Description
Claims Committee
Public Works Committee
Ordinance Committee Meetings
A
B
I
apologize
for
the
delay
in
the
start
of
the
meeting,
we're
waiting
for
we're
waiting
for
other
council
members
to
arrive.
The
meeting
will
be
starting
shortly.
B
B
B
Earlier
today,
the
minutes
at
the
last
meeting
were
distribute
the
email
I'll
take
a
motion
to
approve
the
meeting
the
minutes
of
the
last.
It's
the
last
meeting
so
moved.
D
C
A
B
Yes,
there
are
no
matters
rolled
over
or
carried
over
from
the
last
meeting
as
such
at
this
time
I'll
entertain
a
motion
to
enter
into
executive
session
pursuant
section
4246
582,
so
moved.
D
B
We
have
taken
a
vote
to
come
out
of
executive
session.
We
are
now
back
in
public
session
I'll,
take
a
vote
I'll
entertain
a
motion
to
seal
the
minutes.
D
B
E
E
President
I'd
like
to
have
a
motion
for
the
approval
of
the
prior
meeting
minutes
so
moved.
F
D
E
Yes,
we
have
some
committee
business
matters
carried
over
first
on
here
is
trash
in
littering
in
the
city
and
any
ordinance
on
the
books
and
how
it
is
enforced.
E
This
was
put
on
here
by
councilwoman
jermaine
how's.
The
woman
jermaine
floor
is
yours.
D
I
think
I'm
going
to
continue
because
I
don't
know
if
we
have
anyone
from
public
works
here.
The
question
I
had
so
probably
I
will
ask
to
continue
this
again.
E
Councilwoman
jermaine
would
like
to
have
this
continued
after
to
next
month.
When
we
have
a
public
works
director.
Do
I
have
a
motion
to
continue
so
moved?
C
E
F
E
E
Next,
we
have
new
matters
before
the
committee.
First
matter
on
the
agenda
is
the
tree
wardens
duty
and
operations
by
councilwoman,
germain
councilwoman
jermaine.
The
floor
is
yours,.
D
Thank
you,
council.
President
again,
I
am
going
to
request
that
we
continue
this
matter
for
next
meeting
because
I
don't
know,
I
don't
see
the
administration
for
the
tree
one
and
so.
G
Yeah
steve
papa
mayor's
office,
the
tree
warden
essentially
inspects
trees
that
are
diseased,
gives
a
recommendation
whether
the
city
should
you
know,
take
them
out
or
replace
them
he's.
You
know
he,
the
the
trio,
the
tree
warden
is
an
engineer
but
his
his
response
to
java
drab
responsibility,
as
does
the
three
warden,
is
to
inspect
diseased
trees
and
give
us
recommendations
based
on
on
his
expertise.
D
So
my
question
was
mostly
to
know
the
policy
around
how,
when
someone
make
a
request,
how
that
turns
out
how
the
procedure
to
get
like
anyone
who
has
a
tree
in
the
sidewalk?
How
does
that
work
and
how
long
it
takes
for
someone
to
get
it
trim
all
the
policies
around
that
school.
G
Sure
yeah,
I
can't
just
speak
to
the
length
of
time
that
it
takes
for
him
to
get
out.
I'm
not
sure
how
backed
up
he
is.
I
don't
believe
he
you
know
the
tree.
Warden
is
back.
You
know,
I
don't
believe
it's
a
lengthy
process,
a
lot
of
times.
We
do
get
complaints
regarding
trees
on
you
know,
city
trees,
on
sidewalks
and
the
tree.
Warden
ends
up
going
out
and
it's
a
healthy
tree
and
we
have
a
policy
that
we
don't
pull
out
healthy
trees.
G
Just
as
a
you
know,
general
policy
that
the
city
abides
by
so
a
lot
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
the
time.
There
is
a
complaint
that
that
the
tree
has
gotten.
You
know
too
big
or
or
something
along
those
lines
and
in
the
tree,
warden
will
have
it
pruned
or
trimmed
down,
but
not
uprooted.
But
it's
it's
under
his
judgment
to
make
that
call.
D
When,
for
example,
a
tree
well
that
this
is
probably
the
two
of
them
will
answer
this
question,
I
would
like
to
continue
because
I
need
more.
I
would
like
to
talk
exactly
to
the
true
order,
so
I
would
like
to
really.
