Description
The Dearborn Heights City Council Meeting taking place Tuesday, September 24th 2019.
A
C
D
E
A
A
A
F
F
Says
pay
EPM
group
benefits
Advisors
LLC
for
twenty
seven
thousand
five
hundred
says
that
make
the
check
payable
to
PM
group
I,
don't
know
who
that
group
is
and
I
know
a
few
months
ago
we
some
of
the
council,
approved
by
Moran,
to
do
this
and
I.
Don't
know
if
that's
a
subcontractor
plant
Marin,
if
it
is
I,
don't
know
why
we
didn't
go
with
play
with
it,
with
the
subcontractors
that
I've
been
with
plant
Marin
and
again.
This
is
something
else
we
I
discuss.
H
G
The
question
and
those
two
items
whose
because
you
know
for-
and
this
is
for
the
mr.
case
for
the
audience-
this
is
for
pipe
tech
infrastructure
in
the
pipe
cleaning.
So
we're
cleaning
and
I
looked
at
this
from
826
through
nine
eight,
so
about
a
12-day
period,
we
had
combined,
give
or
take
right
around
twenty
thousand
dollars.
So
my
main
question
to
you
is:
is
this
something
there
a
you
personally
monitor
I
presume,
or
at
least
somebody
within
your
department
and
and
B?
What
is
the
criteria?
G
I
I
So
this
combination
of
all
the
above
okay
you're,
the
one-
that's
monitoring,
oh
yeah,
so
all
they
also
have
a
database
that
it's
all
digital,
so
all
their
camera
and
all
that
work
and
all
the
coding
is
going
to
this
database
and
with
our
new
sewer
lining
contract,
they're
they're
gonna
build
that
into
our
GIS,
so
that
we'll
have
be
able
to
have
management
reports
for
asset
improvement.
You
know
for
funding
for
future
budgets.
G
And
I
know
this
is
one
that
we
pay
somewhat
of
an
ongoing
basis
and
I
also
know
it's
the
next
item
under
8
a
so
yeah.
It
sounds
635
and
it's
also
on
8
8.
So
the
question
of
you:
this
is
no
Mon
that
we
pay
yearly
fifteen
thousand
seven
hundred
dollars
and
they
monitor
this
particular
station.
This
is
for
the
eCourse
creek,
the
stream
gauging
station,
and
it
says
they
turn
in
the
data,
obviously
to
us
and
the
Army
Corps
of
Engineers
book.
G
I
J
C
Come
stimulus,
I
have
one
on
6:30
again,
it's
the
old
old
orchard,
pond
frustration
that
came
up
hey
again
and
I'm
kind
of
I,
don't
know
how
to
really
tackle
this
just
come
out
and
say
it.
I
asked
the
Comptroller
to
give
us
the
amount
of
before
the
buglet
and
how
much
we
had
left
and
I
received
her
email
that
she
sent
me.
C
C
The
corporate
fund
has
paid
nine
thousand
eight
hundred
twenty
dollars
in
legal
fees
and
in
another
$20,000
to
dart
$20,000
for
some
engineering,
which
I
believe
should
have
come
out
of
that
$250,000
and
that
was
above
what
we,
as
a
council,
approved
two
hundred
and
fifty
thousand
dollars.
This
is
a
private
okay
and
the
the
you
know
the
the
email
says
that
the
residents
are
contributing
over
three
hundred
thousand
toward
the
grain
project.
That
it's
mostly
the
responsibility
in
the
city.
It
is
not
the
responsibility
of
the
city.
C
J
And
then
I
will
ask
the
operation
council
if
I'm
incorrect,
you
pointed
out
this:
was
we
entered
into
an
agreement
as
a
city
with
the
association
with
the
taxpayers
that
live
in
that
area
and
they
have
responsibilities
and
we
have
responsibilities.
If
you
wanted
to
bring
up
some
of
these
challenges,
that
would
have
been
the
time
to
bring
it
up.
We
did
no,
you
did
not,
and
the
fact
of
the
matter
is
that
I
think
you
voted
for
that
I
did
well.
Then
you
approve
that.
So
what
we're
doing
is
following
the
agreement.
K
C
Know
when
we
come
into
this
agreement,
it
was
two
hundred
and
fifty
thousand
dollars
and
I.
Remember
that
going
back
and
forth
and
even
god
rest
her
soul,
Councilwoman
Marge,
Marge
Horvath
was
bringing
it
up
about
being
a
private
pond
and
we
should
not
be
touching
anything
that
was
private,
but
we
as
a
city
did
say
that
we
had
some
infrastructure
problems
that
led
to
some
of
this.
So
we
we
took,
we
took
responsibility
for
that
part.
J
These
are,
there
were
legal
costs
related
to
the
agreement
the
association
had
and
paid
for
their
own
attorney
costs,
so
they
had
an
attorney.
The
city
had
an
attorney.
It
was
agreed
that
it
would
be
formulated
into
a
contract
because
we
also
are
turning
over
to
them
that
they
have
to
do
the
maintenance
on
an
ongoing
basis,
and
so
all
of
we
were
protected
as
a
community
I
think
those
dollars
to
have
mr.
Miyagi
involved
in
that
process
was
was
money
well
spent,
but
the
Association
also
always
had
legal
that
they
paid.
C
And
I
understand
that,
but
now
the
rest
of
the
money
stole
the
rest
of
the
city
still
paying
for
with
their
tax
money
and
that
time
does
not
belong
to
them.
Nobody
can
just
say
pick
up,
say
well,
guy
that
lives
over
on
joy,
road
and
Inkster
decides.
He
wants
to
go
over
to
us.
Put
a
dinghy
in
the
pond
over
there.
He's
not
gonna
be
allowed
to
do
that,
but
he
had
he's
paying
for
it.
So
what
are
we
gonna
do
here?
L
All
of
this
was
brought
up
previously,
and
it
was
understood
that
we
were
going
to
be
bearing
some
of
the
cost
and
two
hundred
fifty
thousand
dollars
I
believe
was
the
maximum
amount
toward
the
project
construction.
So
I.
Don't
think
that
all
of
these
other
costs
that
are
being
referred
to
was
within
that
two
hundred
and
fifty
thousand
dollars
I
don't
haven't
reviewed
the
agreement.
I
haven't
been
contact
and
advanced
to
explain
that
that's.
E
Thank
you.
Would
you
like
to
respond
sure
if
I
may
I,
you
know
the
expenditures
you're
gonna,
see
from
the
city
are
the
full
five
hundred
in
some
thousand
dollars
that
it
takes
to
construct
this
pond.
The
city's
share
is
two
hundred
fifty
thousand.
We
are
going
to
be
repaid
by
the
special
assessment.
That's
on
the
axé
Bills
of
the
residents
in
the
River
Oaks
area
that
they're
going
to
be
paying
over
the
next
15
years.
E
You
remember
you
lowered
it
down
from
120
some
dollars
to
98
dollars
a
year
for
15
years
now,
if
a
home
cells
in
that
district,
that
special
assessment
needs
to
be
paid
off.
We
had
four
or
five
of
those
occur
within,
since
you
guys
approved
the
agreement
and
now-
and
so
you
know-
but
otherwise
the
residents
and
River
Oaks
are
gonna,
be
paying
for
the
next
15
years,
an
actual
98
dollars
on
their
tax
bills,
which
will
be
paying
back
the
water
fund
for
their
share
of
the
project.
Are
you
yeah?
E
Now
you
may
see
Wade
trim
invoices
for
this
construction,
which
is
all
part
of
that
budget
of
the
whole
project.
You
know
so
the
project
to
do
the
construction,
maybe
four
hundred
and
eighty
thousand
and
then
Wade
trim
share
for
there.
You
know
consulting
and
all
of
that
maybe
20
something.
Would
you
come
up
to
the
five
hundred
thousand
dollars,
but
you'd
have
to
look
at
that
budget
to
see
to
make
sure
that
everything
lines
up
you
if
you
see
what
I'm
saying
but.
E
D
Hicks
Clayton.
Thank
you,
a
question
more
related
to
626,
and
this
is
with
this-
is
the
annual
tech
support
for.
Let's
see,
I
think
it.
Somebody
to
revive
his
I
I,
revised
I
wanna,
make
sure
I
have
it
correctly
revised
re
viz
e
revised.
This
is
the
company
that
we
contracted
with
to
do
the
or
the
new
website.
D
This
looks
like
an
annual
fee
for
service
and
software
updates
and
tech
support
of
1850.
But
my
question
is
we,
as
a
council
body
two
years
ago,
I
believe
authorized
and
approved
payment
for
an
app
and
the
app
was
I'm
gonna
say
similar.
Not
it
was
not
SeeClickFix
but
like
SeeClickFix,
where
residents
could
download
the
app
to
their
phone
and
when
they
see
a
pothole
or
an
ordinance
violation
or
something
they
can
take
a
picture
and
it
gets
routed
through
the
app
to
the
correct,
appropriate
Department.
D
J
G
O
O
I
P
A
B
A
G
P
J
It's
actually
something
that,
and
if
any
of
you
want
to
actually
measure
it,
you
can
find
your
on
your
phone,
but
it
breaks
very
accurately
time
and
levels
of
the
creek,
and
so
that
accurate
gauge
has
been
a
extremely
strong
point
in
our
justification.
