B
Last
month,
mr.
anonymous
entity,
quran
USA,
was
right
near
to
Christmas
at
the
historic
Arsenal
and
in
front
of
a
sold-out
crowd.
We
put
enough
banner
and
she's
so
be
able
to
do.
She
beat
up
38
other
girls
to
become
the
newly
crowned
Miss
teen,
around
and
I
say
to
2020
she's
16
years
old
to
the
junior
Creston
high
school
West.
B
She
wants
to
attend
the
University
of
Rhode
Island
and
she
wants
to
pursue
in
Haiti
in
the
medical
field,
career
fields,
her
dream
job
has
become
a
successful
dermatologist
and
gun
days
got
her
own
skincare
line.
She's
been
stuff
part
of
the
City
Council
students
against
destructive
decisions,
and
that's
why
you
see,
especially
on
high
school
she's,
going
to
grown
strong
relationships
with
students
that
are
part
of
best
buddies
and
mostly
put
smile
on
their
face.
She's
involved
with
many
practical
extracurricular
activities.
B
She
volunteers
her
time
in
that
tell
me
hospital
incorrigible
claims
of
hope,
while
raising
funds
and
awareness
for
breast
cancer
she's
a
religious
education
teacher,
the
first
graders
at
her
church
and
she's
been
playing
football
since
age,
six
from
other
bigger
sports
volleyball,
which
she
played.
Her
high
school
team
freshman
year
ever
since
she
was
young
she
wanted
to
enter
a
trap.
Then
she
entered
2019
mr.
al-khatib,
Team,
USA
cut
and
at
just
15
years
old
she
placed
first
runner-up.
B
She
knew
in
her
heart
that
she
had
to
return
and
she
came
confident
many
friendships
and
the
first
time
I
have
to
first
the
first
time
participating
in
the
pageant
with
the
return
to
USC
the
state
system.
She
felt
added
pressure
because
you
get
them
so
all
the
previous
year
Mike
said
that
believing
in
herself
she
never
gave
up
and
recently
won.
B
Miss
Teen
USA
2020,
currently
she's
starting
an
organization
called
one
box
in
conjunction
with
prancing
clothes
for
kids,
discharging
office,
bullying,
400
children
in
the
area
she
has
Sophia
had
supposed
to
get
as
many
schools
involved
in
the
opposition
to
help
us
make
children
and
their
families
across
her
around
I
was
fortunate
enough
to
over
side-by-side
with
her
yesterday
I
mean
you
almost
Thanksgiving
to
get
together.
We
fed
over
250
people.
Last
night,
I
continued
I,
look
forward
to
seeing
the
continued
offensive
and
beyond.
C
In
recognition
of
community
service
and
initiative,
organizing
the
community
effort
and
raised
$2,100
personal
donations
for
the
Cranston
historical
cemetery
submission
to
assist
in
their
cleanup
efforts
at
Rhodes,
Green
Cemetery,
located
that
bluff
straight
people
and
avenues.
The
entire
City
Council
extends
insincerity,
graduations
and
best
wishes.
On
this
memorable
memorable
occasion
to
members
of
the
cemeteries
admission,
inna
wool
minute
Geoffrey
David
come
on
Gannon.
D
E
Comes
with
president
john
bonham
turning
100
41
at
cranston
before
the
oneness
committee
regarding
service,
real
technique,
which
is
farther
than
that
which
is
filed,
an
application
for
his
own
change.
I'll,
be
brief.
I
believe
most
of
you
were
here
my
clients,
own
545,
adequate
avenues
which
is
tax,
assessor's,
plat,
12,
3
1
to
7,
which
is
president's
own
and
one
with
his
industrial
and
5
5
5
out
of
having
the
flat
12
lakh
3
1
6
3,
which
is
on
c5.
E
E
D
D
It's
the
joy
once
that
colonial
part
starts
at
eleven
o'clock,
goes
to
about
two
and
then
at
the
Sprague
mansion
infringement
about
two
o'clock
to
four
o'clock
and
then
our
word
councilman
is
going
to
do
a
tree
lighting
ceremony
outside.