G
I
we
could
certainly
have
the
public,
I'm
sure
the
public
works
director
when
he
comes
in
next
in
the
next
few
weeks,
he'll
be
available
for
that
as
well.
Yeah.
D
Because
when
you,
as
you
mentioned,
there's
some
of
the
things
that
it
has
at
his
this
question,
so
I
would
like
to
know.
For
example,
I
visit
a
house
where
the
sidewalk
the
tree
pull
up
all
the
concrete
and
he's
so
bumpy,
and
this
parent
has
us
a
kid
with
special
needs.
That
has,
I
call
this:
it's
not
a
worker
or
a
chair,
a
wheelchair.
D
So
when
you
have
this,
if
they're
you
tell
me,
oh
I
see
this
tree.
It's
healthy,
I'm
not
gonna,
trim
it
down,
but
there's
another
issue
here
so
this
tree.
You
know
the
woods
come
out
and
he
make
the
sidewalk
unsafe.
So
what
the
discussion
here.
So
that's
why
I
would
like.
Okay
continue
this.
I
would
like
to
hear
from
him.
E
I
understood
thank
you.
Thank
you.
Would
you
also
like
the
next
item,
continued
councilwoman
germain.
F
The
motion
can,
I
just
add,
if
you
could
mr
paiva,
when
we
do
hear
from
the
tree
warden
with
respect
to
the
operations,
I
know
that
I've
frequently
gotten
the
question
about
what
type
of
trees
do
we
you
use?
Are
they
native
species,
because
it
makes
a
difference,
and
so
a
little
bit
of
the
operations
in
terms
of
an
education
would
be
would
be
great.
I
think
thanks.
E
E
G
E
E
E
Okay,
I
have
to
say
the
next
statement
here
is
put
on
here
by
me.
C
E
F
B
B
E
Yes,
I'd
like
to
continue
the
replacement
of
permanent
safety
signs
on
the
bike
path
and
also
garbage
and
recycling
bins,
repair
replace
without
a
vote.
Just
please
put
those
on
next
month's
agenda.
E
F
That
should
be
taken
off
of
our
agenda
item,
given
that
there's
a
capital
improvement
project
that
needs
to
take
place
with
that
and
they'll
have
to
get
approval
from
planning.
Is
that
correct,
mr
paiva?
If
you
want
to
speak
to
that,
thanks
that.
E
F
We're
going
to
have
to
continue
that
that
is
a
work
in
progress,
but
I
would
ask
that
this
be
continued
to
after
the
dpw
director
starts.
So
whenever
he'll
be
here
by
next
month,
right.
G
E
E
I
talked
to
the
city
engineer.
I
also
talked
to
national
grid
and
I
also
talked
to
jason
pazzullo
in
reference
to
these
polls.
E
They
are
for
two
small
solar
farms
that
were
approved
three
years
ago
on
seven
mile
road,
they're
small,
two
to
three
megawatt
facilities
that
were
approved
three
or
four
years
ago.
The
polls
are
just
replacing
the
polls
that
are
there
now.
I
guess
they
need
to
be
a
little
sturdy
or
a
little
taller.
They
are
going
to
be
wood
and
there
are
no
obstacles
that
I
saw
after
talking
with
national
grid.
So
we
do
need
to
vote
on
this.
C
A
E
A
I'd
like
to
call
the
this
month's
ordinance
committee
meeting
to
order
for
thursday
may
12
2022.,
madam
clerk,
if
you
could
take
the
role.
C
B
A
C
A
A
C
A
At
this
time
before
we
go
into
public
hearing,
I
just
wanted
to
do
some
house
cleaning.
There
are
a
number
of
things
on
tonight's
stock
that
are
going
to
be
continued.
I
believe
so.
The
first
three
four
two
four
twenty
two
one,
two
and
three
I'm
gonna
be
seeking
continuance
for
for
one
month.
Is
there
anyone
else
that
has
anything
on
tonight's
docket
that
is
gonna,
be
seeking
continuance.
A
Okay,
wonderful!
So
that
being
said,
none
of
these
gonna
be
heard
tonight
at
this
time,
I'll
entertain
public
hearing
either
from
anyone
in
the
audience
or
at
home,
on
zoom.
A
A
You
could
take
them
as
a
block
in
a
motion
to
to
vote
on
these
matters
as
a
block.
