Apologizing
in
advance,
my
voices
in
the
source
tonight
as
I
was
in
Patriots
game
in
Chicago.
Yesterday,
lots
of
screaming,
but
so
I'll
try
to
speak
nice
and
clearly
just
a
mate's,
Johnson
and
kaskus
is
currently
attending
a
class.
He
had
an
exam
this
evening,
it's
running
longer
than
he
anticipated.
So
once
the
exam
is
done,
he
will
he
will
be
in
the
council
chamber.
E
G

They'll
be
building

just
set

the

operation,

rebuilding
homes
used
to
help
their

and
nights
responsibilities,
use
resources
efficiently.
We
have
is
a
voluntary

for
recognizing
excellence
and

He
said
many
resources

have
a

occupants.
Welcome
in
Louisville,
clean
energy.
D
E
On
to
the
next
section
of
docket,
we
had
public
hearings.
I
do
have
a
smell
unless
they
will
ask
after
the
list
is
done,
then
most
would
like
to
speak
as
a
reminder
if
we
try
to
keep
comments
to
the
four
minute
limit.
If
someone
has
spoken
on
something
you
ability
you'd
like
to
speak
about,
but
please
try
to
keep
your
comments.

You
are

I
Pauly
D
Rosa
Knight,
a
seventh
Cypress
Drive
a
good
evening,
council
members
and
president
council.
Mr.
Farina
I
have
a
concern
about
the
school
safety
report,
particularly
under
the
findings
heading
on
page
three,
the
last
sentence
of
the
second
paragraph
reads:
in
fact,
the
school
department
in
school
community
have
spent
almost
1
million
dollars
over
the
last
four
years.
The
safety
upgrades,
or
continues
to
search
for
grant
monies
in
programs
to
continue
this
effort.
I
Page
4,
the
last
paragraph,
the
council
appropriated
113,
additional
funding
to
the
superintendent
of
schools
in
a
school
community
as
a
taxpayer,
I
would
like
to
see
documentation
of
where
the
1
million
dollars
was
spent.
I
don't
want
to
diminish
the
concerns
of
parents
and
teachers,
nor
do
I
want
to
try
and
simplify
the
efforts
made
by
all
the
committee's
involved
in
creating
this
report,
but
the
word
bullying
and
orbona
is
used
frequently
throughout
this
report.
If
this
is
a
major
problem
in
your
schools,
then
maybe
we
should
identify
these
boys
expel
them.
Thank
you.
I
J
B
But
when
she
had
someone
else
go
to
the
building
officials
office
seeking
a
zonie
certificate
was
advised
by
the
building
officials
that
any
other
use
would
require
eyes
only
variance.
So
they
look
to
the
comprehensive
planning.
The
comprehensive
plan
has
a
specific
reference
to
this
property.
As
you
know,
the
comp
in
has
many
properties
that
are
listed,
as
specifically
has
own
changed,
and
this
was
one
of
those
and
a
comp
reinforce
for
the
designation
of
funds.
The
main
use
plan
to
be
changed
to
highlight
commercial
services,
which
is
either
c3
c4
c5.
B
The
specific
recommendation
of
this
property
was
for
c3.
My
clients
feel
they
did
not
need
something
that
is
intend
to
see.
Three,
so
I
spoke
with
the
planning
department
and
they
agreed
that
a
less
intensive
zoning
designation
would
be
better
and
now
withstanding
the
fact
that
the
comp
plan
call
for
it
to
be
see
three
four
or
five.
So
the
ordinances
before
you
is
seeking
to
change
the
zoning
designation
of
that
property
from
AAA
to
c2
I
would
just
briefly
read
from
the
your
that
would
be
for
you.
What's
the
recommendation
from
the
Planning
Department.
B
That
was
also
the
recommendation
of
the
Planning
Commission
indicating
the
proposed
c2
is
only
confirms
in
that
is
more
restrictive,
not
less
allowing
less
intense
commercial
uses,
which
demonstrates
concentration,
I'm,
sorry,
consideration
of
the
neighboring
residential
zoning
property.
That
was
the
fact
that
we
changed
from
the
the
could've
had
c3
again
I.
Think
it
E.
B
It's
a
good
use
there
that
abuts,
the
that's
on
Willow
Street,
the
corner
of
Willow
and
and
Oak
Lawn,
the
abutting,
the
property
across
the
street
is
the
fire
department
hook.
One
Avenue
so
I
believe
a
commercial
use
is
one
that
should
be
this
and
I'm
asking
for
a
positive
approval
of
the
zoning
make.
K
K
Section
of
your
of
your
docket
I
did
attend.
The
ordinance
can
be
meeting
11
days
ago.
I
believe
that
my
recollection
is
that
there
were
not
only
a
number
of
the
ordinance
committee
members
there,
but
some
additional
members
so
I'm
a
graduate
of
the
Cranston
schools.
I
can
count
and
I
stand
here,
understanding
that
enough
people
may
have
already
expressed
their
disapproval.
These
ordinances
and
I
respect
that
necessarily
with
it
you're
right,
I
just
want
to
I
just
want
to
make
a
couple
of
points
for
the
record.
The
these
my
clients
psychoshy
ozone
Lots.
K
This
is
for
those
familiar
with
the
Phoenix
Avenue
in
the
vicinity
of
Westin
Hills
middle
school
and
the
tennis
courts.
These
locks
that
directly
across
the
street,
but
in
that
vicinity
they're
a
split
zone.
The
lot
in
the
back
is
zoned
a
six
and
lot
120
21:26
on
plat
20
is
the
front
lot
along
Phoenix
in
that
zone.
A
20,
so
we
are
trying
to
accomplish
through
these
ordinances
was
first,
is
an
ordinance
to
amend
the
comprehensive
plan
because
we
would
like
to
rezone
the
front
lot
to
a
six.
K
K
If
the
council
were
to
rezone
the
front
lot
to
a
six,
I
would
suggest
you
that
it
would
clearly
be
in
conformity
with
the
surrounding
neighbors
and
neighborhood.
Just
for
those
you
can
see
this,
the
brown
or
musta
color
area
is
all
the
property
around
my
clients.
Property
is
only
six.
This
small
yellow
a
lot
here.
There's
a
lot,
that's
presumed
8020,
so
it
clearly
would
be
in
conformity
with
the
neighborhood
with
the
neighborhood
at
the
ordinance
community
meeting.
K
You
know
a
number
of
neighbors
got
up
and
frankly
there
many
of
their
comments
were
Metron
ously,
directed
or
affected
by
my
clients,
property,
there's
a
size
of
the
tract
of
land
adjacent
to
the
subject
Lots
before
you
this
evening
that
run
up
the
pipeline.
I
think
there's
concern
about
possible
future
development
of
that
and
the
rezoning
of
that,
perhaps
in
the
future,
that
that's
that's
for
another
night
if
that
owner
comes
forward
with
a
petition
to
rezone.
K
The
bottom
line
is
many
of
the
comments
that
were
talked
about
and
I'm
sure
of
some
movie
riyer
reiterated
tonight.
It
involves
you
know,
FEMA
maps
and
flooding,
and
none
of
which
might
my
clients,
property
would
would
would
lead
to
I'm
ed
with
a
couple
of
neighbors
before
the
ordinance
committee
meeting.
K
If
it's
not,
we
zoned
I
just
want
to
be
clear,
and
you
know
there
will
be
development
on
this
lot
and
if
it
ends
up
just
being
one
home,
half
acre
a
lot,
then
slightly
larger
than
a
half
fake
a
lot.
You
know
my
promise
that,
with
the
neighbors
about
trying
to
preserve
a
no-cut
line
at
the
rear
of
the
property
abutting
that
the
ceramic
properties
that
probably
will
be
eliminated
just
because
we
will
need
a
larger
lot
for
a
larger
home
but
more
poorly.
K
We
will
need
to
put
a
septic
system
on
the
property
sue.
Is
this
presently?
The
public
correspond
would
not
allow
a
sewer
extensions
to
these
Lots.
We
were
willing
to
wait
for
that.
But
if
we
go
forward,
they
were
you
know
the
lab
can
all
likelihood
will
be
cleared,
so
a
septic
system
can
be
installed
right
on
the
wait
for
the
sewers.
So
that's
not
by
the
way
a
threat
I'm
just
I,
just
you
know,
there's
always
another
side
of
the
coin,
and
you
know
you
know
we'll
deal
with
it
after
your
decisions
tonight.
K
So
I
want
to
thank
you.
I
want
to
thank
the
ordinance
committee
for
your
attention.
I
want
to
thank
the
neighbors
for
their
participation
and
I
certainly
understand
that
the
council
always
tries
to
be
responsive
to
the
neighbors,
and
you
supported
many
of
my
zone
change
applications.
So
I,
don't
I
understand
that
sometimes
it
doesn't
always
happen
and
I
respect
your
your
your
decisions.
Thank
you
for
your
time.
Thank
You,
Jenny,
Mike,.
H
H
First
I
want
to
make
a
comment
about
my
city,
councilman
ed,
with
Brady
four
months
in
office,
head
Brady
came
down
when
I
called
took
a
look
at
the
situation.
Didn't
you
ask
what
happened
why
it
happened
took
ed
Brady
month
month
and
a
half
he
orchestrated
an
effort
to
take
down
those
trees
that
could
have
killed.
Somebody
in
that
neighborhood,
some
on
behalf
of
my
family,
my
nameÃs
access
tonight,
each
transport
to
my
son.
H
E
L
Brian
Lamar
ten

