Concur
with
corporate
counsel
Jeremy
on
key
with
enclosed
notice
of
determination
of
the
diamond
heist
local
officers.
Compensation,
Commission
determination
stems
from
the
unanimous
vote
of
the
local
officers,
Compensation
Commission
on
December
19th
2019
and
the
state
law
and
a
city
code,
provided
the
salaries
established
by
the
termination
shall
be
the
salaries
of
the
city's
elected
officials.
Unless
the
City
Council
adopts
a
resolution
to
reject
them
further
state
law
and
a
city
code,
provided
a
determination
shall
be
effective,
30
days
after
its
filing
with
the
city
clerk.
A
F
Memory
serves
me
correct.
We
just
had
a
raise
here
two
years
ago
and
at
that
time
I
asked
the
question
of:
can
we
do
them
all
separate
and
I
was
told
that
you
do
them
one
you
do
them
all,
but
I've
been
reading
in
a
newspaper
and
other
cities
do
one
at
a
time
there's
nothing
in
the
law
that
says
we
can't
say
yay
or
nay,
to
a
position
on
on
raises
I,
don't
believe
City
Council
needs
a
raise
number
one.
G
G
In
the
odd
years
and
then
and
you
have
to
end
up
rejecting
it
within
30
days,
otherwise
it
comes
in
in
the
past.
What
is
normally
ended
up
happening
is:
there's
ended
up
being
a
received
no,
who
file
if
there
was
not
a
rejection.
If
there's
a
rejection,
there
had
end
up
being
a
vote,
and
the
vote
has
to
be
at
least
five
of
them.
B

A
Very
similar
to
a
zoning
you
know
the
Zoning
Board,
the
Zoning,
Commission
Planning,
Commission,
etc,
etc,
etc.
They
come
to
us
with
recommendations
and-
and
we
either
say
yes
all
out
or
we're
may
say:
well,
yes,
but
we
want
to
make
this
change.
Why
is
it
that
in
this
particular
case,
we
cannot
do
that
because
you
mentioned
I
thought
I
heard
you
mention
earlier,
that's
what
it's
always
been
done
that
to
me
with
due
respect
to
you
not
only
here
but
even
in
business.
That
means
nothing
to
me.

Remember
the
issue:
how
about
we
do
about
this
recommendation,
council,
Miyake
or
maybe
our
own
counts,
or
our
own
attorneys
either.
One
and
we'd
have
to
pick
this.
They
go
on
research
this
and
you
bring
this
back,
because
this
has
to
be
done
within
30
days.
You
bring
this
back
two
weeks
from
now.
It.

Next
item
on
the
agenda
is
DPW
director
semi
authorization
of
payment,
previously
a
purchase
of
two
f250
pickup.
Excuse
me
or
excuse
me,
sir.
Okay,
again
I'll
read
that
this
is
for
DPW.
Director
saw
me:
authorization
of
payment
previously
approved
purchase
of

I'm.
I
H
I
B
F
I
move
Council
approve
the
purchase
of
radio
equipment
from
vendors
listed.
This
will
be
covered
with
funding
from
the
a
F
G
regional
grant
in
a
total
amount
of
four
hundred.
Ninety
eight
thousand
one
hundred
and
twenty
seven,
the
total
federal
share
will
be
four
hundred
and
fifty
two
thousand
eight
forty
seven
and
the
fire
department
is
involved
for
forty
five
thousand
two
hundred
and
eighty
dollars,
as
outlined
in
nine,
see

support.
B
A
We
concur
with
Fire
Chief
David
Brogan,
requesting
permission
to
purchase
the
Handy
Tavi
pediatric
emergency
standards.
The
system
integrates
with
our
pediatric
a
EMS
protocols
and
is
a
tool
for
calculating
drug
dosages
and
other
specific
pediatric
care,
as
outlined
in
item
9d
support
and
a
total
cost
I'm.
Sorry,
it's
four
thousand
six
hundred
ninety
eight
thousand
fifty
cents.
It's
outlined
at
item
I'm
D
report.
B
E
B
J
F
G
Both
of
these
indemnification
provisions,
the
mr.
