A
A
I
told
you
I
was
going
to
introduce
you
to
our
heroine
now
when
I
mentioned
that
just
a
little
while
ago,
she's
so
mine.
She
said
who
are
you
talking
about
me?
Yes,
I'm
talking
about
dr
asante
hiltz.
Let
me
tell
you
why
you
know
when
everybody
was
getting
on
the
computer
typing
in
for
for
the
for
the
shots
covered
vaccinations,
my
wife
and
I
now
we're
in
our
70s.
Now
we
should
be
at
the
top
of
the
list.
My
wife
said.
A
I
know
we
should
we
kept
waiting,
waiting
waiting
and,
I
said,
wait
a
minute.
I
want
to
make
sure
my
hun
buns
that
covert
sees
a
little
bit
of
this
gray
and
hop
on
my
wife
and
I
like
a
big
dog,
so
I
mentioned
to
isaiah
hillary
city
manager,
city
manager.
This
is
the
problem
he
said
I'll,
take
care
of
it
call
dr
asante
hiltz,
our
heroine
in
the
bard's
household
and
guess
what
the
next
day
bing
bing
bing.
We
got
our
shots.
A
See
she's
smart
two
points.
She
has.
The
doctor
helps
you,
but
she
took
care
of.
She
took
care
of
us.
We're
gonna
have
a
really
good
program
and
one
of
my
favorite
subjects.
You
know
that
diabetes
is
something
that
attacks
every
organ
in
the
body,
from
your
eyes
to
your
kidneys
and
so
she's,
going
to
give
some
advice
really
good,
because
I
went
through
the
slides,
they're
off
the
chain
good
on
how
to
prevent
diabetes
and
there's
a
part
in
the
back.
A
That
really
really
touched
my
heart
when
she's
talking
about
something
yellow,
I'm
going,
I'm
not
going
to
let
the
cook
out
the
bag,
but
that
peaked.
My
wife
and
I
are
attention
when
we
went
through
this.
Like
oh,
we
said
that's
exactly
for
us,
and
so
dr
hilster
ball
is
in
your
court
and
we're
going
to
let
you
go
with
these
marvelous
slides
that
you
have
here.
B
Awesome
so
I'm
very
excited
today,
because
just
as
pops
just
explained,
diabetes
is
a
problem,
that's
affecting
our
community,
and
we
see
it
here,
especially
in
muscogee
county,
where
our
numbers
for
diabetes
are
especially
high.
So
in
the
health
department
our
focus
is
prevention,
columbus
has
plenty
of
providers
who
can
assist
people
once
they
have
a
diabetes
diagnosis,
but
our
primary
focus
is
to
help
people
prevent
diabetes
and
to
help
them
understand
if
they
have
diabetes
early
on,
so
that
they
can
get
treatment
that
they
need.
A
B
Is
a
cdc,
recognized
lifestyle
change
program
and
the
reason
why
I'm
making
an
emphasis
on
lifestyle
change
is
because
that's
the
most
difficult
thing
to
change
is
how
we
live
our
lives.
So
if
you
go
to
the
next
slide,
I'm
going
to
explain
a
little
bit
about
diabetes
and
how
you
can
prevent
it.
So
there's
something
that's
called
pre-diabetes
and
most
of
us
hear
diabetes
all
the
time.
But
pre-diabetes
is
what
you
get
when
you're
almost
at
the
diabetes
place
right
and
we
want
to
help
people
not
get
to
the
diabetes
placement
right.
A
B
Pre-Diabetes
is
when
you
have
a
higher
than
normal
blood
glucose,
and
this
is
important
because
it
can
lead
to
heart
disease.
It
can
lead
to
stroke,
it
can
lead
to
type
2
diabetes
and
that's
where
we
want
to
stop
people
from
getting
to.
So,
if
you
think
about
this,
if
you
are
in
the
situation
where
you're
overweight,
which
a
lot
of
us
are
if
we
have
a
family
history
of
diabetes,
if
we're
not
physically
active,
which
we
know,
especially
during
the
pandemic,
the
last
two
years,
it's
been.
A
B
So
there's
a
lot
of
people
struggling
with
this
right
now,
there's
96
million
americans
who
have
pre-diabetes
wow
how
many
96
million
that's
awesome
and
the
the
scary
thing
is
that
8
out
of
10
of
those
people
don't
even
know
that
they
had
it
wow.
So
really
we
want
to
focus
on
getting
people
aware
paying
attention.
If
you
meet
these
risk
factors,
let's
determine
if
you
have
pre-diabetes
or
even
if
you're,
in
a
risk
category
and
don't
have
pre-diabetes.
