A
A
Finally,
all
right,
thank
you
very
much.
Next
up
we
have
police
chief
heart
with
the
proclamation
of
the
national
telecommunications
week.
Chief
come
on
up.
Thank
you
very
much.
E
Thank
you,
Council,
chair,
Council,
mayor
this
week
is
very
special
to
us
at
the
police
department
and
the
fire
department.
It's
National,
Public,
Safety,
telecommunicators
Week
runs
from
April
9th
through
the
15th
and
I
asked
the
mayor
to
kind
of
share
how
important
this
was
through
a
proclamation
here
in
the
city
of
Dearborn
Heights,
and
he
was
gracious
enough
to
do
so
so
getting
older
I'm
going
to
take
my
glasses
off
to
read.
This
I
think
it's
very
important
that
we
all
kind
of
reflect
on
what
our
telecommunicators
do.
E
In
the
past
year,
therefore,
be
it
resolved
I
bill
Bazi,
mayor
of
Dearborn
Heights
declare
the
week
of
April
9-15
2023
to
be
National.
Public
Safety
telecommunicators
Week
in
Dearborn
Heights
in
honor
of
the
men
and
women
whose
diligence
and
professionalism
keep
our
citizens
safe.
So
I
really
appreciate
this
opportunity.
We
did
hire
a
new
dispatcher
yesterday
we
put
it
out
on
Twitter
and
Facebook
Miss
India
Vinson.
E
A
A
No
we're
going
to
one
more
pretend
we'll
go
ahead.
Okay
motion
made
by
councilman
Bay
Dunes
seconded
by
councilman
constant.
Is
there
any
discussion
on
that
hearing?
None
all
in
favor
of
please
State,
aye
aye,
any
opposed
the
eyes
have
it
motion
carried
next
item
on
the
agenda?
Is
approval
of
minutes
Council.
A
Second,
a
motion
made
by
councilman
be
doing
seconded
by
councilman
Ahmad
a
discussion
on
that
hearing.
None
all
in
favor,
please
stay
at
aye
aye,
any
opposed
the
eyes
have
it
motion
carried
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
public
hearings
in
karma
and
agenda
items.
Only
and
again
this
is
on
agenda
items.
Only
you'll
have
two
minutes
to
speak.
Please
state
your
name
City
and
street
I'm
gonna
I
put
together
just
a
little
couple
of
words
of
comments,
any
person's
speech
and
actions
while
addressing
the
council.
A
During
the
comments
section
of
the
public
comment,
section
Are,
Not,
Without
Limits.
In
addition
to
any
other
applicable
legal
requirements,
A
person
shall
not
engage
in
profane,
obscene
or
criminal
speech
or
actions
while
addressing
the
council.
Moreover,
a
person
should
not
commit
a
breach
of
Peace
while
addressing
the
council
during
the
comments
section
of
the
public
comment.
In
other
words,
let's
all
behave
and
respect
each
other
come
on
up.
G
Hi
I'm
Kim
Lawrence
on
the
director
of
Parks
and
Recreation
I
just
want
to
let
you
know
that
Leonard
Isaac
could
not
make
it
tonight,
so
this
is
in
reference
to
9f.
They
are
moving
forward
with
their
name
change.
They've
already
discussed
it
at
one
meeting,
they're
trying
to
come
up
with
an
alternate
name
now,
and
they
are
retiring,
their
Redskins
names,
so
that
you
guys
know
that
okay.
I
How
are
you
guys
good?
My
name
is
Iman
I'll,
say
it
Deborah
Heights
Ford
Road.
Thank
you
good
evening,
City
Council
Members,
my
name
is
Emmanuel
said
my
husband
and
I
are
the
owners
of
the
Allstate
brand,
which
includes
Allstate
Meats,
Allstate,
Meat
Market
Allstate
meets
on
the
go
and
I'll
say
Property
Management,
which
is
all
located
in
the
city
of
Dearborn
Heights
here
today
to
ask
for
your
approval
to
operate
our
food
truck
after
hours
in
the
parking
lot
of
our
existing
business.
I
We
are
proud
to
be
a
part
of
this
community,
raise
our
children
in
this
city,
and
we
want
to
continue
to
give
back
in
any
way
that
we
can,
which
we
try
to
do
a
lot
as
a
small
business
owners.
We
are
the
backbone
of
our
community.
We
create
jobs,
boost
the
economy
and
provide
a
sense
of
place.
We
are
also
active
participants
in
our
communities,
volunteering,
our
time
and
our
resources
to
make
a
city
a
better
place.
I
We
believe
that
operating
our
food
truck
after
hours,
which
is
all
Saint
meets
on
the
go,
would
be
a
great
way
to
give
back
to
our
community.
It
would
allow
us
to
serve
our
customers
more
out
more
hours,
and
it
would
also
be
bringing
bring
more
people
to
our
business
locations
into
our
city.
This
would
be
a
win-win
for
everyone
involved.
We
would
have
already
taken
steps
to
ensure
that
our
food
truck
would
be
operated
in
a
safe
and
responsible
manner.
I
We
follow
all
public
health
guidelines
and
want
to
be
responsive
to
any
city,
ordinances
and
regulations.
Small
business
owners
and
families
like
ours
are
a
source
of
innovation
and
creativity.
We
are
constantly
coming
up
with
new
ideas
and
ways
to
do
things.
This
helps
our
community,
our
economy,
vibrant
and
our
community
growing
our
on
our
talk.
We
offer
a
variety
of
cooked
options
from
hamburgers
sandwiches,
sausages,
french
fries,
shish,
kebabs,
grilled,
chicken
and
many
more
options.
I
We
also
enter
alsade
Meat
Market.
We
offer
a
lot
of
Deli
options.
Everybody
hopefully,
is
aware
of
it
and
we're
looking
to
expand
to
possibly
making
deli
sandwiches
and
things
like
that.
A
quick
One-Stop
shop,
we'd
love
for
you,
guys
all
to
swing
by
and
try
it
and
I
appreciate
your
guys's
time
and
consideration.
Thank.
J
A
A
M
Good
evening
Muhammad
Giani
Dearborn
Heights
Evangeline.
M
It's
been
a
while,
since
I've
been
here,
I've
been
absent,
excuse
my
absence.
It's
been
about
three
months
and
I'm
thinking.
This
is
an
agenda
item
because
it's
National
Public
Safety
Week.
So
this
is
what
I'm
talking
about.
First,
let
me
say
that
I
am
a
big
fan
of
our
civil
servants,
police
fire
EMS.
All
of
them
I
asked
about
three.
M
Four
months
ago,
I
brought
up
the
Exodus
of
police
officers
from
our
Police
Department
I'm,
not
going
to
say
much
more
about
that
other
than
what
I've
said
in
the
past,
but
I
still
in
the
three
months
that
I've
been
gone,
I
haven't
heard
anything
regarding
hiring
new
officers.
I
did
hear
that
there
is
a
a
program,
let's
call
it
that
you're
trying
to
get
Dearborn
police
officers
to
come
on
board
and
offering
incentives,
Etc
stuff,
like
that.
M
It
is
also
my
understanding
that,
by
the
end
of
this
month
or
right
around
the
first
of
next
month,
we're
having
another,
possibly
three
to
four
officers,
leave
again
I'm,
not
trying
to
cause
trouble.
I
just
need
to
understand.
What's
going
on
and
this
body
still
hasn't
explained
to
the
public,
which
I
believe
has
the
right
to
know,
what
are
you
guys
doing
exactly
about
hiring
I'm
asking
the
city
council
not
asking
anybody
else.
