Evening
and
the
public
for
any
discussion
on
docketed
matters,
they
would
like
to
speak
at
this
time
on
target
matters
there
being
none
better
close
that
section
of
the
meeting
resolutions
there.
Any
resolutions
of
the
forces
evening.
You
want
to
report
of
committees
by
president-elect.
You
know
Finance
Committee,
Thank,
You,
council
president
to
be
skip
the
public
hearings
or
we
gonna
make
the
period.

Low
budget
I
basis
consumer
is
familiar
to
budget
and
that's
a
different
supplementary
information
that
will
be
over
after
this
school
department
of
show
a
decrease
in
some
bonds
at
222
and
then
you're
over
there.
The
rental
funds,
which
includes
a
lot
of
tackle
projects
to
decrease
the
5.9
million,
which.

Housing
room
in
the
movie
that
we
got
lost
another
budget
of
threat
based
on
a
beer
Italian
again,
and
then
we
actually
received
there
is
a
decrease
on
both
of
those
so
revenue
line
items
there
is
also
anticipated
minutes
and
the
revenue
side,
but
that
sorcery
dollar
for
dollar
on
the
expense
side.
Okay,
some
of
the
expenses.
A
A
A
Had
to
say
which,
but
for
my
glasses
on
can
they
take
notes
so
I'm
by
name
is
better
than
average,
so
I
think
they're.
This
console
and
the
previous
console
did
an
excellent
job
as
far
as
keeping
the
city
in
a
very
safe
position.
As
far
as
the
bond
ratings
and
the
continued
attacks
of
the
city,
that's
it
Megaman
Council,
which
doesn't
like
you
thank
you
or
cause
the
president,
either
for
you
or
for
mr.
Strom,
but
the
the
short-term
securities
issue
that
caused
my
brother.
A
They
don't
see
the
beginnings
and
the
volatility
that
stocks
are
and
some
bond
funds
due
to
theirs
so
conservative
to
have
an
increase
that
would
mirror
what
happens
in
the
stock
market.
So
I
just
want
to
say
yeah.
I
think
the
you
know
the
slight
$72,000
differential
and
it's
it's
small
by
comparison
and
he
did
use
some
games
with
not
plants,
but
some
of
the
pilot
money
and
things
like
that.
So
overall,
it
was
good
and
thanks
to
Markham
for
the
job
that
they
did.
He
did
do
a
very
good
job
and
I.

