A
In
the
gallery
today
we
have
six
scouts
from
six.
They
are
here
working
in
the
communications,
mirror
badge
and
I'd
like
to
welcome
in
the
council
chambers
and
keep
up
the
good
work.
I
I
have
the
pleasure
of
being
an
assistant
style
master
with
troop
six,
and
these
are
fine
scouts,
and
I
can
tell
that
they're
all
on
their
way
to
eagle
so.
B
C
A
Before
we
move
on
with
the
business
of
the
evening,
I
would
just
like
to
state
that
paul
valletta's
appointment
as
fire
chief
has
been
withdrawn,
is
still
on
the
docket.
However,
there
was
no
time
to
remove
it
from
the
said
docket,
so
that
will
not
be
before
us
this
evening,
any
additional
public,
acknowledgements
or
accommodations.
I
don't
think
so.
A
A
A
That's
going
to
significantly
improve
the
operations
for
the
board
of
cancers.
I
just
want
to
thank
council
president
administration,
as
well
as
the
co-sponsors
cost
majority
leader
problaskis
and
councilmember
stanford,
particularly
announcement
psychos,
who
helped
the
drafts
in
the
language
of
this
a
few
months
back.
A
As
of
right
now,
despite
being
the
second
largest
city,
has
essentially
the
lowest
paid
board
of
canvassers
in
the
state
of
rhode
island,
this
ordinance
doesn't
make
them
the
most
paid
or
not,
nor
doesn't
make
it
even
the
fourth
or
fifth
most
paid,
but
it
brings
them
up
to
a
higher
level
to
ensure
the
most
important
thing
can
be
maintained
for
for
both
candidates
and
that's
continuity.
A
A
Broadcasters,
quite
a
few
members,
have
not
been
able
to
fulfill
their
full
six
year
term,
there's
been
a
lot
of
turnover
and
that
can,
over
the
course
of
time,
harm
elections
in
the
city.
What
is
also
provide
a
clear
mechanism
if
there
is
a
resonation
or
someone
does
have
to
depart
the
board
of
how
those
board
members
are
to
be
paid,
how
alternates
have
been
compensated?
A
Just
take
a
step
back.
Some
of
the
work
that
board
members.
A
I'll,
probably
see
each
of
our
board
members
personally
in
the
office
during
business
hours
in
the
middle
of
the
day,
anywhere
between
70
and
80
times
over
the
course
of
our
next
year,
including
four
eight
hour
days,
not
only
on
the
day
of
the
election
itself
when
they
live
with
us
from
5
30
in
the
morning
to
10
at
night,
but
the
day
after
the
election
they'll
be
in
our
office
from
9am
to
about
6pm,
counting,
provisional
ballots
and
counting
write-in
tabulation
votes,
as
well
as
the
day
after
that
and
the
day
after
that,
and
then,
if
we
have
recounts
the
following
week
as
well,
it's
a
major
time
commitment
for
the
board
members.
A
This
ordinance
corrects
that
issue
in
the
past.
It
would
be
compensated
equated
to
about
500
per
year.
This
brings
it
up
to
an
average
if
you
plan
out
a
four-year
election
cycle,
twelve
hundred
dollars
per
year.
So
it's
still
a
significant
amount
of
money,
but
I
think
it
helps
secure
the
county
board
members.
So
thank
you
to
the
council
for
considering
this
ordinance
and
I
hope
it
passes
this
evening.
Thank
you
any
further.
A
Section
later
on,
I'm
just
asking
maybe
as
a
courtesy
if
we
could
maybe
possibly
address
it
now,
just
because
I
have
my
two
children
with
me.
My
wife
has
a
meeting
and
I
you
know
I
can't
keep
them
here
for
three
hours.
So
is
it
possible
that
we
could
just
go
over
a
couple
of
things
quickly.
A
No
objection,
I
have
no
objections.
Sorry,
no
objective,
suspending.
A
Thank
you
very
much.
I
appreciate
that
so
just
to
give
an
update
on
what's
happening.
Liveworx
is
before
municipal
court
august
1st
their
schedule
they've
been
set
down
for
trial
for
the
matters
as
it
relates.
A
A
A
There's
the
issue
of
vibrations
that
was
discussed
previously,
which
is
you,
cannot
have
vibrations
that
are
noticeable
to
human
sense
for
more
than
three
consecutive
minutes
within
one
hour's
time.
A
Have
been
working
together
to
set
up
some
type
of
testing
I'd,
rather
not
really
get
into
the
specifics
of
that
testing,
because
this
is
a
public
forum,
and
I
feel
that
if
you
talk
about
what
the
testing
is
specifically
and
specifically.
A
Tested
in
the
process
of
working
with
various
members
of
state
level
to
try
and
get
that
done,
because
it
was
brought
to
my
attention
recently
about
the
ragworks
property,
where
they're
conducting.
A
A
Been
in
touch
with
the
yacht
works
and
they
have
hired
a
civil
engineer
out
of
connecticut
to
address
the
building,
not
the
building
the
the
piles,
the
area
of
the
entire
site,
basically
when
it
comes
to
flooding
and
floatables
and
so
forth,
so
they
did
provide
me
the
name
of
the
engineer
who
they
are
working
with.
Who
does
have
some
plans
in
order
to
address
some
of
those
concerns?
A
Like
you
said
august,
1st
is
the
court
hearing,
so
whatever
the
ramifications
are
by
the
judge
who
got
in
court,
the
city
is
in
contract,
with
noise
control
engineering
for
4
300
hours
to
perform
the
noise
monitoring
for
a
week
in
the
not
too
distant
future.
A
The
vibrations
have
yet
to
be
addressed
by
the
building
officials
office.
As
of
yet
that's
something
that
we
still
haven't
yet
to
do,
but
that's
kind
of
where
we're
at
about
the
definitions
and
things
like
that.
The
new
gentlemen,
we
hired
in
planning,
slash
core
compliance,
is
going
to
be
working
on
designing
the
entire
zoning
ordinance,
fines,
permit
fees
and
definitions.
Are
they
given
a
certain
time
frame
as
far
as
when
they
have
to
come
in
this,
this
engineering
company
to
address
these
files?
We
haven't
given
them
a
time
frame.
A
A
The
other
thing
I
wanted
to
mention
too,
is
as
far
as
as
far
as
the
beginning
of
bringing
out
a
new
temporary
structure,
I
thought
that
they
have
exhausted
all
temporary.
A
A
A
But
they
have
to
jump
the
steps,
like
you
said,
dealing
with
planning
and
so
forth
in
order
to
get
that
permanent
building
of
variance
or
whatever
the
the
way
is
for
them
to
get
a
permanent
structure.
I'm
not
sure
if
that's
possible,
but
they're
looking
to
do
that
in
order
to
sustain
their
business.
A
Resolutions
honor
resolutions,
report
of
committees,
the
safety
services
and
licenses
committee
council
gyarados.