A
A
So
what
we
do
is
anything
that
comes
to
us
through
the
police
department
coming
over
to
us
and
we
make
a
decision
as
to
whether
we're
going
to
budget
that
or
not-
and
we
have
been
and
we'll
always
be
in
full
support
of
our
police
department
and
that's
99
of
time
will
approve
most
things
that
the
police
department
needs
in
order
to
be
able
to
accomplish
the
goals
that
they
have.
Okay,.
A
During
public
comments,
obviously
you
make
a
public
comment.
If
the
chief
would
like
to
answer
he's.
H
A
See
none
we'll
go
to
the
next
subject.
Next
up
subject
is
fund
transfers
and
current
claims
councilman.
D
A
Made
by
accounts
supported
by
councilman
constant
any
discussion
on
that
hearing.
None
all
in
favor,
please
State
aye
aye,
any
opposed
the
eyes
have
it
motion
carried
next
item
on
the
agenda.
Is
item
number
nine:
nine,
a
council
chair,
Pro,
tem,
Muscat
removal
of
abandoned
utility
poles
in
the
city.
K
I
moved
that
to
Dearborn
Heights
city
council,
direct
The,
Honorable,
mayor
Bazi,
DPW,
director,
Conrad
and
city
engineer
Jim
to
notify
all
companies,
including
DTE
Verizon,
a
t
and
wow
that
they
have
30
days
from
data.
This
motion's
approval
to
remove
all
utility
type
polls
that
have
been
left
on
the
ground
and
haven't
been
put
in
place
within
30
days
from
the
time
of
drop-off.
The
city
will
then
pick
up
and
sell
or
destroy
the
polls
in
the
utility
polls
in
question.
C
A
D
On
there
Council
chair,
councilman
I
know
we
had
this
discussion
and
we
were
asking
that
maybe
we
can
have
some
type
of
you
know
a
study
session,
and
so
maybe
we
can
refer
this
back
to
the
administration.
I
know
our
Corporation
Council
said
that
he
wants
to
address
some
things
up
as
well.
A
I
I
fully
agree
that
this
should
go
back
to
Administration.
I
think
this
is
a
good
starting
point,
but
I
still
think
there's
there's
still
too
many
open
variables.
So
I
totally
agree
that
should
go
back
to
Administration
and
put
some
together
and
then
maybe
come
back.
A
A
J
K
A
Okay
motion
made
by
councilman
cons,
I'm
sorry
councilman,
should
have
been
councilman,
constant
and
councilwoman.
Okay.
She
will
second
the
motion
any
discussion,
any
further
discussion
on
it
here.
None
all
in
favor,
please
State
aye,
aye
aye
any
opposed
the
eyes
have
it
motion
carried
next
item
on
agenda
is
Council
chair,
proton
musket,
a
designation
of
arpa
funds
for
First
Responders
Council.
D
D
This
is
another
thing,
I
believe
we
had
a
conversation
with
our
Corporation,
Council
and
so
I
know.
We've
received
two
similar
things
from
two
different
council
members
who
are
both
not
present
here
today
and
I'd
like
to
have
this
referred
back
to
the
administration.
This
is
something
that
I'm
just
going
to
support,
but
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
setting
it
up
the
right
way.
Absolutely
there.
A
Are
a
lot
of
logistics
with
any
of
the
Opera
money?
That's
spent
it's
not
as
simple
as
saying,
let's
just
give
400
000.
I'm
in
full
support
of
all
of
our
DPW
workers,
our
911
dispatchers
and
all
of
our
First
Responders,
but
there's
a
lot
more
to
it
than
just
that
sentence.
So
I
agree
with
that.
Any
other
discussion
on
this
to
agree.
Okay,
so
you
gotta
well
yeah.
D
L
O
Ahmad
I
move
that
the
Dearborn
Heights
city
council
approved
the
purchase
and
payment
of
territories
from
United
landscape
in
the
amount
of
fifteen
thousand
nine
hundred
and
Seventeen
dollars.
In
addition,
authorize
the
mayor
and
comptroller
or
clerk
to
sign
the
warrant
up
on
receipt
and
authorize
the
treasure
to
issue
payment
from
the
tree.
Removal
permit
account.
A
D
A
O
K
K
P
P
Oh
I'm
Margaret
Hazlett
I'm,
the
HR
Director
for
the
city
of
Dearborn,
Heights
and
I'm
speaking
as
CHR
director
with
respect
to
item
9e.
This
is
a
letter
of
understanding
that
would
allow
us
to
hire
experienced
police
officers
into
our
department
and
give
them
some
credit
for
that
experience
on
the
salary
schedule.
That's
what
this
is
so
this.
This
is
not
the
whole
contract.
We
haven't
negotiated
the
contract.
Yet
this
is
just
this
one
piece
to
allow
us
to
bring
in
experience.
A
K
Understand
I
was
trying
to
sort
of
announce
to
the
public.
What
is
a
rhetorical
question
ratifying
the
agreement
reached
between
party
a
and
party
B
without
going
into
okay?
Specifics
of
this
particular
a
tentative
agreement
until
we
approve
it,
I
understand
I,
wasn't
getting
that
specific?
Thank
you
now.
It's
good
for
the
public
to
know.
K
A
Thank
you
and
I'm
going
to
vote
on
this,
but
but
I
can
tell
you
and
I've
said
this
for
eight
years
on
the
council
and
I'll
continue
to
say
it
again
and
I.
You
know,
I
know
it
just
States
it
in
there,
but
the
starting
pay
for
officers,
I
still
believe,
have
always
believed
and
have
always
said
in
our
city
at
forty
thousand
dollars
is
not
going
to
attract
too
many
people
and
I
know.
A
E
Come
on
Margaret's
telling
me
no
I
went
against
my
better
judgment,
I'll
I'll
kind
of
share
and
I
I
think
right
now
we
have
really
good
track
records
going
right
now,
very
proud
of
the
work,
the
HR
Director
and
the
unions
and
all
of
the
different
entities
that
are
involved
in
our
contract
negotiations.
It's
telecommunicators
week.
They
just
received
an
incredible
you
know,
bump
up
in
their
pay.
The
command
officers
signed
a
very
handsome.
E
You
know,
increase
in
their
pay.
So
I
think
that
we're
doing
very
well
right
now
and
we
probably
have
our
toughest
contract
coming
up.
But
it's
going
to
be
the
one.
That's
really
going
to
be
worthwhile
for
us,
as
we
try
to
find
a
way
to
balance
things
that
are
in
the
contract
that
really
we
can.
We
can
start
fixing.
So
my.
A
Concern
not
to
negotiate
right
here
right
now,
I
get
it
but
Mike,
but
I've
said
it
like
I,
said
many
many
times
for
the
past
eight
years.
So
it's
just
not
your
particular
Administration,
but
I've
consistently
had
a
problem
when
we
have
cities
like
Detroit,
for
example,
offer
52
or
56
Farmington
Hills
55,
56.
I
could
go
on
and
on
I
just
see
these
right
in
the
paper
and
on
the
news,
and
then
you
come
into
our
city
and
we're
starting
them
at
40..
A
That's
just
not
going
to
attract
enough
people
and
I
know
that
the
argument
has
always
been.
We
have
great
pensions
and
great
on
the
back
end,
but
it
does
not
pay
today's
bills
so
to
attract
the
younger
generation.
To
me,
we
have
to
pay
a
much
better
price
and
I
as
a
taxpayer
am
willing
to
pay
extra
taxes
to
make
sure
that
we
have
better
I'm,
sorry,
more
police
officers,
better
equip
police
officers
better,
experienced
police
police
officers
and
I
commend
you
for
the
lateral
step
program
that
you
put
together
here.
Yeah.
E
A
All
right
any
other
discussions
on
that
hearing.
