B
A
Okay,
what
you
have
for
us
today
well
I'll,
tell
you
what
I
want
to
get
right
into
it,
because
we're
not
going
to
have
so
much
time
today,
and
I
want
everybody
to
hear
the
word
recivitism
recivitism.
Have
you
ever
heard
that
word
you've
heard
that
word?
Yes,
recivitism!
It
is
the
tendency
of
a
convicted
criminal
to
reoffend,
that's
recivitism!
A
Oh,
did
you
know
that
somebody
who,
in
their
younger
days
may
do
something,
obviously
that
would
be
harmful
to
themselves
or
criminal
activity
for
them
to
be
able
to
get
back
into
jail
all
those
years
of
their
life
of
their
lives
can
cost
anywhere
from
three
million
to
three
and
a
half
million
dollars.
One
person,
one
one
individual
between
three
million
and
three
and
a
half
million
dollars,
depending
on
the
level
of
care
right
that
they
need.
A
But
I
say
that
because
we
just
had
our,
we
just
had
our
awards
of
our
funding
for
crime
prevention
and
the
grant
funding
and
all
of
those
organizations
that
applied
a
whole
48
of
them.
A
A
They
are
involved
in
the
community
and
the
activities
that
they
do
and
that
they
have
throughout
the
year
are
meant
to
curb
crime
and
if
one
child
one
child
right,
if
one
child
out
of
all
the
people
affected
from
all
the
different
organizations
that
were
awarded
grant
money,
just
one
stays
out
of
jail.
A
Well,
we
just
saved
a
bunch
of
money
right
because
I
spent
750
000
and
again
I
told
you
that
the
the
time
and
the
money
and
the
effort
that
the
government
spends
on
someone
back
into
back
into
jail
over
and
over
again
reoffending,
and
that
is
recivitism
and
once
that
happens,
yeah
it
is.
It
is
very,
very
expensive.
So
I
know
for
a
fact
that
only
at
least
one
child
has
been
helped
and
has
been
somehow
their
path
has.
A
A
A
B
So
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you,
especially
as
a
latino.
I
fussed
a
lot
about
us
getting
more
involved
in
our
city
and
doing
more
so
that,
because
we
have
a
lot
of
good,
talented
people
like
yourself,
you
know,
and
I'm
just
on
a
serious
note
right
now.
We
have
a
lot
of
good
talented
people.
Can
that
can
contribute
to
our
community,
and
I
just
want
to
personally
and
publicly
say
to
you
thank
you
for
having
the
ability,
the
nerve
and
the
willingness
to
serve
our
community.
A
Thank
you
very
much.
It's
a
it's
an
honor
and
a
pleasure
to
serve,
and-
and
I
do
want
to
say
this-
that
those
programs
will
have
those
listed
out
and
folks
all
of
columbus
citizens
that
want
to
volunteer,
want
to
help
any
of
these
organizations
out.
You
know
they
need
you,
they
they
need
your
help.
They
need
your
time.
Even
if
it's
just
a
couple
hours
a
week,
you
can
really
make
such
a
a
difference.
A
Yeah
yeah
I
mean
you
can
completely
change
somebody's
life
that
and
the
only
other
other
thing
that
I
wanted
to
to
mention.
There
is
the
one
one
of
the
main
things
that
I
that
I
learned
you
know
just
from
being
in
the
community.
When
crime
comes
up
the
first
place
that
you
know
many
citizens
want
to
go
start
and
question
and
point
the
finger
at
and
is
is
our
law
enforcement
and
what
this
had
program.
A
What
this
board
has
taught
me,
I'm
just
going
back
and
doing
the
research
is
that
by
the
time
the
crime
has
been
committed,
there
is
so
much
that
has
had
to
happen
for
them
to
be
able
to
get
there
to
commit
the
crime,
so
law
enforcement
is
there
to
catch
criminals
right
after
the
crime
has
been
committed.
Well,
what
about
everything
that
goes
into
it
beforehand,
and
that
is
where
these
programs
make
make
the
most
impact,
and
that
was
important
for
me
to
learn
that.
B
B
You
don't
know,
what's
in
the
pot,
you
know
a
child
might
be
laughing
in
front
of
you,
a
person
might
be
an
adult,
might
be
smiling
in
front
of
you
and
they're
in
domestic
violence,
or
they
don't
have
the
food
on
the
table,
but
they're
afraid
to
let
it
be
known
because,
unfortunately,
in
society
we
want
to,
you
know,
look
at
the
negative
of
people
and
not
the
positive
and
all
of
us
in
life
go
through
things.