Thank
you,
mr
council
president.
We
have
5-19-05
ordinance,
title
5,
chapter
44,
dakota,
city
of
cranston,
2005,
entitled
business
licenses
and
regulations,
mobile
food
truck
establishments
sponsored
by
council
president
farina
vice
president
for
vicio,
council
members,
brady
and
peploskis.
This
was
amended
a
couple
of
times
in
committee
and
is
before
us,
and
I
urge
passage
it's
an
emotional
proof.
C
C
A
B
A
Because
it
says
mfe
amf.
C
A
Yes,
mr
christian,
what
about?
How
does
that
comport,
with
our
parking,
ordinance
or
other
zoning
ordinance
with
with
regard
to
one
ton
trucks,
does
that
movement,
because
we
were
trying
to
mirror
what
we
do?
C
A
Enabling
statute
do
they
limit
the
trump's
weight?
So
that's
a
cranston.
That's
a
cranston
issue
right,
but
if
we
have
a
regulation
that
says
you
can
only
have
one
truck
in
your
driveway
say
it's
not
a
mobile
food
truck
yeah.
I
don't
know,
I
don't
know.
If
we
have
any
limit
to
the
chair
to
councilman
brady,
I
mean
you
have
a
fear
that
there
will
be
two
or
three
trucks
parked
in
one
driveway.
C
B
A
Bond
with
rebecca,
what's
the
question
I
I
I
think
it's
it
kind
of
played
to
one
because
I
didn't.
A
You
can't
run
the
business
out
of
your
house
anyways,
so
I
don't
really
know
if
the
amendment's
necessary.
I
certainly
understand
councilman
mcgrady's
intent
with
the
issue
that
he
had
in
his
award,
but
I
think
with
that
person
having
a
commissary
and
this
ordinance
is
pretty
well
written,
I
don't
foresee.
A
So
I
guess
I
would
at
a
minimum
say
we
should
correct
online
219..
I'm
sorry.
B
C
I
think
it's
would
that
be
a
scribble
zone.
A
A
That
designation
is
no
longer
used.
However,
it
is
now
considered
a
small
truck
medium
truck
commercial
truck
and
there's
a
whole
bunch.
More
eight
has
written
a
two-ton
truck
would
be
my
pickup
truck
outside
so
yeah.
C
C
C
A
A
A
Try
to
deal
with
it
in
various
ways,
but
at
least
we
set
and
place
some
some
restrictions,
so
it
doesn't
affect
the
neighbors,
but
it
also
gives
them
a
way
to
make
some
money
and.
A
Be
a
successful
launcher
majority
leader.
Thank
you
just
like
to
thank
everyone
on
the
safety
services
committee
and
everybody.
That's
not
on
the
committee
that
came
to
the
meetings.
I
know
the
first
safety
services
committee
meeting.
We
went
a
little
over
three
hours
and
that
was
the
only
agenda
item.
So
we
put
a
lot
of
work
into
this
a
lot
more
than
we
ever
thought.
We
would.
We
thought
we
had
a
pretty
good
ordinance
at
the
start.
A
We
changed
it
a
lot
and
just
want
to
thank
everybody
for
all
the
hard
work
we
put
into
this.
Like
solicitor
christian
bob
said
we're
gonna
have
to
see
how
this
goes.
I'm
gonna
have
to
come
back
and
revisit
this
a
couple
of
times,
but
I'm
pretty
confident
what
we're
putting
forward
tonight
is
good,
so
I'll
be
voting
for
it.
A
B
A
Before
the
safety
services
and
licensing
committee
moving
on
finance
committee
council
vice
president,
thank
you
council
president.
First,
we
have
2-19-0-2
ordinance
the
amendment
of
chapter
2.08,
0.260
code
of
the
city
of
queens
in
2005
entitled
administration
personnel
board
of
canvassers.
This
is
what
mr
meena
spoke
about.
This
was
amended
in
committee
and
approved
by
the
rich
passage.
What's
an
emotional
proof
of
motion
in
a
second
thank
you
under
discussion,
protagos.
D
A
I'd
just
like
to
thank
nikolima
for
his
work
on
this
and
bringing
this
to
our
attention
that
our
previous
ordinance
was
in
violation
of
state
law,
and
I
think
he
put
a
lot
of
thought
and
I
know
he
worked
with
me
and
I'm
sure
he
worked
with
other
people
and
nice
job
nick
any
further.
B
B
A
Yes,
next,
we
have
6-19-0-7
witness
authorizing
the
city
to
utilize
western
road
impact
fees
for
the
engineering
of
traffic
intersection
improvements
in
western
princeton
sponsored
by
mayor
fund,
so
it
was
approved.
I
believe
the
university
committee,
the
generation,
received
the
second
and
motion
of
the
second
discussion,
seeing.
B
A
Yes,
lastly,
we
had
5-1903
ordinance
rising
to
see
close
juvenile
hearing
board
fund,
and
that
was
that
was
denying.
A
So
I
don't
that's
for
information
only
since
it
failed
in
committee.
Thank
you,
council.
Vice
president
claims,
community
council
I'm
appalling.
Thank
you,
council
president.
This
is
simply
for
your
perusal
and
went
through
regular
claims
committee.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Council.
A
A
C
A
I
a
few
emails
on
this
one
and
there
was
a
request
from
council
member
psychos
to
continue
in
a
month
to
do
a
little
more
research
on
the
site
on
the
trails.
I
know,
council
members,
macaulay,
brady
and
cyclists
were
up
there
taking
a
hike
of
the
set.
If
you
guys
want
to
give
a
report
out
to
the
council
of
what
you
found
so
come
from
psychos
yeah.
Do
we
we
need
the
motion
in
the
second
on
the
floor,
I'll
make
a
motion
to
continue
in
a
second
yeah.
A
A
Cliffs
plant,
the
plants
that
are
there
are
the
intact
upland
wood
plants
that
you
expect
to
see
in
rhode,
island
and
not
the
various
invasive
plants
that
are
taking
over
our
landscape.
The
japanese
bittersweet,
not
weed
multiflora,
rose
they're,
not
there,
so
other
ferns
and
there's
blueberries
and
sassafras
and
other
things
that
are
kind
of
interesting.
A
So
that's
and
then
so
you
take
that
trail
up
the
hill.
You
can
also
go
down
in
this
hollow
or
ravine
and
look
up
at
the
cliffs,
so
you
can
walk
along
the
top
of
the
there
may
be
30
feet
cliffs
and
then
it
as
you're
now
walking
west.
A
A
When
I
think
the
reason
I'm
making
the
suggestion
that
we
continue
is
that
so
people
can
go
look
at
it
for
themselves,
but
it's
obviously
being
used
for
passive
recreation
to
be
out
in
the
woods
and
also
there
are
power
lines
that
run
along
the
western
edge
of
this
wooded
area
and
along
the
southern
edge.
