more
public
facing
organization.

wanted
to
get
our
face
out
there.

know
they
use
the
term
being
transparent
and
whatnot,

you
could
see
the
community
was
changing
you're.

you

credit
where

and
it
ain't

with

certainly

Tony

hope

folks
appreciated

interaction

the

folks

learning
environment

wanted
to
say
thank
you
tonight.
I
noticed
that
the
creation
of
the
Preservation
Commission
is
up
for
final
approval
and
that's
cool
and
I
noticed
that
the
the
new
banner
that's
been
shown
for
inclusion
on
Broadway
historic
and
that's.

met
her
about
five
years
ago
when
she
came
to
Council
and
said
I
have
this
vision
or
a
permanent
military
monument
of
some
kind
here
in
Englewood,
and
she
talked
with
counsel,
and
she
talked
with
the
guys
over
at
the
high
school
and
as
I
worked
out.
The
high
school
said
what
a
great
idea
and
then
she
got
started
on
probably
the
biggest
challenge
he's
ever
done
in
her
whole
life.

Cohen

Inglewood.
Regarding
mr.
Gillette's
comments
regarding
Home
Rule
on
April
17th,
even
a
casual
reading
of
legends
plenary
power
is
granted
to
Home
Rule
cities.
Home
Rule
cities
are
allowed
by
the
state
constitution,
but
the
plenary
powers
are
only
in
and
for
wholly
local
matters,
which
are
very
few
and
increasingly
rare.
Home
Rule
did
not
allow
the
city
to
exercise
plenary
power
in
sign
codes.
This
council
had
to
alter
sign
codes
due
to
the
SCOTUS
ruling
that
business
advertising
is
a
free
speech
issue.
N
Obviously
you
don't
believe
that
plenary
powers
of
home
rule
city
of
Inglewood
are
absolute
when
it
comes
to
the
Constitution
as
interpreted
by
the
SCOTUS
at
least
not
for
businesses.
Obviously,
if
you
agree
that
businesses
have
First
Amendment
rights,
then
you
have
to
agree
that
the
Bill
of
Rights,
which
was
meant
to
protect
the
inalienable
rights
of
citizens
and
individuals,
takes
absolute
precedence
over
the
alleged
plenary
power
of
Inglewood
Home
Rule.
The
council
has
no
power
to
make
ordinances
that
violate
individual
property
rights.
N
That
is
what
the
2011
citizen
initiative
said
and
it
voided
and
repealed
any
ordinance
that
violated
the
private
property
rights
have
been
vigils
regarding
the
number
of
vehicles
they
could
park
on.
Their
property
enforcement
of
the
non-op
ordinance
is
violating
the
person,
the
private
property
rights
of
individuals
and
violating
the
clear
will
of
the
people
who
passed
the
2011
initiative.
N
Several
of
council
frequently
cite
the
will
of
the
people
when
you
do
so,
for
instance,
site
the
vote
of
the
people
on
the
police
building
bond
issue
as
the
will
of
the
people
and
therefore
in
violet.
You
should
remember
that
the
will
of
people
was
expressed
very
adamantly
in
2011,
when
the
will
of
the
people
was
that
their
rights
to
private
property
were
paramount
and
that
they
forbade
the
city
to
limit
the
number
of
vehicles
on
private
property.

Yet
there
is
still
an
ordinance
limiting
a
class
of
vehicles
to
one
and
citizens,
rights
to
their
property
are
being
violated
and
their
property
seized
and
under
threat
of
a
median
seizure
and
destruction.
I
know
that
your
oath
to
defend
the
Constitution
of
the
u.s.
takes
precedence
over
the
state
constitution
and
even
over
home
rule,
at
least
insofar
as
the
rights
of
individuals
are
concerned,
to
be
free
of
the
tyranny
of
even
local
government
and
free
in
their
property
rights.

You
need
to
change
the
thrust
and
attitude
and
power
of
code
enforcement
to
one
that
is
advisory
and
helpful,
not
heavy-handed
enforcement
of
violations
of
individual
property
rights
repeal
the
ordinances
that
are
contrary
to
the
will
of
the
people.
Secure
seizure
of
one's
personal,
private
property
under
the
guise
of
abatement
of
violations
of
ordinances
that
are
violations
of
personal
property
rights
is
quite
wrong
and
a
violation
of
the
Bill
of
Rights
Home
Rule
does
not
grant
to
plenary
power
to
enact
codes
that
violate
personal
property
rights.
You
council
have
no
such
right.

