B
And
item
three
is
approving
the
consent
agenda,
which
is
items
three
through
forty
seven.
A
couple
of
notes
that
I
I
should
have
made
before
approving
the
agenda
item.
39
was
withdrawn
by
the
city
manager,
item
39a,
there's
a
corrected
roll
call
item,
76,
there's
an
updated
added
preliminary
official
statement
and
item
77,
an
updated
added
preliminary
official
statement
on
the
consent
agenda
item
4m
member
gatto
has
a
conflict
item;
five
mayor
county
votes;
no,
and
with
that
I'd
entertain
a
motion
on
the
consent
move
approval.
B
And
then
item
48
starts
our
hearings
and
for
the
hearings
this
evening
we
have
six
zoning
or
comprehensive
plan
items.
Those
are
items
53
to
58.
We
also
have
several
vacation
hearings.
Several
conveyance
hearings,
one
license
hearing
several
public
improvement
hearings
and
several
bond
hearings
as
a
reminder
for
the
zoning
and
comprehensive
plan
items
only
which
are
again
items
53-58.
B
After
all
of
the
parties
and
interests
have
commented,
we
will
open
it
up
to
any
member
of
the
public
for
germaine
comments
to
aid
in
recognizing
the
parties
in
interest.
Who
may
speak
on
the
zoning
items
I'll
ask
everyone
else
to
not
step
to
the
microphone
unless
they
are
zoning
applicant
or
live
within
200
feet
and
received
mailed
notice
of
the
rezoning.
B
After
all,
parties
in
interest
have
been
called
upon.
The
general
public
will
be
called
upon
for
germaine
public
comment
not
to
exceed
two
minutes
per
person
to
a
maximum
of
10
minutes,
unless
the
hearing
is
ended
sooner
for
failure
to
make
germaine
public
comments
for
the
bond
hearing,
which
hearings,
which
are
items
62-74.
B
B
Do
we
have
any
parties
in
interest?
Actually,
that's
not
any
members
of
the
general
public.
D
I've
seen
on
your
honor
I'll
move,
48
and
48
a
and
pursuant
to
rule
42
a
I'll
waive
the
second
and
third
reading
a
second.
D
B
That
brings
us
to
item
50
item
50
on
vacation
of
a
portion
of
east
2nd
street
right
of
way
lying
north
of
and
adjoining
111
east
grand
avenue,
at
least
to
111
east
grand
llc
for
641
dollars.
A
is
the
first
consideration
of
the
ordinance
above
with
that
we'll
open
it
to
members
of
the
public
for
comment.
A
D
B
This
takes
us
to
our
zoning
and
comprehensive
plan
items
our
first
such
item
item
53
on
request
from
roll-offs
of
des
moines,
incorporated
anthony
and
gregory
s.
Holt
owners,
1150
highway,
5,
pleasantville,
iowa
llc,
anthony
holt
officer
and
tony
holt
owner
for
the
following
regarding
property
in
the
vicinity
of
20
east
18th
street,
to
amend
the
planned
dsm,
creating
our
tomorrow
plan
to
revise
the
future
land
use
classification
from
low
density
residential
to
industrial
and
to
rezone
the
property
from
n3c
neighborhood
district
to
i2
industrial
district.
B
B
D
Mayor
pro
temp,
just
a
a
quick
statement-
council
member
voss-
and
I
were
at
the
neighborhood
meeting
that
they
presented
to
very
clear
what
they're
going
to
do
is
this
portion
is
down
by
the
railroad
tracks
in
the
transload
facility.
This
is
really
the
whole
to
clean
this
property
up
quite
a
bit.
These
are
dumpsters
empty
dumpsters
that
they
have
that
have
been
stored
on
other
portions
of
the
property
actually
illegally,
and
now
we're
getting
this
all
cleaned
up
correctly.
D
They're
going
to
be
covered,
they're
going
to
be
emptied,
and
you
know
I
I
I'd
like
to
see
this
go
through.
If
you
have
some
comments,
but
just
real
quick,
I
just
wanted
we
did.
We
had
one
neighbor.
I
don't
see
him
here,
so
I
think
that
we
we
took
care
of
his
concerns.
Also.
F
D
I
see
none
I'll
move,
53
53
a
right
now,
since
we
only
have
six
of
us
here
and
then
we'll.
G
D
I'll
move
I'll
move
b,
your
honor
also
53
a
and
b.