And
if
the
council
thought
a
cell
phone
tower
was
important
to
have,
I
think
it
should
at
least
be
explored.
Whether.
A
Those
are
that's
my
thinking.
I
would
urge
people
to
to
go.
Look
at
it.
I'd
be
glad
to
go
with
anybody
who
wants
to
go,
but
I
don't
think
we
have
a
lot
of
properties
like
this
left
in
the
sea
that
are
pretty
much
untouched
by
signs
of
of
a
human
manipulation
so
and
the
other.
The
last
thing
that
I
think's
really
neat
about
this
property
is
that
it
adjoins
the
the
province
water,
right-of-way.
A
As
another
area,
you
could
kind
of
wander
off
on
a
side
trail
councilman
of
georgia.
Thank
you,
council
president
thanks
councilman
cyclists
are
going
to
take
a
look
at
it.
This
is
in
ward
5..
I'm
going
to
take
a
look
at
it.
Myself,
try
to
figure
out
how
to
get
in
there
and.
A
A
tower
going
there,
I
think
it
could
potentially
be
done
right.
I
know
there's
one
at
camp
champlain
right
at
the
back
of
village
avenue.
If
you
want
to
look
at
a
satellite
map
of
village
and
that's
in
ward
5.
at
the
end
of
that
you'll
see
a
cell
phone
tower
and
the
woods
aren't
disturbed
at
all.
So
I
almost
wonder
if
they
could
do
it
that
way
or
if
they
could
put
it
at
the
ice
rink.
I
know
there's
a
tower
with
the
ice
rink,
so
they
can
just
do
that.
A
Instead,
it's
not
that
far
down
the
road.
So
I'm
going
to
be
voting
to
continue
this.
I
think,
if
we're
going
to
do
it,
we
should
do
it
right,
but
I'm
not
opposed
to
the
proposal
entirely,
but
if
we
can
do
it
away
and
not
disturb
anything,
that's
going
to
be
good.
Joshua.
C
I
agree
with
the
continuing
and
I
appreciate
councilman
cycles,
inviting
us
on
the
hike
just
so
the
residents
have
a
visual.
I
was
shocked
to
see
what
great
shape
he
was
in
me
and
paul
were
kind
of
arming
on
and
carrying
each
other
up
the
hill
sweating
profusely.
C
So
that
all
being
said,
I
was
surprised
to
see
the
amount
of
walking
trails
and
campfires,
and
you
know
I
really
appreciate
them.
Taking
the
time
to.
A
Absolutely
not
nice
to
paul
mccauley
that
day,
but
I
appreciate
the
and
I
I
agree
it
should
be
continued,
but
it
was
an
enjoyable
hike
councilman.
A
A
I
will
be
deferring
to
my
solicitor
on
that
so
to
the
administration.
I
know,
there's
been
some
dialogue
about
this
site.
We
are
continuing
it
so
for
our
next
meeting
we're
here
at
the
next
full
council
meeting,
I
think
the
full
council
meeting
will
probably
be
easier
because
we're
all
gonna
at
this
point-
it's
already
passed
by
the
quarks,
we'll
get
a
hearing
at
the
full
council
meeting.
A
If
you
can
just
have
them,
look
at
the
plan,
that's
how
they're
going
to
install
it
and
what
kind
of
tree
mitigation
they're
going
to
be
having
and
what
they're
going
to
have
to
cut
out
and
put
back
in
if
there's
a
better
way
to
do
it
than
just
cutting
a
wide
swath
of
trees
in
the
road,
potentially
take
a
look
at
doing
something
a
little
more
environmentally
friendly.
You
know.
B
A
A
Of
that
development,
the
request,
admittedly,
has
been
pending
for
a
while
before
this
council.
However,
that's
attributable
to
much
communication,
that's
occurred
between
my
office
in
the
planning
department
and
there's
a
representative
from
the
planning
department
here
that,
I
believe,
is
going
to
speak
to
that
the
effort
which
exemplifies
the
planning
process.
A
Essentially,
we
submitted
a
request
to
make
an
adjustment,
which
is
market-based,
the
planning
department
and
including
the
solicitor
weighed
in
on
that
we
went
back
made
some
adjustments
again
attempted
to
to
meet
with
them
made
additional
adjustments,
and
we
are
scheduled
to
proceed
before
the
planning
commission
on
august
6th,
at
which
time
we
hope
to
come
back
with
a
positive
recommendation
based
on
efforts
with
the
planning
department
before
this
council,
and
I'm
not
sure
if
we'll
proceed
before
the
ordinance
committee
before
that,
I'm
not
pretty
sure
I'm
gonna
find
out
right
now,
yeah.
A
Well,
I
don't
think
we
have
an
august
sixth
meeting,
but
so
that'll
be
the
city
planning.
Commission
yeah,
I
think
september.
12Th
is
our
next
ordinance
meeting.
If
the
body
moves
that
way,
and
then
we
could
come
back
here
on
the
28th,
I
believe
it
was
your
it
would.
It
would
be
september.
We
have
no
committee
meetings
in
august
and
hasn't
been
submitted
yet
so
time
planning
has
their
meeting
in
august
and
submits
it.
It
will
go
in
as.
A
It
seems
like
the
changes
are
substantively
different
from
what
has
been
submitted,
and
this
would
probably
fall
solicitors.
Also
at
some
point,
is
it
proper
to
withdraw
and
resubmit
it,
or
is
it
just
to
amend
it
and
add
a
lot
of
planning
differently,
because
it
seems
like
it's
going
to
be
very
different
than
what
was
submitted
a
year
ago
that
we've
been
kind
of
continuing
continuing
continuing?
If
I
I
could.
D
A
Pointed
to
the
zoning
ordinance
now
the
order
the
petition
will
spell
out
specifically
so
there's
a
little
question
later
on
as
to
what's
permitted
back
there,
so
substantive,
not
really
much
of
a
change
but,
and
that
specific
that's
why
I
bring
up
the
question
of
solicitors,
because,
what's
the
force
it
has
in
the
force
is
specifically
a
signage
ordinance
if
that
component
has
been
dropped
at
some
point,
I
would
think
that
is
no
longer
valid.
It
should
be
removed
from
the
docket
and
we
should
get
a
new
ordinance
based
on
this
new.
B
A
A
Now
what
I'm
hearing
what
I'm
reading
seems
to
be
very
different
from
what
I've
been
reading
over
the
past
several
months
and,
in
my
opinion,
it's
it's
becoming
very
convoluted
to
the
point
where
it
really
doesn't
resemble
in
substance,
the
original
application.
It
seems
to
me
that
this
is
requesting
a
different
relief,
whether
you
delete
something
that
was
being
asked
for
whether
you're
adding
an
additional
request.
