B
C
We
covered
that
at
the
end
of
the
at
the
end
of
the
interviews
during
our
that'd,
be
fine,
okay,
but
jackie.
If
you're
able
to
just
take
a
look
into
that
and
then
provide
us
an
answer
towards
the
end.
C
A
C
Miss
penn,
if
you're
able
to
take
off
you're
or
able
to
turn
on
your
video,
I
think
we
could
kind
of
get
started
here.
Okay,
perfect
guys.
I
see
you
so
miss
van
impe,
daniel
sierra,
I'm,
a
city
council
member
for
district
one
as
well
as
mayor
for
the
city,
and
I'm
not
sure
if
you
saw
any
of
the
processes
yesterday,
miss
patton
but
basically
we'll
be
taking
you
through
seven
questions.
Tonight,
you'll
have
ten
minutes
to
answer
at
nine
minutes.
C
Our
city
clerk,
jackie
mckinnon,
will
give
you
an
either
a
verbal,
or
at
least
a
visual
that
you
have
one
minute
left
to
respond
for
the
additional
questions.
If
there's
any
time
remaining,
you
can
ask
city
council
any
questions.
So
are
you
ready
to
get
started?
Miss
patton.
E
I
think
I
was
motivated
when,
in
my
neighborhood
there
was
talk
of
the
off
leash
parks
going
away
and
I'm
a
big
fan
of
those
and
my
dog,
and
I
visit
a
lot
and
it
was
the
first
time
I
ever
wrote
a
letter
to
any
sort
of
city
council
board,
and
I
ended
my
letter
with
if
I
could
be
a
part
of
the
solution
instead
of
the
problem,
I'm
happy
to
do
that
and
then,
when
I
saw
there
was
an
opening.
I
thought
well
put
your
money
where
your
mouth
is
and
apply.
F
Good
evening,
miss
patton,
I'm
joe
anderson
city
council,
member
for
district
three
good
to
see
you
tonight,
thanks
for
applying
my
question,
for
you
is
what
knowledge,
skills
or
abilities.
Do
you
bring
to
the
board
and
commission
or
commission
that
you've
applied
for
in
particular,
how
will
you
provide
a
positive
benefit
to
inglewood
through
your
service
on
the
board
of
commissions.
E
I
don't
have
any
experience
in
a
position
like
this.
I
have,
however,
been
the
office
manager
of
a
large
construction
company
for
about
12
years
and
owned
my
own
business.
Now
I'm
a
problem
solver,
I'm
a
yes
person
and
I
like
to
get
things
done,
so
I
think
that
I
would
be
beneficial
in
that
role.
G
E
Yes,
so
I've
owned
a
salon
in
cherry
creek
north
for
the
past
10
years,
and
we
have
had
some
very
tumultuous
times
with
a
heated
election
and
then
covid
and
the
hair
stylist
in
particular
did
not
get
along
nor
share
the
same
beliefs
for
many
years,
and
I
was
very
good,
I
think,
in
referring
and
sort
of
finagling
that
scenario
keeping
the
peace.
E
H
Good
evening
miss
patton,
my
name
is
rita
russell.
I'm
a
council
member
at
large.
The
question
I
have
for
you
is:
what
is
it
that
you
like
most
about
inglewood.
E
Oh,
I
love
that
question.
So,
in
july
of
2019
I
bought
a
little
fixer-upper
here.
I
moved
to
colorado.
85
lived
in
littleton
almost
that
entire
time
I
moving
here
and
living
here
is
the
first
time
I
have
felt
so
connected
to
a
community.
I
was
going
through
a
divorce.
I
was
by
myself.
E
E
The
neighbor
lady
across
the
street
assured
my
family,
my
mom,
that
I
would
be
okay
here
and
I
was,
and
I
have
been-
and
I
love
it
here.
I
just
feel
everybody
says
hello.
Everybody
helps
everybody,
helps
mow
or
shovel
each
other's
sidewalks.
It's
fantastic.
I've
never
felt
so
connected
to
a
community.
H
A
Hi
michelle,
my
name
is
jim
woodward,
I'm
a
consul
member
at
large
hello.
My
question
is:
what
would
you
like
to
see
improved
in
inglewood
regarding
the
board's
missions
you
applied
to.
E
Well,
I
love
your
parks
and
I've
been
to
many
of
them.
I
didn't
like
when
it
was
being
discussed.
The
off-leash
part
it
seemed
like
there
was
some.
E
Oh
people
got
hairy
about
it,
so
I
don't
know
what
goes
involved
what's
involved.
Obviously
I
mean
I'm
just
a
resident
here,
but
I
was
okay
with
the
outcome
because
it
seemed
like
a
couple.
Closed
couple
stayed
open.
A
couple
are
going
to
be
fenced.
I
thought
that
was
really
good.
I
guess
I
don't
know
what
I
would
improve
other
than
I
felt
bad
that
so
many
of
the
residents
were
angry.
E
I
I
didn't
like
that.
I
didn't
want
it
to
be
an
anger
issue.
I
don't
know
otherwise
I've
liked
all
the
open
spaces
in
the
parks
that
I've
been
to.
I
did
look
them
up
last
night.
I
can't
believe
how
many
there
are
in
skate
parks
and-
and
I
need
to
visit
more,
but
they
looked
beautiful
online.
E
A
E
E
J
Good
evening,
I'm
steve
ward,
I
represent
district
four
and
I
serve
as
mayor
pro
tim.
I
have
the
final
question
of
the
evening
for
you.
How
will
your
service
on
this
border
commission
benefit
you
as
an
inglewood
citizen,
either
personally
or
professionally.
D
E
I
haven't
been
in
any
any
sort
of
volunteer
service
since
I
coached
youth
hockey,
which
has
been
a
few
years,
and
I
love
that
that
really
brought
me
joy
and
filled
me
up,
and
I
just
feel
like
it's
missing
in
my
life.
I
would
like
to
do
something
that's
just
good
to
do.
That
would
make
things
better,
and
I
love
my
dog
and
I
are
outside
as
much
as
we
can.
I
love
being
outside
hiking
biking,
running
walking,
dog
parks,
so
I
just
feel
like
it
would
just
make
me
happy.
J
C
You
mayor,
thank
you,
miss
penn.
We
have
about
a
minute
left.
Are
there
any
questions
that
you'd
like
to
have
or
like
to
ask
a
counsel.
E
I
did
write
down
a
whole
list
of
questions
and
my
son
who's
25
thought
they
were
silly.
I
ran
them
by
them
because
I
haven't
interviewed
in
like
25
years,
so
I
don't
know
that
I
have
any
really
good
questions.
The
the
biggest
question
I
guess
on
my
list
was:
do
we
get
like
cool
t-shirts
and
stuff.
C
I
don't
think
there
are
any
cool
t-shirts.
I've
always
wanted
that
the
fortune
commissioners
take
a
picture
together
for
current
members,
so
that
would
be
one
thing
that
I
would
like,
but
no,
unfortunately,
no.
C
Well,
miss
patton.
I
appreciate
your
time
tonight
we're
going
to
be
discussing
appointments
tonight
after
these
interviews
and
then
we'll
be
making
a
final
decision
next
tuesday
night
during
our
city
council
meeting
great.
C
E
C
Stephen,
how
you
doing
man
pretty
good?
How
are
you
ethnio,
hey,
get
to
see
a
familiar
face?
I'm
sorry
mayor,
you're,
good!
So
stephen,
you
know
me.
Oh
daniel
sierra
city,
council,
member
for
district
one
as
well
as
mayor
for
the
city,
stephen
we're
gonna,
be
asking
you
seven
questions
tonight.
You'll
have
10
minutes
to
answer
the
seven
questions.
If
there's
any
time
remaining,
you
can
definitely
ask
city
council
any
questions
at
one
minute,
either
tamara
or
jackie
or
city
clerk
will
let
you
know
that
yeah
women
are
remaining.
L
L
I've
had
being
able
to
enjoy
green
parks,
great
places
to
walk
and
and
a
and
a
city
full
of
great
character,
both
in
its
diversity
of
development
and
its
people
and
and
who
can
afford
to
live
here,
and
I
think
sustainability
and
its
economic
impacts
and
go
go
together,
hand
in
hand
and
I'm
not
an
expert
on
sustainability,
I'm
a
I'm
an
interested
lay
person
who
would
like
to
like
to
be
a
part
of
the
decision
making
process
and
and
make
sure
that
someone
with
some
practical
wow.
L
What's
that
going
to
feel
like
for
the
resident
just
has
a
voice
and
that
that's
what
I
want
to
offer
is
my
voice
to
them.
Thank
you
very.
F
Much
hey
stephen
good
to
see
you
my
question
tonight,
for
you
is
what
knowledge
skills
or
abilities.
Would
you
bring
to
the
sustainability
commission
in
particular,
how
will
you
provide
a
positive
benefit
to
inguind
through
your
service
on
that
board?.
L
Great
question:
thank
you,
councilmember
anderson.
I
work
in
real
estate
and
work
with
a
lot
of
developers
and-
and
so
I
think,
I'd
bring
some
practical
insight
to
some
recommendations.
L
I
have
many
folks
working
in
upcycle
or
recycled
products.
We
I
work
closely
with
solar
folks
who
love
solar
and
try
to
install
it
in
all
their
projects.
This
is
usually
out
of
state.
I'm
not
a
local.
Most
of
my
projects
aren't
local,
so
I'd
like
to
just
bring
practical
experience,
especially
as
it
relates
to
the
built
environment
and
the
renewal
renewable
energy
discussion
of.
L
What's
that,
going
to
do
to
the
developer
and
what's
that
going
to
do
to
the
cost
of
the
ultimate
buyer,
because
I
think
these
these
two
ideas
are
are
connected.
L
Is
to
keep
the
keep
the
sustainable
efforts
and
and
the
affordable
efforts,
hand
in
hand
so
that
we
have
a
community
that
is
is,
is
both
sustainable
and
enjoyable.
By
most.
G
Good
evening,
good
to
see
you
thank
you
for
applying,
can
you
share
with
us
an
experience
you've
had
where
you
have
successfully
worked
with
a
group
of
people
who
had
diverse
and
maybe
even
opposing
opinions
or
perspectives.
L
Sure
thank
you
for
the
question.
Councilmember
noonan
cam.
I
have
worked
in
accounting
and
for
a
long
time
led
the
cross-training
for
the
staff,
and
it
was.
It
was
an
interesting
experience.
The
account
accountants
typically
have
strong
opinions
and
and
like
to
think
that
what
they
do
is
the
most
important
part
of
an
accounting
firm.
L
So
there
were
there
were
fun
and
lively
discussions
in
those
settings,
especially
among
the
up-and-comers
who
wanted
to
show
their
show
their
prowess
and
how
important
they
were
to
a
firm
and
then
probably,
what
feels
more
important
is
when
we
get
into
salary
discussions,
profit
share
discussions
and
and
the
firms
that
I
work
with
or
have
worked
with
over
the
years.
There's
there's
generally
more
at
stake
there.
L
It's
not
just
a
reputation,
it's
a
livelihood
and
so
managing
those
that
sense
of
accomplishment
that
sense
of
reward
without
stepping
on
toes
or
harming
the
the
motivation
of
all
those
involved
and
then
non-profit
boards.
I've
worked
on
also
have
generally
strong
opinions
about
the
direction
of
a
an
organization
should
take,
and
those
are
those
are
strongly
held.
Those
views
when
they
differ
are
often
the
most
difficult
to
work
through
with
with
peace,
even
though
everyone
has
the
best
the
best
at
heart.
L
So
I've
had
plenty
of
experience
to
work
through
the
heavy
conversations
where
strongly
held
opinions
differ.
H
Good
evening
stephen,
I'm
councilmember
russell,
I
am
at
large
council
member
and
my
question,
for
you
is:
what
is
it
that
you
like
most
about
inglewood.
L
Thank
you
for
the
question.
Councilmember
russell.
I
moved
to
inglewood
in
2011.
My
wife
actually
grew
up
in
inglewood
and
I
I
remember
walking
visiting
my
in-laws
and
walking
to
a
park
bates
logan
park
and
thinking.
