A
How's
everybody
doing
today
great
well
I'm
doing
fine
thanks
for
asking
everybody
get
food,
salad,
fruits
out
in
front
I'm
sure
you
had
to
pass
by
it
to
come
in
here.
If
at
any
time,
during
my
presentation,
you
want
to
get
up,
get
some
more
food.
Get
some
more
drinks
feel
free
to
do
so
bathrooms
males
on
that
side,
females
on
that
side,
I,
don't
take
offense
to
it.
I'm
fine
with
it
I
might
have
to
go
during
my
presentation
to
all
right,
so
I'm
from
the
sheriff's
office.
Just
call
me
Sam.
A
Normally,
my
presentations
I
have
a
smaller
crowd,
so
this
is
actually
the
large
crowd
I've
ever
had
so
I,
don't
know
if
you
can
see
the
the
nervousness
in
my
voice
or
in
my
face
and
that's
I'm
trying
to
hide
it
very
well.
So
it's
very
low
key,
so
I
was
saying
no,
my
presentations,
you
just
call
me
Sam
I,
have
people
raise
their
hands
and
ask
me
questions,
however,
was
such
a
large
crowd
I'll
be
more
than
happy
to
ask
questions
or
listen
to
your
questions
at
the
end
of
the
entire
presentation.
A
So
today,
I'm
just
going
to
give
a
brief
intro
to
the
sheriff's
office
and
what
we
do
and
how
we
interact
with
the
community
I
just
like
being
closer
to
everybody
in
so
that
you
can
hear
my
real
voice
instead
of
through
the
mic.
Okay.
So
basically,
what's
the
sheriff's
office?
That's
a
very
common
question
that
I
get
I
grew
up
in
the
city
of
santa
clara,
so
I
was
mostly
I,
mostly
saw
police
officers
in
black
uniforms.
So
when
I
started
with
the
Sheriff's
Office,
oh
wow,
they
were
green
and
tan
shirts.
That's
interesting!
A
What
is
that
you
know
kind
of
reminded
me
of
like
old,
cowboy
movies.
You
know
why
and
things
like
that,
but
basically
we're
the
same.
So
we
go
through
the
same
Academy.
We
uphold
the
same
Penal
Code
laws.
We
make
the
same
arrest
so
we're
all
peace
officers,
so
that
includes
you
know:
San
Jose,
PD,
CHP
and
us
and
deputy
sheriff's
all
throughout
the
state
of
California.
So
we
all
hold
the
same
thing.
We
all
go
through
the
same
training
as
you
can
see.
A
A
You
know
black
and
white
cars
or
dark
blue
just
to
break
down
jurisdiction
so
that
you
can
see
all
the
counties
in
California
all
the
counties
have
a
sheriff's
office
or
Sheriff's
Department
lot
I
mean
you
may
hurt
a
may,
have
heard
of
Los
Angeles
Sheriff's
Department,
that's
largest
one,
so
they
have
a
lot
of
also
a
lot
of
contract
cities
down
to
LA,
along
with
LAPD
and
the
smaller
cities
like
fontana
in
their
County
but
they're
the
largest.
You
know,
Sheriff's
Office
largest
police
department,
also
with
New
York.
A
I
think,
but
I
have
to
look
up
the
stats
on
that
and
then
let
me
see
if
I
can
oops.
Oh
there's
my
pointer.
So
this
is
a
jurisdiction
map
for
the
county
of
santa
clara.
You
can
see,
for
example,
santa
clara's
here
Sunnyvale
we
have
Cupertino
Saratoga
and
los
altos
hills.
So
that's
our
jurisdiction
and
you
can
see.
For
example,
San
Jose
has
a
large
jurisdiction
along
with
mojitos
and
of
the
Palo
Alto,
and
then
there's
Gilroy
down
here
too.
A
So
that's
how
the
jurisdiction
breaks
down
does
any
there's
also
borders
in
cupertino,
for
example.
