last
year

serve

a
way

educate

citizens

Dearborn
Heights

responsibly
care
and
feed
feral
cats.
We
also
perform
TNR
service,
TNR
Services,
which
is
trap,
neuter
vaccinate
and
then
release
feral
cats.
It's
an
effective
and
humane
way
to
reduce
the
cat
population.

governor

fix
the
