It
got
too
crowded
for
him
too
many
people,
so
no
Elijah
Stevens
bought
150
5
acres
for
885
dollars.
That's
a
pretty
good
by
probably
is
a
lot
of
money
in
those
days,
but
still
an
awfully
big
for
now,
but
the
three
I
would
mention
Richard
Lowenthal,
who
was
part
of
that
council
with
Sandy
James,
had
the
good
taste
to
hire
me
so
I've
always
admired
that
available.