A
A
Assistant
planner's
take
on
this
as
well,
so
I
know
these
doug's
have
a
lot
of
experience
on
this
dope
machine
principal
planner
with
the
city
with
the
epic
anonymous
their
original
advertisement
and
requests
did
include
signage,
but
it
did
include
modification
to
the
definition
of
commercial
uses.
A
Changing
the
allowed
commercial
uses
on
the
site,
so
I
can
say
that
over
the
course
of
you
know,
since
since
the
late
winter,
since
february
march,
we've
had
several
different
drafts
back
and
forth
between
us
and
the
applicant.
We
have
reached
a
point
where
we
think
in
concept.
We
have
a
model
that
the
planning
department
agrees
with
that
the
applicant
agrees
with
functioning
on
the
commercial
uses
and
the
specific
commercial
uses
that
would
be
allowed.
A
C
B
A
We
have
the
original
document
as
submitted,
so
for
us
to
do
anything
with
it.
We
would
have
to
spend
probably
an
hour
to
amending
it
to
get
it
to
the
point
where
it
matches
what
you
have
come
up
with
with
the
applicant.
I
don't
think
we're
in
the
business
of
doing
that
for
a
applicant.
A
A
If?
Because,
if
we
miss
something
per
se,
then
it's
on
us
to
encumber
to
amend
it
to
the
way
the
applicant.
A
Back
to
you
close
to
another
counselor,
my
concern
with
this
is
you
put
an
application
for
apples.
Now
it's
oranges
and
there
have
been
residents
that
have
been
coming
out
to
these
committee
meetings.
Where
we've
been
continuing
it
or
you
know
no
one's
here
from
the
developer
or
representing
the
developer.
We
don't
know
where
this
is
going.
It's
been
going
on
for
months.
I
know
there
are
some
residents
that
are
very
frustrated.
I
almost
feel
like.
A
C
And
you
have
said
you
know:
I've
received
numerous
emails
about
this
signage,
I'm
sure
there's
a
lot
of
residents
that
would
want
to
be
well
informed
of
the
new
application.
I
certainly
appreciate
how
much
better
that
area
looks
driving
into
my
ward
and
the
amount
of
work
that's
been
put
into
that
it's
an
absolutely
amazing
site,
but
I
think
the
residents
also
earn
the
right
to
know
about
this
new
application.
A
Just
a
question
for
mr
verdecchi
and
maybe
mr
kirschenbaum:
let's
say
that
we
went
with
this
application
and
we.
A
Would
they
then
have
a
claim
that
the
notice
requirements
were
not
proper?
Well
put
it
this
way,
councilman
they
may,
and
in
my
opinion,
it's
not
worth
taking
the
chance.
I
think
mr
kirschenbaum
came
up
with
excellent
phraseology.
This
resembles
a
rolling
application
month
to
month
to
month,
to
month
I
have
been
here.
No
one
has
been
present
until
tonight.
In
the
past
several
months.
No
one
has
informed
us
me
what
has
been
going
on.
I
mean
the
the
committee
has
been
left
in
the
dock.
A
No
one
even
had
the
you
know,
professional
courtesy
to
come
in
and
say
look
this
is
this
is
what's
going
on,
but
to
your
point,
it's
been
so
long
now.
I
I
think
this
application
is
stale
and
I
think
your
point's
a
valid
one.
I
think
that
could
very
well
be
under
the
impression
that
this
was
never
approved.
Then
all
of
a
sudden
they
wake
up
in
the
morning
go
outside
and
there's
something
being
done,
so
I
think
you're
taking
a
risk.
I
really
do
to
be
on
the
safe
side.
A
I
would
recommend
it
be
withdrawn
and
then
resubmit
it,
because
if
it's
withdrawn,
we
submitted
it
and
it
never
actually
failed.
If
it
fails,
I
believe,
on
zoning.
A
As
the
planner
indicated,
the
proposal
contemplated
a
sign
and
making
some
definition
changes
to
the
fourth
phase.
We
pulled
the
sign
because
that
was
the
most
objectionable
most
problematic,
with
respect
to
commentary
that
we
received.
The
flow,
then,
is
that
this
council
referred
to
the
planning
commission
for
a
recommendation.
A
Typically,
the
planning
commission
can
make
amendments
make
suggestions.
That's
what
took
place
here,
working
with
the
planning
department
before
we're
at
the
planning
commission
with
a
modified
amendment.
Then
it
comes
back
here
in
a
modified
form,
similar
form.
It
depends
on
the
circumstances
and
then
it's
before
this
council,
and
at
that
point
it
can
be
amended
too,
with
four
amendments.
So
the
fact
that
it's
changes
is
again
exemplary
of
the
planning
process
it
comes
here
for
an
initial
reading
gets
referred
to
the
planning
commission,
you
go
there
for
a
recommendation.
It
can
change
there.
A
A
It
after
the
planning
commission,
because
we
could
still
have
amendments
made
or
suggestions
made
by
the
commission
on
august
6.,
we'll
take
what
comes
out
of
there.
That's
going
to
come
back
before
this
and
advertise
that
you're
safe
on
all
counts
instead
of
having
us
to
withdraw
tonight
and
go
through
the
process
again,
which
makes
it
somewhat
more
confusing.
I
mean
we're
on
a
track
here.
Well,
we
could
deny
it
tonight
and
then
I
understand
you
would
be
encumbered
to
have
nothing
and
have
nothing
until
this
council
reconvenes
so
on
the
table.
A
Currently
you
have
the
opportunity
to
have
us
tonight,
because
we
have
some
questions
as
to
how
this
would
work,
because
it's
been
a
rolling
thing
for
so
long
or
we
try
to
work
with
the
because
I
do
think
councilman
cyclists
comments
are
valid,
that
this
has
been
advertised
a
few
times
as
what
it
was
if
we
were
to
re-advertise
it
again
what's
before
this
council
is
still
this
ordinance.
A
Still
this
thing
it
can
be
modified.
We
can
redline
it
and
advertise
it
in
that
form.
I've
seen
that
done
before.
So
I
understand
what
you
took
in
initially
is:
it
is
the
number
for
you,
but
what
comes
back
can
be
amended
and
that
that's
the
process
that
you
you
have
changes
made
with
with
respect
to
your
indication,
what
the
possible
outcomes
are.
I
understand
that
and
I'm
just
offering
a
way
that
you
know
we'll
take
on.
A
C
You
know
to
the
points
that
were
made.
I
I'm
gonna
stand
by
with
this
being
in
my
award.
I
think
that
this
should
be
fully
new
advertises
and
replication
to
our
residents.
I'm
gonna
move
forward
with
the
denial
I
I
was
appointed
on
this
council
about
a
year
and
a
half
ago,
and
this
has
been
on
the
docket
since
I
was
appointed
without
due
respect,
sir.
This
is
the
first
time
you've
seen
six
seven
eight
meetings
of
no
shows.
C
I
think
it
is
time
for
a
new
application.