B
A
A
A
The
council
a
so
these
are
smooth
and
everything
seems
to
work
out.
It
just
shows
a
city
in
the
manner
or
doing
a
strong
job
and
ensuring
the
finances
of
the
city
of
Cranston,
I
managed
well
and
effectively,
but
that
has
a
notion
of
set
the
other
motion
to
approve
a
motion,
except
they
are
on
the
second
under
discussion.
Seeing
none
Claire,
please
take
a
little
yes,
yes,
yes,.
C
A
A
A
H
First
I'd
like
to
urge
everybody
to
vote
for
this
I
think
it
has
strong
neighborhood
support,
which
is
very
important
and
next
to
no
neighborhood
opposition.
I
do
agree
with
Councilman
Hopkins
that
it
needs
to
be
both
tennis
courts
and
so
I
would
propose
to
add
a
word.
The
word
both
as
an
amendment
on
924.
H
A
Concentrate
on
the
onion
okay.
Thank
you
present,
yeah,
my
recollection
when
we
discuss
this
was
that
the
there
were
two
things:
one
that
was
not
gonna
come
out
of
the
impact,
because
we
didn't
need
it.
We
had
sufficient
monies
and
budget
to
do
it.
The
other
ones,
I
thought
it
was
just
gonna,
be
us
for
small
under
30
pound
dogs,
this
first
Park
and
I'm,
not
sure
if
it
was,
if
he
was
you
whether
they
mr.
H
H
If
you
divide
that
in
half,
you
get
obviously
one
tennis
court,
which
is
about
fifty
feet
by
100
feet,
and
it
just
it's
it's
just
it's
just
too
small
I
mean
if
you're
gonna
do
a
part
of
it
or
have
a
some
size
to
it,
and
one
tennis
court
is
really
small.
The
other
thing
is
over
the
last
I,
don't
know
three
or
four
years.
I've
had
three
public
meetings
on
that
space
and
what
to
do
with
that
space
at
none
of
those
meetings
has
anyone
said
we
need
more
basketball
courts.
H
H
H
A
Sponsors
authorizing
to
use
as
much
space
as
he
needs
I
think
is:
okay,
I,
just
not
sure
I
try
to
remember
exactly
what
whether
he
had
an
exact
key
already
in
place
because
I
know
it's
talking
about
just
the
one
for
small
dogs
and
not
both
and
that's
location.
I
thought
he
felt
that
he
couldn't
fit
them.
A
H
Said
was
that
he
was
good
more
than
a
small
part
yeah,
and
then
he
was
saying
we're
gonna
have
a
big
dog
park,
everyone
you'll
see
of
a
guy,
be
property
right
and
that
I
think
is
in
the
short
run
like
the
next
five
years.
That's
completely
unrealistic.
There's
not
going
to
be
any
quick
action
on
that
site.
H
I've
had
regular
contact
with
the
environmental
guy
from
actually
the
company
now
is
BASF,
they
bought
see,
bug
ID
and
they
the
site
that
he's
talking
about
which
I've
talked
to
him
about
a
dog
park
there,
the
guy
from
BASF-
and
he
is
open
to
the
idea.
The
last
talk
to
him.
What
he
said
was
I
have
to
talk
to
the
legal
department
about
now.
H
They
wanted
to
be
open
space,
but
the
question
is
that
he
was
struggling
with
was
or
that
the
company
was
struggling
with
was
whether
there
was
liability
of
allowing
people
onto
that
space,
whether
it
was
just
going
to
be
trees
and
fences,
so
that
hasn't
been
resolved
and
even
if
it
was
resolved
on
the
company
level,
it
then
has
to
go
to
the
Environmental
Protection
Agency.
As
soon
as
I
hear
a
proposed
remediates
final
site
remediation
plan,
then
the
Environmental
Protection
Agency
has
a
public
comment
period.
H
They
react
to
the
public
comments
that
people
send
in
if
they
have
a
meeting
in
the
neighborhood
and
then
they
adjust
the
plan
and
then
the
company
implements
the
plan,
which
I
think
is
going
to
involve
removing
two
feet
of
soil
from
the
entire
site
and
then
putting
in
new
soil
or
capping
it
with
asphalt,
or
so
that's
not
going
to
happen
any
time
soon.
So
that's
I
think
we
need
that's
why
we
need
a
dog
park
that
could
accommodate
large
dogs
and
small
dogs
at
that
site.
A
G
A
So
I
guess
my
point
is
I'm
afraid
it
will
vote
for
the
amendment
only
because
we
may
be
cutting
out
the
funding
and
the
participation
from
the
dream,
Center
and
I.
Think
totally
laboratory
did
say
that
there
are
a
lot
of
people
that
use
the
basketball
courts
over
there
and
we're,
especially
with
the
new
court
being
redone.
So
that's
my
only
concern
I
just
don't
want
to
end
up
like
the
Dream
Center,
who
wants
out
the
city
out
and
provide
the
funding.
G
A
A
Clausus,
the
kids
need
places
to
play
they
can
get
on
the
party
which
is
within
walking
distance.
You
know
some
outdoor
courts
over
there,
so
the
recommendation
as
a
possible
solution
so
that
the
basketball
court,
because
of
the
nature,
a
lot
of
the
kids
that
attend
Cranston,
East
impart
to
you,
also
the
interest
volibear.
So
again
that
could
be
looked
at,
but
my
thought
is
that
you
should.
A
A
A
It
is
a
Parks
and
Recreation
discussion
and
decision
to
work
with
the
council
on
the
neighbors
on
and
give
the
caveat
of
private
funding
in
the
middle
of
this.
They
have
a
really
since
we
would
have
found
this
and
I
really
am
NOT
a
fan
of
turning
away
private
funding
for
any
of
our
parks
from
the
record
and
replay
this.
A
So
I'm
just
concerned
about
the
way
this
is
progressing.
This
is
something
that
the
administration
had
been
working
on
rather
well.
In
the
meantime,
the
ordinance
comes
up
from
each
month
and
I
think
that's
great
that
the
councilman
wants
to
support
that,
and
it
turned
out.
We
may
not
need
the
impact.
These
is
a.
B
A
A
D
A
Devices
this
point
in
time
would
be
to
continue
at
one
month
to
get
no
specifics
as
to
what
the
screen
wants
to
do
and
what
the
city
wants
to
do