None
all
in
favor,
please
State
aye
aye
any
opposed
the
eyes.
Have
it
motion
carried
I,
don't
know,
please
no
talking
from
the
audience,
please!
Okay!
Next
up
on
the
agenda.
Okay,
let's
go
ahead.
Motion
carry
next
up
on
the
agenda,
is
item
F,
Parks
and
Recreation
director
Lauren
cell.
O
Council
chair
councilman
go
ahead.
I
moved
at
the
Dearborn
Heights
city
council
approved
that
this
person,
with
the
following
allotment
money
to
the
following
groups:
Raiders
football
program,
33.50
Redskins
football
program,
3200
district,
7,
basketball
program
2625.
In
addition,
authorize
the
treasurer
to
issue
payments
to
these
Youth
Sports
Experience
associations
from
The
Parks
and
Recreation
budget
account
691-887,
as
outlined
in
9-ft.
A
Councilman
Ahmad
seconded
by
councilwoman
Breyer
any
discussion
on
that
I
tell
you
had
director
to
learn
until
not
walked
up
today
and
said
the
the
Redskins
are
going
are
officially
going
to
a
new
name.
I'm
gonna
tell
you
openly.
I
was
going
to
vote
no
on
this
because
serving
on
one
of
the
commissions
at
the
city,
I
found
out
how
offensive
this
name
can
be
to
people
of
Indian,
Heritage,
so
I'm
glad
they've
committed
to
changing
the
name
and
and
I
I
will
vote
Yes
on
this.
A
So
let's
go
ahead
and
put
this
to
a
vote
all
in
favor,
please
State
Eye
any
opposed
the
eyes
have
it
motion
carried
and
I
commend
the
city
for
having
a
lot
of
programs
out
there,
such
as
the
Raiders
football
program,
which
my
son
went
through
and
I
loved
it,
the
Redskins
potentially
a
new
name
football
program
and
the
district
7
basketball
program.
So
this
is
great
that
we
have
a
city
and
a
recreation
department
that
supports
these
types
of
initiatives,
so
good
job,
Council.
A
K
Go
ahead
and
just
quickly
ditto,
our
repeat
what
you
just
said
in
some
people
may
laugh
or
things,
but
it's
a
pure
Native
American
heritage.
It's
an
issue
like
our
Recreation
directories,.
A
A
I
would
like
to
say
that
at
5
pm
today
we
had
a
study
session
with
that
department
and
they
went
over
their
audit,
which
we
received
earlier
last
week
and
their
budget.
So
this
is
just
the
vote
at
this
particular
point.
So.
A
Okay
receive
number
five
correct.
Okay,
so
that's
done.
Next.
Item
is
H
text,
increment,
Finance,
Authority,
Administration,
okay,
fine
item
G:
this
is
on
audit
report.
All
in
favor,
please
State,
aye,
aye
aye,
any
opposed
you
guys
have
it
motion
carried.
The
next
item
on
agenda
is
item
H
Tax,
increment,
Financial,
Authority,
administrator
Roscoe.
A
A
O
O
A
So
for
those
that
don't
know
just
in
case
we've
been
doing
budget
hearings
for
the
last.
What
is
it
now
about
two
weeks
and
we
have
a
few
more
scheduled,
so
we
and
for
different
departments
and
then
on
that
particular
day,
is
when
we
do
the
final
adoption
of
the
budget
so
for
a
lot
of
residents
that
are
concerned
about
any
particular
department
and
the
budget
you're
welcome
to
show
up
to
those
meetings,
you're
open
to
the
public
and
make
your
voices
heard.
A
Okay,
okay,
I'm,
sorry
I,
said
approval,
okay,
so
motion
made
and
motion
made
by
councilman,
Ahmad
and
seconded
by
councilman
mcbriar,
all
in
favor,
please
State
Eye
any
opposed
the
eyes
have
it
motion
carried
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
item
13A,
a
new
business
license
I'm
sorry,
business
license
renewals.
O
Council
chair
councilman
go
ahead:
I
moved
the
Dearborn
Heights
city
council,
renew
the
business
license
licenses
for
irwins
Auto
Sales
Inc
at
23
706
Van,
Born
Uncle

at

and
Ford

as
outlined
in
13-a.
A
K
But
Irwin's
Auto
Sales
right
there
next
door
to
it,
was
once
the
office
of
my
father.
He
built
it
on
being
born
years
ago.
Maybe
our
ordinance
director,
if
they're
available
via
Zoom
or
our
City
attorney
or
former
City
attorney
Caroline
problems
with
too
many
cars
and
two
small
space.
There
were
issues
regarding
the
there
was
a
fire,
the
fire
department
getting
back
there
for
Irwin
Auto
Sales.
K
Just
before
we
approved
their
license.
I
wondered
the
status
any
of
those
issues,
our
ordinance
director,
Mr
Wakeland,
should
know,
or
our
fire
chief
David
Brogan
or
our
City
attorney
or
former
City
attorney.
Well,
our
current
Second
City.
A
J
Are
you
on?
Can
you
hear
me
don't
switch
here?
I,
don't
think
it
would
be
requirement
for
building
build
this
room,
but
somebody
should
have
called
you
should
have
called
earlier
to
find
out,
because
this
is
something
that
they
have
to
go
back.
The
record
is
a
check
but
correct
me
Miss
cynia.
If
there's
any
issues,
then
they
would
have
yeah.
We
have
everything
on
here:
zero.
Q
Can
you
hear
me?
Yes,
yes
to
my
knowledge,
there's
no
issues
at
that
property.
That's
something
I
could
look
into
like
the
mayor
said
it
would
be
preferred
if
somebody
had
an
issue
or
thought
there's
an
issue
that
they
brought
it
to
my
or
Rick
Rossland
or
the
fire
department's
attention
before
it
comes
up.
But
to
my
knowledge,
there's
no
issues
that
the
Irvine's
Auto
Sales.
K
Council
chair,
yes,
director
this
room
any
outstanding
violations.
Any
tickets
like,
for
example,
another
business
on
Van
Born
that
we're
both
aware
of
has
outstanding
tickets.
But
what
I'm
asking
you
is:
if
is
there
anything
outstanding
for
that
particular
business,
Irwin,
Auto
Sales
that
you
or
I
see
Mr
Watling
I
now
are
aware
of.
J
Q
That
I'm,
aware
of
councilman
constant,
like
I,
said
I
can
look
at
it.
If
you
guys
want
to
table
this
one
or
you
can
ask
Rick
watman
he's
on
right
now.
Thank
you.
I.
A
I
think,
honestly,
I
don't
think
it
should
be
tabled.
I
mean,
let's
you
know,
of
something
specific
I
drive
by
it
every
day.
I
know,
but
I
mean
beyond
that.
There's
an
adjoining
land.
What
I'm
saying
there's
no
reason,
in
my
opinion,
to
slow
down
a
business's
license
unless
you
know,
if
something
specific
that
needs
to
be
looked
into,
if
not,
there's
no
sense
in
tabling
it.
In
my
opinion,.
K
And
I
didn't
move
to
table
I'm
asking
about
it,
but.
Q
I
have
my
laptop
at
home:
I
can
get
and
see
if
I
can
pull
any
information
to
see.
If
there's
anything,
that's
ending,
if
you
want
to
give
me
a
couple
minutes.
D
I
want
to
say
that
that's
going
to
slow
down,
you
know
him
operating
if
there's
something
going
on
just
issue
a
citation
right.
R
D
A
K
A
Okay,
nothing
pending
and
Rick.
You
don't
see
nothing
that
you're
concerned
about
Congress,
music.
Okay,
no
he's
he's
gone
now.
Thank
you!