To
show
that
there
needs
to
be
a
solution
to
the
icarus
Creek.
J
So
one
of
the
things
when
we
started
getting
hybrids,
that's
a
visual,
but
in
addition,
these
geological
thing
tells
us
also
that
the
creek
is
rising
in
that
we're
in
the
risk
for
a
flooding
situation.
But
the
key
is
that's
the
statistical
database
to
support
the
fact
that
we
have
a
problem.
It
needs
solution.
Okay,.
A
Q
A
C
A
G
Move
that
we
concur
with
John
sell
me.
Public
works
director
who
has
reviewed
the
change
order.
Number
one
prepared
by
weight,
trim,
2019
Louis
manners
street
paving
program,
and
this
is
to
address
ad
a
ramps
in
sidewalk
throughout
the
project
area.
The
change
old
order
will
result
in
a
one
hundred
and
fourteen
thousand
five
hundred
dollar
increase
to
the
contract.
Value
is
outlined
at
item
9a
support,
support.
I
I'll
try
to
answer
to
the
best
of
my
ability,
so
they
they
were
not
in
the
original
bid.
Spec
I,
don't
know
in
the
past
on
the
reasoning
why
I
drove
through
the
area
with
fawn
here
from
Wade
trim
notice
that
they
weren't
a
part
of
the
project.
I
came
to
the
mayor
and
asked
him
if
you
know
if
he
would
thought
that
this
was
something
that
the
council
would
entertain.
In
my
opinion,
that
if
you're
gonna
do
a
road
project
in
a
neighborhood,
you
should
make
the
sidewalks
and
ramps
ad
a
compliant.
P
I
G
Are
we
all
so
yeah
yeah,
director
I,
know
I
had
a
conversation
with
you
about
this
and
and
I
for
one
can
tell
you
I'd
like
to
have
this
a
part
of
our
future
proposals.
You
know,
quite
frankly,
if
I
had
a
conversation
with
you,
I
had
no
idea
that
they
don't
typically
include
this
here
in
this
city
and
I.
Think
that's.
This
is
something
is
very
important.
Our
residents.
I
O
I
Existing
sidewalks
there
from
when
that
subdivision
was
built,
I'm
guessing
in
the
50s
or
60s
right,
so
the
standards
have
changed
over
time.
So,
as
you
go
in
to
do
projects,
you
need
to
bring
them
up
to
the
current
stand.
There
are
current
ramps
there.
They
may
not
be
compliant
in
grade
or
slow
or
ramps
that
lead
to
nowhere,
like
I,
said
earlier
or
not
move
on.
If
you
want
to
so.
O
I
O
Yes,
I'm
not
arguing
about
it,
but
I'm,
saying
if
it
my
point
was:
it
was
originally
in
the
contract
and
material
labor
were
figured
in
for
the
knot
non-compliant
sidewalk.
It
would
be
that
much
different,
but
you're
saying
it
was
never
put
into
the
original
bid.
That's
no
sign
would
work
on
those
senators.
I
A
D
Madam
chair,
thank
you.
I
just
want
to
say,
I
think
this
could've
been
prevented,
and
we
should
have
the
insight
to
know
that
graphics
of
our
community
and
there's
an
aging
community
moving
forward.
We
need
to
make
sure
that
we
accommodate
this.
You
know
the
88
ramps
and
the
sidewalks
I,
don't
know
why
we
and
we're
caught
it's
costing
us
now,
so
why
we
should
always
do
it
and
be
proactive.
D
A
R
With
with
federal
dollars,
it's
certainly
a
requirement
any
federal
dollars
that
are
played
that
are
used
on
a
project
you
have
to.
You
have
to
update
the
ad
a
rent,
the
ramps
to
be
a
VA
compliant
within
within
the
project
limits
when
we,
when
we
use
city
dollars
its
it's
a
city
decision
at
that
juncture,
it's
not
illegal.
It's
my
understanding
that
it's
not
illegal
to
to
to
not
update
upgrade
them,
but
you
also
run
the
risk
of
you
know.
R
C
A
D
Thank
you,
madam
chair
move,
to
concur
with
Fire
Chief
David
Brogan
and
grant
his
request
to
purchase
the
items
that
are
outlined
here
on
9b,
and
this
is
part
of
the
Michigan
Economic
Development
grant.
The
total
for
these
purchases
is
66
thousand
one
hundred
eight
dollars
and
sixty
six
cents
and
is
to
be
paid
out
a
capital
outlay
upon
receipt,
support,
support.
A
C
A
F
Guess
there's
questions
for
deputy
director
husband
process.
You
have
a
lot
of
experience
in
the
Parks
and
Rec
area.
I've
talked
to
a
lot
of
residents
over
the
last
couple
of
years
about
the
spirit
festival.
Why
is
it
always
on
one
side
of
the
town?
Not
the
other,
have
you
guys
or
have
you
looked
at
the
possibility
of
maybe
a
rotating
it
like
every
other
year
that.
P
F
Obviously
the
director
had
dad
just
got
here
so
I
wanted
to
ask
I
mean
I,
don't
know
if
he
talked
to
all
the
residents
that
deputy
director
I've
talked
to
in
the
last
15
years
or
so,
but
I
know
I've
talked
to
a
lot
of
residents
over
the
last
two
years
about
what
this
festival
to
be
on
the
other
side
of
town,
like
maybe
rotate
it
every
other
year.
So
all
I'm
asking
is:
have
you
experienced.
J
A
A
A
A
F
A
G
Councilman
Abela
I
believe
the
council,
you're
gonna,
be
answering
this
phone
I
was
taking,
but
I
want
to
do
this,
I
didn't
see
any
type
of,
or
maybe
the
director
I
didn't
see
any
type
of
opt-out
clause
for
us
in
the
event,
for
whatever
reason
we
decide
that
we're
not
gonna
go
in
this
direction.
Do
we
have
an
opt-out
clause
with,
of
course,
certain
notice
to
this
particular
company?
G
Now
the
reason
I'm
asking
for
the
opt-out
clause
to
be
in
there,
if
either
a
because
of
financial
reasons
or
be
even
more
importantly,
if,
for
whatever
reason
and
I'm,
just
throwing
it
out
that
we
end
up
deciding
that
you
know
what
this
company
is
just
not
doing
a
good
enough
job
for
us
we'd
like
to
get
somebody
else.
Do
we
have
a
particular
opt-out
clause?
No,
can
we
have
that
added
with
prohibition
of
the
council
I.
L
Think
you
might
but
I
think
that
would
change
the
underlying
basis
for
the
agreement
and
I.
Don't
know
how
the
contractor
would
look
at
things
because
I
mean
essentially
they
look
a
long
time
in
advance
on
all
of
these,
and
so,
if
you're
going
to
tell
them,
we
may
or
may
not
use
you,
then
they
may
say
we
may
or
may
not
want
to
do
business
with
you,
Dearborn
Heights,
because
you're
not
giving
us
certainty.
That's
why
these
are
5-year
agreements
and
I
think
they
routinely
happen.
G
L
G
I'll
question
you
agreement
so
question
you:
if
hypothetically
the
city
of
Dibble
heights
decided
to
go
in
a
different
direction
as
far
as
you
know,
these
types
of
festivals-
or
you
know
the
spirit,
festival
carnival,
that's
what
I
was
looking
for.
If
we
decided
to
go
in
a
different
direction,
hypothetically,
let's
say
we
decided
we're
not
doing
this
next
year
or
two
years
from
now,
we
still
have
to
be
able
to
full
five
years.
Is
that
correct
that.
L
G
F
Of
the
things
I'm
actually
going
to
vote
no
for
this
and
the
reason
why
is
I,
don't
know
why
we
didn't
allow
the
contract
to
run
out
before
we
sign
for
another
five-year
contract
and
without
sending
it
out
for
bids
or
sending
out
for
to
see
if
the
city
can
have
something
better.
So
obviously
that's
that's
not
acceptable
to
me
and,
as
mentioned
before,
I
mean
I
I'm
I'm,
not
gonna,
sign
for
another
five-year
contract
to
something
that
we
don't
know.
If
there's
anybody
that
can
provide
a
better
carnival
for
our
city,
okay,.
C
Want
to
prove
this
because
the
spirit
fest
means
a
lot
to
the
city
and
I'd
hate
to
see
lose.
It
I
do
understand
about
rotating
I,
had
that
vision
of
parkland,
Park
and
other
places
of
that
nature,
but
which
we
could
take
that
up
into
a
different
meeting,
but
I,
surely
don't
want
to
lose
it.
You
know
I've
been
coming
to
this
spirit
for
us
for
a
long
time
and
I
believe
this
company
has
been
here
for
a
long
time
and
they
do
a
doggone
good
job.
A
S
J
C
A
Why
I
have
the
floor
at
this
point
and
I'm
in
a
state
that
I
we
saw
have
a
contract
for
2020
and
we
have
a
contract
still
in
place
for
2020
and
2021
nothing's
going
to
change
with
that,
because
no
one
opted
out.
This
is
going
beyond
2021
and
if
some
council
members
feel
that
they
want
to,
maybe
next
year
start
looking
forward
to
getting
bids,
then
that
would
be
a
fair
choice.
I
would
think
I
mean
at
this
point
for
the
next
two
years.