All
of
us
have
a
history.
Anyone
that's
in
a
political
or
department
head
or
anything
like
that.
B
We
all
been
through
something
and
programs
like
this
and
showing
examples
of
other
people
is
what
gives
the
power
and
the
ability
to
those
in
need
to
feel
empowered,
and
I
think
it's
very
good.
I
did
see
you
get
a
little
emotional
and
I
was
happy
to
see
that,
because
that
means
that
what
you
were
doing
you
took
it
to
heart,
you
believed
in
it
and
you
were
able
to
help
these
organizations
with
seth
brown.
He's
amazing.
A
B
A
C
A
We
had
another
tragedy
there
on
veterans
parkway
and
he
wanted
to
make
sure
that
I
at
least
mentioned
you
know,
there's
a
part
there
on
veterans
parkway,
where
you
have
very
limited
site
of
oncoming
vehicles,
and
you
know
he
asked
me
to
just
make
the
announcement
in
spanish.
B
Well,
you
know
what
you're
saying
that
I'm
gonna
I'm
gonna
add
to
that.
Is
that
and
this
happened
to
me
the
other
day.
Citizens
need
to
not
just
cross
the
street
in
the
middle
of
the
road,
especially
when
it's
dark
at
night
columbus
is
not
known
for
having
lots
of
sidewalk.
The
south
is
not
recognized
at
and
it
happened
to
me
not
too
long
ago.
B
Almost
like
the
lieutenant
the
detective
told
you,
the
same
thing
happened
to
me:
I
was
driving
down
victory
drive
and
it
was
starting
to
rain,
and
you
know
the
light
bright
lights
of
cars
coming
towards
you
and
you're
trying
to
focus
and
when
you
start
getting
old
like
me,
you
know
your
vision
at
night.
Isn't
that
100
good?
Don't
you
go
there.
A
A
B
A
B
Well,
just
wanted
danny
wanted
me
to
add
a
little
bit
here.
What's
the
hot
topic
in
our
consolidated
government,
the
hot
topic
is
the
case
study
we're
still
working
on
that.
It's
been
very
challenging
and
very
difficult,
but
we're
hoping
to
get
somewhere
with
it
short.
B
So
very
soon
we're
not
going
to
please
everybody,
but
we
do
want
to
make
sure
those
that
need
it
are
affected
appropriately
and
to
make
sure
that
we
show
them
how
much
we
appreciate
their
hard
work
and
their
sacrifice,
especially
our
consolidated
government
city
employees,
they're
always
kind
of
in
the
background,
and
I
want
them
to
know
that
as
long
as
I'm
breathing
and
I'm
involved,
they
come
first
in
my
priority
list.
B
The
other
thing:
let's
go
on
a
happy
note,
because
we've
been
kind
of
sad
today
we
gotta
pump
it
up
a
little
bit
on
a
happy
note,
just
wanna
remind
people
that
the
fountain
classic
city
classic,
I
said
it
wrong,
fountain
city
classic,
is
I'm
coming
to
columbus
on
november.
The
5th
have
you
ever
been.
B
And
every
all
the
music-
it
is
just
very
amazing
and
then
the
greater
columbus
fair
is
coming
october,
21st
through
the
31st
and
people
need
to
go
on
the
civic
center's
website
and
all
these
other
ones
to
see
all
these
great
programs,
callaway
garden,
is
starting
to
open
their
oktoberfest
their
little
october
thing.
Have
you
been
to
that?
You
need
to
take
your
children
and
your
family.
B
C
C
B
A
B
Just
wanted
to
bring
some
sunshine
in
for
a
change
and
just
to
tell
our
audience
go
out,
have
fun
enjoy.
Tomorrow
is
not
promised
with
covet
the
monkey
virus.
All
these
things
that
are
so
negative,
we
tend
to
focus
on
the
negative.
Before
we
do
the
positive,
when
you
get
a
chance,
tell
somebody
you
love
them,
tell
them
hello.
B
You
want
to
speak
spanish
now,
a
good
thing
that
I
wanted
as
I
was
driving.
I
was
thinking
I
wanted
to
mention
to
our
audience
and
to
you
today.
