A
F
Name
is
Nathan
sours
I'm
at
two
five,
three
zero
five
and
overdrive
here
I
go
beating
a
dead
horse
again
this
flood
every
year
since
2014
my
basement
has
flooded.
The
street
has
flooded,
I
have
human
feces
in
my
basement,
I
was
told
many
many
times
by
this
by
the
city
workers
that
that
the
two
sewers
are
actually
separated.
Okay,.
A
At
this
time,
I
don't
want
to
interrupt
you,
but
this
is
for
our
items
on
the
agenda
where
you
want
to
come
up
as
number
14
or
comments
from
the
public
and
I'll.
Let
you
come
up,
then
you
can
actually
talk
longer,
then.
Thank
you.
Anyone
else,
okay,
at
this
time
we
have
public
transfers
and
current
claims.
G
H
H
We
just
keep
going.
This
is
going
back
to
some
of
this
issue
and
one
of
the
residents
brought
up
with
flooding
I
have
concerned
with.
It
was
mentioned
that
one
of
the
lawn
companies
that
we
it
was
too
late
in
a
year
to
bring
somebody
on
board,
and
yet
you
know
we
show
another
company
on
this
invoices.
There's
no
RFP
was
never
sent
up
for
court
again.
Also
for
the
the
companies
doing
a
sewer
cleaning
I've
actually
visited
few
sites.
H
You
know
after
the
last
rain
and
one
resident
that
was
up
here,
he
called
me
up.
I
went
checked
it's
right
by
Dairy
Queen
on
burger
and
the
next
street
over
Hubbell,
when
it
rains
there's
so
much
water
in
that
area.
That
is
actually
going
in
their
exhaust
system
when
they
parked
on
the
street
and
I.
Don't
know
where
this
Nagle
company
or
the
company
is
actually
doing
the
work.
You
know
what
sewers
are
there
cleaning
but
they're,
not
cleaning
the
entire
city
sewers,
so
I
still
have
a
problem
with
that.
H
I
Mega
construction
that
does
our
sewer
cleaning,
they
clean
the
sand,
the
sanitary
sewers.
What
you
are
looking
at
is
a
storm
sewer.
The
sanitary
sewers
is
what's
connected
to
the
house.
We
have
to
clean
every
sewer
in
this
city
every
five
years.
Every
sewer
has
to
be
clean,
the
sewers
broken
up
and
the
saves
broken
up
into
five
different
sections
and
each
sections
cleaned
on
a
year-to-year
basis.
So
we
cover
the
whole
city
in
five
years,
so
Nagel
construction
does
the
sanitary
sewers,
not
the
storm
sewers.
Two
separate
systems.
A
I
H
Okay,
also,
we
still
have
not
found
a
root
cause
of
who's
dumping,
grease
or
dumping,
whatever
they're
dumping
in
our
sewers
and
I.
Just
can't
believe
that
we're
this
is
a
21st
century
and
we
still
don't
know
we
can't
detect.
Who
is
dumping,
garbage
down
our
sewers,
and
you
know
we
have
issues
with
rats.
You
know
I've
gotten
multiple
calls
this
week
alone
with
rat
issues,
and
yet
you
know
I
mean
that's
that
that
grease
attracts
rats
and
again
you
know
we
can't
even
pinpoint
who's
dumping
grease
in
our
sewers.
G
Madam
chair
to
piggyback
on
councilman
Bazzi,
the
Nagle
construction
has
been
doing
this
for
quite
some
time.
When
is
that
contract
up
or
is
it
already
up?
I
think
it's
up.
This
fall
because
I'd
like
to
see
that
go
out
the
bid,
because
I
think
we
need
to
go
through
all
the
contracts
here.
Pretty
soon
we're
going
to
be
at
our
study
session,
we're
gonna
be
doing
some
cost-cutting.
I
agree.
J
I
just
want
to
mention
we
could
go
Friday
I
was
traveling,
westbound,
I'm
being
born,
and
ironically,
I
was
actually
going
to
check
on
there's
a
gentleman
that
has
chosen
to
be
homeless.
He
has
some
mental
health
issues.
The
police
and
fire
know
him
really
well
and
several
of
us
check
on
him
periodically
to
see
if
he
needs
anything.
I
was
checking
out
him
because
he
hangs
out
behind
a
particular
shirt
mall
off
of
am
born
when
I
was
pulling
in
there
to
check
on
him.
J
I
saw
a
company
a
grease
removal
company
with
their
hose
and
a
drain
dumping
the
contents
of
their
truck
into
our
system.
So
you
know
we
stopped
them.
Bill
Zimmer
was
contacted,
the
police
came
out,
we
also
called
Nagel
to
have
them
come
out
to
help
us
try
to
clean
it
up.
We
have
issued
charges
against
them
like
the
I'm,
not
at
liberty,
to
say
the
company's
name
right
now
until
the
court
date,
which
is
should
be
in
the
next
two
weeks.
J
J
Okay-
and
that's
been
one
of
my
beliefs
for
a
long
time-
is
that
it's
you
know
we
put
it.
We
created
an
ordinance
to
make
sure
that
our
businesses
are
doing
what
they
need
to
be
doing
and
we
are
diligent
in
fact,
I've
got
besides
the
inspector
that
we
hired
for
that
purpose.
I've
got
an
additional
ordinance
person,
that's
assisting
in
that
process,
so
we're
on
a
daily
basis.
Businesses
are
sending
us
their
cleanouts.
In
fact,
the
company
that
had
just
been
cleaned
out
was
shocked
to
find
out.
J
E
I
have
two
questions.
Sure
first
item
is
current
claim
physics
for
and
if
there's
an
update,
because
this
is
the
grass
cutting
again,
that
is
outsourced
to
artistic,
that
is
public
property
owned
by
the
city,
for
the
most
part,
looks
like
the
lots
and
along
the
eCourse,
Creek
and
normally
DPW
would
be
doing
that.
I
know
we've
been
discussing
this
for
I,
don't
know
it
seems
like
at
least
two
months
started.
E
A
J
J
J
J
A
Right
yeah,
cuz,
I
know
in
the
past
our
DPW
guys
there
I
understood
there
was
only
six
guys
and
the
highway
division
and
they
were
able
to
cover
all
these
long
cutters
that
we
got
artistic
doing
now
and
as
of
today,
we
have
eleven
guys.
So
if
they
could
handle
it,
was
six
I,
don't
understand
why
we're
not
using
our
Highway
guys
that.
J
J
But
he's
also
a
small
business
owner
in
our
city
and
it's
his
work
is
why
I
originally
came
to
you
and
asked
for
an
extension.
I've
worked
since
I've.
Had
this
position.
I've
worked
with
a
lot
of
different
contractors.