Parrish,
unfortunately,
can
read
them
fully.
Basically,
this
would
be
page
three
and
the
MHS
is
to
indemnify
and
2.10
at
the
very
top.
This
is
Michigan
pain,
society's
to
indemnify
and
hold
harmless
the
city
from
any
and
all
demands,
claims,
judgments
or
causes
of
action
and
from
any
and
all
expense
that
may
be
incurred,
invest
bending
again
same
arising
as
a
result
of
the
negligent
acts
or
emissions,
and
they
just
its
agents
or
employees
in
the
performance
of
this
Agreement.
G
G
It's
this
body
probably
remembers
from
the
past.
Whenever
we've
had
agreements
that
say
we're
supposed
to
indemnify
contractors
from
their
own
mistakes
and
I've
always
ended
up
objection
to
that
language.
So
this
basically
makes
whoever
is
responsible
in
a
position
where
they're
taking
care
of
the
problem.
That's
created,
they
pay
for
that
clarification.
B
A
Ahead
so,
unfortunately,
our
director
McIntyre
is
not
here,
so
I'm,
not
sure.
If
there
you
could
answer
these
questions.
It's
not
you
put
a
table
this
until
we
get
these
answers.
I
had
a
little
bit
of
a
concern
and
although
I'm
not
an
expert
on
these
fees,
but
it
just
seems
a
little
excessive,
so
we
have
four
thousand
five
hundred
and
eighty
one
dollars
per
month
flat
fee
paid
automatically.
Okay,
then,
in
addition
to
that,
okay,
that's
the
monthly.
A
Disposal
fee
another
amount,
that's
charged,
and
then,
if
you
go
to
the
next
page
on
page
five,
if
you
look
at
items
additional
holding
time,
fifty
five
dollars
per
day
after
the
initial
ten
days
holding
period
training
services,
forty
dollars
per
hour,
consulting
forty
dollars
per
hour
for
cases,
they
want
to
understand
why
it'd
be
a
little
bit
more.
But
then
you
got
medical
write-ups,
yeah,
no
prophecy
$150
for
the
first
hour,
$55
thereafter,
diagnostics
at
cost,
etc,
etc,
etc,
and
it
seems
like
we
start
with
four
thousand
five
hundred
and
eighty
one.
A
D
We
we
used
to
contract
with
the
city
of
Taylor,
and
we
found
the
fees
to
be
much
higher
than
this
and
the
fact
they
went
up
again.
The
other
thing
that
was
troubling
is
we
went
down
to
look
at
how
they
handled
the
particular
animals,
and
I
will
tell
you
that
in
a
lot
of
families,
pets
are
more
than
just
pets,
they're
really
part
of
the
family,
and
we
found
that
the
Michigan
mein
society
really
treats
these
pets
like
family.
D
So
there
was
also
the
consideration
so
by
moving
it
from
tailor,
and
we
did
look
at
the
Dearborn
and
the
Dearborn.
One
was
much
more
excessive
than
this.
They
wanted
us
to
guarantee
10
or
15
locations
inside
their
service
center,
and
that
was
multi
thousands
of
dollars,
so
it
actually
was
cheaper
to
go
to
the
Michigan
Humane
Society
and
the
care
that
we
see
there
is
far
exceeds
it's
very
seldom
that
we
would
see
one
animal
incurring
all
those
kinds
of
separate
cost.
B
G
A
Everage,
on
average
d'arnaud
who
could
answer
this
on
average?
What
do
we
pay
for
a
month,
in
addition
to
the
forty
six
hundred
dollars,
and
it
can
not
the
concern
but
just
thinking
out
loud
here?
Is
it
feasible
and
I?
Don't
know
what
that
mount
is,
but
maybe
to
look
into
either
a
different
city
or
maybe
do
in
our
own
I
always
talked
about
this
before
yeah.
D
K
Not
to
say
like
verbatim,
but
it
barely
goes
over,
that
that
flat
fee
he
negotiated
that
flat
fee
since
I
started
here.