I
C
B
That
takes
us
to
item
54
on
request
from
jamie
villafana
owner
for
the
following
regarding
property
located
at
3732
easton
boulevard
to
amend
the
plan
dsm,
creating
our
tomorrow
plan
to
revise
the
future
land,
use
classification
from
parks
and
open
space
to
community
mixed
use
and
to
rezone
the
property
from
f
flood
district
and
mx1
mixed
use.
District
to
mx3
mixed
use
district
to
allow
use
of
the
existing
building
as
an
industrial
service,
light
or
office
use
choose
one
alternative.
B
Seeing
none
will
open
it
up
to
the
general
public
for
for
germaine
comments.
Any
comments
from
the
general
public.
D
B
District
i1
industrial
district
to
allow
the
use
of
the
property
for
uses
such
as
warehouse,
wholesale
sales
and
distribution,
equipment
and
material
storage,
outdoor
and
fabrication
and
production
general.
A
is
the
first
consideration
of
ordinance
above
b.
Final
consideration
of
ordinance
above
waiver
is
requested
by
jarrett
koenig
and
requires
six
books
with
that.
We'll
open
it
up
to
the
parties
in
interest.
D
D
Just
real
quick
mayor
pro
tem,
if
I
just
make
a
quick
statement,
this
exodus
group
investment
is
a
business
that
again
councilmember
voss
and
I
went
and
toured.
This
is
a
great
opportunity
for
the
south
side
to
have
a
job
center.
Finally,
and
not
only
just
a
warehouse,
but
actually
a
job
center,
that
we're
going
to
be
able
to
employ
some
folks
out
there.
D
K
I'm
daniel
willrick,
with
pelz
design,
services,
2323
dixon
street
here
in
des
moines,
and
we're
working
with
the
exodus
group
to
get
this
project
going.
I
don't
know
that
I
have
a
ton
more
to
add
to
what
you
already
know
about
the
project
from
the
description,
but
beyond
warehouse.
It's
really
a
bit
of
a
production
facility.
K
They
will
be
bringing
products
in
doing
some
assembly
and
then
shipping
products
out
the
warehouse
portion
is
just
sort
of
it's
pretty
minimal
in
the
scheme
of
things
and
it's
really
very
short-term
as
they
bring
the
product
and
assemble
and
ship
it
out.
So
really
just
here
to
answer
any
questions
you
might
have
regarding
what
we're
asking
for.
G
K
E
Yeah
I
was
able
to
go
through
it
too.
It's
a
unique
business,
one
that
you
wouldn't
even
know
existed
in
des
moines,
but
has
opportunity
for
many
of
the
people
that
live
around
that
area,
to
work
there
too,
and
be
close
enough
that
people
might
not
have
to
commute
long
or
can
even
walk
too.
So
I
think
it
sounds
like
a
really
good
project
for
that
area.
We're.
D
Move
item:
55
55
a
and
55
b,
a.
B
Item
56
on
request
from
cole
of
phoenix
arizona,
llc
todd,
j,
weiss
officer
for
review
and
approval
of
a
third
amendment
to
the
dolls
on
ingersoll
pud
conceptual
plan
on
the
property
located
at
3401
ingersoll
avenue
to
allow
additional
signage,
including
electronic
signs
on
a
convenience
store,
choose
one
alternative:
a
or
b
or
c
a
is
a
proving
electronic
sign
on
the
west
side
of
the
building.
Only
or
b
approving
electric
sign
on
the
west
and
east
side
of
the
building
requires
six
votes
per
passage
or
c.
B
To
deny
with
that,
we
can
open
it
up
if
we
have
any
of
the
parties
and
interests
present.
K
Well,
thanks
for
putting
those
back
to
back,
because
I
get
to
do
both
of
them
again.
Daniel
will
rick
pell's
design
services,
2323
dixon
here
in
des
moines.
This
property
was
the
pel
or
was
the
dolls
originally
priced
chopper
and
now
casey's
has
taken
it
over
and
I
think
just
to
make
one
little
clarification.
Currently
signage
is
allowed
on
this
building
on
those
two
locations
that
we
want
to
put
them.
K
The
issue
is
electronic
signs
is
what
we're
asking
for,
and
they
just
want
to
put
up
their
sort
of
typical,
led
price
signage
on
either
side
of
the
building.
We
had
a
neighborhood
meeting.