A
O
A
O
Being
from
the
south
end,
I
was
very
interested
in
cosmic
bodies,
comment
on
the
rotating
I'm
guessing,
but
I
guess
that
75%
of
the
people
attend
the
spirit
festival
from
the
north
end
of
Dearborn
Heights,
because
I'm
from
the
south
and
I
make
it
a
point
to
go,
because
my
involvement
with
the
city
but
I'm
sure
a
lot
of
people
out
there
from
the
south
end
not
I'm.
Having
never
been
to
the
spirit
festival,
it's
basically
a
walking
distance
thing
mostly
because
you
know
the
parking
situations
hardly
well.
O
O
O
G
Wanna
make
sure
clarification
so
because
I
don't
want
anybody,
get
the
wrong
impression.
We're
not
voting
whether
we
want
the
spirit,
festival
or
not.
We
all
still
want
the
spirit
festival.
This
is
just
in
in
for
this
particular
contractor.
That's
all
we're
actually
and
whether
we
want
to
extend
it
for
an
additional
three
years,
but
we
are
not
voting
whether
we
want
the
spirit
festival
or
not.
So
if
I
can
clarify
that
nature
could
I
do
want
it
tell.

Chair
Councilwoman
hooks
Clayton
get
Mary
make
it
a
new
motion.
Please
surest
item
I'd
like
to
move
that
this
item
90
be
referred
back
to
the
administration
and
to
our
through
our
Parks
and
Recreation
Director,
to
do
the
bid
process
and
also
we
need
to
talk
about
the
cost
and
bring
it
back
to
the
City
Council
once
that
is
prepared,
support.
G
A
By
councilman
Abdullah,
is
there
any
further
discussion,
all
those
in
favor
say
aye,
those
opposed
the
eyes.
Have
it
next
item
on
the
agenda.
We
have
police
chief
bolt
attorney
amendment
2
motion,
1
9-3
35,
to
purchase
for
the
purchase
of
two
additional
in-car
computer
systems.
Council
chair
calls
my
musket
I.
C
Move
that
council
approved
the
amended
amount
of
money,
the
difference
of
three
hundred
and
twenty
nine
dollars
and
thirty
four
cents
for
the
two
laptop
computers
that
were
approved
in
a
prior
City
Council
meeting,
as
approved
in
nine
II.
It
was
an
old
quote
that
they
were
going
off
of,
and
it
was
just
a
slight
error.
Okay,.
A
G
Well,
just
the
clerk
has
asked
us
to
this
is
McAlister
this
September
there's
a
backup
on
item
5a
from
a
September
10th
meeting
in
regards
to
the
proposed
alley,
vacation
north
of
Ford
Road
between
our
Drive
and
Martha
and
clerk
has
recommended.
It
would
be
appropriate
for
us
to
vote
on
this
petition
being
that
we
did
not
vote
on
it.
The
last
time.
C
C
A
D
C
A
D
Am
sure
I
have
a
few
just
before
I
do
well,
no
actually
I
think
always
be
two
or
three,
but
the
first
one
is
DTE.
Okay,
I
know,
there's
a
lot
of
concern.
We've
had
a
lot
of
calls.
I've
been
in
communication
with
our
DT
government
liaison
and
I
know
she's
put
in
to
submit
from
the
engineer's
to
get
an
update.
Why
Dearborn
Heights
in
different
pocket
areas
or
having
so
many
outages,
and
this
is
when
you
know
it's
a
beautiful
day-
there's
not
inclement
weather.
J
One
of
the
things
I
have
done
is
making
outreach
to
other
communities.
I
found
it
and
I
guess
I
wasn't
aware
of
this.
Maybe
I
should
have
done.
Some
of
the
western
suburbs
are
utilized
consumers,
energy
and
that
DTE,
but
I
think
one
community
making
a
complaint
will
not
be
sufficient
to
move
the
needle.
If
you
will
and
I'm
finding
that
Garden
City,
Redford,
Township,
Dearborn
and
other
communities
have
been
experiencing
the
same
kind
of
difficulty.
J
So
that
has
been
my
effort
is
to
get
the
down
rivers
and
the
Western
Conference
and
to
join
in
a
resolution
when
I
called
further
west.
That's
when
I
found
out
through
some
of
the
mayors
and
supervisors
I
know
that
they
said
well,
we'll
be
supportive
of
you,
but
we
actually
are
not
serviced
by
D
to
E.
J
So
it
becomes
a
little
bit
trouble
problematic
for
us
to
continue
in
the
complaint,
but
we
will
join
with
you
and
be
supportive
so
that
that's
direction
that
I'm
going
through
and
I'm
asking
that
an
official
complaint,
especially
in
the
fact
that
DTE
is
putting
in
for
rate
increases
that
those
be
held
up
until
they
can
satisfy
the
other.
The
other
thing
I
will
mention
to
you
that
and
one
of
the
power
outages
not
too
long
ago.
J
It
was
actually
during
the
saintliness
festival
a
couple
years
ago
that
I
went
out
and
offered
water,
because
it
was
near
my
where
I
live
and
they
were
fixing
the
particular
power
line
and
the
man
was
from
I
think
it
was
Allegheny
electrical
and
he
was
about
my
age
and
he
told
me
one
of
the
reasons
he
got
sent
to
help
restore
power
in
Michigan.
Southeastern
Michigan
was
because
of
the
fact
that
the
grid
that
we
use
here
is
really
well
outdated
and
he
said
I
learned
on
these
particular
outdated
things.
J
So
when
they
came
around
and
wanted
people
to
go
into
southeastern
Michigan
to
fix
it,
they
knew
that
I
had
originally
grown
up
and
had
been
trained
on
this
kind
of
equipment.
Now,
I
found
that
very
interesting
that
wire
you
know
do
we
have.
Is
that
a
major
reason
and
cause
for
the
disruption?
So
so
that's
and
I
will
keep
all
of
you
in
tune,
but
that's
I
think
our
best
effort
is
to
join
with
our
other
communities,
come
up
with
a
coalition
and
then
strike
out
at
the
Public
Service
Commission
level.
D
D
I
think
it
is
an
upgrade
to
the
infrastructure
problem
that,
because
every
time
we're
told
that
it's
an
infrastructure
problem
right
and
so
pay
enough
that
we
should
be
getting
something
done
and
we
should
be
lighting
for
community
I
have
two
more
things:
real,
quick,
the
van
Bourne
corridor,
because
I
had
asked
this
question
before
and
I
think
residents
want
to
know
as
much
as
I
believe
the
council
wants
to
know.
Is
there
an
update
on
that
project?
I.
J
Have
a
lunch
set
up
with
the
mayor
of
Taylor
and
we
will
debt
is
the
number
one
topic
in
regards
to
it
and
then
I
think
the
way
to
trim
individuals
gahbage
ship
is
would
have
been
when
he
was
here.
We
could
have
asked,
but
we
want
to
get
that
moving,
and
the
mayor
of
Taylor
indicated
to
me
is
still
very
strong
support,
but
we
want
to
get
it
moving
very.
D
Good,
the
last
thing
I
have
is
for
more
of
a
awareness
for
folks
that
Fire
Prevention
Week
is
coming
up.
It's
in
October,
October
6
through
the
12th
and
I,
think
it's
really
important
that
we
acknowledge
our
firefighters,
who
are
paramedics
that
are
dedicated.
You
know
to
keeping
our
communities
safe
and
they're
committed
to
the
public
education
measures
and
the
outreach
that
they
do
and
again
you
know
keeping
everything
in
our
community
or
anyone
who
visits
our
community
safe.
D
So
this
year's
theme
for
Fire
Prevention
Week
is
not
every
hero,
wears
a
cape
plan
and
practice.
Your
escape
and
I
think
it's
really
important
that
we
acknowledge
our
first
responders,
and
that
includes
police
and
fire
for
their.
You
know
everything
they
do.
That
has
life-saving
impact,
so
I
just
want
to
extend
that,
because
that
we
won't
have
another
meeting
before
that
date,
but
to
say
thank
you
to
our
first
responders
in
our
fire.
F
C
Yeah
so,
but
I
do
believe
consumers
they
still
use
DTE
power
lines.
Do
they
not
I
do
not
know
the
answer
to
I
think
that
the
sumers
does
use
their
power
lines,
and
that
would
be
interesting
to
see
how
that
all
intertwines,
but
my
next
one
is
Warren
Valley
Golf
Course.
Have
we
at
least
come
to
an
agreement
with
the
managing
company
there?
We,
you
know
it's
been
over
a
year
now
and
I've
asked
this
question
before,
and
it's
been
three
or
four
meetings.
Since
you
said
you
were
gonna
have
a
meeting
with
them.
C
L
N
L
A
mayor
sounds
chair.
We
have
had
some
discussions
with
mr.
Burke's
rod,
and
we've
also
had
some
discussions
internally
about
certain
things
that
will
be
changed
without
necessarily
disturbing
the
underlying
agreement
that
we
have,
because
it
would
not
necessarily
be
advantageous.
For
example,
the
county
now
has
an
obligation
because
of
the
concession
agreement
to
provide
golf
carts.
If
we
change
that
their
obligations
made
sure
that
those
are
there
would
potentially
go.
So
it's
a
pretty
complex
issue,
and
but
it.