Moving
on
to
agenda
item
seven,
this
is
our
unscheduled
public
comment.
We
do
have
several
speakers
signed
up.
Our
first
is
Rhonda
Phil,
Eddie
and
I
here
to
speak,
about
code
and
fence
permit
and
on
deck
is
Liz
Weber.

my
partner

I.
We
live
next
door
to
a
rental
property.
That's
had
five
sets
of
tenants
in
eight
months,
three
of
which
have
been
evictions.
The
property
continues
to
affect
our
quality
of
life,
and
after
calls
to
the
police
code
enforcement
and
the
impact
unit,
we
were
told
that
our
best
course
of
action
was
to
build
the
fence.
I
went
to
the
Community
Development
Office
and
asked
to
speak
to
somebody
about
building
a
fence.
Audrey
Kirk
came
out.
P
We
went
into
the
conference
room
and
spoke
for
almost
an
hour.
I
explained
the
situation
we
have
with
our
neighbors
and
showed
her
photos
of
the
property.
She
was
sympathetic
to
our
situation
and
understood
that
we
needed
an
8-foot
fence
in
order
to
create
privacy
and
to
solve
our
problem.
We
discussed
possible
solutions.
She
strongly
discouraged
me
from
applying
for
a
variance
saying
that
in
her
entire
career,
at
Inglewood,
she's
only
seen
one
variance
for
increased
height
of
a
fence
ever
approved
and
that
this
would
essentially
be
a
waste
of
my
time
of
our
time.

We
then
discussed
how
I
would
need
to
build
the
fence.
She
was
very
specific.
She
said
I
needed
to
build
up
to
a
four
foot
wall
at
that,
but
that
level
that
height,
that
could
be
done
without
an
engineer,
so
the
4-foot
wall
then
attached
a
six-foot
fence
and
then
attached
a
lattice
top
as
long
as
the
lattice
was
not
with
as
long
as
there
was
a
space
between
the
lattice
and
the
fence.
This
is
exactly
how
she
told
me
to
have
the
fence
built.

She
gave
me
the
name
of
a
fence.
Construction
company
could
do
the
work
that
company's
time
line,
I
called
them
and
they
were
too
far
out.
We
had
an
immediate
situation
with
our
neighbors
and
it
was
escalating,
so
we
hired
a
different
company
that
could
come
out
the
following
week.
Actually,
I
instructed
that
fence
contractor
to
build
the
fence
in
the
exact
detail
that
Audra
told
me,
then
he
worked
with
the
permitting
department
in
the
application
process.
A
permit
was
issued
signed
by
Audra
and
the
fence
was
built.

Approximately
three
weeks
later,
we
received
an
email
from
Audra
Kirk,
saying
that
our
fence
had
been
brought
to
the
attention
of
her
supervisor
and
that
the
fence
needed
to
be
reduced
in
height
to
six
feet
in
the
next
30
days.
She
said
quote:
I
am
sorry
that
you
will
have
to
do
this.
I
know
that
I
told
you
this
was
alright
and
that
I
truly
did
believe
that
it
would
be
okay,
My
partner,
Liz,
Weber
speaking

she's

to
tell
you
what
happened
immediately
following
this
email.

after
we
got
that
email
like
immediately
five
minutes,
we
drove
down
here
to
the
Community
Development
Department,
to
try
to
resolve
the
issue.
Audra
was
available,
so
we
were
able
to
sit
down
with
her
to
try
to
talk
things
through
she
repeatedly
apologized
for
the
fact
that
she
had
approved
our
permit
and
that
we
built
the
fence
based
on
her
specific
direction.

asked
for
the
supervisors
name,
who
said
that
who
would
not
approve
the
permit.
We
were
refused.
She
said
that
she
could
not
tell
us
that
a
type
of
information
there
was
nothing
she
could
do
for
us.
So
then
we
asked
to
speak
to
a
director
or
someone
who
we
could
get
some
information
from,
and
this
is
where
Brad
power
entered
the
conversation.
He
had
already
been
brought
up
to
speed
and
he
simply
and
clearly
stated.
Yes,
we
approved
your
permit,
but
we
make
mistakes.
I
cannot
change
code
and
there
is
nothing.

