
that
we
have
enough
families
to
have
our
school
students,
our
teachers
and
any
citizen
delegates
that
will
be
joining
us
as
part
of
the
60th
anniversary
cultural
exchange.
So
I
will
reference
that
again
in
4.4
and
you
will
see
a
application
that
we've
done
as
far
as
other
internal
recommendations.
I
would
say
that
in
speaking
with
an
Benton
who
is
our
representative
from
Pinellas
County,
School
Board,
that
in
our
future,
selections
for.
C
We
have
also
moved
to
trying
to
involve
the
city's
moccasin
thanks.
Center
they've
had
a
new
director
order,
her
new
manager
out,
and
they
would
wish
to
have
for
multiple
opportunities
at
the
park,
and
so
with
Pam's
recommendation.
We've
scheduled
all
the
orientation
meetings
to
occur
for
the
next
round
of
students
to
be
able
to
take
part.
A
May
I
add
something
yes,
I
wanted
to
tell
let
the
group
know
one
of
the
students
that
went
with
me
this
year
to
Japan,
when
we
were
trying
to
figure
out
what
gifts
we
wanted
to
give
to
the
mayor
and
to
the
superintendent
and
two
people.
She
recommended
that
we
get
clear
frames
and
that
we
press
flowers
and
we
put
them
between
them,
and
so
we
actually
gathered
the
flowers
at
moccasin
lake
park
and
in
the
in
the
center
there.
A
We
pressed
those
flowers
and
got
those
all
ready
and
prepared
frames,
and
they
came
out
really
beautiful
and
they
were
very,
very
well
received
in
Japan
I.
Think
they
really
liked
that
connection
to
the
clear
water
park
and
that
the
students
themselves
had
gathered
the
flowers
and
we
also
put
a
photo
of
the
students
with
the
flowers,
and
it
was
really
nice.
D
D
B
D
A
And
I
are
have
been
on
the
committee
each
year,
okay
and
then
the
representative
and
Mike.
Was
there
last
time
too,
and
then
there
there
is
the
list
and
I'm
gonna
propose.
Chris
and
I
have
not
had
a
chance
to
have
a
real
meeting
since
I've
returned
and
I
have
a
lot
of
ideas
and
things
that
I
think
small
things
that
can
be
done
to
improve
the
way
that
we
choose
the
students
and
and
some
things
like
that.
A
One
of
my
my
concerns
is
having
consistency
in
the
preparation
of
the
chaperon
and
the
students,
and
so
that
was
really
the
purpose
of
me.
Going
this
year
was
for
me
to
have
a
deeper
understanding
of
what
the
program
is
all
about,
and
what
what
the
person,
who
is
the
chaperone
needs
to
do
and
how
they
need
to
prepare
the
students
and
then
what
we
can
do
to
prepare
the
students
prior
to
going
in
and
while
we're
there.
A
And
so
one
of
the
things
that
I'm
working
on
is
I
want
a
little
Bank
of
people
that
we
can
draw
from
for
chaperones
people
who
are
already
really
familiar
with
the
program,
who
probably
would
not
want
to
go
every
year.
You
know
they
keep
sending
Fumi,
which
is
fantastic
for
us
from
Japan
with
the
students.
A
But
but
maybe
somebody
would
go
once
every
three
years
or
something
like
that
and
have
a
few
people
that
we
can
rely
on
so
that
if
it
doesn't
work
out
one
hair,
and
so
is
it
so
I've
been
working
on
some
of
those
things
in
Chris
and
I
will
talk
about
those.
So
there
are
a
lot
of
small
things,
but
you
know.
B
A
O
between
the
two
of
us,
okay,
sure
I,
think
he's
not
used
to
it,
but
anyway
we
can
figure
that
out.
I
think
there
are
a
lot
of
small
tweaks
but
I,
don't
think
they're,
any
big,
substantive
I
think
the
program
itself
is
excellent
and
you
know
I
think
that
with
small
tweaks
you
can
make
it
even
better
than
it
is,
but
but
I
don't
think,
there's
anything
big
and
substantive.
Okay,
we
need
to
change
right.
D
A
F
A
C
An
approved
direction
for
proposed
high
school
exchange
from
Nagano
for
December
6
through
14
2019,
so
I
was
able
to
set
them
on
a
date
with
me
who
was
representing
the
Nagano
school
board,
we
will
accept
the
students
he's
number
six
through
fourteen.
They
didn't
originally
anticipated
coming
in
October,
but
with
our
going
to
Japan
at
pretty
much
the
same
time
that
they
were
requesting.