cranston
good
evening
council
members.
Thank
you
for
taking
the
time
this
evening
to
hear
our
neighborhood
concerns
regarding
the
property
at
seventy
Burlingame
Road
in
Weston
Cranston.
A
neighborhood
would
also
like
to
thank
councilman
state.
Would
Grady
who's
taken
the
time
to
hear
our
concerns,
visit
our
property
and
understand
the
seriousness
of
that
we
can
go
back
as
far
as
2010
is
the
issue
at
seventy
Burlingame
Road
won
by
Lee
Bruce
Alejo
began.
Then
the
property
is
zoned
a
for
residential
use.
L
However,
it
was,
and
he's
still
being
used
as
commercial
property
to
support
an
asphalt
business.
The
business
created
constant
loud
noise,
accompanied
by
heavy
odors
of
petroleum
products
coupled
with
exhaust
fumes,
the
residents
at
that
time
notified
the
Cranston
building
inspectors
office.
According
to
information
provided
by
the
Cranston
building
office
inspectors
office,
once
the
70
Burlingame
Road
property
was
accessed,
there
were
no
findings
of
improper
use.
Again.
This
was
in
2010
the
same
residents
who
initiated
these
concerns
back
in
2010
are
here
this
evening
sitting
to
the
right
and
here
to
speak
on
this
issue.
L
My
wife
and
I
purchased
war
land
at
ten
Juliana
Drive,
which
also
butts
the
70
Burlingame
Road
property,
because
we
were
allowed
to
make
a
significant
investment
in
a
new
home
at
ten
Juliana
Drive.
We
did
what
we
thought
was
the
necessary
due
diligence
and
checked
all
abutting
property
in
zoning
restrictions.
We
found
that
it
was
zoned
for
residential
use.
Only
we
came
as
we
came,
seeking
quiet
and
peaceful
surroundings.
L
After
securing
all
permits,
construction
commenced
and
by
September
2003.
We
finally
moved
into
a
new
home
at
ten
juliana
drive
upon
moving
in,
I
began
working
outdoors
to
improve
or
complete
the
landscaping
around
the
property
that
was
then.
I
began
noticing
significant
amounts
of
loud
noise
from
what
appeared
to
be
construction
equipment.
The
noise
came
from
a
short
distance
away
through
the
woods.
The
noises
were
ongoing
through
the
week
and
weekends.
L
After
several
weeks
of
the
continued
use,
I
decided
to
walk
through
my
property
to
see
what
the
origin
was.
Once
I
arrived
at,
the
property
line.
I
was
taken
aback
to
see
the
amount
of
activity
taken
place.
There
were
various
construction
equipment
dump
trucks,
hey
rose,
asphalt,
spreaders,
concrete
storage,
bins
and
buildings,
leaded
equipment
and
buildings.
Let
it
loose
Alejo,
caving,
I,
do
have
some
pictures
with
this
and
leave
it
with
counsel.
If
you
want
them,
especially
what
a
few
pictures
here,
the
clerk
will
we'll
get
them.
Okay
and
I
actually
have
pictures
of
later.
E
Before
I
move
up,
this
topic
does
any
other
member
of
Lilia.
Butters
of
this
issue
want
to
speak
because
I'm
gonna
ask
the
administration
actually
respond
to
this
now.
I
know
it
comes
up
later
in
the
meeting,
but
this
is
under
councilmember
communications.
So
if
we
can,
have
you
guys,
speak
and
then
have
the
administration
respond
now
that
we
don't
have
to
sit
here
all
night
on
this
issue.
So
if
anyone
from
from
the
abutting
group
wants
to
speak,
I
would
ask
you
to
do
it
now.
E
N
L
Well,
we,
we
certainly
can
say
that
we
have
seen
the
diminished
activity
since
the
fire
and
they
fire
an
explosion
right
not
to
you
know,
dramatize
the
whole
thing,
but
it
was
quite
a
record
right.
So
what
we
are
fearing
here
is
that
you
know
this.
This
fellow
is
going
to
come
back
with
a
vengeance
right,
so
you
know
what
do
we
do?
You
know
once
this
thing
goes
through
the
legal
motions.
If
that
comes
back,
you
know
not
really.
You
know
I
want
to
say
the
right
way.
N
L
D
N
L
O
L
N
N
L
Right
just
to
further
illustrate
of
the
the
royalness
of
the
area.
There
are
no
fire
hydrants,
you
know
right.
So
if
you
look
around
the
city,
it's
every
five
hundred
feet.
You
see
a
five
hundred
fireman
in
our
area
is
three-quarters
of
a
mile
to
the
next
fire
hydrant
the
night
of
the
evening
of
that
fire.
They
had
to
use
a
pond
to
draft
water
on
it
to
fight
the
fire
right.
We
were
very
lucky
that
it
was
wet
that
we
moved
the
whole
neighborhood
could
have
been
golfed.
N
L
N
N
O
I
have
a
point
of
information
actually
into
the
administration
and
the
solicitor
the
legislature
has
gave
our
municipal
court
the
power
to
concentrate
for
up
to
30
days.
So
if
you
want
to
research
that
a
little
I
can
probably
point
it
to
the
right
section,
but
our
mystical
Court
has
the
power
actually
to
enforce
judgments
once
they're
entered,
so
they
do
have
some
power
I.
Think
that
once
you
get
to
a
judgment
stage
and
you
couldn't
course
compliance
potentially
that
way,
it's
a
drastic
remedy
for
a
Municipal
Court.
But
we
do
have
that
power.
N
P
Q
L
N
L
E
E
R
Is
e12
Midland,
Drive
and
I'm
here
to
speak
regarding
people
and
it's
in
the
application
to
who
would
deny
that
that
counsel
mentioned,
which
is
in
nathie,
the
Midland
Road
in
Scotland
Road
area
near
Western
Hills,
this
velocity
of
these
two
losses
seeking
to
have
to
be
able
to
develop
my
purpose.
I
know
other
people
will
be
getting
up
from
the
neighborhood
speaking
and,
let's
just
start
off
first
by
saying,
thank
you
for
giving
us
the
time
to
be
heard
tonight.
You
know
here
with
you
folks,
without
the
turns
out.
R
R
Doesn't
copter
it
that
should
be
enough.
I
so
feel
I
like
to
be
able
to
do
according
to
FEMA,
and
this
is
repentance
and
Islam
on
the
community's
whx
officials
to
see
if
your
community
has
adopted
a
local
Hazard,
Mitigation
plan.
This
plan
describes
the
community's
risk
from
flooding
and
other
hazards
and
establishes
an
action
plan
to
reduce
the
impact
of
disasters
through
planning
structural
project
and
protecting
the
environment.
R
If
the
plan
hasn't
been
updated
in
five
years,
make
sure
your
local
officials
are
aware
and
have
plans
to
update
soon
since
having
a
plan
is
a
prerequisite
for
your
community
to
get
access
to
certain
kinds
of
non
emergency
disaster
funding.
You
will
notice
on
this.
These
two
sheets
I
sent
you
that
you
have
in
front
of
you.
Excuse
me
the
first
one
shows
the
property
as
it
was
in
March,
2nd
2009,
and
you
see
this
blue
area
is
what
was
the
flood
hazard
problem?
Then
I?
R
R
That's
not
that
blue
area
is
considerably
larger,
that
what
FEMA
had
recently
been
flood
zone
problem,
my
poppy,
which
is
significantly
the
water
in
the
river.
The
thing
that's
behind
it
visited
in
the
flood
zone
I've
had
to
go
and
I've
had
to
get
and
elevation
certificate
at
my
expense
to
try
to
get
a
loma.
That
would
suggest
that
I
be
excused
from
that.
R
There
I
talked
to
my
local
legislators
in
o3d
office
and
and
mismanagement
offers,
and
it
wasn't
night,
but
here's
my
concern
FEMA
says
that
new
construction
can
increase
flood
risk,
especially
if
it
changes
natural
runoff
plans.
R
Now
my
feeling
and
I
think
some
of
my
name
is
want
to
suggest
that,
while
councils
here
on
behalf
of
his
client,
to
ask
you
to
give
a
variance
for
that
small
pie
shaped
piece
of
property.
We
feel
that
that
is
just
a
foray
into
the
logic
general,
which
is
the
Santa
cada
property.
That's
owned
behind
it.
Female.
R
My
elevation
certificate
says
you'd
have
to
have
fifteen
and
a
half
feet
of
standing
water
to
be
if
concern
hasn't
happened
in
100
years,
but
it's
not
to
say
that
it
can't
because
I've
only
got
a
1%
chance
of
that
happening.
My
concern
for
my
name
is,
is,
as
I
mentioned,
the
last
meeting
in
the
holistic
approach,
because,
with
all
our
homes
are
like
a
puzzle
integrated
home.
If
that
copy
re
there,
man
in
the
greater
Lynne
that
escalates
up
uphill,
is
disturbed.
R
So
while
you're,
not
all
that,
now
we're
kind
of
asking
to
look
into
the
future
a
little
bit
as
to
if
that
property,
because
of
falling
into
the
greater
size
property.
What
will
happen
to
our
neighborhood?
We
all
have
a
vested
interest
there,
that
vested
interest
is
held
in
the
many
mortgages
and
banks
that
that
hold
out
property.
R
It
is
not
our
desire
to
move
out
of
that
area,
even
though
a
house
that's
been
deemed
in
a
flood
zone
creates
an
encumbrance,
and
many
folks
would
not
want
to
buy
that
that
home
I
I
strongly
want
to
leave
you
with.
This
cannot
be
minimized
in
in
your
consideration,
because
this
is
based
on
empirical
data.
This
is
important
I.
It
was
a
remark
made
by
one
of
the
gentlemen
on
the
floor
and
committee
that
he
didn't
think
anything
about
FEMA
that
there
would
be
flooding
well,
cuz
P.
R
E
E
S
S
The
plenty
for
the
decent
we
do
local
read
that
those
of
gentlemen,
sinner
God
will
become
an
assassin
so
to
rezone
the
next
property
or
look
and
then
possibly
the
pipeline,
which
could
be
vast
mass
possible.
Hold
me
so
two
months
of
something
we
can.
We
can
do
about
that
actually
they're
right
to
build,
but
five
to
six
homes
he
was
tend
to
eat.
Team
on
vehicles
stressed
out
on
public
work
in
its
first
responder.
Twenty
construction
units
at
also
does
set
up
a
precedent
along
with
construction
life,
is
easy.
S
S
D
S
U
D
S
T
I've
been
there
we're
not
in
the
current
leave
in
the
flood
zone.
However,
like
you
all
take
a
pic
look
at
all
the
pictures
that
you
see
and
you
see
the
river
running
in
the
back-
that's
our
backyard.
There
is
a
river
that
over
floods,
every
single
time
that
rain
comes
through
with
that
being
said,
I
bought
this
house
for
my
grandparents
and
the
family.
T
For
over
50
years,
we
bought
the
house
back
in
2009
when
I'm
sorry,
2010
and
if
I
have
this
along
2009
about
the
house,
but
apparently
there
is
owned
the
whole
820
a
six
situation
and
overlooked
that
this
apparently
being
a
six
I,
would
have
never
bought
the
house
had
I
known
that
it
was
zoned
for
a
six
cuz
now
having
the
potential
of
building
all
that
property
behind
us.
So
I
got
the
property
before
they
made
their
mistake,
as
you
can
see,
with
all
that
money
off
and
everything
else.
T
My
grandparents
said
Oh
in
the
house
previously
the
basement
over
flood
with
sewage
now
building
on
all
these
other
property.
But
building
my
properties
comes
more
disruption
to
everything
underneath
and
if
that
has
already
happened,
without
those
houses
being
built
behind
us,
it's
very
likely
to
say
that
it
could
happen
again
and
I'll.
Tell
you
what
$30,000
to
be
taking
care
of
the
basement
and
all
that,
once
again,
we
bought
the
house
to
build
a
family
which
we
already
have
I
have
a
little
girl
on
this.
T
We
have
a
little
girl
in
this
house
just
three
years
old
and
the
last
thing
I'll
do
is
have
it
be
flooded
and
in
risk
of
health,
along
with
everybody
else.
I
just
want
to
say
that
no,
not
all
our
neighbors
are
here.
Today
we
have
a
few
which
are
great
for
being
there.
We
had
a
bunch
here
last
time.
Everybody
is
we're
a
big
tight-knit
community
and
we
moved
to
Cranston
for
the
private
Cranston
and
loved
everything
about
it.
T
But
we
just
need
to
be
heard
on
these
facts,
because
this
is
something
that
is
very
scary.
To
think.
Do
it?
You
know
we're
right
next
to
the
school
systems
that
plate
that
is
so
much
traffic,
so
much
flow
in
going
straight
through
the
back
to
open
that
up
is
dangerous
to
begin
with,
but,
needless
to
say,
there's
a
lot
of
concerns.
I
just
wanted
to
think
Edie
councilman
Brady
for
sitting
down.
T
When
we
first
heard
about
this,
we
were
a
little
bit
nervous
about
how
to
approach
it,
what
the
facts
and
going
forward,
and
he
took
the
time
and
Chris
also,
and
it
was
just
we
just
like
to
say
thank
you
on
that,
but
also
just
know
that
I
just
can't
go
ahead,
knowing
that
we
can
just
go
in
and
just
make
changes
on
something
when
you
know
we
we
didn't
exactly
do
everyone
work
I,
have
reasons
as
to
why
it
needs
to
just
casually
be
changed
back
with.
That
being
said,
you.
C
C
First,
I
wanted
to
recap
that
at
the
original
planning
committee
was
not
recommended
and
the
same
issue
was
brought
up
again
at
the
abbreviated
council
meeting
again,
it's
not
recommended
so
I
just
wanted
to
point
that
out
also
that
once
again
it's
already
been
mentioned,
but
I
too
feel
very
strongly
that
this
will
set
a
precedence
and
you'll
be
changing
that
entire
area.
It's
been
said
that
it's
a
close-knit
community
and
once
you
start
making
these
decisions,
they
really
do
have
impacts
on
other
areas
of
land
and
that's
greatly
going
to
change
that
neighborhood.
V
V
Suggested
that
the
waterfall
is
not
part
of
this
tonight
is
wrong,
because
I
have
pictures
to
prove
that
when
we
have
a
devastating
rainfall
and
it
correlates
with
the
waterfall
flowing
down
heavily
the
pictures,
don't
lie
and
I
have
the
book
in
the
backyard
and
it
overflows
and
I
will
pass
these
around
to
you,
my
yard.
No
sir
I
have
a
bridge
you
can
see.
I
will
pass
this
to
whoever
wants
them
getting.
V
V
It
goes
past
our
land.
It
goes.
It
will
go
past
the
land
that
he
is
trying
to
sell
to
the
new
owners
to
these
homes
that
they
want
to
build.
I
can
guarantee
you.
You
know.
I
would
like
a
maintenance,
make
a
bet
with
the
owner
of
this
property.
For
a
week
like
survivor,
live
on
that
land
week
in
a
10
I
guarantee
you,
you
won't
make
it
because
you're
gonna
be
saturated.
You're
gonna
be
booted
out
within
a
week,
because
it's
it's
it's
murky.
V
It's
cold!
It's
with
the
water
running,
especially
on
a
rainy
day.
You
know
heavy
rainy
day
with
them.
With
the
the
brook
running
you
know
overflowing
it
comes
up.
I
have
children
that
walk
there
many
years
ago,
that
you
know
they
had
to
roll
up
their
shoe
there
their
pants
and
goes
through
Western,
Hills,
Cranston,
West
and
it's
you
know
they
would
come
home.
Mom
like
your
suit
yeah
you're
soaking
wet.
V
Because
of
and
it's
not
I'm
not
lying,
it's
it's,
it's
total
it
just
overflows
from
the
brook
and
not
only
the
brook
years
ago,
when
we
used
to
play
up
there
when
we
were
children,
it's
not
that
way
anymore.
The
because
of
I
should
say
global
warming.
Everything
is
now
taken
over
it.
The
river
used
to
play
it's
now
trickling
down
this
way,
and
it's
coming
into
my
part
where
the
bridge
and
stripping
you
down
in
front
of
my
yard.
So
it's
the
water's
just
overflowing
saturating
everywhere.
V
Now
on
Phoenix
Avenue,
we
don't
need
any
more
traffic
on
Phoenix
Avenue
between
the
buses
coming
out
of
in
West
Western
Hills,
and
then
you
have
more
homes
over
here
and
you
have
the
fire
station
with
the
gun
noise,
and
these
people
probably
won't
be
aware
that
the
shooting
of
the
noise
is
like
it's
devastating
enough
that
noise
I'm
kind
of
prone
to
it
already
but
I
mean
they're,
not
gonna,
be
aware
of
it.
You
know
this
go
to
move
in
and
also
it's
like
anyways
like
duck
for
cover.
V
You
know,
I
have
my
my
traveling
vet
comes
and
says
wow
like.
Can
you
stand
that
noise?
Besides
that
the
pictures
as
you
well
so
see
there,
they're
horrendous,
they're
gonna,
take
out
my
yard.
They
take
out
Sarah's
yard
again.
One
other
thing
to
point
out:
Mother
Nature
we
have
animals,
we
have
Fred
and
Ethel
are,
are
traveling
ducks.
They
come
up
to
our
yard,
I
feed
them.
Turkey
palace
sarah,
has
little
thumper.
She
has
a
family
of
rabbits
that
come
every
spring.
V
W
Dean
Porter
70
million
drive.
Thank
you
all.
My
neighbors
brought
all
plenty
of
paperwork
for
you
to
review.
You
just
want
to
mention
that,
like
everyone
else,
I'm
against
this
proposal
and
the
buyer
wants
just
to
concentrate
just
on
this
one
area
but
10
years
from
now,
what
we
do
tonight
is
going
to
affect
the
whole
area
there,
so
this
process
will
set
a
future
president
precedent
which
none
of
us
will
like.
Thank
you.
U
Insurance
is
not
something
that
I
can
financially
look
forward
to.
I
would
be
very
disappointed
if
I
had
to
put
up
my
home
for
sale.
Due
to
these
reasons,
I
am
very
grateful
that
I
live
in
a
safe,
neighborhood
I
have
a
movers
that
I
am
very
grateful
for
so
I
want
to
thank
you
for
allowing
me
the
opportunity
to
speak
on
these
possible
changes
that
and
I
hope
that
you
do
not
allow
it
to
pass.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Very
much.
X
Peter
Czerwinski