I'm
not
saying
I
wouldn't
be
in
support
of
that
at
that
time,
but
that's
that's
my
feeling
at
the
moment.
A
I'm
not
saying
that's
the
only
reason
here,
but
we
we
have
been
working
with
the
planning
department
and
going
back
and
forth.
We
have
something
now,
that's
good
for
the
area
and
market
driven
we've
taken
out
the
component.
That
appeared
to
have
the
most
questions
comments,
and
certainly,
I
guess
objections
so
we're.
A
A
We
do
feel
that
this
application
is
different
from
the
original
religion.
You
can
disagree
with
that.
I
understand,
but
from
what
I'm
hearing,
I
think
you
may
make
a
fairly
cogent
argument
for
substantial
change
in
circumstances
and
resubmit.
Obviously
this
isn't
legal
advice,
but
I'm
just
pointing
out
without
evidence
that
that
is
an
option.
A
C
A
A
double-edged
sword
as
far
as
time
as
concerned
about
the
filing
fees,
but
in
terms
of
time
I
don't
know
what
the
difference
is.
The
clerk
might
know
the
difference
or
the
attorney
for
the
applicant.
I
mean
you
said
you
could
get
it
back
on
the
calendar
pretty
quickly.
So
I
don't
know
if
there's
any
prejudice,
if
you
did
that
you
know
quite
frankly,
it
seems
that
there's
an
inclination
here
to
to
recommend
that
we
withdraw
and
refile.
A
This
will
be
given
a
new
number
we'll
proceed
back
to
the
planning
commission.
If,
if
that's
the
the
essentially
the
council's
prerogative,
it
puts
us
in
the
same
or
close
to
the
same
position,
and
I
think
what
I
offered
as
a
is
certainly
reasonable.
We
advertise
and
be
back
at
the
same
point,
so
it
would
perhaps
streamline
things
and
make
it
easier
for
the
clerk
just
to
have
modified
2-1906
as
amended.
I'm
not
sure
it
would
be
easier
for
the
administration.
A
A
A
Because,
theoretically,
we
will
be
sending
this
back
to
the
september
committee
meeting
because
we
don't
have
a
committee
meeting
in
august.
This
is
how
the
plane
were
to
finish
and
come
up
with
their
view
of
this
ordinance.
So
we
don't
take
it
off
their
calendar.
We're
going
to
object
to
that
council.
A
The
opinion
of
that,
because
my
you
know
this
gentleman
is
obviously
trying
to
be
fair,
but
that
doesn't
really
matter.
We
have
a
law
that
says
if
you're
going
to
change
zoning,
here's
the
way
you
do
it
and
if
you
don't
do
it
that
way,
it
seems
to
me
you're
open
to
legal
challenge,
no
matter
what
other
things
you
did,
that
were
fair.
A
A
And
I
I
think
at
that
point
someone
would
be
hard-pressed
to
challenge
the
actions
of
the
council
in
that
regard.
So
do
I
think
it
would
withstand
a
legal
challenge,
probably
probably,
as
I
said,
do
I
necessarily
like
it?
No,
but
you
know
you
have
a
council,
you
run
the
affairs
of
the
of
the
city,
you
determine
these
things
and,
as
I
said,
you
have
a
great
deal
of
discretion,
a
court's
not
going
to
second
guess
a
discretionary
act
as
long
as
it's
within
reason,
and
it
sounds
like
that
would
be
reasonable.
A
A
And
if
I
may,
I
just
have
a
point
of
clarification,
but
we're
speaking
about
process
advertisements,
this
type
of
application
for
a
mixed
plan
district
actually
has
two
components.
Two
separate
decisions
that
are
made
in
conjunction
one
of
them
is
the
ordinance
which,
of
course,
the
council
is
the
ultimate
decision
maker.
The
other
is
as
an
amendment
to
what
we
call
the
final
overall
district
plan.
That's
essentially
a
fancy
way
to
say
the
site
plan
review.
A
In
that
case,
we
have
already
advertised
for
the
august
6th
to
do
the
site
plan
review
component
of
this,
and
if
the
council
was
so
willing,
the
goal
would
be
that
we
could
take
on
the
site
plan
review
and
the
substantive
recommendation
on
the
ordinance
together.
If
that
can't
be
the
case,
then
we
can
break
them
up.
We
would
do
the
site
plan
review
first,
we
consider
the
ordinance
second,
but
that's
that
that
has
been
advertised.
There
is
notice
to
the
public
about
this.
A
The
advertisement
on
the
site
plan
does
indicate
that
there
is
a
an
inclination
to
change
uses
in
some
of
the
specific
buildings.
So
we
are
in
a
sense
covering
ourselves
from
a
notice
standpoint,
but
it
is
the
council's
purview
on
how
they
want
to
proceed
on
the
ordinance
itself.
A
I
know
it's
not
the
most
optimal
choice
in
the
world,
but
you
don't
want
to
throw
the
work.
The
planning
board
has
done
away
council
vice
president
yeah,
I
I
agree.
I
think
I
don't
think
there's
too
much
prejudice
to
the
council
in
terms
of
kicking
it
to
september,
because
we
could
always
continue
another
month
if
we
needed
more
time.
It
certainly
would
go
from
september
12
to
the
end
of
the
month
at
the
very
earliest.
A
You
know.
So
it's
not
gonna.
It's
not
gonna,
really
it'll
speed
up
the
process,
maybe
a
little
bit,
but
if
we
needed
to
make
a
change,
we
still
would
have
the.
A
Or
to
continue
it
again,
perhaps
at
least
we
know
what
planning
comes
up
with
on
august
6th
by
september
12th.
We
already
know
that,
so
I
don't
see
real
prejudice
and
it
will
allow
this
to
go
to
planning
since
they've
done
all
that
work
yeah,
and
I
would
ask
that
after
the
planning
meeting
we'll
need
a-
and
this
will
be
before
the
august
council
meeting.
We
need
a
specific
copy
of
the
ordinance
as
written.
A
So
we
know
what
changes
are
being
made,
so
we
can
review
it,
and
then
I
would
ask
that
the
applicant
then
advertise
that
for
the
hearing
in
september
and
then
the
full
council
meeting
so
once
that
is
done,
we're
going
to
advertise
those
things,
because
I
want
to
be
transparent
to
the
public.
Basically,
and
we
want
to
know
what
you,
what
you're
trying
to
do,
there's
something
about
the
flow
here
that
that's
bothering
me
and
just
help
me
help.
A
A
A
A
Know
you've
been
saying
here
up
to
six
or
eight
months
with
this
thing,
and
I
asked
us
to
bend
the
rules
for
you.
I
I
sympathize
with
you,
but
I'm
sorry.
I
don't
think
that
the
plan
department
has
that
big
of
an
objection
to
re-advertisement-
that's,
certainly
the
council's
will
maria.
