A
Okay,
we're
ready
everybody
all
right,
hey!
Thank
you
all
for
being
here
this
evening.
Before
we
get
started,
I
want
to
talk
for
a
minute
about
not
only
about
our
agenda,
but
also
to
take
a
quick
moment
to
talk
about
the
pandemic.
A
After
nearly
three
weeks
ago,
with
the
increased
community
transmission
of
covet
19,
we
required
all
staff
and
visitors
in
our
city
buildings
to
wear
face
coverings.
The
reason
it
you
know
is
simple
to
keep
employees
and
residents
healthy
and
safe
inside
our
buildings,
and
I'm
confident
that
it's
doing
just
that,
however,
there's
troubling
new
trends.
This
month,
we've
seen
more
than
a
fifteen
thousand
new
cobot
cases
in
iowa
in
nearly
twenty
three
hundred
in
polk
county.
A
So
nurses
and
doctors
are
working
overtime
as
our
hospitals
are
starting
to
to
fill
up,
and
this
search
driven
by
covet
variant
becomes
even
more
alarming
as
school
districts.
This
week,
welcome
back
students
and
begin
classes
created
an
extremely
challenging
and
stressful
time
for
parents
and
kids
and
teachers
and
staff
and
administrators
as
city
leaders.
A
A
A
As
we
begin
our
meeting,
I
think
it's
important
that
we
again
talk
about
disruption
and
we're
not
going
to
tolerate
disruption
of
our
business
meeting.
That's
what
this
is
and
persons
wishing
to
attend.
This
meeting
are
reminded
of
our
following
rules.
We
welcome
jermaine
comment
from
the
public
at
the
appropriate
time,
but
this
is
a
council
business
meeting
and
the
council
needs
to
conduct
the
people's
business
and
council
has
rules
that
are
validly
adopted
under
iowa
law
and
those
will
be
followed.
A
Everyone
in
attendance
has
first
amendment
rights
and
any
disruptive
comment
by
one
person
or
group
impinges
on
the
rights
of
others
who
are
present.
So
disruptive
conduct
will
not
be
tolerated
if
the
meeting
is
disrupted.
The
public
speaking
portion
of
the
meeting
may
be
moved
to
the
next
in-person
meeting,
which
has
is
not
disrupted.
Those
who
disrupt
the
meeting
will
not
be
called
on
during
the
meeting
and
will
be
ordered
to
leave
the
building
and
may
be
cited
or
arrested.
A
All
right
item
number
two
is
approving
the
agenda
as
presented
and
or
as
amended
I'll
move
approval.
It's
been
moved
and
let
me
see
if
I've
got
anything
here,
consent
items
which
are
3
through
34
tonight.
Item
4d
was
withdrawn,
inspections
are
incomplete
and
item
31i
was
added.
It's
a
second
advance
to
impact
community
action
agency
for
the
second
round
of
the
emergency
rental
assistance
program
from
the
us
department
of
the
treasury.
The
regular
items
35
to
50
50
was
added.
A
For
harvey,
harrison
and
50
was
then
looks
like
it
was
withdrawn,
because
james
green
grimm
is
unable
to
speak
tonight
all
right
with
those
amendments.
A
We
have
a
motion
and
I
believe
we
can
all
in
favor,
all
in
favor,
say
aye
aye,
any
opposition.
The
adam
passes
item
threes,
approving
the
consent
agenda
tonight
those
are
items
3
through
34.
A
and
these
are
routine
items
and
generally
are
enacted
by
one
roll
call
vote
without
separate
discussion.
Unless
someone
counsel
or
the
public
requests
an
item
be
removed
for
consideration
separately.
Let
me
see,
I
don't.
C
A
Item
16.,
it
looks
like
westerguard
and
gatto
vote.
No,
that's
the
only.
A
All
right
clerk
did
you
receive
anything
from
the
public.
A
All
right
so
move.
A
item
35
is
these
are
the
hearings
and
I
will
say,
give
everybody
sort
of
a
heads
up
now
for
the
hearings.
This
evening
we
have
three
zoning
items.
Those
are
items
43
to
45
and
45
has
requested
to
be
continued,
so
there
will
be
no
comments
on
that
item
this
evening.
We
also
have
several
vacation
hearings,
several
conveyance
hearings
and
one
local
landmark
hearing
as
a
reminder
for
the
zoning
items
only
which
are
items
43
and
44.
A
C
A
The
city
has
sent
a
a
notice.
After
all,
the
parties
in
interest
have
commented.
We
will
open
it
up
to
any
members
of
the
public
for
germaine
comments
to
add
in
recognizing
the
parties
in
interest
to
zoning
item
to
speak.
I
will
ask
everyone
else
to
not
step
to
the
microphone
unless
they
are
the
zoning
applicant
or
live
within
that
250
feet.
A
Anyone
who
approaches
the
mic
before
it
is
their
time
will
be
compared
with
a
mailing
list
and,
if
not
on
the
list,
will
be
considered,
disruptive
and
will
not
be
recognized
for
the
remainder
of
the
meeting
and
will
be
required
to
leave
the
building.
So
please
wait
until
I
call
the
general
public
for
the
zoning
items
or
you
will
not
be
called
on
for
the
remainder
of
the
evening
and
required
to
leave
the
building.
After
all,
the
parties
and
interests
have
been
called
upon.
A
Any
interested
person
may
make
germaine
comments
and
not
again
to
exceed
that
one
minute
to
a
maximum
of
five
minutes
for
the
others
it
or
if
it's
ended
sooner,
for
a
failure
to
make
those
germain
comments.
When
the
comments
cease
for
the
continuance,
no
public
comment
will
be
had
at
this
meeting
in
all
public
comment
will
come
at
each
continued
public
hearing,
so
let's
go
ahead
and
start
item
35's
our
first
hearing
item.
This
is
on
a
vacation
of
a
portion
of
martin
of
I'm
sorry
of
watson.
A
Powell,
junior
way
right
of
way
adjoining