So
we
hope
that
everybody
can
come
back
and
if
you
do
come,
please
bring
the
ornament
of
their
own
and
take
a
Sharpie
pen.
Put
your
name
and
excuse
me
on
it
and
from
this
point
on
it
will
always
be
inside
the
sprayer
engine
on
our
tree.
D
D
As
I
start
to
report
for
the
cemetery,
information,
I
would
just
like
to
say
that
this
year
was
a
very
interesting
year,
a
very
productive
year
for
the
city.
I
know
a
lot
of
people
are
interested
in
starving
councils
and
initiatives
like
that
could
potentially
and
revenue
into
the
city,
something
like
that
as
part
of
the
puzzle,
putting
it
all
together.
The
history
that
you
have
I
can
definitely
say
that
there
are
hundreds
and
hundreds
of
cities,
towns
and
small
communities
that
would
love
to
have
and
how
I
can
transcend
into
that
there.
D
So,
as
many
of
you
know,
we
start
up
here
2019
for
the
cemetery
Commission.
We
do
our
first
big
event
is
at
cemetery
36,
which
is
the
shell
defended
by
next
to
Roger
Williams
partner.
Our
evidence-
and
we
did
a
lot
of
the
effort,
actually
started
in
2018,
but
really
came
together
in
2019.
We
got
a
stolen
from
the
federal
government
and
again
the
what
I
want
to
dissapoint
to
your
attention.
Of
course,
every
veteran,
no
matter
what
giving
is
incredibly
important
always,
but
there
are
four
veterans
in
that
cemetery
from
the
Revolutionary
War.
D
D
Deserves
imagine
if
you
were
asked
to
go
down
to
Newport
and
give
it
a
big,
saleable
put
a
couple
of
small
cannons
on
what
the
gives
the
USS
Massachusetts
no
contacts
right,
that's
what
they
did,
and
so
the
Navy
the
Revolutionary
War
deserves
our
thanks.
So
that's
the
ceremony
was
about
plus
the
Texas
Rangers,
their
barns
and
political
leaders
in
the
state
were
there.
D
It
is
a
special
day
we
put
it
under
the
Discovery
Network,
because
it's
that
important
trails,
like
the
discovery,
somebody
asking
your
support.
The
spring
management
is
on
the
w3r.
Highway
rocks
and
bulls
truths
marks
what
happens
great.
Imagine
a
horseman
that
was
there
during
the
revolution.
The
w3
Ohio,
headed
by
initiative,
headed
by
senator
Sheldon
Whitehouse,
close
from
you
for
providing
all
the
way
to
Yorktown
Virginia,
and
it
also
passed
historic
mansion,
and
so
one
of
our
initiatives
is
looking
to
ask
for
support
because
they've
been
we
through
our
highway.
D
D
Cemeteries
that
we
did
cleanup
work,
we
had
a
lot
of
people
that
need
in
community
service
either
through
the
court
system
or
through
the
school
system,
and
we
were
very
glad
to
see
that
they
do.
People
turned
out
for
all
of
the
events
that
we
had.
We
celebrated
it
does
some
cemetery
day
as
all
the
other
cemetery
she's
in
town
cities
and
towns
around
Rhode
Island.
We
celebrated
that
here
at
Rancho
as
well.
D
D
D
D
I
got
a
call
from
a
man
appointed
by
a
bishop
total,
the
Catholic
Diocese,
and
he
told
me
that
Catholic
Diocese
radically
would
do
all
it
can
to
help
people
move
the
bodies
into
other
cemeteries
because
of
the
building
is
falling
apart
and
so
I
asked,
and
that's
about
the
most
that
we
can
do
as
a
permission.
Obviously,
the
project
correct
that
is
going
to
be.
D
We
don't
even
have
a
what
so
the
point
is,
is
we
do
what
we
can
do
things
like
this?