This
is
where
I
want
to
raise
my
family
and
we
tried
to
buy
a
house
early
on,
didn't
get
it,
but
we
eventually
end
up
in
the
neighborhood
and
my
first.
Even
before
we
moved
down,
we
were
invited
to
a
christmas
progressive
dinner
in
the
neighborhood.
The
neighbors
really
enjoyed
each
other.
L
They
knew
each
other's
names
and
there
are
50
60,
100
people,
gathering
going
in
three
different
homes
hosted
and,
and
then,
when
we
lived
there,
they
have
fourth
of
july
parties
that
it's
just
an
amazingly
well-connected
community.
L
It's
got
a
a
great
deal
of
diversity
in
terms
of
just
what
the
homes
look
like:
the
trees,
the
gardens,
the
the
fences,
people's
passions
and
and
I'm
really
grateful
to
grow
up
and
or
get
to
raise
my
kids
in
a
place
with
so
many
people
who
will
rub
shoulders
that
if
I
didn't
live
in
england
with
the
diversity
and
and
experience
and
friendliness,
I
I
just
wouldn't
be
able
to
expect
it.
And
so
I'm
grateful
for
that.
A
I'm
sorry
steven,
my
name
is
jim
woodward,
I'm
consul
member
at
large.
Also,
my
question
is:
what
would
you
like
to
see
improved
in
inglewood
regarding
boards
commissions
that
you've
applied
for.
L
Thank
you
for
the
question.
Councilmember
woodward.
I
think
I
probably
already
mentioned
that
earlier.
I
I'd
ideally
like
to
not
necessarily
change
anything.
That's
that's
been
advanced
on
the
plan.
I
I
got
to
read
through
the
plan
and
think
it's
it's
surprisingly
or
encouragingly,
thoughtful
and
well
produced.
I'd
want
to
make
sure
that
there's
a
healthy
tension
maintained
between
what's
affordable,
especially
in
the
built
environment
and
the
renewables,
because
I
don't
want.
L
I
don't
want
to
price
the
folks
that
love
inglewood
for
what
it
is
out
of
inglewood,
but
I
I
really
like
the
10
goals
that
were
laid
out
and
the
and
then
just
the
number
of
things
that
I
thought
wow.
That's
that's
excellent.
I
want
to
help
see
that
through,
so
I
have
more
to
say
in
in
favor
of
the
plan
as
it's
produced,
but
I
do
think
that
perhaps
I
will
be
a
a
a
voice
of
reminder.
Let's
be
practical,
with
the
costs.
H
A
L
J
Hi
stephen
with
our
last
time,
can
you
tell
us
how
service
on
this
board
would
serve
you
either
personally
or
professionally.
L
Thank
you
for
the
question.
Councilmember
ward,
I
would
say
nothing
financial,
but
I
would
certainly
benefit
from
the
idea
that
my
kids
get
the
clean
air
and
the
tasty
water
that
I
talked
about
earlier
and
that
I
got
to
be
a
part
of
that.
It
would
be
a
rewarding
sensation.
C
Thank
you
steven
see
you
attorney
now.
Do
we
happen
to
have
any
time
left
or
stephen
asked
any
questions.
C
Thank
you
all
yeah,
mr
strawbridge.
I've
been
calling
you
steven
the
entire
time,
but
thank
you
very
much
for
your
time
tonight.
I'm
happy
that
you
applied
and
yeah
we'll
be
making
a
decision
next
tuesday,
so
we'll
be
letting
you
know
definitely
by
wednesday,
so
very
good
have
a
great
evening
progress.
Thank
you.
D
D
If
not,
I
can
always
call
see
if
grant
can
jump
on
sooner.
C
G
Mayor
one
question:
when
we
start
late:
do
you
do
we
still
end
at
the
regularly
scheduled
time
or
do
we
allow
the
interview
to
start
to
last
for
10
minutes?
We.
I
C
Okay,
well
well,
we'll
only
take
10
minutes
of
your
time
tonight,
so
we
thank
you
for
applying.
I'm
will
daniels
here.
I'm
city
council,
member
for
district
1,
as
well
as
mayor
of
the
city.
Monica
will
be
asking
you
seven
questions
tonight.
You
have
10
minutes
to
answer
those
questions.
If
there's
any
time
remaining,
you
can
ask
city
council
any
questions
that
you
happen
to
have
and
we'll
have
either
our
city
attorney,
niles
or
city
clerk
mckinnon,
provide
you
an
update
when
you're
at
nine
minutes.
So
are
you
ready
to
start.
D
E
So
I
moved
into
inglewood
in
may
and
excuse
me,
I'm
sorry
that
they
they
put
the
tube
down.
E
I
just
moved
to
englewood
in
march
I
mean
may-
and
I
know
that
I'm
going
to
stay
here
for
a
long
time
and
I
really
wanted
to
see
what
I
can
do
as
far
as
making
an
impact
on
the
community
and
hopefully
help
support
and
lift
other
community
members.
E
I
feel
like
I'm,
I'm
fairly
blessed
to
have
a
stable
life,
and
I
would
like
to
be
able
to
share
that
with
other
people
in
any
way
that
I
can-
and
just
like,
I
said,
get
to
know
my
own
community.
A
little
better.
F
Evening
this
is
miss
alvarez.
My
question
for
you
tonight
is
what
knowledge
skills
or
abilities
do
you
bring
to
on
the
border
commission
you've
applied,
for
which
it
looks
like?
Is
cultural
arts,
commission
or
urban
renewal
authority?
In
particular?
How
will
you
provide
a
positive,
benefiting
wood
through
your
service
on
on
one
of
those
boards.
E
Well,
I'm
a
huge
fan
of
uplifting
artists
and
supporting
artists
of
all
kinds,
and
particularly,
I
think
about
you-
know,
artists,
like
van
gogh,
who
you
know
he
died,
died,
broke
and
unappreciated,
and
I
think
that
if
we
were
more
respectable
to
artists
and
lifted
them
up,
they
actually
like
art
in
general
is
a
is
a
a
part
of
life
that
is,
in
my
opinion,
very
underrated,
and
I
would
like
to
help
our
community
understand
and
appreciate
that
appreciate
art,
but
also,
I
know
that
art
even
subconsciously
makes
places
seem
warmer
or
friendlier,
and
I
think
it
would
be
great.
E
I
love
some
of
the
art
we
already
have
here.
Excuse
me,
like
those
big
tall
grasses
and
the
the
painted
electrical
boxes.
All
those
things
I
think
are
really
great
and
they
make
our
community
more
welcoming
to
everyone
and
that's
what
I
want
to
keep
helping
help
encouraging
is,
is
art
and
artists
and
making
our
community
very
welcome.
G
Good
evening,
thank
you
so
much
for
applying
and
for
being
with
us
tonight.
Can
you
share
with
us
an
experience
you've
had
where
you
have
successfully
worked
with
a
group
of
people
who
maybe
have
very
diverse
or
opposing
views
or
perspectives.
E
Sure
I
actually,
in
my
work
life,
I'm
a
program
manager
at
dish
network.
So
my
job
is
basically
that
getting
people
from
different
departments
and
different
facilities
throughout
the
country
to
work
together
to
achieve
certain
goals,
whether
it's
a
new
policy
or
procedure
in
place
or
making
things
more
efficient,
introducing
new
technologies
and
new
equipment.
E
All
of
those
things
are
what
I
do
as
far
as
coordinating
them,
and
often
not
often,
but
many
times
one
department
is
going
to
be
pushing
back
on
it
and
the
other
one
really
wants
it,
and
my
job
as
a
program
manager
is
to
to
get
everybody
on
board
and
get
everything
accomplished
in
the
time
frame
that
we
need
it
to
be
done
by.
H
Good
evening
miss
alvarez,
it's
great
to
have
you
here
this
evening.
I'm
rita
russell
city
council
member
at
large,
and
my
question
is
what
do
you
like
about
inglewood
most.
E
Oh,
that's
a
good
one.
Well,
so
I
live
right
off,
lincoln
and
yale,
so
I'm
pretty
close
to
broadway
and
I
think
that's
a
really
great
area.
It's
again
kind
of
rural
building
community
and
it's
very
convenient
has
high
walkability
and
I
think
that
also
helps
build
community
as
well.
A
E
A
Okay,
thank
you,
and
the
next
question
is
regular
attendance
and
engagement
with
the
border
commission
is
required.
Will
you
be
able
to
attend
the
scheduled
meetings?
Yep?
Okay,
thank
you.
J
E
I
think
it
would
do
both
professionally.
It
would
allow
me
to
utilize
my
project
management
skills
and
improve
upon
them
in
a
different
context.
I
know
what
they
do
today
in
my
work,
because
I
work
in
a
manufacturing
and
distribution
department,
so
we
don't
really
deal
with
art
and
we
don't
deal
with
communities
right,
it's
mostly
internal,
so
I
think
that
it
would
be
really
beneficial
for
me
to
improve
and
hone
in
on
my
project
management
skills
and
for
my
personal
life.
E
E
I
so
the
art!
What
what
does
this
role
look
like,
ideally
to
you.
C
G
Yeah
sure
monica
my
name
is
chelsea
and
camp.
I
represent
district
two
and
I
am
also
new
I've
been
to
one
cultural
arts
commission
meeting,
but
really
it's
about
hearing
from
citizens
about
what
kind
of
art
we
do
want
in
engle
and
all
different
types
of
art
right,
both
the
visual
art
that
you've
mentioned,
but
also
musicians
and
theater
and
performative
art.
G
E
I
C
C
So
we'll
definitely
let
you
know
on
wednesday
at
the
latest
on
appointments
for
the
boards,
but
we
appreciate
you
making
time
for
us,
especially
after
yesterday,
and
thank
you
for
applying
and
I
hope
you
have
a
great
evening.
D
C
Do
that
miss
moran,
are
you?
Are
you
anybody
hear
us.
C
Moran,
I'm
opening
us
here,
I'm
a
city
council
member
for
district
one,
I'm
also
mayor
of
the
city,
miss
moran,
we're
gonna.
Ask
you
seven
questions.
You
have
10
minutes
to
answer
the
seven
questions.
If
there's
any
time
remaining,
you
can
also
ask
city
council
any
questions
that
you
happen
to
have
and
I'll
have
a
city
attorney
niles
provide
you
an
update
when
we
get
to
nine
minutes.
So
one
minute,
so
are
you.
I
C
I
Sure,
well,
I
just
moved
to
englewood,
I
think
end
of
september
of
2020
and
I
have
always
been
very
civic
minded
and
volunteer
and
have
always
wanted
to
volunteer.
You
know
in
my
community-
and
I
just
randomly
saw
on
the
city
of
englewood's
instagram-
that
there
were
positions
open
on
some
boards
and
commission.
So
I
just
I
went
to
the
website
kind
of
perused
the
list
and
I
love
public
art,
and
I
thought
it
would
be
just
a
really
interesting
way
to
get
involved
in
my
community.
F
Good
evening
miss
moran,
my
name
is
joe
anderson.
I
rick.
I
I
represent
district
3
here
on
city
council.
My
question,
for
you
is
what
knowledge
skills
or
abilities.
Would
you
bring
to
the
cultural
arts
commission
as
you've
applied
for
and
in
particular,
how
would
you
provide
a
positive
benefit
to
england
with
your
service
on
that
board?.
I
Sure,
as
far
as
like
knowledge,
skills
and
abilities-
I
I
mean
I
don't
have
a
really
strong
art
for
art
background
I'll,
be
really
honest,
but
I
am
a
resident
of
englewood.
I
you
know
walk
around
everywhere.
I
see
the
public
art,
I
use
english
facilities,
so
I
know
a
lot
about
the
city.
I
As
far
as
my
skill
set,
I
am
a
very
organized
person,
I
know.
Sometimes
it
doesn't
work,
but
I
work
for
I
work
for
apple
incorporated
and
I
do
operations
and
scheduling
for
stores
throughout
the
country,
so
I
am
able
to
juggle
a
lot
of
things
all
at
once
and
keep
track
of
a
lot
of
things.