4th

in
a
conveyance
of
a

and
a
permanent
easement
for
the
building
encroachment
to
the
state
of
iowa
for
the
use
and
benefit
of
the
department.
For
the
blind,
a
is
the
first
consideration.
The
ordinance
above
and
b
is
the
final
consideration
of
the
ordinance
above.
The
waiver
is
requested
by
james
trauer,
the
iowa
department
of
administrative
services.
A
This
will
require
six
votes,
so
let's
go
ahead
and
we'll
open
this
hearing
and
ask
for
germaine
comments
from
the
general
public.
If
anybody
would
like
to
speak
on
this
vacation
of
a
portion

powell.

a
is
the
first
consideration
of
the
ordinance
above
and
again,
we'll
ask
open
it
up
for
germaine
comments
from
the
general
public.
D
See
now
your
honor
I'll
move,
36

and
I
will
waive
the
second
and
third

pursuant
to
council

Thank.

again
jermaine
comments,
we'll
ask
the
general
public.
Does
anybody
have
any
comments
you
would
like
to
make
on
this.
F
A
All
right
item
38
is
on
a
vacation
of
a
portion
of
southeast
third
street
right
of
way
located
north
of
east
marcus
street
and
south

adjoining
200

As
part
of
the
market

a
is
the
first
consideration
of
the
ordinance
above
b
is
the
final
consideration
of
the
ordinance
above
the
waivers
requested
by
aaron
olson
douglas
development
service
director
and
requires
six
votes.
E
A
All
right
item
40s
again
continuing
a
hearing
on
a
vacation
of
excess,
a
city
right
away,
located
north
of
an
adjoining
1661
county
line
road
and
a
conveyance
to
drop
up
for
thirty
thousand
dollars.
But
again,
this
is
a
continuance.
A
E
A
Again,
we'll
open
it
up
and
see
if
there's
any
germain
comments
regarding
this
conveyance.
A
All
right,
I
will
ask
also
for
everybody
that
either
moves
something
or
speaks
the
council
that
you
turn
on
your
mics
so
that
they
can
hear
it
in
the
back.
So
item
43's
on
a
request
from
backe
properties.
Llc
is
the
owner
to
re-zone
property,
located
at
914
east
euclid
avenue
from
mx3
mixed
use,
district
to
rx2
mixed
use
district
to
allow
development
of
additional
multiple
household
living
dwellings
on
the
property
where
the
structures
would
contain
dwelling
units
on
the
ground
level.
A
I
J
A
B
J
A
A
I
don't
think
do
we
take
comments
on
this
all
right,
let's
open
it
up.
Anybody
want
to
make
a
comment
on
snookies.
K
K
I
also
think
that
you
need
to
revisit
your
zoning
codes,
though,
because
the
only
reason
that
they
couldn't
just
immediately
put
it
back
up
is
because
of
the
bad
zoning
codes
in
this
city,
and
I
also
think,
if
it's
that
easy
to
just
put
up
a
sign
that
everyone
loves,
then
it
shouldn't
be
that
hard
to
grant
acceptance
to
a
community
fridge.
That's
feeding
people
in
the
area
as
well.
So
I
think
that
you
should
revisit
your
zoning
codes
and
let
the
community
fridge.
A
M
All
right,
yeah,
my
name
is
adam
and
I'm
speaking
similar
things
to
what
peyton
said,
but.
M
Adam,
I'm
not
gonna,
do
that.
We
just
didn't
have
to
yeah,
maybe
so.
E
N
Live
at
three
zero
one:
three
third
street
and
I
like
to
go
to
snookies-
and
I
realize,
with
the
sign
I'm
glad
you're
doing
this,
because
that
sign
has
been
hit.
Obviously,
so
that's
why
we
need
to
do
something
different
as
far
as
this,
because
any
other
sign
they'd
have
to
move
it
back
from
the
roadway.
N
D
Mayor
can
I
ask
a
question-
and
I
and
I
agree
wholeheartedly
with
this
and
keeping
a
local
landmark,
but
how?
How
long
does
a
sign
need
to
stay
up
at
certain
businesses
to
allow
something
like
this
with
our
current
code?
What
is
what
is