There
was
some
some
talk
about
whether
the
one
on
the
east
side,
the
east
side,
was
they
had
some
concerns
about
that.
We
think
we
we
addressed
that
by
the
fact
that
those
signs
are
turned
off
when
the
store's
not
open,
and
that
is
not
a
24-hour
store.
K
So
the
concern
was
just
that
east
side
faces
some
residential
and
if
that
would
be
a
problem,
but
I
think
casey's
is
interested
in
having
a
sign
they'd
like
it
on
both,
like,
I
think,
they'd
be
okay
with
one
side
if
that
made
people
comfortable,
but
that's
kind
of
where,
where
we're
at
without
any
questions,
yeah.
B
But
I
I
just
had
a
question
because
I
I
thought
the
the
neighborhood
concern.
The
east
side,
I
believe,
is
there
is
also
a
mature
tree.
That
right
is
a
nice
sort
of
shade
tree
and
that
maybe
obscures
where
the
the
signage
would
be
located,
and
there
was
concern
about
if
signage
was
permitted,
it
might
lead
to
the
loss
of
the
loss
of
that
tree.
There.
K
Was
some
discussion
in
the
pnc
meeting
around
that
when
I
talked
to
casey's
after
the
fact
they
wouldn't
have
any
intent
of
trimming
that
tree
down,
but
they
kind
of
did
agree
that,
whether
or
not
that
that
tree
may
impede
the
visual
of
it
a
little
bit,
which
is
why
they're,
okay,
with
letting
the
east
side
go
and
getting
the
west
side,
but
they
got
both
sides.
They
would
prefer
that
and
in
the
end,
if
the
sign
can't
be
seen,
I
guess
it's
their
money
that
they're
throwing
at
it
but
yeah.
D
E
L
E
B
K
B
Although
I'm
presiding,
I
will
say,
I
do
have
a
preference
for
option,
a
which
was
the
recommendation
of
planning
and
zoning
and
which
would
just
be
the
for
the
signage
on
the
west
side
of
the
building.
Only
I
think
if
we,
while
there
may
be
a
commitment
now
personnel
on
these
things,
change
sure.
I
think
the
natural
question
would
be
if
you
have
signage
on
that
east
side
of
the
building.
Why
do
we
have
this?
If
we've
got
a
tree
obscuring
it.
D
K
K
Don't
know
before
yeah
I
think
it
was
yeah.
I
don't
want
to
speak
speaking
correctly,
so
maybe
I
won't
say
anything
but
yeah.
F
D
A
B
I-
and
I
believe
we
have
one
of
the
parties
in
interest.
So
we'll
start
with
parties
and
interests,
and
mr
arnold.
M
Thank
you,
council
appreciate
the
opportunity
and
thank
you
for
city
staff
for
all
the
work
that
they
do
for
this
and
other
work.
This
is
a
simple
amendment
to
the
pud.
It
was
a
holiday
in
express
holiday.
Inn
management
group
chose
not
to
renew
the
lease.
We
explored
different
options
in
the
end
decided
it
is
best
to
turn
into
a
college
dormitory
a
residence
hall
at
drake,
serving
primarily
third
and
fourth
year.
M
I
C
J
B
N
Hello
council,
adam
searing,
with
ppdsm
llc.
I
just
thought
I'd
come
just
in
case
there
was
any
opposition,
but
I
don't
think
there
is.
This
is
a
22
unit
development
that
changed
kind
of
during
the
middle
of
my
rezoning
on
westover
and
now
we're
choosing
to
develop
the
22
units
on
hickman
and
leaving
kind
of
the
10
on
western
for
kind
of
a
phase
two,
so
I
needed
the
17
units
amend
the
land
use,
get
the
density,
so
any
questions.
D
B
B
With
that
we'll
go
to
the
general
public
for
any
comments.
E
D
A
B
B
D

C

E
B
B
C
D
H
Would
like
to
thank
nick
shaw
and
our
whole
budget
finance
department
and
and
our
manager's
office
and
all
departments
for
coordinating
this
very
complicated
end
of
the
year
budgetary
issuance
of
bonds
that
we
go
through
annually
to
keep
ourselves
up,
and
I
just
want
to
comment
and
thank
all
of
our
staff
for
all
the
hard
work
that
they
did
as
we
move
into
the
informal
hearings
and
and
directing
the
the
sale
of
these
of
these
bonds.