I
can't
tell
you
what
date
it
was,
but
the
bills
were
a
lot
higher
before
he
negotiated
that
flat
fee,
so
the
additional
charges-
it's
not
there
outlined
in
the
case
of
event
like
which
will
be
a
pet,
is
there
for
more
than
ten
days
or
whatever,
and
if
it's
not
a
residence
around
there,
as
well
as
someone's
dog
that
the
longer
wants
it
and
they
say
that
it's
not
Nelson
beyond.
K
E
L
B
L
You
know
just
up
until
a
few
years
ago
we
didn't
have
animal
control,
we
never
a
dog
catcher.
We
used
to
have
them
a
long
time
ago,
and
then
we
got
rid
of
them
and
we'd
have
to
call
any
time
we
had
an
issue.
You'd
have
to
call
in
our
city
together
like
to
fight
I,
mean
councilman.
Abdullah,
said
wow,
probably
do
our
own.
Maybe
someone
get
into
because
it's
not
only
the
charge.
You
could
charge
other
cities
to
house
the
animals.
You
can
make
it
to
be
a
profit
thing.
L
J
D
We
had
risen,
one
occasion
were
and
an
animal
was
taken
there
and
they
said
it's
filled,
and
then
we
had
the
unfortunate
situation
where
they
bring
the
animal
back
and
we're
calling
is.
Does
anybody
have
an
opening
and
that's
this
marriage
between
the
city
of
Dearborn
Heights
and
the
Michigan
and
Maine
Society
has
really
been
an
excellent
one.
In
fact,
they
have
partnered
with
us
at
least
once
a
year
in
which
they
provide
free,
fax
Nations,
and
we
have
an
open
house
here.
D
I
would
not
want
my
pet
to
be
taken
down
there
to
be
honest
with
you,
I
did
not
like
it,
and
things
may
have
changed,
but
when
we
made
the
decision
and
then
Dearborn
wanted
a
quarter
of
a
million
dollars,
basically
so
much
for
for
10
or
15
allocation,
we
don't
have
a
quarter
of
a
million
dollars
to
invest
in
that.
This
really
is
a
very
humane.
It
is
good
for,
unfortunately,
if
our
animals
get
out,
they
do
a
lot
of
joint
things.
I
highly
recommend
that
we
continued
the
contract
with
Humane
Society.
D
B
J
M
I
could
just
real
quick
last
jack
is
on
training
this
week
last
week
he
said
Lee.
If
the
council
discusses
the
Humane
Society,
let
him
know
that
you
know
between
Dearborn,
when
I
was
chief,
we
dealt
with
Taylor
and
we
got
rid
of
Taylor.
We
had
two
mayors
with
that.
He
said
lead.
Let
him
know
that
the
service
we
get
the
doctors.
You
know
the
vets
in
that
he
says.
That's
the
reason
for
it.
M
B
C
Hicks
Clayton.
Thank
you,
madam
chair
I,
move
to
concur
with
police
chief
Michael
Petrie
and
approve
the
request
to
option
the
vehicles
that's
listed
in
item
9f.
It
should
be
noted
that
these
proceeds
I'm
sorry
from
the
option,
will
go
to
pay
for
towing
and
storage
fees.
Remainder
will
go
back
to
the
state
forfeiture
account
as
I
outlined
in
9f
or.
B
A
That
we
concur
with
Director
of
Public
Works
John
sell
me
Department
of
Public
Services
is
applied
for
their
annual
permit
for
miscellaneous
operations
within
state
highway
right-of-way,
as
required
by
Michigan
Department
of
Transportation,
and
he's
asking
for
the
2020
annual
permit
will
not
be
granted
unless
this
document
is
executed,
and
this
is
as
outlined
and
he
I'm
sorry.
He
would
like
us
to
authorize
the
city
clerk
to
sign
on
behalf
of
the
city
subject
to
review
by
corporation
council.
Miyake
is
our
line
item
11
a
support
for.
A
G
A
B
J
B
H
H
What
I
have
decided
to
do
is
put
together
a
little
presentation
which
I'm
in
the
process
of
doing
and
we're
gonna
piggyback
it
at
the
end
of
the
council
meeting
so
it'll
be
on
YouTube,
so
everybody
can
watch
it
I
urge
everybody
to
urge
our
voters
to
watch
it.