typically,
how
would
we.
I
D
G
O
O
And
if
it
sits
vacant
for
six
months,
then
it's
got
to
come
down
as
well
yep.
So
in
designating
this
as
a
local
landmark,
they
can
replace
it
in
the
case
of
this,
where
some
driver
ran
it
over,
they
can.
They
can
continue
the
use
of
that
sign
as
a
local
landmark.
D
D
A
C
That's
right,
I
think
there
are
a
whole
series
of
criteria
that
others
already
went
through
everything
from
architectural
significance.
The
amount
of
time
it's
been
up,
the
the
significance
of
the
business
I
mean,
I
think,
there's
a
set
of
criteria
in
a
process
for
the
landmark
that
that
was
applied
in
this
case
and
that
is
applied
in
every
case
going
forward.
Some
of
that's
in
our
council
of
communication.
P
County
members
of
the
council,
michael
ludwig,
deputy
director
of
development
services-
there's
not
a
set,
I
guess
number
of
years
that
designates
something
a
landmark.
It
could
be
a
historic
event
that
occurred
at
the
site.
It
could
be
a
historic
person
that
was
associated
with
the
site.
P
It
could
be
the
historic,
I
guess,
materials
that
might
be
been
used
on
the
sign.
Obviously,
in
this
instance
to
get
that
designation.
It
has
to
go
through
the
landmark
review
committee
to
have
a
designation
made
and
there
was
a
report
that
was
submitted
with
this
application,
that
detailed
the
history
of
the
property,
and
so
there
are
multiple
steps
I
have
to
go
through
to
get
the
designation.
It's
not
just
based
on
number
of
years
that
the
sign
was
there
or
how
many
years
the
business
was
there.
There.
P
So
that's
the
it's
combined
combination
of
the
urban
design
review
board
and
the
historic
preservation
commission.
So
there
was
an
application
that
was
prepared.
It
was
a
very
detailed
application.
They
reviewed.
A
Right,
do
we
have
a
motion.
O
Yes
mayor,
this
has
been
quite
the
buzz
through
beaverdale
it
absolutely,
and
this
is
right
in
the
highlight
of
their
their
season.
So
I
know
they'll
appreciate
our
concurrence
that
it
should
go
back
up.
So
I'd
like
to
move
item
46.
A
All
right,
it
is
5
31,
and
that
completes
the
hearings.
Let's
move
on
to
ordinances.
First
consideration:
this
is
to
amend
chapter
114
by
the
municipal
code
regarding
traffic
regulation
changes
as
follows:
this
council
communication
number
21-362
a
is
proposed
chain
code
changes
to
match
field
conditions
at
the
following
locations.
D
A
Item
48
is
amending
sections
50-26
and
50-34
relating
to
flood
plain
regulation.
Council
communication
number
21-363
a-
is
a
final
consideration,
the
ordinance
above
the
waivers
requested
by
our
city
engineer
and
requires
six
votes
again.
These
are
amending
those
sections
relating
to
flood
plain
regulations.
H
I'll
move
48.
G
A
E
D
Thanks
mayor,
I
appreciate
the
heritage
event
center
that
has
been
newly
redone
down
in
the
east
village
and
they
put
in
a
request,
months
and
months
ago
that
they'd
like
to
have
a
food
truck
on
site
or
at
least
on
the
street,
and
we
just
haven't
been
able
to
get
him,
get
him
an
answer,
and
so
I
thought
it
was
best
that
we
put
this
on
the
agenda
that
would
give
some
direction
to
staff.
D
I
know
that
if
suanne's
here,
I
know,
there's
a
couple
different
options
that
she
had
laid
out,
that
maybe
we
can
have
a
discussion
and
I'll.
Let
carl
jump
in
here.
D
I
know
there's
a
special
event
permit
that
they
can
do
or
they
can
go
to
the
board
of
adjustment,
which
might
be
the
more
economic
thing
to
do,
but
carl
I'll,
let
you
jump
in
here
and
then
maybe
if
suzanne