No
one
has
ever
done
that
kind
of
has
a
kind
of
service
level
that
artistic
does
and
I'm
concerned
that,
because
his
name
keeps
getting
mentioned
at
these
meetings.
J
In
fact,
one
of
his
invoices,
if
we
remember,
got
pulled
in
correctly
the
one
that
pertained
to
residential
and
you
didn't
council
chair,
you
did
correct
it
to
make
sure
that
that
was
paid
to
him,
but
he's
a
small
business
owner.
He
has
a
very
good
reputation.
His
kids
go
to
our
school
systems.
You
know
I,
just
don't
I,
don't
want
it
to.
We
keep
saying
his
name
as
if
that's
a
bad
thing
and
he's
only
under
contract.
He's
not
he's
asked
to
do
a
job
and
he's
been
performing
the
job
so.
A
J
We're
not
trying
to
no
no
about
artistic,
particularly
I.
Just
don't
want
anybody
to
think
that
his
company
is
doing
something
incorrectly.
No,
but
hang
on
a
second.
At
the
last
meeting,
someone
made
reference
to
connections
that
people
may
have
I
I
like
using
artistic
because
of
the
job
that
they
do.
You
can
check
with
any
resident.
In
fact,
a
lot
of
residents
see
the
company
the
work
that
he
does
for
for
us
come
through
ordinance
enforcement
and
have
hired
him
to
do
work
on
their
own
property.
J
E
Don't
think
that's
what's
implied
because
you
have
two
bills:
one
is
for
the
residential,
which
is
six
five
that
is
properly
you
bid
it
out.
That
was
your
the
Youth
Council
prove
that
and
that
person
their
business,
it's
not
personal,
it
does
their
job,
they
should
do
for
residential.
The
question
I
have
is
because
six
four
is
public
property,
typically
performed
by
DPW
and
the
taxpayers.
E
We
collect
taxes
for
that
service,
and
this
council
chair
said:
there's
more
employees
now
than
there
was
last
year,
and
so
that's
really
why
I'm
asking
the
question
because
were
the
stewards
of
the
taxpayers
dollars
I,
don't
I
would
never
imply
anything
against
the
business
owner,
nor
I
do
I
think
the
City
Council.
Is
it's
a
question
of
proper.
You
know
looking
over
this
to
the
tax
dollars
right.
J
Oh,
there
was
a
statement
at
the
last
meeting
that
gave
the
impression,
because
several
people
came
to
me
actually
to
my
ordinance
counter.
A
couple
days
later
gave
the
impression-
and
they
heard
it
very
clearly
that
there
was
underlining
comment
that
was
made.
That
would
give
thought
to
the
fact
that
maybe
I
knew
artistic
before
I
hired
them
or
that
there
was
some
connection
to
me
and
artistic,
and
it
might
have
also
include
other
employees
of
the
city
and
businesses
that
we
do
business
with.
So
I
just
wanted
to
be
clear.
J
E
K
A
Question
is,
it
looks
like
you
have
the
guys
in
highway
that
are
capable
of
cutting
the
lawns
there's
more
now
than
there
was
a
few
years
back
and
they
covered
the
whole
city
with
just
six
guys.
Now
you
have
a
lovin.
Why
do
you
continue
to
go
to
artistical
and
we
have
our
own
guys
that
we
are
collecting
money
through
tax
payers
to
employ
to
do
this?
We.
I
I
He
gives
the
city
a
discount,
so
he
doesn't
his
profit
margin
for
the
city.
He
doesn't
do
a
lot.
He
does
work
for
the
city,
but
we
have
transitioned
from
less
of
the
cutting
grass
to
more
of
our
guys
doing
the
trees
because
of
falling
behind,
because
one
thing
that
really
fellas
be
hind
on
trees
was
the
ash
tree
borer
that
took
a
lot
of
years
to
get
it.
There's
like
over
3,000
trees.
I
A
I
H
A
I
One
thing
is,
you
will
run
into
Union
rules
as
far
as
what
a
part-timer
is
allowed
to
use
and
I
will
tell
you
for
the
last
four
years,
I
have
been
trying
to
get
part-timers
in
my
department
and
I
have
advertised
on
social
media.
This
year,
I
got
to
last
year.
I
got
zero
and
I
was
advertising
at
$12
an
hour
and
nobody,
it's
not
a
matter
of
fact
of
hiring
part-timers.
It's
fact
that
no
one's
applying
well.
I
L
If
I
may
I've
attempted
thank
you,
I've
attended
a
number
of
collective
bargaining
negotiations
sessions
and
see
my
bills.
You
know
I'm
not
primarily
responsible
for
that
and,
as
it's
been
explained
to
me
several
times,
what
we
have
here
and
the
reason
we
have
a
grievance
is
because
essentially
the
union
is
being
offered
and
its
workers
are
being
offered
overtime,
but
they'll
take
over
time.
L
I
know
that
Miz
Laszlo
and
his
support
pair
I
have
both
indicated
this
and
have
I
think
you
have
cards
as
a
matter
of
fact
showing
refusals
for
people
to
come
in
and
therefore
what
ends
up
happening
is
they
want
to
end
up
doing
the
grass
cutting,
but
they
don't
want
to
do
the
tree
trimming,
but
the
tree
trimming
is
what
we
really
need
them
to
do,
because
that's
what
really
costs
us?
The
money
and
the
grass
cutting,
doesn't
cost
us
nearly
as
much
money.
A
M
I
What's
going
on
right
now
and
that's
why
they
are
refusing
you
know
and
miss.
Mr.
Miyagi
is
right
to
a
large
standpoint
and
we
can't
have
as
supervisors
down
at
DPW.
We
can't
have
our
employees
dictate
to
us
what
they
will
and
will
not
do
so
as
it
comes
to
that.
Yes,
they
would
right,
they
would
stay
in
cut
grass,
but
they
will
not
stay
in
trim
trees.
That
is
correct
and
a
lot
a
large
part
of
it
has
to
do
with
them
being
on
the
tree
truck
for
eight
hours.
I
L
E
N
G
P
G
A
C
D
C
What
and
then
looking
for
his
address
I
happened
to
see
the
gentleman
out
there
and
then
spoke
with
them,
so
I
seen
what
he
was
referring
to
and
he
is
a
hundred
percent
right.
There
is
not
acceptable
honestly,
but
just
a
little
side
note
in
regards
to
the
tree
service
with
artistic
I
did
speak
with
that
beauty
with
director
Zimmer,
and
he
mentioned
me
in
similar
situation,
where
he's
got
about
5,000
trees
that
they
got
to
contend
with
right
now.
So
that's
why
they're
moving
a
lot
of
them?
