People ages 20 to 29 are coping with the highest rates of COVID-19. Additionally, cases continue to increase for those 19 years old and under. Many of us are beginning to grapple with the mental toll the global pandemic is taking on our lives.

Rachel Talamantez and Lorena Gonzalez-Lechuga discuss the best practices young people can follow to cope with uncertainty about the future, feelings of anxiety, depression, and isolation and mental health concerns.