It'll
give
you
information
on
the
protocol
of
this
presidential,
primary
so
forth,
and
so
on.
H
So
the
rendering
in
the
viewing
of
the
City
Council
meeting
will
be
a
probably
a
day,
late
or
maybe
Thursday,
depending
on
when
the
staff
and
I
can
get
this
filmed
and
put
together.
So
any
residents
who
are
dismayed
by
the
delay.
Please
blame
me:
okay,
but
the
one
thing
I
did
want
to
say
and
we
have
the
applications
out.
Okay
for
the
March
10th
presidential
primary
in
this
election
make
sure
you
have
to
ask
for
a
Democratic
ballot,
a
Republican
ballot
or
a
ballot
with
proposals.
H
Only
there
is
a
countywide
proposal,
Crestwood
West
would
have
school
proposals.
I
believe
those
are
the
only
school
proposals,
but
let
me
explain
something
folks
really
quickly.
This
is
state
law.
People
are
upset,
it's
an
infringement
on
my
privacy
to
ask
for
you
to
ask
me
whether
I
want
a
Republican
or
a
democratic
ballot.
All
the
presidential
candidates
are
in
the
Democratic
column
are
in
one
ballot.
All
of
the
Republicans
are
in
another
ballot,
both
of
those
contain
the
proposals
and
there's
one
proposal.
Only
it's
law.
H
We
follow
the
law
as
much
as
you
argue,
with
my
staff
and
I
and
keep
us
on
the
phone
you're
going
to
get
that
ballot.
So
please
understand
that
I
urge
you.
If
you
disagree
with
it.
These
are
laws
that
are
made
by
the
legislature.
Contact
your
state,
senator
your
state
representatives
to
express
your
displeasure.
H
Don't
forget
when
you
turn
these
in
and
sign
them
date
them.
So
we
don't
have
to
send
them
back
to
you
and
delay
getting
your
ballot.
We
do
not
have
the
ballots
yet
we
anticipate
getting
the
ballots
in
about
a
week
week
and
a
half
so
we're
in
the
process
of
processing
these.
So
thank
you,
madam
sheriff,
for
your
time
and
please
stay
tuned
also
very
quickly.
Folks,
I
could
turn
this
into
20
minutes
very
easily,
but
we're
putting
together
a
new
board
right
outside
my
office.
H
B
You
okay,
at
this
time,
I'd
like
to
make
a
statement
beginning
with
the
new
year
I'm
working
on
getting
a
Charter
Review
Committee
together
I
had
been
suggesting
this
for
well
over
a
year,
but
it's
now
it's
time
to
implement
something
and
look
forward
to
it
happening
soon.
Also
too
I
do
have
a
question
for
mr.
mayor.
B
D
Fact
you
wrote
me
a
communication
and
normally
I
was
geared
to
doing
in
January,
but
when
I
got
your
communication,
we
went
back
to
the
Charter
to
review
it
and
it
is
to
the
first
Monday
in
April.
Third
third
Monday
in
April,
so
you'll
get
it
in
the
third
Monday
of
April,
which
is
according
to
the
Charter
yeah.
B
I
know
that's
old,
though
a
lot
of
the
stuff
in
our
Charter
is
obsolete
and
that's
not
the
way
we've
been
following
procedure
since
2006
is
when
we
started
appointing
you
as
corporate
counsel
in
January
it's
every
two
years,
and
so
there's
no
extension,
I'm
just
asking
you
to
put
it
on
the
next
agenda.
If
you
can
I'm.
B
G
Unless
the
definite
term
of
office
is
specified
in
this
charter
for
the
head
of
any
department
of
the
city
government,
such
Department
had
her
heads
to
show
old
office
at
the
discretion
of
the
mayor,
provided,
however,
that
no
officer
shall
hold
continue
to
hold
office
after
the
third
Monday
in
April
following
the
regular
biannual
city
election,
unless
he
shall
be
reappointed
to
new
term.
So
it's
very
clear.
The
vine
you
election
took
place
in
November.
The
April
would
be
April
2020,
and
that
is
what
is
in
the
Charter
and
hasn't
been
changed.
I.
B
Know
there's
a
lot
of
things
in
that
Charter.