C
C
Actually,
chief
might
be
a
better
person
to
answer
that
much
better
than
me,
but
I
spoke
with
the
chief
about
it
and
then
maybe
you
could
publicly
state
what
the
situation
is
with
that
I'm
talking
about
the
country
specifically,
the
question
she
had
is:
why
are
we
using
Oakland
County
for
the
service
versus
keeping
something
like
Jackson
house?
You've
explained
it
to
me,
but
yeah.
Q
Oakland
County
is
that's
climates,
that
that's
the
that
you
provides.
Our
cad
premises
is
really
the
only
game
in
town
for
all
the
cad
and
this
entire.
How
many?
How
many
communities
really
serve?
I
mean
it's
got
to
be
80
or
90
communities
around
us
and
they're
the
only
cat,
it's
based
in
Oakland
County,
and
that's
why
it
says
Oakland
County
I
know
it
says
the
FRMS
Department
and
fire
hall
fee
I,
think
that
was
kind
of
confusing.
That's
fire
records
management
systems,
and
so
that's
what
it
is.
Q
C
Q
A
Any
other
questions
or
concerns
all
those
in
favor
say
aye.
Those
opposed
yeah
councilman
ban,
see
as
opposed
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
consideration
of
bids.
We
have
public
service
administrator,
Zimmer
request
to
advertise
for
bids
to
replace
two
compressors
at
the
caroline
kennedy
library.
Madam.
E
A
C
P
P
I
I
I
R
A
A
I
G
I
The
economizer
is
also
shot
on
it
and
they
don't
make
the
motors
no
more
to
replace
it.
There's
certain
parts
on
there
other
than
the
compressor
there's
one
compressor
burnt
out
on
it.
It's
a
two
compressor
system,
one
compressors
burnt
out,
so
it's
not
cooling
as
well
as
it
should
right
now,
plus
there's
other
issues
with
the
motor
for
the
economizer
burnt
down
other
things
that
they
don't
make
anymore
because
they
changed
those
styles
in
those
motors
in
the
last
24
years
in
Britain.
I
A
E
Councilwoman
Hicks
Clayton
ask
a
question
more
I.
Guess
it's
a
concern
before
we
take
a
motion,
I'm
sure
the
motion
on
the
floor
I
fully
agree
with
Michigan
Municipal,
League
I.
Think
most
of
us
would
that
suggests.
Municipalities
should
refrain
from
having
individuals
employed
as
developers
real
estate
agents
planning
on
planting
commissions
and
that's
because
of
the
potential
of
conflict
of
interest,
and
that
would
be
anybody
that
has
a
real
estate
builder
license
as
well.
E
So
with
that
and
I
looked
at
the
ordinance
as
well
that
we
have,
which
is
section
23
29,
as
well
as
section
23
32.
So
these
appointments
are
by
the
mayor
but
they're,
subject
to
the
approval
by
the
majority
vote
of
the
City
Council.
So
it
does
require
concurrence
from
councilmembers
it
also
under
section
32.
That
I
mentioned
requires
public
hearing.
If
you're
going
to
remove
anyone-
and
it
gives
a
very
you
know-
various
reasons-
inefficiency,
neglect,
Duty
malfeasance
in
office,
etc.
E
So
the
council
may
for
the
cause,
remove
a
member
have
selected
or
it
selects
my
thing
that
I
have
in
my
question.
My
concern
is
I
know,
and
there
was
some
emails
about
this,
but
former
councilman
Tom
berry
has
his
license.
He's
a
realtor
license
holder,
which
is
current,
so
you
know
my
recommendation
is
to
avoid
any
perception
of
impropriety
and
my
opinion.
It
would
be
best
not
to
concur
with
that.
It's
again,
it's
not
personal.
E
P
A
G
D
G
Got
to
be
held,
okay,
you
got
people
that
are
real
estate
agents
or
whatever
it
would
real
estate
dealings.
If
they're
gonna
be
removed,
then
we
should
have
no
one
that
has
to
deal
with
any
sort
of
real
estate.
So
I
mentioned
that
in
my
email
to
you
and
and
I
sent
you
another
email
back,
stating
that
it
was
still
current
and
you
never
responded
back
to
me
so
I
forward
it
to
everyone
here.
So
everyone
here
is
aware
of
it.
G
C
Chair
constant
della
I
just
want
to
speak
in
regards
to
former
councilman
Tom
berry,
specifically
as
far
as
real
estate
is
concerned,
I
don't
know
his
license.
What
dates
and
what-have-you
but
I
tell
you
from
my
business
I've.
Never
ever
ever
run
across
them
as
far
as
being
a
realtor,
so
he
may
have
had
a
license.
I,
don't
know
if
he
actually
practiced
it
I've
been
doing
it
since
1989,
but
in
terms
of
the
appraisal
part
just
knowing
the
business
and
I
understand
you
honestly,
in
an
you're
entitled
to
your
opinion.
C
I
just
don't
see
how
an
appraiser
a
part
which
deals
directly
with
the
bank
and
how
much
the
value
is
on
a
home
and
we're
not
talking
about
Tom
very
specific
on
topic
generically.
If
somebody
looks
at
a
house
and
says
this
homes
worth
90,000
or
150
thousand
how
they
affect
the
decision
making
on
a
Planning,
Commission
I.
Just
honestly,
I
can't
see
I,
don't.
G
Know,
but
if
we're
going
to
be
aboveboard
and
have
people
with
that
are
involved
in
real
estate,
we
should
just
involve
nobody
in
real
estate,
no
matter
what
licensed
a
home
if
it's
anything
to
do
with
real
estate,
you
can't
be
on
it
plain
and
simple
that
that's
the
drawing
line
that
should
be
drawn
and
that's
being
fair
to
everyone,
who's
already
served
on
that
Commission
or
is
currently
serving
on
that
Commission
not
fair
to
them
either.
So
that's
all
I'm
looking
at.
E
G
A
G
A
G
A
A
D
C
T
O
C
I
want
to
thank
them
for
their
time
I.
Actually,
as
a
Realtor
I
know
how
much
time
it
takes
to
run
a
business
like
a
realtor
and
then
for
them
to
come
in
and
volunteer
and
do
all
this
I
want
to
thank
them
for
their
time.
I
I
do
know
that
they're
all
reputable
people
is
yeah.
I,
don't
want
anything
to
imply
like
they
did
something
wrong.
No
point
good
good
point.
Any.
M
P
Good,
so
this
is
yeah.
Basically,
we
look
at
the
particular
individual
philosophically
there's
an
agreement
why
these
people
have
been
in
business
or
in
business
and
have
a
good
understanding
of
economic
development,
and
that's
one
of
the
things
I
looked
at
very
strongly
and
and
I,
certainly
as
you
and
I
have
talked
about,
some
changes
and
I've
tried
to
incorporate
some
of
those
things
in
here.