Most
everybody
here
are
residents
of
Cupertino
submenus
Cupertino
as
a
large
example,
for
example,
homestead
road,
so
homestead
road
is
the
border
between
San,
evil
and
Cupertino.
So
the
middle
of
the
line
is
the
border.
It's
a
southern
end
of
sending
bell
with
the
northern
in
the
Cupertino.
So
once
you
find
out
jurisdiction,
then
whatever
happens,
for
example,
traffic
accidents,
whether
it's
ours
or
whether
it's
an
evil.
A
You
know
that's
kind
of
what
the
way
we
look
at
it
some
of
our
functions,
so
our
main
duty
is
protect
and
and
public
safety.
Some
of
our
units
we
have
patrol,
which
are
the
people
that
you
see
out
in
the
street.
The
answer
911
calls
any
kind
of
crimes
in
progress
that
happen
around
the
city.
That's
patrol
and
that's
that's
what
I'm
part
of
right
now
so
I'm
my
third
year
patrol
in
cydia,
Cupertino
and
sometimes
I,
move
between
different
contract
cities
am
I.
A
A
We
also
have
a
drug
enforcement
dog,
so
he's
trained
to
smell
drugs
like
heroin,
cocaine,
marijuana
methamphetamine,
and
this
is
one
my
partner's
last
year
and
he
was
able
to
find
think
this
is
some
around
two
hundred
thousand
dollars
cash,
so
he
busted
a
drug
dealer
that
was
driving
around
the
city
and
he's
able
to
get
him.
This
picture
is
our
dive
team,
so
we
have
a
dive
team
that
can
dive.
A
So
some
of
the
topics
that
we're
going
to
talk
about
is
we're
gonna
talk
about
scams.
This
is
the
one
that
kind
of
hits
me
home
just
because
I
know
some
of
my
friends
have
gone
through
this
and
they've
lost
money
and
through
scams,
and
it
hurts
me
because
I
wish
that
they
would
have
called
me
or
called
somebody
before
they
actually
sent
the
money.
A
So
this
is
what
what
I
want
to
preach
to
everybody
about
scams
that
you
know
you
have
to
be
careful
and
you
can
always
call
the
Sheriff's
Office
if
you're
in
cupertino,
saratoga,
los
altos
hills,
and
we
could
always
talk
to
you
through
and
see.
If
it's
it's
a
real
thing
most
likely
it's
not
if,
when
talk
a
little
bit
about
crimes,
we're
also
gonna
talk
about
security
cameras
and
I'm
going
to
give
you
an
example
of
my
security
cameras
at
my
house.
A
So
I'll
have
a
picture
of
that
and
some
collaboration
with
the
community
and
we'll
talk
a
little
bit
about
traffic
accidents
and
laws
and
since
that's
kind
of
one
of
the
most
common
questions
that
I
have
when
I
do
presentations
on
the
public,
so
scams
there's
a
lot
of
different
types
of
scams.
There's
investment
scams
with
lottery
scams
utilities,
I
talked
to
a
business
owner
here
in
the
city,
who's
lost,
he
lost
about
fifteen
thousand
dollars.
What
happened
was
that
he
just
purchased
the
business
and
somebody
over
the
phone
called
them
and
said:
hey.
A
You
know
that
the
prior
owner
defaulted
on
their
utility
bill.
You
know
now
you're
up,
for,
if
you
don't
pay
now
you're
going
to
get
it.
You
know
this
much
and
in
more
penalties,
and
it
just
the
way
the
person
talked,
because
they
did
this
the
person
on
the
phone
to
this
every
day
and
they
knew
how
to
get
to
his
emotions.
They
were
able
to
get
him.
He
was
able
to
wire
the
money
over
and
when
I
talked
to
him
ills.
A
It
was
heartbreaking
to
me
it
was,
and
it's
difficult
I
like
to
investigate
crime,
but
a
lot
of
times
these
people
are
overseas
or
in
other
parts
of
the
country.