So
I
guess
that
multitasking
is
something
that
I'm
very,
very
strong
at
and
could
you
please
repeat
the
last
part
of
the
question?
I'm
sorry.
I
Okay,
I
think,
just
by
I
mean
number
one
showing
up
I'm
somebody
who,
once
I
make
a
commitment
I
follow
through.
So
I
really
feel
like
I
can
pledge
to
you
right
now
that
I
will
be
somebody
who
shows
up
for
meetings
and
shows
up
to
things
that
I'm
supposed
to
be
at.
I
assume
just
based
on
you
know
what
I
know
about
you
know
city,
council
and
the
commission,
which
is
not
very
much
to
be
perfectly
honest.
I
know
that
there
will
be
probably
things
outside
of
just
our
meetings.
I
I
Sure
I
can
give
you
an
example
from
earlier
this
week
and
it's
only
tuesday
so,
like
I
said
I
I
work
for
apple
and
I
do
a
lot
of
scheduling
and
operations
for
stores
all
over
the
place.
So
a
couple
of
my
stores,
those
stores
I
work
for
are
in
virginia.
So
a
couple
of
the
stores
wanted,
like
very
specific
scheduling
things.
I'm
not
gonna,
get
into
super
specifics
because
it
really
doesn't
matter
but
really
having
to
go
back
and
forth
with
a
couple
of
people.
I
You
know
in
the
store,
with
my
own
leadership
and
say,
look
like.
I
know
that
they
want
x,
y
and
z,
but
it's
not
possible,
and
I
can
show
you
why.
So
for
me
being
able
to
say,
I
understand
like
what
you're
asking
I
understand.
You
know
why
you
want
this,
but
let
me
kind
of
walk
you
through
the
process
of
why
this
isn't
possible,
or
this
might
not
work,
and
maybe
can
we
come
up
with
another
solution.
I
That's
gonna
work
for
for
everyone,
so
I
very
much
am
someone
who
can
work
with
all
sorts
of
people,
all
sorts
of
personalities
and
try
to
come
to
an
agreement.
H
Good
evening
miss
moran,
my
my
name
is
rita
russell.
I
am
one
of
the
at-large
council
members.
Thank
you
for
applying,
and
my
question
for
you
is:
what
is
it
that
you
like
most
about
inglewood.
I
Well,
I
grew
up
in.
I
grew
up
in
littleton,
so
I
didn't
you
know
I
grew
up
not
far
away
from
here,
but
when
I
finally,
you
know,
did
actually
move
to
englewood
the
thing
that
I
loved
about
it
is
that
it's
so
there's
so
many
ways
to
get
around
on
foot
and
by
bike,
which
are
my
two
favorite
ways
to
go
anywhere.
I
I
love
how
walkable
englewood
is.
It
feels
very
safe.
This
is
me
saying
this
is
somebody
who
lives
right
off
of
hampton
like
which
can
be
a
little
bit
scary,
sometimes,
but
really
I
do
love
being
so
close
to
parks
and
being
able
to
get
onto
the
south
park.
South
platte.
Excuse
me,
bike
trail
is
just
amazing,
so
I
mean
I
don't
have
kids
or
anything.
So
I
can't
speak
to
any
of
you
know.
I
You
know
our
schools
or
parks
or
that
kind
of
thing,
but
I
do
like
that
it
is
very
easy
to
like
get
outside
and
enjoy
it.
A
I
I
guess
that's
a
tough
question
because
I,
like
I
said
I
don't
know
a
lot
about
any
of
them.
I
did
apply
to
this
one
and
then
I
also
said
that
I
would
love
to
serve
in
the
library
board
if
this
one
wasn't
an
option,
but
really
I
would
like
I
mean,
as
somebody
who
I
think
I'm
like
pretty
aware
of.
What's
going
on
in
the
community.
Like
I
read
the
paper
I
am
around
I'm
out
and
about.
I
think
that
I
didn't
really
know
anything
about.
I
I
didn't
even
know
that
it
was
an
arts
commission
until
I
happen
to
like
stumble
across
it
on
instagram.
So
I
think
that
I
would
really
like
to
see-
and
I
don't
have
a
plan,
so
don't
ask
me
for
that
yet,
but
I
would
really
like
to
see
some
more
visibility
in
the
community.
I
I
think
that
you
know
we
got
the
email
from
mr
mckinnon
for
the
interview
slots
like
I
was
shocked
to
see
how
many
interviews
you
guys
have
to
do
like.
I
really
thought
I
was
like.
Oh
it's
gonna
be
me
and
like
three
other
people,
it's
gonna
be
super
easy.
So
obviously
I
think
that's
some
that
you
know
you
guys
are
doing
something
something
really
well
so
I'd
love
to
see
a
continuation
of
that.
A
I
J
You
good
evening,
I'm
steve
ward.
I
serve
district
four,
which
is
southwest
inglewood
and
also
a
mayor
pro
tem.
My
question
for
you
is:
how
will
service
on
this
border
commission
benefit
you
as
an
english
citizen,
either
personally
or
professionally.
I
Well,
personally,
excuse
me
personally,
like
I
said
at
the
very
beginning,
I
am
very
civic-minded,
so
I
think
more
than
anything
like
I
have
you
know,
I
have
good
ideas.
I
have
great
personal
interpersonal
skills,
so
I
think
being
able
to
work
with
other
people
in
my
community
and
getting
to
know
other
people
in
my
community,
I
think,
will
ultimately
benefit
will
ultimately
benefit
the
city
and
then
professionally.
I
saw
that
hand,
so
I
think
I'm
almost
out
of
time
professionally.
I
I
feel
like,
like
I
was
talking
about
earlier,
that
example
of
working
with
people
from
different
backgrounds
and
different
personalities.
I
think,
if
anything,
I
think,
both
of
them
both
my
my
professional
life
and
then
you
know,
commission
life.
I
think
that
they'll
be
able
to
really
I'll
be
able
to
take
things
from
both
and
apply
it
to
the
other.
Most
obviously,
I
think
it's
just
communication
being
able
to
communicate
well
with
the
commission
and
with
the
community,
I
think,
is
a
skill
that
I
can
bring.
C
A
You
miss
moran,
we
may.
I
No,
actually,
it
was
funny
in
the
previous
interview.
I
wasn't
asked
exactly
what
time
the
meetings
were,
but
I
I
I
caught
that
at
the
end,
but
I
I
really
don't
have
any
other
questions.
You
guys
asked
really
good
questions.
C
Well,
miss
moran!
I
thank
you
very
much
for
making
time
for
us
tonight
and
for
applying
we'll
be
making
a
decision
a
week
from
tonight.
So.
I
C
C
C
Daniels
here
I'm
a
city
council
member
for
district
one
as
well
as
mayor
for
the
city,
miss
fox,
we'll
be
taking
you
through
seven
questions.
You'll
have
ten
minutes
to
answer
those
questions
at
nine
minutes,
our
city
attorney
tamara
niles
puts
up
that
hand.
So
you'll
know
that
you
have
women
remaining
at
that
time.
If
there's
any
time
still
remaining
you're
also
able
to
ask
city
council
any
questions.
So
are
you
ready
to
begin.
K
I
think
the
primary
reason
is
that
well,
I
moved
to
englewood
three
years
ago
with
my
children
from
ohio
and
pretty
quickly
realized.
We
wanted
to
put
down
roots
here
and
we've
been
able
to
get
really
involved
in
the
community,
particularly
in
my
children's
schools,
at
clayton
and
englewood
middle
school
and
with
our
church
community.
K
I've
also
been
part
of
the
leadership
of
the
englewood
christmas
store
for
the
last
two
years
and
I've
gotten
to
know
my
neighbors
on
my
street
pretty
well,
but
I
also
would
like
to
become
more
involved
in
a
broader
range.
Like
I
I'd
like
to
expand
that
involvement
beyond
my
little
circle,.
F
Good
evening,
miss
fox,
thank
you
for
applying.
My
name
is
joe
anderson.
I
represent
district
3..
My
question
for
you
tonight
is
what
knowledge
skills
or
abilities
would
you
bring
to
in
this
case
I
guess
the
cultural
arts
commission,
and
in
particular,
how
would
you
provide
a
positive
benefit
to
inglewood
through
your
service
on
that
commission.
K
My
background
in
the
arts
world
is
somewhat
limited
beyond
being
an
appreciator
of
arts.
I
do
have
a
music
background
in
my
childhood,
but
in
my
day
job
I
am
a
licensed
therapist
with
children,
juveniles
in
the
juvenile
justice
system,
and
I
have
over
20
years
of
experience
in
the
social
work
and
therapy
field,
and
I
think
that
gives
me
a
unique
perspective
of
being
able
to
understand
different
parts
of
the
community.
K
I
show
up
to
meetings
when
they're
scheduled-
and
I
also
have
like
one
of
my
strengths-
is
communicating
with
people
and
leading
people,
for
example
like
if
there's
a
group
of
volunteers
who
need
someone
to
sort
of
guide
them
and
provide
them
with
encouragement
and
communication.
That's
something
that
I'm
really
strong
at.
G
G
K
That's
something
that
I
encounter
in
my
work
quite
often,
because
I
am
employed
by
the
mental
health
center
of
denver,
but
I
work
side
by
side
with
a
lot
of
justice
partners.
K
K
Often
our
perspectives
are
very
different
right,
so
our
justice
partners
may
want
to
see
more
concrete
consequences
for
kids
and
I
may
want
to
see
a
more
therapeutic
approach
and
I
will
say
a
very
recent
example
of
that
is
over
the
past
several
weeks.
I
have
a
client
who
had
been
in
detention.
This
teenager
had
been
on
the
run,
a
lot
and
has
a
lot
of
addiction
and
complex
trauma
issues,
and
so
there
were
certain
systems
in
her
life
who
felt
maybe
she
should
be
committed
to
dys.
H
Good
evening,
miss
fox
I'm
reader
russell
one
of
the
at-large
council
members.
Thank
you
for
applying,
and
one
of
the
question
that
I
have
is:
what
is
it
that
you
like
most
about
inglewood.
K
I
love
the
people
in
englewood.
I
love
that
it
is.
It
feels
like
a
small
town,
but
it's
so,
but
it
also
feels
very
urban,
but
it
doesn't
feel
like
just
a
result
of
urban
sprawl
right.
I
love
that
my
kids
are
going
to
school
with
kids,
whose
parents
went
to
englewood
schools.
K
I
love
that
there's
a
real
diversity
of
world
views
here
and
economic
statuses.
I,
like
I
love
that
the
neighbor
my
next
door
neighbor,
has
lived
here
for
20
years
and
is
able
to
tell
me
all
the
little
stories
and
quirky
things
about
englewood
yeah.
So
those
are
just
like
little
examples.
I
love
that
it
feels
like
a
place
where
I
can
really
put
down
roots
for
a
long
time
and
that
20
years
from
now
my
children
will
probably
still
have
friends
they're
going
to
school.
With
now.
A
K
Well,
I
think
I
actually
this
kind
of
goes
into
a
question
for
you
as
well
as
I
was
looking
into
some
of
the
work
that
the
cultural
arts
commission
has
done
over
recent
years.
K
I
was
looking
at
like
meeting
minutes
from
the
past
year
and
agendas,
and
I
did
see
there
were
several
mentions
of
the
master
arts
plan,
which
I
could
not
actually
find
a
link
to,
but
I
did
see
a
presentation
from
about
a
year
ago
that
listed
some
of
the
opportunities
and
roadblocks
to
the
cultural
arts
in
englewood,
and
it
really
talked
a
lot
about
like
access
to
living
and
creating
space
for
artists
and
sort
of
a
disconnect,
maybe
between
the
city,
council
and
the
population.
K
When
it
comes
to
supporting
the
arts,
and
I
would
really
like
to
see
how
those
things
are
being
addressed
and
also
not
to
echo
too
much
the
person
who
was
interviewed
before
me,
but
also
publicity
of
arts
events,
I
think,
is
pretty
big.
