seen
the
plans
they
were
provided
to
me
by
the

the
staff
and
a
couple,
questions
that
I
have
and
was
hoping
to
get
answers
to
would
be
one

It
looks
like
the
building
itself
and
not
the
you
know.

that
comes

neighborhood
ends
up
going
down

greenwood
pond,

our
concern
would
be
that
the
construction
would
possibly
change

drainage
route
and
what
we're
hoping

it

training
continue

west
and
not
coming
back

to

south

pushing
back

Currently,
the
city
ordinance
only
allows
outdoor
storage
to
be
located
within
an
I-1
or
ni-2
industrial
district.

property
is
on
army
post
road
at
the
intersection
with
south
southwest
11th
street,
and
it
is
located
on
the
army,
post
corridor
and
here's
a
land
use
map
that
shows
you.
The
the
area
along
this
corridor
is
community
mixed
use
and
predominantly
consists
of
small,
smaller
scale
commercial
users
and
then,
as
you
look
further
north
and
south,
there
is
lower
density
residential.

believes
that
the
industrial
development
in
the
city
should
be
focused
in
areas
that
are
already
designated
for
those
type
types
of
users.
The
subject
property
is
located
on
army
post
road
in
an
area
that
is
primarily
small
scale.
Commercial

retail
uses
that
back
up
to
the
to
the
residential
areas
that
I
showed
you
in
the
map,
so
accommodating
industrial
uses
could
have
a
large
impact
on
on
adjoining
properties
and
the
environment.

those
considerations
in
mind,
staff
finds
the
rezoning
to
be
not,
in
conformance
with
the
existing
plan,
dsm.
Future
land
use
designation
of
community
mixed
use
and
staff
recommends
denial
of
the
requested
amendment
to
the
plan.

revise
the
future
land
use
classification
from
community
mixed
use
to
industrial
staff
also
recommends
denial
of
the
requested
rezoning
from
rx1
mixed
mixed-use
district
to
i1
industrial
district,
since
I-1
district

not

conformance

designation
in
plan
dsm.

we
received
a
letter
from
the
water
south
neighborhood
association.
This
property
is
not
located
inside
a
designated
neighborhood
association.
However,
this
neighborhood
association
is
within
250
feet
of
the
property
and
they
contacted
the
city
to
let

us
know
that
they
did
not
have
any
concerns
with
the
rezoning
as
well,
and
additionally,
we
received
a
comment
card.
Here's
the
consent,
map
of
the
one
property
in
support
of
the
rezoning
that
sent
us
a
positive
comment
card
before.

I
just
wanted
to
point
out.
The
the
city
did
also
receive
copies
of
a
petition
that
the
applicant
was
able
to
receive
signatures
from
at
least
35
residents
in
that
area.
That
indicated
that
they
did
not
have
any
concerns
with
the
outdoor
storage
and
parking
within
the
property
that
was
submitted
to
us,
and
it's
just
for
your
information.
We
received
that
so
with
that.
If
you
have
any
questions,

them

rezoned