There
is
also
other
several
other
concerning
things
that
were
that
happened
during
that
conversation
that
I
don't
have
time
to
go
into
right
now,
but
here
we
are
today
honestly
feeling
pretty
beat
up
by
this
whole
process.
We
followed
all
the
rules
we
went
to
the
experts.
We
went
to
the
authority
on
approving
permits
for
this
city
to
build
this
fence
and
had
it
approved.
We
have
email
correspondence,
we
have
complete
recorded
conversations
with
Brad
power
and
audre
Kirk
and
we
have
a
signed
permit
from
this
city.

So
we're
really
pretty
stressed
out
by
this
whole
thing.
We
feel
a
little
railroaded
and
we
have
other
projects
on
our
property
that
we'd
like
to
do
to
enhance
our
property.
But
after
this
we're
really
losing
confidence
in
the
validity
of
these
building
permits,
this
fence
remedied
our
problem
with
the
nuisance
rental
next
door,
and
we
also
have
neighbor
support
at
this
point.
We
have
no
intentions
of
reducing
or
making
any
adjustments
to
this
height.
Nor
do
we
feel,
like
this
city,
should
be
imposing
those
changes
upon
us.

sort

elevated

building

our
neighbors
would
still

clearer
vision.

the

an
extension
of
their
home
they're
out
till

substances
and
their
lights
are
very
bright,
which

our

or
into
our
home.

tainted

entire
vacation,

I'm
supposed

not
fill
out
a
ample
and
robust
variance
application.

running
around

try
to
get
neighbors
support
in
time
to
submit
this,
which
were
eight.

get
seven
of
these
forms
filled
out
in
a
matter
of
like
an
hour
getting
back
from
having
this
meeting,
they
bought
us
the
sign
before
we
even
submitted
the
application.
So

called
me
while
I

vacation

said:
hey,
we
got
this
sign
and
this
ginormous
post
and
I'm
like
well.
We
haven't
even
submitted
the
application.

are
we
getting
this
sign
and

they
told

sent
me
an
email
saying
a
woman
who
works
the
desk
in
the
office
was
going
to
be
bringing
us
by
a
sign
to
post
in

yard,

her
pull
up

she's

for
me,
it's
like
what
you'd
put
a
stop
sign
on.

High
School
was
honored

the
military
and

presented

proud

be
an
American
award
to
the
high
school
and
to
the
principal
Ryan
West.
A
wonderful
program
was
presented
by
the
military
and
also
the
Englewood
high
school
students.
Orchestra
play
the
wonderful
military
music
and
some
of
the
students
were
seeing.

You
can
also
be
a
witness
to
history
again
on
this
Memorial
Day,
not
all
the
Memorial
Day
the
day
before
Memorial
Day
on
May
28th,
when
the
Inglewood
high
school
will
be
also
allowing
us
to
have
another
program
such
as
the
Veterans
Memorial,
that
is
allowed
at
the
school.
There
are
not
many
in
fact,
it's
very,
very
rare
that
high
schools
have
the
kind
of
Memorial
that
we
have
the
pavers
in
front
honoring,
the
military
and
also
having
this
presentation.

be
the
third
year
that
we've
had
a
military
presentation,
so
we
would
like,
for
all
of
you,
the
people
in
the
audience
in
our
council
to
honor
our
military,
who
has
served
us
and
also
to
expose
our
young
people
to
the
wonderful
patriotic
events
that
happened
there.

bring
your
family,
your
friends,
there's
a
brochure

I'm

to
speak
for
myself,
but
also
to
represent
two
community
organisations
on
the
part
of
I'm,
a
member
of
a
meetup
group
called
friends,
Oh
diversity
and
on
the
leader
of
a
local
grassroots
organization,
called
people
power.
People
power
is
a
group
that
works
in
affiliation
with
the
ACLU.
There
are
people
power
groups
across
Colorado,
I'm,
the
leader
of
the
Englewood
group.
We
are
currently
trying
to
meet
with
local
government,
school
officials,
police
chiefs
and
sheriff's
to
encourage
a
consistent
and
well
communicated
policy.

When
it
comes
to
how
we
treat
undocumented
members
of
our
community,
we
are
working
in
affiliation
with
the
ACLU
to
try
to
take
advantage
of
their
expertise
when
it
comes
to
the
law
and
protecting
civil
rights.
We
are
not
suggesting
that
any
member
of
our
police
department
not
do
their
job
or
that
any
member
of
our
local
government
or
administrators
and
our
schools
don't
cooperate
with
ice
within
the
boundaries
of
the
law.

