that
structure
it
was
going
to
be
quite
a
build
out
and
have
quite
an
impact
which
you
pointed
out
the
traffic
we
were
having
trouble
making
that
happen,
as,
as
you
know,
2008
happened,
so
we
kind
of
put
that
on
the
back
burner,
so
it
has
been
empty
since
we
bought
it.
Our
latest
proposal
is
to
do
some
storage
units
in
there
you
see
the
drawings
here.
This
is
kind
of
the
facade
that
we're
going
for
and
the
parking
lot
would
be
some
sort
of
storage
for
automobiles,
rvs,
etc.

think
this
will
be
a
good
impact
on
that
area,
because
it's
extremely
low
impact.
We
currently
have
a
storage
unit
facility
down
on
6th
avenue
and
we
maybe
have
one
to
five
visitors
a
week,
so
there's
no
impact
on
linwood
or
I
think
that's
17th
street
right
there.
So
there's
no
impact
as
far
as
turning
into
the
gated
facility
there's
no
backup
of
cars
which
we
were
going
to
have
with
the
apartments
that
was
going
to
be
a
huge
issue.

deal
with
5
o'clock,
10
cars,
backing
up
how
we're
going
to
get
those
cars
in
there
on
that's,
not
a
people
in
hilton
heights
and
club.
You
don't
really
want
to
be
a
buy
in
a
stack

cars

home
from
downtown.
So
this
was
a
great
use
that
we
could
think
of
we're
already
in
we've
tried
this
in
another
location.
As
I
said
down
at
the
end
of
sixth
avenue,
it's
worked
out
pretty.

it's

low
impact
and
it
looks
good.

think

need
will
be
filled
where
this
is
only
going
to
be
about
100

neighborhood

traveling
from
downtown
to

can