I
think
the
art
events
I've
seen
have
been
promoted
fairly
well,
like
in
social
media
and
also
the
monthly
they're,
the
monthly
or
quarterly
englewood
magazine
that
comes
out.
But
not
everyone
in
our
city
really
accesses
those
things
on
a
regular
basis.
K
So
I'd
like
to
see
some
more
some
stronger
publicity
and
really
making
an
effort
to
reaching
parts
of
our
community
that
might
not
be
accessing
those
social
media
things
or
those
magazines.
A
Okay,
my
next
question
is
regular
attendance
and
engagement
with
the
board
or
commission
is
required.
Will
you
be
able
to
attend
the
scheduled
meetings.
J
Good
evening,
I'm
steve
ward,
I
serve
district
four
and
I
am
mayor
pro
tem.
My
question,
for
you
is:
how
will
service
on
this
border
commission
benefit
you
personally
or
professionally.
K
C
Thank
you
very
much.
This
box,
I
think
we're
probably
out
of
time
here-
is
that
right
today,
turning
out,
let's
say
I
had
not
so
ms
fox
thank
you
very
much
for
applying
tonight,
we'll
be
making
a
decision
decision
a
week
from
tonight.
So
we'll
definitely
let
you
know
by
wednesday,
but
really
appreciate
you
making
time
tonight
and
for
applying.
D
C
C
C
C
No,
this
works,
though
we
we
hear
you,
we
see
you
it
all
works
out,
miss
porter.
So
ms
porter,
thank
you
very
much
for
making
time
for
us
tonight.
I'm
not
daniel,
sir.
I'm
a
city
council
member
for
district
one
as
well
as
mayor
for
the
city
tonight,
mrs
porter
we'll
be
asking
you
seven
questions.
You'll
have
10
minutes
to
answer
the
questions.
C
If
you
have
any
time
remaining
towards
the
end,
you
can
ask
city
council
on
your
questions
as
well,
and
I
believe
our
city
attorney
knows
we'll
raise
the
little
hand
on
the
monitor
to
let
you
know
when
you
have
one
minute
remaining.
So
are
you
ready
to
begin.
C
I
B
Well,
yeah
to
become
more
actively
involved,
so
that
eventually
may
even
be
on
city
council.
Thank
you.
So
much.
F
Ms
parker
good
evening,
miss
porter.
My
name
is
joe
anderson.
I
represent
district
three.
Thank
you
for
applying
my
question
for
you
tonight.
What
knowledge,
skills
and
abilities
do
you
bring
to
the
board
and
commissions
that
you've
applied
for,
and
I
see
there
are
several
on
your
list
in
particular,
how
would
you
provide
a
positive
benefit
to
inglewood
through
your
service
on
one
of
those
boards.
B
I
think
it's
important
to
serve
so
serving
is
actually
one
of
my
giftings
in
any
aspect,
just
because
of
my
willingness,
but
I
used
to
be
on
human
resources.
I
used
to
be
an
assistant
human
resource
manager.
B
I
also
was
a
school
teacher,
so
dealing
with
a
diversity.
You
know
diverse
backgrounds
and
different
types
of
people,
whether
it
be
parents,
students,
administration,
cohorts,
I
love
people
and
being
involved
with
people
getting
involved.
Even
when
I
may
not
just
you
know,
may
not
agree
you'll
kind
of
learn
to
agree
to
disagree
at
the
same
time
bring
good
things
to
the
table.
I
think
communication
is
key.
B
G
Good
evening
I'm
chelsea
gaining
camp
representing
district
2.
good
to
see
you
can
you
share
with
us
an
example
of
when
you
have
successfully
worked
with
a
group
of
people
who
have
diverse
or
opposing
views,
perspectives,
opinions.
B
I
would
say
it
was
definitely
an
apparent
meeting,
because
some
parents
have
different
ideas
of
how
their
child
should
be
raised,
and
we
don't
all
agree,
sometimes
how
they
should
be
raised
or
willing
to
see,
because
it's
your
child
see
the
problems
that
may
be
there
in
helping
them
understand
and
seeing
those
things
being.
Proactive
is
key
in
any
diverse
situation,
especially
solving
problems
and
making
sure
that
they're
taken
care
of.
B
All
ages,
I've
taught
pretty
much
k
through
eight
and
you'll
get
a
bunch
of
different
things
with
different
ages,
but
probably
even
in
human
resources.
Dealing
with,
we
would
have
situations
with
customer
complaints
dealing
with
a.
B
What
am
I
trying
to
say
a
group
of
people
who
have
a
lifestyle
and
that's
different
from
others
and
and
trying
to
make
sure
that
their
lifestyle
doesn't
interfere
with
others?
That
may
not
be
happy
with
that
lifestyle.
So
that's
a
big
big
diversity
and
approaching
customers,
not
approaching
customers
and
so
on
and
so
forth.
H
Good
evening
belinda,
I
don't
think
I
have
to
introduce
myself
it's
good
to
see
you
this
evening,
and
I
thank
you
for
applying
for
boards
and
commissions,
and
my
question
for
you
is:
what
do
you
like
most
about
inglewood.
B
Hometown
feeling
just
my
neighbors,
my
for,
for
example,
my
block
alone
we'd,
do
anything
for
each
other,
and
you
don't
find
that
everywhere.
B
A
B
Probably
because
I
know
that
code
enforcement
is
involved
with
parks
and
rec
and
parkerson
rex
has
taken
on
a
lot
of
it's
almost
taken
on
too
much,
but
to
make
sure
that
the
things
are
being
taken
care
of
in
the
in
the
neighborhoods,
whether
it
be
something
in
the
alley,
whether
it
be
something
in
the
parks,
whether
it
be
just
safety
period,
and
that
may
or
may
not
be
with
one
of
the
boards.
And
that
may
be
another
involvement
that
I
take
on.
A
Okay,
thank
you.
Second
question.
Regular
attendance
and
engagement
with
boards
and
commissions
is
required.
Will
you
be
able
to
attend
the
scheduled
meetings?
I
will
very
good.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
J
Miss
porter,
can
you
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
how
service
on
one
of
these
boards
or
commissions
would
benefit
you
either
personally
or
professionally?.
B
B
How
would
this
benefit
me
definitely
be
more
involved
in
tune
with
what's
going
on
in
the
city,
particularly
on
the
individual
boards,
and
just
the
involvement
alone
and
being
able
to
have
input
is
key
in
getting
getting
things
moving
for
my
future
with
the
city
and
getting
to
know
different
people
throughout
the
committees
in
the
city
and
getting
to
know
you
all
better
as
well.
C
Yeah,
so
we
will
be
voting
on
these
selections
next
tuesday
night
during
our
city
council,
meeting
you'll
def,
if
you
don't
watch
it
live,
we'll
definitely
alert
you
by
wednesday
on
the
appointments
so.
C
B
C
We
can
possibly
do
that
yeah,
because
I
have
you
down
for
at
least
three
boards
right
now,
but
I'll
definitely
make
a
note
of
that.
C
C
And
next
up,
I
believe,
is
mr
cody
phelps.
C
Good
evening
good
to
get
to
meet
you,
my
name
is
old
danis
here,
I'm
a
city
council
member
for
just
your
1
as
well
as
mayor
of
the
city,
mr
phelps
yeah,
we'll
be
asking
you
seven
questions
tonight.
You'll
have
10
minutes
to
answer
those
questions
our
I
believe
our
city
clerk,
our
city
attorney,
will
put
up
the
hand
to
let
you
know
that
there's
only
one
minute
remaining
and
at
the
end,
if
there's
any
time
remaining,
you
can
ask
us
any
questions
as
well.
So
are
you
ready
to
begin?
M
M
We
have
been
in
colorado
for
almost
five
years
now
I
grew
up.
My
dad
grew
up
in
boulder
went
to
high
school
there,
and
so
I
spent
a
lot
of
time
in
colorado
and
did
not
spend
a
lot
of
time
in
the
denver
area,
and
so
I've
really
enjoyed
getting
to
learn
more
about
inglewood
over
the
last
two
years.
M
We
love
the
vibrancy
of
the
area
around
us
and
the
potential
for
growth,
and
another
thing
that
excites
me
is,
as
you
all
are
looking
for
as
a
city
council
with
the
new
strategic
plan
and
seeing
how
that
is
implemented
for
the
betterment
of
the
city
and
the
people
that
live
here,
and
so
I
I
just
am
excited
to
try
and
get
to
know
more
people
in
the
city
of
englewood,
and
I
can
would
love
to
try
and
help
play
a
part
in
implementing
that
strategic
plan
that
you
all
are
looking
at
right
now.
F
Good
evening,
mr
phelps,
my
name
is
joe
anderson.
I
represent
district
3
on
city
council,
thanks
for
applying
my
question,
for
you
tonight
is
what
knowledge
skills
or
abilities.
Would
you
bring
to
the
boards
and
commissions
you've
applied,
for
which
it
looks
like
is
parks
and
rec,
commission
or
cultural
arts
commission,
and
in
particular,
how
would
you
provide
a
positive
benefit
to
england
through
your
service
on
one
of
those
commissions.
M
Yes,
thank
you
and
so
prior
to
moving
to
colorado.
I
actually
worked
for
the
city
of
o'fallon
missouri
within
the
parks
and
recreation
department.
I
work
within
tourism
and
festivals
division.
I
we
I'm
a
festival
and
event
planner
by
trade.
I've
been
doing
that
for
over
10
years,
and
so
both
of
those
boards
commissions
kind
of
drew
me
in
because
one
of
my
experience
within
the
parks
and
rec
area,
as
well
as
cultural
arts,
is
a
huge
portion
of
the
festival
and
event
planning
that
I've
done
over
the
years.
M
I
do
find
that
those
are
both
very
important
pieces
of
a
municipality
that
I
know
are
not
always
the
highest
revenue
generating
areas
but
they're,
very
crucial
to
the
community
well-being,
and
so
there
are
two
pieces
that
I
take
a
lot
of
interest
in
and
find
very
important
to
keep
it
top
quality.
M
And
I
I've
been
very
impressed
with
the
amount
of
things
I've
seen
in
the
community
magazine
that
the
parks
and
recreation
department
does
impressed
with
you
know:
pirates
cove
and
the
property
golf
course
in
various
areas
and
and
I
live
right
by
bates
logan
park.
And
you
know
it's
just
green
space
when
you
look
at
some
of
these
areas,
but
they're
just
it's
crucial
to
the
community
health
and
well-being.
And
so
I
would
like
to
play
a
part
in
just
keeping
that
at
the
forefront
of
this
community.
F
M
G
Good
evening,
thank
you
so
much
for
applying
and
for
being
such
a
civically
engaged
household,
I'm
chelsea
union
camp.
I
represent
district
2
here
on
england,
city
council
and
I'm
wondering
mr
phelps.
If
you
can
share
an
example
with
us
or
an
experience
that
you've
had
where
you've
successfully
worked
with
a
group
of
people
who
had
diverse
or
even
opposing
views
or
perspectives,.
M
Yes,
so
one
of
my
my
job,
I
work
in
the
aurea
higher
education
center
downtown
and
one
of
the
things
that
I'm
most
proud
of
is
of
the
largest
full
campus
population
in
the
state
of
colorado.
When
you
add
all
three
of
our
institutions-
and
we
are
it's
roughly
51
minority
students-
it's
a
fantastic
place
to
work-
I
love
working
with
the
diverse
student
staff
and
faculty
population.
M
I
serve
on
the
higher
education,
center's,
diversity,
equity
and
inclusion
committee,
as
we
look
for
ways
to
not
only
our
statehood
inclusion
within
our
own
agency,
but
on
the
entire
campus.
We
do
not
have
students
specifically
at
our
agency.
We
just
help
maintain
the
grounds
and
facilities.
However,
everything
we
do
does
affect
that
diverse
student
population.
M
H
Good
evening,
mr
phelps,
my
name
is
rita
russell,
I'm
one
of
the
at-large
council
members.
Thank
you
for
applying,
and
my
question
for
you
is:
what
is
it
that
you
like
most
about
inglewood.
