From YouTube: CCG Neighborhood Meeting Moye Estates - District 4
Description
City Officials held a Fourth Neighborhood Meeting on Monday November 21st, 2022 at Moye Estates off Buena Vista Rd. in Columbus, Georgia. The "All Hands on Deck Campaign" is to help clean up our neighborhoods and our city.
A
A
We
are
meeting
with
the
residents
of
Moy
Estates
right
here,
and
this
is
the
all
hands
on
deck
campaign,
and
this
is
strictly
just
a
cleanup
effort.
We're
going
neighborhood
to
Neighborhood,
because
the
citizens
in
the
neighborhood
are
inviting
us
in
to
come
so
that
they
can
help
us.
We
help
them
clean
up
their
neighborhood
and
that's
what
this
is
all
about.
You
know
Finding
Champions
in
the
neighborhood
that
will
come
in
and
group
together
to
help
clean
it
up.
You
know
with
so
much
litter
that
we
have
going
on
with
other
waste.
A
We
need
to
clean
it
up,
particularly
that's
what
one
thing
that
we
saw
during
the
pandemic
that
you
know
trash
just
everywhere.
People
just
didn't
care,
and
so
we
are
now
going
neighborhoods
and
neighborhood
just
kind
of
getting
that
that
that
sense
of
Pride
back
into
the
neighborhood
well.
B
The
event
at
the
house
was
to
address
some
of
the
issues
and
concerns
of
the
citizens
and
the
homeowners
out
here
in
the
morning
States
area.
We
have
a
extremely
very
proud
area,
it's
75
to
80
percent
military
retired,
and
we
also
want
to
make
sure
that
we
address
all
the
concerns
and
issues
and
keep
our
area
safe
and
beautiful.
You
know,
as
everybody
enjoy
the
area
we.
C
Have
a
Columbus
3-1-1,
the
app
is
available
on
both
the
Apple
Play
Store
I
mean
the
Apple
Store
and
the
Google
Play
Store.
Once
you
download
the
app
you're
able
to
put
in
any
work
order
that
you
may
see
if
you're
garbage
was
missed,
if
you
see
a
pothole
or
if
you're,
just
simply
looking
for
information
such
as
like
our
holiday
schedule,
the
upcoming
events
with
the
Columbus
Consolidated
Government
they're,
all
located
on
our
3-1-1
app
the
privilege
of
it,
is
that
it
has
GPS
location.
C
So
if
you
don't
remember
the
name
of
the
street
that
you're
on
the
app
automatically
pings
where
you
are,
and
if
you
sign
up
to
get
notifications
on
your
work
order,
say,
for
instance,
you
put
in
a
request
for
someone
to
come
and
look
at
a
ditch
or
drain
once
it
is
received
from
the
appropriate
Department
you'll
get
a
notification
on
each
activity
that
is
inputted
on
your
work
order.
C
B
What
I
understand
more
States
is
a
golden
secret
of
Columbus
Georgia.
It's
a
beautiful
neighborhood,
we're
tucked
right
here
in
the
woods,
but
we
are
very
proud
for
area
and
it
was
very
important
to
get
the
city
involved.
You
know
to
try
to
address
all
the
concerns
and
issues
that
we
have
to
have
it
here
was
a
good
location.
Is
you
know
for
the
people
you
know
to
come
out
and
fellowship
and
mingle
and
get
to
meet
the
city
officials?
B
These
are
the
people
that
we
elect
to
do
these
certain
jobs
and
it's
best
to
have
a
communication
with
them.
You
know
on
a
daily
basis.
You
know
corporate
Florence,
who
is
open,
the
HOA
Department
her
in
office
of
Mooney.
They
do
a
fantastic
job
anytime.
We
call
have
any
concerns.
They
always
there
to
try
to
address
all
the
issues
and
concerns
that
we
have.
So
we
have
a
phenomenal
communication
with
Council
councilwoman
Tucker.
She
do
a
a
very
good
job
and
whenever
I
have
something
at
the
house,
she's
always
very
supportive.
D
Tonight
was
the
fourth
series
of
all
hands
on
deck,
the
second
in
District
Four,
which
is
my
district,
we're
here
at
more
Estates.
D
You
know,
I,
try
my
best
not
to
have
favorites
but
to
be
a
counselor.
This
is
a
military
Community.
It
feels
like
home.
It's
about
85
percent
individuals
who
live
in
this
community
are
retired
veterans,
military
members,
but
it's
just
important
because
one
this
is
citizen
engagement.
You
know
we
always
preach
that
we
want.
You
know
our
citizens
to
be
engaged.
D
We
want
to
empower
them
with
knowledge
and
being
here
tonight
shows
that
it
empowered
and
informed
citizen
will
be
extremely
engaged,
and
these
individuals
not
only
provided
us
with
a
checklist
in
a
manila,
folder
I
said
that
was
real
military
and
we
were
able
to
get
on
the
bus
and
to
or
the
whole
Community
is
showing.
D
You
know
the
issues
that
they
have
been
seeing.
You
know
for
years
and
now,
as
as
city
employees,
the
directors
know
exactly
what
to
go
back
and
how
to
address
it.
So
it's
it's
been
a
success
I'm,
so
thankful
for
Deputy
city
manager,
Lisa,
Goodwin
and
all
the
directors
who
have
been
involved
in
individuals
with
Columbus
consolidated
government
during
this
all
hands
on
deck,
just
very
proud
of
the
city
and
the
citizens.