We
don't
follow
such
as
different
guidelines
as
far
as
terms
and
stuff
on
other
things.
We
have
set
standards
over
the
years
and
it's
been
consistent.
I
will
be
researching
this
and
I'll.
Let
you
know
by
the
next
meeting
what
I
find
out
and
if
I
find
out
something
ahead
of
time,
I
will
be
in
communication
with
the
mayor
in
regards
to
ease.
B
D
There
is
a
legal
opinion
that
the
fact
there's
over
a
hundred
legal
opinions
and
they
have
the
source
of
law
and
tort
Court
changes
them,
but
a
person
continues
in
the
particular
position
until
they're
replaced,
so
that
came
up
at
an
earlier
time,
but
I'm
more
than
willing
to
reappoint
it's
just
a
matter
that
we
have
actually
a
couple.
People
that
are
moving
out.
That
I
just
became
aware
of
that
told
me
that
they
sold
their
home
and
they're,
leaving
different
right
so
and
I'm
always
looking
for
good
people.
D
F
We
need
to
help
one
another
and
there's
been
a
lot
of
complaints
about
our
our
trash
pickup
company
GFL,
but
we
could
help
them
out
by
getting
our
cars
off
the
street
and
doing
what
we're
supposed
to
do
as
a
city.
It's
number
one
number
two
I'm
gonna
bring
up
the
fact
of
the
Select
newspapers
that
have
been
thrown
away.
F
I
did
a
lot
of
research
for
a
few
years
on
that
until
finally,
someone
and
I
believe
Tennessee
beat
me
to
it
and
got
it
into
court
and
we
won
and
getting
a
lot
of
complaints
from
citizens
saying
I'm
still
getting
this
paper
still
getting
his
paper
and
I
was
in
contact
with
mr.
McIntyre.
He
was
gone
this
week,
but
his
assistant
Michelle
Bianchi,
told
me
that
people
don't
want
to
file
complaints
against
the
carriers
or
the
paper
company
now
I'm,
not
expert
in
the
law,
but
now
and
I'm
gonna
do
something.
F
N
For
the
city
ordinance,
it
can
be
enforced
two
different
ways.
One
is
if
a
officer
whether
an
ordinance
officer
or
a
police
officer
witnesses
the
act
or,
if
it's
not
witnessed
by
us,
if
there's
a
complaining
witness
that
would
be
the
resident.
So
just
seeing
the
papers
on
the
lawn
isn't
enough,
it
would
have
to
be
either
attested
to
by
a
witness
who's.
A
homeowner
I'm.
Sorry
go
ahead.
Man
Oh.
N
Need
you
to
sign
the
complaint
because
you
were
the
one
who
actually
witnessed
it
live
or
tears
on
your
video
also
as
a
resident
I
have
the
same
issues
here.
So
not
only
am
I,
with
the
police
department,
but
I
am
a
resident
and
as
a
police
officer,
I
observed
it
happening
while
off-duty,
so
I
am
acting
as
a
complainant
and
as
a
police
officer
in
one
of
those
violations,
but
the
in
order
for
all
of
us
to
have
this
stop.
N
B
G
The
deputy
chief
and
I
actually
had
communications
about
this
today,
actually
I'm
sorry
mark,
but
you
don't
necessarily
have
to
have
someone
sign
a
complaint
who
has
seen
this.
Rather
it's
always
going
to
have
to
end
up
being
signed
by
an
ordinance
officer
or
it's
going
to
have
to
be
signed
by
a
police
officer,
but
we
do
need
to
end
up
having
support
of
the
people
who
are
the
homeowners.
We
need
to
do
that
for
two
reasons.
G
One
is
we
need
to
show
that
the
property
did
not
previously
have
this
before
the
offence
state
name
with
the
papers
there.
The
second
thing
is:
we
need
them
to
end
up
saying
that
they
did
not
solicit
these
materials,
because
otherwise
the
argument
could
be
made.
We
haven't
met
our
burden
in
terms
of
the
property
the
papers
being
solicited,
even
though
I
don't
consider
that
to
be
the
biggest
issue.
I
would
rather
end
up
going
to
court
with
a
case.