Midland
Drive
Cranston.
Thank
you
for
allowing
us
here
tonight
and
thank
you
for
your
service,
a
little
history
of
the
earlier
during
the
past
50
years,
the
residents
of
this
area
presently
in
question,
and
it's
the
abutting
area
as
well.
The
series
just
met
of
the
illegal
cry:
some
police
shooting
range,
the
illegal
one.
X
X
X
Because
of
that,
it
shows
that
the
present
sewer
system
cannot
handle
an
increase
of
sewage
because
of
the
increased
density
in
the
afternoon
hours.
The
students
of
the
mall
and
high
school
are
endangered
because
the
enormous
amount
of
traffic
on
Phoenix
Avenue
in
the
wisdom
of
the
flammable
scientist
of
the
master
plan
they
are
put
in
safeguards
to
prevent
over
density.
X
S
Q
Y
E
Z
Thank
you,
our
mr.
counts,
president.
Are
we
heard
the
races
of
the
residents
of
the
neighborhood
clear
they
came
out
and
spoke
at
the
plane.
They
came
out
and
spoke
at
ordinance,
many
more
residents
that
the
ordinance
committee
meeting
than
there
are
here
but
I
know
I
heard
their
voices,
and
my
colleagues
on
the
ordinance
committee
heard
their
voices
I
may
know
as
unanimous
denial
of
recommendation
I'm.
Just
seeing
me
grave
to
the
city
right
now
to
pass
this
so
I'll
be
voting.
No
thank
heaven.
I.
AA
Thank
you,
council,
president
I.
Remember
correctly,
this
type
of
evidence
at
this
location
has
come
up
here.
Are
these
three
four
times
or
the
past
15
years,
their
builders
concept,
and
we
rejected
that
every
single
time,
for
the
exact
same
reasons
why
they
can
be
rejected
again
tonight
and
so
I
urge
every
member
this
concept
to
reject
this.
Thank
you.
Thank.
O
Hi
I
wasn't
able
to
meet
those
the
ordinance
meeting,
but
he
did
so
I
just
got
to
look
at
this
for
the
first
time,
but
the
the
flooding
is
really
concerning
to
me.
You
know
and
that's
on.
We
have
heavy
rains
quite
frequently.
It
seems
so
I'm
concerned
about
that
that
area
and
the
watershed
so
I
will
be
voting
against
I'll,
be
voting
in
favor
of
the
motion,
basically
to
deny
God's
what
happens.
Thank.
J
You
Paul
I
just
want
to
congratulate
the
people
submit
neighborhood.
Your
people
are
so
passionate
during
the
audience
meeting
in
the
Assessors,
and
the
vote
was
unanimous
against
it
and
again,
you
came
back
again
tonight
with
the
same
passion
drive
to
protect
your
land
in
your
neighborhood
and
I'm.
Pretty
sure
that
we
heard
it
again
tonight
so
and
congratulate
you
for
as
I
found,
the
teacher
for
Bayon
Thank
You
Council.
F
G
I
should
thank
you
too,
because
showing
fans
of
customer
monkeys,
you
guys,
came
here
with
passion.
We
came
out
again
and
the
people
have
heard
this
is.
Oh,
that's
not
easy
to
make.
His
decision
is
not
all
development
development,
no
we're
listening.
So
thank
you.
So
much
for
coming
strong
Talisman's.
E
Any
further
comments
I
will
make
mine
make
them
short.
This
has
come
before
the
council
before
has
been
denied
several
times.
I
do
thank
the
residents
for
coming
and
speaking,
but
do
know
that
the
council
does
support
neighbors
and
neighborhoods
when
these
things
come
up.
Not
all
zoning,
as
councilman
gray
said,
is
good
zoning.
Not
all
changes
are
the
right
changes.
So
I
do.
Thank
you
for
coming
out.
I
was
not
at
the
ordinance
community,
so
I
would
not.
E
I
was
not
able
to
say
that
to
most
of
you
then,
but
living
in
work
for
most
of
my
life
and
more
to
most
of
my
life
I
know
the
role
agrarian
nature
of
Western,
Cranston
and
Phoenix
have,
and
how
to
hold
that
without
without
farm
on
its
residents,
I
see
nothing
greater
than
keeping
zoning
a
20
or
more
in
those
areas.
With
that
emotion
to
a
yes
vote
is
a
motion
to
deny
a
know,
there
would
be
a
motion
not
to
deny.
So
if
you
want
to
deny
this,
you
would
need
to
vote.

