Meaning

the
north

favor
of
the
application

opposition
of

background

were
submitted

application,

building
permits.

a
little
bit
of
the
background,
the

you
read
in
your
staff
report,
the
applicant
constructed
the
garage
into
the
setback.
The
foundation
was
poured,
it
was
poured
incorrectly.
The
applicant
then
called
the
Community
Development
Department,
and
at
that
time
we
determined
that
an
administrative
adjustment
could
be
done.
Based
on
the
information
that
was
provided
and
some
measurements
that
were
that
were
taken
come
to
the
come,
so
we
told
the
applicant
to
proceed
with
construction
of
the
garage.

the
fact
when
the
garage
was
constructed,
it
was
measurements
were
recalculated
and
whatnot
that
the
the
garage
was
actually
one
foot
nine
inches
into
the
setback
inside
of
a
foot.
So
an
administrative
adjustment
will
allow
up
to
a
foot
and
to
the
side
into
the
five
foot
side
setback
so
long
story
short,
the
variance
came
before
you
the
board,
instead
of
for
an

for
an
administrative
adjustment.

to
be

The
information
went
back
to
the
contractor
at
the

that

in
the
floor
was
poured.

encroaching

we
originally
thought.

of
the

variance

the

could
reduce

the

and
went
to
the
undergraduates

run
it
to
the
fence,
because

you
look
on
the
bottom
of
the
survey,
it
shows
the
fence
is
kind
of
right,
almost
right
on
the
property
line.

measured
from
that
point
and

back
to

talk

my

issue
and

a

issue