That's
solid
in
that
regard.
G
So
if
someone
wants
to
come
forward
and
say
I
want
to
end
up
basically
assisting
in
this,
then
essentially
the
ticket
can
end
up
being
written
by
the
ordinance
officer
by
a
police
officer,
and
but
these
people
will
have
to
end
up
being
witnesses
to
say
yes,
I
did
not
solicit
this
and
know
the
property.
The
the
paper
wasn't
on
my
property
before
the
date
of
the
offense.
The.
I
G
Part
of
this
was
that
you
know
the
the
deputy
chief
and
I
had
some
communications
about
this
and
he's
very
proactive
in
terms
of
trying
to
address
these
issues
and
we've
exchanged
some
emails
today
and
also
talked
over
at
court.
So
hopefully
we'll
be
moving
forward
more
in
terms
of
this,
even
with
other
departments
being
busy,
namely
the
ordinance
and
forcement
director
being
out
of
town
for
training.
We've
moved
forward
on
this
and
I
think
deputy
chief
deserves
a
lot
of
credit
for
actually
investigating
and
following
up
on
that,
so.
F
A
A
C
Most
women
exclaim,
thank
you,
madam
chair
I,
just
have
a
resident,
a
save
a
date
for
our
residents
and
real
quick
I
want
to
start
it
off
by
saying,
thank
you
to
our
and
I'm
gonna
miss
people,
so
I
apologize
right
away.
Our
DPW
department,
our
police
officers,
our
firefighters,
let
me
see
who
I'm
already
missing
ordinance.
Thank
you.
Anyone
who
was
involved
with
the
flood
victims
who
helped
with
cleaning
up
getting
people
out
safely,
assisting
the
American
Red
Cross
Salvation
Army
again
we
had
so
much
rain.
C
What's
going
on
in
our
community,
but
we've
been,
you
know,
diligently
working
with
Congress
woman
to
leave
congresswoman
Debbie
Dingles
office,
and
we
you
know.
I
had
mentioned
that.
We
had
some
work
with
the
Army
Corps
of
Engineers
this
past
summer,
and
we
did
have
a
another
conference
call
today,
mara,
I,
don't
I
think
you
had
the
state
of
the
city,
so
you
weren't
able
to
be
on
the
call
and
I
will
be
happy
to
share
a
debrief.
I'll,
send
an
email
to
you
tomorrow,
because
I
knew
you
couldn't
get
out
of
there
and
I.
C
C
What
I
told
them
at
the
end
of
the
call
I
said
this
is
what
we
want.
We're
tired
of
being
told
is
getting
done.
It's
getting
done
enough
of
the
words
we
want
to
see
it
get
done.
Our
residents
need
to
see
results.
Okay,
there's
got
to
be
light
at
the
end
of
the
tunnel,
so
I
want
you
to
mark
your
calendars,
save
the
date.
I
want
you
to
share
this
I.
Want
you
to
tell
everyone
you
know
about
this
date.
It
is
going
to
be
Wednesday
February,
19th,
6
p.m.
at
Annapolis,
High
School.
C
The
address
is
for
six
five:
zero
Clippard
Street
again
Wednesday
February
19th
6
p.m.
at
Annapolis,
high
school
four,
six,
five,
zero,
Clippard
Street,
all
of
our
local
elected
officials,
are
invited.
We
would
welcome
you
to
be
their
mayor,
palenko.
Of
course,
your
host
and
I
don't
want
to
speak
on
your
behalf,
of
course,
but
we
thank
you
for
your
involvement
and
support.
C
Congresswoman
Talib
congresswoman,
Debbie,
Dingell
state
senator
Betty,
Jeanne
Alexander,
our
state
representatives,
Jew
al
Jones
and
Frank
liberati.
We
appreciate
everyone
coming
together
because
again,
Wayne
County
chief
executive
officer,
Warren
Evans.
This
is
a
you
know
again.
It
requires
all
levels
of
government
federal
state
county
local
to
really
get
us
to
the
next
steps.
What
you're
going
to
hear
the
town
hall
they're,
not
only
going
Darmok
Corps
of
Engineers,
are
gonna,
give
you
the
history
which
I'm
sure
we
probably
already
know
but
we're
gonna
review.