from
director
laboratory
as
see
if
we
can
accommodate
your
concerns
to
practically
whatever
operational
fast
as
the
screen
plans
to
do
Thank,
You,
teri
Kirschenbaum,
vice
president
I
do
think.
The
council
president
is
one
of
the
issues.
Is
it
and
the
reason
was
because
it
was
using
in
eastern
crescent?
A
In
fact,
it
was
using
impact
fees,
so
I
think
it
may
have
been
required
to
be
done.
That
way,
now
that
it's
going
to
be
done
with
private
money,
mostly
I,
don't
know
that
it
needs
to
be
an
annoyance
is
experimenting
with
someone
else's
money
rather
than
the
taxpayers
money
just
to
get
this
started.
I
thought
this
was
to
get
started.
A
G
A
Rapport
with
our
council
and
we've
had
a
lot
of,
in
fact
to
him
to
have
direct
communications
with
the
council
because
of
the
fact
that
he's
done
a
good
job
and
I
think
a
good
job
diversifying
throughout
the
city.
The
funds
that
we
use
so
I
like
to
think
that
there
would
be
a
mutual
respect
and
trust
between
administration
in
the
council
to.
A
A
We
put
in
front
of
you
what
it
is
that
we're
doing
when
we
use
recreational
impact
fees,
it's
in
front
of
the
council.
The
reality
is
that
some
of
this
art
there
is
an
administrative
function.
Now
I
would
like
to
again
say
that
I
think
that
we
have
a
good
report.
I
think
that
we
certainly
we
talk
about
things
like
dog
parks,
they're,
putting
tariffs
on
fields.
A
A
G
A
Fifteen
neighbors,
who
want
something
and
I,
can
tell
you
from
my
experience
when
I
worked
in
South
Kingstown
I
was
there
when
that
dog
park
was
developed
or
the
501
C
3
group
that
started
it
was
neighborhood
driven,
not
council,
driven
controversy.
I
can
tell
you
that
much
they
are
controversial
and
animal
was.
G
A
Occasionally
this
resonances
of
Venus
said
because
impact
fees
we're
being
discussed
as
the
the
origin
of
the
financing.
Now
that
that's
off
the
table,
essentially
we're
back
to
the
legislature,
legislative
body,
the
council
appropriates
to
the
administration.
The
administration
announced
appointments.
Those
agencies
has
the
discretion
now
to
spend
that
variation.
They
see
fit.
Sometimes
the
lights
get
because
this
is
almost
a
semi
good
situation
because
nowadays
is
also
private
money.
That's
been
introduced
that
just
just
to
for
that
to
a
comment
that
the
council
is
some
is
in
control.
A
A
Know
if
there's
any
harm
in
continue
it
would
it
be
December
the
grounds
frozen,
the
constructions,
not
gonna,
get
done.
I
really
wish
director
Liberatore
was
here
and
we
could
figure
out
what
the
dream
Center
wants
or
what
they
needs.
So
you
know
I,
don't
think,
there's
any
harm
in
just
waiting
them
month.
Then
we
could
maybe
that
doing
the
whole
Court
is
what
everybody
wants.
I
just
don't
want
to
push
away
any
public
money
or
private
money.
A
D
A
A
A
H
I've
talked
to
the
people
of
the
dream
Center
and
what
they
wanted.
They
want
to
do
something
nice
for
the
community
and
I.
Don't
think
they
have
this
big
pot
of
money
that
everybody
seems
to
think
they
do.
They
did
the
basketball
courts,
and
that
was
largely
with
labor
and
with
paint
they
brought
a
couple
benches.
They
brought
some,
but
this
is
not
a
not
talking
about
a
high-priced
operation
and
I.
Think
when
I
asked
mr.
H
Liberatore
about
fencing
at
the
dog
park,
because
I
mean
now
it's
fenced
as
two
tennis
courts,
but
there
need
to
be
some
division.
If
you
had
two
parts
of
the
dog
park
or
if
you
divided
it
from
the
basketball
court,
he
said
he
had
some
fencing
in
other
parks
than
he
was
going
to
transfer
in
and
that
if
he
needed
money
he
said
that
he
would
get
it
from
elsewhere
in
his
budget,
but
because
he
wanted
to
save
the
impact
fees
for
other
projects.
He
had
in
mind
so.
A
Last
telling
the
amendment
only
because
everyone's
had
a
chance
to
speak
on
I
think
we
should
continue
this
till
next
month.
So
we
have
all
the
information
make
a
decision
based
in
fact,
so
I'm
gonna
wait
until
I
see
the
plan
to
laboratory
get
some
s
feedback
from
administration.
Some
men
are
just
so
you
can
continuing
the
discussion
of
the
last
month
with
that.
A
A
B
A
Ordinance
I
would
get
you
that
material
either
a
ghost
and
psychos.
Thank
you
accounts
present
from
you,
I
will
be
voting
to
continue.
This
I
think
Ozma
said
goes
in
concert.
Amount
gets
the
bit
of
the
dog
park.
We
can
put
it
each
one
of
the
better.
There's
want
to
make
sure
all
missing
page.
That
would
be
the
time
of
year.
It
is
constructions,
aren't
gonna
get
done,
anyways,
so
I
think
there's
any
harm
in
continue.
A
H
Head
of
the
meeting
about
this
information
that
the
council
president
has
asked
about
and
consummately
any
of
that
is
asked
about,
so
we
just
kind
of
you
know,
then
we
have
a
little
bit
of
idea
that
idea
about
what
we're
going
to
be
discussing
and
if
we
have
any
other
details
before
the
meeting,
we
can
ask
for
that
information
before
the
meeting.
So
we
don't
end
up
delaying
again
for
lack
of
information
and-
and
we
said
all
right-
she
just
nodded.
Yes.
So
a
message.
A
Yes,
this
will
pass
tonight.
I
think
we
all
supported
drug
prohibition.
One
has
without
the
addition
of
both.
What's
not
knowing
what
the
plan
is,
it's
tough
for
us
to
vote
on
something
in
an
unknown
fashion,
so
we
do
need
go
up
in
the
city
we
working
hard,
the
last
six
months
to
prime
locations
or
the
locations.