I
just
have
a
question
for
you
attachment
a
is
that
the
one
page
ordinance
that
calls
out.
D
A
B
D
A
Thank
you
mike.
C
C
We
want
to
continue
to
be
business
friendly
here
in
the
city
of
branson,
but
you
know
I
wasn't
exposed
numerous
numerous
concerns
for
this
application
and
I
think
they
need
to
you
know
like.
Like
mr
kershaw
said,
there
needs
to
be
a
little
bit
more
transparency
here
says.
A
Respond
to
councilman,
you
just
had
the
planner
advise
that
the
meeting
on
the
six
has
been
noticed.
A
A
councilman
for
me,
respectfully,
people
who
have
expressed
interest
will
likely
attend
on
the
sixth.
What
are
they
attending
in
a
planning
commission
meeting?
That's
we're
not
advertising
it
from
what
we're
finding
out
right
now
for
this
agenda.
It
wasn't
properly
linked,
however,
for
the
planning
commission
meeting
on
the
sixth,
the
planner
has
indicated
that
lotus
has
went
out
describing
the
proposal.
A
It
is
likely.
People
will
attend
on
that
evening
and
in
the
event
that
this
fails,
we're
going
to
be
back
and
that
meeting
will
not
definitely
not
be
substantive,
because
we
have
to
resubmit
from
this
council
get
referred
back
so
as
a
business
person.
If
I'm
in
a
lease
disagreement.
D
A
Really
acted
to
have
a
recommendation
from
the
commission
as
a
point
of
information.
This
was
read
by
planning
several
months
ago
with
a
recommendation
to
deny
attorney
mancini
came
before
this
body
and
asked
it
to
be
continued.
While
he
worked
with
planning
on
a
better
version
that
was
february
march,
it's
been
a
while.
I
don't
disagree
with
doing
that.
A
A
lot
of
the
business,
that's
consuming
the
complaints,
so
my
cheered
with
free
advertising.
My
my
attorneys
have
recommended
that
our
attorneys-
I'm
sorry,
not
my
attorneys.
Our
attorneys
have
recommended
we
deny
and
have
them
resubmit
with
an
affidavit
and
submit
a
new
ordinance.
A
So
because,
without
you,
just
a
quick
question
for
for
the
clerk
or
whoever
has
an
answer,
how
much?
How
much
is
the
application
fee?
How
much
is
the
application.
D
A
A
A
recommendation
essentially
from
this
council
to
withdrawal
we'll
withdraw
I'm
hearing
that
that
appears
to
be
the
consensus.
I
think
there
was
discussion
as
to
curing
as
as.
A
A
Change
in
circumstances,
I
think
that's
that's!
Why
we're
in
this
property
right
now,
and
I
think
what
you
should
do
is
just
do
you
have
to
do
it?
I
think
you
do
have
a
change.
That's
why
you've
been
working
so
hard
with
the
department.
I
don't
regret
you
for
that.
That's
good,
but
I
mean
people
aren't
going
to
get
into
this.
This
change.
A
That's
that's
the
thing,
because
notice
did
go
out
for
the
planning
meeting
like
postcard
notice
to
these
people
going
to
their
addresses
to
come
to
the
meeting,
but
that's
not
going
to
be
productive
because,
as
a
point
of
view
that
can
still
happen
because
the
first
section
of
the
the
zone
change
would
still
go
through.
This
would
just
be
the
ordinance
that
we
would
ask
you
to
withdraw
and
then
reach
the
bill
with
the
f.
We.
A
A
Withdrawal
because
I
will
say
after
three
months
of
continuing
something
dies
so
technically
this
might
have
died
automatically
two
months
ago,
so
this
will
keep
us
out
of
that
mess
again.
I
appreciate
your
time.
Thank
you.
Okay,
all
right,
I
was
forgetting
my
place,
but
I
think
we're
on
the
next
ordinance
president
3-19-0-1.
A
Just
as
a
reminder,
this
ordinance
establishes
that,
when
the
department
of
inspections
issues
a
notice
of
violation
that
the
person
who's
being
accused
of
violating
has
30
days
to
correct
the
problem
and
at
after
the
30
days,
then
fines
start
to
accrue
any
further
discussion.
Seeing
uncle,
please
take
away.
B
A
Yes,
yes,
next,
we
have
5-19-0-4
ordinance
amendment
chapter
10.32,.
A
A
Robin
hood
road
at
pheasant
drive
3-way,
stop
sponsored
by
council
member
pat
blauskas,
and
this
was
subject
to
the
traffic
I'm
going
to
make
a
motion
to
approve
and
then
I'll
talk
about
the
report.
A
I
have
a
motion
to
approve
and
a
second
previous
question.
The
traffic
report
was
saying
no.
A
Back
in
2017,
I
believe,
and
it
was
the
same
traffic
report
then
as
we
got
now
and
I
well,
I
know
we
can
override
the
traffic
report.
We
start
when
we
do
it
all
the
time.
I
pulled
the
ordinance
at
that
committee
meeting.
A
You
know
on
the
recommendation
from
the
traffic
report,
but
since
then
I've
been
getting
a
lot
of
calls
from
people
on
the
street
specifically
that
live
right
at
where
that
fluid
stop
would
go
it's
kind
of
a
blind
hill
up
and
down,
and
I
don't
think
a
slow
hill
sign
is
going
to
solve
anything.
I
really
think
people
will
slow
down
going
up
and
over
that
hill,
because,
when
you're
coming
out
of
your
driveway,
you
really
you
know
you
can't
see.
So
that's
that's
my
only
concern
with
that.
A
I
know
the
traffic
report
isn't
as
a
no
but,
like
I
said
I
put
this
in
2017
and
I
pulled
it
back
and
after
more
consideration,
I
really
think
that
it
should
go
there.
B
A
Yes
and
through
the
chair,
does
the
administration
have
any
position
on
this?
I
know
the
traffic
engine
is
not
here,
but.
A
Okay,
my
only
other
question
to
the
sponsor
would
be.
You
know
how
many
neighbors
does
this
affect?
How
many
people
does
this
affect?
I've
spoken
to
everybody
that
lives
right
within
where
that
three
is,
let's
really
stop
and
go,
and
everybody
supports
it
that
live
there.
Nobody
was,
you
know,
nobody
said,
don't
put
it
in
everybody's,
like
okay,
good
people
fly
over
the
hill
and
I'm
worried
pulling
out
of
my
driveway.
So
I
you
know
inside
a
congested
area.
A
It's
not
really
a
congested
area,
but
it's
a
long
street
for
coming
from
the
stonehill
side
of
pheasant.
So
you
can
definitely
pick
up
some
speed.
I
know
there's
another
stop
sign,
that's
close
to
that,
but
once
you
leave
that
stop
sign
and
you
start
going
flying
up
that
hill
there's
nothing
else
to
give
you
pause
before
you
come
back
down.