M
So
what
I
really
like
about
englewood
is
we,
you
know
technically
we're
like
a
suburb
of
denver.
I
don't
necessarily
like
to
think
of
this.
That
way,
but
you
know
we
we
have
this
smaller
town
feel
and
that
not
a
song
originally
from
mid-missouri
town,
less
than
20
000
people,
not
that
small,
but
it's
small
enough
that
we
can
get
to
know
a
lot
of
people
very
easily,
while
also
we
have
a
lot
of
amenities
right
here
at
our
fingertips.
M
I
love
that
we
picked
where
we
live.
Specifically,
we
can
walk
to
so
many
different
things,
so
many
different
restaurants,
the
gothic
theater.
You
know
the
civic
center
light
rail
is
very
nearby,
and
so
that
has
been
the
best
part
we're
not.
I
don't
have
to
travel
10
minutes
by
car
to
do
something,
and
so
that's
why
I
look
forward
to
it
as
we're
starting
to
grow
this
the
city
center
and
add
more
and
more.
It's
an
exciting
time
to
be
here.
A
My
I
have
two
questions
for
you
tonight,
the
first
one
being.
What
would
you
like
to
see
improved
in
inglewood
regarding
the
board
or
commission
you
applied
to.
M
Yes,
so
when
it
comes
to
parks,
specifically
kind
of
separating
out
the
recreation
side,
there's
not
a
ton
that
you
can
do,
parks
have
been
around
for
you
know,
decades
centuries
and
and
now
there's
something
you
can
do
there
other
than
upkeep
and
making
sure
that
the
amenities
there
are
still
top-notch
so
and
on
the
recreation
side,
I'm
seeing
some
really
great
programming,
and
so
I'm
not
really
seeing
a
ton
of
areas
that
I
want
to
necessarily
improve.
M
I
do
I
see
an
opportunity
for
us
to
engage
more
on
the
event
side.
I
I
know
we
do
since
we've
lived
here,
it's
been
kind
of
hard
because
it
has
been
the
pandemic
and
unfortunately,
I've
not
been
able
to
see
as
many
of
the
events.
I
know
we
had
the
block
party
this
year.
M
That
was
greatly
back
in
the
concert
series
was
coming
back,
and
so
I
look
forward
to
seeing
more
and
more
and
and
so
it's
entirely
possible
that
there's
just
a
ton
of
events
that,
because
of
the
time
that
I
moved
here,
I
haven't
seen,
but
I
know
that
that
can
be
a
huge
part
of
how
you
can
help
grow
the
economy
through
parks
because
again
they're
not
directly
revenue
generating
generally,
and
so
I
think,
that's
a
huge
opportunity
and
on
the
cultural
art
side,
I
love
denver's
affinity,
the
denver
area.
M
Sorry,
I
know
we
refer
to
denver.
We
are
angle
and
we're
not
denver
the
affinity
for
art-
and
you
know
I
love
to
see
the
the
swedish
horses
that
the
city
did
earlier
last
year.
That
was
a
neat
little
thing,
all
the
different
murals
that
have
gone
on
around
the
city
and-
and
I
think
that
it's
it's
a
fantastic
way
to
just
kind
of
engage
the
community
passively
and
just
kind
of
improve
the
overall
look
and
feel-
and
so
that's
just
a
couple
things.
I
have
interested.
A
M
Yes,
yes,
I'm
available
for
the
various
meetings.
I've
looked
at
the
the
regular
schedule
that's
been
held
in
those
both
those
fit
in
with
my
schedule,.
C
C
Just
less
than
a
minute,
steve
I'll,
let
you
ask
your
question
sorry.
J
Good
evening,
I'm
steve
ward,
I
represent
district
4
and
serve
as
mayor
pro
tim.
My
question
for
you,
if
you
would
care
to
share,
is
how
will
your
service
on
this
border
commission
benefit
you
either
personally
or
professionally.
M
So
really
it's
more
personal
and
again
just
kind
of
getting
to
know
more
people.
I
I've.
You
know
it's
been
very
hard
to
get
to
know
people
in
the
last
two
years,
just
due
to
our
social
distancing
and
all
of
that,
and
so
I
see
this
as
a
great
opportunity
to
get
out
and
meet
more
people
through
the
you
know,
the
boards
and
commission,
or
even
just
the
city
staff,
who
are
doing
all
the
work
to
provide
the
great
amenities
for
us.
C
Thank
you,
mr
fels.
Thank
you
very
much.
I
know
that
we're
out
of
time
here,
but
I
appreciate
you
applying
we'll
be
alerting
you
by
next
wednesday
of
any
appointment
we'll
be
making
a
decision
a
week
from
tonight.
So
do
appreciate
you
making
time
for
us
tonight
and
for
applying
and
we'll
be
in
touch
soon.
Thank
you
all
for
your
time.
C
Yep
we
hear
you
when
we
see
you
coming
in
clearly
so
miss
hall
I'll,
be
asking
well
we'll,
be
asking
you
seven
questions
tonight.
You'll
have
two
minutes
to
answer
those
questions.
Our
city
clerk,
mechanics
you'll,
raise
the
hand
on
the
monitor
there,
so
you
can
see
that
you
have
one
minute
remaining.
If
there's
any
time
left
at
the
end,
you
can
ask
city
council
any
questions
as
well.
So
are
you
ready
to
begin.
N
N
I've
been
living
in
englewood
for
about
16
years
now
as
a
homeowner
and
I've
just
always
really
enjoyed
living
in
englewood,
and,
I
would
say,
like
within
the
last
five
years.
I
know
well,
I've
been
married
and
I
have
a
child,
so
I'm
becoming
more
and
more
involved
in
the
englewood
community,
and
my
son
goes
to
charles
hayworld
school
we're
constantly
out
and
about
whether
it's
walking
to
broadway
restaurants
and
the
like
the
englewood
library,
the
rec
center.
N
I
mean
we're
all
over
just
really
involved
in
the
community,
so
I
would
like
to
be
more
involved
in
it
myself
and
take
a
part
in
it,
and
I've
done.
I
think
it
was
about
a
couple
years
ago.
I've
done.
N
I
have
been
on
the
board
for
the
library
and
really
enjoyed
that
and
working
with
the
people
there
at
the
wood
library,
which
was
which
was
really
great,
and
now
it's
just
something
looking
for
you
know,
learn
something
new
about
a
different
board
and
how
the
how
how
they're
involved
in
englewood
and
how
I
could
be
a
part
of
it.
And
you
know
whether
it's
by
listening
giving
my
opinion
a
voice
and
doing
anything
we
can
to
just
make
englewood
more
enjoyable
for
the
residents
to
live
in.
F
Leaving
miss
hall,
my
name
is
joe
anderson.
I
represent
district
3
here
in
englewood.
My
question
for
you
tonight
is
what
knowledge
skills
or
abilities.
Would
you
bring
to
the
commission
or
commissions
that
you've
applied,
for
which
looks
like
is
the
sustainability
commission
or
the
parks
right
commission
and
in
particular,
how
would
you
provide
a
positive
benefit
to
england
through
your
service
on
one
of
those
commissions.
N
Well,
you
know
I
was
wondering
it's
funny,
because
I
I've
always
been
interested
in
the
park
and
recreation
board,
but
I
wasn't
sure
if
there's
any
availability
available
positioned
on
it.
So
that
would
be
great
if
there
is,
but
I
am
interested
in
both
the
sustainability
commission
as
well
as
the
park
and
rex.
But
you
know
what
attracted
me
to
the
sustainability.
N
Commission
was
I
you
know,
especially
the
last
couple
of
years
with
covid
and
all
the
quarantining
and
the
stay-at-home
orders.
I
feel,
like
everyone's
been
more.
You
know,
staying
close
to
home
and
not
traveling
as
far
being
stuck
in
the
home.
So
I
find
that
I've
been
thinking
that
you
know
our
community
becomes
a
bigger
part
of
every
person's
everyday
life,
whether
you
know,
I'm
sure
everyone
for
the
most
part
needs
outdoor
time
and
it's
important
to
me
that
our
outdoor
community
remains
safe
and
clean.
N
Our
parks
are
same
safe,
clean
inviting
people
want
to
go
and
just
different
type
of
activities
and
to
build
community,
which
I
think
is
really
important
right
now,
like
I
said,
I
feel
at
least
for
myself
and
my
family,
and
even
my
neighbors
on
my
block.
We've.
B
N
Staying
pretty
close
to
home,
so
I
think
it's
a
great
time
to
really
focus
on.
You
know
different
things
we
could
do
locally
to
continue
to
attract
people
to
englewood
and
and
then
also
as
far
as
the
parks
and
rec's
recreation
board.
That's
something
I've
always
been
interested
in.
While
actually
I
went
to
college
quite
a
long
time
ago,
so
I
do
have
to
say
probably
a
lot
of
the
courses
I
took
at
that
time.
N
I'm
sure
there's
been
plenty
of
changes
over
the
years,
but
just
building
the
park
and
rec
and
being
part
of
that
as
far
as
what
type
of
services
are
offered
to
the
community,
I'm
really
interested
in
because
again
I
love
our
parks
and
rec
center.
We
go
there
quite
a
bit
and
I
love
all
the
activities
they
currently
offer.
So
it's
always
good
to
be
thinking
about
what
else
we
could
offer,
especially
when
there's
a
lot
of
things.
N
I
appreciate
about
our
rec
center,
but
it
is
you
know
smaller
and
you
know,
may
offer
less
less
different
types
of
opportunities
and
actually
maybe
some
of
that's
because
of
covid
too,
though
so
I'm
not
sure
about
that.
So
it's
just
you
know
being
a
part
of
that
and
thinking
of
new
things
that
we
could
offer
to
the
community
at
the
rec
center
different
classes.
N
Different
events,
I
know
you
know,
I'm
not
really
sure
we
go
to
a
lot
of
different
events
put
on
by
englewood,
but
I'm
not
exactly
sure
who
puts
on
those
events,
but
I
think
you
know
as
far
as
the
rec
center.
They
do
like
a
halloween
event
that
we've
gone
to
before,
and
you
know
like
I
said
I
I'm
not
sure
which
ones
the
sustainability
committee
does.
N
But
it's
just
building
events
and
opportunities
for
people
in
the
area
to
come
together
get
to
know
each
other
meet
each
other
talk
to
different
people.
G
N
Gosh,
you
know
really.
I
do
that
a
lot
at
work.
I
mean,
I
guess,
that's
probably
the
only
situation
of
the
time
I
have
to
relate
that
to
I
currently
work.
N
I
don't
think
it
matters
to
say,
but
I
work
at
travelers
insurance,
but
I
am
part
of
our
training
program
at
travelers
and
we
have
to
actually
come
together
as
a
team
and
form
a
a
training
program
for
new
hires,
and
I
find
that
you
know
there's
there's
quite
a
few
of
us
on
that
team
and
we
do
have
to
work
together.
We
all
have
different
opinions
on
how
we
want
things
done
and-
and
you
know,
there's
a
lot
of
different
opinions
and
what
I've
learned
from
that
is.
N
I
I
feel
like
I've,
become
a
much
better
listener
and
that
I
do
listen
to
everyone's
opinions.
Try
to
understand
their
point
of
view,
and
I've
actually
learned
a
lot
being
on
that
committee
and
ultimately
coming
up
with
a
training
program
for
our
new
hires
together
trying
to
make
the
best
training
program
we
can,
and
I
think
we
have-
and
you
know,
we've
all
bring
our
different
skills
to
the
table.
N
As
far
as
you
know,
what
type
of
technology
we
will
use,
what
kind
of
instruction
and
different
programs
we
will
use-
and
we
have
come
together
to
make
a
successful
training
program
for
our
company.
That's
great.
H
G
N
I
love,
I
feel,
like
angle,
was
very
unique,
so
you
know
I'm
relatively
new
to
colorado
in
16
years.
It's
been,
you
know
I
moved
from
connecticut,
but
I
did
look
around
quite
a
different
areas.