Another
problem
that
we
have
is
we
get
hundred
calls
a
lot
of
people
complaining
those
dead,
trees
and
cemeteries,
falling
on
your
property,
and-
and
so
we
try
to
tell
them
that
you
know
there's
only
so
much.
We
can
do.
D
D
D
One
of
them,
Jim
Paul,
is
right
here
Jim,
you
want
to
stand
up
and
say
he
also
was
humbling
thing
with
are
helping
the
Commission
form
away.
This
form
waves
of
reported
funds
coming
in
and
so
he's
acting
treasurer
live
another
tradition
and
we're
working
with
Robert
strum,
listen
he's
over
there
and
that's
how
we
take
the
money
ends
but
fix
the
cemetery.
The
people,
like
you
just
honor
and
then
to
finance
offices
how
to
northeastern
free
and
things
like
that.
D
D
D
C
D
F
F
Address
issues
or
destruction,
publications
of
the
rising
wages
get
that
change
enacted,
advanced
the
2020
elections
are
going
to
get
pretty
busy
with
that,
starting
on
February
of
next
year.
After
the
hearing
recently
I
did
get
some
more
information
from
the
DMV
also
to
the
letter
to
but
kratos's
the
city
requesting
that
the
theme
be
considered.
We
have
heard
her
response
from
that
letter
again,
but
I
did
use
some
redirection
from.
F
H
I
I
J
H
G
H
H
H
A
L
M
G
H
F
Can
even
update
their
address
with
the
DMV
online?
It's
pretty
simple
address
change
process.
You
would
be
newly
pretty
registration
or
it's
a
small
street
as
a
handful
of
residence.
I
have
a
problem,
I
think
initiative
to
send
a
letter
out
to
residents
in
mid-december.
Again
we
would
expect
a
change
to
be
actually
Agricole
how
a
season
goes
along
with
that.
So.
J
F
Implementation
that
would
give
the
residents
a
good
month's
notice
of
the
actual
effective
date,
the
change
with
the
postal
service
getting
the
postal
services
to
their
the
changes.
What
a
panic,
if,
even
if
someone
mail,
something
to
their
old
address,
they'll
still
be
automatic
or
by
postal
service
in
residence
at
action,
but
the
terms
of
actual
contact.
The
residents
I
have
a
couple.
Their
phone
numbers
obviously
have
email
addresses,
so
I'll
send
a
letter,
and
the
ones
me
as
well
make
sure
that.
G
G
H
G
J
G
H
M
Kosmic
Dunnigan
and
I
had
a
meeting
with
the
police
department
and
one
of
the
comments
that
came
out.
It
was
about
discipline
in
the
high
schools,
and
one
of
the
the
comments
that
came
out
from
the
police
department
was
that
they
are
referring
a
lot
more
cases
to
the
juvenile
hearing
board
and
they
felt
that
the
juvenile
hearing
board
was
getting
somewhat
overwhelmed.
M
A
M
M
H
H
A
G
A
M
M
That
is
woodchip
grindings
that
become
airborne
into
their
pools.
One
person
told
me
that
doesn't
actually
several
people
told
me
that
they
go
open
the
windows
in
the
summer
because
the
dust
comes
in
and
gets
all
over
their
everything
in
the
bathroom,
the
window,
sills
and
I'm
sure
it's
getting
in
their
lungs.
More
importantly,
so
I
like.
J
L
O
A
M
All
right,
a
mother
issue
with
inspections
that
the
whole
farm
facility,
fencing,
is
not
in
compliance
with
the
I
know
what
you
call
it
the
direction
or
the
the
limits
that
were
placed
on
the
operation,
the
solar
farm
by
the
Planning
Board,
and
what
steps
are
being
taken
to
bring
that
fencing
into
compliance.
That's.
A
M
The
first
excuse
was
that
it
was
too
muddy
for
them
to
do
anything,
and
it's
just
you
know:
we've
gone
through
the
whole
summer
and
now
we're
into
the
winter
and
we're
still,
you
know,
playing
nice
with
people
who
obviously
know
they're
they're
violating
the
law
and
nothing's
happening
to
them.