Thank
you
all.
B
And
I
think,
since
this
is
an
informal
public
hearing,
we
do
open
this
up.
If
any
members
of
the
general
public
would
like
to
comment.
C
B
Takes
us
to
item
77
directing
advertisement
for
sale
and
approving
electronic
bidding
procedures
and
official
statement
for
nineteen
million
one
hundred
sixty
thousand
dollars.
Stormwater
management,
utility
revenue,
bonds
series,
2022
b
bonds
will
be
sold
at
a
special
meeting
on
july
20
at
4
30
pm
council
communication
number
22-314.
G
C
B
It's
requested,
but
we
need
to
continue
it.
Sorry,
okay,
limited
mx3,
mixed-use
district
to
limited
mx3,
mixed-use
district,
and
we
have
a
request
from
from
the
applicant
to
continue
it.
I
believe
for
the
next
meeting
on
july
18th.
B
That
takes
us
to
ordinances.
First
consideration:
item
80
is
amending
chapter
114
of
the
municipal
code
regarding
traffic
regulation
changes
as
follows:
council
communication
number
22-303
a
parking
restriction
restrict
parking
on
both
sides
of
hartford
avenue
from
southeast
22nd
street
to
county
soccer
park.
E
B
J
Would
love
to
move
item
83,
and
I
want
to
thank
anna
for
all
that
that
you've
done
to
bring
this
forward.
You
organized
the
tour
that
we
all
went
on
to
walk
the
path
and
especially
to
our
engineering
department,
steve
nabor.
I
mean
they
went
into
quick
action
and
really
got
a
lot
done.
So,
thanks
to
everybody,
that's
been
involved
with
this,
but
we're
moving
forward.
Yeah.
D
I
H
Is
is
there
a
an
interest
and
I
guess
I'll,
ask
the
city
attorney
should
unless
anybody
has
an
objection,
should
we
go
back
and
amend
the
two
motions
on
81
and
2
to
waive
the
second
and
third
on
those
pursuant
to
42a.
O
You
certainly
can
do
so
it's
to
keep
those
sections
are
being
adjusted
to
be
compliant
with
chapter
22
of
the
iowa
code.
Okay,
then,.
O
D
D
C
B
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
mr
mayor,
and
that
takes
us
to
item
84,
which
are
requests
to
speak
as
follows.
Item
a
is
paddy
wenger.
P
P
Is
it
open
so
anyway,
I'm
here
speaking
for
him,
but
also
it's
a
big
mistake
to
not
have
all
our
pools
open
and
you
know
properly
hiring
and
staffing
them
needs
to
be
a
priority
for
our
city
for
our
children,
and
the
mistake
is
that
it
results
in
overcrowding
at
our
other
pools,
including
in
the
suburbs,
the
suburbs,
the
country
clubs
are
still
staffed
with
their
lifeguards,
and
I
understand
that
this
year
it's
just
a
loss.
This
is
what
we're
stuck
with.
Is
this
rotating
closure
schedule?
P
P
J
We're
doing
everything
we
can
to
keep
all
of
our
pools,
open
ben
page
and
his
staff
have
done
a
phenomenal
job.
We
have
been
trying
for
a
year
now
to
get
people
to
apply
and
they're.
Just
simply
are
not
enough
kids
or
adult
applicants
that
want
to
apply.
So,
of
course,
we
want
to
keep
all
of
our
pools
open.
We
simply
can't
if
we
don't
have
the
staff,
so
we've
asked
and
we've
we've
put
that
message
out
there
over
and
over
and
over
again.
E
To
follow
up
on
that,
I
just
you
know
ben
page
and
his
staff.
I
know
started
like
a
year
ago,
and
I
know
we
went
to
neighborhood
meetings
yeah
the
breakfasts
at
north.
We
left
flyers,
we
talked
to
kids
and
at
roosevelt
too
about
the
possibility
and
I
think
everybody's
doing
whatever
they
can.
This
is
an
issue
too.
I
just
got
back
from
my
daughters
in
new
york
and
they
had
the
same
issue
at
a
public
pool.
They
couldn't
have
all
of
it
open
or
they
had
some
shorter
hours.
E
So
I
think
that
if
anybody's
listening,
they're
still
hours,
they're
gay,
I
think
they
even
provided
free
life-saving
courses
to
get
opportunity
for
young
people
to
come
work.