O
O
Next,
we
have
nine
1802
ordinance,
an
amendment
of
title
2
of
the
code
of
the
city
of
Cranston
2005
in
title
administration
and
personnel,
repeal
of
police
injured
on
duty,
disability,
pension
entitlement
sponsored
by
the
mayor
this.
This
was
passed
unanimously.
This
was
to
clean
up
polls
and
there's
some
obsolete
ordinances
that
we
had
based
on
certain
events
that
took
place
as
far
as
disability
pensions.
High
urge
passage
of
this
I
was.
E
AC
AC
AC
Both
police
and
fire
labor
we're
in
a
it,
was
not
a
problem
for
us
to
remove
it
from
their
standpoint,
because
they
also
said
that
at
the
time
that
those
went
in
there
was
not
a
workers
compensation
court,
so
that,
if
somebody
was
tonight,
they
had
no
other
recourse
other
than
the
Superior
Court
process,
which
was
very
lengthy,
time-consuming.
So
now
they
can
go
to
workers
comp
or
if
they
get
denied,
if
they
lose
their
and
want
to
fight
when
they
can.
AC
AA
AC
Were
outstanding
and
lingering,
but
I
believe
the
fire
one
left
I
do
not
know
if
there
were
any
outstanding
with
you
have
said,
not
certain
the
police
that
are
currently
in
sit
with
us
right
now
on
different
situations
right,
but
really
key
institutions.
One
was
I
wanted
to
most
of
those
have
either
been
resolved
or
they've
taken
service
disability.
Since
then,
I
believe
there
is
one
outstanding
I've
ever
caught.
He
was
cancer
or
a
back
injury.
He
was
back
injury.
I
thought
he
was.
AC
AC
This
would
require
the
administration
to
put
them
on,
and
this
administration
is
not
inclined
to
do
that
because
we
don't
have
a
true
funding
source
for
it.
So
if
we
were
to
put
this
into
place
now,
there
would
be
no
grandfathering.
If
you
will
I'm
sure
someone
could
try
that
we
would
say
the
position.
Is
the
audience's
very
clear
that
the
city
shall
put
the
person
on
disability
and
until
the
city
is
willing
to
do
that,
it
really
would
matter
because
I
wanted.
Y
Y
AC
O
Next,
we
have
the
coordinates:
9
1803
ordinance,
amendment
of
title
to
the
court
of
city
of
Cranston
2005
in
total
administration
and
personnel,
repeal
the
five
firefighters
injured
on
duty
disability,
pension
entitlement.
This
is
the
firefighter
the
fireman's
Union
counterpart
to
the
previous
one
at
rich
passage.
I
want.
E
Q
Y
AB
O
O
E
Delta,
the
spelling
before
we
do
the
safe
to
threaten
that
may
take
some
time.
I
believe
we
have
one
more
matter
under
ordinance.
If
we
could
do
that,
so
the
attorney
can
deny
us
debate.
The
safety
report.
Yeah
I
appreciate
that
if
we
could
just
do
that
after
so
I
will
switch
the
audience
community
for
a
brief
moment,
Canton.
Z
P
B
The
present
he
uses
going
to
be
the
same
as
it
is
now
is
a
someone's
renting.
There
is
a
divorce
mediation
business,
but
the
reason
fully
the
ordinance
is
a
fact
that
every
time
that
property
would
change,
you
should
have
to
get
its
own
independence
it.
The
main
just
thing
is
that
there
is
no
no
thank
you
any.
Q
Q
E
O
O
As
far
as
the
exact
breakdown,
they
would
have
to
give
it
to
you
some
some
of
the
information
later
not
mayor,
B
may
or
may
not
be
protected,
that
there
were
some
state
law
that
requires
them
to
conceal
certain
information
regarding
safety,
but
I
think
they
could
break
it
down
to
you
possibly
by.
You
know
whether
it's
structural
different
types
of
improvements
that
they've
made
in
different
weight
ways
that
they've
spent
money.
O
They
you
break
it
down.
You
know
dollar
for
dollar
for
us,
but
that
was
the
figure
that
they
gave
us.
We
know
the
type
of
things
that
they
did
if
there's
some
generalities
in
my
report,
and
that
is
due
to
the
fact
that
there
was
some
safety
concerns
expressed
by
the
superintendent
and
the
school
committee
chairwoman.
O
So
I
would
have
liked
to
explain
a
few
more
things,
but
I
think
that
they
felt
strongly
that
we
should
not.
The
police
chief
participated,
the
fire
chief,
the
administration,
the
council
and
I
think
it.
It
was
very
productive
for
us
to
really
learn
what
they're
doing
presently
and
what
we
need
to
be
aware
of
and
what
we
need
to
do
to
help
them,
and
it
also
revolves
city,
buildings
and
city
properties.
We
heard
discussions
about
the
playgrounds
and
of
both
all
of
our
athletic
facilities.
O
City
buildings,
one
of
the
things
that
we
determined
was
that
there
is
so
much
movement
between
the
various
buildings.
Our
high
school
campuses
are
actually
multiple
buildings,
so
on
a
daily
basis,
every
hour
people
are
moving
between
buildings,
so
there's
no
way
to
protect
a
hundred
percent
everyone
because
of
that
and
logistically
impossible
to
try
to
use
metal
detectors
or
things
of
that
nature,
because
you
would
never
be
able
to
keep
people
moving
to
where
they
have
to
go
within
a
five
minute
period.
O
O
So
there's
no
significant
been
any
surprises.
Things
that
we
haven't
heard
about
I
think
we're
going
to
continue
we're
going
to
have
meeting
in
January
to
continue
our
discussions
and
continues
to
discuss
this
issue.
I
know
the
school
departments
coming
out
with
some
plan
for
schools
in
the
future.
Obviously
designing
schools
built
for
safety
as
a
great
goal,
but
the
you
know
the
cost
factor
is
tremendous,
so
those
are
some
things
that
we'll
have
to
look
at
as
well,
but
I
think
we
were
satisfied
and
it
was
good
for
the
council
to
learn.
O
You
know
so
other
departments
to
learn
exactly
what
the
School,
Department
and
School
Committee
have
been
doing
in
the
police
department.
I
can't
say
enough
about
all
the
work
they've
done
in
making
the
school
safer
and
implementing
some
procedures
that
again,
they
don't
want
public
publicized,
but
be
aware
that
they
are,
on
top
of
you
know
all
the
latest
methods
and
software
and
and
different
things
that
are
available
to
police
departments,
to
to
monitor
schools,
so
I
think
I
think
we
were
pleased.
O
Obviously
we
had
a
good
big
task,
because
we
have
a
lot
of
buildings
that
this
building,
an
in
and
of
itself,
is
a
problem.
It's
so
wide
open
on
a
daily
basis.
The
parking
lot
is
a
wide
open
and
in
terms
of
the
bullying
issue
that
came
up
the
students
that
testified
made
mention
of
it.
Councilman
Hopkins
spoke
at
length
because
of
his
being
a
longtime
teacher.
O
So
any
questions
on
that
aspect.
I
think
you
could
probably
ask
councilman
Hopkins,
but
you
know
we
think
that
that's
a
source
of
concern
for
students
that
may
act
out
an
attempt
to
do
some
commit
violence,
but
it's
not
just
students
that
commit
violence.
That's
one
thing
that
was
painfully
evident
by
all
of
the
instance
we
discussed
it
is
outside
forces
many
times
and
protecting
against
that
I
think,
unfortunately,
I
think
the
you
know.
O
So
anyway,
that's
the
report.
It
will.
The
committee
I
would
suggest
that
we
continue
and
make
it
a
permanent
committee.
I
think
that
this
is
going
to
be
an
issue
that
lasts
a
long
time,
unfortunately,
and
having
the
the
School
Committee
of
the
school
department,
the
police,
fire
administration
and
the
council
all
discussing
these
things
together,
I
think
it
creates
a
much
better
atmosphere,
so
I
think
council
president
for
allowing
me
to
do
to
chair
it
and
I
hope
we
can
do
some
more
work
in
the
coming
months.
Thank.
E
Council
vice
president,
before
you
move
off
this
topic,
this
is
a
committee
that
we
put
together
to
review
school
safety
safety
buildings
because,
typically
in
the
past,
the
council
really
had
a
very
limited
knowledge
of
what
the
school
department
and
School
Committee
did
as
far
as
their
their
safety
protocols.
I
think
what
we
found
coming
out
of
it
was
that
schools
are
very
safe,
but
there
is
some
needs
for
some
things
to
upgrade
our
buildings,
as
the
age
of
our
buildings
does
require
upgrades.
E
We've
asked
the
school
department
at
school
committee
to
go
back
and
and
come
back
to
us
during
the
budget
process
this
year,
actually
before
the
budget
process
this
year,
to
look
at
those
things
to
see.
If
there's
ways
before
the
budget
gets
developed,
we
can
kind
of
pull
those
out
because
there
would
be
capsule
there
would
be
capital
expenses.
The
key
is
going
to
be
collaboration
with
our
school
department,
school
committee
administration
and
the
Scranton
city
council
to
continue
this
initiative
going
forward.
I
agree
with
council.
E
Vice
president,
this
is
going
to
be
a
committee
I'm,
going
to
keep
as
a
standing
committee.
I,
probably
will
rotate
some
of
the
membership,
taking
myself
off
at
potentially
adding
councilman
Hopkins
I'm,
not
sure,
there's
an
election
coming
up
in
a
couple
weeks,
so
we'll
say
that
all
shakes
out
put
the
goalie
to
continue
this
dialogue
to
continue
to
look
at
ways
to
enhance
safety
protocols
to
expound
on
what
the
council
vice-president
was
saying.
There
are
safety
protocols
that
are
done
the
school
department
that
we
now
know
we
are
now
informed
councilman.
E
However,
some
of
these
things
cannot
be
talked
about
outside
of
executive
session
because
they
will
let
people
who
may
have
nefarious
intentions
know
basically
soft
spots
within
the
school
department.
So
we
will
continue
to
work
with
them.
Work
together,
but
I
can't
say
the
schools
are
very
safe.
That
was
the
one
thing
that
came
out
was
in
talking
with
the
police,
the
fire
and
everyone
involved.
Gals
McNuggets
thank.
J
You
just
a
bit
for
my
experiences
for
the
audience:
