B
A
A
I
would
like
to
the
chair
to
direct
the
Secretary
to
from
starting
at
our
next
meeting
in
our
agenda,
to
have
it
added
to
the
reports
from
the
mayor
to
progress
on
this
flood
retention
system
or
anything
that
has
anything
to
do,
because
the
citizens
are
just
sitting
there
saying
what
what's
going
on.
You
know
what
happened
again.
Have
it
again
is
anything
going
on?
A
We
don't
know
that
this
meetings
coming
up
and
February
I'm
sure
there'll
be
some
answers,
but
I
think
we
should
have
a
month
or
every
every
meeting
the
mayor,
let
us
know,
what's
going
on
the
last
time
it
was
mentioned,
he
said
we're
gonna,
do
it,
but
it's
gonna
be
a
scaled-down
version,
and
why
is
it
scaled
down?
I
mean?
Is
the
flooding
scaled
down
money?
The
money
saw
the
money
scaled
down,
so
let's
well,
there
is
consent.
Judgment
is
a
big
issue
too.
Now
something
has
to
be
addressed.
A
A
Madam
chair
I'm
asking
you
to
direct
a
secretary
to
have
this
put
on
the
agenda
every
meeting
from
parts
from
the
mayor
and
also
with
the
update
on
the
flood
issue,
or,
what's
being
done
about
it
and
update
on
the
Warren
Valley
Golf
Course,
the
city
is
one
of
the
city's
biggest
investments
in
their
history,
and
it's
just
like
what
you
know.
You
know
hear
anything
about
my
reports
from
the
mayor.
Every
meeting
on
the
flood
issues
and,
what's
being
done
in
a
Warren,
Valley,
Golf
Course,
please.
Mr.
C
D
E
Is
something
I'd
like
to
add
to
Councilman
one
souls
come
and
I
think
it's
a
very
good
idea
to
add
on
agenda,
because
now
we
have
accountability.
I
like
that,
but
let's
add
something
else
on
there
with
all
due
respect
to
any
of
the
elected
officials
that
come
to
speak
in
front
of
us
here
during
the
public
comments.
E
I
was
dealing
with
the
stuff
back
thirty
some
years
ago
in
real
estate
and
I
can't
believe
to
this
day
it's
still
happening.
Is
it's
crazy,
so
I'd
like
to
add
that
on
there
there,
if
a
public
official
wants
to
come
and
speak
at
least
my
expectations,
I
hope
all
of
them
concur
we'd
like
to
get
their
updates
to
what
their
representative
is
done
on
this.
F
Question
for
the
attorney
and
for
the
mayor
regarding
Warren
Valley,
Golf,
Course
and
I
had
brought
this
up
previously
before
we
bought
it
buying
the
Golf
Course
and
we
talked
about
a
deed
restriction
and
they
kind
of
woo.
It
was
kicked
around
and
poo-pooed
I
guess
it
went
back
and
forth.
No,
we
don't
want
to
do
a
deed
restriction.
We
should
do
it
by
ordinance
to
restrict
her
from
being
developed,
I.
Think.
As
a
council
body,
we
need
to
revisit
that.
F
G
Can
I
answer?
You
know
there
was
a
group
if
you
recall
that
there
was
a
gentleman
who
is
associated
with
a
downer
of
a
group
and
they
have
done
this
in
other
communities,
and
so
he
had
pledged.
He
came
at
the
mic
and
said:
I
will
help
Dearborn
Heights
protect
it
and
after
the
meeting
I
contacted
him,
we
exchanged
cards.
I
had
mr.
Murat
key
and
you
might
remember
his
name.
His.
H
Basically,
we
would
have
be
expected
to
give
a
donation
of
like
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
in
order
for
them
to
end
up
doing
this
type
of
work.
Essentially,
it
would
not
be
for
free,
and
so
we
could
end
up
doing
this,
but
they
would
be
expecting
that
they
would,
in
order
to
enforce
things
into
perpetuity,
would
be
expecting
to
have
a
donation,
the
fee,
how
everyone
put
it
for
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
to
end
up
to
end
up
covering
the
cost
of
trying
to
enforce
the
sense
of
the
future.
So.
G
I'm
gonna
ask
our
city
attorney
to
come
up
and
we'll
do
our
own
restriction
on
the
age,
but
I
was
hoping
because
they
had
been
through
the
process.