Columbus
is
doing
really
great,
celebrating
diversity
lately
this
year,
if
you
notice,
we
have
so
many
different
events
and
festivals
going
on.
You
know,
of
course,
we're
in
hispanic
month
september,
15
through
october
15th,
but
also
we
celebrate
the
fourth
of
july.
We
celebrate
the
irish.
In
march,
we
celebrated
for
the
first
time
juneteenth
we
did
oktoberfest,
I'm
missing
any
more
celebrations.
There's.
A
B
A
D
A
B
A
E
So
a
little
bit
of
history,
so
you
can
have
an
idea
of
how
the
tri-city
latino
association
came
about.
So
it
was
a
creation
of
the
creation,
all
started
with
a
dream:
a
dream
between
two
people:
mimi
woodson,.
B
E
Here
and
of
course,
blesses,
so
hera
left
the
incarnation
they
started
about
20
years
ago.
They
were
talking
about
how
to
get
to
community
together
and
try
to
do
something
that
would
bring
everybody
together.
No
matter
who
you
were
so
one
thing
led
to
the
other
lots
of
work,
lots
of
people
that
believed
in
in
the
association,
and
it
came
to
be
to
be
what
it
is
today,
the
tri-city
latino
festival
and
this
year
we're
going
to
be
celebrating
nine
years
of
this.
E
A
Very
cool
so
tell
us
about
this.
Tell
us
about
this
festival
this
year.
Tell
us
what
is
what
what
what
is
going
on
this
year,
that
maybe
hasn't
happened
before.
E
Absolutely
so
this
year
on
september,
17
2022
we're
going
to
start
off
the
festival
with
a
parade.
This
is
the
first
time
tri-city
latino
festival
has
decided
to
do
a
parade,
we're
going
to
start
at
11
a.m,
to
12
and
then
continue
on
with
the
festival.
So
this
is
something
really
new.
We
want
to
showcase
all
the
different
cultures
we
have
in
columbus.
We
have.
E
A
Very
very
serious
and
very
important
question
to
ask:
can
I
be
in
the
parade.
A
B
A
No,
that's
great,
that's
great,
can
you
tell
us,
well,
did
you
did
you
have
something
to
spoil.
E
Excellent
yeah
you
keep
going.
I
did
want
to
add
in
addition
to
this
we're
going
to
have
a
resource
center.
It's
going
to
be
an
area
where
everybody
could
learn
about
the
services
that
we
have
in
the
columbus
area.
It
is
for
everybody,
it's
not
very
specific
to
hispanics
it's
it's
very
specific
to
everybody,
and
anybody.
C
E
So
we're
gonna
have
job
careers.
We're
gonna,
have
health
information.
We're
gonna,
have
health
clinics
as
well.
So
it's
gonna
be
very,
very
diverse
this
year,
in
addition
to
after
many
years,
we're
also
going
to
have
a
tennis
exhibition,
so
we're
gonna
have
live,
live
tennis
players
and
having
the
people
to
be
able
to
participate
as
well
excellent,
a
little
bit
of
everything
in
addition
to
everything
that
we
usually
have
at
the
festival.
E
Is
most
important?
Okay,
so
we're
going
to
have
all
kinds
of
food
for
all
kinds
of
taste
by
la
gusto,
lo
colore!
So,
basically,
you
know
we're
going
to
have
food
trucks
there.
Throughout
the
whole
day,
we're
going
to
have
mexican
we're
going
to
have
panamanian
food
we're
going
to
have
hot
dogs.
We're
gonna
have
a
little
bit
of
everything
a
little
bit
for
those
that
have
different
tastes
throughout
the
day.
A
I'm
just
curious,
I'm
just
curious
all
right,
so
tell
me
a
little
bit
about
where
you
think
in
the
future,
some
some
things
that
maybe-
and
I
know
we're
excited
about
this
coming
weekend,
but
I'm
just
I
just
wanted
to
throw
that
out
there
see
if
I
could
throw
you
off
a
little
bit.
Maybe
pick
your
your
brain
about
many
things
coming
up
in
the
in
the
future
that
I
mean
that
hasn't
ever
happened.
Have
you
guys
talked
about
anything
like
well.
B
We
have
high
school
bands,
we
have
young
coming
up
artists
in
our
community
and
coming
from
other
communities
that
are
coming
up
in
the
music
world,
there's
actually
two
or
three
that
are
going
to
be
performing
that
one
of
them
will
be
in
panama
before
he
comes
to
the
festival,
and
there
are
others
that
it's
exciting.