What
can
you
do
to
help
prevent
getting
to
that
place
and.
A
B
Absolutely
very
very
prevalent,
and
you
can
see
on
the
slide
that
type
2
diabetes
accounts
for
about
90
of
all
diabetes
cases.
We
know
there's
a
type
1
and
type
2
diabetes,
but
type
2
is
impacted
by
our
lifestyle
in
muscogee
county.
We
have
that
higher
percentage
of
overweight
individuals
and
inactive
individuals,
and
that
means
they
have
the
higher
risk
of
developing
pre-diabetes.
B
A
B
B
B
B
A
A
Wow,
so
that
gives
the
average
person
an
opportunity
to
gradually
change
because,
like
you
said,
it's
a
lifestyle
and
everyone
who's
seen
me
recently
knows
that
I've
lost
52
pounds,
wow,
oh
and
it
it's
a
lifestyle
change.
Now,
I'm
going
to
say
something
dr
hill
said
they
say:
confession
is
good
for
the
soul.
One
of
my
breakfasts
used
to
be
about
a
stack
of
pancakes
like
that
with
a
thing
of
butter
like
this
here
with
that
a
lager,
stirrup
or
dripping
on
the
top.
Now
what
I'm
eating
is
fruit.
A
B
A
B
A
B
B
So
we
want
to
help
people
learn
about
healthy
eating,
learn
about
ways
that
they
can
increase
their
physical
activity,
even
in
small
things.
We
do
like
choosing
to
take
the
stairs
and
and
building
into
our
schedule,
some
opportunities
to
walk
throughout
the
day
and
getting
an
exercise
partner,
trying
to
help
remove
barriers
for
healthy
lifestyle
change
and
just
over
24
hours
total
to
change
your
life.
A
This
is
something
that
everyone
can
do
and
be
committed
to,
and
what
I
like
about
this
is
that
it's
not
overnight.
It
is
a
gradual
process
and
I,
like
the
communal
aspect
of
it,
so
everybody
can
be
mutually
supportive.
I
think
that's
awesome.
Everybody
needs
encouragement
and
something
like
this
here
is
just
thinking
outside
the
box.
That's.
B
Right
so
moving
on
to
that
next
slide,
here's
what
I
want
everybody
to
understand
that
we
have
a
class
that's
coming
up
in
may
this
may
oh
wow,
and
we
want
you
to
be
a
part
of
that
class.
So
if
you
want
to
learn
more
we're
going
to
have
a
virtual
information
session
just
so
you
can
hop
on
on
april
28th,
which
is
also
online,
to
ask
your
questions.
A
B
Our
brains,
we
want
to
encourage
you
to
join
the
class.
We
understand
that
it
is
a
big
commitment,
because
it's
about
a
year-long
commitment,
but
we
want
you
to
be
a
part
of
this,
so
this
class
is
coming
up
in
may
and
we
want
you
to
sign
up
for
it.
So
you
can
see
on
the
slide
that
you
can
meet
the
coaches.
B
We
have
some
phenomenal
coaches
and
we
have
some
of
our
dietitians
who
are
part
of
this
program
from
our
health
department.
This
will
give
you
a
chance
to
enroll
in
the
program
and
then
learn
what
to
expect
from
the
class
and
ask
as
many
questions
as
you
want.
You
can
invite
your
friends
and
family
members
to
come
along
with
you,
because
it's
a
lifestyle
change,
so
we
want
people
who
are
part
of
your
life
to
be
a
part
of
your
journey.
A
Well,
we're
going
to
do
whatever
we
can
do,
and
I
know
I
see
mike
over
here
shaking
his
head
like
this
here
and
mike
is
so
glad
that
you're
coming
because
you
know
mike,
has
lost
a
considerable
amount
of
weight
himself
and
he
walks
every
day
and
I
have
to
keep
knowing
that
mike
you're
doing
an
excellent
job.
So
this
is
fitting
right
into
a
lot
of
individual
schedules
here
and
we're
going
to
make
sure
that
you
get
the
counsel
to
let
everyone
know
about
this
here
program.
A
Awesome
awesome,
that's
this
is
awesome.
I
mean
this
is
awesome
opportunity
for
anyone
who
wants
to
be
healthy
because
the
reality
of
the
situation
is
you
need
to
start
working
towards
your
health.
The
good
lord
gave
you
a
body.
Your
body
is
your
temple.
You
need
to
take
care
of
it.
I'm
going
to
be
honest
with
you.
