The city of columbus is working to clean up dilapidated properties in neighborhoods throughout the city. The city's inspections and coals department is encouraging the following property owners to take immediate action to repair your properties by bringing them up to city code or remove them by demolition.

If the property owner fails to take immediate action, the city's private contractor will demolish the dilapidated property and the city will place a lien on the property to recoup taxpayer dollars property owners.