The
other
thing
you
should
be
aware
of
it.
It
we
became
aware
late
last
year
to
the
fact
that
lien
County
took
some
netting
down
at
the
golf
course
that
we
were
not
aware
of
off,
of
Ann
Arbor
and
ever
Hines
Parkway,
and
so
we
are
in
the
process
and
me
and
I've
indicated
to
mr.
G
dead
and
and
the
Eric
at
the
golf
course
that
we
need
to
replace
that
because
some
of
our
residents
are
getting
golf
balls
coming
right
through,
but
we
didn't
know
that
they
took
this
nutty.
He
had
also
contacted
mr.
Webb,
who
was
mystified
and
indicated
that
she
didn't
know
the
Sneden
had
come
down.
We
don't
know
why
it
came
down,
but
she's
investigating.
If
it
still
exists,
is
it
in
a
condition
that
it
could
be
put
back
up?
If
not,
we
have
already
started
looking
at
a
replacement,
she's
been
doing
a
job
on
that.
C
D
B
I
spoke
with
Eric
I
had
to
be
in
December,
or
maybe
even
November.
When
this
was
brought
to
my
attention.
He
said
he
didn't
recall
where
the
net
went
or
when
it
was
taken
down
exactly,
but
I
have
been
in
contact
with
commissioner
Webb
and
she
has
been
investigating
this
I.
Don't
remember
if
she
got
back
to
me
about
this.
Obviously
she
didn't
otherwise.
They
probably
would
remember.
I
asked.
H
I
E
I'm
talking
about
the
I'm
Tom
on
general,
with
Purchase
Agreements,
it
would
depend
on
if
it's
considered
an
attached
item
or
not,
unless
it's
either
excluded
or
included.
So
even
if
it's
not
attached
to
item-
and
you
include
it-
then
it's
included
if
it's
excluded
than
you
could
exclude
it.
But
if
it's
not
attached
items
and
again
I'm,
not
an
attorney,
but
during
typical
contracts
they
can
take
it
back.
They
can
take
it
away.
You
know.
H
It's
a
part
of
it
is
is
that
there
are
specific
provisions
that
have
to
do
with
it
being
a
trade
fixture,
in
which
case
even
then,
even
if
it
is
not
something,
that's
basically
considered
to
be
attached
to
the
property.
That's
not
a
fixture.
We
still
potentially
can
have
it
stay,
but
it
depends
on
when
it
ended
up
moving
and
then
we
would
have
to
find
out
more
information
once.
I
I
E
You
know
who
may
know
is
if
you
call
Brian
when
I
spoke
with
the
resident
and
I
spoke
with
you
about
this
particular
incident.
I
have
to
look
for
her
number
again,
I'm
sure
you
have
it.
Maybe
I'm
sure
she
would
know
cuz
she's
right
across
the
street
and
she's.
What
originally
filed
a
complaint
with
me
and
then
I
contacted
Brian,
but
I'm
sure
she
would
know
we'll
follow.
J
J
We
asked
that
question
before
I
actually
like
to
see
if
we
can
get
a
summary
I
can
give
you
a
copy
of
this.
If
you
want
to
take
notes,
there
was
in
minutes
and
February
13th
2018.
There
was
a
motion
18-0
five
four.
It
was
a
motion
by
Councilwoman
Hicks
claimed
it
was
seconded
by
Councilman
musket
to
approve
the
state
of
Michigan
fiscal
year,
2016
pre-disaster
mitigation
grant
program.
So
basically
it's
for
the
homes
and
Currier
and
Hanover
west
of
Telegraph.
J
So
I'm
sure
we
don't
have
the
data
right
now,
but
I'd
like
to
see
it
by
the
next
meeting
to
see
if
we
can
get
a
summary
as
which
homes
we
purchased
under
that
grant,
which
was
a
total
of.
We
were
awarded
one
million
three
hundred,
seventy
seven
thousand
four
hundred
twelve
dollars
and
I
know
with
the
city
with
the
city,
25
percent
local
match
of
three
hundred
forty
four
thousand
three
hundred
fifty
three.
K
D
Anyone
else
I
also
too,
would
like
to
thank
the
other
council
members
for
reelecting
me
as
council
chair.
It
is
an
honor
to
serve
that
again
and
I
appreciate
it
and
we're
all
together
on
this,
and
we
know
Dave
why
he
likes
it
too.
