We
have

you
know
one.
One
is
November:
Title
Five

2005
entitled
business
license
regulations,
massage
Body
Works
definition
amended.
This
is
councilman
Bots
ordinance
that
got
bounced
back
to
us
and
now
we
can
resubmit
it
so
I
urge
Passage.

first
item
on
the
agenda:

that
show
four
ordinance
to
amendment
of
title:
10:
chapter
32,
Dakota,
City,
currency,
2005,
entitled

Street,
one-way
traffic
between

and

P.M
Monday
through
Friday,
sponsored
by
Council
foreign.
B
G
C
Thank
you.
Council
president,
just
as
a
follow-up,
I
did
speak
to
Mr,
DeMarco
who've
been
whose
house
is
affected
the
most
by
this,
and
he
definitely
wants
it
to
go
through
so
I
confirmed
that
with
him
a
second
time
so
whether
it's
passage
any.
H
G
Council,
president
next
item
is
the
one
we
passed
earlier:
9-16-07
I
think
custom,
one
Public,
Library
parking,
lots,
I,
think
it's
redundant
am
I.
Correct,
yes,
I
believe
so
we
passed
that
so
we
go
to
the
next
one.
No,
no,
we
didn't
pass
it.
No,
oh,
it
was
on
a
public
hearing:
okay,
okay,
9-16-07
ordinance,
Amendment
title
10
chapter
28.
According
to
the
2005
total
motor
vehicles
and
traffic
Public
Library
parking
lots.

