A
Good
evening
good
evening
good
evening
and
welcome
to
the
city
of
Dearborn
Heights
annual
tree
lighting
ceremony,
my
name
is
Ken
Bible
of
the
city's
Parks
and
Recreation
Director
and
I've
had
two
distinct
honor
of
hosting
&
M.
Seeing
this
very
festive
event
for
the
last
30
years.
That's
a
long
time.
Anybody
been
here
for
30
years
out
there,
all
30
of
them
all
right.
A
I've
got
a
couple
of
hands
going
off
all
right,
that's
a
long
time
and
so
I
had
much
darker
hair
back
then,
and
you
all
were
a
lot
younger
than
what
you're
worried
were
you
around
when
you're
30
30
years
ago,
oh
yeah!
No,
so
we're
really
glad
you
were
with
us
this
evening,
tonight's,
a
very
special
event.
We
welcome
to
Santa
Claus
the
different
heights
officially.
So
this
is
the
official
rival
Santa.
So
we
gotta
sing
our
hearts
out
tonight
or
shannon
welcome.
A
B
A
All
right
now,
I'm,
not
bad.
That
meteor
only
is
about
a
half
trillion.
We
got
to
get
it
all
the
way.
If
we're
going
to
get
Santa
here
tonight,
all
right!
So
let's
go
to
our
next
song
and
we're
going
to
sing
here
comes
Santa
Claus,
let's
sing
it
really
low,
so
we
get
Santa
here,
he's
got
to
be
able
to
hear
you.
B

D
Well,
we're
glad
she
came
out
tonight.
It
was
a
long
trip
for
Santa
to
get
him
and
we
get
here.
It's
a
little
bit
damp
and
a
little
bit
on
the
chilly
side,
but
we're
glad
to
see
everybody
came
out.
Everybody's
always
enthused
from
I
come
to
the
city
of
Dearborn
Heights,
and
this
year
is
no
exception.
Thank
you
for
the
warm
welcome
and
we're
looking
forward
to
having
a
great
time
here
tonight,
all
right,
Santa,
great.
A
But
say
I
have
a
couple
introductions
to
make
to
you:
we've
only

I
like
to
introduce
our
Council

Well,
we
have
a
cult

and,
of
course
you

our
fine

and

This
is
our
river

the

of

they're
going
to
be
leading
us
at
all
the

So
we're
going
to

C
A
Was
kind
of
cold
when
we
started,
but
things
have
really
warmed
up
here
in
dearborn
heights,
with
all
your
very
warm
warm
enthusiasm.
Well,
we
want
to
thank
our
press
with
my
study
brushwood
Riverside.
We
had
the
press
with
high
school
band
her
earlier.
That's
what
I
was
going
to
say
and,
of
course
we
have
a
Riverside
choir
here.
We
want
to
thank
them
for
being
here.
We
also
want
to
thank
dr.
back
pen
van
park
above
our
superintendent,
at
Central,
High
School
sold
for
leather
of.
Thank
you
very
much
appreciate
it
over
the
other.
A
B
A
You're
registering
for
a
phone
we're
going
to
do
a
raffle
to
see
which
little
boy
or
girl
we'll
be
lucky
and
come
up
on
stage.
You'll
get
to
meet
Santa,
okay
and
then
you'll
go
it's
an
over
to
our
magic
switch
and
I
might
counter
one
on
three.
Then
you'll
turn
on
the
lights
and
will
light
up
the
grounds
here
at
City,
Hall
and
they'll
bring
rain
lit
all
the
way
through
the
holiday
season,
and
so,
if
we
could
have
our
recreation
coordinator
for
the
city
of
doom
on
Heights
mr.
A
A
E
B
B
A
Welcome
you
please,
so
you
brain
so
loco,
look
now
old.
Are
you
13
and
what
school
do
you
go
to
every
sign?
Okay,
Bruce,
I!
Don't
you
know
anybody
in
the
clerk
say
hi
choir?
Well,
it's
great!
Well!
Is
this
your
first
tree
lighting?
Have
you
been
coming
for
a
few
years?
It's
my
first
time,
first
time,
first
time,
first
time,
water
well
exciting.
Well,
Santa.
Would
you
like
to
shake
hands?
You
got
anything
special!
You
want
for
christmas,
I,
don't.
A
Excuse
me,
but
that's
almost
on
American,
because
you
want
you
are
everybody
else
to
get
what
they
asked
for
right.
Okay,
turn
up
there
right:
okay,
well,
good!
Well,
you're
gonna,
help,
Santa
turn
on
the
lights
tonight,
okay
kind
of
excited
about
their
a
little
bit;
yeah,
that's
kind
of
cool!
Well,
we're
glad
to
have
you
up
here
all
right,
so
we're
going
to
go
over
to
the
tree
now
as
we
go
over
when
out
the
choir
lead
us
in
silent
night.
B
E
A
A
All
right:
ok,
let's
close
it
off
tonight,
ceremony,
one
invite
everybody
inside
for
refreshments,
free
refreshments.
We
have
visits
with
santa
claus.
You
can
get
pictures
with
santa
claus
moc.
We
wish
you
a
Merry
Christmas,
everybody
cuz.
We
do
with
you
in
the
Christmas
I'm
a
big
Santa
Claus
for
colored
Santa.
Thank
you
for
being
here
this
evening,
I
officious.
Thank
you
very
much
for
being
part
of
tight
ceremony.
I
also
would
like
to
thank
our
department
of
public
works
under
the
direction
of
Bel
simmer
and
our
building
and
maintenance
department
under
mr.
A
Michael
Blackburn,
now
responsible
for
getting
this
hair
thing
set
up
tonight.
So
thank
you
for
another
fabulous
job,
but
I
think
our
Riverside
choir
under
the
direction
of
Josette
Rochelle
for
being
here,
leading
us
in
all
our
favorite
holiday
tunes
and
also
the
cross
one
high
school
jazz
man
who
were
earlier
tonight
did
a
fabulous
job
under
the
direction
of
mr.
meth
right
an
hour
when
I
think
might
kind
of
do
a
recreation
coordinator
for
being
here
mr.
stone
man
for
the
last
and
cillian
years
here
at
the
festival.