A
You
don't
want
to
wait
to
the
last
moment
and
get
a
wake-up
call
and
say
that
you've
got
to
do
this
here,
so,
while
you're
in
the
driver's
seat,
you
need
to
do
it,
even
if
you
are
in
a
situation,
you're
empowered
enough
to
maintain
your
wellness
so
that
you
can
have
a
strong
long,
healthy
life
with
your
loved
ones
and
see
that's
what
I
center
in
on
for
all
the
grandkids
and
the
great
grandkids
that
I
have
that's.
Why
I
lost
that
52
pounds.
A
B
A
B
A
And
that
is
awesome
deals
with
the
apple
body
shape.
You
saw
the
program
last
month
and
I'm
so
glad
you
wanna
know
something.
I'm
gonna
go
with
for
our
health
department
and
all
the
phenomenal
individuals
in
here,
starting
with
dr
hilton.
Would
you
look
in
there
again,
dr
hills
before
we
go
into
the
whammer
and
let
them
know
how
to
contact
you
and
everyone
before
you
go
into
that
little
secret,
we're
going
to
lay
on
you
absolutely.
B
B
All
right,
so
you
got
the
teaser.
The
color
is
yellow.
The
name
of
the
program
is
yellow
dot.
Yes,
so
if
you
go
to
the
next
slide,
I
just
want
to
explain
some
information
about
why
this
program
we're
excited
about
it.
Why
it's
going
to
be
helpful
to
you,
because
it's
going
to
give
you
an
opportunity
to
have
information
in
your
home
so
that
in
case
there
was
ever
any
an
emergency
and
an
emergency
health
professional
had
to
get
to
you.
You
would
have
information
already
documented.
B
A
We
know
how
important
something
like
that
is,
and
we
realize
how
important
it
is
that
something
were
to
happen
with
us
where
we
could
not
verbalize
anything.
The
information
would
be
there.
So
as
benjamin
franken
used
to
say,
doctor
ounces
prevention
is
worth
a
pound
of
cure.
This
is
the
pound
of
cure.
Right
here
is
to
have
that
type
of
information.
You
want
to
know
something.
Dr
hiltz,
you
you,
you
just
offered
you
a
lebron,
you
just
off
the
chain
with
with
this
program
with
the
pre-diabetes
and
with
the
yellow.
This
is
awesome.
A
Would
you
speak
again,
because
this
both
programs
are
awesome
and
I'd
like
to
invite
you
to
counsel
for
our
evening
if
it's
convenient
for
you
to
come
now
evening,
because
you,
this
is
right
around
the
corner
when
you're
talking
about,
we
want
to
give
them
enough
information
to
start
them
off.
I'd
like
to
have
you
come
back,
I
know
mike
is
going
to
run
this
program.
I
know
you
got
a
flyer
that
mike
will
run
to
try
to
get
as
many
people
into
that
program
for
pre-diabetes,
because
that
is.
A
It
is
a
blessing
because
I
will
tell
everyone
you
don't
want
to
wait
until
something
happens
where
you're
in
a
situation,
a
crisis
situation,
that's
the
worst
thing
to
be
in
and
here's
another
thing,
though.
The
good
lord
made
the
body
in
such
a
way
that
it's
recuperative
powers
is
awesome.
You
can
you
can
look
at
me,
52
pounds,
78
years
old,
thank
you
good,
lord
and
and
trying
to
get
to
a
hundred.
A
So
you
see
when
I
think
about
my
grandkids,
especially
one
little
little
girl
that
she
says
papa
you're
gooder
than
good.
I
want
to
be
around
for
her
when
she
gets
a
little
bit
older.
So
you
know
when
I
look
at
the
pancakes
with
the
butter
on
the
top
and
the
oozing,
the
lager
syrup
going
down
the
bottom-
and
I
was
thinking
about
her-
I
said,
give
me
that
yogurt
over
there,
let
me
start
and
so
for
all
of
you.
This
is
a
gift.
The
pre-diabetes!
A
Please,
please,
please
spread
the
word.
This
benefits
this
entire
community
and
it's
a
communal
thing
where
your
neighbors
can
get
together,
hold
each
other's
hands
and
say:
let's
go
walking,
and
I
can.
I
am
one
that
can
say
I
started
out
just
I'll
be
honest
with
you
10
minutes
and
I
did
it
in
three
or
four
increments
a
day.
Now,
I'm
up
to
20
minutes
heading
for
25
and
feeling
awesome.
A
So
I
would
encourage
all
of
you
all
these
benefits
right
here
that
dr
our
heroine,
my
wife
and
I,
as
heroin
lebron,
has
been
brought
these
programs.
We
need
to
take
advantage
of
it,
so
so
one
last
time
doctor
so
that
they
can
say
they
didn't
know
where
how
to
reach
you.
Would
you
look
in
there
before
we
close
and
let
everybody
know
absolutely.