can
come
in
and
give
us
a
little
bit
of
details
and
and
tell
us
how
we
can
get
this
done,
hopefully
by
the
next
council
agenda
that
we
can
share.
L
While
we're
waiting
for
suanne
to
get
to
the
microphone
okay,
the
des
moines
heritage
center
is
just
one
block
outside
of
the
current
food
truck
district
in
the
east
village.
So
suen.
H
I
remember
the
council,
I'm
sorry.
I
just
walked
up
three
flights
of
stairs.
So
what
we're
trying
to
do
is
open
up
the
food
truck
places
that
can
be
on
streets
in
east
village.
D
And
we
would
still
have
the
around
the
brick
and
mortar
we'd
still
have
the
distance
that
they
would
still
have
to
maintain
around
brick
and
mortar
establishments.
Correct,
correct.
H
There
have
been
other
businesses
also
in
the
east
village
that
have
wanted
to
have
special
events
with
a
food
truck,
but
they
were
outside
of
the
meter
area,
so
they
couldn't
do
it.
So
if
you
want
to
open
it
up
a
little
bit,
we
would
just
say
it
has
to
have
a
special
event
permit
and
then
be
parked
next
to
the
venue
and
plug
meters.
If
there
are
meters
and.
M
H
D
So
can
you
have
this,
I'm
sure,
with
the
help
of
our
wonderful
legal
department,
have
something
back
to
us.
If
we
would
decided
that
I
mean,
I
know
we're
not
gonna
vote
on
it
now,
but
I
I
think
I
think
if
we
bring
it
back
the
next
council
meeting,
we
should
bring
it
back
and
complete
it.
The
next
council.
F
The
issue
won't
be
the
drafting.
The
issue
will
be
the
notice
requirements
for
everything
that
it
might
take
to
get
that
done
if
there's
any
vacation.
For
example,
that's
going
to
be
included
in
that
as
you've
seen,
we
had
to
give
notice
and
have
hearings
et
cetera,
so.
A
So,
mr
manager,
should
we
refer
this
to
you
and
put
together
the
proper,
legalese
and
and
rules.
F
D
A
You
know
I'm
asking
it
whether
they're
bringing
back
meeting
in
september,
hopefully.
F
A
Okay,
so
would
maybe
bring
it
forward
and
set
a
data
hearing
for
the
meeting.
After
that,
could.
F
A
E
L
Does
that
work
in
the
case
of
the
des
moines
heritage
center
or
for
the
skate
park?
Could
they
get
a,
I
think,
in
a
email
we
talked
about
a
five-year
license
then
do
they
have
to
provide
notice
each
time
they
have
a
special
event,
so.
H
E
H
But
then
they
want
to
do
an
expansion
over
the
years,
and
so
what
the
board
of
adjustment
can
do
they
do
it
for
farmers
markets.
They
do
it
for
other
events.
They
can
give
like
a
five
year
and
then
they
only
have
to
go
once
and
then
it
just
stays
there
until
it
expires
all.
L
L
C
D
A
A
Okay
I'll
make.
Did
you
note
that
council
member
bows
and
abstained
from
the
from
the
vote
as
she's
on
the
board.
A
Okay,
good
all
right,
let's
move
on
to
item
50.,
we
have
a
request
to
speak
from
some
individuals.
I
want
to
remind
everybody
at
each
meeting
if
there
are
requests
to
speak,
whether
it
would
be
in
an
item
that
to
speak
on
like
before,
or
in
this
case,
these
requests
to
speak
individually,
that
persons
desiring
to
speak
to
the
council.
A
You
gotta
step
to
the
podium,
obviously
get
to
the
microphone
and
the
rule
28
states
that
you
have
to
you
need
to
give
your
his
or
her
name
address
group
affiliation.
If
there's
any
and
clearly
speak
in
the
microphone,
so
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
everybody
understands
that
for
the
official
record
that
has
been
the
rule,
so
I
will
start
out.
Our
first
speaker
is
deborah
franklin.
Q
Yes,
my
name
is
deborah
franklin
1063.
Can
you
hear
me
is
this
on
yes
40th
street
des
moines
iowa,
and