Maybe
they,
you
know,
think
that
it's
gonna
go
away.
P
The
install
the
bottom
wire-
and
it
was
a
surprise
to
all
of
us
but
I-
think
that
we've
been
able
to
get
them
to
at
least
remove
all
the
right
of
way
because
we've
asked
if
we
push
this
issue,
I'm,
not
entirely
sure
that
we
stayed
on
solid
ground.
I
have
spoken
to
them
to
prove
those
polls,
their
responses,
they're
part
of
the
fence
around.
P
You
can't
just
take
them
and
they
say
well
if
we
grind
them
off
you're,
creating
these
very
sharp
jagged
edges
with
the
arms
which
could
create
other
issues
if
anyone's
injured.
Because
of
that
groundout
chopped
off
thing,
I,
basically
told
you
I,
don't
care
I
mean
I'd
like
them
to
remove
those
those
arms
public
right
away
now,
I,
don't
think
we're
standing
on
solid
ground
on
this
one
we're
really
not.
We
did
not
expect
at
all
that
Carla
fence
a
survey
like
I
said
we
need
not.
P
M
P
M
Yes,
I
I
just
noticed
that
some
of
the
people
who
the
neighbors
from
northeast
tree
are
here
and
I.
They
were
not
here
during
the
public
speaking
portion
of
the
meeting
and
I
know
that
they
want
to
say
something
they'd
like
to
ask
unanimous
consent
to
allow
them
to
speak
on
the
northeast
tree
issue.
Q
Okay,
one
of
the
closest
neighbors
to
northeastern
tree
service,
my
backyard
action
Porter's
building
three
years
ago.
They
had
somebody
welding
over
there
and
actually
with
their
own
tree
on
fire,
which
caused
the
vinyl
fence
to
melt
and
make
it
all
the
way
to
obtain
feet
from
my
house.
So
in
this
case,
I
had
animals
and
children.
So
now
my
daughter's
totally
traumatized
by
any
type
of
fire
I
can't.
Q
Q
Q
R
As
well
and
again,
I
have
the
same
issues:
I
could
hold.
This
guy
has
a
50
foot
knowledge
pretty
much
25-yard
on
my
home.
I
can't
open
my
windows
this.
You
know
my
bathroom
is
there,
so
you
know
if
we
get
the
windows
open.
If
we
going
to
brush
our
teeth,
I
mean
with
brush
my
teeth
with
chemicals
and
poison,
and
then.
R
See
I
had
videos
pictures
and
the
duck
looks
like
it's
normal.
You
know,
I
have
a
two
hundred
and
eighty
thousand
dollar
home
being
destroyed
by
the
neighbor
here.
I
pay,
taxes,
I
think
my
taxes
on
time
and
what
I'm
going
through
is
it's
stressful.
My
wife
has
breathing
issues
now
I've
been
here
three
years
and,
like
Dave
said
you
vacuuming
for
today
tomorrow
the
entire
bottom
is
covered
with
mold.
It's
not
dust.
This
is
my
dog.
It's
not
dust
dust,
this
kind
of
just
ducks.
R
This
is
thick
mulch,
so
basically
I
gotta
come
home
every
day,
interacting
my
pool
two
hours
every
night,
I
work
till
dawn,
I
work
70
hours
a
week,
so
the
time
that
I
shall
spend
on
my
team.
Actually
back
from
in
my
pool
cleaning
my
windowsills
trying
to
protect
my
family
from
a
neighbor
little
spittle,
the
other
day
was
grinding
trees,
laws
that
have
you
know,
moving
and
definitely
tell
there's
a
it's
more
than
just
as
the
best
way
to
describe
this
to
anybody
on
that
tree.
You
drive
dog
meadow
meal.
R
Soon,
as
you
start
from
out
met
of
you,
you
see
a
15-foot
pilot
month.
It's
achieved
towards
his
biggest
the
homes
over
there,
which
is
ridiculous.