So
I
think
that
if
there
is
anybody
that
would
still
like
a
job,
I
think
it's
still
on
the
website
for
the
park
and
rec
and
because
we
want
them
all
open.
So
it's
not
it's
a
matter
of
staffing
to
be
safe.
P
And
I
understand
the
staffing
or
the
safety
factor
of
it
and
whether
people
applied,
but
also
when
I
look,
I
and
maybe
I'm
reading
it
wrong,
but
I
thought
the
positions
are
like
like
temporary
full-time
positions
and
that
I
think
we
need
to
think
differently
next
year.
If
it's
going
to
be
a
problem,
just
saying
oh
well,
no
one
came
and
applied.
Let's
just
not
have
our
pools
open
is
not
an
answer.
P
P
Then
you
need
to
go
to
dmacc
and
incentivize.
Are
you
offering
scholarships?
Are
you
partnering
with
our
the
resources
that
we
have
it's
an
important
issue?
It's
not
one
that
we
just
say:
oh
well,
nationwide,
the
young
man.
I
assume
called
me
this
week
and
it
I
heard
a
lot
of
excuses
about.
Oh,
it's,
a
nationwide
problem
and
we're
just
saying
nobody
applied.
P
B
You
ma'am,
we
appreciate
the
feedback,
I
will
add
one
other
one
other
piece
and-
and
I
did
share
this
with
ben
page
and
our
city
manager
sanders.
I
think
we
maybe
need
to
look
at
cedar
rapids
bump
their
their
wage
level
up.
I
think
they're
a
full
two
dollars
an
hour
higher
than
we
are
currently
for
for
lifeguards,
and
I
think
that
is
part
of
what
we
need
to
evaluate.
D
I
I
would
agree,
mr
mayor
pro
temp.
The
bottom
line
is,
is
people
aren't
applying
because
they
can
go
work
in
the
suburbs
at
the
country
club
for
probably
15
an
hour
and
I
believe,
we're
paying
13..
So
that's
that
that's
that's!
That's
where
we're
at
and
that's
what
we
need
to
do.
I
mean
it's
a
it's.
It
is
a
nationwide
problem,
but
we
we
somewhat
have
that
we
somewhat
had
this
same
discussion
on
thursday
and
we
won't
get
into
it
but
yeah.
Q
Hello,
my
name
is
adam
mcallan.
I
see
him
pronouns.
I
live
in
ward,
three
and
I'm
with
people's
town
hall.
As
always,
I'm
going
to
remind
everybody
that
we
need
to
defund
dmpd
fire
sanders
and
fire
winger
if
we're
going
to
get
accountability
with
the
police
department.
But
today
I'm
mainly
talking
about
a
few
other
things.
First
off
we
still
need
virtual
meeting
participation.
Q
We
can
see
and
I'm
glad
that
the
mayor
and
council
do
get
special
accommodation
to
participate
virtually,
but
we
know
those
accommodations
exist
and
those
need
to
be
given
to
members
of
the
public
who
can't
attend
as
well.
Public
meetings
are
not
public;
if
not
everybody
can't
attend
includes.
You
know,
compromised
folks,
folks
that
aren't
sick
but
have
simply
been
exposed
and
are
following
the
cdc
guidelines,
sick
people
and
other
people
who
are
unable
to
participate
currently,
and
we
talked
about
vision
zero
this
morning
and
trigger
warning
for
vehicle
attacks.
Q
I'm
glad
the
city
is
looking
into
eliminating
or
lowering
the
number
of
traffic
deaths.
It
seems
like
a
really
good
plan.
I
would
hope
that
the
city
also
considers
what's
happening
in
this
state
and
across
the
country,
which
is
people
using
vehicles
to
purposefully
attack
protesters
in
the
roads.
This
happened
in
mason
city
and
cedar
rapids.
We
know
that
it's
happening
now
in
iowa.
It
could
happen
here
and
also
know
that
in
2020
from
my
personal
experience,
I
watched
dmpd
encourage
people
to
drive
their
cars
through
protests.
Q
So
it's
a
problem
here
and
the
city
needs
to
address
that,
along
with
vision,
zero,
because
a
lot
of
these
vehicles
out
there
are
weapons,
not
just
accidental
traffic
fatalities.
I
want
to
talk
about
arpa
funds
as
well.