So
if
you
have
someone
that
you
think
would
be
an
excellent
person
because
I
try
to
get
a
geographical
balance,
please
give
me
the
name.
G
That
all
that
his
motion-
yes,
okay,.
A
E
Chair
Councilwoman,
Hicks
Clayton.
Thank
you,
madam
chair
I,
move
to
approve
Michelle
Atkins
Court
administrator's
request
and
purchase
an
approved
payment
for
the
two
cash
registers
for
the
20th
district
court.
The
cost
is
not
to
exceed
nineteen
thousand,
which
is
nine
hundred
nine
thousand
five
hundred
dollars
each
the
funds
were
approved
in
the
2018-19
budget
and
can
be
taken
from
the
capital
outlay
account
nine,
a
circuit.
H
C
U
U
U
M
A
G
A
G
Want
to
make
a
motion
through
okay
go
ahead.
I
move
that
council
get
permission
to
enter
into
a
enterprise
sleep
management
agreement
to
acquire
one
vehicle
as
budgeted
a
to
1819
budget.
The
annual
cost
per
year
will
be
five
nine
hundred
and
forty
dollars
and
ninety-six
cents
to
come
out
of
the
capital
outlay.
It's
gonna
be
replacing
a
very
old
Ford
Ranger,
as
outlined
in
nine
C.
A
By
Councilwoman,
Hill
Clayton,
so
I
guess
my
question
on
this
is
I
was
looking
at
the
numbers
in
the
retail
price
on
this
vehicle
is
twenty-two
thousand
nine
hundred
and
ninety
four.
According
to
our
lease,
at
the
end
of
our
lease,
we
will
be
paying
a
final
price
of
twenty
eight
thousand
one
hundred
and
ten.
How
can
we
were
just
not
purchasing
it?
It's
costing
us
almost
seven
thousand
more
than
if
we
just
bought
it
outright
or
paid
for
it
in
payments.
P
You
might
not
be
able
to
answer
that,
but
we
a
couple
of
years
ago,
Enterprise
offered
us
in
which
the
vehicles
and
we're
using
more
and
more
of
those
services
so
they're
doing
the
fleet
management
of
those
protective
things.
There
are
optimal
points
to
disposing
of
vehicles.
Also
all
the
maintenance
and
everything
is
all
being
handled
with
the
enterprise,
so
in
essence
were
optimizing
and
we
were
able
to
show.
P
In
fact
we
were
talking
about
him
earlier,
but
Tom
berry
was
the
one
who
made
the
suggestion
and
when
I
met
with
the
enterprise
people
there's
been
we've
saved
thousands
of
dollars.
I
can
tell
you
that
when
I
just
purchased
the
escape
earlier
in
the
summer
and
when
I
see
twenty
two
thousand
nine.
Ninety
four
I'm
gonna
tell
you
that,
even
with
my
ford,
retiree
discount
I
couldn't
get
that.
Why.
P
He
would
do
not
want
to
buy
these
because
what
we
were
happy,
but
our
policy
was
we
bought
them
and
ran
them
till
they
dropped
and
what
the
enterprise
system
does.
Is.
They
may
very
well
at
a
particular
point
in
its
life,
take
the
vehicle
back
because
Ford
sometimes
offers
and
and
they're
constantly
looking
at
maximizing
the
vehicles
worth
and
because
our
vehicles
generally
don't
get
torn
up,
and
so
we
got
a
decent
vehicle.
P
We
trade-in,
so
they
manage
all
that
like
they
do,
for
all
the
retro
cars
and
for
a
lot
of
major
corporations
in
which
so
it's
really
a
package,
and
they
tell
us
when
these
optimal
points,
but
they've
shown
us
that
we
were
spending
so
much
money
on
maintenance
and
gas
for
vehicles
that
were
just
not
mileage.
We
were
running
at
one
time,
I,
think,
like
twenty
former
police
car
crown
vics
that
were
just
killing
us
on
fuel
and
maintenance,
so
they
and
that's
what
the
program
is
and
why
we
utilize.
Okay.
A
A
C
Mean
this
is
to
you
know:
I
had
two
same
questions
is
the
Consul
chair
here
and
I
figured
it
out
too
yeah
and
I
spoke
with
a
sales
person
from
Ford
Motor
Company.
He
mentioned
similar
what
this
says
here
that
for
about
twenty
four
thousand
dollars,
you
could
purchase
one
brand
new
I'm
just
wondering.
Maybe
it's
not
a
good
idea
to
revisit.
You
know
the
fleet
management
situation,
because
you
know
purchasing
it
for
twenty
two
or
twenty
four
thousand
times
what
it
is
and
keeping
it
past
the
five
years.
C
Actually,
you
know
some
people
may
want
to
purchase
a
release,
a
car
and
after
three
four
years,
they're
gonna
give
it
back.
But
in
our
case,
if
we
use
that
car
for
ten
years
and
we've
already
paid
for
it
with
similar
money,
what
we
would
have
paid
with
the
leases
I
think
is
something
to
revisit.
Maybe
not
on
this
exact
one
I'm
saying
I'm
talking
about
in
general
to
possibly
reconsider
that
if.
C
C
C
P
R
C
P
Q
G
R
Q
Q
P
Vehicles
all
around
the
country
has
every
Enterprise
there
and
for
a
lot
of
customers
like
we
are
they're
buying
the
vehicles,
so
I
mean
you're
talking
about
a
huge
distribution,
although
I
think
I'm
sure
it
hasn't
change
in
certain
states.
There's
franchise
agreements,
so
you
can't
buy
the
stuff
directly
through
Ford
Motor
Company.
You
have
to
buy
them
through
a
local
dealer.
C
That
we
concur
with
fire
chief
david
bro,
David
Brogan,
requesting
to
enroll
bri-bri
ax
station,
alerting
for
the
north
and
south
end
fire
stations.
This
is
part
of
the
AFG
grant,
and
the
price
is
forty.
One
thousand
seven
hundred
and
fifty
two,
the
federal
grant,
will
cover
37
thousand
five
hundred
and
seventy
seven
leaving
the
city's
share
at
4175
to
be
paid
from
capital
outlay
payable
upon
receipt,
as
outlined
in
item
90
seconds.
H
Q
Know
we
already
have
an
existing
relationship
with
bricks,
they're
already
integrated
into
our
CAD
system
and
I
know
that
I
did
call
a
couple.
Other
companies
and
just
a
Purvis
is
one
of
the
biggest
ones
they
charged
150
thousand
dollars
just
to
do
the
CAD
integration
piece.