That's
when
it's
very
difficult,
for
example,
their
phone
lines
can't
be
traced,
they're,
smart.
They
do
this.
These
criminals
do
this
for
a
living,
and
it's
it's
difficult.
They'll
take.
You
know
like
a
voice
over
internet
phone
line
and
they'll
link
it
to
a
google
talk
line.
So
it's
just.
It
just
goes
in
circles,
and
it's
very
difficult.
A
So
my
job
is
to
prevent
it
from
the
beginning
and
have
anybody
fall
victim
to
this?
That's
what
I'm
hoping
for
another
scam
that
they'll
use.
This
is
they'll
pretend
to
be
a
police
officer
or
the
sheriff's
office
and
they'll
say
that
you
have
a
warrant
for
your
arrest
and
you
better
pay
this
much
money
so
that
the
warrant
can
be
gone.
No
Police
Department,
Sheriff's
Office
will
ever
do
that.
A
It's
a
scam,
so
you
know
they're,
gonna
they're,
going
to
call
you
in
the
middle
of
night,
because
that's
your
when
you're
most
vulnerable
and
they're
going
to
try
to
sell
you
everything
their
sales
people
trying
to
get
you.
So
what
you
know?
That's
just
so
that
you're
aware
and
if
you're
scared
at
any
time
call
the
Sheriff's
Office-
and
you
know
we'll-
have
a
deputy
talk
to
you
and
see
what's
going
on
so
the
bottom
line.
Is
they
want
your
money?
They
want.
Your
information.
Is
everybody?
A
Okay,
oh
okay,
great
some
tips
to
protect
yourself.
This
goes
into
ID
theft.
To
has
anybody
been
a
victim
of
ID
theft
just
by
raise
of
hands,
ID
theft,
so
maybe
somebody
taking
a
credit
card
and
using
it
my
dad
was
actually
he
called
me
about
a
month
ago
and
said
that
somebody
uses
credit
card
south
and
they
use
it
at
a
trader,
joes
and
San
Francisco,
and
so
it
was
local
and
he
doesn't
know
where
cuz
that
credit
card,
he
doesn't
use
very
much.
A
So
he
doesn't
know
where
it
you
know
they
could
have
gotten.
You
know
could
have
been
online
or
it
could
have
been
somewhere.
He
swiped
it
somewhere
and
then
they
copied
it
from
machine.
Who
knows
it's?
You
know
it's
I
was
trying
to
figure
that
I
couldn't
figure
it
out,
but
he
got
that
card
cancelled
to
the
bank
and
he
was
okay.
A
Also,
another
thing,
too,
is
how
many
in
the
last
six
months
has
anybody
checked
their
credit.
History
report
credit
history,
book
yeah,
wow,
that's
that's
great,
okay,
so
that
there's
a
three
main
credit
bureaus
right:
there's
Equifax,
TransUnion
and
Experian
right
three
yeah,
so
they
all
offer
every
year
for
each
company
to
offer
a
free
credit
history
check
so
technol
you
could
do
one
for
every
four
months
for
each
credit,
history,
credit
bureau
and
that's
the
free
oops.
A
That's
the
only
government
approved
website
so
annualcreditreport.com
that
you
can
apply
that
through
and
you
could
get
it.
You
could
either
view
it
over
over
the
website
or
that
you
get
it
mailed
to
you
too.
So
you
should
just
check
to
make
sure
that
the
accounts
that
are
open,
for
example,
credit
card
accounts,
home
loans,
car
loans
are
opened
and
that
those
are
the
ones
that
you
opened.
A
This
was
a
case
that
I
had
about
two
years
ago,
where
it
was.
It
was
a
dating
scam,
online
dating
scam.
So
this
gentleman
was
talking
to
another
female
overseas
and
they've
been
talking
for
six
months
or
so,
and
she
said
you
know:
I
want
to
go
over
there
and
meet
you
and
you
know
just
sold
them
all
these
things.