C
You
know
and
thank
you
for
the
update,
but
that
stuff
that
we
didn't
know
and
I
keep
asking
and
people
keep
asking
me
what's
going
on.
You
know
this
guy
wants
to
do
some
improvements
wants
to
bring
in
golf
simulators.
He
doesn't
want
to
spend
the
money
unless
he
has
some
sort
of
rock-solid
contract
for
the
future,
so
it
would
be
nice
if
we
got
an
update
of
what's
going
on
with
that
situation,
if
possible,
I
understand
its
contract
stuff,
but
no.
J
We're
happy
to
update,
in
fact
he
has
a
lot
of
good
ideas
and
suggestions.
We
have
offered
our
ideas
and
suggestions.
We
think
that,
for
instance,
the
restaurant
and
the
facilities
there
are
underutilized
we'd
like
to
see
evening
weekend
activities
over
there.
He
is
agreeable
one
of
the
things
that,
in
the
course
of
the
discussions
and
it
was
mentioned
earlier-
is
the
capital
needs
over
there,
which
may
be
a
little
more
significant,
but
the
other
difficulty
are
not
difficulty
we're
working
through
as
to
whose
obligation
these
improvements
are.
J
But
there
is
a
deep
desire
both
on
Eric
and
the
administration.
I
would
say,
on
behalf
the
city
to
upgrade
things
like
the
parking
lot
and
some
of
the
others,
but
we're
also
dealing
with
some
pumps,
we're
dealing
with
some
HVAC
equipment
that
we
need
to
make
a
clear
determination
as
to
what
it
will
cost
to
upgrade
or
keep
it
maintained
and
who's
going
to
pay
for
it,
and
that's
why
we
had
to
bring
Gary
in
mr.
J
miyagi,
because
under
these
agreements
that
all
comes
in
into
play
and
and
what
we're
getting
very
close
but
you're
right.
The
eric
has
made
the
comment
to
us
that
I'm
more
than
willing
to
put
in
like
three
simulators
but
I
want
to
make
sure
that
I'm
going
to
be
operating.
For
you
know
the
next
four
or
five
years
and
then
I'll
make
that
investment.
So
that
was
the
other
reason
for
bringing
mr.
miyagi
was
to
come
up
with
an
and
who's
gonna.
Do
what
when
and
so,
but
we're
more
than
happy
to
come
in.
J
I
am
also
disappointed.
In
fact,
I
am
NOT
getting
on
a
regular
basis,
financial
reports.
Apparently,
that
was
not
of
a
concern
to
the
county,
so
consequently
he
did
not
have
an
internal
one,
but
that's
important
for
all
of
us,
rather
than
a
verbal,
well
we're
doing.
Okay
and
just
an
that
which
is
not
acceptable,
so
I
am
working
hard
to
get
that
financial.
Thank
you
for
that
update
now,.
P
N
O
Up
above
the
updates,
we
passed
a
motion
in
March
to
have
monthly
updates
been
six
months
and
we
haven't
gotten
and
not
one
update,
I
know
that
the
people
don't
know
about
during
the
season.
The
management
company
gives
us
the
city
twenty
five
thousand
dollars
a
month,
then
I
correct
on
that
and
an
off
season
it's
$2,500
a
month.
I
mean
this
is
to
be
public
public
information.
We
just
found
out
about
these
golf
cart,
I
mean.
If
people
ask
us
and
we
look
like
fools,
we
don't
know
any
answers.
It's
out
there.
O
The
information
is
out
there,
they're,
not
providing
the
financial
statement,
it's
up
to
the
city,
to
ask
them
and
require
it.
So
we
need
we
need
to
this.
Is
this?
Is
our
Golf
Course?
It's
not
someone
else's
golf
course.
So
it's
it's
our
golf
course
and
we've
got
to
maintain
it
and
improve
it
and
you
know
make
it
very
financially
sound
for
us
there's
a
city.
Okay!
Thank
you.
C
The
ever
mounting
complaints
on
gfl
this
has
just
gotten
way
out
of
hand
with
gfl.
This
is
an
everyday
complaint:
three
four
five,
ten
complaints
of
Dave
from
residents
throughout
the
city.
When
the
city
decided
to
go
with
g
FL,
the
it
was
Rizzo
at
the
time
transforming
over
to
g
FL,
the
owner
of
GF
l
came
here
from
toronto.
I
believe
the
state
stood
there
at
the
podium.
I
think
it's
time
for
that
owner
to
come
back
and
tell
us
what
the
heck
is
with
GFL.
C
It's
time
we
book
and
I'm
getting
ready
to
ask
that
we
drop
gfl
I
mean
I.
Look
down.
My
street
and
cans
are
all
over
the
place.
Cans
that
are
broken
garbage
all
over
the
place.
People
are
outside
picking
up
their
own
garbage
after
their
trash
was
picked
up.
This
is
getting
ridiculous.
We
paid
1.8
million
dollars
for
two
cans.
Now
I
find
out
that
the
recycling
isn't
working,
we
could
have
got
a
can
from
for
free
from
from
waste
management.
C
J
I
have
called
gfl
I
mean
our
office
gets
a
lot
of
the
complaints.
One
of
the
things
is
that
and
I
would
hope.
We
would
see
some
improvement.
They
took
the
individual
that
was
supervising
the
community
and
there
is
a
new
individual
Tony.
He
met
with
us,
but
I
had
already
contacted
the
GFL
representatives
and
said
the
council
wanted
to
talk
to
him
and
they
are
more
than
willing
to
come.
I
did
not
ask
them
to
bring
the
owner,
but
I
will
call
him
back
and
ask
ya.
C
C
C
A
F
Guess,
I
I
need
status
for
two
items
and
I
have
question
on
three:
the
first
one
for
the
hookah
application.
I
know
I
talked
to
a
Councilwoman
Lisa
hex
Clayton
earlier
and
I
know.
She
talked
to
you
mr.
Clarke
and
I
understand
that
there's
an
attorney
now
to
work
at
a
hookah
application.
I
just
wanted
the
status
as
what
do
you
think
that
will
be
done?
F
Should
they
give
you
a
timing
sure
can
we
just
want
to
make
sure
if
we
can
put
on
the
next
agenda
in
two
weeks?
Okay,
the
second
item
this
is
for
mr.
Miyagi.
We
asked
the
council
chair
and
myself
a
couple
of
meetings
back
when
you
stood
up
here.
We
asked
you
about
the
double-dipping
for
elected
officials,
so
I
need
to
ask
status
as
one
if
you
Argan
amend
the
ordinance
to
eliminate
the
elected
official
double-dipping
since
we're
only
work
four
days
a
week,
I.
L
A
L
F
F
So
I
think
right
now
for
the
residents.
A
lot
of
them
have
a
complain
that
why
is
elected
official
double
dipping
since
we're
only
open
four
days
a
week
so,
and
it
was
only
so
if
you're
not
gonna
revise.
It
would
like
to
get
an
opinion
letter
as
to
why
that
was
amended.
Just
for
certain
individuals,
elected
officials.
L
A
L
1963
when
they
ended
up
adopting
the
Michigan
Constitution,
this
was
something
that
was
done.
People
would
end
up
having
a
retirement
and
then
a
new
group
would
end
up
coming
into
office
and
they
would
end
up
trying
to
basically
take
it
away
from
people
who
already
were
getting
it,
and
so
the
people,
the
state
of
Michigan,
said
no.
We
are
not
going
to
end
up
having
that.
We
cannot
diminish
or
impair
an
accrued
financial
benefit,
and
that
includes
pensions.
L
Now,
I
will
give
you
an
opinion
with
regard
to
that
or
I
could
prepare
an
ordinance
which
I
will
tell
you
right
now
will
end
up
almost
clearly
being
a
violation
of
the
law
or
I
can
end
up
doing
the
ordinance.
I
told
you.
There
are
four
different
options
in
the
communication
that
I
sent
you
where
it
could
be
done.
Different
ways
and
I
also
indicated
that
the
original
proposal,
which
was
to
take
it
from
anyone
who
was
receiving
in
service
pension,
was
another
thing
that
was
raised
so,
which
is
it?
L
F
F
F
They've
been
almost
double
for
some,
so
I
like
to
find
out
or
like
to
ask:
why
is
that
some
residents
they
have
the
same
usage
of
water,
sometimes
less,
but
yet
they're
there
water
rates
is
doubling
so
anybody
that
can
answer
that,
because
I
know
a
lot
of
residents
are
waiting
to
find
out
what
the
status
wise
their
water
rates
are
increasing,
sometimes
are
doubling.
Do
you
have
copy.
C
Must
get
you
know?
We
spoke
about
this
a
few
council
meetings
ago
and
I
even
mentioned
that
a
home
that
my
mother-in-law
lived
in
and
she
wasn't
there
and
she
was
getting
her
bills
for
$48
a
month
was
two
minimum
charges
two
months,
yeah
too
much
scuse
me,
but
it
was
multiple
48.
So
so
it
was.
She
had
me.
She
needs
full-time
care,
so
she
was
at
my
house
and
we
asked
for
the
final
bill
ring.
Then
it
was
a
hundred
and
ninety
six
dollars.
C
You
know
years
ago
and
I
said
it
then
and
I'm
gonna
say
it
again.
I
asked
to
see
the
caliphate
calibration
reports
on
a
handheld
instrument
that
gets
plugged
in
to
the
meter.