So
we
we
could
get
more
our
piece,
but
it's
going
to
come
back
incredibly
high,
so
because
we
already
have
the
bricks
already
integrated
into
our
system.
Thank
you.
Thank.
A
E
Clayton,
thank
you,
madam
chair,
moved
to
concur
with
fire
chief
david
program
brogan
and
grant
permission
to
enter
the
security
agreement
for
doors
locks
and
key
cards.
Along
with
the
station
monitoring
from
guardian
alarm,
the
total
cost
is
twenty
eight
thousand
three
hundred
forty
five
dollars.
The
federal
AFG
grant
will
cover
19
thousand
one
hundred
fifty
eight
dollars,
leaving
the
city's
share
at
nine
thousand
one
$87
to
come
out
a
capital
outlay
payable
upon
receipt,
as
outlined
in
9e
or.
A
C
I
move
that
we
concur
with
DPW
director
William
Zimmer,
requesting
approval
to
purchase
one
single
axle,
dump
truck
from
Wolverine
Fright
Freightliner
East
Side
ink
per
our
specifications
and
attach
quote
for
a
cost
of
one
hundred
and
fifty
six
thousand
two
hundred
and
thirty
five
dollars.
This
pricing
is
from
the
Rochester
Hills
co-op
award
agreement
for
the
chasis
and
equipment
pricing
per
Michigan,
Deal
contract
and
the
funds
for
this
purchase
have
been
allocated
and
approved,
2018
and
19
budget
under
capital
outlay
for
the
highway
department,
as
outlined
in
item
9a
support.

Oneself
a
couple
questions:
is
this
new
truck
the
same,
make
and
model
as
the
ones
being
replaced,
so
you
could
use
parts
off
it
or
are
the
part
you
refer
to
the
additional
parts
like
the
bucket
nor
the.
I
C
I
Were
boss,
we
had
a
previous
administration.
Our
vehicles
were
in
bad
shape,
they
replaced
the
entire
fleet
within
two
years.
They
had
replaced
the
entire
fleet
two
or
three
years,
and
when
you
do
that,
the
whole
entire
fleet
goes
in
the
dump
is
about
the
same
yeah
Mountain
time
so
buying
a
truck
buying
one
or
two
trucks.
Every
year
keeps
them
rotating
and
rather
than
replacing
a
whole
fleet
at
once
right,
we
did.
A
I
I
H
I
I
A
I
A
A
By
councilman
Abdullah,
is
there
any
questions,
all
those
in
favor
say
aye
those
opposed
the
eyes.
Have
it
next
item
on
the
agenda.
We
have
comments
from
Council
members,
I'd,
like
to
start
out
by
asking
mr.
mayor
I
understand
that
we
have
completed
the
lease
agreement
for
canceled
arena.
Is
that
correct
about
a
week
goal
to
revoke
that
we
have
Council
approved
as
read.
A
P
You
I
have
my
one
secretary:
it
was
a
maternity
leave,
right
he's
come
back,
okay
and
but
there's
an
area
in
my
office
that
everything
needs
to
be
signed.
The
sign,
okay,
I,
will
tell
you
that
I
intend
to
sign
it.
I
was
very
disappointed
in
how
the
process
went
at
the
last
meeting,
but
I've
agreed
not
to
be
toe.
It
and
I
will
sign
the
agreement.
Okay,.
A
A
A
L
G
N
G
Not
gonna
go
chase
somebody
to
go
sign
a
contract,
a
contract
was
issued
and
it
was
approved
seven
to
nothing
that
should
have
been
signed
a
next
day,
not
be
like
little
kids
in
our
in
a
in
grade
school
I'm,
not
gonna,
do
it
I'm
not
gonna,
go
over
there
to
get
it
and
I'm
gonna
have
any
bring
it
over
here.
It's
in
your
office.
You
need
to
go
down
there
and
look
for
it
and
sign
it
right.
That'd,
be
simple
know
what.
P
G
G
Can
you
lose
an
agreement?
It's
see-through
in
your
office
or
his
office,
go
open
the
door,
get
the
agreement
and
sign
it.
How
long
does
that
take
to
do
I
mean?
How
long
does
it
actually
to
take
to
go
down
the
hall
right
now
open
the
door,
find
a
contract,
bring
it
here
and
sign
up
get
on
a
ceiling.
G
G
G
G
G
G
P
G
Let's
go:
there
was
a
gentleman
who
complained
about
a
tree
that
was
in
bad
shape,
a
city
tree
near
parkland,
Park
in
it
and
I
I'm.
Sorry,
I,
don't
remember
the
name,
but
the
branch
finally
fell
off
and
destroyed
his
privacy
fence.
Now
it's
almost
a
month
ago,
why's
it
take
this
long
to
get
this
guy's
fence.
Fixed
I
mean
why
does
he
have
to
come
in
and
file
paperwork
in
all
this
one?
G
The
city
was
out
there,
clearing
the
debris
and
no,
the
fence
is
broken,
I
mean
I'll,
get
the
address
and
sent
it
off
to
DPW
tomorrow,
but
I.
Don't
think
that
this
guy
should
have
to
wait
a
week
to
get
it
or
a
month
to
get
his
fence
fixed.
It's
a
nice
privacy
fence
and
he's
been
complaining
about
that
tree
over
and
over
again
and
he's
an
elderly
gentleman,
and
is
there
anything
we
can
do
to
help
him
out.
I
G
D
H
A
A
H
Was
brought
to
my
attention
a
few
days
ago,
I
actually
met
with
some
few
residents,
a
few
real
estate
agents
and
a
few
builders,
and
it
was
brought
to
my
attention
there's
something
that
doesn't
make
sense
to
me
and
it
doesn't
make
sense.
The
people
I
met
with
and
we
put
that
up
before,
there's
new
homes
built.
H
We
also
have
the
addresses,
however,
okay,
say,
for
example,
there's
this
house
2800
square
feet:
oh
yeah,
it
was
appraised
at
$120,000
they
paid
$4,000
and
in
permit
fees.
Then
you
have
another
house
mm
900
square
feet
and
this
particular
person
paid
$8,000
for
feet
to
build
that
home.
So
it's
like
double
the
fee
to
build
the
same
house
which
is
like
a
hundred
square
feet
more
than
the
other
one,
and
this
particular
person
is
paying
$8,000
80
100
versus
four
thousand
and
one
house
was
valued
at
$120,000.
H
The
other
house
was
valued
at
$235,000,
I
mean
there's
a
huge
disconnect,
there's
a
bunch
of
them
in
here,
but
I'm,
just
highlighting
just
at
least
two
of
them
here.
So
I,
don't
understand
why?
There's
a
problem?
I've
talked
to
I've
called
a
dozen
different
municipalities
in
the
area,
I
even
called
much
smaller
cities
than
ours.