You
know
with
us
get
married:
he
never
met
her
okay,
everything
was
online.
She
sent
pictures,
but
you
know
those
pictures
can
be
taken
from
somebody
else
right.
A
He
bought
into
it
and
he
ended
up
spending
about
close
a
hundred
thousand
sending
it
to
her,
and
this
was
actually
a
an
email
that
was
sent
to
him
by
her.
So
what
she
said
was
I
didn't
receive
the
wire
transfer,
it
got
cancelled
and
here's
the
proof
that
it
got
cancelled
from
the
bank,
so
this
is
hsbc
bank,
which
is
a
chinese
bank
and
so
this
person,
the
suspect
that
was
overseas,
made
something
like
this.
Probably
in
photoshop-
and
you
know
any
of
those
online
editors
or
they
can
she
sent
it
back.
Saying
look.
A
This
is
a
cancellation
from
the
bank,
so
he
looked
at
it
and
it
looked
genuine.
It
looked
like
it
was
from
hsbc
bank,
but
in
fact
she
that
person
actually
did
receive
the
money
and
you
ended
up
selling
our
sending
double
the
amount
to
this
person.
So
that's
what
I
you
know
I
just
want
to.
Let
everybody
know
that
that's
those
scams
are
out
there.
A
When
you
have
people,
come
to
your
house,
I
tell
my
wife
to
not
open
a
door.
Just
let
people
know
that
you're
home,
for
example,
open
the
curtains
maybe
way
to
them
close
your
curtains
by
if
they
continue
knocking,
you
can
call
the
Sheriff's
Office,
you
know.
So
that's
what
that's.
What
I
tell
my
family
members?
That's
what
I
tell
my
parents
to
do
I'll
just
let
them
know
that
you're
home
just
you
know
you
never
know,
and
then,
if
you
have
to,
she
can
also
speak
through
a
window.
A
So
you
know
try
to
choose
a
window
that
may
be
harder
for
somebody.
You
never
know
these
criminals,
they
can
jump
through
a
window,
but
we
have
a
smaller
window
that
you
know
I
advise.
If
my
wife
wants
to
talk
to
somebody,
she
can
open
that
window,
and
you
know
anytime
close
it
just
like
over
the
phone
to
try
not
to
give
any
information
over
the
phone.
So
people
people
call
up
and
say:
hey,
okay,
hey
John
I
would
like
to
verify
your
social
security
number.
A
Can
you
verify
for
me
and
then
you
give
it
to
them
now
they
have
your
soul,
secure
number.
They
know
how
to
play.
They
do
this.
You
know
every
day
of
the
year.
You
know
they
they're
into
it.
So
just
be
careful
and
keep
in
mind
with
those
things.
Oh,
this
is
just
to
keep
you
awake.
That's
my
one
and
a
half
year
old
just
got
licked
by
my
dog
every
so
with
me.
Everybody
laughed
okay,
hey
I'm,
so
questions
we
at
the
end
of
the
presentation,
I'll
be
more
than
happy
to
talk
to
you.
A
Thank
you
very
much,
some
of
the
stats
here.
So
we
have
a
property
crimes
which
includes
burglary,
which
also
include
residential,
commercial,
any
kind
of
theft
and
vandalism.
So
we
had
this.
Wv
stands
for
West
Valley
jurisdiction,
which
includes
Cupertino
Saratoga
in
los
altos
hills.
We
had
70
770
incidents
of
crime
in
all
three
jurisdictions
and
that's
a
little
increase
from
2013
and
then
here's
a
number
from
2012.
The
second
line
here
is
personal
person
types
crimes,
so
you
have
the
assaults
or
the
batteries.
