A
A
The
other
thing
is
that
there
are
so
many
organizations
and
people
in
our
community
who
are
working
for
so
many
different
causes
and
they
don't
always
they're,
not
always
the
ones
you
see,
they're,
not
always
the
ones
in
suits
and
ties
and
going
to
different
dinners
and
benefits.
There
are
people
who
are
working
boots
on
the
ground,
helping
out
these
certain
students
and
many
others
I'm
going
to
talk
to
just
one
representative
of
such
an
organization.
Right
now
he's
mr.
Chris
Brown,
no
relation
to
the
singer,
how
you
doing
I'm.
A
B
B
Here
today,
with
the
sons
of
Sodom
EMC,
we
have
a
local
chapter
here
in
Columbus
Georgia,
but
we
have
other
chapters
throughout
the
nation
and
all
of
us
believe
in
giving
back
to
the
community
in
some
form
of
fashion.
We
all
Prince
Hall
Mason's
related,
and
so
you
know,
one
thing
we
do
believe
is
helping
others
reaching
back.
So
a
couple
years
ago,
I'm
talking
with
dr.
Nelson,
doing
some
mentoring
in
the
school.
She
told
me
about
some
kids
that
she
was
working
with
who
was
experiencing
homelessness
and
they
called
the
mckinney-vento.
B
So
for
people
who
don't
understand
who
mckinney-vento
is
it's
the
actual
federal
act
that
helps
homeless
kids
experiencing
homelessness
throughout
the
school
year
and
believe
it
or
not?
I
was
surprised
when
I
found
out
how
many
kids
they
dealt
with
on
a
year-to-year
basis.
It's
over
about
1300
kids
a
year
that
fall
into
the
mckinney-vento
act,
and
so
the
resources
over
there
have
been
cut
some
dealing
with
so
many
kids.
They
go
through
the
item
so
fast
that
it's
been
times.
I
walked
into
the
room
and
it
just
been
depleted
because
they're
trying
to
service.
B
So
many
kids,
so
we
came
up
on
with
idea
and
they
started
with
mr.
Teddy
Reese
over
at
Georgia
Alpha
C.
That
was
the
first
time.
I
went
to
him.
We
didn't
have
a
501
C
3
and
we
were
like
man.
We
need
somebody
to
partner
with
to
go
to
Walmart
and
try
to
you
know,
get
some
supplies,
so
they
partnered
with
us
the
first
two
years
and
we
did
about
five
$6,000
for
items
that
we
donated
to
the
school
boy
and
it
went
so
so
well
hate
that
he
left
I'm
glad.
B
He
did
because
now
he's
an
attorney
doing
his
own
thing
and
whatnot,
but
when
he
left
we
no
long
way
but
a
partner
with
them.
So
the
clerk
came
together
and
decided
to
get
our
own
501c3.
So
now
that
we
have
that
we
went
back
to
Walmart
and
they
had
me
asking
this
like
when
y'all
coming
back
when
y'all
coming
back.
So
this
is
our
first
year
back,
I'm
doing
it
and
it
will
be
September.
The
7th
and
the
8th
from
10
to
2
p.m.
so.
A
B
When
you
come
out,
we'll
have
fliers
at
the
door
and
we
give
everybody
flies
as
they're
going
in
and
you
can
go
in
and
pick
up.
School
supplies
uniforms,
backpacks
belts,
hygiene
items,
whatever
it
is
on
the
best
you
want
to
get
and
on
your
way
out
the
door
just
dropping
in
the
book
is
we
have
several
buggies
at
both
doors,
dropping
inside
the
Bergen
it'll,
be
there
Saturday
and
that
Sunday
okay.
And
on
top
of
that,
we
also
a
help.
We
would
have
hamburgers
and
hotdogs
plates
for
five
dollars.
B
A
B
B
So
we
try
to
get
them
in
about
this
time
and
then
we'll
maybe
come
back
again
after
the
holidays
and
do
it
again
because
these
kids,
you
know,
we
won't
need
kids
to
go
to
school,
feel
safe,
feel
like
you
know,
they
have
the
same
supplies,
other
kids
have
and
they
don't
have
to
have
a
stress
and
strain
of
being
picked
on,
or
you
know
everybody
looking
at
them
like
they
just
don't
have
what
they
need,
and
we
just
want
to
try
to
give
these
kids
what
they
need.
So
they
can
be
successful
right.
A
Because
you
can't
always
look
at
a
student
and
know
that
they're
experiencing
homelessness
a
lot
of
times,
if
you're
dealing
with
something
like
that
you're
doing
everything
you
can
so
that
nobody
does
know
exactly
so.
You
all
are
doing
something.
Why
didn't
you
do
it?
Some?
The
for
students
then
may
not
get
notice.
Then,
like
you
said
there
are
so
many
toy
drives
and
stuff
mm-hmm
their
first
wear
school
first
get
started,
but
I'll
complete.
Is
they
you
need?
You
need
those
pencils
and
paper
the
next
month
and
the
next
month
and.
B
A
month
after
that,
yes
and
people
don't
really
understand,
wonder
I
just
want
to
stress
this.
Anybody
can
experience
this.
We're
not
just
talking
about
kids
who
come
from
just
poverty
right
homes
just
take
for
your
house
to
catch
on
fire
or
your
parents
lose
a
job
and
not
get
paid
for
a
couple
of
months.
You
know
it
don't
really
take
a
lot,
so
it's
not
just
kids
living
in
the
street
living
on
the
bridge.
B
You
could
be
staying
with
family
members
experience
and
there's
a
disaster
or
whatever,
and
you
just
need
some
support
to
get
by.
Most
of
the
kids
I
can
say
are
the
ones
that
I
met
did
not
trouble
kids
and
they
said
a
bag
here
they
just
in
bad
situations,
but
they
are
really
good
kids,
so
we
just
want
to
help
them.
You
know
much
as
we
can.
B
B
B
B
B
A
B
B
If
they
want
to
help
out,
you
know
they
can
definitely
feel
free
to
go
by
there,
but
on
those
two
days
we
just
have
a
good
time
and
they
can
come
out
to
Walmart,
buy
the
stuff
make
the
donations,
and
we
normally
turn
to
me
in
the
next
school
board.
Meeting
that
comes
up.
You
bring
all
the
supplies
and
make
a
presentation
to
them.
This.
A
Is
a
great
thing
not
just
for
us
adults
and
as
parents
bring
your
kids
outdoors,
let
them
take
their
little
allowance,
he
doesn't
take.
It
doesn't
cost
a
lot
to
buy
a
folder
or
passing
show
them
giving
back.
Show
them
what
it's
like
to
do
for
folks.
That,
yes,
it'll,
may
be
a
neat
and
they
get
to
see
the
bikes
get
the
hang
out.
It's
a
good
thing
all
around
and.
B
We
asked
others,
you
know
we're
putting
it
out
for
the
other
biker,
so
it
nine
times
out
of
ten
it
beat.
It
will
be
more
than
just
sir,
the
Solomons
out
there.
You
got
a
lot
of
great
mcs
in
this
area
that
you
know
y'all
see.
You
know
we
ride
the
bikes,
we
have
fun,
but
you
see
a
lot
of
these
guys
doing
a
lot
of
great
things
around
the
city.
Like
you
say
before
they
don't
we
don't
look
for
the
necessary
limelight,
it's
all
about
what
can
we
do
as.