I
felt
very
safe
when
I
was
working
in
the
schools
and
once
that
base
still
teaching
the
school
systems
and
I
cannot
show
you
that
the
schools
have
done
an
excellent
job
in
Christ
and
they
probably
ahead
of
the
curve
statewide
when
it
comes
to
school
security.
In
terms
of,
can
you
know
the
buildings
I
can
tell
you
never
won
here
in
weddings
tonight.
You
are
on
TV
as
you
enter
this
campus
tonight
and
that's
a
24/7
surveillance
system.
J
So
there's
nobody,
that's
gonna,
get
into
our
buildings
or
sneak
around
the
buildings.
I
think
it's
a
really
watching
anybody
can
get
to
our
students
anywhere
they.
But
at
this
point
in
time
when
I
was
at
Princeton,
you
started
last
week
and
every
single
walk
in
the
building
had
had
changed
since
the
last
time
that
we
talked
about
this
and
then
I
think
that
I
had
that
curve
in
the
school
departments,
doing
a
great
job
and
keep
our
kids
safe.
P
O
Prohibits
any
type
of
gun
or
weapon
on
school
grounds,
the
only
exception
the
law
enforcement
and
concealed
carry
permit
holders
and
and
the
the
in
the
police
chief
was
here
in
the
May
10
major
Padawan
as
well.
The
the
really
was
not
a
big
concern
of
a
concealed
carry
permit
holders.
First
of
all,
there's
only
there's,
there's,
probably
four
four
thousand
or
so
in
the
whole
state.
It
represents
a
small
segment
of
the
population
number
two.
They
were
all
vetted,
so
they
really
weren't
concerned
with
concealed,
carry
permit
holders.
O
Obviously,
they'd
rather
see
the
police,
be
the
only
people
with
with
weapons
and,
quite
frankly,
I,
don't
think,
there's
any
we
had.
There
was
no
interest
amongst
teachers
and
administrators
to
carry
a
gun
anyway.
There's
so
little
I
mean
it's
really
not
an
issue
that
we
have
to
deal
with.
I,
don't
think
at
this
point
in
time,
but
in
terms
of
certainly
the
students
are
now
allowed
to
have
weapons.
O
Anyway,
the
guns
are
illegal,
the
only
people
that
can
have
them
people
who
have
a
permit
and
known
by
the
police,
so
I
think
the
the
issue
was
not
really
that
the
risk
is
not
that
all
of
a
sudden
everyone's
going
to
be
carrying
a
gun
on
campus
because
they're
not
eligible
for
it.
Quite
frankly,
so
there's
been,
you
know,
that's
been
in
effect,
you
know,
with
the
exception
for
years,
so
it's
already
been
state
law.
I
know
the
governor
tried
to
you
know,
increase
the
that
had
been
but
I.
O
It
may
have
been
too
aimed
at
concealed,
carry
permit
holders
I,
don't
really
see
that
they
didn't
see
that
as
a
big
issue,
the
police
department,
who
certainly
would
be
the
most
knowledgeable
on
that
issue.
We
you
know
we.
We
decided
that
metal
detectives
were
not
a
very
viable
method
at
all
which
they
actually
could
cause
greater
harm.
Because
now
you
know
you
lining
people
up
outside
of
a
building
and
you'd
never
get
them
through.
O
O
Think
they're
more
concerned
with,
obviously
with
troubled
people
trying
to
break
in
and
come
in
with
with
weapons
which
will
probably
not
be
legal
weapons
to
begin
with
crazy
people,
don't
you
know,
don't
go,
get
a
permit
for
us
to
mention
and
decide
not
to
be
an
or
not
to
do
something
violent
because
there's
a
law
against
it,
they
don't
obey.
Was
they
don't
read?
O
We
have
a
younger
group
of
resource
officers
just
to
release
a
little
bit
of
information,
because
they
feel
that
they're
more
they're,
more
aggressive
in
terms
of
dealing
with
active
shooters
or
issues
rather
than
just
hiring
retired
or
officers.
So
the
you
know
they
do.
They
actually
did
a
great
job
explaining
a
lot
of
what
they
do
and
they
Japan
allows
here
now,
but
I.
O
E
To
add
a
bit
of
clarity,
the
main
discussion
from
the
school
department
and
the
police
was
how
to
add
more
resource
officers
and
to
add
more
social
workers
in
the
schools
to
avoid
any
issues
that
might
arise
with
mental
health
of
the
students.
That
was
the
largest
concern
concealed
carry
permit
holders
came
up
for
about
five
minutes
when,
but
the
the
membership
entirety
of
the
council
group
decided
that
between
the
resolution
that
we
passed
the
work
the
governor
was
doing,
it
was
no
longer
an
issue.
AA
Consume
concealed
weapons.
There
are
approximately
4,000
concealed
weapon,
carry
permits
your
honor
and
is
try
to
400
in
Cranston.
Maybe
about
a
mile.
Can
you
answer
the
question?
For
me,
everybody
takes
the
test
for
concealed
weapons
before
they
hit
the
prevent
these
Memphis
ontological
test.
Also
psychiatric
tests.
Well
just
how
to
handle
up
intestine.
AE
Can't
deny
anyone.
This
peaceful
has
just
recently
been
move
on
in
Bristol,
where,
if
they
apply
for
a
gun
permit
that
doesn't
matter
who
it
is
all
they
have
to
do,
a
show
in
need,
and
once
they
show
that
need,
and
it
you
know
written
letter
to
the
chief
of
police.
He
has
to
grant
that
unless
there
is
a
psychological
issue
which
is
only
determined
by
the
BCI
check.
AE
AA
AE
AA
E
Mayor,
let
this
go
for
a
bit
to
have
your
questions
answered.
That's
really
not
germane
to
the
discussion
of
his
school
safety
program.
We
did
discuss
how
the
council
did
pass
a
resolution
to
ban
concealed
carry
permits
and
schools,
as
the
governor
did
also
pass
a
executive
order
beams
that
are
essentially
banned.
This
is
about
school
safety
self.
It
is
against
the
law
to
convey
carry
a
firearm
in
schools,
so
would.
E
Any
further
discussion
on
this
man,
Thank
You
Johnson
s,
president
I'd,
like
to
also
thank
superintendent
Jimmy.
Madam
a/c
committee
chairwoman,
Janice
for
Jerry
Trent
Claire
further,
the
council
from
the
floor
was
on
the
committee
myself.
I
was
on
the
committee,
the
Chief
of
Police,
a
member
of
the
mayor's
administration
because
Lopez
and
the
chief
of
the
fire
department,
all
members
of
the
Commission.
We
had
a
lot
of
guest
speakers
come
in
and
out,
teachers,
students,
these
school
resource
officers
with
collaborative
effort,
I,
look
forward
to
continuing
going
forward.
Z
New
professors
thought
thank
you.
Miss
accounts
the
president.
Without
supportive
information
we
do
have
a
special
safety
service
and
services
meeting
tonight
scheduled
for
8:30,
so
I
don't
know
if
you'd
like
to
recess.
So
we
can
have
the
special
safety
services
services
a
come
back
to
this,
or
if
you
want
to
keep
going
mister.
How
long
is.
AF
E
E
Have
him
give
his
presentation
because
other
than
that
it's
just
our
business
and
if
people
would
like
to
stand
see
our
business
they're
more
than
welcome,
but
mr.
maryk
has
been
patiently
waiting.
So
if
no
one
has
an
objection,
we'll
hear
from
the
crime
scene,
historical,
sanitary
commission
and
then
we
will
adjourn
and
go
to
safety
services.
No,
judging
thank
you.
Mr.
miacca.
AF
Thank
You
council
president
and
it's
a
pleasure
to
see
all
of
you
again,
as
you
all
know,
Mary
my
wife
Mary,
that
the
1351
Cranston
Street
Cranston,
which
is
the
governor
Sprague
mansion,
and
it
is
an
honor
to
be
here
to
talk
to
you
and
it's
an
honor
to
live
there
as
well.
We've
been
in
Rhode
Island
over
40
years
and
fired
putting
the
Sprague
mansion.
We
were
about
16
years
after
Nathaniel
Greene
enormous
debt.
AF
When
only
reason
for
mentioning
that
you
have
the
report
that
that
I
did
that
I
submitted
to
the
council
in
the
city
before
I
get
into
that
I'd
like
to
introduce
Walter
Slocombe,
who
is
the
vice
chair
of
the
Commission
and
Kathryn
Mills?
Who
is
not
only
our
recording
secretary
but
she's,
a
corresponding
secretary
and
that's
kind
of
an
important
point?
AF
You
have
important
historic
sites
where
historic
things
have
taken
place.
You
have
historic
buildings
where
very
important
things
have
taken
place
that
have
brought
us
to
where
we
are
today,
and
you
have
historic
monuments
that
that
honor,
what
has
happened
in
the
past?
What
the
Cranston
citizens
have
done?
Rhode
Islanders
have
done,
and
then
you
have
your
historic
cemeteries,
which
is
why
I'm
here
historic
cemeteries
are
a
important
component
of
that,
and
you
have
a
group
of
very
dedicated
people
that
are
doing
their
utmost
to
serve.
You
serve
the
people
and
serve
them.
AF
My
predecessors
there.
You
got
quite
a
lot
of
historians.
Great
historians
David
will
call
outset
with
him
for
several
hours
discussing
history
of
what
it
means
to
people
the
importance
of
it
applied
history,
not
regurgitated
history,
cemeteries
of
our
icons
of
that,
and
so
what
we've
done
is
we've
gone
into
several
cemeteries.
It's
all
right
here
in
the
report
and
we've
done
a
lot
of
with
assessing
that's
look
at
Walter.
These
are
expert
at
assessing
the
conditions
of
cemeteries.
Jim,
who
is
I,
thought
he
was
going
to
be
working
on
our
finances.
AF
AF
I
wanted
to
see
a
smooth
transition
that
easily
Colin
stepped
down
and
he's
not
doing
this
report
and
I
am
his
because
he
moved
out
of
Cranston
and
according
to
the
ordinance,
you
have
to
be
a
Cranston
citizen
to
serve
on
the
Commission
and
certainly
don't
have
to
be
a
commissioner
to
be
the
chairman
of
the
Commission.
So
that's
why
he
stepped
down
and
I
got
elected
to
the
position.
AF
AF
Vital
records
are
just
incredible
to
that
kind
of
research,
as
a
picture
of
him
wasn't
return
of
the
last
century,
while
he's
out
looking
at
a
Cranston
cemetery,
which
looks
like
a
jungle
that
all
your
commissioners
and
I
have
been
like,
hopefully
bill
that
the
African
Queen
hacking
our
way
through
jungles