Okay,
okay,
it's
all
set!
Thank
you
councilman!
So
let's
go
ahead
and
take
this
to
a
vote
all
in
favor,
please
stay
high,
any
opposed
the
eyes
have
it
motion
carried
next
item
on
the
agenda.
Is
a
temporary
food
truck
car
competition
license
application.
D
In
there
great
me,
I
I
think
the
butcher
is
a
great
man,
he's
actually
married
to
my
sister,
so
I
I,
like
them,
the
other
butcher
is
here
and
really
the
you
know.
Side
Meats
is
a
place
where
you
can
go
inside
and
they're
going
to
open
their
doors,
and
you
know
yes.
S
A
D
A
I
have
no
need
to
right.
The
other
one
is
typically
Financial.
There's
a
financial
gain.
You
got
to
accuse
yourself
all
right,
I
I
could
I
could
speak
in
regards
to
this
particular
entity
organization.
I.
Go
there
two
three
times
like
I
mentioned
a
week,
a
very
clean
place.
Every
tease
crossed
every
eyes,
dotted
very
well
established
operation
and
I'm
sure
that
they
would
have
this
particular
food
truck
run
the
exact
same
way
as
a
matter
of
fact.
A
I
did
get
a
chance
to
look
at
the
truck
just
from
the
outside
and
looks
great
looking
forward
to
eating
there.
Any
other
discussions
on
that.
K
Thank
you
Council
chairman
briefly,
it.
It
is
a
very
nice
business,
one
of
our
newer
businesses
there
on
Ford
Road
up
four
doors
down
for
my
law
office,
building,
the
rock
building
and
a
man
who
was
a
butcher
there
who
attended
many
of
our
meetings.
Is
he
well
I'll
find
out
later,
if
he's
still
at
the
butchered
there
on
that,
I
believe
no
longer.
A
There,
okay,
thank
you
for
your
input.
Let's
go
ahead
and
take
this
to
a
vote
all
in
favor,
please
State,
aye
aye,
any
opposed
the
eyes
have
it
motion
carried
next
item
on
agenda
is
item
C.
This
is
in
regards
to
the
approval
of
the
hype.
Athletics
Festival
Council,
Church,
3303,
Warren,.
D
Chair
councilman
go
ahead,
I
had
a
conversation
with
one
of
the
individuals
there,
Mr
farage,
maybe
the
corporation
or
maybe
our
beautiful
clerk.
We'll
answer
this
for
us
when
he
was
speaking
with
me
today.
I
know
that
they
do
a
festival
also
in
August.
They
need
to
come
back
for
a
renewal.
D
D
B
A
And
I
I
tell
you
myself,
hype,
Athletics,
I'm
sure
a
lot
of
you
guys
have
been
there
before.
As
you
know,
it's
a
Well
final.
You
know
well-oiled
machine
they're,
looking
to
do
a
little
food
festival
there
for
the
next
two
weeks.
I
think
just
a
couple
days
for
the
next
two
weeks,
I'm
a
full
support
of
this
absolutely
okay.
Any
other
discussion
on
this.
K
I
don't
know
if
the
Mr
Syed
wants
to
say
anything
since
he's
presentation.
A
No
I
think
because
that
would
have
been
during
the
earlier
comment
section
on
on
agenda
items
so
but
I'm
sure
most
people
are
familiar
with
typings
they're,
always
say
Okay.
So
let's
go
ahead
and
take
this
to
a
vote
all
in
favor,
please
State
Eye,
any
opposed
the
eyes.
Have
it
motion
carried
all
right.
Next
up
is
our
world
famous
members
of
the
public?
Let's
start,
first
with
comments
from
council
members.
O
Thank
you,
Council,
chair
first
I
hope
everybody
had
a
Happy,
Blessed,
Passover
and
Easter
second
I
know
April
it's
Arab
American
Heritage
a
month.
So
I
would
like
to
salute
my
colleague
here
on
Council
and
the
mayor
bezie
and
every
Arab
American
the
serve
in
the
city.
Thank
you.
Council,
chair.
D
Thank
you,
councilman
be
doing
Council
chair.
Thank
you
so
much
and
just
to
remind
our
residents
as
the
weather
starts,
to
break
and
temperatures
start
getting
nicer
again.
I
know,
I
said
this
last
week,
just
be
cautious,
be
careful
while
you're
driving,
let's
refrain
from
speeding,
stop
on
the
stop
signs,
be
aware
of
the
children
that
are
playing
outside
in
the
neighborhoods.
Thank
you.
L
God,
okay,
this!
This
is
a
bad
thing.
We
want
to
keep
the
city
looking
better
and
improving
the
looks
and
one
particular
street
I'm
going
to
name
it.
Annapolis
between
Gully
and
Telegraph
they've
had
issues
with
their
trash
being
picked
up
the
the
tree
stuff
this
past
week,
but
they
do
have
a
bad
habit
on
that
street
of
not
putting
their
trash
barrels
where
they're
supposed
to
be
and
I
would
like
everybody
in
the
city
to
consider
it's
supposed
to
be
on
the
easement
or
in
your
driveway,
not
in
the
street.
L
K
Thank
you
just
to
Echo
what
the
other
council
members
have
mentioned
this
month,
April
being
Arab,
American,
Heritage,
Month,
happy
blessed
Ramadan
coming
up
to
those
of
us,
those
members
of
the
city
that
observe
empty
and
blessed
Easter
to
those
who
follow
the
regular
calendar
and
I
want
to
wish,
especially
at
the
Easter
to
those
of
us
who
observed
the
Gregorian
calendar,
those
of
the
Orthodox
station.
A
T
Sir,
yes
I
am
good
evening
folks,
Happy
Spring
to
everybody.
I
just
wanted
to
pass
along
a
quick
heads
up
in
a
show
note
to
our
good
friend,
Mr
Dina
Parish,
who
was
responsible
for
producing
the
new
name
plates
on
the
front
of
your
workstations.
T
C
Hello,
Council,
chair
and
mayor
just
want
to
talk
about
a
couple
of
items.
First
off
I
want
to
thank
the
friends
for
their
efforts
at
the
spring
book
sale.
We
raised
a
few
thousand
help
with
the
summer
reading
programs
and
other
events
throughout
the
year,
so
I
wanted
to
thank
them
and
DPW
for
all
their
efforts
there.
A
second
I
wanted
to
thank
the
Rotary
Club
of
Dearborn
Heights
for
their
partnership
with
the
library
for
the
bookcase
program.
Over
100
kids
at
three
schools
will
get
shelves
in
220.
C
Kids
will
receive
bags
of
new
books,
we're
going
to
be
assembling
those
bookshelves
over
the
next
couple
weeks.
So
then
it
wants
to
come
out.
I'll
give
you
a
schedule
as
to
when
we're
doing
that.
Also
Tuesday
May
9th
at
Carolyn
Kennedy
Library
from
7
to
8
30.
We
will
be
having
a
program
on
Medicare
get
the
most
out
of
your
Medicare
coverage.
Learn
about
the
many
preventative
and
screening
services
available.
C
B
Vincenia
city
clerk-
this
is
from
your
city,
clerk's
office.
It's
a
friendly
reminder
to
those
who
have
pulled
a
packet
to
run
for
city
council
the
seat
this
year.
The
filing
deadline
is
two
weeks
from
today
on
April
25th
at
four
o'clock,
but
please
do
not
wait
until
that
day
to
make
an
appointment
every
anyone
that
wants
to
turn
their
packet
back
in
needs
to
make
an
appointment
at
the
clerk's
office
to
return
the
completed
packets.
B
There's
a
lot
of
things
that
we
have
to
look
over
and
all
signatures
that
are
on
the
petitions
have
to
be
checked
and
that's
timely.