No
one's
ever
produced,
one
I,
don't
know
if
we
even
had
it
calibrated
I
know.
Recently
we
just
purchased
a
new
one
of
refilled
and
I
do
understand
and
believe
that
the
water
meters
are
our
old.
We
know
that
okay,
but
how
do
you
go
from
$48
$48,
$48,
$48,
196
and
nobody's
living
there?
How
does
that
happen
and
there's
no
leaks?
C
I
I'd
like
to
respond
to
a
couple
of
things,
first
and
foremost,
if
you
have
an
address
that
has
a
water
bill
issue
and
we
are
unable
to
investigate
it.
I
can
never
give
you
an
answer
correct,
first
and
foremost.
Secondly,
calibration
of
equipment.
The
equipment
that
is
currently
used
by
this
city
is
upwards
of
30
years
old.
I
Its
unsupported
the
calibration
on
how
we
read
this
stuff,
though,
is
there's
a
wire
on
the
meter
that
goes
to
the
outside
box
that
is
attached
to
pins
and
the
gun
plugs
into
that
and
those
pins
give
it
a
number.
So
if
you
have
a
dispute
with
your
bill,
we
will
gladly
come
out
plug
in
our
device.
Show
you
the
read:
go
downstairs
and
match
it
under
read
with
the
meter.
I
I
Thing
to
that,
yes,
sir
okay
I
mean
that
in
in
my
opinion,
you
know
to
D,
invest
in
the
water
infrastructure.
You
know
cut
the
rates
and
do
things
of
those
lines
this.
This
is
going
to
only
create
a
bigger
problem
down
the
road
if
you're
not
gonna,
invest
in
your
infrastructure,
there's
many
more
technologies
out
there,
how
we
read
where
a
person
can
have
an
app
on
their
phone
see
they
read
every
five
minutes
if
they
wanted.
So
thank
you.
F
A
Well,
at
this
point,
I
understand
that
we
are
going
to
court
on
October
11th
Matthews
Chang,
who
was
our
attorney
said
today
that
he
was
made
aware
that
the
mayor
has
hired
a
new
attorney
named
Curtis
Wilder,
and
there
is
a
state
that
has
been
filed
at
4:20
today
and
also
they
are.
The
mayor
is
asking
the
judge
to
reconsider
her
decision
and
that's
all
I
know
I
just
know
that
we
all
all
these
things
are
going
to
happen
on
October
11th
at
court
in
Detroit.
F
The
reason
why
I
asked
his
some
somebody
sent
me
a
copy
of
a
document
that
I
try
to
actually
go
into
the
database
for
the
city
and
it
was
deleted,
but
luckily
the
some
residents
already
downloaded
it
so
I
just
took
some
information
for
the
FEMA
grant.
I
know
there's
been
two
grants,
one
for
2.8
million
one.
For
one
point:
four
million
and
I
know
there
was
a
hazard
mitigation
grant
program
that
was
submitted.
F
That
was
for
two
point:
eight
five
to
two
million
five,
eight
hundred
fifty-three
thousand
out
of
that
there
was
a
I
guess.
We
were
supposed
to
purchase
some
homes
on
Hanover
and
there's
one
home
on
Medicine.
So
I
asked
the
mayor's
assistant
few
months
ago
to
send
me
some
appraisals
for
that
for
those
properties
for
another
issue.
But
for
some
reason
some
of
the
residents
were
calling
me
about
the
same
same
homes
that
they're
not
happy
with
homes
that
were
some
of
the
prices
that
they
actually
saw.
F
What
we
submitted
to
FEMA
is
just
to
give
you
an
example.
There's
a
house
2
3
3
4,
0
Hanover.
We
paid
the
city
paid
ninety
six
thousand
dollars
for
that
home,
but
yet
the
city
reported
136,000
to
FEMA
or
the
state.
There's
another
house
I
mean
I
can
just
go
through
a
few
of
two
three
four
ten
Hannover
the
city
paid
132,000
to
the
residents
and
we
reported
the
city
reported
two
hundred
twenty
three
thousand
for
the
same
home.
So
that's
a
ninety
one
thousand
dollar
difference
I'm.
F
Sorry,
the
previous
house
was
forty
thousand
difference
from
what
we
reported.
So
that's
an
increase
so
there's
another
house,
twenty
three
four
twenty
hand
over
the
city
paid
one
hundred
thirty
three
thousand,
and
it's
then
the
city
reported
to
the
state
143.
So
there's
ten
thousand
missing
from
there
to
there's
another
house,
two
three:
four:
four:
zero
head
over
the
city
paid
one
hundred
ten
thousand
and
the
city
reported
180
thousand
to
the
state.
So
there's
a
difference
of
$70,000
I
guess:
I
go
to.
A
I
have
received
several
calls
and
I
have
concerns.
I
do
have
concerns
about
this
and
I
think
we
need
answers,
definite
answers,
because
I
had
one
house
that
actually
only
show
we
paid
the
resident
135
thousand,
but
we've
got
two
hundred
and
two
thousand
eight
hundred
and
twenty
three
from
the
grant
to
give
to
the
customer.
For
that
and
we
did
and
we
only
gave
him
one
hundred
thirty
five
thousand.
A
A
J
F
We
say
that
the
home
purchase
for
the
15
15
homes,
I
can
answer
no
I
mean
I
can
talk
about
it.
You
submitted
it
mayor.
It
says
here
for
the
home
purchase
two
million
four
hundred
ninety
seven
thousand
dollars
those
15
homes
and
again
you
know
we
did
charge
the
state
for
or
we
have
up
charge
for
other
stuff,
as
you
mentioned,
attorney
fees
8700
for
the
15
homes
attorney
reviewing
this
for
12
1250
appraisal
fees
for
$9,000,
and
we
also
have
the
demolition.
F
It
says
here:
demolition
for
the
15
homes,
it
says
225,000
and
I
believe
that
we
actually
saw
on
invoices
that
we
had
that
militia
cost
that
the
that
the
residence
paid.
In
addition
to
this.
So
that's
why
again,
we
need
a
forensic
audit
to
figure
these
things
out.
It
doesn't
make
sense.
It
looks
like
there's
two
different
charges.
We
were
built
for
this,
the
rug
we
build
the
residence
for
some
of
these
that
we
we
build
the
state
or
the
FEMA
we'd.
J
Be
happy
to
go
through
every
single
number
and
I
think
we'll
find
out
like
we
have
found
out
with
so
many
of
your
other
allegations
that
there's
error
in
your
statements.
You
throw
things
out
without
any
support,
we'd
be
more
than
happy
to
sit
down
and
talk
to
you
about
it.
But
you're
always
grandstanding
at
this
table
face.
J
A
A
resident
get
ahold
of
me,
but
I
didn't
say
anything
and
I
did
print
it
off,
but
then
I
went
back
for
and
it
was
removed
from
our
website,
which
I
don't
understand
why
we
would
take
anything
off
of
our
website
and
when
he
did
mention
that
your
administrative
assistant
got
almost
twelve
thousand
dollars.
I
have
that
written
right
here?
Doesn't
she
get
paid
by
the
city
weapons?
You
get
an
additional
twelve
thousand.
What.
J
U
A
I
guess
the
part
of
the
question
is:
is
there
such
a
big
difference?
There's
no
rhyme
or
reason
it's
not
like
everybody
got
charged
$15,000
for
demolition.
It's
such
a
big
gap.
I
mean
houses
that
were
let's
say
you
have
two
houses
for
151
resident
might
have
got.
Ninety
one
resident
might
have
got
110,
there's
no
rhyme
or
reason
to
why
there's
a
difference.
Well,.
J
All
of
them
get
the
state's
request.
There
was
an
appraisal
done
and
that's
the
value
that
they
received
if
they
were
not
happy
with
the
appraisals
and
actually
the
people
got
more
money
for
their
homes
that
I
that
I
ever
would
have
thought
they
would
have
received.
But
there
were
a
couple
pills.
I
know
one
woman
Sandia
can
through
her
last
name,
but
she
won
her
appeal.
She
went
out
hired
her
own
appraiser
and
then
she
did
win
her
appeal
because.
A
Right
here,
I
have
a
house
at
one
from
one
hundred
forty
six
thousand
nine
hundred
forty
three
dollars
we
paid
that
resident
109.
Then
we
have
won
that
one
from
one
hundred
forty
seven
thousand
two
hundred
ninety
two,
not
even
a
thousand
dollars
before,
and
they
got
a
hundred
thirty-eight
thousand.
So
there's
a
difference
between
one
hundred
nine
and
a
hundred
thirty-eight
I.
Don't.
G
Back
then,
and
I'm
not
I'd,
like
the
answer.
Some
of
these
questions,
of
course,
but
one
of
things
that
happen
making
I
remember,
there
was
two
different
appraisals.
There
was
a
first
appraiser
that
was
used
and
it
was
a
glitch
I.
Remember
what
happened,
but
we
had
to
cancel
that
contract
out
and
we
got
a
new
company
to
come
out
and
appraise
them
at
the
time.
So
I
don't
know
if
that's
I
mean
it
did
I.
Was
that
no?
What
you're
looking
at
specifically-
but
you
know
in.
J
Fairness
is
set
up
a
meeting
and
Miss
Lazlo
will
come
here
and
explain
it
all
the
detail.