He
doesn't
have
any
barriers,
he
has
nothing
connects,
he
doesn't
have
anything
and
he
can
make
the
living
on
the
whines
away
he's
on
the
mind
to
letting
it
come
over
his
property
onto
my
pocket
and
the
neighbor's
property
his
elderly
over
there
and
they're
too
tired
to
fight
me
so
I
mean
is
I'm
gonna.
How
many
people
is
sick?
You
know,
probably
three
people
on
that
Street
have
died.
R
The
guy
had
bought
my
house
wrong,
it's
actually
sick
and
I.
Don't
know
what
kind
of
sickness
boy
I
don't
know
if
it's
a
coincidence
or
people
on
my
street
again
he's
sick
and
dying
over
there.
You
know
so
I
mean
this
is
I
understand
everybody
needs
to
make
the
living
buddy.
You
know
when
you
stop
destroying
another
person's
proper.
We
do
our
job
to
keep
on
popping
up.
Every
every
house
on
that
street
is
manicured
from
the
lawn
to
got
Moses
to
everything.
It's
a
nice
Street,
but
northeast
is
actually
destroying
this.
R
It's
stressful,
it's
stressing
me
out
and
I
shouldn't
have
to
be
stressed
out,
come
home
based
on
my
time,
tension
my
property
up
from
this
mulch
I
mean
he's
grinding
trees
off
my
name
is
y'all,
go
to
LA
we're
talking
ten
yards
ten
yard
to
grinding
in
a
residential
neighborhood
that
that's
not
me,
that's
not
labeled
impossible
to
be
legal.
If
any
one
you
guys
have
two
minutes
drive
our
Medellin
listen
I'm
talking
about.
R
S
S
T
S
S
There
are
studies
done
by
the
John
Hopkins
Medical
School
of
cancer,
and
there's
been
other
studies
done
that
showed
that
if
one
product
does
contain
toxins,
an
anti-fog
and
fungi
that
can
affect
a
respiratory
system
and
I
can
see
in
sunlight.
Dust
actually
comes
down
like
snot,
it's
just
awful
way
to
live,
but
you
can't
even
use
your
own.
You
can't
open
your
windows,
you
can't
use
your
backyard,
you
can't
enjoy
it.
S
You
know,
Boppity
gets
damaged
and
your
quality
of
life
is
not
what
it
should
be
because
I
know
what
it
was
like
before
in
11th
Street
started
flying
out
there.
It
was
a
great
place
to
live.
I,
don't
know
if
I
could
ever
sell
my
house
because
of
it.
I'm,
paying
taxes
to
the
city
of
Cranston
and
I
probably
had
a
piece
of
property
but
I
can't
sell
or
if
I
do
so
and
I'll
take
a
big
loss
for
all
the
years
that
my
parents
and
I
in
that
house
I.
Don't
think
that's
great.
S
U
Meadow
View
Drive
and,
like
rich,
said
it's
in
Jim's
backyard.
This
is
a
mountain
of
mulch.
This
isn't
just
a
little
pie,
it's
a
mountain,
it's
got
to
be
30
40
feet
high
and
it's
huge
and
you
drive
up
the
street.
That's
what
you
see
and
it's
right
behind
his
house
and
stuff,
is
nasty
and
gets
in
every
plate
and
gutter.
U
V
K
These
gentlemen
have
portrayed
it
to
be
I've
had
along
with
councilman
psychosis
and
councilman
Hopkins
approximately
a
year
ago,
with
these
folks
and
a
few
others,
and
it's
it's
just
a
horrible
situation,
I'm
hoping
that
you
know
we
can
help
them
on
some
way.
I,
don't
I!
Just
don't
want
to
turn
our
backs
on
these
folks,
these
folks,
it's
it's
really
a
dangerous
health
risk
that
that
I
observed
here
and
I'm
just
wondering.
If
there's
some
way,
we
as
a
city
can
help
protect
our
residents
from
it's
overgrown
dislocation.
That's
the
obvious
thing.
K
It
belongs
down.
The
Niantic
park
somewhere
with
is
is
room
for
this
and
when
they
said
that
that
mile
is
40
feet
high,
that's
not
exaggerating
it!