A
A
This
is
a
good
one,
too
so
credit
card
skimmers,
and
this
is
kind
of
what
I
believe
my
my
dad
went
through
when
when
he
got
his
credit
card
compromised,
so
this
is
from
an
ATM
machine,
so
what
they
did
was
they
and
when
I
saw
this
I
had
to
look
it
up
myself
online
and
you
can
buy
these
online,
you
could
buy
a
credit
card,
skimmer
credit
card
copiers
and
what
they
do.
They
install
it
into.
For
example,
at
gas
station,
a
gas
station
pump
yeah
and
you'll
swipe
your
card
through
it.
A
So
now
the
pump
reads:
the
real
pump
for
the
gas
station
reads
your
card
and
also
the
fake
one
reads:
your
cart,
the
criminals
and
then,
on
top
of
that,
there's
a
camera.
So
they
could
see
you
enter
in
your
PIN
number.
So
now
they
have.
You
know
the
encrypted
information
inside
your
credit
card
along
with
your
PIN
number,
and
then
they
have
a
card
copy
machine.
They
can
copy
that.
If
has
anybody
got
a
new
credit
card
where
they
have
that
new
card
in
the
front
he
has
got
that
yeah.
A
A
So,
residential
burglaries,
they
cannot
be
a
hundred
percent
preventable
I've
gotten
my
house
broken
into
it
was
there
was
a
couple
years
ago.
However,
it
was
I
still
remember
to
this
day.
It
was
a
horrifying
experience.
Has
anybody
been
a
victim
of
a
residential
burglary
before
in
their
house?
Okay,
so
quite
a
few
also
so
I
mean
I
know
how
it
is.
It
was
hard
for
me
to
sleep
ice
I,
live
by
myself
at
the
time
and
they
broke
my
window
through
the
backyard
they
got
in.
A
I
was
at
home
and
they
took
you
know
my
spare
change
all
the
valuables
and
they
never
caught
anybody
that
wasn't
in
the
area,
but
that
was
just
something
that
kind
of
down-to-earth
how
I
experienced
my
my
things.
So
some
of
the
things
that
you
can
do
to
lessen
the
chance.
Obviously
a
dog-
it's
pretty
mean
looking
dog.
You
saw
my
portal
right.
Yes,
on
my
poodle,
so
I
know
it's
a
poodle,
but
she
can
bark.
That's
all
I
want.
You
know
some
criminals.
They
hear
bark
pretty
aggressive
bark.
A
She
won't
stop
barking,
it's
kind
of
hard
to
stop
her
from
barking
anyways.
So
that's
a
good
deterrent.
If
you
have
a
dog
like
this,
that's
some
that's
a
huge
deterrent
right,
there's
also
cameras
too
so
I
have
a
surveillance
camera
very
similar
to
this.
So
I
have
a
5
camera
system
and
it's
hooked
up
to
my
DVR
in
my
house,
and
I
have
them
at
different
areas
in
the
front
of
my
house,
also
in
my
house,
so
I've
pretty
much
everything
covered
and
I
also
get
email
alerts.
A
So
any
kind
of
motion
that
goes
by
and
the
mailman
comes
by
UPS
drops
off
a
package.
They'll
send
pictures
to
my
phone,
so
I
know
exactly
who's
at
my
house
and
if
I
should
call
an
eye
on
one
because
I
live
in
san
jose.
So
it
might
take
me
a
while
to
get
over
there,
but
if
I
call
San
Jose
PD,
they
can
be
there
in
a
few
minutes
and
then
there's
another.
A
So
alarms
too
that's
a
good
deterrent
and
there's
another
system
called
Dropcam
and
there's
a
lot
of
other
companies
that
started
doing
what
Dropcam
does.
Does
anybody
have
a
drop
cam
by
chance?
What
kind
of
what
about
surveillance
camera
at
their
house
anyway?
No
okay,
right!
Well,
if
you
guys
want
to
talk
more
about
it,
you
know
at
the
end
of
the
presentation,
I'll
be
more
than
happy
to
do
so
so
drop
cam.
What
they
do
is
they
keep
the
information
in
a
cloud.