I
don't
think
a
slow
hill
sign
is
going
to
make
anybody
stop
so
just
slow
down.
This
is
a
slow.
This
isn't
a
stop.
A
A
I
know
exactly
what
council
members
is
talking
about
coming
on
the
south
side
of
pheasant
up
over
the
hill.
It's
a
blind
bit
of
a
blind
alley
as
you're
coming
down,
so
I
could
definitely
see
people
speeding
this
intersection.
I
know
the
traffic
engineer
says
it's
not
warranted,
but
I
would
recommend
the
override
and
put
the
stop
sign.
A
B
A
Yes,
yes,
yes,
okay,
okay,
the
next!
We
have
no
report
I'll.
Let
the
body
decide
but
continuing
the
next
month
might
make
sense
to
actually
see
a
report
before
we
decide
to
prove
it
or
not,
but
again
I'll.
Let
the
body.
A
A
D
The
traffic
report
I
was
told
I
was
actually
going
to
be
on
this
council.
My
shirt
double
checked
out
because
I've
been
exchanging
emails
with
the
traffic
engineer
who
actually
was
out
in
draft.
Yes
with
the
other
office.
D
A
A
D
A
A
A
It's
been
a
good
night.
I
appreciate
the
folks
killing
off
that
sign
and
also
continuing
the
cell
tower
project
I
mentioned
about
this
last
week
and
I
bought
a
gps
device
from
uri,
so
I
could
map
the
night
farm
trail
off
a
late
night,
so
I
thought
I'd
stop
by
this
property
and
practice
a
little
and
took
me
three
or
four
trips
along
the
trail,
to
get
it
right.
A
D
A
Tell
them
to
go
up
there
and
survey
without
doing
any
damage
to
tell
us
exactly
where
they
want
to
put
this.
They
want
to
get
their
build,
dozers
or
chain
saws
and
cut
stuff
down
just
cut
their
surveyors
and
gps
devices
and
said
map
it
out.
It
doesn't
have
to
be
perfect.
Just
give
us
a
general
idea.
This
is
where
the
road
is
going
to
be.
A
A
A
A
A
A
There
will
be
another
position
on
the
board
opening
up.
Someone
has
chosen
not
to
continue
on
the
board.
We
should
be
notified
in
the
next
few
weeks.
I
did
speak
with
the
chair
of
the
board
last
week.
D
D
A
The
juvenile
hearing
board-
you
know,
handles
these
disciplinary
cases
with
juveniles
and
are
there
requirements
that
the
members
honor.
A
C
A
A
Yes,
city
officials,
there
are
none
under
executive
communications.
There
are
only
two
items
tonight,
I'll
report
on
hiring
special
counsel,
which
you
have
before
you.
So
if
there
are
any
questions
to
the
administration
out
of
your.
A
Okay,
the
next
point
of
information-
the
mayor
has
appointed
jay
bombadier
to
the
arts
commission
return
to
expire
july,
22nd
2022..
Congratulations
on
your
appointment,
mr
bombadier,
anything
on
the
docket
director
that
we
have
to
discuss
thanks.
Sir,
under
my
communications
I
believe
yardworks
update
has
been
been
concluded
unless
you
have
any
additional
information
on
that
loan
beauticians
any
additional
information.
Last
meeting,
I
missed
the
radio
that
I'm
out
there
today
we
haven't,
I
don't
know
if
councilman
brady
has,
we
haven't
been
receiving
any
complaints
recently.
A
C
Yeah
I
mean
to
your
point:
I
haven't
received
any
additional
complaints.
It
seems,
like
the
owners
of
the
business,
are
very
compliant
and
want
to
work
with
us.
Yes,
and
I
feel
like
you're.
Seeing
the
same,
so
I
mean
at
this
time,
I
could
take
it
off
the
topic
for
future
matters,
and
if
I
get
additional
complaints,
we
can
revisit
it.
A
I
know
last
we're
going
to
try
to
find
the
owner
of
the
property
and
get
some
gun
contact
with
them
and
pull
them
into
compliance
with
the
property
manager
on
two
separate
occasions,
and
we
have
not
heard
back
from
the
walmart
property
manager
regarding
that
guide
rail
draft
a
letter
to
them
at
this
point
I
know
sort
of
awesome
was,
I
know,
he's
not
creating
that,
but
I
just
think
that
our
authority
to
dictate
anything
to
them
is
kind
of
limited.
We
can
make
it
more
informative.
A
I'm
assuming
that
I
can
speak
to
him
further
on
that.
I
would
appreciate
that
anything
else
on
that
one,
okay
under
couch
present
communications.
I
do
have
one
I'm
going
to
be
making
council
member
hopkins
an
ex-officio
on
all
the
committees
he
is
on
for
the
next
four
months.
This
will
give
councilman
hopkins
the
opportunity
to
handle
some
personal
matters
he's
working
through.
He
will
still
be
under
the
committee
if
he
can
show
up
with
this
or
not.
This
will
keep
him
from
getting
absences
on
the
docket.
D
Thank
you,
council,
president
to
the
administration,
just
as
obviously
just
trying
to
get
an
update
on
1885,
broad
stream.
That
was
continued.
A
D
In
cemetery,
I'm
just
gonna
start
with
the
cemetery.
First,
I
believe,
that's
been
a
no
show
at
some
point.
They've
been.
A
D
Is
the
actual
cemetery
and
then
the
rest
of
it?
Unfortunately,
it
really
isn't
a
nice
one.
That's
really
unfortunate
for
that.
My
concern
is:
are
they
coming
for.
D
It's
eyesore,
it
really
is
I
mean,
so
that's
my
concern.
Let
me
just
make
sure
so
if
you
can
follow
up
with
me
absolutely
that
would
be
great.
It
continues
to
keep
coming
up
before
the
well.
I
guess
I
keep
putting
it
on
the
communications,
but
it's
one
of
those
cases.
That's
also
been
ongoing
every
month
or
so
for
the
inspection
office,
and
so
every
time
I
get
an
email
or
call
from
the
neighbors.
I'm
just
really
just
at
this
point,
trying
to
figure
out
how
long,
how
much
longer.
D
I've
also
received
an
email
on
that
there's
a
gentleman
who
lives
on
that
strip
of
the
road
right
on
park,
avenue
and
just
kind
of
at
the
end
of
the
street.
I'm
sorry,
yes,
thank
you.
I
was
told
that
the
sign
may
not
come
down
because
the
school
may
be
using
that
building
in
the
event
that
they're
remodeling.
C
B
A
D
And
we
don't
know
what
the
time
frame
is
as
far
as
within
the
next
five
years.
We
don't
know
if
suddenly
it's
going
to
be
next
september,
coming
up
or
not
at
night
as
far
as
using
the
actual
building
like
we
don't
know
whether
or
not
we're
going
to
use
it.
Maybe
not
this
attempt,
but
the
following.
Yes,.