It
recap.
C
Next
steps,
timeline,
QA,
but
they're
gonna
show
you
again
the
identified
federal
funding
stream,
how
we're
getting
the
money
they
know.
They
already
know
where
that
is.
They're
gonna
show
you
the
benefit
and
the
positive
impact.
How
it's
gonna
benefit
you
what's
happening,
so
that
is
exciting
news
to
share
with
you
and
like
I
said.
My
last
comment
was
it's
time
to
walk
the
top
for
our
residents.
C
D
Sure,
they're
kind
of
you
did
I
think
Councilwoman
a
fine
job
of
making
that
presentation
I.
Thank
you.
I
had
the
opportunity
today
to
be
one
of
the
speakers
at
the
tale
of
two
cities
that
was
put
on
by
the
Dearborn
different
heights,
Chamber
of
Commerce,
very
honored,
to
be
one
of
the
guests
and
a
good
turnout
and
I
think
it
went
well
so
I
want
to
thank
them,
and
I
also
want
to
encourage
everybody,
because
these
projects
that
are
federally
funded
take
years.
D
In
fact,
one
of
the
people
in
Dearborn
told
me
that
that
channelization
of
the
Rouge
that
I
think
took
place
around
1970
1980s
was
actually
created
when
there
was
a
flood
at
the
mansion
of
henry
ford
ii
and
in
fact,
I
had
the
opportunity.
There
was
there's
a
tunnel
between
the
main
mansion
and
the
garage
and
mr.
D
Ford
used
to
write
a
line
where
the
flood
came
into
the
building
and
put
a
date,
and
it
was
one
particular
date
when
it
when
the
height
came
very
high
and
that
started
the
whole
process
of
federal
looking
at
the
roush.
Well,
he
was
dead
by
the
time
that
they
actually
did
that
channelization,
and
it
takes
a
long
time
with
these
federal
programs,
but
we're
getting
very
close
to
seeing
some
actual
action
taking
place
and
it
was
this
home
community.
D
L
Then
bads,
okay!
Well,
this
meeting
we
tried
to
get
one
study
done
back
in
May
and
administration
turned
it
down.
We
had
plans
on
running
the
Richard,
a
young
Center
and
they
were
told
not
to
give
us
the
permit
so
I'm
glad
it's
finally
happening
I.
Don't
know
why
it
couldn't
happen
back
then,
as
to
I
was
told.
L
It
was
too
close
to
a
flood
people
that
emotions
are,
but
here
we
go
over
right
after
a
flood
for
having
another
one,
so
go
figure
happy,
New,
Year
to
everybody,
20
to
20
20,
that's
100
year
anniversary
of
19th
amendment
19th
amendment
didn't
give
the
women
the
right
to
vote,
but
it
did
it
prohibited
government
from
denying
women
their
god-given
right
to
vote.
So
thank
God
for
the
19th
amendment
now
as
I.
Do
it
all
the
meetings,
how
they
call
the
vets
and
the
veterans
in
the
audience
to
please
stand
up
and
be
recognized.
L
Okay
I.
Thank
you
guys
for
all
you've
done
for
us
with
country
the
city,
beautiful
Commission
was
talked
about
and
I
think
them
I'm
hoping
the
mayor
is
looking
into
that
coming
up,
because
I've
had
a
lot
of
people
talking
about
that
this,
a
beautiful
Commission,
it's
a
nice
I
was
I
was
actually
on
it
years
ago.
Pretty
nice
little
thing
the
reward
systems
for
keeping
you
know
doing.
Nice,
landscape
holiday,
decorations,
things
of
that
nature.
It's
pretty
nice
and
he
mentioned
that
he
would
be
looking
into
it.
L
L
Building
director
larry
domsky
this
past
Christmas
I
believe
I,
don't
know
how
many
years
they've
been
doing
it.
How
many
years
have
been
doing
it?
Larry
20
over
20
years
hit
him
and
his
family
had
provided
meals
for
needy
individuals
at
Christmastime
and
I
believe
they
did
over
400
this
year
am
I
correct
that
400
for
him.