When
I
was
looking
for
a
home
and
even
to
this
day
our
house
is
really
small,
and
so
especially
now
that
we
have
a
son
that
we
considered
moving-
and
you
know
everyone
knows
it's
tough-
to
move
right
now,
but
I
I
just
love
the
diversity.
I
love
the
q.
N
H
A
N
I
so
I
have
like.
I
said
I
hate
I,
I
don't
have
any
big
complaints,
but
I
do
feel
like
I
would
like
to
see
the
parks
taken
care
of
a
little
better.
The
couple
ones
that
we
have
gone
to,
I
mean
I'm
sure
it's
really
tough,
because
who
knows
noah?
Who
knows
what's
going
on
at
night
at
parks?
I
don't
think
anyone
wants
to
know,
because
usually
we
go
really
really
early
in
the
morning.
N
But
if
there's
a
way
you
know
we
could
come
up
with
maybe
updating
some
of
our
parks.
We
actually
we've
updated
a
ton
of
our
parks,
and
I
love
that
we
go
to
bates
logan,
the
most,
which
I
would
I
would
want
to
look
into
as
far
as
when
that
park
could
be
updated
and
what
the
opportunities
are
for
that
and
just
keeping
the
parks
clean
and
as
far
as
a
practic
park
and
and
rack
board
same
thing
see
what
else,
what
other
kind
of
classes
and
that
we
could
offer.
N
N
C
Thank
you,
miss
hall.
I
think
we're
actually
out
of
time
now.
Okay,
we'll
get
to
the
last
question,
but
we
do
appreciate
you
applying
and
thank
you
very
much
for
for
making
time
for
us
tonight,
yeah
decision
a
week
from
tonight,
so
you
should
be
hearing
pretty
quickly
in
terms
of
which
board
you're
committed.
L
C
H
C
Englewood
he
will
be
so
or
sorry.
I
guess
I
should
say
you
applied
at
the
very
least,
I
hope
to
be
pete.
It's
good
to
see
you
man.
Obviously
you
know
who
I
am
we're
gonna,
be
asking
you
seven
questions.
Pete.
Do
you
have
ten
minutes
to
answer
those
questions
at
nine
minutes,
our
city
clerk,
jackie
mckinnon,
she's,
gonna.
Raise
that
hand,
so
it
just
tells
you
that
you
have
one
minute
left
and
if
there
is
any
time
remaining,
you
can
ask
any
questions
about
city,
council,
members.
C
All
right
pete,
my
first
question
for
you:
pete,
is
what
motivates
you
to
apply
for
an
english
border
commission
at
this
time
sure.
O
Well,
I
was
born
actually
in
swedish
hospital,
so
I
I
began
my
my
life
right
here
in
englewood.
I
grew
up
in
in
lakewood
and
outside
of
morrison,
while
attending
school
in
denver.
O
I
left
colorado
for
nearly
17
years
following
high
school,
went
to
school
in
louisiana
and
lived
in
a
town,
a
city
called
shreveport
louisiana
for
many
years
and
then
also
greater
atlanta,
along
with
spending
some
time,
training
and
and
and
living
briefly
and
spending
some
time
living
in
europe.
With
a
team
I
raised
for-
and
I
moved
home
to
colorado
a
few
years
ago
to
be
close
to
family
in
moving
home.
I
wanted
to
live
in
inglewood
as
the
city
at
the
time.
O
I
was
not
sure
where
I
would
be
working
next
and
the
city.
Not
only
was
it
in
close
proximity
to
my
family,
but
also
denver
and
many
surrounding
suburbs,
and
that
was
attractive
to
me
and
I
enjoy
the
smaller
city
community.
I
enjoy
running
and
riding
here,
and
I
also
have
enjoyed
some
aspects
of
being
in
arapahoe,
county
and
inglewood
and
being
sort
of
outside
of
denver
proper.
O
F
Good
evening,
I'm
mr
eckel,
my
name
is
joe
anderson.
I
represent
district
3
on
city
council.
Thank
you
for
applying
my
question
for
you
this
evening
is
what
knowledge
skills
or
abilities
would
you
bring
to?
I
see
the
budget
advisory
committees
what
you've
applied
for,
and
in
particular
how
would
you
provide
a
positive
benefit
to
englewood
through
your
service
on
that
commission.
O
Sure,
joe
I've
worked
in
commercial,
real
estate
operations,
telecom
and
related
infrastructure,
primarily
in
property
and
business
valuation,
finance
and
accounting
tax
and
industrial
real
estate
over
the
years
and
and
in
the
couple
roles,
I've
had
with
two
companies
in
the
last
15
years
have
included.
You
know,
really
doing
some
team
projects
that
really
are
company-wide
agendas
or
supporting
the
rollout
of
various
things
and
as
a
tax
and
valuation
expert,
my
job
has
been
often
to
work
with
people
to
make
things
happen.
O
In
addition
to
my
commitment
should
I
be
selected,
I
would
certainly
serve
with
responsibility
and
discipline.
G
O
Sure
you
know
I
I've
enjoyed
working
with
others
who
certainly
have
a
different
way
of
thinking
and
operate
in
a
different
way,
and
I
I
could
probably
name
a
few
examples
if
I
really
had
some
time,
but
I
would
say
probably
the
most
universal
example
I
could.
Reference
would
be
racing
for
an
international
team
a
few
years
ago,
where
we
had
writers
from
26
countries,
26
rise
from
13
countries,
and
that
group
had
11
different
native
languages,
so
not
to
mention.
O
There
were
other
members
of
of
the
team
that
we
had
to
work
with
on
a
daily
basis
and,
as
you
can
can
imagine,
there
were
a
lot
of
challenges.
Given
that
we
trained
together
every
day
we
shared
resources,
we
traveled
together,
we
raced
together
and
we
worked
with
coaches
and
staff
all
while
effectively
communicating
and
getting
along
to
do
our
job
safely,
despite
having
a
quite
a
wide
variety
of
cultural
differences
and
certainly
ways
of
doing
things,
and
that
was
challenging.
O
But
you
know
it
was
critical
for
us
to
to
be
successful
as
a
group
not
only
to
our
athletic
job
and
performance,
but
also
it
was
vital
in
sharing
our
message
of
changing
diabetes
and
inspiring
others
to
be
active,
healthy
and
certainly
competitive
in
anything
that
they
wanted
to
do
all
while
living
with
diabetes,
which
was
really
still
is
the
mission
of
the
team.
O
The
team
is
still
recognized
today
for
many
of
its
accomplishments
and
certainly
remains
an
inspiration
for
those
who
live
with
diabetes
every
day
and
has
a
meaningful
and
lasting
impact,
and
I
think
my
commitment
to
to
go
and
do
something
different
and
do
that
for
some
time
was
I'm
really
eye-opening
and
certainly
having
some
challenges,
but
also
some
really
great
outcomes
when
it
came
to
opposing
views
and
perspectives,
and
certainly
diversity.
H
Good
evening,
peter
it's
nice
to
have
you
here
this
evening.
My
name
is
rita
russell
and
I'm
one
of
the
at-large
council
members.
My
question
for
you
this
evening
is:
what
do
you
like
most
about
englewood.
O
Well,
I
like
a
lot
about
inglewood,
and
so
I
always
say
you
know,
besides
being
here
in
beautiful
colorado,
probably
my
favorite
thing
to
do
in
england
is
just
getting
outside
and
enjoying
running
and
riding
as
much
as
I
can
also
I
like
working
on
my
property,
although
it's
got
a
few
challenges
there,
but
that'll
be
fun,
as
I
just
purchased
a
house
here
about
seven
or
eight
months
ago.
I
also
like
that
we
have
convenient
accessible
neighborhoods
with
access
to
some
great
local
businesses.
We
have
solid
infrastructure.
O
I
know
we
have
some
cool
projects
going
on
there
and
great
good
schools
and
certainly
great
top
level
medical
facilities,
along
with
a
lot
of
other
great
things
that
inglewood
offers
in
a
unique
way,
and
it's
kind
of
nice
to
be
outside
of
denver
proper,
and
I
also
enjoy
a
strong
sense
of
community
that
we
have,
and
I've
made
some
great
friends,
and
certainly
some
neighbors,
which
has
been
fun.
A
Good
evening,
peter
my
name
is
jim
woodward,
I'm
also
a
consul
member
at
large.
I
have
two
questions
for
you
tonight.
First,
one
being
what
would
you
like
to
see
improved
in
inglewood
regarding
the
boards
and
commissions
you
applied
to.
O
Sure
you
know
at
the
moment,
jim
as
it
relates
to
the
budget
advisory
committee.
I
don't
have
anything
necessarily
that
I
could
mention
that
needs
to
be
improved,
but
but
with
that
said
I
I
certainly
should
I
be
selected.
I
would
come
with
an
open
mind,
a
listening
ear
and
try
to
better
understand
what
the
needs
and
direction
of
the
budget
advisory
committee
should
be
in
supporting
the
city
and
and
the
departments
that
rely
on
the
strong
management
of
the
city's
budget
and
resources.
A
O
Certainly,
I
I
would
make
it
a
a
commitment
and
a
priority.
I
believe
the
the
committee
I've
applied
for
meets
the
fourth
tuesday
of
every
month,
which
is
fine.
I
do
travel
some
for
business.
O
However,
I
do
have
some
control
of
that,
and-
and
should
I
be
caught
out
out
of
town,
I
would
join
online.
I
don't
see
that
being
a
problem.
J
O
Sure
steve,
I
think
my
service
would
benefit
me
personally
in
in
getting
involved
and
contributing
my
time
and
supporting
and
managing
you
know
a
sustainable
budget
and
helping
the
city
do
do
that.
I've
done
some
volunteer
work
over
the
years
and
it
certainly
has
brought
a
lot
of
meaningful
value
to
not
only
those
who
we
serve,
but
also
myself
and
in
looking
at
where
I
am
at
this
point.
In
my
life
and
some
of
my
time,
commitments
and
and
also
in
understanding
what
I
can
contribute.
O
I
think
the
budget
advisory
committee
would
make
sense
for
me
and
be
somewhere
where
I
could
help
out
our
community
professionally.
O
You
know,
being
involved
in
a
government
committee,
would
be
interesting
for
and
and
certainly
valuable
for,
my
professional
development
and
also
would
kind
of
give
me
some
understanding
how
the
city
works,
which,
uniquely
for
me,
has
some
alignment
with
my
current
position
and
my
past
position
in
really
property
tax
and
as
we
work
across
from
state
county
and
city
governments
in
in
not
only
the
valuation
of
our
property,
but
also
compliance
and
certainly
paying
our
taxes.
O
So
I
I
would
find
that
part
professionally
well
and
personally,
to
be
interesting.
C
C
H
C
C
I
love
that
aspect
of
it,
but
I
think
we're
all
present
now.
I
guess
obviously
now
we're
going
to
just
talk
about
the
assignments,
but
I
wanted
to
kind
of
turn
it
over
to
city
clerk
mckinnon.
I
guess
I
should
have
probably
given
you
a
heads
up,
but
in
terms
of
the
question
that
remember
woodward
asked
at
the
beginning.
Did
we
get
clarification
on
that?
Is
mr
woodward
remember
woodward
correct,
on
which
member
was
this.
G
Yes,
I
actually
researched
it
and
there
is
no
residency
or
I'm
right,
residency
or
citizen
citizenship
requirement
for
the
ura
and
it's
that's
established
by
statute.
The
membership
of
that
board.
H
A
H
H
F
K
G
C
If
not,
I
guess
the
next
question
for
me
was
that
we
do
have
the
12
reappointments
and
we
also
have
four
four
alternates
to
regular
members.
I
guess
the
question
coming
into
tonight.
I
was
fine
with
just
making
all
the
reappointments
and
as
well
as
just
elevating
everybody
from
alternate
to
regular.
Obviously,
there's.
C
The
fact
that
we
have
so
many
so
many
people
that
applied,
I
would
be
okay
with
making
a
change
to
the
urban
renewal
authority.
If,
if
somebody
want
to
go
in
that
direction,
but
any
thoughts
on
that.