C
That
would
be
very,
very
difficult
for
us
to
take
on
specifically
I
will
be
traveling
with
the
delegation,
and
so
the
standard,
departmental,
departmental
representatives
will
be
gone
and
I'm
able
to
receive
them.
So
we
were
able
to
find
a
compromise,
December
6
through
14
for
2020.
They
are
requesting
sort
of
a
mid
to
late
October,
which
will
work
fine.
C
Snap
is
open
to
hear
those
and
add
those
to
the
list
of
recommendations
for
the
host
families,
and
then
we
will
also
have
our
traditional
sayonara
party,
we'll
have
a
city
day
as
well.
The
students
will
be
able
to
meet
the
council
and,
depending
upon
what's
happening,
that
point
of
time
at
the
city.
You
can
see
if
they
can
join
in
on
this
one.
E
E
C
D
F
D
A
C
D
A
C
A
A
The
reason
I
say
that
is
Jace
was
that
of
at
a
home
where
there
were
seven
people
in
the
family.
My
family
was
also
seven
people,
but
he
he
shared
with
two
boys,
and
he
was
fine
with
that
and
there
were
it's
no
problem,
but
I
think
it's
the
first
time
that
that's
happened
in
general.
The
students
have
had
their
own
space
right
there,
and
so
at.
A
B
C
Draft,
it's
rather
generic,
but
does
provide
our
citizens
history
of
the
program,
especially
given
that
they
will
see
more
information
regarding
content
on
the
coverage.
The
trip
this
year
with
an
official
delegation
on
the
bottom
you'll
see
an
appeal
for
home
state
host
families.
So
that's
the
last
part
of
the
article
which
spurred
some
of
the
interest
in
getting
this.
C
A
D
C
E
Have
heard
as
well
through
conversations
that
we
do
more
exchanges
than
most
yes,
it's
a
nice,
since
we
do
teachers
and
two
levels
of
students
and
then
the
official
Christopher
I'm
just
wondering
on
this
picture.
Do
we
have
a
recent
picture
of
maybe
some
of
the
high
school
students
in
front
I
just?
Would
that
make
it
more.
C
A
They
do
a
yearly
exchange,
yeah,
there's
a
student
exchange
every
year,
I
write
recommendation
letters
for
kids
every
single
year
that
apply
over
that
yeah,
but
I.
It's
not
like
it's
not
like
ours.
I
think
this
program
is
just
really
well
developed
and
people
care
about
it
and
know
about
it
and
I.
Think
it's
really
different
in
that
way,
and.
D
B
C
C
Direction
for
proposed
sister
cities,
relationship
with
borz
France
so
fix
it
moved
along
well,
with
our
communications
report,
I've
been
in
touch
with
the
bikes
Mayor
Eric
missus
did
you
hopefully
I
met
that
right
and
he's
very
much
in
favor
of
putting
something
over
the
mayor's
desk
I
have
been
following
the
Sister
Cities
International
recommendations
for
starting
a
new
Sister
Cities
programmers.
They
have
a
protocol
and
a
list
of
recommended
steps.
They
are
as
follows.
Initial
communication
focus
communication,
communication
between
the
elected
officials
and
then
you
get
in
to
investigate
investigation
of
exchanges.
C
That's
where
we're
at
now,
the
mayors
have
sent
greetings
to
one
another
which
helps
us
bring
things
before
the
council
and
then
coming.
We
can
have
fun
we'll
be
meeting
one
on
one
with
each
of
the
council
members
to
gauge
their
interest,
or
rather
their
timeframe
of
interest
in
moving
the
relationship,
regardless
of
an
actual
action
on
an
exchange.
A
I
may
be
on
the
Ave.
Well
Bobby!
That's
me!
That
is
a
day.
The
bullet
train.
You
take
the
bullet
train.
Maybe
it
would
be.
You
know,
probably
a
similar
distance
Tokyo
Dena
get
out
very
similar
distance,
I
think
on
a
regular
trainer.
At
best
it
would
probably
be
four
hours
or
so
sixty
sixty
seven
thousand
eight
hundred
and
forty
one
population.
A
D
A
F
A
Made
six
calls
and
I
got
no
response:
oh
okay
and
I,
so
I
just
dropped.
It
I
thought
you
know.
Maybe
it's
not
the
right
time.
Maybe
it's
not
and
we
didn't
know
who
had
made
the
original.
So
I
was
just
calling
like
their
800
number
and
and
saying
hello
and
I
left
a
number
of
messages,
but
I
didn't
hear
back
from
anyone,
but.
A
Probably
the
customer
service
over
you
know,
and
so
they
probably
had
no
idea.
