um So uh one of the board members had an emergency and it's not gonna be able to make it um so that puts us into not having a courtroom, so we're gonna have to yep. So we'll have to uh so I assume that what we'll do is we will call the meeting to order and then just state that and have a continuing mating then for next month, which I'm sorry Mr Baxter about this.

All right, so I will uh call the board of adjustments and appeal meeting to order. This is the October 12th meeting um and uh miss work. If you could, please um take the role.

Present so um we do not have a core tonight's meeting to do an emergency, so hopefully that will get worked out, but it affects us and we're going to have to have a continuance of this meeting for next month.

um I think that is all we can't do anything else with with uh roll with uh a minutes or a fact or anything without a quorum. So is that, uh is there any other business? We need to take care of Miss work or we'll just get this rescheduled.