dog
stand
and
then
some
and
coyotes,
but
those
are
not
bred,
thankfully,
by
humans
there
in
the
wild,
so
I,
don't
think
doesn't
mean
to
change
this.
We
went
through
issues
with
regard
to
the
the
hybrid
cat,
the
Savannah
cat,
so
for
that
Edgewood
I
understand
it's
in
Tennessee.
Now
that's
some
kind
of
a
file
or
something
and
there's
still
maybe
another
one
out
there,
but
this
basically
will
spell
out
exactly
what
kind
of
animals
are
in
the
city
and
also
under
the
where.

She
said
of
general
settings
will
be
sure
that
it
is
actually
coming
in
every
way
possible
of
information.
It
isn't
either
to
use
they
both
stop
in
this
state.
However,
it
is
not
in
the
true
purchase,
so
you
could
buy
it
there,
just
not
modify
your
weapon,
so
hopefully,
this
revolution
will
allow
to
change
that
rule
to
be
a
ninja
net
sales
of
that
in
this
state.
Sometimes
it
comes
to
my
channel
for
thinking
of
that
force
and
there's
no
further
comment.

H
I'm
not
optimistic
cousin.
The
mayor's
administration
takes
credit
for
bringing
southern
sky
out
to
my
neighborhood.
A
new
planning
director
has
no
interest
in
solar
or
assist,
but
you
know
when
you
saw
me
over
Nixon
goes
to
China
moment,
but
super
nice.
We
first
assume
listen,
they're
good.
You
make
a
few
changes
to
protect
them.
The
way
we
were
not
protected.
Thank
you.