It's
that
high
John
and
and
it's
out
it's
over
every
day
and
it's
elderly
in
that
area.
There's
children
in
that
and
I'll
go
to
bat
for
you.
Anything
I
can
do
I'm
on
record.
Saying
I'll
help
you
all
that
any
way
I
can.
S
T
S
The
end
of
the
street
and
I
met
a
few
drivers,
the
sales
difficulty
where
the
athletic
fields
on
the
basketball
court
and
you
have
hundreds
of
kids
they're
playing
soccer
or
football
whatever
on
a
continuous
basis.
So
you've
got
all
these
children
from
the
city
of
Cranston
exposed
to
this
because
we're
up
on
a
hill
because
we're
on
the
hill,
the
wind
blows
up
there
all
the
time.
In
that
way,
it
carries
it
very
far.
We
have
those
reports
where
studies
have
been
done
in
Maryland.
I
S
G
G
Thing
is,
unfortunately,
probably
a
private
lawsuit
for
damages,
because,
although
they
they
haven't
even
use
that
doesn't
mean
you
can
cause
damages
to
other
people's
property.
Just
as
if
you,
you
know,
build
something
on
your
property
and
then
all
of
a
sudden.
If
flooding
the
neighbor's
property,
they
have
a
right
to
sue.
You,
unfortunately
I'm
thinking
suppose
in
my
hand,
but
only
we
have
standing
to
sue
on
behalf
of
the
residents
invisible
in
this
type
of
situation.
G
O
M
I
M
D
A
Cigarette
entrenches
hostile,
we
wouldn't
wear
after
a
homeowner
for
simple,
effective
accident,
so
it's
one
of
the
expenses
that
the
city
occurs
for
being
an
apply
of
service.
Unfortunately,
in
a
situation,
it
was
a
chemical
fire
with
a
lot
of
damage,
but
he
didn't
see
why
Marshall
did
not
believe
there
was
any
gross
negligence
that
we
would
be
able
to
prove
with
his
fire,
capacitor,
Network
and
evidentiary
value.
He
believed
that
that
would
be
something
that
we
could
go
forward
with
and
so
I
cannot
go
further
and
ask
an
outside
attorney.
M
O
L
O
O
O
You
would
have
to
have
basis
and
again
I
haven't
researched
this
either
listen,
Russell
didn't
surely
did
a
very
thorough
job
and
I
just
based
on
one
area,
I
tend
to
agree
with
his
conclusion.
It
would
be
very
difficult
under
these
facts
who
seek
identification
because,
as
director
Carrillo
good
example,
we
drove
the
line.
So
an
accident
occurs
in
the
city,
soft
reimbursement
for
rescue
personnel,
the
police
or
fire.
You
know
we
would
intend
that
that's
a
service
that
we
provide
exception
beam
is
someone
of
something
that
is.
You
know
outside
the
situation,
so.
O
D
O
T
O
O
M
M
Is
just
40
years,
one
Thursday
much
longer
than
that,
but
it
needs
to
be
a
it
needs
to
be
an
outside
analysts,
that's
hired
by
the
city
outside
engineering,
firm
hired
by
the
city
paid
for
by
the
companies
under
the
code
and
they're
not
doing
that
for
I.
Don't
think
they're
doing
that
for
any
of
these
companies
and
they're
supposed
to
do
this
supposed
to
post.
This
Bob
asked.
J
A
M
M
Object
for
the
first
two
items
be
sent
to
committee
because
they're,
what
the
mayor's
proposing
is
the
violation
will
law
in
the
sea
charter,
section
6.12,
which
we've
gone
over
the
so
many
times,
I've
got
it
mark
them
clipped
in
my
charter.
After
the
adoption
of
the
capital
budget
by
a
majority
of
all
members
of
the
council,
no
money
shall
be
expended
on
or
contract
entered
into
for
any
capital
improvement
project
during
the
ensuing
fiscal
year,
except
in
accordance
with
the
capital
budget.