Not
me
because
he's
in
the
restroom,
that's
one
privilege,
I,
don't
have
I'm
stuck
here
til
the
end
at
this
point,
I
would
like
to
open
it
up
to
public
announcements
from
the
public.
Five
minutes
come
to
the
podium.
L
Hello,
council,
chair
and
mayor
just
want
to
touch
on
a
couple
of
upcoming
programs.
First
off
Monday
January
27th
at
7
p.m.
at
Carolyn,
Kennedy
Library.
We
will
be
discussing
Antarctica
life
and
the
extreme
join
dr.,
Oren,
Gelder
Luce,
who
journeyed
to
this
cotton
of
ice
and
snow
and
learn
about
the
many
fascinating
creatures
that
have
evolved
in
this
harsh
environment.
Also,
with
this
new
year,
we're
starting
a
couple
of
new
programs,
the
first
off
starting
in
February
we're
going
to
be
getting
on
board
with
hoopla.
L
With
this
service
you
can
download
movies
or
audio
books
or
books
certain
number
per
resident
for
each
month.
So
we're
going
to
be
doing
that,
starting
in
February.
Also
on
the
program
we're
doing
this
year,
our
libraries
across
the
state
often
check
out
esoteric
items
of
need
into
their
particular
community.
L
We
have
started
a
program
where
the
first
of
these
items
we're
going
to
get,
is
checking
out
floor
level,
carpet
fans
to
help
dry
floors
on
the
event
of
a
weather
emergency
or
to
simply
use
for
cleaning
or
drying
floors
or
paint
or
whatever
more
for
inflatables.
We're
gonna
have
a
few
available
at
JFK
to
start
a
rather
modest
amount
and
may
add
more
as
required,
based
on
demand.
M
This
is
for
South
Durban
Heights,
Civic
Association,
and
so
it
will
be
on
the
22nd,
which
is
next
Wednesday,
and
it's
going
to
be
at
the
Westwood
admin
office
is
located
at
three
three
three
five
South
Beach
daily,
seven
to
nine
pm,
and
that
is
the
South
Dearborn
Heights
Civic
Association,
and
we
already
have
fire
chief
Brogan,
committed
I,
believe
in
our
neighborhood
person
will
be
there.
Our
neighborhood
watch
I,
don't
think
we
have
911.
M
We
have
a
commitment
from
two
gentlemen
and
the
the
building
here,
I
think
deputy
police
chief
will
hopefully
fill
in
because
the
police
chief
was
commented
for
Thursday,
but
he
teaches
on
Wednesday
and
I
hope
to
also
have
our
emergency
person
there.
So
if
you
want
to
meet
and
greet,
ask
questions,
this
is
a
place
to
come,
and
then
in
February
we
will
be
having
our
second
meeting,
which
will
be
on
the
fourth
Thursday
and
that'll,
be
the
27th
and
the
rest
of
the
year
through
October
will
be
the
fourth
Thursday
of
the
month.
M
Again,
seven
to
nine
and
at
that
meeting
we
will
have
the
Westwood
Community
School
District
Superintendent,
dr.
style
Simmons,
who
will
talk
about
an
upcoming
possible
millage
for
district?
What
used
to
be
district
eight
is
no
whistle
community
and
something
about
a
sinking
fund
that
you
might
want
to
read
up
on
before
we
talk
about
it
and
I
believe
it's
three
mill
increase
for
people
living
in
that
area
and
it
will
be
dedicated
as
to
how
much
your
house
is
assessed
as
to
what
you
will
be
paying.
M
So
that
will
be
of
interest
and
hopefully,
as
Walt
talked
earlier,
the
election
coming
up
right
behind
that
he's
planning
to
be
there
with
us,
and
if
you
have
the
questions,
I'm
sure
he
has
answers
and
well
one
thing
on
our
absentee
ballot.
People
are
asking
me
they
seem
confused.
There
are
two
spots
you
can
sign
if
you
want
one
because
you're
over
70,
or
you
can
also
sign
that
you
there's
there's
two
questions
there
in
the
top
part
there
and
they're
confused,
do
they
sign
both
or
do
they
sign
one
or
the
other?
There.
N
N
That
seems
to
be
some
confusion
if
you're
and
that'll
be
addressed
in
our
presentation,
but
if
you're
on
the
permanent
absentee
list,
all
that
does
is
guarantee
you
folks
for
an
application
to
be
automatically
sent
to
you
for
each
and
every
election.