It
takes
time
to
to
go
through
that
so
by
turning
your
packet
in
early.
If
there
are
any
discrepancies,
we
can
address
them
and
it'll
give
you
time
to
correct
them.
If
there
is
any
if
you're
short
signatures,
because
somebody
doesn't
signature,
doesn't
match
or
something
you'll
have
time
to
crack
them
so
give
us
a
call.
K
The
city
clerk
I
Echo
else,
we
may
do
to
comment
the
beautiful
city
clerk.
There's
a
member
of
the
city
council
who
previously
filed
to
run
for
the
school
board
that
he
was
a
resident
of
was
a
former
Clerk
and
he
turned
his
petitions
in
on
the
deadline
and
that
he
was
short
because
after
those
petitions
were
audited,
so
it
was
not
on
the
school
board.
So
that's
a
point
well
taken
city.
Thank.
U
It
will
be
regarding
its
the
city's
plans
to
execute
its
state
mandated
sewer
separation
project,
along
with
plans
to
fund
the
project
via
the
Michigan
Department
of
environment,
Great,
Lakes,
Energy
Eagle
for
one
of
our
CSO
projects.
So
again,
this
is
one
of
the
best
ways
for
us
to
fund
major
infrastructure
projects,
in
particular
with
water
and
sewer
projects,
so
we're
looking
for
the
support
of
the
community
and
the
council
with
our
application
for
this
loan
part
of
the
process
where
the
application
is
to
host
public
hearings.
L
The
usual
two
announcements,
the
e-course
Creek
commission-
will
have
their
meeting
on
April
26th
at
6
pm
and
that
location
is
the
same
as
the
next
meeting,
which
will
be
on
Thursday.
The
27th
for
the
South
Dearborn
Heights
civic
association,
Tom
Roscoe
from
Tifa
will
be
one
of
our
speakers
he's
also
going
to
talk
about
Brownfield,
which
some
of
us
don't
even
know
about.
It's
also
involved,
and
we
have
Kim.
Lauren
cell
will
be
there
and
she'll
talk
about
Parks
and
Recreation.
That's
at
seven
o'clock.
L
L
D
Well
sounds
good
sure,
that's
one,
all
right
guys
and
I
I
just
forgot
to
mention
something
being
a
councilman
here
in
Dearborn
Heights.
It's
my
honor
and
I
want
you
guys
to
know
that
we
just
celebrated
60
years
here
in
Dearborn,
Heights,
so
happy
birthday
to
Dearborn,
Heights
I
think
it's
something
that
we
should
feel
amazing
about
and
we're
still
a
young
Community,
but
we're
definitely
a
growing
Community.
Thank
you,
chair.
A
Okay,
with
no
other
announcements
from
Administration,
let's
go
up
next
to
public
comments,
sure
and.
A
Okay,
so
as
earlier
any
person's
speech
and
actions,
while
addressing
the
council
during
the
comments
section
of
the
public
comment,
Are
Not,
Without
Limits,
in
addition
to
any
other
applicable
legal
requirements,
a
person
should
not
engage
in
profane,
seen
or
criminal
speech
or
actions
while
addressing
the
council.
Moreover,
a
person
should
not
commit
a
breach
of
Peace
while
addressing
the
council
during
the
comments
section
of
the
public
comment.
A
If
somebody
does
I'll
ask
them
to
stop,
if
they
do
not
stop,
then
I
will
have
no
choice
at
that
particular
Point,
except
for
our
officers
to
take
over.
So
please,
you
know
I'm
a
firm
believer
in
free
speech.
Everyone
will
have
an
opportunity
to
speak
and
say
whatever
they
want
to
say
as
long
as
we
just
keep
it
under
these
guidelines.
Please
thank
you.
So
we'll
go
ahead
and
start
in
the
audience.
You
will
have
three
minutes.
Please
state
your
name,
City
Street,.
A
V
Kaminsky
and
boy
Dearborn
Heights,
just
a
quickie
before
the
budget
meeting
for
the
police,
I've
been
pretty
vocal
on
Facebook
about
my
frustration
and
the
amount
of
police
that
have
left
the
city,
especially
a
lot
of
our
tonered
officers,
who
have
been
here
for
a
long
time.
But
with
our
pay
I
agree
with
you,
100
Dave
and
I'm.
Sorry,
I
clapped
but
I
couldn't
stand
it.
V
Our
pay
is
less
than
every
single
surrounding
City
and
it's
lost
by
at
least
four
thousand
dollars,
and
when
you
are
a
young
officer
with
a
family
and
groceries
and
gas
and
maybe
diapers,
there
is
no
way
and
I
don't
want
Dearborn
Heights
to
get
other
cities
rejects
because
candidates
go
to
other
cities
and
they
may
not
get
a
job
and
then
they
come
to
Dearborn
Heights
as
a
last
resort.
We
deserve
more.
So
that's
all
I
have
to
say.
A
A
W
You
guys
all
know:
I'm
a
lions
fan
so
Mike
Blackburn
Arnold,
Street,
Dearborn
Heights
I
have
available
making
budget
meetings
just
so
interrupt.
A
W
You
I
haven't
been
able
to
make
any
budget
means
because
of
other
conflicting
interests.
A
few
things
I
know
is
watching
them
on
you,
YouTube.
W
W
She
was
harassed.
I
believe
she
deserves
an
apology
for
those
people
that
did
that.
Also
I
have
noticed
that
it
was
put
on
there
through
through
a
foia
that
at
the
golf
course
we
are
building
they're
building
a
hookah,
Cigar
Lounge
I'm,
fine
with
it.
That's
not
the
point.
W
I'm
trying
to
bring
up
I
want
to
know
if
the
state
laws
and
say
ordinance
are
being
fouled
on
that,
because
I
know
at
one
time
there
was
a
moratorium
on
hookah
lounges
and
if
that
is
still
in
effect,
also
there
was
one
or
two
council
members
that
had
made
a
mention
of
that
before
it
became
public,
they
were
harassed.
One
of
them
was
caught
a
racist
I
believe
that
person
deserves
an
apology
off.
W
He
deserves
to
be
apologized
for
for
the
comments
that
were
made
to
him
about
something
he
had
heard
to
happen
to
be
true,
I
hope,
Ms
Teresa
succeeds,
because
if
the
golf
course
fails
us
as
a
safe
fail
and
I
don't
want
to
see
us
as
a
safe
fail,
so
I'm
all
supportive.
As
long
as
permits
state
laws
see
ordinances,
everything
are
fouled
nobody's,
given
special
treatment.
I
also
want
to
thank
the
police
department.
I
was
talking
to
a
neighbor
the
other
day.
W
Somebody
had
broken
into
her
neighbor's
car
next
door
tried
to
hot
wire
it
and
before
they
were
able
to
get
away
within
minutes
the
the
officers
were
there.
There
are
three
four
cars.
She
said
they
were
able
to
apprehend
the
suspects.
I
know
the
police
department's
short
I
know
a
lot.
Sometimes
they
work
a
lot
over
time.
They're,
tired,
but
I
want
to
thank
them
for
the
quick
response
that
that
they
did,
because
there's
only
three
houses
away
from
me
and
I
appreciate
what
they
did.
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank.
F
K
H
K
K
Built
there,
a
hookah
lounge
as
I
believe
the
words
you
use.
Is
that
what
you
said,
and
if
so,
just
generally
speaking,
I
mean
and
obviously
anything
at
city-owned
property
would
have
the
appropriate
permits,
but
how
you
might
be
aware
of
that.
W
W
I
saw
social
media,
something
I
saw
which,
if
it
is,
it
is
what
it
is
I'm.