What
we
are
asking
is
that,
as
a
community,
we
proactively
prepare
for
greater
ice
activity
in
our
city
by
making
sure
that
we
have
clearly
communicated
policies
and
procedures
in
place
at
all
levels
of
government
in
the
police
force
and
that
we
are
on
the
same
page
as
our
schools
and
the
County
Sheriff
we
work
with.
We
have
been
in
contact
with
some
of
you
and
had
a
meeting
scheduled
with
the
Chief
of
Police,
which
got
canceled.

There
seems
to
be
some
concern
about
our
agenda
and
some
fears
about
our
affiliation
with
the
ACLU
I
brought
some
information
with
me.
That
I
hope
will
assuage
your
fears.
We
have
had
many
positive
meetings
around
the
state
that
have
been
very
cooperative
and
not
at
all
at
this
areal,
because
Englewood
is
not
an
isolated
community.
I
think
it's
important
that
we
communicate
effectively
with
Denver
and
Littleton
and
any
other
city
along
our
borders.
In
regards
to
this
topic,
we
have
had
very
productive
meetings
in
both
of
those
places.

I
believe
that,
without
careful
planning
designed
to
help
our
community
understand
where
its
responsibilities
begin
and
when
it
comes
to
policing
our
undocumented
citizens,
abuses
of
power
and
civil
rights
violations
will
take
place,
and
not
necessarily
intentionally.
So
if
there
is
a
fear
of
the
ACLU
I
think
it
is
better
to
be
proactively
protecting
civil
rights
and
privacy
in
our
community
before
they
have
a
reason
to
have
a
problem
with
our
city.
I
know
this
topic
can
seem
very
political
and
immediately
sharply
divide
us.

If
we
look
at
it
from
the
perspective
of
politics,
I
am
asking
you
to
forget
politics
and
political
affiliations
for
a
moment
and
look
at
this
from
another
perspective,
no
matter
how
you
feel
about
undocumented
angle,
with
residents
I
think
we
are
all
proud
of
our
democracy
and
its
protection
of
civil
rights
and
our
efforts
as
a
nation
to
avoid
unnecessary
violence
or
abuses
of
power.
As
an
example,
I
am
sure
we
have
all
had
a
moment
in
life
when
we
wondered
why
our
country
operates
on
a
presumption
of
innocence.
T
When
there
is
a
criminal
involved
that
we
are
all
sure
is
guilty,
then
we
remind
ourselves
that
this
principle
is
vital
to
a
modern
democracy.
The
nine
principles
that
we
are
recommending,
Inglewood
adopt
in
its
treatment
of
undocumented
residents,
is
designed
to
do
the
same,
protect
the
ideals
we
all
value,
regardless
of
political
affiliation.
I
have
a
packet
here
for
each
of
you.
If
I'm
allowed
to
give
you
one
that
includes
a
list
of
those
nine
policies,
a
copy
of
my
remarks
and
some
updates

been
meeting

businesses

giving
heart
into

We
were
the
community
organization

year
by
the
Chamber
of
Commerce
and
I've
renewed
our
membership
to
the
Business
Chamber.

Englewood,
Chamber

Commerce

went
to
one
of
their
events
this
week,
which
was
across
the
street
from
us,
and
the
4300
block
of
South
Broadway,
and
you
know,
Tony
arnoldii
and
others
spoke
up
on
behalf
of
the
good
stuff
that
we
do.

do
acknowledge
that
there
are
problems
and
we
are
addressing
as
best
we
can.
Every
single
problem
and
concern
that
comes
up.

out,
though,
that
we're
only
open
7
hours
a
week,
5
hours
on
Tuesday
from
10:00
to
3:00
and
2
hours
on
Saturday
night
and
what's
happening
is
there's
a
tide
coming
in
the
whole
metro
area
and
all
the
ships
are
rising
and
every
single
metro
community
is
experiencing
an
influx
of
homeless
people.
In
addition
to
that,
Denver's
flushing
people.
Out
about
ten
days
ago,
there
was
a
channel
9
news
story
on
Arvada
and
the
chief
of
police
up
there,
Don
wick
was
like
it's
a
new
problem
with
new
territory.