You
must
reapply,
we
must.
Can
we
check
your
signature
on
each
and
every
election?
We
have
to
make
sure
it
is
really
you
that
wants
that
ballot
that
somebody
else
didn't
requested
for
you.
N
We
have
to
make
sure
that
you're
still
a
city
of
Dearborn
Heights
resident
and
that
you're
still
registered
in
the
city
of
Dearborn
Heights,
so
people
call
us
to
say
I
always
got
the
ballots.
I
never
had
to
apply
before
you
do
folks.
You
do.
You
have
to
apply
each
and
every
election
in
August
there'll
be
a
dual
application
for
both
the
August
and
the
November
presidential.
But
you
have
to
apply
for
every
election
and.
M
O
Good
evening
mr.
mayor
council,
chair
members
of
the
council,
a
couple
of
announcements-
real
quick
in
two
weeks
from
today
at
five
o'clock,
has
believe
it's
on
the
28th.
We
will
be
having
our
first
public
hearing
regard
the
regarding
the
federal
funds
that
we
have
to
apply
for
during
that
meeting.
I
will
be
discussing
all
the
proposals
that
we
have
received.
So
I
really
encourage
everyone
at
City
Council.
O
To
show
up
to
that
meeting,
you
will
be
tavill
televised
and
it
will
be
on
obviously
public
Channel
and
YouTube,
or
what
have
you
I
think
that
Department
has
also
should
of
this.
I
would
like
to
have
them
here
if
they
have
any
questions,
because
I
know
that
I
have
received
multiple
proposals
from
all
department
heads.
So
this
is
the
time
basically
to
discuss
that,
and
so
we
can
move
forward
and
keep
the
application
going
forward.
O
The
second
announcement
that
I
like
to
make
is
something
that
councilman
went
solo
I
mentioned
the
cdbg,
which
is
my
department,
does
have
money
available.
At
this
point
and
I
know,
I
have
been
keeping
in
contact
with
the
mayor
and
some
other
council
members
that
have
contacted
me.
We
do
have
money
available
to
help
various
people.
It
is
cash
flow
on
of
the
bank,
so
it
is
income
or
income
driven.
So
everybody
is
welcome
to
apply.
We
will
help
to
fix
your
house.
O
We
will
help
you,
you
know,
get
your
heat
and
your
roof
and
what
have
you
that
money
is
available?
It's
sitting
it
in
the
bank,
a
portion
of
it,
at
least
at
this
point,
so
I
do
hope
that
you
guys
can
Carlos.
The
phone
number
is
three
one:
three,
seven,
nine
one
3500
just
call
this
number
there's
somebody
there
from
8:00
to
5:00
and
we'll
get
back
to
you,
and
hopefully
we
can
help
as
many
residents
as
possible.
O
B
Well,
since
well,
first
off
good
evening,
everybody
and
since
councilman
musket
already
burst
in
my
bubble
of
my
announcement,
Warren
Valley
does
have
golf
simulators
now.
Eric
was
trying
to
come
here
today
to
speak
about
him
and
let
everybody
know,
but
if
you
would
like
to
go
in
there
and
check
them
out,
he's
the
doors
open
for
you
to
come
on
in
council
residents.
Any
money
if
you
like
to
go
check
it
out,
just
the
CLO
demonstration
I
will
tell
you.
I
did
try.
B
D
P
Good
evening,
council,
chair
I
forgot
to
congratulate
you
and
constantly
bazi
I'm,
not
being
reelected
it's
evening.
Thank
you.
I
just
want
to
take
a
minute
to
recognize
larry,
domsky,
probably
never
thought
I'd
do
that.
Did
you
Larry
and
I
worked
together
for
20
plus
years
and
Taylor
I
was
a
police
officer
and
larry
domsky
was
a
lowly.
We
used
to
call
him
a
hug
celery,
so
he
was
an
auxiliary
police
officer
and
he
retired
from
the
tail
of
the
police
department.
As
the
Chief
of
Police
Larry
was
also
a
contractor.
P
P
P
Seeing
you
again
Larry
after
all
these
years,
you
he
actually
worked
on
my
previous
house
and
gave
one
rights
and
put
some
put
some
good
sighting
in
it.
Good
job
I,
just
like
to
say
a
couple
of
things
the
council
have
had
to
at
the
last
I
believe
was
last
meeting
mean
before
after
the
audit
had
to
increase
water
rates
for
the
over
the
next
five
years.