A
Correct
the
akoma
lofts
were
the
last
project
which
is
broadway
in
a
coma
there
at
3500
block.
I'd
also
mentioned
that
they've
only
been
having
annual
meetings
to
approve
the
budget
in
january.
So
for
the
last
few
years,
possibly
I
don't
know
when
I
went
off
that
board,
but
I
don't
recall
what
year
it
was,
but
it
since
then,
that's
all
they've
done.
H
G
I
would
have
to
look
into
it
state
statute,
which
I
just
read
an
hour
ago.
The
the
portion
I
read
was
about
how
the
board
is
created.
I'm
sure
it's
possible
to
disband
the
board
if
you
wish,
but
I'd
like
to
research,
the
appropriate.
A
A
J
Yeah
the
board
meets
tomorrow.
I
I
serve
on
that
board,
so
we'll
meet
tomorrow,
it'll
be
the
first
meeting
since
I
came
on
the
council
last
march.
J
When
I
came
on
to
the
board,
I
was
briefed
on
the
subject
of
the
urban
revival
board
and
essentially,
if
I
could
put
it
in
a
nutshell,
the
creation
of
an
urban
renewal
authority
has
become
more
difficult.
Since
this
particular
urban
renewal
authority
was
formed.
So
we
have
chosen
to
keep
it
alive
because
it
does
have
potential
future
use,
even
though
it's
not
being
used.
Currently,
it
would
be
much
more
difficult
to
reform
it
than
it
is
just
to
maintain
it
on
an
annual
basis
and
keep
it
alive
for
the
time
being.
J
Unfortunately,
I'm
not
familiar
enough
with
the
with
the
board
at
this
time.
To
answer
that
question,
I
will
say
that
I'm
a
little
uncomfortable
with
delaying
the
appointment
of
of
members
to
this
board
under
the
idea
that
we
might
dissolve
it.
I
just
I
think
we
should
go
ahead
and
appoint
the
members
in
our
regular
process
and
if
we
choose
to
dissolve
it
at
a
subsequent
time,
do
so.
F
I
agree
with
member
ward,
and
but
I
just
wanted
to
jump
kind
of
jump
in
on
the
the
idea
of
appointing
someone
who
doesn't
live
in
ingwood.
I
that
really
that
really
bothers
me.
I
mean
not
not
that
this
particular
person
who's
getting
reappointed
is
problematic
or
anything.
F
But
the
idea
of
of
having
somebody
who
doesn't
have
a
state
particularly
have
a
stake
in
the
community
with,
I
know
the
urban
ruinable
authority,
I'm
not
I'm
not
super
familiar
with
what
what
all
they
can
do,
but
I,
if
I
remember
correctly,
they
have
the
authority
to
declare
a
property
blighted
and
read
about
you
know,
redevelop
the
property
and
that
kind
of
thing
right.
That
seems
to
me
like
something
that
a
stakeholder
in
the
community
should
should
be
involved
in
that
decision
and
not
as
and
so
setting
the
precedent
of
a
plane.
F
Somebody
who
doesn't
live
in
the
community-
just
it
just
doesn't
make
sense
to
me
so
I'd
rather
appoint,
appoint
somebody
and
appoint
somebody
who
does
live
in
englewood
to
that
board.
A
Also
also
in
agreement
with
steve's
point
of
keeping
that
board,
I
I
believe
it's
it's
a
much
longer
discussion
than
we
will
be
having
tonight,
or
even
I
mean
it's,
it's
a
big
discussion.
I
think
I'd
encourage
tamara
to
talk
to
brad
who's
very
knowledgeable
and
has
quite
a
bit
of
experience
with
urban
renewal
authorities.
C
All
right
perfect,
so
I
guess
so.
Obviously
the
the
purpose
of
tonight
for
this
discussion
is
trying
to
identify
based
off
the
interviews
that
we've
had
over
the
past
couple
nights
where
we
potentially
would
like
to
slap
these
individuals
into
which
boards
are
commissioned
a
week
from
tonight.
We
will
be
voting
on
it,
so
obviously
no
decisions
are
being
made
and
we
obviously
can
make
any
changes
next
week
as
well.
C
So
so
I
guess
just
starting
off
in
terms
of
where
I
started
with
this
is
it
does
sound
like
there's,
potentially
at
the
reappointments,
potentially
11
moving
forward
and
then
having
a
discussion
about
the
12th
under
the
urban
renewal
authority,
and
then
I
guess
from
if
anybody
has
any
disagreements
with
that
and
also
elevating
alternates
to
to
regular
members
so
steve,
I
see
you
have
your
hand
up.
J
Yeah
just
a
process
question.
This
is
a
little
confusing
to
me
and
I'm
sure
the
information
is
here
somewhere,
but
on
our
worksheet
from
the
packet
there
are
reappointments
listed
and
then
there's
usually
a
line
that
says
you
know
something
like
one
regular
member.
So
if
we
look
at
the
board
of
adjustments
and
appeals
were
cheap,
for
instance,
it
lists
interested
eligible
applicants,
it
has
a
reappointment
and
a
new
applicant
and
then
a
blank
line
that
says
one
regular
member
expiring.
J
My
question
is:
do
the
reappointments
take
up
a
blank
or
is
the
blank
for
someone
who's
not
already
on
the
board.
D
J
J
D
D
Some
of
the
dates
are
a
little
off,
but
that's
because
a
lot
of
them
are
filling
people
that
resigned.
So
if
you
see
different
dates,
that's
another!
There
are
some
shorter
dates
than
others,
so
we
had
some
resign
dates
and
then
you
have
reappointment
or
like
a
full
term
date.
If
that
makes
sense,
got.
J
D
D
F
F
Hey
and
can
I
can
I
mention
one
more
thing.
While
I
have
four
thank
you,
I
did
notice
that
with
the
what
was
his
name
that
didn't
grant
simon
didn't
show
up,
he
was
the
only
one
applying
for
p
for
pnz
and
then
the
one
other
issue
I
have
is
the
inglewood
housing
authority
didn't
have
anyone
apply
for
that
and
they
do?
They
do
want
somebody
to
fill
that.
F
So
those
are
the
two
slots
that
that
we
definitely
need
to
keep
an
eye
on
as
we're
going
through
if
we
could
find
if
we
could
follow
up
with
somebody
and
see
if
they're
willing
to
to
transition
over
that
board.
I
had
a
couple
of
people
in
mind
as
we
went
along,
but
just
wanted
to
make
sure
we
kept
an
eye
on
that.
C
A
C
C
Next
up
is
budget
advisory
committee.
We
had
david
from
yesterday
as
well
as
pete
from
tonight,
and
so
I
guess
first
question
is
yes
move
james
haran
to
alternate
from
right,
see
a.
A
D
C
If
I
remember
correctly,
I
think
mr
haran,
I
think
we
just
appointed
them
either
six
months
ago,
or
it
was
just
recently
so.
C
A
I'll
go
first,
david.
What
I
thought
was
really
impressive.
Last
night-
and
I
thought
peter
was
pretty
impressive
tonight,
but
I
thought
david
just
from
last
night
seemed
to
be
a
little
bit
more
experienced
or
knowledgeable
about
accounting
and
what
I
think,
what
the
budget
advisory
committee
does.
F
I'm
I'm
fine
with
either,
but
I
thought
david
if
he
was
a
c
he's
cpa
and
he
seemed
quite
quite
sharp.
I
mean
I
thought
peter
seemed
great
too.
I'm
really
fine
with
either
one
I'm
just
thinking
through.
Are
there
any
other
slots
to
place?
One
of
these
in
it
looks
like
peter
applied
for
the
historic
preservation.
Commission,
too,
david
only
applied
for
bac.
So
I
guess
I'd
be
inclined
to
go
with
david,
probably
as
my
first
choice.
J
So
I'd
like
to
posit
a
couple
of
counterpoints,
if
I
may,
the
budget
advisory
committee,
if
I
recall
correctly
already,
does
have
one
cpa
on
it.
J
J
The
goal
of
the
budget
advisor
committee.
As
I
see
it,
is
to
have
a
group
of
people
who
can
sit
down
and
discuss
how
the
community
works,
how
we,
how
the
government
is
spending
their
money
and
what
resources
they
believe
should
be
allocated
in
which
which
directions
you
don't
always
need
cpas
to
do
that.
M
J
Didn't
see
that
on
his
resume
he's
in
finance
and
tax
yeah,
but
I
didn't
see
cpa
on
his
on
his
resume.
C
Yeah,
I
know
it's
been
more
financing
tax
in
the
past,
so
obviously
I've,
I've
known
p
for
maybe
three
years
now
and
he
just
finally
bought
a
home
in
england.
So
obviously
just
knowing
from
from
my
experience
at
the
huge
grade
on
the
bc.
G
Lean
towards
peter
for
this
as
well,
given
some
of
his
other
answers,
he
did
apply.
Those
was
noted
for
two.
I
wonder
if
we
kind
of
address
where
we
are
with
the
historic
preservation
commission
and
see
if
we
need
a
member
there
and
then
come
back
to.
C
C
Okay
and
then
moving
on
to
cultural
arts
a
lot
of
candidates,
I
guess
starting
off
everybody:
okay,
moving
kyle
from
alternate
to
regular,
see
head
nods,
yes,
okay,
and
then
we
have
I'm
sorry
go
ahead.
Remember.
C
C
That
and
then
any
any
suggestions
on
who
the
three
regular
members
would
be
versus
alternate.
G
Yeah
I
wanted
to
put
forward
stacy
pottish
from
last
night.
I
thought
had
some
really
thoughtful
ideas
and
then,
from
this
evening
the
three
that,
as
their
first
choice,
I
thought
would
all
be
excellent
on
the
commission.
C
Is
there
any
deception,
just
different
opinions
there.
J
B
D
I
could
say
something
real,
quick
mayor
sure
just
so,
if
this
helps
everybody
for
a
term
greater
than
two
years,
which
the
term
for
cultural
hours
parts
is
three
years,
if
the
appointment
resulting
in
services
less
than
two,
it's
not
counted
as
a
full
term.
So
then
they
don't
get
kind
of
slighted
with
serving
six
months
or
a
year.
They
can
still
reapply
if
that
helps
at
all.
So
really
the
three
turn
dates.
C
B
C
No,
I
had
monica
as
the
alternate.
D
You
had
stacy
as
the
seven
one,
twenty
twenty
two
amia,
seven
one:
twenty
twenty
two
and
leah,
seven,
one
twenty
twenty
three
kyle
as
the
2024
and
then
alternate
monika.
That's.
D
C
Stacy
pottish
amy
fox
leah,
moran,
okay
and
then
I
had
kyle
taking
up
that
fourth
regular
term
expiring
2024
and
then
monica
alvarez.
I
don't
know
why.
I'm
struggling
with
that
last
name.
C
All
right
and
then
moving
on
to
election
commission,
employment
of
doug.
D
In
the
mayor
again,
if
it
helps,
we
won't
even
have
a
probably
election
commission
meeting
until
august,
we'll
have
another
appointment
in
july
and
we
do
have
a
quorum
if
we're
not
able
to
slot
somebody
in
that
spot.
Okay
sounds
good.
C
F
The
one
one
person
who
struck
me
as
a
potentially
good
fit
there
was
aaron
martinez
who
applied
for
the
sustainability
commission,
but.
F
F
F
Since
we
have
more
than
enough
that
have
applied
for
the
sustainability
commission,
I
thought
probably
he
would
be
a
good
fit
for
one
of
those
two.
I
kind.
C
Of
did
wonder
about
that
one
as
well.
Okay
noted,
should
we
anybody
have
any
suggestions
in
terms
of
eh.
A
C
So
we
put
anderson
just
recommended
aaron
martinez.
C
He
interviewed
for
specifically
for
sustainability,
although
I
did
like
him
for
sustainability,
but
he
did
make
a
good
point
in
terms
of
either
sliding
there
or
in
pnz.
F
H
F
H
C
C
You
mean
jim,
I
know
that
works,
I'm
flooding
in
belinda
in
terms
of
historic
preservation,
moving
to
mali
center
trust
reappointment
of
joseph
into
that
slot.