H
They
use
a
process,
there's
a
form
that
it's
called
the
Marshall
Swift
cost
evaluation
calculations,
and
this
form
actually
keeps
people
I,
guess
transparent
and
honest,
so
at
least
that
some
of
the
people
bringing
this
to
my
attention
that
they
don't
think
that
we're
honest
to
them
when
we
charge
them
double
the
fees
and
if
you
go
to
this
form,
the
Marshall
Swift
cost
evaluation
calculation
form
it
basically
just
calculates.
How
much
is
the
value
of
the
house?
H
It
doesn't
matter
which,
which
area
and
they
value
the
house
at
a
certain
price,
and
you
pay
a
certain
fee.
So
person
a
doesn't
pay
double
the
price
as
person
B
it's.
Actually
it's
not
fair,
and
these
guys
like
say
they're,
very
concerned,
and
they
want
to
pursue
this
further
unless
we
actually
come
up
with
a
corrective
action
plan,
that's
one
we
do
addresses.
So
we
can
look
at
well,
I.
Think
mayor,
you
can
go
back
to
the
building
department
and
you
can
audit
your
own
records.
I
mean
this.
H
This
came
from
your
department
for
your
building
department,
so
I
think
if
you
go,
do
an
audit.
The
last
two
months
you'll
find
these
homes
20
I,
don't
know
how
many
new
houses
we
have
built
in
this
city,
so
I'm
sure.
If
you
go
look
at
them,
there's
inconsistencies.
I
have
30
homes
right
now
that
actually
they're
very
inconsistent
and
they're,
like
double
that
mounts.
Can.
H
So
again
we
need
to
be
transparent
and
it
has
to
be
a
process
in
place.
Every
municipality
in
the
area
has
this
process
except
us
in
Dearborn,
Heights
I.
Don't
know
why
that
is
that's
one,
one
issue
that
these
guys
have
the
biggest
issue
that
they
have
that
some
some
residents
they
want
to
sell
their
homes
they
want
to
leave
and
yet
we're
holding
them
because
of
a
water
reading.
Every
city
in
the
area
has
two
to
three
days
a
Melvyn
that
has
two
to
three
days
that
they
get
a
final
water
reading.
H
We
have
two
to
three
weeks
and
we're
only
according
to
the
the
people
that
I
talked
to.
They
have
to
wait
two
to
three
weeks
to
get
a
water
final
water
reading,
because
they
were
told
that
they
only
read
on
Thursday
I
think,
that's
unacceptable,
because,
usually
I'm
sure
most
people
know
you
have
like
about
three
days
or
so
to
close.
Once
you
get.
Okay
to
close
now
you
have
to
wait
for
a
final
water
reading.
I
mean
that's,
that's
unacceptable.
M
P
T
P
N
P
Q
Q
Q
Q
Gonna
pay
for
for
three
new
hires
and
and
then
we
won't
need
to
to
put
that
deputy
chief
in
place
that
we
had
talked
about
before
and
so
so
it'll
be
up.
We
still
have
some
some
figuring
to
do
sitting
down
with
the
Union
and
we're
trying
to
come
up
with
the
best
way
to
go
about
this,
and
we
have
to
talk
with
with
the
mayor
and
do
some
negotiating
before
we
move
forward
with
it,
but
but
yeah,
it's
very
exciting.
Okay,.

At
Tyrone,
Wheatley
Park
on
beach
daily
near
Penn
RHS,
which
encompasses
Roosevelt

the
older
students
and
Rovers
off
for
the
new
one,
stop
having
a
great
picnic
starting
at
nine
o'clock
in
the
morning
until
it
gets
darker,
they
decide
to
close
it
up,
and
so
the
students
in
particular,
and
maybe
their
friends
would
be
invited
you
like
to
come
and
then
the
other
announcement
is
the
next
meeting
for
the
Southwest
urban
Heights.
Neighborhood
association
is
also
September
19th
from
7:00
to
9:00.
V
V
Let
everybody
know
we
have
a
gentleman
working
for
us
for
just
gas
money
for
the
neighborhood
association
who
does
accommodate
and
help
the
police
by
doing
the
entire
neighborhood
once
a
day
and-
and
he
even
goes
east
of
Telegraph
a
little
bit
but
you're
talking
Michigan
Avenue
to
van
born
telegraph
to
Inkster
Road
at
the
Annapolis
cutaway.
So
so
Frank's.
V
A
H
I
Yes,
I
just
wanted
to
say:
there's
a
potential
for
storms
tonight.
I
know
people
won't
see
this
for
tonight,
but
for
future,
if
you,
if
we
have
a
storm
and
branches
from
say,
trees
do
fall,
that
the
branch
is
not
in
it.
If
it's
not
a
danger
to
citizens,
please
wait
till
the
morning
to
call
to
call
the
nine.
If
it's
a
danger,
call
the
police
90
emergency
number
because
to
go
out
for
four-foot
twig,
that's
only
a
half
inch
diameter
waking.
Somebody
up
in
the
middle
of
night
is
counter
productive.
I
A
G
A
J
J
You
brought
this
up
because
just
today,
I
was
talking
to
someone
at
my
counter
who
said
the
city
won't
come
out
and
DT
won't
come
out
to
take
care
of
a
tree
that
is
in
the
wires
and
I
said
who
planted
the
tree
I'm
just
curious,
and
she
said
why
did
I
said
well?
Why
did
you
plant
a
tree
underneath
wires
that
you
knew
was
gonna
grow
into
the
wire?
So
it's
gonna
take
a
team
effort
on
this.
One.
We're
gonna
have
to
work
together
to
get
this
resolved.
J
But,
ironically,
if
you
talk
to
DTE
they're
frustrated
that
people
keep
planting
trees
and
mulberry
bushes
that
become
30
feet
tall
in
those
areas.
So
we
try
to
do
a
lot
of
proactive
education
with
folks
and
tell
encourage
them.
Please
do
not
it's
an
easement,
it's
a
utility
easement,
but
they
certainly
didn't
plant
the
trees
DTE.
They
end
up
having
to
be
you
know
more
reactive,
but
I
know.
Last
this
past
year
there
was
three
separate
teams:
three
separate
schedules
where
they're
proactively
out
in
particular
areas
clearing
it
out.
So
thank.
G
J
A
K
Good
evening
council
chair
mr.
mayor
City
Council
at
7:45
a.m.
today,
my
attorney
Robert
curry,
sent
the
city
attorney
mr.
Miyake
an
email
asking
him
where
the
sign
lease
was
I
signed
the
lease
on
Wednesday
I
called
the
clerk's
office.
Twice
that
day
once
on
Thursday
twice
today
and
once
yesterday,
the
clerk
has
told
me
that
the
lease
is
in
the
mayor's
office.
