I
am
valencia
jones
program
manager
with
healthy
families
columbus
here
with
the
extension
and
I'm
here
to
talk
to
you
about
what's
new
for
me
in
2022,
so
first
work
and
personal.
I
want
to
just
do
more
self-care
practices,
so
that
could
include
taking
a
minute
giving
myself
a
time
giving
myself
time
to
stretch,
and
that
would
be
physical,
also
taking
care
of
my
mental
just
taking
the
moment
to
breathe
and
also
social
building,
my
social
supports
and
spiritual.
I
love
to
pray,
so
that
is
my
what's
new
in
2022
for
personal
and
work.
C
Hello,
my
name
is
saraya
wright.
I
am
the
clinical
supervisor
here
at
healthy
families,
columbus
and
I
do
enjoy
my
position
and
just
being
able
to
support
the
family
support
specialists
that
we
have
here
at
the
office.
So
with
what's
new
in
2022,
I
would
like
to
work
on
my
time
management.
I
want
to
make
sure
that
I'm
intentional
and
productive
and
efficient
with
my
time
whether
it
is
at
home
or
whether
it's
here
in
the
office,
hello,.
D
E
As
well
hi,
my
name
is
rafaelina
sanchez.
I'm
a
parent
educator
here
in
columbus,
georgia,
uga's
cooperative
extension
office
and
what's
new
for
me
in
2022,
is
that
I
am
opening
a
new
chapter
in
my
life.
I
am,
I
found,
love
and
I'm
getting
married
for
the
second
time
and
to
this
wonderful
man,
which
I
love
with
all
my
heart
and
will
be
married
next
month.
Thank
you.
F
So
this
year
my
main
focus
is
going
to
be
connecting
more
with
nature,
whether
it's
going
on
a
hike
in
some
of
our
local
parks,
planting,
perennials,
shrubs
or
trees
to
support
our
wildlife,
or
maybe
it's
picking
up
litter
in
my
neighborhood
now.
Not
only
is
this
going
to
be
beneficial
for
local
ecosystem,
but
for
my
overall
well-being
as
well,
so
I
invite
you
all
to
go
on
this
journey
with
me.
What's
new
for
you
in
2022,.
G
Hi,
I'm
charnae
ware
executive
director
here
at
keep
columbus
beautiful
columbus
we've
got
a
problem
with
litter,
illegal
dumping
and
litter
causes
an
increase
in
blight
and
a
decrease
in
property
values.
Litter
can
be
an
eyesore
and
aiden
crime
and
not
to
mention
it's
illegal.
Why
should
you
care
about
litter?
Let's
count
the
ways
more
than
10
million
dollars
in
labor
are
spent
picking
up
trash
citizens,
throw
on
the
grounds
of
our
beautiful
state
of
georgia.
G
Studies
show
that
80
of
that
trash
is
generated
on
lands
and
ends
up
in
our
waterways,
which
threatens
our
marine
life.
So
please
do
the
right
thing:
columbus
do
not
litter
or
you
will
pay
the
price
how
you
can
help
you
can
report
any
offense
of
littering
to
311
by
providing
their
tag
number
a
vehicle
description
and
the
location
where
you
saw
the
litter
take
place
so
columbus.
H
K
Just
because
you
want
them
to
be
perfect,
the
first
time
or
right
the
first
time,
but
I'm
here
to
say
it's:
okay,
that
everything
doesn't
work
out
the
first
time
and
it's
okay
to
mess
up,
because
I
feel
like
with
those
messages
you
just
learned
another
way
that
didn't
work.
So
I
feel
like
the
more
we
continue
to
push
ourselves
and
continue
to
believe
in
ourselves.
We're
all
achieving
everything
we
want
to
in
2022.

Hello
and
welcome
back
to
learning
with
the
dogs-
I
am
tracy
saxton,
family
and
consumer
science
educator
and
today
I
would
like
to
share
what's
new
for
me
in
2022,
I
am
going
to
add
self-care
on
my
weekly
schedule
and
I'm
going
to
intentionally
do
something
that
I
like
to
do.
That
makes
me
happy
during
that
week
and
I'm
going
to
start
small
with
small
steps.
N
Hello,
my
name
is
tt
turner
with
healthy
families,
columbus.
I
am
a
family
support
specialist.
What's
new
for
me
and
2022
and
2022.
I
will
be
intentional
with
my
time
when
it's
time
to
work,
I'm
gonna
work
when
it's
time
to
play,
I'm
gonna
play.
I
want
to
make
the
people
in
my
life
feel
special.
So
one
thing
that
I'm
gonna
do
also
is
I'm
gonna
date
more,
I'm
gonna
date,
my
family,
I'm
gonna
date,
my
friends
and
I'm
gonna
date,
myself,
that's
what's
new
for
me
in
2022,.

L
O
Roberto
with
columbus,
4-h
and
today
we're
talking
about
what's
new
with
you
or
what's
new
with
me
as
a
4-h
program
assistant
this
year,
there'll
be
some
transitions.
We
have
a
very
low
hour
part-time
person
going
to
war
hours
and
we
also
have
some
transition
and
leadership
so
that'll,
be
a
big
part
of
4-h
is
trying
to
continue
our
programming,
but
also
some
transition
in
leadership
and
staff.
Members
personally
I'll
also
be
looking
at
some
transition.
O
O
But
this
is
a
year.
Transition
also
includes
maybe
paying
better
attention
to
some
health
issues.
I've
had,
but
that's
everybody
tries
to
set
resolutions
in
january,
but
I'm
saying
I'm
setting
some
transitions
in
january.
Thank
you.