Could
you
tell
them
a
little
bit
of
who
will
be
at
the
show?
Well,.
E
E
You
could
have
an
idea,
that's
right
and
to
close
out
the
festival
is
going
to
be
charlie
ponte
for
those
that
don't
know,
charlie
aponde
used
to
be
with
part
of
this
big
band
in
puerto
rico,
a
grand
combo.
So
he
is
very
known
in
the
latin
community
and
he's
going
to
close.
A
Out
the
what
time
was
bad
bunny
playing.
B
E
You
pay
for
that,
he'll
be
he'll,
be
we
can
reach
out
and
have
dan
and
stevia
pay
for
it.
B
One
one
really
one
really
important
note
that
we
need
to
let
everyone
know
and
is
that
please
do
not
bring
any
coolers,
because
we
don't
we're
we're
welcomed
for
your
chairs,
your
umbrellas,
your
tent,
to
protect
yourself
from
the
sun
and
the
heat.
But
please
no
coolers,
because
our
vendors
are
there
to
make
profit
and
make
money.
In
this
way
we
can
control
the
atmosphere
also
with
it
there'll
be
a
kids
zone
and
a
kid
zone
there,
and
it's
going
to
be
really
fun
for
the
kids.
B
A
Gotcha
real
quick,
I
did
want
to
say
there
was
one
question
whether
some
of
the
vendors
were
gonna,
be
able
to
only
accept
cash
or
was
it
card.
Could
they
do
both.
E
Is
there
an
atm
there
just
in
case
yes?
Yes,
we're
gonna,
have
vendors
that
be
able
to
accept
both
cash
or
card
and
we're
also
going
to
have
watering
stations
as
well
because
missing
station.
I
think
it's
called
right
because
it's
hot
it
does
get.
E
Even
though
we're
almost
at
the
end
of
summer,
it
can
get
pretty
hot.
So
our
recommendation,
you
know
to
be
cooled
off,
missing
stations
and
stuff
like
that,
bring.
B
B
E
C
E
E
A
And
you
know
what
thank
you
both
for
what
you
do
for
our
community,
really
that
hispanic
festival
is
there's
so
many
people
that
attend
and
it's
so
special
to
so
many
people.
So
thank
you.
E
D
A
D
C
Hi,
I'm
mayor
skip
henderson,
no
matter
who
we
are:
parents,
business
owners,
faith
leaders,
teachers,
vaccines,
help,
keep
us
healthy,
so
we're
free
to
do
the
things
we
want
to
do.
There
are
vaccines.
We
need
as
adults
to
help
protect
us
from
shingles
pneumonia
and
the
flu
it's
easy
to
find
out
which
ones
you
need
just
ask
your
doctor
or
your
pharmacist,
I'm
so
proud
of
how
we
support
each
other
in
our
community.
So,
let's
knock
it
out
of
the
park.
B
B
It
was
really
great
to
get
that
information
from
kathy
and-
and
I
don't
know
about
you,
but
I'm
ready
to
go-
do
some.
C
B
B
A
A
B
D
B
Oh,
thank
you
all
right.
Is
everyone
ready
to
learn?
Remember
we're
we're
talking
about
family,
so
we
went
to
mommy,
papi,
tia
theo
and
now
we're
going
to
matrina
and
padreno
madrina
is
godmother
and
padrino
is
godfather
in
the
latin
community.
We,
when
we
have
a
child,
we
baptize
them
and
if
you're
catholic,
you
you
go
to
the
catholic
church
and
they
put
a
little
bit
of
water
over
you.
C
B
And
say:
bless
you,
my
son,
and
I
had
to
do
that
just
to
mess
with
danny
I
like
to
mess
with
danny.
C
B
Just
have
fun
so
when
we
see
our
godparents,
we
always
say
bendicious
madrina,
which
means,
like
god,
bless
you
godmother,
bendicion,
padrino
and
the
same
way
goes
back
and
forth.
So
it
is
really
exciting
when
we
see
that
so
remember,
when
you
see
your
godmother
or
your
godfather
or
the
person
that
you
feel
is
like
your
second
mom
and
dad,
you
can
say
to
them:
hola
madrina,
because
you
learn
hola
already
or
hola
padrino,
so
that
they
can
feel
very
special.