just
to
get
to
the
cemetery
stones
to
see
what's
what's
there
and
then
we
do
repair
work.
We
do
clean
up
historical
analysis.
We
do
as
much
as
we
can
on
these
cemeteries
fort
for
the
city.
AF
During
the
course
of
that
process
we
discovered
right
across
from
Roger
Williams
Park
on
Park
Avenue,
and
it's
not
far
from
the
entrance
but
Sheldon
the
family
cemetery,
which
we
call
cemetery
or
CR
Cranston
0
3
9.
It's
registered
in
the
state
registry
of
us
cemeteries
all
over
Rhode
Island.
This
cemetery
intrigued
me
because
I've
been
doing
genealogy
work
in
the
Sicilian
family
cemetery
and
turns
out
after
40
years
living
here,
I
find
out
I,
truly
Linda.
AF
Rhode
Island
moved
here
from
born
and
raised
in
Michigan,
but
I've
got
a
lot
of
ancestors
a
ton
of
ancestors
here
in
the
Rhode
Island.
So
I'm,
you
know
really
excited
about
that
and
this
cemetery
kind
of
resonated.
You
know
to
me
and
then
so
I
was
talking
with
Ryan
Barnes,
who
was
the
colonel,
the
Patuxent
Rangers
and
we
went
in
there
looked
at
the
cemetery
and
it
turns
out
that
there's
a
colonel
James
Arnold
who's
buried
there,
one
of
the
original
commanders
of
the
trucks
of
interest
during
the
revolution.
AF
There's
captain
Jonathan
I'm,
sorry,
captain
Phillips
Sheldon,
who
served
in
the
colonial
wars
and
the
Revolution
and
there's
james
olmos.
Who
is
a
captain,
served
in
the
Texas
Rangers?
And
then
we
discovered
captain
Jonathan
pitcher
now
to
a
lot
of
people
that
may
not
resonate
until
I.
Tell
you
this.
If
you
think
about
it,
Warwick
and
Coventry
have
the
honor
of
splitting
the
history
and
the
memory
of
the
great
Rhode
Island
general
Nathanael,
Greene
second,
only
to
George
Washington
in
the
winning
of
our
independence.
But
that's
what
Cranston.
AF
You
have
something
every
bit
as
big
that
we
just
discovered
captain
Jonathan
pitcher
was
among
the
very
first
I
think,
is
a
group
of
only
about
eight
officers
at
the
time
that
was
commissioned
by
the
Continental
Congress
to
come.
The
founding
fathers
of
the
United
States
Navy
and
he's
buried
right
here
in
Cranston
in
the
Sheldon
cemetery
right
across
from
you
know,
the
icon
of
Roger
Williams
I
mean
it
doesn't
get
any
better
than
that
people
and
captain
johnathan
picture.
That
was
the
first
commander
of
the
USS
Providence
during
the
Revolution.
AF
He
was
among
the
first
officers
to
serve
in
the
USS
Constitution
act
right
after
it
was
commissioned
the
oldest
ship
in
our
Navy.
So
we
have
informed
the
Secretary
of
the
Navy.
This
ship's
complement
of
the
USS
Constitution
of
the
Boston.
We
haven't
found
the
Newport
Naval
War
College,
and
we
have
informed
Annapolis
Academy
for
Naval
Academy
and
what
and
I
discussed
and
we're
announcing.
Is
that
we'd
like
for
the
next
coming
without
an
Independence
Day,
which
is
normally
May
4th,
but
we're
gonna?
AF
Do
it
on
May
5th,
because
there's
so
much
going
on
we're
gonna
have
a
ceremony
there
and
I
would
love
to
see
everyone
there.
Of
course,
it's
the
mayor's
City
we're
gonna
ask
him
to
speak.
Let's
get
some
proclamations,
we're
going
to
ask
people
from
the
Constitution
that
the
War
College
and
Annapolis
to
come
and
say
a
few
words.
Maybe
someone
from
Washington,
because
this
guy
is
huge.
This
guy
is
huge.
AF
We
voted
his
Stalin
original
stone
was
totally
destroyed
by
vandals
years
ago,
and
so
we've
added
a
federal,
very
stone
to
mark
his
grave
and
we've
been
working
a
lot
like
thinking
our
people
here,
but
some
of
the
people
that
the
bricklayers
and
craftsmen
or
local
three
and
anchor
contractors
cement
and
concrete
people
Shirley
Williams
paint
all
these
people
have
donated
their
resources
their
time
and
to
help
fix
up
this
cemetery.
For
you,
that's
what
this
is
all
about.
AF
I
would
love
you
to
give
as
much
recognition
and
everything
to
these
people
and
the
people
that
I've
mentioned
the
the
you
know
had
had
to
step
down
from
the
Commission.
So
we
now
have
two
openings
on
the
Commission
at
some
point:
I'll
be
talking
about
that
and
her
friend
Mike
Whistler.
He
was
this.
People
come
and
just
donate
their
time
and
they
work
hard.
We've
had
people
going
into
the
hospital
because
they've
gotten
poison
ivy,
because
these
places
are
so
old,
they're
grown
full
of
ticks.
AF
You
know
all
this
stuff
and
they
do
it
again
and
they
keep
doing
it
and
they
keep
doing
it
because
it
is
so
important
that
it
defines
who
we
are
as
people
of
transness,
rhode,
islanders
and-
and
so
I
would
hope
that
that
the
city
would
pay
good
attention
to
this
ceremony.
Coming
up
one
of
the
things
that
I
talked
about
the
money
and
things
like
that,
you
guys
have
a
tough
job
I,
do
not
into
you
the
job
trying
to
set
up
budgets
and
things
like
that.
AF
But
I
can
tell
you
the
people
out
of
their
own
pocket
a
lot
of
times.
It
never
gets
turned
in
and
direct
us
from
those.
That
would
be
nice
if
we
could
set
some
sort
of
a
tone.
I
tried
to
suggest
some
things
when
Colin
gave
his
last
report
to
you
that
maybe
we
need
to
think
outside
of
the
box
a
little
bit.
Maybe
we
could
talk
to
you
about
the
possibility
of
doing
the
501
c3,
and
he
mentioned
that
at
his
last
report,
which
is
a
non-profit
kind
of
a
status.
AF
Will
that
led
to
bringing
in
the
Cranston
grant
writer
and
she
talked
with
us
about
a
lot
of
possibilities,
and
a
lot
of
this
you
know
goes
beyond
just
just
tools
and
equipment
because
in
cemetery
36
for
this,
the
ceremony
we've
also
discussed
you.
You
will
probably
all
aware
that
there's
the
Discovery
Network
program,
which
is
basically
Cranston's
version
of
Boston's
Freedom
Trail
Greg,
that's
what
you
have
I.
E
I
appreciate
all
the
work
you
do,
you
know
your
team
and
then
the
membership
I
know
it's
a
volunteer
board
as
people
that
we
asked
for
really
getting
a
benefit
out
of
it
other
than
making
Cranston
a
better
place
to
live.
So
thanks,
thank
you
to
you
and
all
of
your
your
support
staff
and
membership
on
the
committee.
Does
anyone
have
any
questions
for
mr.
maryk
about
the
historic
cemeteries
report?
It
doesn't
beg
you.
G
Mr.
Feeny
just
said,
we
appreciate
all
of
your
hard
work.
Obviously,
it's
a
volunteer
position
and
you're
very
passionate
about
it.
I
was
earlier
in
the
meeting.
A
resident
did
complain
about
a
cemetery
situation.
Ken
I
know,
you're
familiar
with
the
situation.
I
would
ask
understand
how
hard
it
is
without
funding
to
get
things
done,
like
trees
being
hanging
over
into
a
you
know,
family
with
a
child
with
a
disability,
yeah
I
thought
what
I
would
hope
in
the
future.
AF
The
one
thing
that
I
caution-
everybody
on
the
Commission
is
that
when
we're
out
there
were
out
there
for
a
specific
purpose
that
we
want
to
be
careful
how
we
interact
with
neighborhoods
in
the
community
so
that
we
don't
accidentally,
you
know
not
not
if
it
would
accidentally
commit
the
city
to
something
where
it
gets
blindsided
by
something
that
is
up
on
that
I.
Don't
I
want
to
try
to
prevent
that
as
much
as
possible
because
it
just
takes
away
and
confuses
what
we're
all
about
so
I.
AF
You
know,
but
I
do
understand
people
in
the
area.
Okay,
this
tree
is
in
it,
I
mean
if
your
stop
think
about
it.
When
these
cemeteries
will
put
in
the
ground
there
were
no
trees,
because
they're
not
gonna,
dig
through
roots
to
dig
graves.
You
know
these
are
grown
up,
won't
know.
We
have
to
deal
with
it
just
like
the
Humphrey
Bogart
right
mentality
again,
but
you
know,
but
one
thing
that
I
would
I
would
like
to
move
you
with
always
ended.
AF
E
AG
E
AF
You
want
to
take
up
too
much
of
your
time,
but
I
just
like
this.
You
know
think
about
it.
This
way
and
then
you'll
understand
I,
think
really
who
we
are
and
what
what
we
do
is
when
I
first
came
to
Rhode
Island
in
1978
I
was
it
was
amazing.
I
was
amazed
to
see
that
here
in
Cranston,
it's
a
city,
but
it's
a
city
of
neighborhoods
in
those
neighborhoods
have
names,
and
these
names
are
very
important
IDE
face
for
who
the
people
are
that
live
in
these
neighborhoods.
This
is
incredible.
I
we
met
last.
AF
They
don't
do
that
and,
and
so
I
started
thinking,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day,
if
you
think
about
it,
your
historic
cemeteries
are
also
neighborhoods
sort
of
final
neighborhoods.
That
all
of
us
are
then
moved
to
at
some
point.
Okay,
so
we
have
to
ask
yourself:
do
you
wanna
let
something
move
into
a
neighborhood
that
is
fixed
up
nice?
E
E
D
X
Now
and
always
have
been
a
supporter
of
the
police
and
the
left
lifetime.
Member
of
the
Rhode
Island
State
Police
associates
so
I've
always
supported
the
police
but
I'm
here
to
speak
about
the
illegal
operation
of
the
city
of
Cranston's,
police,
shooting
raids
on
Phoenix
Avenue,
and
it
is
illegal.
The
range
is
illegal
because
the
police
department
never
received
legal
approval
by
the
City
Council
or
by
a
zoning
board
to
allow
our
operations
at
this
site,
which
is
zone
as
open
spaces.
X
But
there's
millions
millions
of
bullets
flying
at
that
range
and,
along
with
the
various
shells
and
paths
chasing
in
the
the
bullets
himself,
the
Norma's
pollution
is
outrageous.
Shooting
starts
at
8
o'clock
in
the
morning
and
continues
all
day
every
day,
52
weeks
a
year,
stopping
8
o'clock
at
night.
X
The
range
would
successively
Savalas
really
does.
The
range
is
rented
out
to
numerous
police
departments