So
I
was
thinking.
Well,
maybe
they'll.
You
know
forward
this
upstairs
or
something
that,
but
maybe,
if
you
have
access
to
information
about
who
who
in
Claire
water
made
an
original
that
would
be
the
person
to
talk
to
they.

Direction
for
60th
anniversary
official
delegation
visits
in
nagano
october
23
29
2019,
so
this
is
our
trip.
I
wanted
to
give
you
a
staff
update
on
what's
happened
so
far,
they've
been
very,
very
busy.
My
notebook
here
we've
made
our
reservations
as
far
as
hotels
and
flights.
We
have
our
intinerary.
We've
asked
for
folks
to
join
us
as
citizens
and
as
board
members
Sally
and
her
sister
will
be
joining
us
from
the
sister
cities.
Folks,
some
interest
on
part
of
their
membership
that
can
be
have
communicated
to
me.
So
I
think
there
were.
C
D
C
F
A
I
think
she
was
waiting
for
you
to
contact
her
mommy,
but
I.
Will
I
I
thought
that's
what
we
said,
but
but
anyway,
then
under
Dansky,
because
I
can't
go
on
that
trip.
Linda
was
already
planning
to
be
in
Japan
at
that
time,
so
she
would
like
to
participate
with
the
delegation.
As
my
representative
of
the
school
board
and.
F
A
C
C
A
The
josephs
when
the
students
came
last
year,
the
Josephson
Hanna
was
one
of
the
students
that
went
with
me.
They
had
a
friend
who
hosted
one
of
the
students
this
last
year,
but
it's
a
Japanese
woman
who's
lived
in
the
United
States
for
twenty
or
thirty
years,
and
that
could
be,
if
you
contacted
Christina,
Joseph
I,
don't
remember,
I
think
the
woman's
name
is
Reiki
or
something
like
that.
But
if
you
contact
Christina
Joseph,
she
could
get
you
in
touch
with
her
and
she
would
probably
be
a
really
good
candidate,
for
that
is.
D
D
E
Are
we
have
a
board
who
is
actually
from
Nagano
the
summer
I,
don't
know
if
she'd
be
willing
to
go
back
great,
but
I
could
talk
to
her
and
she
might
be
able
to
give
me
some
and
I
might
have
foodies
email
that
she
gave
me
from
the
last
trip.
If
it's
still
good.
Thank.
C
A
A
A
Men
and
oh
wow,
she
lives
in
Matsumoto.
It
looks
good
I'm,
a
nurse
I
wait:
yeah
yeah.
In
fact
she
was
so
busy
we
couldn't
get
together
and
I
was
there.
I
was
hoping
that
we
would
be
able
to
get
together
and
they're.
Just
we
were
very,
very
busy
too,
but
yeah
just
didn't
work
out,
so
we
texted
each
other
a
lot
boy.
It.
C
D
A
Write
the
new
interpreter
for
the
the
city
there
is
named,
Alexandra
I
didn't
get
to
meet
her,
but
several
people
told
me
about
her
because
Salah
was
leaving
because
Paige
left
whenever
you're
Jude
years
ago
and
Salah
was
in
for
a
couple
of
years
and
now
it's
gonna,
be
somebody
named
Alexandra
starting
the
first
of
August
I.
Think,
okay,
so
they'll
have
an
interpreter
there
too,
and
that's
select
usually
from
the
jet
program,
so
they're,
American
or
Australian
primarily,
but
could
be
British
or
something
but
yeah.
A
D
We
have
one
more
meeting
before
we
go,
but
it
you
know,
experiment,
probably
kind
of
good
to
think
about
I
mean
I'm
sure
you
are
Christopher
Dean
about
okay.
What
do
we
want
to
accomplish
on
this
trip?
You
know
whatever?
What
is
their
goal?
What
water
do
we
want
to
carry
to
them
and
we
want
to
handle,
and
we
got
a
lot
of
things
discussed
it
last
is-
is.

Up
in
Natalie's
absence-
and
he
helped
us
quite
a
bit
so
I
want
to
say
thank
you
to
both
our
young
ambassadors,
traveled
to
Japan
June
5th
to
the
19th.
The
families
and
the
students
seemed
very
happy.
We
did
a
post
survey
and
everything
seemed
very
positive,
they're,
looking
forward
to
making
their
presentations
to
the
City
Council,
probably
sometime
in
September,.
D
E
There
were
some
problems
with
insurance
and
security
to
put
these
in
the
Historical
Society,
but
we
are
trying
to
establish
a
relationship
with
them
and
actually
they
have
rooms
that
possibly
we
can
hold
some
of
our
events
in
the
future
and
we've
also
been
talking
that
they've
about
doing
a
Japanese
garden.