I
am
not
in
a
position
if
we
knew
this.
You
know
these
days
at
the
end
of
the
meeting
stuff.
These
are
questions
and
concerns.
You
can't
deal
with
this
at
the
end
of
a
meeting.
Give
us
a
committee
meeting,
give
us
an
opportunity
to
answer
your
questions.
A
F
F
A
F
O
The
bring
back
to
water
rate
issue
and
everybody's
sitting
down
here,
but
my
water
bill
for
one
cycle
now
I'll
be
getting
hold
of
John
was
seven
hundred
and
seventy
dollars.
I
talked
to
the
water
department.
This
is
for
one
cycle,
no
late
bills,
nothing
added
on
to
it
and
says:
well,
that's
what
you
used
and
I,
don't
see
how
and
I
checked
for
leaks.
They
told
me
how
I
check
for
leaks
and
I
did
and
there
wasn't.
The
meter
wasn't
moving
when
all
the
water
was
off
so
I'm
gonna
call
John
him
come
by.
O
O
We
had
a
special
meeting
with
some
people
from
the
state
to
some
lawyers
or
but
5g.
It's
with
I'll
tell
you
what
it
is.
It's
these
little
antennas,
mushroom-shaped
antennas
about
this
big
and
they
go
on
top
of
telephone
poles
and
they
admit
their
their
signal
or
radiation,
as
some
people
are
saying,
and
not
too
many
people
know
this
but
they're
not
on
a
telephone
pole.
Every
mile
or
two
miles
chances
are
when
this
gets
done.
O
You
or
your
neighbor
two
doors
down
will
have
one
under
telephone
pole
at
least
one
or
two
a
block
will
be
on
these
poles
I,
don't
know
we
can't
what
we
can
do
about
it.
There's
all
kinds
of
websites
out
there
about
people
protesting
this,
but
having
small
children
I'm
really
concerned
about
this,
and
now
that
I
know,
there's
gonna
be
maybe
several
on
each
block
that
really
jogged
my
concern
and
what
I
want
the
mayor,
I'm
not
gonna.
Well,
behind
sided
mirrors.
O
O
O
We
had
our
memorial
repaired
and
I
think.
Maybe
mr.
Jackson
might
come
up
and
speak
on
that.
Are
you
gonna
speak
on
it?
Okay,
so
I'll
even
leave
it
to
him,
and
we
I
asked
two
months
ago
and
last
month
about
the
flag
of
Swapna
Park
on
the
cell
phone
antenna.
I,
don't
know
whose
department
that
is
that's
recreation
or
if
that's
building,
but
between
you,
two
or
some.
We
want
to
answer
on
that.
O
The
next
meeting
look
into
that,
because
that's
that's
something
and
this
past
Saturday,
you
speaking
of
Swapna
Park
and
the
Richard
a
young
center.
We
had
our
annual
fall
maintenance
program
and
our
rain
gardens.
It
was
well
attended
by
several
honor
our
society,
students
from
Crestwood,
fine
child
students
had
a
lot
of
adults
there,
Miss
Jones
from
Crestwood
and
our
leader
Bob
Gorica.
We
had
a
really
good
turnout,
a
special
thanks
to
artistic
landscaping.
They
came
out.
They
donated
their
time
and
effort
a
lot
of
Labor
and
edging
all
these
rain
guards
put
for
free.
A
A
G
Just
like
to
add
something:
we
are
sort
of
water
bills,
mr.
mayor
and
I
think
it's
something
that
definitely
should
be
looked
into
because
more
than
ever
in
the
last
ten
days
or
so,
I've
had
about
eight
different
people.
Looking
to
you
know,
call
me
about
their
water
bills
and
I've
never
had
that
many
ever
in
a
row,
I
did
send
them
to
the
water
department,
got
to
copy
the
bills.
G
I
did
send
them
to
the
water
department
and
they
gave
the
answers
on
a
bunch
of
them,
but
then
two
more
came
in
and
I've
never
had
that
many
water
bills
come
in
where
people
ask
why
the
water
bills
are
so
high,
including
when
they
came
in
on
a
rental
property
that
I
have
that
the
resident
pays.
But
again
it
was
also
quite
a
bit
more
than
what's
normal
water
usage.
So
I
don't
know
if
there's
a
glitch
in
the
system,
but
this
is
definitely
a
lot
more
than
I've
ever
had
you.
J
Q
You
just
echo
what
councilman
Tom
Wetzel
said.
It
was
great
to
see
these
monument
to
Joshua
Brown
was
killed
in
Iraq
repaired
restored
by
the
company
that
put
it
in.
Let's
all
keep
an
eye
on
it.
It's
right
in
front
of
City
Hall.
It
was
vandalized
before
and
it's
terrible
I
hope
that
doesn't
happen
again.
I
recall
when
I
was
state
representative
and
my
office
contacted
the
family
of
Joshua
Brown.
Q
J
A
B
B
B
Getting
them
there
in
the
fashion
that
we're
used
to
I,
warn
you
that
sometimes
misters
comes
on
Saturday
and
misses,
doesn't
come
till
Monday
or
Tuesday.
It
happens
every
election,
but
I
urge
you
that
if
you
don't
get
it
within
a
week
and
you
have
asked
for
an
absentee
ballot
call
my
office
do
not
delay,
do
not
take
a
chance.
I'm,
not
getting
a
Ballentine
number
is
three
one:
three,
seven,
nine
one!
Thirty
four
thirty
two
one
other
thing
I
said
something
to
last
council
meeting
in
a
couple
residents
were
appreciative.
B
So
when
I
hear
of
any
thing,
I'm
going
to
bring
it
up
at
a
council
meeting,
there's
another
scam
going
around
people
are
calling.
They
called
me
they're,
saying
they're
from
farm
core
some
pharmacy
online
and
they
want
to
talk
to
you
and
they
want
BlueCross
information.
Please
don't!
Please
don't
give
that
stuff
over
the
phone
coax.
B
A
S
Hello,
council,
chair
and
mayor
I
just
wanted
to
make
the
residents
aware
this
was
a
very
fast-moving
development,
but
the
Small
Business
Association
will
be
providing
loans
for
residents
that
were
affected
by
some
of
the
flooding
and
a
little
FEMA
didn't
this,
but
they
come
through
for
us.
But
this
was
adds
a
few
hours
ago.
They
accept
some
preliminary
hours
at
JFK
to
meet
with
residents
who
were
interested
in
that.
S
That's
going
to
start
this
Friday
the
27th
from
11
to
6
Saturday,
the
28th
from
10
to
2
Monday
through
Friday
of
next
week
from
to
9
to
6
next
Saturday
from
10
to
2
and
then
Monday
9
to
6
and
Tuesday
from
9
to
4.
I
know
that's
kind
of
interesting
a
set
of
hours,
but
they
will
be
out
there
and
so,
if
you're
interested
in
those
not
feel
free
to
take
a
look.
That's
that's
all!
For
now.
S
J
V
Like
coming
from
the
dance
club,
the
rest
of
the
board
members
are
here,
the
president
vice-president,
another
board
member.
We
just
want
to
thank
City,
Council,
Brian,
Haddad
and
John.
Sell
me
for
everything
you
guys
are
done
to
help
us
get
the
fields
going.
The
resurfaced
and
the
parks
try
to
look
a
little
better
every
day
and
I
think
you
guys
all
I
also
want
to
make
an
announcement
that
a
flag
football
we're
starting
to
practicing.
V
V
And
twelve
Mike
really
register
it.
You
can
register
at
5400
McKinley
at
the
rec
center
or
you
could
get
our
number
my
number
off
the
website
or
one
of
us.
They
call
us
up
and
we
can
meet
you
somewhere
to
register
if
you
need
to
cheerleading
cheerleading
it
as
well.
Yes,
we
have
cheerleading
$25.00
for
the
cheerleading
eighty
dollars
for
the
flag,
football.
O
M
Nancy
Pryor
a
couple
things:
we
have
our
South
Karen
Heights,
Civic,
Association,
meeting
this
Thursday,
the
26
and
I.
Want
you
to
note
the
time
it's
going
to
begin
at
7:30.
Instead
of
7:00,
the
Westwood
community
school
district
has
been
told
by
the
state.
They
have
to
have
a
mandatory
meeting
that
day,
so
we're
they're
going
to
start
at
6:00
and
get
out
of
our
way
by
7:30
and
the
speaker
will
be
our
Wayne
County
Commissioner
Diane
web
and
she's
going
to
update
us
on
what's
happening
in
the
county.
M
So
it
should
be
a
great
interest
to
everyone,
and
our
next
meeting
will
be
on
October
24th
before
Thursday
of
the
month
at
the
same
location,
that
address
is
3
3,
3,
5,
South,
Beach
daily
and
that's
from
7:00
to
9:00
we're
still
working
on
the
speaker
and
another
announcement
of
something
that's
happening.
The
Eaton
senior
says
yeah
Senior
Center
for
senior
citizens,
and
everyone
is
having
a
flea
market.
This
Friday
and
Saturday
from
9
to
3
so
come
and
see
what
treasures
you
can
find
that
other
people
are
partying
with.
Ok
thank.
K
Good
evening
this
is
just
real,
quick,
a
resident
on
September
5th
lost
their
cat.
It's
a
male
cat.