For
us
as
a
city,
the
numbers
are
up,
the
problems
are
up
and
we
don't
have
the
expertise
and
the
history
and
the
resources
to
address
it.
I
have
a

reflects
what
all
of
us
are
experiencing

the
city,
we
are
not
resourced.
Most
of
us
Aurora
has
three
million
dollars

budget

deal

hope,
poverty

homeless
issues.

the
smaller
municipalities
are
in
new
territory
and
trying
to
figure
it
out.

be
part
of
the
solution
we
have
over
a
hundred
volunteers
in
our
network
and
ten
of
the
Englewood
churches
in
our
network,
who
are
providing
solutions
and
boots
on
the
ground

sidewalk
trying

help

we
put
out
cones
to
keep
the
parking
under
control.
We
picked
up
four
bags
of
trash
this
week.
We
are
being
proactive,
but
we
need
assistance
from
the
city.

wanting
to

centralized

relying

sure

culture,

them

is
not
what
this
community
is
about.

is
it
what

businesses
are
about

they're
very
desperate
to
try
to
work
together
to
resolve
some

these
issues

hope

that

conversation
on
the
sanctuary
city
issue
or
welcoming
city
issue,
there
were
things
that
were
bullet
points
that
were
put
into
that
documentation
that
were
some
that
were
concerning
that
we
really
don't
have
control
over
like
somebody
comes
and
they're
illegal
and
they
rent
and
then
they
get
to
rent
tripled,
because
otherwise
the
person
blackmails
them
and
calls
them.
That's
it.
That's
not
even
a
situation
that
I
know
how
we
could
address
or
how
we
could
do
that.

Aurora

keeping
our
roads
and
keeping
our
Police
Department
and
all
of
our
other
departments

running

realize

there

the

can't
watch
the
whole

need
to
find
a
happy
medium
in
here.

have

feeling
it's
going
to
be
a
long
conversation

like
when
it
was
going
on
here

in
civic
center.

amount

violations
has
gone
down
from
my
observation
when
I
first
got
onto
council.

was
a
big

topic

these
ride-alongs
with
the
officers
and
we

go
over
to
the
apartment
building

these
storage
rooms

filled
with
feces
from
people
breaking
in
almost
breaking
in
and
camping
out
in
there.

the
same
problem
now,

percent
cured,
but
they

the

issues
around
the
civic
center
of

part
of
that
happens

have
people
hanging
out

public
hearing.
It
appeared

the
Inglewood
Herald
on
April
20th
2017
and
was
published
in
the
city
of
Inglewood
website
from
April
19th
2017
through
May
1st
of
2017
I'd,
also

to
submit
for
the
record
the
council
communication
and
it's
attachments
in
terms
of
previous
council
action.

So
a
little
background
in
2012,
the
sign
code
was
completely
rewritten,
with
extensive
input
from
citizens
and
the
business
community
to
public
workshops
were
conducted
and
subsequently
City
Council
adopted
the
amended
sign
code.
Then
about
three
years
later,
the
United
States
Supreme
Court
made
a
unanimous
ruling
in
the
in
on
a
content-based
sign
code
in
the
case
of
Reed
versus
the
town
of
Gilbert
and
that's
in
Arizona.
This
ruling
impacts
municipal
sign
codes.
Y
All
over
the
country,
including
ours,
in
the
reed
case,
the
Supreme
Court,
said
that
portions
of
the
town
of
Gilbert
sign
code
violated
the
First
Amendment.
In
particular,
the
court
ruled
that
a
section
of
Gilbert
sign
code
treated
various
types
of
signs
differently,
based
upon
the
information
they
tane.
They
ruled
that
to
be
unconstitutional
because
of
that
decision,
many
municipalities
are
looking
to
change
their
sign
codes
into
something
that
is
more
content-neutral.

So
over
the
past
year,
staff
has
worked
with
Planning
and
Zoning
Commission
and
City
Attorney's
office
to
review
the
existing
sign
code
and
identify
regulations
that
may
be
problematic,
based
on
our
understanding
of
that
Supreme
Court
case
in
July,
in
August
of
of
2016,
the
Planning
and
Zoning
Commission
held
public
hearings
for
the
%
proposed
sign
code
amendments
and
voted
five
to
zero.
Two
for
the
proposed
amendments
to
city
council
with
a
favorable
recommendation
for
approval.
Y
The
specific
issue
in
the
read
versus
town
of
Gilbert
case,
as
I
mentioned,
was
having
different
regulations
for
different
temporary
directional
signs
compared
to
other
temporary
signs
like
political
and
ideological
signs.
So,
while
cities
can
regulate
signs
based
on
time
manner
in
place,
the
content
of
the
signs
can't
be
regulated,
and
I
mentioned
this
at
our
first
reading,
and
this
is
the
most
important
thing.
If
one
needs
to
read
the
sign
in
order
to
understand
what
type
of
sign
it
is,
then
the
regulation
may
be
unconstitutional.