I
believe
is
six
and
a
half
percent,
and
you
have
to
do
what
you
have
to
do.
P
P
It's
compounded,
isn't
just
six
and
a
half
percent,
it's
six
and
a
half
percent,
and
then
six
and
after
side
on
top
of
that
six
and
a
half
percent
and
then
six
and
a
half
percent
on
top
of
that
six
and
a
half
percent.
So
what
isn't?
Just
it's
a
big
pill
for
people
to
swallow,
especially
those
are
our
fixed
income,
our
folks
that
are
retired
and
folks
are
getting
up
in
age.
So
it's
a
big.
It's
a
big
chunk
for
them
to
take,
and
yes,
I
did
say
something
this
evening
about.
P
You
know
pay
raises,
and
it
wouldn't
be
such
a
problem
if,
when
that
Commission,
the
local
officers
Compensation
Commission
kind
of,
took
into
account
the
fact
that
it
I
want
to
see,
especially
like
our
hard-working
Clerk,
okay
I
can
speak
a
little
bit
about,
because
that
I've
got
a
chance
to
know
him
a
bit.
You
know
put
in
all
these
hours.
P
He
deserves
to
be
paid,
everybody
deserves
to
be
paid,
but
they're,
comparing
other
cities
and
other
elected
officials,
and
these
folks
are
working
five
days
a
week
and
well
I
know
you,
sir
I
work
a
lot
more
than
five
days,
especially
in
elections.
We
need
to
get
our
city
back.
In
five
days
a
week
everybody's
paid
here,
all
the
residents
in
the
city
of
paid.
P
We
paid
our
dues,
we
did,
they
had
the
override
the
city
is
doing
better
I'm
sure
all
of
our
employees
would
like
to
get
paid
for
forty
hours
instead
of
thirty
two
hours.
We
all
want
to
get
back
to
doing
our
best
to
get
back
to
40-hour,
Work
Week.
We
need
to
work
the
other
pulley
obstacles
away
and
get
it
back
to
40
hours
a
week
and
get
everybody
on
even
playing
field.
Thank
you.
Thank.
Q
I
need
that
frolic
everything,
I'm
Robin
Dale
Street,
might
think
we
must
have
brought
up
the
paper
issue.
Okay,
now
I
was
going
to
suggest
things.
I
hear
they
said
that
you
had
get
a
petition,
people
sign
what,
if
I
collected
all
the
papers
you
know
and
that
the
on
the
papers,
it
says
free
press
on
that,
okay
and
brought
them
that
you
take
them
papers,
take
them
down
to
the
district
attorney
office.
Q
Put
it
right
in
front
of
him,
okay,
saying
the
residents
don't
want
this
okay,
we
have
an
ordinance
and
that
you
get
a
dress
because
it
be
on
the
news.
Okay
and
you'll
get
a
big
applause
for
that.
Okay,
because
something
being
done,
that's
number
one
number
second
issue:
I
want
to
congratulate
miss
Maxwell
that
Baz
it
because
you
do
one
hell
of
a
job
in
keeping
an
American
straight.
Q
When
the
issue
came,
when
the
issue
came
up
about
them,
money
situation
that
you
brought
up
in
that
and
and
that
I
watched
the
reaction
of
councilman
Jeremy
rocky
and
the
mirror,
how
they
the
reactions
and
that
I
myself
personally
feel
that
you
should
get
your
own
attorney.
Okay,
when
it
comes
to
money
issues
and
not
have
a
McGary,
my
Lackey
got
salt
with
you
and
and
then
he's
double
dipping.
Okay,
he's
a
saint
he's
in
your
corner
and
he's
giving
the
advice
to
the
mayor.
Q
Okay,
that's
number
number
two
and
number
three,
the
paper
yeah
what
he
called,
but
the
trash
I
brought
up
about
the
barrels
in
that
okay.
I
got
the
number
that
with
a
that,
but
them
garbage
cans
are
always
full.
Okay
and
I'll.
Keep
bringing
that
issue
up
and
and
that,
why
is
garbage?
Can
it's
taken
care
of
by
the
businesspeople
yeah?
That's
that
should
be
automatically
the
ordinance
officer
needs
to
go
through
every
one
of
these
business
people
say:
hey.
You
know
you,
you
need
to
call.