His
name
is
poofy,
he's
six
years
old,
he's
all
white.
What's
unique
about
him.
Is
that
they've
got
him
trimmed
in
the
way
that
his
it
looks
like
he's
got
a
lion's
mane.
They
are
devastated.
It's
been
since
September
5th
I
talked
to
her
today,
I
told
her
more
than
likely
he
hasn't
shown
up
with
us.
He
hasn't
shown
up
at
any
of
the
local
shelters.
He
hasn't
as
far
as
we
know
he's
not
deceased
anywhere.
K
We
usually
get
calls
about
that.
So
more
than
likely,
some
Good
Samaritan
has
them
on
their
couch
feeding
him
treats,
and
but
they
are
really
desperate
to
get
their
cat
back.
They've
had
him
for
six
years,
since
she
was
a
baby.
So
if
you
know
anybody,
that's
recently
got
a
white
cat
in
their
house
or
if
you
happen
to
have
the
cat
or
if
you
see
it,
contact
the
ordinance
department,
three
one,
three,
seven,
nine
one,
three
four
seven
eight,
and
so
we
can
try
to
get
poufy
back
home.
Thank
you.
Thank.
A
W
W
Mara
and
I
spoke
he's
the
face
of
the
city
apparently
I
became
to
face.
His
memorial
like
I,
said
like
thank
everybody.
For
that.
Not
only
have
they
been
restored
to
show
respect
for
the
veterans
on
them,
they've
been
enhanced,
they
have
enhanced
the
front
of
City.
Hall.
Difference
is
indescribable.
I
was
at
City
Hall
yesterday
and
saw
a
veteran
his
wife
approached
memorial
wall.
They
did
not
even
know
that
there
was
were
more
walls
last
time
they
were
so
terribly
overgrown
and
inaccessible.
The
soldier's
cross
was
damaged.
W
They
were
both
the
started
at
the
improvement.
There's
still
work
to
be
done.
Memorial
wall
could
use
a
fresh
coat
of
paint.
The
plaques
cleaned
weeds,
already
creeping
back
into
the
pavers.
Maybe
a
light
on
the
soldiers
cross
to
highlight
it
and
to
help
add
keeping
it
secure,
make
sure
the
camera
works
properly.
I
have
noticed
no
mention
of
them
being
repaired
or
restored
on
any
media,
except
for
Facebook,
the
Dearborn
Heights
veterans,
page
in
a
different
heights
community
page
nothing
on
the
city
website,
nothing
in
the
paper
or
the
news.
W
We
should
be
bragging
about
having
these
honors
to
our
veterans.
The
city
should
also
have
a
rededication
ceremony
to
show
our
pride
and
respect
at
6
o'clock.
Last
Sunday,
my
wife
and
I
witnessed
an
amazing
thing.
We
watched
as
the
soldier's
cross
was
repaired
and
restored.
That
was,
it
was
a
hard
thought
thing
that
once
you
see
it,
you
were
just
stuck
the
gentleman
doing.
The
work
spoke
to
me
to
explain
what
he
was
doing
as
he
went
along
a
pure
craftsman
in
the
span
of
two
hours.
W
He
brought
a
thing
of
beauty
back
to
life.
He
said
it
was
an
honor
I'd
like
to
publicly
thank
Nick,
first
professionalism,
his
care
and
the
love
and
his
work.
Thank
you
also
goes
out
to
skip
at
the
Fallen
Heroes
Memorial
Foundation,
for
the
help
in
the
effort
getting
is
done.
I
would
also
like
to
thank
all
the
folks
that
reached
out
to
me
to
express
their
thanks
and
helping
to
get
the
honor
restored
at
memorials.
It
just
truly
touched
my
heart
on
Monday
morning.
W
If
fans
had
to
read
all
the
comments
and
the
good
wishes
I
mean
Facebook
everyone,
my
mail,
my
email,
my
phone
everything
was
just
blowing
up,
it
was
I,
don't
know.
I
was
beside
myself.
I
spent
a
little
time
with
my
wife,
because
I
was
actually
touched.
Enough.
I
won't
lie,
I
had
tears
in
my
day.
Most
of
the
day,
however,
there's
one
post
I
feel
was
disrespectful
rude
and
uncalled
for,
and
I
will
ask
for
no
comments
until
I'm
done
reading
this,
please
it
read
great
to
see
the
monument
restored.
W
Everyone
keep
an
eye
on
it.
A
low
life
I
knew
was
there
today.
Why
was
being
repaired?
Just
took
me
by
surprise
my
response
to
the
person
who
posted
it
is
I.
Was
there
the
entire
time
with
my
wife
during
the
entire
time,
during
the
repair?
Who
is
referring
to
mr.
constant?
Only
the
mayor
and
Jack
came
by
while
the
work
was
being
done
began,
there's
is
being
finished,
I
am
shocked.
This
comment
came
from
a
councilmember
there's
been
nine
days.
I
have
not
received
an
answer,
as
this
was
put
out
during
a
public
forum.
W
I
will
ask
you
for
a
public
answer
and
today
I
need
that
answer
who
referred
to
you,
mr.
constant,
possibly
to
eight
kids
playing
basketball
on
the
park.
While
we
were
watching
the
work
being
done,
I've
been
involved
in
many
organizations
over
the
last
40
plus
years.
If
you
would
have
mentioned
my
name,
that
comment
would
have
result
in
some
serious
actions.
Ie,
defamation,
slander,
conduct
unbecoming
of
a
public
official
I've
said
to
you,
many
council
meetings
over
the
years
in
watch.
You
smirk
laugh
knowledge
people
in
the
crowd
during
the
Pledge
of
Allegiance.
W
Accounts,
the
post
on
face
by
the
dipper
Heights
community
page.
Would
you
like
me
show
it
to?
You
is
sure
not
a
problem?
It
is
definitely
from
you,
sir.
You
did
that
answer
for
nine
days
and
I
was
like
to
have
a
conversation
with
you.
I
wonder
is
done
involving
you
bounces
off
at
a
public
forum.
I
want
an
answer.
Well,
my
son
and.
W
F
I
would
actually
like
to
thank
mr.
Jackson
first
time
what
he
every
all
the
work
that
you've
done
with
the
monument
and
I'm
also
actually
actually
discussed
it.
For
the
comment
you
just
made
councilmen
constant
about
the
veteran
that
brought
him
in
a
box
is
not
a
box.
I,
don't
think
you've
ever
seen.
Anybody
come
home
in
a
casket,
it's
not
a
box,
so
that
was
a
very
disturbing
expression.
It
doesn't
matter.
It's
not
to
us
is
not
a
Commodus
question.
We've
seen,
we've
seen
a
lot
of
veterans.
I've
had
some.
F
D
E
X
X
It
was
regarding
my
water
bill
in
all
due
respect.
Mr.
Wentzel
and
mr.
Muscat
I
also
received
a
very
high
water
bill.
After
the
meeting
I
was
instructed
to
contact
the
mayor
and
I
did
shortly
meet
with
the
mayor
after
the
meeting.
I
didn't
hear
anything
for
a
while
and
then
one
day
I
saw
a
van
parked
at
my
neighbor's
house,
and
it
looked
like
a
delivery
van
of
some
sort
didn't
pay
attention
and
then
I
saw
hair
like
floating
by
hey
I'm.
Very
short.
X
My
windows
are,
you
know,
so
I
just
saw
the
hair
floating
by
and
then
my
dog
started
barking
and
they
were
at
the
front
door.
So
I
went
to
check
the
front
door
and
this
was
on
the
door
and
it's
basically
water
and
sewer
department.
The
service
man
was
here
on
blank
to
take
a
final
and
turn
on.
There
was
actually
nothing
written
on
it
at
all.
It
was
just
sitting
there,
so
I
had
no
clue,
but
I
thought
well
I'll,
wait
and
see.
If
something
happens.
X
Several
days
later,
I
got
this
in
the
mail
with
an
appointment
card,
and
it
said
my
appointment
is
September
18th
11:00
to
2:00
and
on
the
bottom
it's
highlighted
there
will
be
a
$25
fee
for
all.
Missed
appointments.
I
didn't
make
that
appointment.
You
guys
did
not
you
guys,
but
as
the
water
department
I
just
wanted
to
make
that
clear.
When
the
employee
did
come
out,
it
was
determined
that
we
do
not
have
a
water
leak.
X
X
Considering
that
the
I
mean
we've
already
said
that
the
equipment's
obsolete,
but
why
should
I
pay
to
have
it
checked?
Well,
she
says
everybody
that
hates
to
have
it
checked.
It
turns
out
there's
nothing
wrong
with
it.
Well,
obviously,
there's
something
wrong
with
it.
When
my
bill
is
48,
48,
51,
29,
28
dollars
and
14
cents
at
one
point
which
I
don't
understand,
but
anyway
48
48,
45
46.
Those
are
my
bills.
X
Okay,
it
doesn't
make
sense
to
me
when
I
end
up
with
a
bill
of
200
$22.65
last
month,
less
reading
I
know
we
talked
about
it.
Last
time
we
are
on
Social
Security.
We
don't
have
a
pool,
we
don't
have
a
jacuzzi,
you
know,
yes,
I
have
a
dishwasher.
It's
just
the
two
of
us,
though,
do
I
do
dishes
every
day,
heck,
no
I'm
lucky.