many
of
you
know
me
from
the
des
moines
metro,
organizing
for
action
group,
I'm
speaking
tonight
mostly
about
a
personal
issue.
Q
Immediately
after
this
removal
we
started
receiving
calls
from
all
over
the
country.
We
would
pick
up
the
phone
spoofing
and
no
one
was
there.
This
and
other
weird
types
of
threatening
calls
went
on
for
two
years
before
a
police
officer
des
moines
police
officer
told
me
to
start
keeping
a
phone
log.
I
have
done
this
for
many
years
now,
beginning
in
july
of
2016..
Q
Q
Q
A
All
right,
your
time
is
up,
so
no
two,
all
right.
So
if
you'd,
just
if
you'd
just
file
it
or
hand
it
over
we'd
turn
it
over.
R
Right,
my
name
is
molly
arndt
and
I
use
they
them
and
she
her
pronouns.
I
am
a
member
of
the
des
moines
tenant
union
and
I
am
here
today
because
the
city
of
des
moines
has
no
plan
to
address
the
upcoming
eviction
crisis
on
october.
R
Yeah,
I
don't
I'm
not
going
to
give
that
to
you.
That's
actually
really
unsafe
and
really
unfair
of
you
to
ask
for
that.
R
I
mean:
do
you
know
that
that
makes
it
really
unsafe
for
like
victims
of
domestic
violence
who
might
not
want
to
give
that
publicly?
Or
you
know,
black
people
and
people
of
color
that
don't
want
to
be
attacked
by
violent
white
supremacists
you're
asking
people
to
dox
themselves.
That's
extremely
dangerous
anyway.
So
I
am
talking
about
housing
today
so,
and
I
will
say
that
I
live
in
council.
C
F
D
And
how
long
have
these
rules,
the
the
name
and
address
been
in
place-
I'm
sure
it's
a
lot
longer
yeah
yeah
yeah,
so.
A
D
Had
any
type
of
domestic
violent
problems
from
the
any
cases
that
have
stemmed.
R
E
R
A
All
right
so
we're
changing
it
to
his
council
member,
at
least
that
that's
the
motion
I'll
ask
everybody
to
vote
on
that.
To
give
a.
A
Expansion
rules
requires
a
two-thirds
vote,
so
the
motion.
R
Yeah
I'm
just
going
to
keep
going.
I
am
talking
about
housing
all.
A
All
right,
molly,
unfortunately,
you've
been
disruptive
and
we
have
explained
the
procedure
to
you
and
we
need
to
have
you
step
away
from
the
microphone
and
sit
down.
Please
and
they're
you're
interrupting
the
rights
of
others
who
are
have
all
registered
to
speak
and
understand
the
rules,
all
right,
peyton.
E
K
Before
I
talk,
can
we
see
the
results
of
the
vote
because
we
still
haven't
seen
that?
Oh
sorry,
thank
you
all
right,
hello,
mayor
and
council.
I'm
sure
you're
expecting
me
to
get
up
here
and
stand
here
and
cuss
all
of
you
out
or
call
you
cowards
or
any
other
name
in
the
book.
K
K
K
K
You've
heard
all
of
us
beg
you
and
plead
with
you
for
over
a
year
to
do
anything
anything
about
the
violent
police
force
that
runs
around
unchecked
in
our
city.
Some
of
them
have
threatened
you.
They
have
told
you
that
they
won't
enforce
ordinances
that
you
passed.
You
have
seen
them
lose
lawsuit
after
lawsuit
costing
the
city
of
des
moines
money
and
forever
impacting
the
lives
of
your
residents.
You've
seen
videos
of
them
shooting
rubber
bullets,
tear
gas
and
pepper
spray
at
children,
people
of
color
reporters
and
you
stand
by
them
in
these
actions.
K
A
M
Hello,
my
name
is
adam
callanan.
I
use
hem
pronouns
and
my
address
is
420
court
avenue
yeah.
First
of
all,
I
want
to
talk
about
something
that
was
put
up
at
the
beginning
of
this
meeting,
which
was
that
coveted
surging
here
in
iowa
other
places
like
iowa
city,
have
taken
action.
M
That's
one
option
is
to
pass
a
mass
mandate,
as
iowa
city
has
to
do
something.
The
city
could
do
to
show
some
sort
of
support
for