signs
that
are
most
affected
by
the
Supreme
Court
decision
are
temporary,
at
least
in
our
code
are
temporary
or
incidental
signs,
and
we
have
made
changes
to
those
regulations.
So
the
proposed
amendments
to
the
England
Municipal
Code
are
attached
in
the
bill
for
ordinance
for
your
consideration.

first
reading,
council
did
note
two
items

needed
correction
on

two

ask

own

but,

easement

wanted
to
share
a
driveway
with
your
next-door
neighbor,
you
would
have
a
driveway
easement
you'd
have

establish
you
to
go
down.

can
go
down
to
the
county
and
find
that
prescriptive.

that

place
proves
that
you're
first
and
time
first

right
kind

idea
in
this
particular
situation,

we

them

openings

other
boards,

could
make
a
huge

is

ACE
committee
came
and
spoke
to
us
and
I
looked
at
the
information
with
the
ACE
committee.
There
is
no
reason
why
we
have
a
person
as
an
alternate
when
no
alternate
exists
on
the
board.
She
should
be
moved
up
in
this
process
as
well
from
the
non-existent
alternate
member
to.
They
have
I
think
three,
several
positions
that
are
open
as
regular
members,
so
I,
don't
know
why
why
that
ever
happened,
but
if
we
could
get
that
fixed,
that
would
be
awesome.

Last
week,
I
was
at

guild
for
their
Chamber
sponsored
party.
They
had
day
I
was
at
face
shots
and
happy
hour.
You
get
some
face:
shots
from
a
local
photographer
100
bucks
pretty
well
attended.
Also
that
same
night
was
paradise.
Luggages
second
anniversary
not
necessarily
ran
through
the
chamber,
so
I
encouraged
them
to
get
a
little
more
involved
with
them,
but
they're
a
great
new
business
or
business
who's
been
around
for
two
years
now.
Time
flies
when
you're
having
fun
I
appreciated
some
comments
about
final
Friday.

been

little
bit
of
like
herding
cats
to
get
everybody
to
get
some
joint
marketing
material
up.

was
some
joint
marketing
material
prior

last

I
anticipated
a
much
larger
push
from
the
businesses
there

weather
permits.

think
this
is
an
opportunity
to
kind
of
get
this
concept
really
off
the
ground.

regarding
time
limits
to
address
council
as

of
whether
or
not
to
ask

Just
a
couple
of
things:
good
news
on
the
economic
development
front
council
many
of
you
probably
have
read
today's
paper.
That's
that's
a
major
thing
for
the
city
of
Inglewood
to
have
the
America's
largest
indoor
climbing
gym
here
in
Inglewood.
This
is
a
project
that
we've
been
talking
to
this
firm
for
several
months
and
that's
borne
fruit.
Another
thing
that's
pretty
exciting
for
Inglewood
is
that
opera
Colorado
is
moving
to
Englewood
they've
they've,
leased,
7,000
square
foot
at
the
Oxford
Place
Tod.

So
the
round
building
the
red
brick
building,
that's
a
behind
the
apartment
complex
there
they've
leased,
7,000
square
foot
bring
in
15
employees.
So
that's
a
major
deal,
I
think
for
Englewood
to
be
very
proud
of.
I
know:
staff
from
Economic
Development
is
gonna,
be
meeting
with
opera
Colorado
I
think
later
this
week
to
find
out
more
about
what
they're
doing,
but
that's
a
big
deal.

more

our
cultural
arts
and
in
the
Hamden,
Hall
and

some
other
music
things
that
we

planned
coming
up

as

that

happened
in
the
community.

council
is
raised
specifically
about
businesses,
who've
struggled
with
our
community
development
department
when
those
issues
arise

just
as
it
was
enunciated

help
to
fix
it

that

resolve

staff
member

violation

code,
it's

illegal
staff

against

okay,
a
staff
could
say
well.
If
I
made
a
mistake,
I
went
ahead
and
issued
it's
okay
and
we've
got
the
problem.
That
councils
created
a
code.
All
staff

to
do
is
say
oops,

mistake.