His
secretary
knows
it's
there
and
he
hasn't
decided
to
sign
it.
Yet.
K
K
While
you
were
true
to
your
word,
the
restrictions
haven't
stopped
and
will
continue
till
today
a
very
interesting
statement.
You
said
mr.
mayor
how
the
city
services
its
residence.
If
you
look
at
that
tape
at
13
minutes
and
33
seconds,
you
said
how
the
city
services
its
residence
and
how
it's
open
to
everybody.
Mr.
mayor,
as
you
know,
I'm
a
resident
of
the
city
of
Dearborn,
Heights
I,
have
called
you
in
the
past
many
times
sent
emails.
Had
people
called
you
and
no
response?
That's
not
the
service
I
am
looking
for
from
my
mayor.
K
K
On,
February,
27th
of
42
minutes
and
37
seconds
of
the
City
Council
meeting
the
City
Council
authorized
the
city
clerk
and
the
mayor
to
sign
the
agreement
and
is
still
not
signed.
Mr.
mayor
patiently
awaiting
your
signature,
one
more
thing:
I
want
to
bring
to
the
point.
Over
four
months
ago,
I
sent
the
city
of
FOIA
for
the
Campfield
Ice
Arena
I'm,
just
wondering
if
that
was
lost,
also
I'm
still
waiting.
I
set
one
on
my
house.
K
P
P
Miyagi's
here
to
to
indicate
he
I
authorized
him
to
actually
go
and
to
take
action
if
necessary,
against
dte,
because
they
simply
are
refusing
to
shut
off
the
electricity
and
are
insisting
that
the
city
provide
a
deed
on
the
particular
property
which
we
do
not
have.
Despite
what
you
think
worked
very
hard
to
move
this,
because
this
is
a
insurmountable
problem
in
regards
to
taking
down
the
site
in
construction
and
we
would
need
it
resolved.
So
if
I
was
blocking
you,
why
would
I
spent
all
this
time
trying
to
get
DT?
And
mr.
K
L
L
The
issue
now
is
that
they
won't
give
a
clearance
for
you
to
do
the
demo
of
granting
on
the
deed
of
demo,
because
they're
saying
there
is
no
deed
for
2102
kinloch,
because
the
deed
that
the
city
has
is
from
1964
from
amazon
ignant,
who
ended
up
giving
the
whole
area
the
arena,
the
the
community
center
the
fire
headquarters.
All
those
buildings
were
with
all
those
areas
were
given
to
us
long
ago.
L
I
think
that's
gonna
end
up
getting
resolved
because
I
spoke
to
the
supervisor
for
the
person
who
was
a
problem
and
I
think
he
had
a
misunderstanding.
He
seemed
to
think
that
when
we
got
the
property,
it
was
called
2100
kinloch
when
it
was
probably
just
a
field
or
woods,
but
that
had
ended
up
being
being
an
issue
for
me.
Akhiya.
K
K
K
So
I
I
have
spat
almost
every
Tuesday
evening
here:
okay,
I
love,
you
guys,
but
I
don't
want
to
be
here
every
day.
I
got
a
family.
I
got
four
kids
I
got
things
to
do.
My
coach
I
left
coaching
and
come
here
communication.
Mr.
Miyagi
is
very
open.
It's
very
easy!
You
can
communicate
these
with
my
attorney.
If
you
don't
want
to
talk
to
me,
you
can
communicate
it
with
other
people
that
could
address
it
to
me.
So
the.
L
K
L
L
K
K
K
As
I've
been
informed
by
the
clerk,
I
have
voice
messages,
listen
I,
do
my
homework
like
I.
Let
you
put
egg
on
my
face:
okay,
I
called
the
clerk
four
times.
I
got
voice
messages
from
him.
Okay,
I
can
play
them
right
here.
If
you
want
it's
protocol
that
the
mayor
signs
the
lease
first
and
then
he
signs
it,
the
clerk
has
gone
to
the
mayor's
off
numerous
types.
That's
where
the
leases
are,
why
it's
not
saying,
but
when
the
call
be
here
at
9
a.m.
in
the
morning,
Thank
You
mr.
mayor.
J
H
S
Occurred:
corporate
council
for
elite,
which
is
a
corporate
resident,
furthering
this
issue.
My
frustration
is
mr.
mayor
earlier
today,
public
forum,
you
stated
the
reason
why
this
at
least
wasn't
signed
is
because
you
lost
it
now.
No,
that's
what
you
said,
sir
I'm
done
with
the
slippery
slope
argument.
Please
indulge
me
and
listen
sure
you
said
you
lost
did
lease.
That
was
the
reason
why
you
didn't
sign
it.
Everybody
in
this
room
heard
it
now.
Your
answer
is
because
then
we.
S
You
didn't
know
where
it
was.
You
never
once
said
anything
about
the
utility
bill
today.
This
very
moment
is
the
first
time
we
heard
it.
I
know
the
following.
Mr.
Mackey
received
his
email
at
7:42
this
morning
and
he
was
told
that
this
problem
needed
to
be
addressed
and
I
needed
it
resolved
today.
Now,
coincidentally,
the
city
clerk
is
gone
for
the
rest
of
the
day,
which
means
now
you're
looking
to
go
ahead
and
sign
your
lease.
S
We
will
have
to
wait
for
the
city
clerk
to
come
in
and
sign
it,
and
you
knew
it
at
7:42
this
morning
and
now,
if
you
couldn't
find
the
lease
all
day
long,
what
did
you
undertake
to
go
ahead
and
ask
Gary
my
icky
to
go?
Get
you
the
new
lease
so
that
you
could
go
ahead
and
execute
it,
so
it
would
be
ready
for
my
client
test
time,
I.
S
And
if
the
lease
is
not
there,
if
it,
the
lease
is
not
there
because
the
mayor
says
he
can't
find
it,
we
need
something
executed.
Why
is
there
a
delay
tactic
here?
And
you
know
what
my
concern
is
as
I
expressed
in
that
d-mail?
If
this
is
the
first
of
our
obstacle
courses,
what's
going
to
continue
down
the
path
as
we
attempt
to
demolish
and
build
our
building,
are
we
going
to
continue
with
this?
S
Is
this
going
to
turn
into
litigation,
because
if
it's
going
to
turn
into
litigation,
be
advised,
we
are
going
to
take
this
down
all
the
way
to
the
path
of
its
end
and
you
will
be
a
witness.
This
is
absurd
that
it's
going
down
this
path
and
it
is
getting
very
frustrated.
This
is
your
prerogative
to
cure.
You
choose
not
to
cure
it.
That's
fine,
but
there
are
consequences
with
your
actions
and
we
are
going
to
protect
their
rights.