A
Motion
made
in
second
any
discussion:
councilman
aceto.
G
Thank
you,
president
I
think
this
pertains
to
near
Saint,
Matthew's
Church
is
a
one-way,
so
I
just
want
an
explanation
through
the
chair,
the
administration.
This
isn't
the
one.
No
no.
G
H
This
has
to
do
with
the
parking
in
front
of
Cranston
East
High
School.
This
was
permit
parking
intended
for
teachers
to
be
able
to
park
on
Park
Avenue
in
front
of
the
school.
Okay.
Thank.
H
I
would
urge
passage
on
this.
What
this
will
do
is
a
lot
of
teachers
again
to
park
on
Park
Avenue,
freeing
up
parking
on
usually
Legion,
Way
and
Julia.
In
that
area,
teachers
tend
to
leave
earlier.
H
F
J
B
A
C
C
C
You,
council
president,
this
is
probably
the
lowest
total
of
monies
we've
given
out
in
a
long
time,
Henry
and
Donna
Georgia
575
dollars,
Michael
El,
Monte,
104
and
Mr
and
Mrs
perotti
for
73
dollars,
and
that's
all
we
spent
this
month.
So
it
was
a
very
good,
very.
A
Good
next
public
hearings
any
remember
the
public
that
speak
on
any
item
soccer,
undocumented.
A
A
D
A
A
request
to
continue
Service
Mr
Coop.
D
Thank
you,
Mr
President
I
have
here
a
request
from
Captain
Richard
Bedard
of
the
Cranston
fire
department,
who
anticipates
reaching
his
57th
birthday
this
month
and
request
to
be
continued
in
service
for
one
month.
I
have
documentation
evidencing
his
Fitness
service
and
quickly
push
in
front
of
the
council.
A
A
Council
president
Communications
I'm,
looking
for
a
status
update
report
from
the
administration
concerning
Cranston
Stadium
I
know
we
see
the
400
000
Grant,
but
I
haven't
seen
a
shuttled
on
the
ground
yet
and
I'm
kind
of
curious.
What's
going
on.
D
Sure
I'd
be
happy
to
do
that.
Mr
President,
we
did
receive
a
four
hundred
thousand
dollar
Grant,
it's
a
matching
Grant,
so
the
city
has
committed
an
additional
four
hundred
thousand
dollars
to
pay
for
the
project.
D
The
grant
was
from
the
Department
of
our
Environmental
Management
to
support
the
construction
of
a
sustainable
locker
room
facility
at
the
stadium.
I
see
Mr
folarski
in
the
room.
He
was
the
one
who
submitted
the
Grant
application
and
worked
with
Dem
on
this.
As
we
progressed
with
the
planning,
we
had
to
go
put
the
plans
through
some
changes.
The
original
design
called
for
a
a
heating
system.
D
It
was
a
geothermal
heating
system.
Unfortunately,
once
we
dug
the
Tet
or
drilled
the
test
well,
we
found
that
the
ground
in
the
vicinity
is
not
suitable
for
geothermal
system,
so
Mr
filarski
has
been
working
on
a
redesign
of
this
of
the
sustainable
features.
In
the
meantime,
he
also
did
apply
for
an
additional
grant
funding
through
Dem.
We
did
not
receive
that,
but
we
have
been
assured.
D
We
did
receive
an
extension
on
the
original
Grant
to
give
us
time
to
go
through
the
redesign
and
have
been
assured
that
our
plans
will,
if
we
go
forward,
we'll
be
acceptable
to
Dem.
So
we're
working
on
a
redesign
right
now.
City
Engineers
are
also
in
the
process
of
putting
together
an
RFP
to
go
out
for
the
actual
construction
of
the
project.
A
Mr
cook
gave
us
a
summary
of
what's
been
happening
as
far
as
this
project.
Do
you
concur
with
that.
I
In
in
general,
I
think
it's
important,
though,
to
to
for
for
not
only
the
city,
council
and
I,
appreciate
your
your
asking
me
to
be
your
council
president
and
excuse
my
voice.
I
had
a
major
oral
surgery
last
week
and
I
had
some
complications,
so
no
I,
don't
necessarily
have
my
sea
legs,
but
but
I'll
try
I,
think
it's
important,
because
I've
I've
been
hearing
a
number
of
statements
that
people
are
saying
to
be
true
and
and
to
use
a
one
of
the
current
phrases
that
are
going
around
now.
I
I
think
a
lot
of
them
are
false
narratives.
What
I'd
like
to
do
is
pick
up
from
the
last
time.
I
was
before
the
council,
which,
which
I
believe
was
May
23rd
and
I,
presented
the
situation
regarding
the
site,
discrepancies
between
the
as
Bill
drawings.
That
I
was
given
to
work
with
to
develop
the
project
and
what
I
found
out
to
be
the
the
actual
case,
and
then
the
council
on
that
that
night
passed
a
resolution
and
included
in
reference.
The
the
comparative
site.
I
Analysis
as
part
of
the
resolution
Dem
had
asked
for
that
and
I
had
submitted
that
as
part
of
the
application
I
thought
the
application
for
the
additional
400
000
was
actually
a
much
better
application
than
the
first
one.
However,
there
were
I
think
they
were
evident
factors
that
that
they
were
looking
at
and
one
of
the
things
is
I
know
that
I've
been
trying
to
get
additional
money
and
I'll.
I
Try
to
put
this
in
context
and
what
I
want
to
do
is
is
go
back
to
the
beginning
a
little
bit,
but
the
Rhode
Island
Foundation,
actually
not
the
Rhode
Island
Foundation,
the
champion
foundations,
the
attorney
general
and
when
I
was
applying
for
the
U.S
versus
AEP
settlement
funds,
which
can
go
for
sustainable
projects
in
a
myriad
of
other
places,
essentially
what
they
were
doing
because
we're
looking
for
an
additional
four
hundred
thousand
dollars,
because
there
was
a
locker
room
added
the
project
expanded
in
scope
based
upon
the
input
of
the
city.
I
Originally,
it
was
4
400
square
feet
went
up
to
7
300
square
feet,
kept
tailoring
it
down.
So
the
Gap
was
about
four
for
about
400,
410
000
and
the
what
I
got
back
in
terms
of
response
was
that
especially
from
the
chaplain
Foundation,
is
that
they
normally
don't
fund
projects
of
this
nature.
For
municipalities.
What
said
a
bad
president,
but
if
the
the
elaborate,
if
the
city
could
elaborate
and
how
it
would
be
a
regional
is
Statewide
attraction,
they
would
consider
the
the
funding
favorably
well
I
requested
the
city
to
supply
that
information.
I
I,
never
I,
never
got
anything
and
I
also
wrote
in
the
email
that
to
all
of
them
that
or
to
the
city
in
response
that,
if
we
don't
get
that
additional
money,
the
project
has
to
be
paired
down.
So
we
had
a
meeting
with
the
city.
I
had
a
meeting
with
the
city,
October,
13th
and,
and
the
project
was
still
a
little
bit
over
budget,
because
I
was
a
little
bit
too
conservative
in
in
what
I
was
what
I
was
cutting.
I
What
I
did
what
I
did
wound
up
doing
I'm
trying
to
find
it
here
too
many
papers,
I
had
supplemented
the
budget
on
October
14th
and
the
four
locker
room
facility.
Without
a
referees
and
officials
room
can
I
I
will
get
into
that
later
cost
about
755
thousand
dollars.
He
had
an
official's
locker
room.
It
was
about
837
thousand
dollars.
Now,
there's
eight
hundred
thousand
dollars
available.
That
includes
contractors,
overhead
contingency
and
architecture,
engineering
fees
to
get
to
that
place.
There
are
certain
things
that
had
to
be
removed.
The
vegetative
roof
had
to
be
removed.