and
police
academies
that
do
not
have
their
own
range
and
it's
estimated.
The
daily
rental
charge
is
somewhere
around
$500
a
day
or
four
hundred
thousand
a
year.
If
you
did
the
math
where's,
the
money
going
I
couldn't
find
an
itemized
in
the
city
budget.
X
If
they
had
this
amount
of
income,
the
rentals
could
be
used
to
fund
the
bond
to
have
an
indoor
facility.
That
is
the
only
thing
that's
going
to
work.
I
know
that
some
of
the
city
of
fishers
and
some
of
the
police
have
said
they
were
going
to
put
up
these
barrier
panels,
but
that
hasn't
been
done
because
the
company
that
was
going
to
do
that
wouldn't
guarantee
him
it'll
bait
the
noise
in
it
well
I've
researched
some
other
places
in
the
country.
It
doesn't
work.
X
E
E
Excellent,
thank
you.
You
do
I
receive
the
legal
for
certainly
has
questions
on
it.
Now
would
be
the
time
seeing
none
council
president
communications,
it
is
the
end
of
October.
This
will
be
the
twenty
second
twenty
third
month
into.
My
no
twice.
Second
was
the
first
time
twenty
second
one
thin
to
my
council
presidency.
It
has
been
a
good
council
presidency.
I've
worked
very
hard
to
make
sure
the
needs
of
Cranston
residents
have
been
met.
I
will
continue
to
do
that
for
the
remainder
of
my
term,
with
that
there
is
an
election
coming
up.
E
I've
said
this
a
few
times
before.
I
wish
a
good
experience
to
every
member
of
this
body
seeking
re-election,
councilman
landing,
a
council
in
our
kado
world
will
not
be
seeking
re-election
so
I
thank
them
for
their
service.
Councilman,
nebraska's
and
councilman
McCauley
have
already
run
their
elections
that
they
did
not
have
appoints.
So
to
you,
gentlemen,
I
wish
you
the
best
two
years
imaginable,
because
you're
the
only
two
in
the
room,
I,
could
say
a
2
and
not
be
slandering
any
opponent
or,
if
not
opponent,
so
thank
you.
Everyone
for
the
last
22
months.
E
AC
Are
have
any
further
updates,
they
were
in
court
I
believe
last
week,
but
I
haven't
had
an
update,
Stan
and
I.
Had
a
stand
was
out
of
town
for
a
few
days,
so
I'm
trying
to
catch
up
on
a
few
things.
To
be
honest,
we
were
actually
working
on
the
Burlingame
one
since
he's
been
back,
but
I
can
get
you
an
update
during
the
week.
P
P
So
number,
one
I
think
a
barrier
should
be
put
on
the
street
so
that
people
can't
drive
down
further
down
the
street
and
dump
number
two.
The
street
lights
should
be
turned
off
and
number
three
I'd
like
to
know
about
the
details
on
that
property
in
the
flood
zone
and
why
we
haven't
been
able
to
purchase
that
because
it's
just
going
to
flood
again-
and
you
know
where
that's
putting
the
the
you
know
the
firefighters
and
the
police
and
everybody
else
is
going
to
be
having
to
deal
with
this
house
in
a
flood
zone.
Yeah.
P
I
must
say
it's
a
little
bit
frustrating
because
they
have
talked
to
I
talked
to
Carlos
about
it
once
I
mean
that
was
a
long
time
ago
and
I
remember
who
else
I
talked
to
about
it,
but
if,
if
it's
on
the
docket
you
could
you
know
you
could
call
me
about
it.
If
you
didn't
know
about
it,
and
even
when
it
is
on
the
docket
like
these
fines,
you
know
the
last
me
and
you
said,
send
me
an
email,
I
sent
you
an
email,
I
still
didn't
get
anything
on
the
fines.
AC
The
answer
is
me
and
I
missed
the
finds
one
I
as
I
said:
I
apologize
for
that
I
do
miss
him
on
occasion,
usually
I,
think
I'm,
pretty
responsive
and
I.
Think
the
counselor
would
agree
that
I
am
I
have
in
the
past
and
I
probably
didn't
be
iterated
when
I
came
back
here
and
a
half
ago,
but
the
past
protocol
was
at
the
always
counseling
code
of
directors.
AC
Council
came
to
me
and
I
know
this
from
some
change
in
that,
because
when
they
created
a
chief
of
staff
position
that
was
sort
of
motor
liaison
to
the
council,
but
ultimately
with
the
day-to-day
operations
question
I
rather
than
just
come
to
me,
because
it's
a
lot
easier
for
me
to
know
because
Ken
may
know
one
piece
of
the
puzzle.
For
example,
the
maybe
planning
is
working
on
that
property
sale
unbeknownst
to
Ken.
AC
AC
AD
Instead,
psychosis
I
could
mention
that
little
piece
of
property
that
you
read
mentioned
in
earlier
I
know:
we've
acquired
I,
think
it
was
fell.
Five
and
the
process
has
been
because
this
we
get
reimbursed
by
the
state
I
believe
it's
about.
75%
I,
don't
know
the
exact
percentage
it
used
to
be
sent
down
to
me
by
director,
and
we
try
to
do
is
so.
We
don't
have
money
outstanding
rating
for
the
state
to
reimburse
us.
P
I
was
then
I
was
told
by
a
resident.
Was
that
that
last
property
was
foreclosed
on
by
the
bank
and
that
the
bank
refused
to
sell
to
the
city,
and
then
the
bank
sold
it
to
someone
and
that
person
has
refused
to
sell
it
to
a
city.
So
I
guess
one
of
my
questions
is
mean.
How
does
that
work
does?
Do
they
have
the
right
to
refuse
that
I
read
and
on
the
hook,
the
next
time
it
floods,
because
they
don't
want
to
sell
to
us?
AC
AC
To
do
the
other
thing
is,
and
this
is
going
on.
Historically,
since
I
was
here
back
in
the
old
five
floods,
we
do
not
have
to
pay
for
flood
damages
city
and
when
we
had
the
old
insurance
risk
Commission.
We
used
to
battle
about
that,
because
some
people
wanted
to
the
city
to
pay
flood
damage.
We
don't
pay
to
fix
basements
and
there
were.
There
have
been
an
actually
an
ongoing
battle
on
that,
so
they
own
it
and
it
floods.
This
there's
no
liability
to
the
city
as
far
as
I'm
concerned.
AC
P
It
was
I
think
a
badly
the
comment
about
the
the
abandonment
at
a
time
and
it
was
kind
of
there.
I
finished
the
process
and
get
them
all
done,
and
then
we
want
to
rip
up
the
gas
lines
and
do
the
whole
thing
all
once,
which
made
sense
at
the
time.
But
the
flood
was
in
2010.
This
is
in
2018
it's
time
for
a
different
strategy.
We're
going
to
be
picking
up
a
lot
and
in.
AC
Addition
Ramat
talked
to
the
police
department
about
turning
the
lights
off.
My
only
hesitation
would
be
if
we
block
it
and
it
becomes
a
hangout
for
kids,
because
once
you
stop
traffic,
you
actually
encourage
loitering,
sometimes
so
I'm
not
opposed
I.
Absolutely
agree
why
we
put
lights
on
that.
We
don't
need,
but
I
really
want
to
confirm
with
the
police
department
as
well,
and
that
they're
comfortable
with
that.
But
I
think
that
was.
It
should
be
an
easy
answer.
I
should
be
able
to
get
okay.
P
P
The
the
freedom
to
farm
act
covers
things
like
stump
grinding
when
they
were
to
an
agricultural
activity.
So
if
I
have
a
blueberry
farm
and
I'm
grinding
up
wood
in
order
to
put
much
on
my
berries,
that's
protected,
but
what's
going
on,
is
that's
not
what's
going
on
these?
These
places
northeast
tree
yard
works.
There's
really
a
Cavan
you
now
whether
they're
they're
merging
operations,
they're,
not
farms,
and
what
he
told
me
was
that
he
had
communicated
that
to
both
mr.
P
AC
Know,
underwear
guys
they're
claiming
they're
doing
that
would
are
they
claiming
they're
doing
that
word
to
use
it
toward
growing
their
plants.
I
don't
know
councilman
and
I'm
not
again.
I've
talked
about
the
fact
that
I'm
gonna
be
very
cautious
on
a
public
discussion
on
this
again
we
continually
cite
them.
It
is
not
like
we
do
not
cite
them
routinely
for
everything.
We
are
confident
we
can
do
within
the
law
and
I'm.
Maybe
there
are
little
two
questions
not
to
set
the
city
up
for
a
lawsuit
but
I.
AC
AC
We
turned
away
I'm,
not
sure
it's
really
it's
getting
a
little
bit
tiresome
that
I'm
not
going
to
push
to
force
what
we
are
not
clear
about
on
state
law
and
what
you
have
an
opinion
and
my
building
official
has
an
opinion
on
what
I
have
in
fact
taken
it
upon
myself
to
have
my
building
officials
cite
them
for
any
possible
thing.
We
can
do
when
we
simply
are
bordering
on
torturing
these
people
and.
AC
Gonna
have
my
Smythe
building
official
do
so
councilman
and
I'm
not
going
to
engage
in
a
discussion
where
you
and
I
debating
the
legalities
of
something
on
something
that
might
become
a
lawsuit
against
the
city,
not
just
from
those
neighbors,
but
if
yard
works
decides
to
turn
around
and
come
after
us.
Frankly,.
AC
Rush
a
because
it's
amazing
to
me
that
the
state
does
not
consider
some
things,
farming
that
a
clearly
farming
yet
considers
other
things.
Farming
that
are
not
so
I
suspect
that,
depending
on
who
you
talk
to,
you
may
get
a
different
answer
and
I
don't
know
what
the
spirit
of
the
legislation
was,
and
it
may
be
that
that
particular
person
is
there
interpreting
the
spirit
of
the
legislation.
One
way
and
lasers
are
interpreting
the
spirit
of
it.
AC
G
E
AG
Thank
You
council
president
I
had
a
gentleman
in
the
audience.
I
apologize,
this
isn't
under
cultural
communication,
but
he
came
tonight
and
he
brought
something
to
my
attention.
Recently,
we
had
representatives
from
the
new
mobile
service
station
come
before
us
city
clerk
war
was
nice
enough
to
help
me
with
this
matter.
AG
E
Mccoy,
though
I
respect
your
zealousness
zeal
in
this
matter,
I
would
prefer
that
we
do
it
through
the
proper
channels
and
have
you
because
I
it
sounds
like
they're
operating
a
24-hour
license
at
a
24-hour
capacity.
I
would
like
attorney
rawson
or
a
member
of
the
legal
department
or
the
clerk
or
someone
to
business
regulation,
to
go
there,
and
let
them
know
that
I
love.
You
I
appreciate
your
for
your
constituents,
my
man,
but
I
think
we
should
probably
send
and
I
appreciate.

