A
A
All
right,
chicana
we're
going
to
start.
Hopefully
that's
all
she
needs
hey.
I
want
to
welcome
everybody
for
coming
today
and
to
give
you
sort
of
an
update
on
what's
going
on.
I
think
all
of
us
can
read
the
national
media
and
the
weather
service.
A
A
I
think
that
we
want
to
with
all
of
our
public
safety
people
up
here,
but,
most
importantly,
public
works
in
patka
zitza.
I
think
it
was
sort
of
an
update
on
what
the
plan
is
going
to
be.
During
this
event,
I
also
want
to
acknowledge
our
council
member
skip
moore,
who
was
sitting
back
here
in
the
audience
as
well,
and
we
at
city
council
level,
certainly
and
hold
public
safety
in
the
interest
of
our
citizens
as
our
number
one
goal,
and
we
focus
on
that
every
single
day.
B
Now
the
plan
for
this
is
tonight.
We
see
it
only
raining
through
rush
hour
traffic,
so
people
are
going
to
be
able
to
get
home
safely
tonight,
beginning
with
an
onset
of
snow,
about
eight
to
nine
we're
going
to
begin
to
do
plowing
operations
on
the
snow
routes.
People
are
reminded:
there's
no
parking
on
snow
routes
once
plowing
operations
commence
once
those
are
done,
we're
going
to
be
moving
on
to
residential
streets.
People
are
reminded
to
park
off
that
street,
so
we
can
get
to
those
residential
streets
as
soon
as
possible.
B
B
A
few
reminders
number
one
there's
no
parking
on
snow
routes
when
we
get
into
snow
plowing
operations
number
two
we're
going
to
see
some
bonded
material.
With
this
again
we're
going
to
see
the
material
packed
down
onto
our
main
roads
so
be
careful
out
there
we'll
continue
to
work
on
both
the
routes
and
the
residential
streets
till
all
return
to
normal
winter
driving
condition,
but
tomorrow
morning's
rush
hour
is
going
to
be
difficult,
start
early,
take
your
time.
B
So
that's
what
we
have
for
an
update
on
this
storm,
we'll
be
continuing
around
the
clock,
monitoring
its
development
and
responding
to
it.
Do
we
have
any
questions.
B
Starts
going,
we
do
we
really
prefer
a
winter
storm
that
falls
and
starts
with
snow
when
it
doesn't
we
like
to
pre-treat
when
for
a
storm,
if
it's
going
to
rain,
we
cannot
retreat
and
that's
our
problem
and
that's
the
problem
we
had
in
the
summer
and
that's
a
problem
we
have
today.
We
have
rain
in
advance
that
minimizes
any
effect
of
free
treatment.
B
A
couple
of
things
that
we
did
work
on
there
number
one
we
want
to
get
the
message
out
like
we
are
today.
We
want
the
public
to
know
exactly
what
they're
going
to
face
here
in
the
next
24
to
36
hours.
Secondly,
we've
geared
up
on
some
of
our
equipment
to
do
a
little
bit
more
effective
job
in
some
of
our
cul-de-sacs
and
dead-end
streets,
getting
in
some
more
loaders
with
blades.
B
B
Does
the
city
plan
to
hand
out
warnings
again
for
those
who
park
on
residential
streets?
The
city
does
have
a
new
snow
removal
program
this
year,
encouraging
people
to
get
off
the
street
again
on
snow
routes,
there's
tickets
immediately
on
the
residential
streets.
We
begin
with
warnings.
We
started
in
the
blizzard
of
2012
and
again.
In
this
event,
warnings
will
be
issued
following
this
event.
It'll
be
tickets
for
parking
on
residential
streets
when
snow
removal
is
in
event,
is
it
expected.
B
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you
all
for
coming
appreciate
it.
I
think
everybody
will
be
available
for
a
couple
of
minutes.
If
you
have
any
other
specific
questions,
anybody
would
like
to
ask.
We
have
staff
in
the
manager's
office
we
have
the
chief,
the
police
department
here
and
panca,
certainly
from
public
works,
so
you'll
be
available
and
thanks
again
for
coming.
Thank
you
very
much.