M
C
Well,
I
have
boss
stevenson
in
their
first
first
choice.
We
didn't
have
another
person,
though
so
slot
involved
for
the
2026
term.
Correct.
Yes,.
A
G
Can
I
ask
a
question:
is
there
a
precedent
on
how
many
boards
and
commissions
a
citizen
can
or
should
serve
on.
C
C
That's
really
the
only
time
that
comes
up,
but
I
I
think
even
members
see
a
remember
war
or
mayor
pro
10
ward.
You
served
multiple
boards
prior
to
coming
to
council,
correct.
J
Did
yes
and
I
think
it's
more
than
one
quasi-judicial
board,
so
you
couldn't
be
on
pnz
and
adjustment
appeals,
for
instance.
I
I.
G
J
I'm
sorry
just
one
point
of
clarification,
we're
saying
if
you
serve
on
a
quasi-judicial
board,
that
is
the
only
board
that
you
can
serve
on
or
we're
saying,
because
that's
not
the
policy
as
I
as
I
understood
it
to
be,
but
I
I
could
just
as
easily
be
incorrect
because
it's
been
a
while
since
I've
read
it,
I
thought
it
was
not
more
than
one
quasi-judicial
board.
F
I
think
that
remember
our
mayor
project
ward
is
correct
right.
There
wouldn't
be
any
conflict
to
be
on
a
a
quasi-judicial
board
and
then
another
another
another
board
that
doesn't
have
that
function
and
if
we're
allowing
people
to
serve
on
two
boards,
then
I
don't
see
why.
That
would
why
they
would
be
excluded
from
doing
that
just
because
they
were
on
a
quasi-judicial
board.
A
I
think
if
you
got
to
go
back
to
the
bylaws
and
ordinance,
I
think
and
look
at
that,
but
I
think
board
of
appeals
is
that's
the
only
board
you
can
serve
on.
C
With
the
number
of
applicants
that
we
have
tonight,
can
we,
if
somebody's
on
a
quasi
judicial
board,
can
we
just
try
not
to
add
them
to
another
board?
Obviously
you
see
the
attorney
you
can
kind
of.
Let
us
know
whether
or
not
you
could
do
a
little
bit
of
research
during
this
meeting
or
just
get
back
to
us
prior
to
our
vote
next
tuesday
as
well.
C
So
I
will
so
we
did
not
give
you
any
clarity,
remember,
noon
and
camp,
so
then
non-emergency
pension
board-
I
I
I
have
bob
and
pen
we
could
come
back
and
just
find
out.
If
there's
anybody
else
that
we
can
slot
into
that
slot.
F
F
Yeah
I
mean
I
see,
I
know
we
put
blind
on
historic
preservation,
which
I
think
she'd
be
great,
but
she
also
did
apply
for
this
one,
and
there
are
several
other.
I
mean
we
have
lots
that
applied
for
sort
preservation.
Commission.
So
if
we
just
want
to
fill
the
you
know
make
sure
all
the
slots
are
filled,
I
mean
I'm
totally
fine
with
leaving
her
on
store
preservation,
if
that's
best
too,
but
if
we
want
to
make
sure
the
slots
are
filled,
that
would
be
another
option
actually.
C
H
C
But
I
was
kind
of
in
agreement
with
you,
my
branch,
but
we
could
come
back
to
that.
One
parks.
C
We
did
have
kate,
truesdale
and
stephen
young
for
reappointment,
I'm
fine
sliding
them
back
in
for
reappointment
which
would
leave
one
open
seat.
Anybody
I've.
A
I
put
jennifer
heller
down.
I
did
too.
She
lived
here
her
whole
life
or
was
born
here
brought
up
here
and
stuff.
J
C
Cody
selves
tonight
at
that
he
impressed
me
with
a
lot
of
his
answers,
especially
his
work
in
missouri.
So
but
yeah
is
one
two
for
me
in
there,
but
I'm
fine
with
adding
jennifer
on
there
as
well.
C
No
planning
and
zoning
the
one
applicant
grant
did
not
interview
tonight.
C
A
C
F
B
F
Or
peter
would
be
good
for
p
and
z
too,
so
whoever
we
didn't
settle
on
there
if
I
thought
both
of
those
seemed
quite
quite
good
for
that
one.
F
F
I
was
just
suggesting
peter
on
the
budget
advisory
committee
and
maybe
david
on
on
pnz.
If
he's
willing,
I
mean
again,
we
have
to
follow
if
we're
putting
somebody
here,
we
gotta
follow
up
with
him,
but
he
would.
I
think
he
would
be
good
if
I'm
trying
to
remember
back
to
his
interview,
but
I
think
would
be
good
fit
david.
C
D
F
F
C
Okay,
so
then,
moving
on
to
library
board,
I
did
like
I
had
what
it
wasn't
dana.
Was
it
dana
phelps?
What
was
her
name
dina?
It
was
dino.
G
C
So
I
would
put
maggie
in
the
first
one
and
then
dean
and
the
second
one.
C
24
for
maggie
no,
I
maggie
for
24
dina
for
26.,
okay,.
B
C
Because
we
don't
have
enough
slots,
so
I
guess
moving
on
to
sustainability,
commission
elevating
rachel
or
excuse
me
just
reappointing
rachel
into
the
first
slot
or
excuse
me
into
one
of
the
2024
slots.
A
F
And
then
I
had
chris,
christina
christine
was
my
top
and
dana
libert.
Also
and
then
steven
strawbridge.
F
Those
are
my
top
three
at
least
one
more
slot,
but
I
thought
beth
harriston
also
applied
for
urban
renewal
authority
right,
so
she
might
be
good
down
there
because
we
already
appointed
aaron
and
oh,
we
already
have
two
reappointments.
For
that
one
never
mind,
I
don't
know
if
we
need
anybody
on
that.
One.
C
C
But
so
I
agree
with
you
in
terms
of
christine
dana
I
did
have
steven,
but
I
also
had
aaron
here.
F
I
thought
jessica
was
was
fine
as
well.
More
of
I
think,
like
what
stephen
was
talking
about
or
sorry
mayor
pro
team
ward
was
talking
about
with
the
bac.
She
had
more
of
kind
of
a
a
layman's
approach,
which
I
thought
would
be
valuable
too.
F
E
C
C
You
guys,
okay
with
that,
moving
to
ura
okay,
so
then
ura
sounds
like
we're
all
okay,
we're
moving
mr
costello
as
a
reappointment.
We
do
have
other
applicants
for
that.
Second
slot.
If
we
do
have
concerns
about
the
residency
which
remember
anderson,
you
brought
some
good
points
which
I
agree
with,
but
I
would
be
fine
sliding
in
miss
harrison
there
in
the
second
stop.
F
D
C
Yeah
reappointment
of
caitlyn
everybody.
Okay
with
that,
yes
alternate
member,
I
guess
it's
pretty
easy:
marjan
freeman,
everybody,
okay!
F
A
G
I
did
have
a
thought.
I
know
we
all
are
impressed
by
jennifer
heller,
but
she.
G
Okay,
she
was
one
of
the
only
ones
who
said
like.
Yes,
I
want
I
signed
up
for
parks,
but
if
you
need
me
somewhere
else,
let
me
know-
and
I
wonder
if
she's
someone
who
we
could
put
on
transportation
or
somewhere
else
and
then
move
cody
phelps
to
parks.
Just
because
I
right
now,
we
don't
have
him
anywhere
and
I
do
think
he
has
some
valuable
experience
if
she
could
be
a
flex
if
we're
open
to
that.
If
we
need
that.
C
A
F
Because
we
just
have
the
slot
in
the
non
non-emergency
pension
board
left.
Is
that
correct.
H
For
the
pension
board
only
meets
four
times
a
year,
I
really
would
rather
leave
belinda
where
we
put
her.
H
G
F
Could
we
reach
out
to
mary
miles
and
see
if
she'd
be
willing
to
serve
on
the
election
commission?
I
don't
I
mean
I
don't
know
that
anything
she
said
was,
you
know
struck
me.
As
you
know,
oh
she'd
be
great
for
the
election
commission,
but
I
I
thought
she
seemed
like
the
kind
of
person
who
had
a
fairly
broad,
a
broad
sense
of
the
world
and
knowledge
and
experience
so.
C
A
C
To
get
a
ruling
from
city
attorney
niles,
I
can
understand
the
point
of
view
from
jones
steve
on
the
way
that
they're
reading
as
well
so.
H
So
I
g
on
the
same
question
city
attorney,
the
election
commission
there's
years.
They
do
nothing
and
then
in
election
year
they
may
have
more
to
do.
D
G
No,
it's
not
in
the
council
policy
and
it's
not
in
the
boarding
commission
handbook.
So
I'm
digging
further.
F
H
G
No,
the
board
and
commission
policy
was
manual
was
adopted
in
january
2021
and
then
we
did
approve
the
commission
policies
or
city
council
policies.
Yes,
when
I
was
on
with
the
city,
this
fall
of
2021.,
so
it's
possible,
it
could
have
previously
been
a
written
policy.
K
That
wasn't
incorporated
into
the
documents
and
thus
just
became
a
practice.
G
Of
the
city-
because
I
had
another
employee,
told
me
that
was
the
city's
practice
and
policy
so.
H
D
And
I
get
I
I
feel
like
the
last
couple:
appointments
we've
had
it
was.
They
could
not
serve
on
two
quasi-judicial
boards
at
the
same
time,
but
they
could
be
like
on
water
and
sewer
and
historic
society
like.
I
feel
that's
what
your
guys
consensus
was,
but
I
do
not
remember
if
we
had
it
in
the
policy.
H
C
All
right,
everyone,
I
think
now,
let
me
just
run
down
through
everything
and
then
we'll
just
make
final
recommendations
on
where
we
stand
for
next
tuesday,
but
board
of
adjustment.
C
Aaron
budget
advisory,
james
haran
and
peter
as
the
alternate
cultural
arts
commission.
I
have
been
just
going
down
the
road
stacey
in
the
first
slot,
expiring,
22.
C
Doug
cohn
as
a
regular
member
for
the
election
commission
still
an
open
slot
on
the
second
inward
housing
authority.
I
have
david.
Currently
we
have
belinda
porter
historical
preservation,
commit
committee,
mali
center,
joseph
de
moore,
non-emergency
pension
board.
I
have
linda
in
the
regular
term,
expiring
23,
bob
stevenson
in
the
second
slot
parks
and
rec,
cade
and
steven,
and
then
cody
belts
is
the
third
member
judy
brown,
brenda
and
aaron
martinez
in
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
maggie
burns.
A
Question,
can
I
ask
something
on
that
parks
and
rec
meets
on
thursdays.
Second
thursday,
when
does
public
library
board
meet.
A
D
C
C
F
C
G
You
still
have
two
applicants
who
are
who've
applied,
who
didn't
make
it
onto
anything?
Is
it
worth
checking
to
see
if
one
of
them
are
interested?
First.
C
C
No,
I
know
what
you're
saying
I
know
I
actually
I
just
because
of
the
infrequency
of
how
how
often
they
meet
I
would
just
prefer
to
have
belinda
in
both
okay.
That's
my.
G
F
Wasn't
there
one
person
who
said
if
you
don't
have
a
slot
for
me
now
I'll
reapply
in
the
summer,
I
don't
remember,
seemed
like
there
was
somebody
like
that,
but
it
would
be
nice
if
we
could
to
ask
them
to
reapply
and
make
sure
we
remember
that
they
didn't
get
appointed
this
last
time
because
I
would
hate
to
they
were
both
great
candidates.
I
would
hate
to
not
see
them
get
appointed
next
time,
just
maybe
maybe
maybe
jackie.
D
Yep,
I
can
make
a
note
and
then
last
time
I
think
we
had
like
eight
that
weren't
up
on
the
boards-
and
I
did
reach
out
to
him
for
this
appointment
and
we
also
gave
those
names
to
malin
and
some
of
our
volunteers
and
tony
just
said
they
didn't
want
to
get
involved
with
the
city.
They
still
have
that
opportunity.