AD
As
I
stated,
we
try
to
do
one
house
at
a
time
because
sometimes
we
pay
for
we
have
to
wait
six
months
to
get
reimbursed.
So
then,
when
that
we
do
get
reimbursed
and
then
they
I
guess
they
level
them.
At
that
point,
we
then
purchase
another
house
and
we've
ever
had
a
problem.
So
what
caused
the
mistake
was
brought
to
my
attention
tonight
is
something
I'm
not
aware
of
yeah
I'd
have
to
check
with
chase.

Mr.
Newton
ratifying
the
Robers
International
Union
of
North
American
contract
for
fiscal
years,
July
2018
through
June
2021.
These
are
the
revisions
as
a
result
of
the
Jewish
ruling
to
be
referred
to
the
Finance
Committee,
for
he
remembers
over
fifteenth.
We
have
three
publications
to
be
referred
to:
public
books
for
here,
November
15th
to
ruffle
Felicio
drive
and
around
450
Orchard
Road.
That's
all
I
have.
E
Eggman
Clerk
miscellaneous
business
on
the
clerk's
desk.
There
are
two
items:
one
is
the
resolution
of
the
feasibility
study
for
the
dog
park.
The
other
one
is
the
mayor's
veto
of
ordinance,
10
I'm,
sorry,
8-18.
No,
the
city
charter
recommends
that
we
take
action
on
this.
However,
I
had
a
challenge
and,
alas,
the
attorney
a
question
on
this
one.
The
way
it's
listed
on
the
ordinance
it
doesn't
make,
the
reader
of
the
docket
think
we're
going
to
take
any
action
on
it
tonight.
Based
on
its
listing
I
know,
we
can
learn
an
abundance
of
caution.
E
A
Think
that
this
seems
to
be
lately
I've
noticed
an
over
sensitivity
to
the
opens
meaningful
process
by
the
Attorney
General
and
I
would
have
preferred
this
being
listed
further
up
to
the
agenda.
I
think
something
on
the
clerk's
desk
gives
the
impression
that
it
has
to
be
removed
from
the
desk
to
be
considered.
I,
leave
it
up
to
the
council's
discretion,
but
I
wouldn't
like
a
open
means
violation.
If
someone
were
here
who
wanted
to
talk
about
overriding,
the
veto,
who
didn't
necessarily
know,
was
going
to
be
picked
up
tonight.
So
those
are
my
thoughts.
A
N
Z
E
P
A
Just
a
douche
I
have
done
it
tonight.
The
mayor
has
to
veto
it
within
48
hours
of
his
message
has
to
be
published
within
a
certain
amount
of
time,
but
there's
no
restriction
on
our
veto,
but
if
we
continue
it
to
a
day
straight
and
I
think
that
that
would
obviate
all
of
those
challenges
and
keep
the
veto
override
alive.

J
President
ended
up
miscellaneous
business,
introduce
that
Cullen
property
as
a
potential
site
and
so
I'm
asking
to
be
considered
a
sponsor.
A
co-sponsor
to
this
report
and
I
did
to
continue
the
study,
not
that
I
don't
agree
with
what
directed
the
Victoria's
telling
us,
but
I
think
that
we
should
continue
it
at
that
particular
area
and
see
its
feasibility,
because
to
do
something
on
the
problem
and
I.
Think
it's
a
great
location,
I
think
we
should
continue
to
look
at
a
pilot
to
be
on
a
desert
sponsor
today,
Thank
You.
E
Councilman
Hopkins,
that
would
actually
be
improper
at
this
current
time.
That
motion
has
already
been
voted
on
passed.
That
bill
has
been
done
by
the
administration.
The
results
of
that
report
is
that
the
court
would
be
you
pretty,
and
the
dark
block
cannot
if
you'd
like
another
feasibility
study
and
their
work,
to
be
done
by
all
means
we
can
craft
another
resolution
or
another
ask
with
the
administration
to
deploy
to
continue
with
yes,
but
that
one
would
be
considered
closed.
So
if
you
want
to
do
that,
that's
something
I
would
definitely
support.