A
D
Okay,
I
guess
my
only
concern
is
in
the
event
that
highland
had
a
flooding.
Last
year
we
have
to
find
a
place
to
put
place
to
kids
or
anything
along
those
lines.
We
didn't
have
to
put
the
signs
back
up
immediately.
Yes,
I'm
just
wondering:
is
it
a
catch
from
the
tour?
Did
we
take
the
sign
off
and
put
it
back
on?
Well.
D
D
Is
definitely
the
school
side?
Yes,
okay,
so
it's
not
on
the
document
you
apologize,
but
as
far
as
the
other
school,
the
one
over
on
off
of
elmwood
avenues.
I
think
this
is
an
ass
sanders.
Yes,
thank
you
is
that
owned
by
the
city,
or
is
that
owned
by
the
school
department?
Right
now?
D
A
A
cost
to
maintain
balance
yeah,
I
would
say,
probably
either
the
superintendent
or
facilities
director
could
give
you
that
okay
great,
thank
you
you're
welcome.
Thank
you.
Captain
rogers
moving
on
cousins.
President
director
good
evening
I
spoke
with
director
mason
about
this.
They
did
a
great
job
of
doing
the
cuts
on
the
sidewalk.
The
only
thing
that
remains
so
is
the
painting
of
the
crosswalk.
Yes,
he's
just
trying
to
solidify
the
contract
for
what
the
stripping
company
and
that's
supposedly
the
first
thing
on
the
striper's
list
is
going
to
be
that
crosswalk.
A
A
A
Work
on
this
issue,
and
not
just
you
know,
individual
home,
buy
home
but
kind
of
across
the
board,
something
we
can
do,
though.
The
city
does
address
single-family
residences
with
rodent
issues.
We
do
not
take
care
of
multi-family
units
or
commercial
property
and
most
of
those,
the
complaints
that
we
do
get.
Obviously
we
react
to.
We
we
trap,
we
do,
we
have
to
do,
we
don't
go
out
and
we
basically
are
reactive
people
call
us.
They
have
an
issue,
we
go
out
and
address
it.
A
So
I
I
don't
know
what
we
can
do
at
this
point.
I
mean
I
don't
know.
If
I
mean
informationally
are
you
talking
about?
I
mean.
A
Leaving
debris
by
the
roadway
mattresses
things
like
that
that
could
lead
to
infestation
in
that
area.
So
I
don't
know
if
it's
more
enforcement
or
stricter
enforcement
of
things
kind
of
handles
a
lot
of
those
issues
with
us.
People
leaving
the
trash
outside
of
the
bins
they're,
not
utilizing
their
bins
properly.
Joe
de
carlo
is
already
on
top
of
that.
He
works
closely
with
our
vendor
to
make
to
address
those
issues,
so
I
can
see,
if
he's
seeing
any
kind
of
uptick
or
any
particular
areas
that
may
be
a
concern.
A
Maybe
we
can
go
out
and
I
don't
know,
send
some
letters
or
some
reminders
to
properly
dispose
of
their
garbage.
I
mean
I
can.
I
can
speak
to
him
about
that
and
see
if
he
has
any
ideas.
A
Director
can
you
look
in
the
24th
south
shoot
from
the
court
case?
Second
thing
is
the
road
striping
cranston
street
machinica
lake?
I'm
still
getting
calls
on
that.
If
we
haven't
gotten
to
that,
can
we
fix
it?
They
made
an
error
when
they
came
out
and
striped
it,
and
then
I
just
have
a
comment.
This
weekend
was
a
big
weekend
in
knightsville.
It
was
114th
year
for
the
saint
mary's
feast.
I
just
want
to
thank
everybody
involved
in
that,
especially
the
administration
for
all
the
extra
work
they
put
in.
A
C
A
Yes,
I
had
to
look
into
that.
I
know
I
don't
know
if
that
was
our
vendor
or
not,
that
we
were
doing
that
tree
trimming
if
it
was
our
vendor.
Obviously
the
vendor's
gonna
be
responsible
for
that.
If
it's
a
good
vendor,
obviously
you'll
be
the
great
vendor.
So
I'll
talk
about
ken
mason
to
see
who's
responsible
for
that
for
that
work,
so
I
would
say
it
wouldn't
be
a
city
claims
issue
because
it
wouldn't
be.
It's
defended.
A
So
I
will
reach
out
to
you
once
I
speak
to
director
mason
tomorrow,
yeah
study
hosts,
you
have
something
to
follow
up
on
two
information
requests:
wednesday
night.
I
asked
john
about
the
police
report
on
the
discipline
with
the
high
schools.
B
A
Great
thank
you
and
the
second
is
a
couple
of
months
ago
we
discussed
the
ice
rink
and
its
non-presence
in
the
budget
and
the
finance
committee.
A
C
A
I
don't
think
anyone's
going
to
learn
anything
one
way
or
the
other.
I
just
want
to
see
if
it's
resolved
for
next
year,
because
I
think
what
you
just
said
bob
sounds.
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
was
the
administration's
position
for
next
year.
You
can
do
that.
What
I've
been
focusing
on
right
now
relating
to
the
rink
is
trying
to
get
some
of
the
repairs
done
at
the
bubble,
working
with
the
insurance
company
trying
to
get
money
as
loss
a
business
rental.
A
C
Now
to
get
it
up
and
prepared
and
ready
for
opening
in
october
or
november.
Whenever
so,
that's
been
my
focus
right
now
on
the
rank,
and
I
can
tell
you
that.
A
We've
been
successful
working
with
the
insurance
company,
that's
going
to
be
paying
the
bulk
of
the
damage
inside
and
the
damage
that
took
place
outside
so.
A
Thank
you,
president
to
director
perillo,
just
following
up
on
the
information
that
I
presented
last
month
about
three-dimensional
crosswalk
designs.
If
there's
any
follow-up
to
that,
any
research
been
done
to
try
to
slow
down
some
of
the
traffic
in
the
city,
with
carl
doing
some
research
on
that.
We
have
not
made
a
decision
on
that.
Yet
councilman,
I'm
still
looking
at
it
with
director
mason
to
see.
If
that
is
a
potential
option,
the
pros
and
cons
where
other
places
have
utilized
it
and
whether
it
has
been
utilized
effectively
or
not.
A
A
B
B
A
Yes,
as
a
point
of
information,
there
are
no
committee
meetings
scheduled
at
the
normal
times.
In
the
month
of
august.
There
is
a
special
finance
committee
at
5
30
pm
on
august
26,
to
hear
the
school
committee
contract
that
was
ratified
by
their
union
last
week.
There
is
a
special
safety
services
and
licensing
committee
on
the
same
night
at
six
o'clock
to
hear
all
the
licenses
and
renewals
for
safety
services,
followed
by
the
full
council
meeting
monday
august
26th
at
2019
at
7
pm
there
being
no
further
business
coming
for
us
committee.