My
opinion
does
not
is
that,
whether
I'm
in
favor
or
not
in
favor
of
it,
it
was
just
that
there
was
a
council
member
I.
Think
too
I'm
not
gonna,
go
back
to
previous
means,
because
that's
a
lot
of
hours
of
watching
that
had
met
mentioned
it
and
I
know
one
was
harassed
and
one
was
called
a
racist
and
I
just
feel.
That's
not
right
and
I
also
forgot
to
mention
one
one,
one
one
more
thing.
W
If
you
give
me
a
couple
seconds
at
the
last
budget
meeting
Rachel
Lapointe
was
talking
about
the
bleachers
when
she
was
watching
her
Sunday
at
basketball,
game
councilman
Muscat
was
talking
about
the
bleachers
outside.
They
were
talking
about
apples
and
oranges.
W
Rachel
Lapointe
was
talking
about
the
bleachers
within
the
gym
of
the
Richard
A
Young
Center
I'm.
Sorry.
S
Street
name:
please
sign
a
young
public
actors
Dearborn
just
to
let
everybody
know.
Mr
Isa
does
have
a
hookah
license
from
the
old
place
he
has
so
if
he
wants
to
put
it
in
and
it's
not
that's
his
business
he's
building
something
making
an
addition.
You
know
if
he
wants
to
build
it
and
put
a
hookah
place
in
there.
That's
his
business.
You
know,
that's
it.
You
know
that
that
every
time
something
it
has
to
do
with
the
golf
course
there's
no
every
time
I
come
to
this
meeting.
S
Somebody
has
to
throw
the
golf
course
underneath
the
bus
that
guy
has
a
license,
he's
not
gonna.
Just
sit
there
open
shop
without
a
license.
Does
it
make
sense?
He
has
a
hookah
license
at
the
other
place.
He
could
transfer
it
to
the
what's.
It
called
they're,
not
ish.
You
know
hookah
license
at
all,
no
more.
If
you
have
one
it's
grandfather
den
and
you
can
move
it.
Okay,
second
of
all,
everybody
wants
to
sit
there
and
say:
oh,
the
police
department
is
not
doing
a
great
job.
S
What's
the
response
time
for
the
police
department,
everybody
wants
to
throw
accusations.
Maybe
the
response
time
is
five
minutes.
Three
minutes
four
minutes.
Six
minutes
crime
in
Dearborn
is
up
crime
in
Dearborn.
Heights
is
up
everywhere.
You
look
it's
up
after
covet,
nobody
has
money,
everybody
sat
there
collected
this
money
and
then
next
you
know
they
sat
there
and
now
they're
so
lazy
to
go
back
to
work.
You
keep
your
car
open,
you're
gonna,
get
robbed,
2011,
Dearborn,
Heights
and
Evergreen,
and
over
there
in
Dearborn,
Heights
area
extrusions
were
targeted,
left
and
right.
S
Tow
truck
used
to
come.
Take
the
car
to
Detroit.
Take
the
rims,
take
the
airbags
and
now
all
of
a
sudden
people
want
to
sit
there
because
they
got
a
new
Chief
want
to
sit
there
and
say:
oh,
the
crime
rate
is
so
up.
No,
it's
been
up.
People
have
been
stealing
cars
before
this
gentleman
came
here.
Oh,
let
me
guess
if
it
rains
it's
Bill
Bears
his
fault.
If
it
snows
it's
bail,
bass
is
Fault
right.
This
is
how
we're
gonna
do
stuff
come
on
man.
Yes,
it's
common
sense.
H
R
X
X
Bob
Davis,
better
known
as
red
I,
live
in
Dearborn
Heights
on
Loch
Lomond.
Thank
you.
There
was
comments
already
made.
I
went
to
the
golf
course
yesterday.
The
mayor
asked
me
to
look
on
on
it.
Whenever
I
can
I'm
just
five
minutes
from
it
and
they've
been
working
on
it
yesterday
and
the
golf
course
is
going
to
be
open.
X
May,
1st
and
they've
got
a
new
golf
pro
shop,
and
yesterday
they
were
working
on
the
garage
where
they
keep
all
the
golf
carts
and
stuff
the
equipment,
and
so
it's
going
to
be
open
and
it'll
be
18.
Holes
projection
is
for
another
20
27
holes
by
the
end
of
the
year,
but
definitely
next
year
will
be
27
holes.
X
The
other
thing
I
want
to
bring
up
is
about
all
this
work
going
on,
especially
on
my
street.
In
that
area
unlock
Lowman
they're,
putting
in
a
new
sewer
system.
It's
like
I
live
on
a
country,
road
now
I
know
they
got
to
have
stuff
done,
but
this
has
been
going
on
since
February
and
I'd
like
to
know
when
something's
going
to
be
some
progress,
more
progress
is
going
to
be
made.
This
will
be
done
and
that's
all
I
have
to
say,
and
thank
you
for
your
time
and
everyone
take
care
and
bless.
You,
sir.
A
For
as
as
council
members
know,
if
you,
if
you
could
give
your
name
and
phone
number
to
George
there,
yeah.
X
X
K
Know
each
other
for
over
20
years,
it's
good
to
hear
some
positive
comments
regarding
our
city
asset,
our
goal.
Thank
you.
Jordan
Valley.
J
M
Muhammad
Jenny
Evangeline
Dearborn
Heights
I'm
very
pleased
to
come
up
here
at
this
point
and
support
what
you
were
saying:
Dave
regarding
the
police
forces
pay
and
some
of
the
things
I've
heard
tonight,
I'm
happy
to
hear,
listen,
I
believe
in
conversations
create
Solutions
and
the
devil's
in
the
disconnect.
M
That
means
we
as
a
public,
the
more
we
hear
that
you
guys
are
doing
for
the
to
hire
the
police
officers
is
encouraging
and
their
pay
scale
being
on
the
lower
end
of
it.
I
don't
know
who
controls
that,
but
if
all
of
you
agree
that
they
should
get
more,
why
aren't
they
getting
more
because,
as
I
believe
Sue
mentioned,
getting
the
bottom
of
the
barrel
from
other
cities
is
not
what
we
want.
M
So
we
need
to
give
an
a
decent
wage
to
get
the
best
of
the
best
and,
if
we're
willing
as
Citizens,
to
pay
for
it,
why
not
do
it
I'm?
A
big
fan
of
our
civil
servants
and
I
continue
to
support
them
and
in
any
way,
shape
or
form.
I
can
I
will
but
definitely
whoever's
in
charge
of
increasing
pay
for
officers.
U
A
Y
All
of
these
things
has
taken
place,
and
yet
we
have
people
I
believe
I,
don't
understand
your
whole
job,
but
it
says
the
council
members
I,
don't
hear
of
anyone
saying
anything
about
these
peoples
that
need
help.
I,
don't
hear
anything.
It's
all
about.
Give
me
pleasure.
Let
me
hit
this
little
ball.
Y
Let
me
do
this
and
do
that
and
then
I'm
just
straight.
But
what
about
the
people
that
lives
here,
the
human
beings,
they're
human
I'm,
not
asking
anybody
to
do
anything
for
me,
I'm
simply
saying
what
I
see
and
what
needs
to
be
done.
But
I
haven't
since
I've
been
coming
here.
I've
been
I've
been
retired
from
my
job
now,
but
when
I
come
here,
I
don't
hear
anything
coming
from
anyone
up
there
and
if
it's
been
said,
then
I
missed
it.
But
what
I'm
saying
is
this?