the
school
teachers
and
the
children
and
everybody
that's
struggling
right
now.
With
this
sorry
talk
of
the
mask
on
yeah,
but
beyond
that,
there's
just
so
many
other
things
that
could
be
done,
like
an
eviction
moratorium
to
help
with
the
problems
that
are
facing
everybody
with
covet
are
relief
to
restaurant
workers.
M
There's
some
people
who
are
struggling
right
now
and
previously
there
were
things
in
place
earlier
in
the
pandemic,
that
that
supported
people,
restaurant
relief,
the
mask
mandates,
several
things
requiring
all
city
staff
to
wear
masks.
But
none
of
that's
here
now
and
for
some
reason
we're
still
here
in
person
which
is
just
ridiculous,
because
when
things
were
less
bad
than
they
were
now,
we
were
in
virtual
and
now,
if
people
want
to
talk,
they
have
to
come
here
and
risk
getting
coveted
just
to
speak
at
a
meeting
which
is
really
just
unacceptable.
M
I
also
wanted
to
bring
up
that
since
things
went
back
to
in
person.
There
were
actually
two
meetings
on
july,
23rd
and
june.
17Th
that
you
did
hold
virtually
because
of
covid
is
the
official
reason,
but
it's
just
weird
to
see
that
it
keeps
going
back
and
forth,
but
for
these
meetings
you
keep
having
them
in
person,
even
though
it's
pretty
clear
that
it's
dangerous
for
people,
okay,
yeah
and
also
I
wanted
to
talk
about
the
colony
security
group,
because
summer
2020
the
emails
went
out
to
the
city.
M
I
don't
know
if
any
of
you
knew,
but
it's
clear
that
chief
dana
wingert
knew
that
tom
conley
was
with
conley.
Security
was
sending
racist
and
violent
emails
about
protesters,
and
then
I
don't
have
the
date
on
when
city
council
moved
to
in
state
county
security
to
guard
these
meetings
with
an
armed
checkpoint,
but
that
happened
after
the
after
that
fact,
and
then
around
july
19th
an
article
came
out
that
published
those
emails
and
prompted
west
des
moines
to
end
their
contract.
With
the
common
group.
You
still
have
done
nothing.
S
Good
evening,
mayor,
county
and
and
councils,
I'm
just
would
like
to
know
that
the
fairgrounds
this
past
this
past
week
was
really
awesome
and
since
me
and
my
wife
volunteered
for
it-
and
it
was
a
fantastic
volunteer
for
the
first
time
at
the
fairgrounds
and
girls.
Now
we
do
want
to
commend
you
for
it.
Could
you
give
us
your
address?
Please?
Yes,
the
address.
I
live
at
3728
hubbell
avenue
here
in
des
moines,
and
thank
you,
and
also
too
my
my
mind,
was
on
thinking
about
one
day
having
for
people
with
disabilities.
S
G
My
name's
harvey
harrison.
I
live
at
680
harwood
drive
50312.,
I'm
here
this
afternoon
to
ask
that
you
provide
a
30-minute
time
to
me
at
your
next
council
work
session
to
walk
you
through
the
des
moines
police
department,
special
enforcement
team
report
that
I
delivered
to
you
several
weeks
ago.
You
should
all
have
both
a
hard
copy
and
a
pdf
copy
that
you
received
from
me.
G
A
D
D
D
A
Any
opposition
hearing
none,
we
will
receive
and
file
all
comments.
A
I
want
to
thank
the
general
public
for
attending
our
meeting
this
evening
and
helping
us
to
complete
our
city's
business
and
again
I
would
ask
everybody,
as
we
leave
this
evening
to,
as
was
pointed
out,
we've
got
increased
community
transmission
of
covid
and
I'd
like
to
have
everybody,
including
continued
staff
and
others.
Let's
protect
each
other.
Let's
do
everything
we
possibly
can
and
strive
to
drive,
covet
variant
and
others
and
get
by
this
this
pandemic.
A
So
please,
all
of
us,
let's
do
our
best,
this
meeting's
adjourned.
Thank
you.