We
were
hoping
we
were
hoping
to
have
some
of
this
stuff
all
in
place
when
our
Nagano
visitors
come
so
that
maybe
it
could
be
an
exhibit
that
opens
up
with
income.
So
we've
got
stuff
going
again.
F
C
E
You
have
some
expertise
in
this.
My
people
upcoming
events,
August
1st
and
thank
you
to
Chris
for
helping
us
get
the
location.
Our
young
ambassadors
are
doing
a
presentation
to
the
board
to
a
kind
of
a
pre
presentation
for
the
City
Council
and
then
September
7th,
again
Thank
You
Christopher.
We
are
doing
a
moon
viewing
festival
at
moccasin.
E
Like
a
couple
years
ago
we
had
a
ton
of
auto
festival,
but
that
was
in
the
summer
this
one
we're
trying
something
different,
but
we
think
moccasin
Lake
will
be
a
great
location
to
hold
this
event:
November
3rd,
our
Hamburger
Mary's
and
that's
our
main
event
to
raise
money
for
our
scholarship
funds,
we're
anxious
to
start
planning
the
NACA
new
visitors
coming
in
2020
and
as
always,
we
offer
that
we
will
host
them
for
an
event.
Usually
you
know
we
we've
done
I,
think
the
shirts
at
Sankey.
E
We
had
a
dinner
one
time
and
the
last
time
was
on
the
boat,
our
board,
liked
the
boat
events
and
we'd
kind
of
like
to
do
that
again.
If
the
city
is
not
gonna,
do
that
and
we
thought
maybe
knocking
Oh-
didn't
want
the
students
next
year
because
of
the
Olympics,
but
apparently
they
are
still
planning
for
the
students
to
come,
and
so
those
exchanges
will
still
be
going
on
next.
A
That
was
said
to
me
repeatedly.
While
we
were
there
was,
we
didn't
know
anything
at
all
about
our
host
families
until
really
like
I
need
to
learned
about
mine
three
days
before
we
left
on
the
trip.
The
students
got
there's
a
little
bit
earlier,
but
they
said
that,
because
there
were
so
many
middle
school
students
this
year
that
they
had
a
terrible
time
finding
those
families
for
us
so
I'm
wondering,
if
has
anybody
talked
to
you
about?
Maybe
limiting
the
number
of
students.

A
And
it
is
the
same
host
families
over
and
over
a
lot
of
the
times,
and
that's
great
I
mean
you
know.
They're
wonderful
I
mean
amazing
host
families.
We
had
such
good
experiences,
but
but
I
know
that
that's
an
issue
for
us
too,
and
so,
if
we
had
to
find
you
know
15
host
families
all
the
same.
That
would
be.
That
would
be
tough
for
13
yeah.
E
A
D
F
A
A
I
was
really
surprised
by
that,
because
even
a
Fumi
who
has
nothing
to
do
with
with
any
event
mentioned
it
to
me
like
three
times
what
it
would
a
tough
time
they
had
finding
house
families
because
it
was
so
soon-
and
you
know
we
all
of
our
visits
are
roughly
the
same
time
the
two
teachers
go,
your
chaperones
go,
your
I
mean
your
group
goes
and
the
high
school
kids
go
so
we're
we're
close
to
overlapping.
So
you
know,
I,
don't
know
what
we
can
do
about
that,
because
summer
is
really
pretty
much.
A
A
E
A
Quo
has
a
lot
of
those
families
are
the
same
families
because
they
have
multiple
kids
and
they're.
Some
of
them
are
in
high
school
and
some
that
were
in
Roseville,
and
that
was
you
know.
Jase
ended
up
staying
with
a
family
that
had
daughters
in
high
school
and
they
apologized
over
and
over,
and
we
said
you
know
it's:
okay,
we're
not
distressed.
You
know
cuz
the
the
the
boys
they
had,
two
boys
and
two
girls
and
the
boys
were
one,
was
junior
high,
neuromas
elementary
and
but
I
mean
we
should
have
seen
Jase
with
him.

Would
like
to
continue
something
that's
already
been
met.
I
mentioned
I
I
would
like
to
know
when
we
want
the
students
to
present
to
the
board.
I
think
that
their
City
Council
I
mean.
That
would
be
great
if
we
could
have
that
date
and
I
can
start
working
with
the
kids
and
I've
already
told
them.
You
know
to
get
started
preparing,
but
but
yeah.
If
we
could
get
a
date
on
the
calendar
yeah.
That
would
be
great
I.