If
I
cook
every
day,
it's
the
truth,
I'm
not
satisfied
with
their
answers.
I
did
leave
a
message
at
the
mayor's
office
on.

A
T
Evening,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
good
evening,
mr.
maryk
late,
madam
chairman,
I'm
Cyril,
Boudreaux,
I,
live
on
Centralia
and
my
bills,
like,
like
has
been
discussed,
have
been
48
48
48
months
after
month
after
month,
and
then
I
get
a
spike
here
and
there
and
I
get
my
wife's
out
watering
the
flowers
but
then
I
go
back
to
48
48
48.
Then
it
jumps
up
to
70
47,
okay,
it's
July!
Then
it
jumps
up
to
five
hundred
and
ten
dollars
and
37
cents.
Well,.
P
T
Absolutely
ridiculous:
it's
just
my
wife
and
I
in
the
house.
We're
gone
a
good
boss
from
the
time
I
see
down
here
at
the
the
good
lady
at
the
water
department
was
kind
enough
to
run
a
copy
of
past
Billings
for
me
and
I
see
it
sometimes
when
we're
not
even
home,
we've
had
bills
in
October
we're
leaving
Sunday,
we
won't
be
home
around
over,
but
I've
had
bills
and
bills
in
October
here
for
four
hundred
and
eleven
dollars
and
32
cents.
T
T
Another
man
who
lives
behind
on
the
next
street
over
norborne
two
hundred
ninety
seven
dollars
he
lives
alone
and
a
gentleman
down
the
street
from
him
was
up
in
the
two
80s.
So
there's
something
terribly
wrong
with
this
system
and
I
agree
with
you,
mr.
mayor,
that
we
need
to
get
something
changed
here
and
I'd
like
something
done
about
that,
because
I'm,
the
guy
that's
out
breaking
for
deposit
cans
and
bottles
yeah,
and
we
can't
afford
this
kind
of
things.
It's
ridiculous.
Okay,
thank
you.
Thank.
T
A
Y
I
named
said,
frolic
I've
resigned
on
robben
Eostre
in
Dearborn
Heights.
My
concern
is
to
the
player
cheek.
I
was
driving
on
Warren
Avenue
and
last
Friday.
I
was
gonna,
make
a
left-hand
turn
and
the
thing
didn't
show
that
the
ambulance
is
coming
and
lucky.
The
gentleman
that
was
making
the
right-hand
turn
blew
the
horn
at
me
to
point
to
me
for
me
to
go
into
the
he
left
space
for
me
to
shoot
in
there.
Okay,
the
ambulance
was
coming.
It
was
a
Dearborn
Heights
ambulance,
because
I
saw
the
lettering
on
it.
Y
Didn't
have
the
siren
on
well
anyway,
he
signed
his
brakes
down
and
like
he
was
here.
I
was
right.
There,
okay
and
and
I
was
all
choked
up
and,
and
then
he
put
a
siren
on
right
after
that,
okay
and
there
needs
to
be
an
ordinance
set
by
the
I
think
when
a
ambulance
is
coming
or
anything
sirens
got
to
be
on,
because
I
would
have
been
killed
and
my
dog
wife
would
have
been
killed
or
hurt
bad.
Okay,
that's
one
issue.
Y
There's
another
issue:
I
recited
by
Robin
day
off
there
was
a
building
empty
building
and
that
hide
rested
over
three
four
months
ago.
I
cut
the
weeds
on
the
side
before
but
I'm
not
doing
it.
No
more
I
approached
I
went
to
Lauren's
officer
and
the
warning
stops
at
home.
The
reporter
said
you
know,
get
a
hold
of
Jack
when
McIntyre
Jack
McIntyre
is
gonna
get
back
with
me.
He
never
responded
back
to
me
and
I.
Think
that's
disrespectful.
Y
Y
Somebody's
gonna,
get
hurt,
ok
and
when
I
brought
up
about
that,
the
things
that
by
Cambridge
gentle
thing
something
they
they
took
it
off
the
thing
there
and
they
put
it
under
the
site.
How
come
that's
not
removed,
start
doing
your
job
and
you
mr.
Miyagi
you're
supposed
to
represent
the
City
Council
here
every
time,
I
look
at
you
you're
whenever
when
you
dress
them
instead
of
mayor,
you
give
your
face:
expansion,
your
your
duties
to
the
City
Council
first
and
knock
to
the
mirror.
Okay,.
P
C
That
emergency
light
with
the
fire
truck
picture,
those
don't
work
in
or
where
we
didn't
subscribe
to
that.
So
those
don't
come
on.
So
we
have
to
keep
our
you
know
big
thing
with
young
kids.
They
got
earphones
on
they're,
listening
to
music
in
the
car
they
don't
ever
hear.
Sirens
are
looking
for
lights
on
a
vehicle.
C
It's
very
important
that
I
don't
know
what
the
law
says
about
wearing
earphones
and
cars,
but
as
far
as
I'm
concerned,
they
should
be
outlawed
in
a
car,
because
but
I'll
tell
you
what
you've
got
your
police
and
fire
that's
going
out
on
a
rescue
and
they're
putting
their
lives
on
the
line.
Also,
we've
got
to
respect
them
doing
their
jobs.
Okay,.
Z
Cien
Dearborn
Heights,
as
we
spoke
last
time,
some
meaning
about
the
FEMA
grants.
I
just
wanted
to
clarify
a
couple
of
things
to
you,
guys
Thank
You
mr.
baza,
for
looking
into
that
for
bringing
up
to
the
light,
because,
unfortunately,
the
mayor
has
no
idea
what's
going
on
around
him
and
just
like
usual,
he
has
no
answer.
Phone
is
not
working.
Email
is
not
working.
Z
God
knows:
what's
working
the
city,
the
administration
have
claimed
to
the
Michigan
State,
Police
and
FEMA
that
they
had
to
purchase
15
properties
on
Hanover,
sorry
from
Greenlee
part
going
to
medicine.
They
claimed
they
had
to
purchase
those
15
houses
for
an
average
of
166
thousand
five
hundred
dollars.
That
will
put
them
at
a
total
of
two
million
four
hundred
and
ninety
seven
thousand
and
$500
mayor.
Z
Z
Almost
about
$720,000
from
the
water
fund,
seven
hundred
fourteen
thousand
seven
hundred
and
thirty-five
dollars
from
the
water
fund.
How
many
resident
do
we
have
out
here
having
problem
with
their
water
bills?
We
don't
know,
probably
that's
another
trip
for
these
resident.
Do
you
have
any
answer
for
their?
F
L
Z
L
Z
A
L
Z
It's
really
unfortunate,
we
don't
have
any
more
trusting
than
mayor.
Would
like
audit
all
this
information
to
be
reported
to
the
council,
member
and
the
council
members.
Let
us
know,
and
what
you've
been
talking
about
this
particular
subject
for
about
almost
about
two
years
now
and
as
you
can
see,
we
have
a
lot
of
neighbors
that
you
know
they
use
at
the
end
over
her
shoulders
out
money,
and
they
showed
up
out
here
hope
we're
gonna
have
a
solution.
We
don't
have
no
hope
in
this
mayor.
Z
A
O
N
First,
everybody
should
know
we
have
building
and
safety
a
new
director
was
hired
the
next
morning
after
the
last
City
Council
I
was
very
happy
that
you
know
that
we
have
one
and
I
would
like
the
mayor
to
introduce
him
to
the
residents
instead,
here
he
wants
to
introduce
him
only
to
the
real
estate
agents
in
the
city.
Can
we
have?
The
gentleman
appears
to
see
who
he
has
what
you
please
we're.
N
I
was
happy
to
see
that
you
got
tired
after
10
months.
Believe
me,
the
water
bills
I
stood
here
many
times
and
I
received
bills
exactly
photocopies
several
times
several
you
know
periods
I,
believe
some
people
are
not
doing
their
job.
They
may
not
be
readin,
they
just
photocopy
the
bills
and
send
them
to
the
resident.
Then
after
six
months
or
eight
months,
they
might
go
and
check
the
actual
reading,
which
accumulate
over
the
time
to
become
that
much.
N
My
build
is
510
the
previous
142
in
hundred
forty
nine,
so
I'm
not
complaining
about
it,
but
I
hope
that
the
mayor
and
the
water
department
will
help
grade
their
equipment
and
will
do
their
job
on
monthly
basis.
And
if
we
are
short
and
reading
Department,
we
should
hire
an
extra
hand
to
do
the
actual
reading.
So
the
people
who
are
living
on
Social
Security
are
not.
You
know
basically
got
stucked
like
this
gentlemen,
thousands
of
gaara's
or
hundreds
of
dollars
which
they
can't
afford.
N
The
third
thing
I
want
to
talk
about
those
houses
which
they
were
bought
for
from
data
grant.
I
looked
at
appraisals.
Every
house
had
three
appraisals:
the
city
paid
three
times
four
appraisals
I
have
the
document
I
fired.
The
document
assistant
to
the
mayor
gave
me
close
to
1500
pages
pictures.
Some
some
of
them
are
two
and
three
times
duplicate
and
I.
Thank
her
for
it
very
much,
but
we
should
look
into
that
because
really
I
feel
there
is
something
wrong
there
and
we
should
from
now
on
before.