It
was
voted
on
today
on
the
consent
agenda
without
public
comment
or
discussion.
I
think
that's
very
odd,
especially
that
have
been
kind
of
switched
around
based
on
our
work
sessions.
So
we
know
that
there's
some
controversy
on
it.
It's
also
obviously
not
a
routine
thing
and
by
the
city
rules.
Q
The
consent
agenda
is
meant
for
routine
and
non-controversial
items.
That
is
not
one.
There's
a
lot
more
on
the
consensus
like
that,
that
is
non-routine
and
could
be
controversial.
Item
18
had
a
developer,
adam
searin
and
the
city
paid
over
a
hundred
thousand
dollars.
At
least
it
appears
that
the
city
paid
over
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
over
what
polk
county
assessed
to
the
value
for
the
homes
and
they
bought
from
him
as
a
developer.
L
Mr
mayor
mayor,
tim,
tim
lane,
4
334
grand
avenue
des
moines
iowa
and
I'm
here
to
seek
a
variance
or
assistance
with
a
hurdle
that
has
been
presented
to
my
committee,
that
I
am
the
co-chair
of
the
iowa
world
war,
one
centennial
celebration
committee,
and,
to
give
a
little
background
of
this,
I
want
to
just
touch
base
on
several
different
issues
regarding
des
moines
practice
of
remembrance
and
if
we
can't
get
this
up
I'll
hold
it
up
and
pass
it
around
in
in
just
a
second,
and
in
order
to
do
this,
I
want
to
just
share
a
couple
stories
of
historical
sites
in
in
des
moines.
L
After
world
war,
one,
there
was
a
effort
to
remember
veterans
of
world
war,
one
and
because
polk
county
was
doing
such
a
great
monument
on
one
side
of
the
city,
the
state,
capitol
and
and
the
governor
decided
that
they
would
complement
it.
With
a
tribute
to
the
women
who
served
in
world
war,
one
in
the
state
capitol
had
anyone
ever
visited
that
site
you
haven't
visited
that
site
because
they
lost
track
of
it.
L
The
trees
died
and
when
we
followed
up
on
it,
they
didn't
know
where
they
were:
the
iowa
world
war,
one
centennial
committee,
replanted,
those
trees
and,
and
it's
you
know
and
put
a
boulder
on
there
that
so
nobody
would
ever.
L
You
know
forget
that,
in
addition
to
that,
the
committee
approached
the
con
or
forwarded
a
concept
of
offering
a
mural
on
the
silos
by
gray's
lake,
and
we
were
informed
that
a
committee
associated
with
gray's
lake
would
not
let
murals
be
on
gray's
lake
because
they
wanted
to
serve
the
history
of
gray's
life
and
our
concept
was
to
share
multiple
advertisements
and
articles
on
gaylord
gray.
So.
B
You
you're
at
you're
at
the
the
two
minutes
for
for
public
comment.
We
can
encourage
you
to.
L
D
Sum
up,
then,
could
maybe
somebody
from
staff
get
some
of
this.
B
D
We're
happy
to
listen
and
you
can
send
us
emails
and
if
staff
has
been
working
with
you,
I'm
sure
that
they
can
get
us
the
information.
But
we
have
to
keep
the
time.
L
R
I'm
jolene
prescott
and
I
live
at
three
zero
one
three
third
street
in
des
moines
and
I
am
having
the
darndest
time
finding
an
accessible
parking
spot
in
des
moines.
It
seems
like
the
baby
boomers
are
getting
older,
we're
getting
more
of
these
placards
coming
out
and
it's
really
getting
to
where
it's
hard
to
find
an
accessible
spot
and
what
really
breaks
my
heart
is.
When
I
see
somebody
having
to
park
further
back
that,
I
know,
has
a
placard
and
then
they're
having
to
walk
up
you
know
longer
than
they
should.
R
I
was
wondering
there's
two
ways
to
solve:
that
is,
there
are
more
parking
spots
or
we
really
need
to
enforce
accessible
parking,
because
I
see
this
you'll
you'll
see
somebody
walking
out
of
the
store,
they've
been
parked
in
a
in
a
in
a
zone
like
that
and
they
don't
look
now.
I
know
people
have
hidden
disabilities,
but
these
people
were
obviously
using
grandma's
placard
and
if
there's
any
way,
we
can
have
better
enforcement
of
those
accessible
zones,
something
to
think
about
for
the
the
future.