Y
They
really
need
help
I,
don't
know
why
nothing
is
being
said
about
it
and
if
you
think
I'm
not
that
I'm
not
correct
in
what
I'm
saying
I,
dare
anyone
from
the
council
member
to
drive
up
and
down
these
streets
and
see
how
these
houses
are
falling
in
and
see
how
the
basements
are
flooding
out
and
yet
because
I
believe
you
got
your
job
or
your
status
anyway
from
the
people
living
here
in
Dearborn
Heights,
we
don't
you
don't
I,
don't
believe
anyone
to
understand
how
great
this
city
could
be
if
the
people
would
reach
out
to
them,
but
just
sitting
up
here
talking
and
this
and
that
it's
not
doing
it
because
see
I
ask
people
I,
don't
mean
strangers
everybody's
the
same
to
me:
I,
don't
care
what
your
ethnicity,
whatever
we're.
Y
All
the
same,
the
point
that
I
asked
the
peoples
when
I
talk
to
them.
I
said
why
you
don't
come
to
the
city
council
I
said:
I:
go
why
you
don't
come
very
little,
they
say
is
the
face
that
they
give
me
is
how
they
look
at
me.
Is
this
to
say
that
is
disgusting,
I
wouldn't
come
and
I
just
leave
it
alone,
but
I
do
ask
why
they
don't
come,
but
if
the
council
would
would
reach
out
to
the
people
and
find
out
what's
really
going
on,
it
would
be
better.
So
thank.
K
L
K
Okay,
thank
you,
Council
chair
and
just
to
Echo
what
my
fellow
councilwoman
Nancy
Pryor
just
said:
young
lady
Lynn,
the
the
city
has
always
had
for
years
money
available
through
the
Housing
and
Urban
Development
Fund
through
our
community
economic,
black
Grant
office,
and
all
anyone
has
to
do
if
they
want
a
interest-free
loan.
K
If
they're
in
a
certain
area,
that's
low
income,
they
go
to
the
community
of
black
Grant
development
office
in
the
Berwyn
Center
here
in
the
city's
north
end
and
they
apply
and
they
will
have
someone
come
out
repair
the
roof,
their
porch
do
any
of
the
work.
It
will
cost
them.
Nothing
it'll,
of
course
be
in
compliance
and
they
don't
have
to
pay
anything
until
they
either
sell
the
house
or
if
they
pass
away,
then
the
the
loan,
the
community
black
Grant
development
loan,
gets
repaid,
for
example,
through
their
estate,
without
any
interest.
K
So
if
they
are
in
the
house
10
years
and
10
years
later,
if
they
borrowed,
you
know
if
they
had
four
thousand
dollars
of
improvements
done,
then
the
four
thousand
dollars
is
paid
back
from
the
sale
of
the
house.
Y
I
hear
I
heard
what
you
just
said,
but
here's
the
thing
I've
never
heard
it
before
until
I
heard
it
come
out
of
your
mouth
now
there
are
people
there
that
lived
here,
I've
been
here
for
20
years.
There
are
people
that
live
here
that
don't
know
anything
about
that.
But,
like
I
said,
if
someone
would
drive
up
and
down
or
have
somebody
to
to
check
these
things
out,
then
you
will
know
that
it's
there
and
if
you
would
send
information
in
searches
you
have
said,
then
the
people
could
apply
for
those
things.
O
Z
Z
A
director,
okay,
I
know
the
people
that
are
involved
with
the
l-42
project
have
already
received
their
notices
of
the
construction
on
beach
daily
between
Evandale
and
Cherry
Hill,
but
for
those
people
who
aren't
intimately
involved
in
that
neighborhood
and
with
the
project
just
thought,
I'd
share
that
Beech
daily
Northbound
peachdale
is
actually
closed
in
to
Northbound
traffic.
Only
you
probably
if
you
drive
that
area
you've
seen
The
Detour
signs
that
have
been
placed
follow
those
detours.
Z
Do
the
sewer
separation
project
is
back
in
full
swing.
It
started
Monday.
If
you
do
need
to
take
Beach
Daily
from
Avondale
to
Cherry
Hill,
you
can
expect
a
10
to
15
minute
delays.
You
know,
because
the
trucks
doing
the
project
need
to
come
in,
get
loaded
and
and
depart.
So
there
is
a
big
queue
if
you
can
avoid
the
area.
I
highly
suggest
that
you
avoid
the
area
those
people
in
the
neighborhood,
they
do
have
other
ways
in.
Z
AA
A
A
Okay,
so
City
street
names,
but
sir
we're
not
I'm
not
going
to
start
your
time
but
I'm,
just
letting
you
know
any
type
of
pictures
and
stuff
like
that,
because
it's
we
can't
just
put
it
out
to
the
public
because
of
privacy
laws.
So
if
you
have
any
type
of
pictures,
just
give
it
to
the
clerk
and
then
between
her
and
the
Corporation
Council
they'll
determine
what
needs
to
happen
with
them.
Next
go.
AA
AA
AA
AA
AB
Rex
my
neighbor
told
the
judge
at
the
court
Downtown
that
Rick
told
him
go,
do
PPO
on
her,
so
he
went
and
did
PPO
and
me
and
he
lost
it
at
the
court
and
it's
recording
downtown.
H
A
And
I
appreciate
your
concern,
sir,
and
ma'am
and
and
I
do
understand.
You
know.
Obviously
you
know
what
looks
like
your
frustration,
but
at
the
same
time
we
are
not
the
body
that
would
be
able
to
make
any
type
of
judgment
or
or
decision
on
on
your
situation.
What
I
would
personally
suggest
is
especially
because
there's
a
court
situation.
The
council
members
cannot
speak
in
regards
to
that.
So
what
I
would
suggest
is
either
you
have
to
deal
with
it
through
the
mayor's
Administration.
Specifically,
you
could
give
your
name
and
number
to
George
and
she'll.
A
Yes,
absolutely
well,
we
could
give
them
your
name
and
number
if
you
could
give
it
to
George
right
there
with
the
glasses
right
next
to
you,
yeah,
oh,
they
both
have
glasses
out.
Okay,
thank
you
and
then
she'll
make
sure
somebody
from
within
the
administration.
I,
don't
know
if
it's
gonna
be
the
mayor
or
not
contact,
you
then
take
it
from
there.
AA
A
Okay,
so
again,
sir,
we
as
a
council
member-
we
don't
you
know,
these
are
not
things
that
we
could
make
a
determination
on
again
somebody
from
within
Administration,
whether
it's
the
building
department
or
maybe
ordinance
or
maybe
the
mayor's
office
will
get
back
with
you
and
then
take
it
from
there
it
just
it's,
not
something
that
I
mean
it's.
Your
form
you're
welcome
to
speak,
but
I'm
just
telling
you
we
can't
make
any
type
of
decision
on
it.
As
a
council
body.
A
So
there's
one
behind
the
floor:
there's
no
specific
position
as
a
city
manager,
but
there's
a
Administration
specifically
a
mayor,
and
they
will
have
that
looked
into
if
Mariana
was
still
here.
She
would
have
looked
into
it,
but
somebody
from
within
the
administration
will
reach
back
out
and
look
into
it.
For
you.
A
AC
Okay,
Gary
mayaki,
Plainfield
Street
I
need
to
address
this
issue
because
I
ended
up
Prosecuting
it
so
I'm
speaking
right
now.
As
a
city
official,
the
issue
involved
the
improper
installation
of
a
fence.
The
court
found
that
the
fence
was
improperly
installed
and
directed
the
owner
of
the
property
to
remove
it.
AC
AC
It's
not,
but
at
the
same
time
there's
there's
a
lack
of
clarity
with
regard
to
this
and
I
think
people
should
know
and
I
think
there
needs
to
be
one
other
thing
too.
