We'll start with tyshee exercises for warm-ups and cooldowns.

Remember before doing any exercises, it's very important that you warm the body up and when you complete your exercises, you should cool the body down today, we'll start with three sets of exercises, starting with the neck, the shoulders, the spine, the hips the knees and the ankles we'll begin slow, smooth and gentle remember to work at your comfort level.