So
it's
not
at
your
location.
A
So
in
case,
for
example,
I
have
my
DVR
at
my
house.
So
if
somebody
can
come
to
my
comes
to
my
house,
they
find
out
where
the
DVR
they
can
take
it.
However,
I
still
have
the
pictures
of
them
on
my
phone.
It's
just
kind
of
might
be
a
little
too
much
to
think
of
because
of
this
technology.
It
changes
every
year,
but
that's
just
something
to
be
aware
of
if
you're
interested
in
the
future.
A
These
are
some
pictures
of
my
past
cases
from
me
and
my
partner's.
So
you
can
see
the
top
is
a
back
door,
so
they
broke
the
window,
they
got
in,
they
opened
the
latch
from
the
inside
and
they
were
able
to
attack
the
house.
Here's
some
doors
that
have
been
kicked
in
so
you
can
see
these
doors
are
they're,
not
very
strong
right.
This
is
a
door,
that's
from
the
house
to
the
garage
and
those
generally
aren't
built
very
strong.
I
know
mine
isn't
very
strong.
A
You
could
my
wife
can
probably
kick
it
down:
she's
four
months
pregnant
and
then
so
this
one
the
door
broke,
but
a
lot
of
times
the
frame
breaks.
The
frame
is
the
weakest
part
of
the
door
in
the
door
frame.
So
you
have
a
a
steel,
solid
wood
door,
but
it's
about
the
frame
that
holds
that
deadbolt
and
that
that
locking
and.
A
They
can
still
be
broken
yeah
it
just
depending
on
the
different
the
determination
of
the
criminal,
that's
what
it
yeah
right,
exactly
yeah.
Some
other
pictures
see
there's
the
door
frame
on
this
side.
This
one
was
a
dual
pane
patio
sliding
door
in
the
back,
and
so
they
broke
that
I
have
some
videos
too.
At
the
end
of
this
presentation,
I
want
to
kind
of
get
through
it.
Real,
quick,
so
window
break
here
and
entry
was
made.
This
one
was
I
want
to
put
this
because
it
was
interesting,
so
somebody
cut
a
hole.
A
This
is
up
in
los
altos
hills.
They
cut
a
hole
in
this
window,
so
this
is
a
single
pane
window.
You
can
tell
it's
very
it's
very
old
right,
but
somebody
cut
it.
I
have
no
idea
how
they
did
it
if
they're,
if
they're
intent
was
to
break
in
the
house,
I,
don't
think
anybody
can
really
fit
through
that
window
without
really
hurting
themselves.
So
nothing
was
taken.
It
was
just
some
kind
of
weird
suspicious
circumstance
that
you
know
we
go
out
there
and
we
investigate
it.
Nothing
was
taken.
Nothing
was
ransacked.
A
A
So,
oh,
this
is
my
house.
So
I
have
two
cameras
in
the
front
that
overlaps,
so
this
camera
from
this
side
and
this
cam
from
this
side.
So
this
is
a
I
guess,
a
solicitor
that
came
to
my
house
when
I
was
at
work
and
you
can
see
that
it,
you
know,
has
a
good
shot.
It's
a
very
low
resolution
camera,
but
you
can.
A
You
know
you
could
always
spend
more
to
buy
a
higher
resolution
and
then
on
this
side
of
the
UPS
guy
dropping
off,
and
then
this
is
the
one
camera
that's
inside
my
house
and
it
watches
the
back
the
back
yard.
In
case
somebody
comes
to
my
backyard
and
there's
my
little
and
walking
around
causing
trouble.
A
So
this
is
my
house
and
the
yellow
arrows
are
where
my
cameras
are
pointed.
So
you
can
see
the
two
funds
that
are
overlap
and
it
covers
the
front.
I
have
one
in
my
driveway,
let's
see
if
anybody
walks
through
here-
and
this
is
elevated
to
so
most
people
don't
walk
through
there
and
then
I
changed
the
mulch,
so
I
save
water
and
then
this
one
points
to
the
backyard.