This
is
very
frustrating
for
me
too,
and
unfortunately
we
don't
get
any
feedback
from
you.
S
K
Got
a
question
as
a
resident-
and
this
has
been
bothering
me
for
a
while-
is
mr.
Miyagi,
the
mayor's
attorney,
or
does
he
represent
the
City
Council?
Mr.
Miyagi,
can
you
please
I
represent
the
city?
Okay,
you
represent
the
city.
I
haven't
I,
have
a
recording
that
I
listened
to
today,
and
it
said
that
you
represent
the
mayor,
no
I
report
to
rap
a
have
it
I
nuisance,
Diggs,
I'm
gonna.
Send
it
to
you.
You.
L
L
That
is
what
my
role
is
I'm,
well
aware
of
what
I've
stated
before
with
respect
to
this,
because
I've
stated
the
same
thing
over
and
over
since
I've
been
doing
this
since
1999
all
right,
very
clear
on
what
my
duty
is
I'm
very
clear,
that
I
also
followed
up
and
did
what
I
was
supposed
to
do
in
terms
of
getting
things
over
to
the
clerk's
office.
You
did
within
the
amount
of
time
that
I
told
Mr,
curry
I
was
going
to
do
so.
L
K
L
Mackey,
you
told
me
about
something
before
when
mr.
Murray
had
ended
up
saying
some
things
that
I
found
to
end
up
being
offensive.
Given
the
fact
that
I
was
working
on
this
lease
until
2:45
a.m.
and
that's
the
same
day,
that
I
was
gonna
end
up
having
to
go
into
court,
and
you
basically
told
me
very
nicely,
but
you
kind
of
need
to
suck
it
up
because
we're
all
professionals,
I,
would
say
the
same
thing
potentially
in
the
the.

want
to
say
something
from
what
I'm
hearing
with
the
conversation
back
and
forth.
You
know.
I
would
hope
that
as
the
city
with
a
future,
that
we
would
be
more
welcoming
of
business
development
and
and
why
would
we
make
it
difficult
I'm
hearing
it
sounds
there
are
some
difficulties,
there's
whatever's
going
on,
but
I
think
this
is
especially
significant
when
we're
talking
about
the
improvement
of
a
condemned
public
building,
which
would
be
beneficial.
E
G
L
You
could
just
end
up
getting
it
signed
because
it's
supposed
to
end
up
actually
being
affected.
Commencement
dates
September
the
first,
so
it
should
end
up
being
executed
before
September
the
first
and
if
there's,
if
it's
already
been
submitted
and
dealt
I,
think
we
spoke
briefly
about
this.
Miss
Burchfield
that
I
did.
Then
she
should
have
some
notion
between
her
and
the
clerk's
the
rest
of
her
staff
in
the
mayor's
office.
C
D

C
A
L
P
L
P
A
F
The
flood
that
happened
caused
human
waste
and
rainwater
to
come
up
to
my
drain.
I
was
told
many
times
that
the
actual
sewers
are
separated.
You
got
this
the
storm
drains
and
he
got
the
sanitary
drains
well
every
year
since
then
in
August
and
either
around
the
time
or
at
the
same
time
my
face
been
flooded,
and
not
only
that
my
neighbor's
did
to
my
wife
and
I
are,
at
our
wits
end
right
now
to
have
to
worry
about
every
time
it
rains.
F
So
we
have
everything
picked
up
being
told
by
the
DPW
that,
of
course,
the
very
next
morning
that
oh
I
didn't
see
anything
in
there.
Well,
of
course,
is
everything
subsided.
Of
course,
you're
not
gonna,
see
nothing
there,
but
I
did
look
at
the
sanitary
drains
and
he
said,
I
was
actually
surprised
on
how
shell
was
know
that
I'm,
not
a
I'm,
not
I'm,
not
dumb
at
all
I
know
my
stuff
and
if
those
two
sewers
are
actually
separated,
then
why
am
I
getting
rain
water
coming
up
through
my
drains?
F
F
This
is
absolutely
ridiculous:
Street
floods,
the
last
time
it
flooded
was
not
too
long
ago
and
I
was
August.
First,
we
have
Stanford
caught
up
the
dark
mouths
flooded
up
to
and
over
flooded
air
bubbles.
Coming
out
from
this,
the
the
seams
of
the
cement
human
feces
air
every
single
time
it's
costing
over
ten
thousand
dollars
worth
of
money.
F
And,
in
short
terms,
I
want
to
leave
this
city
I've
been
here
for
15
16
years
and
I've.
Never
ever
seen.
This
type
of
situation
ever
go
on
I've
been
there
since
2001
and
2014,
and
now
I
have
to
live
with
crap
pumping
up
through
my
my
drain
and
now,
if
I
want
to
move,
I
got
to
disclose
that
it's
there's
a
flood
zone
that
it
floods,
I,
think
I'm
gonna
sell
my
house
highly
doubt
it
thank.
G
F
N
A
O
In
three
minutes
the
evening,
so
a
3/5
for
rosemary
I
have
a
prepared
statement
that,
after
all,
I
heard
I,
don't
know
what
I
want
to
say
to
be
honest
with
you,
it's
overwhelming
what
I
am
here
in
here
in
2011,
the
good
residents
of
our
city,
the
pastor
had
Lee
override
to
keep
the
city
open
to
keep
the
people
who
are
employed
in
this
city
employed
to
keep
the
mayor
in
office.
So
we
don't
have
emergency
manager
and
we
have
close
to
two
million
dollars
in
the
CSO
which
was
overcharged
to
our
residents.
O
We
have
close
to
half
a
million
dollars
for
clean
and
the
grace
every
months.
Every
time
I
come
to
the
City
Council
meeting
there
is
20,000
and
up
and
cleaning
the
sewer
and
I
hear
this
gentleman
come
in
and
say
in
this.
Why
we
do
not
use
those
to
me
some
of
those
two
million
dollars
to
see
where
the
problem
is.
Why
don't
we
use
what
we
have
on
hand,
the
money
which
has
been
overcharged
and
direct
3:45,
and
it
was
never
recaptured
in
the
next
year
when
we
have
between.
O
2013
and
2017
June
30th
close
to
three
hundred
fifty
three
thousand
four
hundred
into
dollars
of
extra
money,
which
was
charged
as
administrative
fees
and
it
wasn't
spent,
and
it
was
never
recaptured
and
next
year
or
given
the
resident.
You
know
a
little
bit
of
relief,
whether
unheard
liova
right
on
our
taxes.
There
is
money,
I
wanted
through
the
budget
and
I
do
have
an
engineering
degree.
Mr.
mayor
and
I
do
have
a
degree
in
business
management.