That
needs
to
be
said
this
time
as
a
resident,
I
did
not
say
that
Hussein
Saad
should
be
doing
prosecution,
as
opposed
to
myself,
I
believe
that
was
sated
in
a
budget
hearing
that
is
incorrect
and
because
of
that,
I
will
be
ceasing
my
representation
of
the
city
of
Dearborn
Heights
by
the
end
of
this
month.
AC
A
AD
Oh
cash
flexing
Virgil
street
Dearborn
Heights
did
I,
hear
this
gentleman
earlier
say
that
they
wanted
to
put
a
hookah
at
Morton,
Valley,
Golf
Course.
The
thing
is:
I
see
a
lot
of
fellows
that
play.
Golf
I
worked
over
at
the
Horn
Valley
Golf
Course
for
five
or
six
years,
and
they
keep
asking
me.
When
are
you
going
to
open
it
up?
What
are
you
doing?
A
For
100
years,
we've
had
a
golf
course:
the
construction,
the
remodeling
going
on
I,
went
I,
went
and
walked
through
the
facility
about
maybe
five
seven
days
ago.
So
there's
a
lot
of
construction
going
on
the
building
itself
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
opening.
The
openings
on
the
actual
golf
part,
but
the
building
itself
still
has
a
lot
of
work
to
be
done.
See.
AD
I
want
to
pass
this
on
to
the
fellas
that
I
I
work
at
an
Inkster
Valley
now
with
the
mayor's
friend
Eric
he's
not
I'm,
being
sarcastic
when
I,
say
friend,
but
they
those
people
ask
me.
People
I
bowl
with
ask
me,
and
the
people
I'm
going
to
play
golf
with
tomorrow
are
going
to
ask
me.
I
just
want
to
relate
something
that's
happening
here.
I'd
like
to
see
this
golf
course
stay
a
golf
course
and
be
a
good
golf
course
which
it
has
been
comes.
D
With
chair,
just
real
quick
I
want
you
to
know,
it's
gonna,
be
a
beautiful
golf
course.
The
first
year,
they're
opening
up
18
holes
by
the
end
of
the
season,
they're
hoping
to
get
it
to
27
and
by
next
year,
they're
going
to
try
to
hopefully
get
it
to
where
they
can.
But
you
have
to
remember
that,
there's
a
lot
of
flooding
on
some
of
those
spots.
D
You
said
you
were
there
for
five
to
seven
years:
I
believe
it
was
several
holes
that
were
constantly
being
flooding
and
so
we're
leaving
it
up
to
the
professionals
to
make
those
decisions
and,
as
far
as
the
hookah
lounge
that
they
said
that
are
opening
up,
it
is
separate
from
where
the
actual
banquet
and
where
the
golf,
what
is
it
the
banquet
hall,
it's
separate?
So
it's
going
to
be
a
separate
building
from
the
actual
Banquet
Hall
and.
J
AD
I
said:
I
worked
there,
four
or
five
years
I've
lived
here
for
over
70
years.
I
was
here
when
this
was
Dearborn,
Township
and
I've.
Seen
that
golf
course
and
I
knew
the
people
that
weren't
run
it
and
I
saw
Joe
Lewis
play
over
there
and
I
saw
the
pros.
The
Jay
Wars
cast.
J
war
was
a
pro.
He
came
from
there,
so
I'm,
not
I'm,
not
a
rookie.
AD
And
I
I
like
to
see
it
stay
what
it
is,
and
you
know
we
see
what's
happening
here-
world
people
we're
not
stupid.
We
know
what
happened
and
what's
what's,
what
is
what
what
was
there?
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank
you,
sir.
AE
John
Daley
everyone
I,
was
just
commenting
on
his
comments
about
the
golf
course.
The
golf
courses
stay
in
a
golf
course
and
for
people
saying
that
it's
been
there
for
100
years.
No
improvements
have
ever
been
done
at
that
Golf
Course,
who
are
in
the
process.
The
greens
were
installed,
it's
going
to
open
up,
May
1st
and
as
for
the
hookah,
and
you
guys
are
extremely
making
it
a
cigar.
Lounge
are
going
there.
It's
not
changing
nothing
about
the
golf
course
golfing
is
still
going
to
happen.
AE
There's
a
restaurant
opening
up
and
yes,
there
is
a
previous
license
that
license
can
be
moved
around.
It's
not
something
new,
that's
getting
approved.
All
the
plans
are
have
been
approved
by
the
city.
All
the
permits
have
been
approved
by
the
city
and
everything
is
moving
forward.
All
this
false
information
about.
What's
going
on,
it's
not
going
to
be
a
golf
course,
absolutely
false.
As
for
the
people
at
Inkster
golf
course,
they
can
continue
to
Golf,
Links
or
golf
course.
It's
not
going
to
be
like
Warren
Valley
once
it's
open.
Thank
you,
okay.
Thank
you.
A
R
Ben
strapowski
Columbia
Street,
Dearborn,
Heights,
Michigan,
Lane,
County,
happy
Easter,
everybody
at
the
Passover
and
a
blessed
round.
R
I
just
want
to
say
last
week
it
was
nice
to
see
the
streets
sweepers
out
it.
It
was
perfect.
They
came
on
trash
day.
It
was
a
really
nice
day
to
see
that
I've
driven
around
past
the
golf
course
there's.
That's
really
kind
of
a
long
like
what
I'm
seeing
so
handsoft
did
everything
that's
going
on
there
and
thanks
for
recognizing
the
dispatchers
they
they
really
worked,
their
butts
off
for
the
city
and
they've,
seldom
I've
gotten
any
recognition.
R
Oh
so
I'm
glad
to
see
that
also
I
want
to
make
a
mention
to
the
proposal
and
Mr
musgravity
was
proposed
employees,
Street
posts
or
light
posts,
or
do
you
want
to
call
if
we're
going
to
pick
them
up
and
put
them
in
our
storage
yard
or
our
Police
Impound
or
whatever?
R
You
might
want
to
check
with
corporate
Council
and
see
what
you
suggest
but
isn't
possible
that
we
can
put
a
storage
fee
on
it
and
let
those
companies
pay
that
storage
fee
and
possibly
revamp
some
of
the
costs.
That's
going
to
cost
less
to
fix
the
Public
Access
for
the
city,
sidewalks
and
stuff.
If
there's
any
damage
so
and
then
one
one
question:
I
I,
don't
know
how
the
law
works
or
anything
like
that.
Maybe
our
corporate
Council
can
resolve
that
issue.
R
A
And
thank
you,
okay.
Thank
you,
sir
anybody
else
on
Zoom
or
in
the
audios.
O
Okay,
Council,
church
or
I'm.
Sorry,
just
one
last
announcement,
I,
don't
know
if
everybody
saw
the
police
department
they
are.
They
do
have
a
new
program
now
for
the
cadets,
so
they
they
are
hiring
Cadets
at
it's
a
part-time
position,
potential
police
academy
sponsorship
after
six
months
and
must
be
at
least
18
years
of
age
and
I
have
a
high
school
diploma
and
a
valid
machine
driver
license.
So
anybody
interested
please
apply
within
the
police
department.
Thank
you,
Council,
chair,
thank.
H
H
N
To
respond,
I
don't
have
to
answer,
but
I
will
answer
you
that
how
I
think
your
first,
your
question
was
relating
to
whether
the
polls
there
would
be
fees.
Obviously
we
would
look
at
it
and
want
to
be
made
whole
for
any
damages
to
us.
So,
yes,
we
would
pursue
it
on
the
issue
of
the
smoking
Lounge
they
would
have
to
have
permits
and
a
permits
would
have
to
be
approved
by
the
state
and
the
licensing
regulatory
agency
in
charge
before
anything
can
open
up.
Okay,
thank.