So
when
de
call
lot
of
you
know
when
I
talk
to
my
parents,
they
are
from
China,
they
immigrated
here
and
I
talked
a
lot.
A
My
parents
and
my
relatives,
older
relatives,
and
they
just
don't
know
when
the
con
I
on
one
they
feel
like
it's
it's.
Maybe
it's
a
burden
on
the
police,
but
the
sheriff's
office.
But
it's
not.
If
you
see
something
suspicious,
feel
free
to
call
us.
We
have
our
our
non
merci
number,
it's
the
408
299
2
311,
that's
24
hours
a
day,
seven
days
a
week.
A
So
if
you
feel
something's
not
right
on
your
street
or
you
just
saw
something
interesting-
feel
free
to
call
that
Todd
dispatcher
and
we'll
send
a
deputy
out
there,
another
thing
too!
So
some
might
my
grandparents
don't
speak
English.
So
I
like
to
tell
everybody
this.
So
if
you
don't,
if
you
have
friends
or
family
that
do
not
speak
English,
you
could
let
them
know
how
to
say
this
in
English.
So
a
lot
of
the
Chinese
population
I
talk
to
them
and
try
to
teach
them.
I
speak
Chinese.
A
So
if
they
have
to
report
a
crime
or
something
that's
happening,
they
can
call
now
one
say:
I
speak
Chinese.
Therefore
the
dispatcher
can
get
somebody
that
can
speak
chinese
and
talk
to
him
over
the
phone,
and
that
just
makes
it
a
lot
quicker.
Instead
of
trying
to
figure
out
what
language
I
speak
and
then
it
you
know,
just
you
know
trying
two
quick
things
up.
A
So
this
slide
I
was
going
to
talk
about
two
two
things
that
I
want
to
talk
about
with
with
what's
going
on
in
the
community
and
how
the
community
has
been
helping
the
Sheriff's
Office.
So
what's
happening
is
we
have
four
to
five
deputies
that
work
as
with
the
community
for
425
patrol
deputies?
I'm.
Sorry
to
answer
calls
on
the
first
call
I
like
to
talk
about
a
case
that
a
citizen
called
in
to
report,
something
that's
been
going
on
in
the
nearer
house.
So
what
this
person
was
doing,
she
was
taking
a
walk.
A
She
saw
a
person
out
in
the
front
line,
okay
and
if
she
thought
it
was
suspicious,
then
she
saw
somebody
else
jump
over
the
fence
and
then
another
car
idling
in
front
of
the
house.
She
put
two
and
two
together
called
911
said
this
is
strange.
There's
there's
three
young
people
say
in
front
of
a
house
that
I
know
they
don't
have
young
people
so
once
the
deputies
got
there,
they
got
a
perimeter
around
there
once
they
made
eyes
on
the
house
they
saw.
The
house
was
dark.
A
However,
there
was
flash
lights
going
on
inside
right,
so
we
started
to
house
got
that
got
three
guys
out
a
restaurant
for
burglary.
So
that's
that's
a
thing
that
I
advise
people.
If
you
see
something
that
just
doesn't
make
sense,
call
the
sheriff's
office
and
we'll
get
out
there,
and
in
that
case
it's
very
good.
We
would
have
never
caught
caught
these
people
if
it
wasn't
for
that
citizens
help,
because
there
was
that
residents
that
have
any
surveillance
cameras,
nobody
else
would
have
reported,
it
would
have
been.
A
The
residents
would
have
gotten
home
couple
hours
later
and
then
report
it
and
then
by
then
we
can't
can't
do
anything.
Another
case
that
we
had
was
a
housing
community
near
the
intersection
of
homestead
and
deanza.
What
happened
was
this
person
also
sought?
It
was
in
the
morning
and
they
saw
two
different
sub
two
subjects
walking
around
the
garbage
dumpster
in
the
carports.