President
mutations,
as
this
is
the
holiday
season,
I
will
just
say:
Happy
Hanukkah
to
everyone
who
was
found
to
be
at
the
menorah
lighting
and
that's
the
with
the
Edgewood
also
was
very
nice
to
see
the
treatment
and
unfortunately
stuck
at
work.
So
I
couldn't
make
the
tree
lighting
this
year.
This
is
first
year
in
seven
years,
but
did
a
great
job,
so
Merry
Christmas,
Happy
Holidays,
it's
been
a
fun
first
year
as
council
president
cots
has
been
different,
but
it's
a
lot
of
fun.
So
I
wouldn't
change
much
of
a
change.

Councilman
Thank
You
counselor
president,
just
a
couple
through
the
chair,
probably
too
direct
Alexi
infant.
Sorry
about
that
got
a
constituent
about
that.
There's
an
accident
that
leads
a
section
of
someone's
view.
I,
don't
know
what
can
be
done.
Is
it
so
it
comes
up
through
trial
is
East
and
cuffs
rights
for
Glenview
Drive
in
the
it
there's
a
very
wide.
A
A
A
It
could
be
the
trees.
Another
thing
was
that
that
report
about
the
gas
line
issue
with
National
Grid
I
did
call
me.
I
forgot
the
the
name
of
the
street
that
it
was
on,
but
this
was
a
whole
street.
Where
there's
an
issue
we've
had
the
smell
of
gas
play,
often
and
they've
had
a
lot
of
complaints,
I
think
the
hell
they
looked
at
it,
but
I
was
just
want
to.
Maybe
we
could
try
to
try
that
down.
H
In
order
to
members
of
the
concept
that
pass
these
around,
that
I
had
hoped
to
hand
out
at
the
discussion
of
consonant
ladies
resolution
on
guns
and
screws.
That's
from
the
New
York
Times
recently
and
I
think
it
provides
some
solid
statistical
information
about
gun
violence
by
various
arguments
that
people
make
and
I
hope
you
take
the
time
to
read
it
and
I
think
you'll
see
that
when
it
comes
to
mass
shootings,
there
are
two
countries
in
the
world
that
lead
the
way
the
United,
States
and
Yemen.

A
Counsel,

I
apologize.
First
of
all,
thank
everybody
that
Kim
know
and
and
helped
out
with
the
Natesville
gazebo
Christmas
tree
lighting.
If
you
explore,
it
went
very
well,
and
it
was
a
great
neighborhood
starts
when
I
think
of
everybody
involved
with
that,
and
I
also
want
to
wish
everybody
a
Merry
Christmas
behind
the
gun,
Happy
Holidays,
better
hope
you
have
an
enjoyable
holiday
season
with
your
family
Thanks.
Thank

We'll
always
like
that

the

myself
councilman,

Thank
You
mr.
president,
and
to
follow
up
on
council
my
boss,
mr.

You
learn
that
god,
the
city
neighborhood
association
in
regards
to
the
expansion
in
traffic
problems
on
something
else,
Equestria
that
half
a
dozen
of
the
labeled
association
when
with
Kelly
Coast
representing.
A
A
Come
out
from
37th
the
possibility,
Chavez
area
and
for
my
question
Association
was
grateful
and
that
with
unfamiliar
kids
is
show
a
lot
of
transparency
from
these
organizations.
That's
and
everybody
seems
to
be
on
the
same
page
on
the
cities,
so
maybe
Thank,
You,
Constance,
Vicki,
leading
with
them
and
I,
think
that.
A
F
Sure
absolutely
Thank
You
mr.
council,

appreciated
it's
been
interesting.
You
food!
Thank
you,
gentlemen,
for
all
the
excitement's
been
then
interesting.
It's
been
really
experiencing
the
folds
in
the
mixture,
but
we
wish
you
all
very
happy
holidays,
Merry,
Christmas,
Happy,
Hanukkah,
very
happy.