So
that's
kind
of
strange
early
in
the
morning
when
the
cop,
let
me
just
tell
the
sheriff's
all
about
it
so
to
our
partners,
went
over
there
once
they
got
there.
A
The
two
guys
ran
into
a
garage
lock
the
door,
sheriff's
deputies,
hey,
why
don't
you
open
the
door?
You
know
we
just
want
to
talk
to
you.
They
didn't
open
a
door.
They
made
contact
with
the
residents
that
live
in
the
house.
The
older
woman
said
yeah,
nobody
should
be
in
the
garage,
so
we
got
the
key
from
that
open
the
garage
door
and
two
guys
come
out
and
they're
actually
on
these
federal
narcotics
it
would
somebody
fed
er,
alots
they're,
all
they
have
a
no-bail
warrant,
so
they're
all
taken
to
jail.
For
that.
A
A
I'll
talk
about
traffic,
so
if
you're
in
a
minor
crash
and
there's
no
injuries,
just
pull
over
to
the
side
of
road
somewhere
safe
in
the
parking
lot,
and
then
you
call
the
Sheriff's
Office
if
you're
an
our
jurisdiction
or
you
call
noun
1,
for
example,
if
you're
with
chp
on
the
freeway,
then
they'll
come
out
there
and
exchange
information,
license
registration
and
proof
of
insurance
and
also
take
photos
of
you
know
the
damage.
Call
your
insurance
company,
but
if
you're
in
our
jurisdiction
you
need
a
deputy
out
there
to
facilitate.
A
A
Is
anybody
a
YMCA
member,
my
chance
right?
Ok,
so
this
you
recognize
this
at
the
front
parking
lot
of
ymca.
This
was
about
a
year
ago.
Take
a
look
at
this.
You
see
that
pointer
right!
Ok,
you
see
that
look
at
this
black
car
here
and
you
can
see
something
moving
inside.
So
there's
a
driver
in
the
driver's
seat
and
I'll
fast
forward
a
little
bit.
A
Ok,
so
this
black
car
already
backs
out
park
right
here
as
a
vehicle
burglar,
so
ok
I'll
narrate
through
so
the
guy
comes
out.
He
breaks
the
window
on
the
driver's
side,
but
pops
the
trunk,
takes
a
laptop
from
that
trunk,
so
he
was
probably
scouting
it
seeing
that
people
leave
their
things
in
the
car.
So
just
the
main
things
keep
your
valuables
with
you
and
lock
it
up
for
sure
that
looks
like
during
the
daytime.
Almost
around
noon.
Yeah.
A
A
A
A
What
happened
with
this
is
because
of
the
resolution,
we're
able
to
get
a
good
face,
shot
of
these
guys
and
send
it
to
all
the
other
police
Hartman's
in
the
bay
area
and
a
lot
of
stamps
just
go
gang
units.
They
recognize
these
guys
and
they're
able
to
help
us
out
and
apprehending
them,
so
they
walk
around,
they
make
sure
nobody's
in
the
house
and
they
also
try
to
find
out.
A
What's
the
easiest
way
to
to
get
into
the
house-
and
this
is
the
last
video
show-
they
go
back
up
front
and
they
come
back
around
so
now
they
got
their
hoods
on
I
think
somebody
saw
that
there
was
a
camera
on
them,
but
that's
too
late
right,
yeah,
this
guy's,
the
ringleader.
He
he's
pointing
see
how
he's
pointing
he's
telling
this
guy
in
the
red
to
go
break
this
camera.
A
A
I
would
ought
to
see
great.
So
that
concludes
everything
for
my
presentation.
Thank
you
very
much
for
listening.
I
appreciate
it
at
the
at
the
end
of
this
presentation.
Please
feel
free
to
come
on
talk
to
us
I've,
my
partner's
deputy
Higginbotham
he's
a
school
resource
officer
and
my
sergeant
started:
McCoy.
Okay,
thank
you.
